Speaker 1 (00:03):
And we're back already on the Woody Show of Friday Morning,
August the seventh, Greg manis, Gina, Sammy, Sea Bass, Sport Bond,
Menji Morgan, everybody but Woody and Jeff g They're going
to be back on Monday. Right now. I'm a little
bit sus but Sea Bass says he's got some Dugan news. Yeah,
(00:23):
special edition.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
There's an emergency special edition of Dugan News. And I
imagine this would have come across your desk as well.
But John Barenthal, he is the He's the punish Sure,
he's been it was came out, He's the Walking Down
was kind of his big first mainstream thing, but he's
been in a thousand different things. Well, he has an
interview this week. A bunch of headlines about John Barenthal
defending pit bulls.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
Excellent.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
Now this is actually an older interview, but I guess
the reason it came out is because the Howard TERDN
channel published it this week on their YouTube channel. But
here is John talking about his three Dugans.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
My dogs are the greatest and they're they're the myth
of the pit bull is a lot of people got
to stop that.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Don't attack. Yeah, it's just racism. It's just dog racism.
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:06):
If a pit bull bites you, it's going to suck
you know.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
Yeah, They're no more likely to bite you than a
chihuahua or any other breeding dog.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
It probably has more to do with who owns them
and how they were trained.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
Yeah, I think that a lot of knuckleheads, unfortunately, are
attracted to that breeded dog. And to me, you know,
when I see some wanna be gangster getting pulled down
the Venice Beach by his pit bull, and I'm like,
you feed that he's pulling you down there, you know,
to me, that's not manly or strong at all.
Speaker 4 (01:31):
You know, I think you got to train your dog.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Okay, he's right, That's what I've been saying. And I
remember seeing this quote this week and reading it and
agreeing with it. I didn't realize it was him who
said it right, But he's totally right. It's the owner.
It's not that, it's not just the breed. I told you,
and you refuse to listen. I know two people in
my past that were literally mauled, like their faces got bitten,
and they were both cases Cocker spaniels. I got bitten
(01:56):
in the nose by a Chihuahua, and I got bitten
in the scrolled him by an Australian sheep dog. Australian shepherd.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Again, all these anecdotes are wonderful, but they don't have
they don't address.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
So you said this was a special edition that I
would not be expecting, and now you're just going down
the same breetist and let's face it, dog racist man.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Dog racism.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
I shouldn't make the argument because Greg's not going to
listen to me. And that's even though I might be
a thousand percent right, He's not going to listen to me. However,
this also came out this week in response. There's a guy,
a dog trainer named Stony Dennis. He has he's been
doing this for forty years. He has a big farm
in Kentucky. He takes a Regina. You might send you
a little dog to him. Oh, he takes.
Speaker 4 (02:37):
Like twenty eight day boardings a little pim. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
He's trained thousands of dogs, knows more than any everybody
in this room, times one hundred. He knows exactly what's
going on. And he's trained a lot of pit bulls.
He trained a lot of problematic pit bulls. They have
biting other issues. And this is a video this again
made the round this week thanks to John Barenthal and
where he's he's got a pit on his little like
obstacle course that he trains him on and he brings this.
Speaker 5 (03:01):
Up Max, about a five and a half month old
pit bull mix. We won't talk so much about pit
bulls exactly. We'll just talk about big square headed dogs
because all of the big square headed dogs kind of
have at some point in their origin story ancestors who
were bred to fight other dogs, or fight game animals,
or engage in some other type of exhibitionary violence.
Speaker 6 (03:21):
Oh, in their blood.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
Because Stony's heard all the all the rebuttals, he's heard, Oh,
pit bulls aren't the nanny dock.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
No they are not.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
They were bred to fight bulls as in cows in pitts.
That's where their name came from. Again, as he said,
and he said, I don't want to hear about well,
and he's also addressed there, I don't hear well, that's
not technically a pit bull.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
This He also addressed that pit bull is not technically
a breed, right.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
But he said description and he's bucket headed dog, right,
But he says like, he says, I know it when
I see it. I deal with him all the time,
So forget that. I'm talking about big, big squarehead him. Well,
and he cuts to the chase here.
Speaker 5 (03:57):
Yes, it is the breed. Okay, it might not be
the specific breed that follows the bloodlines as they're outlined
in the breed registries, but it's the type, and we
all know the type. It's like the Supreme Court talks
about pornography. You know what when you see it. I
know a pit bull mix when I see them.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
So he addressed it. He says like, yeah, because because
I hear that too. He's like, well, actually that's not
a real one. Blah bla blah, becase you'll see that
under under like every every headline about pitball Mall's toddler.
Well that's not actually a pit ball, that's a blah blah.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
Dude. No, I don't forget it. I know the type.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
I know.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
I've been doing this again thousands of times. And he says,
it's that they're bred like this and this is the reality.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
Listen, I got a lot of buddies that like this
kind of dog, and they really generally don't have any
problems with them because they never forget what kind of
dog they are, and they manage them in a way
that's appropriate for the type. But somebody just sent me
a news story where lady had a dog like this
and killed her baby, and she was there, she watched
it happen and she couldn't control the dog.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
Okay, But again, here's the thing, is that that goes
to just don't or not that's a thinner headed dog.
Speaker 6 (05:02):
That's true. They're not bucket heeaded.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
But no, but I'm saying I'm sure a Doberman has child.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Again, that is the That is the cherry picking fallacy
that Greg is employing right now. When you look at
the number of deaths by breed and breed type each year,
pit bulls, dwarf, dwarf, so every combined.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
I'm not disagreeing with the data. What can I say.
I've had two pitbulls, both one of them was more
aggressive than the other. The one I currently have is
the sweetest sweet I don't understand what your endgame is like.
You've pointed out the data. Fine, they're the most dangerous
breed of all time, past present, in future. They are
(05:41):
a danger to the world what else do you want
to add to that? Mine rules and a lot.
Speaker 4 (05:47):
Of people I don't have to add anything to.
Speaker 6 (05:49):
That's a fact.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
I'm just giving. I don't understand what your purpose is.
Speaker 5 (05:54):
You people get a dog like this and they'll be like, well,
if you train it right or if you raise it right,
then it won't do that kind of stuff. That's not
necessarily true, number one. But then number two, most people
that have dogs, they don't really do that good a
job of training them. So when you have these kind
of dogs and they're running around killing your neighbor's dogs,
they're they're they're biting a mailman, they're killing babies, you
(06:14):
just have to accept the fact that, like, people don't
need to have this kind of dog really because most
of the time they're not going to learn to train
them right, they're gonna learn to manage them right, and
a lot of times they're just gonna literally lack the
physical capacity to manage the dog if it doesn't want
to be managed.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
So what does this guy I want to do?
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Just like you could say cherry picking for the eighteenth time,
what he just said could happen with any.
Speaker 6 (06:36):
Dogs, and like what like he's already said, it's the trainer.
It's like you know season Lands there says, I I
rehabilitate dogs. I train people.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
What he's saying.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
What he's saying, this dog is so dangerous that it
should not be that when it does get loose, unlike
a Chihuahua or a child Cocker spaniel, it severe death,
severe mauling occurs. So and you can say, well trade them, well, well,
just it doesn't work because anybody, anybody, any loser, can
go get a pit bull, and Stony finishes up here.
Speaker 5 (07:07):
For normal people, these types of dogs are very dangerous,
and the negative externalities related to owning this type of dogs,
in my opinion, it's not fair to externalize that type
of risk onto your neighbors.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
So that's his answer.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
He's saying, like the average person cannot and should not
own a pit bull because they are too dangerous and
too violent. And this guy knows because he's seen thousands
of them.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
So this guy wants to just a breed.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
So what's the end game here? And what is your
end game?
Speaker 2 (07:32):
I would say mine, and I think Stony would agree
to me. Would say, we do what many countries have
done and heavily restrict or band pit bulls. Now doesn't
mean you have to go out and euthanize them all,
but just stop breeding them. And you don't allow breeding
except by very very specialized professionals like Stony here.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
Well, I know there's areas in Denver where they don't
even allow them in certain agree and many countries have
this problem. So Greg, I knew you were I know
you wouldn't listen to me. But this is a guy.
This is a segment that he would like to know
what happens.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
Mega liar, nuclear liar. This is gonna be a special edition.
And I said, oh good, here we go again. Breeds
breed Us, Britus. No, no, no, it's not going to
be like that at all. Trust me. Why don't you
believe me?
Speaker 4 (08:11):
It's gonna be so I got brought.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
It now it's now you're cherry picking. They're dangerous.
Speaker 4 (08:16):
I don't know what you're endgame is. I just told
you what my own game was. Ban and slowly elmina.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
Okay, cool, get working on that legislation.
Speaker 4 (08:23):
Me and Sony will. But okay, maybe this makes you
feel better, Greg.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
I don't need to feel better. I'm fine. The mighty
pointing out that you're a nuclear liar.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
I mee these soothing sounds.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
I'm not Stony's, I'm not beab, but stony is not
the soothing sounds of Sarah McLaughlin, who loves animals.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
You love her sooth your and she loves pitbulls.
Speaker 6 (08:46):
This video shows a guy being mauled by two pipules.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Hey pit bull goes on the attack of New Jersey
to chase down this little girl.
Speaker 5 (08:56):
The family who lives here says they've had the twelve
year old pit bull since it was a puppy and
trusted it around children, but today it attacked a five
year old boy.
Speaker 1 (09:04):
What we've got pret hit both attacking a child when
you chat around by our faith, neighbor's here attention going
to get the dogs dog.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
They have witnessed multiple pitbull attacks in the last year,
but since then, they claim not much has been done
to stop the dogs from possibly attacking again.
Speaker 7 (09:22):
An eleven year old boy was attacked by fetch pitbull
dog while he was playing at a.
Speaker 6 (09:27):
Box near his house, beating a toddler.
Speaker 4 (09:30):
Is home recovering tonight.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
He needed more than two hundred stitches after a pit
bull attack on Tuesday.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
Protect you loved. You need to protecting make feel that
great again.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
I don't need to feel better. This texter said it
so well, talk about cherry picking. When you include half
a dozen different breeds of dogs into one type of
dogs aka pitbull, let me finish. Of course, the date
is going to show that more people die because of
that type versus a type of from one specific breed,
(10:08):
and you're the one.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
No, no, no, no, that's that's that's the point he addressed. He
cut you off on that point. He said, I know
the pitbull and pit bull mixed when I see them.
They all have these same.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Traits, right, and that includes multiple types of dogs, just
the doverer men.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
He cut you. He cut this point out from wonder
you to begin with, and you're not paying.
Speaker 6 (10:31):
Attention to No, I get what you save of.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
Gaslighting God, the professional, the professional trainers, the gas lighter
and this text too agreed with Greg. What's the purpose
of this for me to say, Okay, I guess I'll
go home and kill my doughter. No, I just don't
get your end game game ponderous.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
It's exhausted, get it ditches, because of.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
Which he circles back to the original question then go
work on the legislation and try to eradicate the breed.
I don't get it. What is your purpose?
Speaker 4 (11:05):
Do you think?
Speaker 1 (11:06):
Fan pit?
Speaker 6 (11:11):
And we need a break?
Speaker 1 (11:12):
Good God, we need to play the d u i Q,
and I'm literally Sea Bass will just take that segment
over all, right, eight seven, Woody, if you want to play,
I'm too exhausted to even think about it. I don't
even understand the point, but I do understand the dui q.
(11:33):
We are back here on the Woody Show, and every
Friday morning we play the dui Q, and so we
handed over to Sea Bass.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
Yeah, I asked a very drunk person very easy trivia questions,
and then you play the dui q. Not by guessing
or knowing the answer to the question. Everyone already knows
the answer. You play by guessing whether the drunk person
one of the answer. If you can guess correctly whether
they know two out of three times, you win.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
And our contestant today is going to be Steven in
Long Beach. I do believe Steven. What's up?
Speaker 3 (12:03):
Hey?
Speaker 6 (12:04):
What else?
Speaker 3 (12:04):
Guys?
Speaker 1 (12:05):
What else? All right? Stephen?
Speaker 3 (12:07):
You know Ryan?
Speaker 4 (12:09):
Good? Thanks for asking Steven. You're very quick, You're very kind.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
It's real sweet.
Speaker 4 (12:12):
Ryan is our drunk subject. And to give you some
more info.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
And Ryan, I'm going to talk to him in a
moment and the rest of you all will realize that
Ryan is well. Maybe just give him a minute when
he answers things.
Speaker 4 (12:23):
Ryan, you're out with your friends. Where'd they go? Good?
Speaker 1 (12:27):
They're going this way?
Speaker 4 (12:28):
But you're here about yourself, which is okay. Yeah, So
what if you had to drink this evening again? We
were talking about.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
What am I had to drink? Alcohol? How much would
you say? Beer? Yes? Yes, I mean yeah beer probably
one or two? Uh you sure? Just one or two?
Maybe three or four?
Speaker 4 (12:54):
A little bit of a delay. Yeah, he has like
he might be.
Speaker 2 (12:58):
He's on satellite from the other side of the world.
So that is Ryan there, and your first again, first
question will be uh, given to you. But we're gonna
also play with Menace and Sammy here in studio because
it's always fun to hear what they think the right
answer is, even though.
Speaker 4 (13:13):
Even though they're not drunk.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
Here's question number one for Ryan. What person is often
called r.
Speaker 4 (13:21):
BG for short?
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Okay, Greg, you can't help them by saying this is
your hero and back.
Speaker 4 (13:29):
Tattoo that's true. That's true, though I did just give
some big hints you did.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
I'm gonna say yes to Sammy, no to Menace, and
no to the drunk Ryan.
Speaker 6 (13:42):
I am piggybacking on that. I say yes to the lady,
no to the gents. What about you, Stephen, I'm gonna
agree to.
Speaker 5 (13:53):
I'm gonna say yes lay as well.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
Just guess on Menace and Sammy for fun. First question, Menace?
Speaker 1 (14:02):
Yep?
Speaker 4 (14:03):
What person is often called RBG for short Ruth Beta Ginsburg.
Speaker 1 (14:13):
Beta beta fish.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
All right, so you know Stephen said Ryan would not
know correct, let's find out questions.
Speaker 4 (14:27):
It is often called RBG.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
For short RBG Gainesburg's judges.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
I'll tell you what. I'm gonna hold that one as
a as a toss up.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
That was a maybe Ruth Gainesborg because the standard of
they accept that on Jeopardy.
Speaker 6 (14:46):
No, of course, but it's the spirit of the game,
not the letter of the game.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
So yeah, we'll hold that as amazing if it might
be a tiebreaker if necessary.
Speaker 4 (14:54):
We now go to question number two. Give me any
example of a palindrome. Oh, that's a good one. I
don't define it. Give me an actual example.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Oh, well then triple no, definitely right.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
I mean I I might be team Sammy on this one.
I might say yes to Sammy, no to Menace and
Ryan all.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
Right, all right?
Speaker 2 (15:20):
Uh and Steven, what do you think will again? Just
just a guessing on Ryan? Will Ryan give an example
of a palindrome?
Speaker 4 (15:27):
Correctly?
Speaker 3 (15:29):
I know?
Speaker 4 (15:30):
Not even question number one for Sammy. First, give me
any example of a palindrome?
Speaker 6 (15:36):
Race car?
Speaker 4 (15:37):
Oh, menace, space shuttle launch, Shuttle launch. Yeah, that changes Sammy.
But now Sammy, Sammy was correct? Can you explain? Explain Menace?
Why was Sammy correct?
Speaker 1 (15:53):
I am so sorry. I didn't have more faith than you.
Speaker 4 (15:55):
I know, how dare you? Why was Sammy correct?
Speaker 5 (15:58):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (15:58):
Race car U because it was two words and one
two words and one house, because it was a description.
How do we give other examples? How she has race
car and I have Space Shuttle?
Speaker 6 (16:18):
Can Greg and I go back and forth?
Speaker 4 (16:19):
Give? Please?
Speaker 1 (16:21):
Do Hannah?
Speaker 4 (16:23):
Radar, Mom, Bob level Dad Space. I looked up race car.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Mom.
Speaker 4 (16:36):
Mom, it's also Bob. For folks who are listening, Greg's
doing that arrow right arrow left.
Speaker 6 (16:45):
Anyone say a man a plan, a canal, Panama?
Speaker 1 (16:47):
No, Hannah, Hannah, cool, you keep on saying words.
Speaker 7 (16:55):
Do look so bob bob, okay, this way that way? Yeah,
race car let me see r A ce c A R.
Speaker 6 (17:11):
Leave it there.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
Yeah, all right, we will never know, but that's a
point for our players.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
Launch not quite a way necessarily. We'll see, I'll tell you,
we'll see.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
It'll depend on what question three, if he gets the
tie break or here is question number three?
Speaker 6 (17:26):
Wait?
Speaker 4 (17:26):
Wait, what was the Yeah, I'm.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
Sorry, I thought we were going to revisit that as well.
Right a word that is this the same when you
spell it forward and backwards? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (17:36):
All right, cool, Sorry I jumped I jumped ahead because
I know the answer. Here's the answer for question. To
give me any example of a palindrome.
Speaker 4 (17:45):
Pal I'm like, like a forward and backwards? Yes, what's
an example of that?
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Why are you saying something? And I give you an
example of.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
That example from you? That's the question, you guys, example, what.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
Do you mean?
Speaker 1 (17:58):
Oh my god, I.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
Don't know what to do.
Speaker 6 (18:02):
It's just a bunch of half points.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
Now would be considered slang.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
And it's also yeah, yeah, thank you, here's there's I
love these long versions, like like Gina said, with a
man of plan a nut for a jar of tuna.
No one would say that. That's not the point. The
point is it's fun to think of that because they're
like little puzzles.
Speaker 6 (18:27):
A man a planet can now Parama.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
Dork taco, but you would use taco cat.
Speaker 1 (18:34):
Yeah, that's a fun one, all right.
Speaker 4 (18:37):
So Steven, he has a point and a half. Let's
say question number three on the d U I Q,
what is the title of the movie that gave us
the Minions?
Speaker 2 (18:46):
Okay, we just had we had a new one of
these recently. I know because they had a Wendy's tie
in pop culture.
Speaker 4 (18:50):
Yeah, I have to.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
Think about that for one right now.
Speaker 4 (18:53):
I wouldn't expect you to know because you don't have kids.
I definitely know it.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
I can see it in my head. But yes to
medicine Sammy. This Ryan guy doesn't even know up from down?
Speaker 4 (19:05):
He answers.
Speaker 6 (19:08):
I want to take a guess, and what he's gonna say?
Speaker 1 (19:10):
Oh, I know it now, I'm gonna say yes to
the medicine Sammy.
Speaker 6 (19:16):
No to Ryan, Well, Sammy's been on a hot streak.
I'm I think Sammy's gonna sweep And.
Speaker 4 (19:21):
Let's get crazy.
Speaker 6 (19:22):
Let's say triple yes.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
All right, Steven, do you think only our drunk rhyme?
Do you think Ryan will know the answer to this question?
Do the minions?
Speaker 4 (19:34):
I'm gonna say no, no, okay, this is for the win.
First for menace. The question what is the title of
the movie that gave us the minions?
Speaker 1 (19:43):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (19:44):
Universal, that's a studio. Yeah, but I thought I started.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
I didn't.
Speaker 4 (19:49):
I have not seen one second of any of those movies,
so I don't know. All right, And Samy, would you
help mount? That would be Despicable me. That's correct. I
thought it was like Universal's despic okay, featuring the voice
of Steve. Yeah, I haven't looked it up.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
That's gotta be approaching like Shrek level, because they've made
so many of those.
Speaker 6 (20:08):
They've always been off their insane they make so much money.
Can I give a can I get you? He's gonna
say something like demandable me?
Speaker 2 (20:19):
All right, well, Steve, and he said no, correct, yes, correct, No,
there we could be confusing ourselves.
Speaker 4 (20:25):
But for the win, question answer three, what is the
title of the movie that gave us the Minions? I
don't know.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
That was a horrible movie.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
It was for kids, though, kids are dumb. That is
a winner for you. That riot guy was Oh that
was weird. I didn't even understand Stephen.
Speaker 6 (20:51):
That was a tough put for you. So congratulations, well done.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
Uh menace. You want to do some more palan dromes?
Uh no, just one please?
Speaker 1 (21:00):
I will for me to come up with the one.
Speaker 6 (21:03):
Uh nana No, but I will give you the Indian
bread None.
Speaker 4 (21:14):
This one menace? Ufo to.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
I don't like this game.
Speaker 4 (21:21):
Hurts my brain.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
It seems to make you sad.
Speaker 6 (21:23):
It does extra. Yeah I did.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
I did a great jobs card.
Speaker 1 (21:29):
We get it. Space Shuttle should have counted.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
Yeh, thank you, Thank you, Greg, thank you.
Speaker 1 (21:35):
That's how you do the d u i Q or whatever.
That was.
Speaker 6 (21:38):
Yeah, that was great.
Speaker 1 (21:43):
Yes, Woody Show Friday morning, we are back.
Speaker 6 (21:46):
Yep. I have well, I have a big question for
seeing So a very dear friend of mine who works
in the building on another station, he texted me. He
just texted me. It says, is this a car nark special?
I got nabbed in the parking garage? Like, what is
he talking about?
Speaker 4 (22:04):
There are no carts in our parking garage.
Speaker 6 (22:05):
That's why I was confused.
Speaker 4 (22:06):
Well, it could be from the whole food. Yeah, I
walked it across the street.
Speaker 6 (22:13):
Well, somebody put this on his card. It's a big sign.
It has pictures of like a driver in a in
a you know driving you know, like in a little seat. Yeah,
and it says warning, this person is parked in the
visitor area and they are not a visitor, they're a
full time employee who is too lazy.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
That does speak to cartner to.
Speaker 6 (22:33):
Park in an inappropriate to park in an appropriate space.
If they are this lazy and will lie about this,
what else will they lie about?
Speaker 1 (22:42):
Yeah, that's a.
Speaker 4 (22:43):
Good question, Sea Bass.
Speaker 6 (22:44):
I mean this is kind of an impromptu hot seat.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
Right right, right.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
Well, first off, I agree with the sentiment of that
is that it was not it was a not a
magnet or a stick or anything like that.
Speaker 6 (22:53):
I think it's like a flyer, just a.
Speaker 2 (22:54):
Flyer, because I mean I would have if it were me.
Obviously I use magnets. That's my that's my yeah, by trade.
But no, but I do agree with no, I did not,
But I do agree with the sentiment.
Speaker 4 (23:08):
People be parking in the visitors spots.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
Because it and people And I think it kind of
started as many things did during the coronavirus times because
we didn't have visitors in the buildings, and so the
way folks wh don't know the way our parking lot
is laid out. The first row is either open slash
reserve seating seating parking see the reserve space for the
very important people, or just a couple open spots. The
second row is and it's not it's not hard to
(23:31):
see big green v visitor. And the third row is
open parking. Again, So what you're supposed to do is
if you get here later in the day, when the
first row of good spots are taken, you just go
to the third row because we do have visitors during
the day. We have visitors on the show.
Speaker 4 (23:45):
We've had people come to this building who have I
can't find any visitor parking over or the other three
floors of parking exactly.
Speaker 1 (23:53):
The visitor parking is a little redundant. It's not really
needed per se. The parking lot is.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
Huge, right, But I think what it does is greg
if I poll if I pulled into a office building
that I've never been before, front, yeah, I'd say okay,
because I would be afraid if I parked elsewhere that's
parking in somebody's spot. I'm not supposed to be there.
So if there's a visual, okay, I know that's where
I'm supposed to go. So I again, I fully agree
with this. Do we know that it's not from the building? Man,
I fully doubt that.
Speaker 6 (24:19):
What else are they lying about?
Speaker 4 (24:21):
Yeah, I would question the person's morals and character.
Speaker 6 (24:24):
Yeah, I doubt it. But when I used to work
on a different station, I would work at night, I
would park anywhere I damn well please, I kind of
do that at this state. You know, it's like we
we get up in the middle of the night, like,
who am I hurting? Well, it's not business hours.
Speaker 4 (24:39):
Right, But I think the thing is this guy, if
it is.
Speaker 6 (24:41):
You, Oh, this is business hours right.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
And by the way, we're here so early that we
don't need to worry about that because there are plenty
of open spots. And I agree with you, like, and
that goes back to the maybe the cardon ARCS is
and people are like you only care about the rules, No,
I care about the consequences, like Gina's saying, if it's overnight,
who cares. But if you're actively bl locking let's say
the visitor parking, Yeah that is And just because you're lazy.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
So it sounds like I wrote this.
Speaker 6 (25:05):
I mean this really all signs point to you like
you might be convinced that you wrote that.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
I was just telling Greg that because I would get
a call because someone else is breaking the rules.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
Okay, this reeks of you, it does, it does.
Speaker 2 (25:20):
But I was telling Greg who else but that the
influence of cartonarks is spreading. New York City just this
week started putting shame style stickers on people that don't
move for street cleaning like that, and it's it says,
I can pull it up right here, this vehicle, this
vehicle Violet NYC street cleaning rules. As a result, this
street cannot be properly cleaned. Help keep streets save about alas.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
So they are very much they're very much following the
cart Arks shaming.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
Pretend they care about keeping New York clean.
Speaker 6 (25:48):
But there is so much detail on this flyer, I
mean there's tons of things. Well, we'll post it because
on the bottom there's a little meter and on one
side there's a bunch of like men in suits looking
toward the meter with question marks. And on the other
side there's a bunch of men in suits looking with
me to pointing their finger. There is a lot going on,
which makes me think that, like Sea Bass, you can
this is a safe space. You can tell us if
(26:10):
you're playing.
Speaker 4 (26:10):
It sounds like too much going on for Sea Bass, though,
maybe you would streamline.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
It a little bit.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
Yeah, because like I'm very like the Cartonnark's magnets are
very like lazybones on board, Right, I don't returmber like
a jerk.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
You're not exclusive to magnets. You recently left a coyote
sign that was not a.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
Magnet, that's true, and I have left artwork in the hallways, right,
but those are fun.
Speaker 1 (26:29):
Like, I truly believe this is more than likely Sea Bass.
But the one thing that makes me think it is
not is I know who sent you this text. Why
would Sea Bass.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
Know what car he There's no way where he's parking.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Yeah, because if it is this person, they don't have
the same shift we do, so I would just not
cross paths with this person other than already in the building.
Speaker 6 (26:47):
Okay, well, because it's excuse.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
But that was megatote.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
Sea Bass though, Yeah, this is the Woodie Show.
