Speaker 1 (00:00):
Greg is one of the smartest people I know and.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
One of the dumbest people I know.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
Really, don't am I going crazy? Am I dumbs?

Speaker 4 (00:08):
I don't have that other side like you where you're
really smart.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
The Woody Show.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
All right, welcome back everybody. It is The Woody Show.
Thank you, by the way for all the nice, nice
words about the award. I got an award. You sure
did a major award, like the first, the first actual
industry award. I don't count like there was like somebody said, oh,

(00:38):
well you got for like now it's like getting the.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
World's Best dad mom, we got the internal company.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
Yeah, I'm talking about like an industry recognize. Yeah, where
it's outside of your own home. Everybody gets World's Best
mom and stuff like that. Yeah, but I won this award,
and uh, it was it was very nice, you know.
It was also very interesting and menace. You've been to
this event before, Seabash, you've been to this event before.
You know, sometimes it's good to get out of your

(01:05):
own environment. I think it's a it's good. It's healthy.
It's a really good eye opener because man, you hang
around here for five minutes, you see how nobody cares
you know, Jeff, this is this was your first experience
at this event altogether. But like, also, wasn't it interesting
how much respect what this show gets in the industry

(01:29):
among like all the people who run programming for every
other major radio company in the country and other people
who do this job, and like all these other morning
show hosts across the country and people who do this stuff, agents, consultants,
everything else. This show is a big deal everywhere, but
here in our in our own building, like we don't
get the world's best at.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
And they weren't like glazing because they were citing very
specific things, y specific.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
Yeah, I mean they really check in and was very genuine.
It was nice. It was It was so nice. Yeah,
it really was. And you know, I'm not a person
I don't take compliments very well easily. It makes they
make me uncomfortable. And then you know the award things
where I didn't know what to do or say, but
I just kind of, you know, I said what was

(02:17):
on my heart. You guys, I.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Like how you shouted out all the program directors that
through your career.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Yeah, in chronological order. Yeah, it was just like, because
there's there's a small handful of people I would say,
you know, there's plenty of people who have been cool,
but the people who are like really you know, significant, Yeah,
instrumental in the influence that they had, not not just
on me, but who's like maybe gave me a break

(02:45):
or whatever. So, uh, it was very nice. It was,
It was very nice. It's easy to get caught up
of what happens around here. We told you about like
how man, we could have incredible ratings or whatever, big
events and there's tons of people there and there's not
mention of it. There's not a whisper of it. In fact,
when it came to more recently, there was some really
great ratings and blah blah blahlah blah, there's no mention

(03:07):
of it whatsoever because and I found out because they
didn't want to hurt the feelings of the other hosts.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
I've never heard of anything like that in the building.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
No, Because I tell you what, if it was one
of these other hosts that they were mentioning to me
who they had gotten those ratings, they wouldn't care about, like, oh, well,
maybetter luncheon. Well, the balloon arch thing that we always
make fun of and then we joke about is a
real thing. It's not like we're just being silly and saying, oh,
they probably have a balloon arch in a parade. No,

(03:38):
there really was a balloon arch for one of the
other host's birthdays. They make a big deal about when
it's their birthday, and we say parade. That's not a
joke either. They buy them a bus to be in
a parade. Oh that's right, there, you go, totally true.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
They will for this person's face, and yeah, this is
not a bad par.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
They sent out. They sent an email to everybody in
the building to remind everyone that it was a certain
host's birthday and to make sure that they wish them
a happy birthday. I'm like, Jesus Christ, like, what's going on.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
We don't blame that person, but because what if they
did that for you, you wouldn't even show up that day.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Yeah, they had a balloon art for you, you would
hate it.

Speaker 4 (04:18):
No, No, but like it's just uh, it's just again,
it's it's more efforts. It's more the compare and contrast
to like, you know, how things happen in your own
building compared to outside of this building. Uh, but it was.
But I guess the point is it was it was
very nice.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
It was fair and a lot of nice people like
on the on the Instagram leaving nice comments and things
like that voicemail.

Speaker 6 (04:44):
Really to do that, Hi, e Witty show. The reason
I'm calling is because I saw that Woody won the
Kid Cretic Award, Kitty Cratic that award. Congratulations Witty and
the Kid Critic Award. I'm so happy for you. It's
well deserved. I think you are awesome. I love your show.

(05:05):
The radio show is great. I'm in Kansas City now,
so it's not something that's played on our airways, but
I still listen to you guys on iHeartRadio. I hope
you guys come back to Kansas City. But yeah, I
just want to let you guys know that I was
so proud of you guys. Congratulations Woddy and Greg Me
love you are my forever favorite. Dina. I wish we

(05:26):
were friends. Menace, You're You're good, little buddy.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Dan. I'm awesome.

Speaker 6 (05:34):
Morgan. I like you now even more now that you've
been open with us and vulnerable and see best. You
keep on being that Summer's Eve for the group. Okay,
so yeah, I love you all. I gotta go in
until next time.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
Bye bye, Summer's even little buddy. Yeah there's another one.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Hey, guys, I was just watching the uh Woody show
on the Instagram and how proud that it was cool?
Not proud, but like cool that was to see Woody.
Uh get that a word? And I also wanted to
say that I've had sex with a goat before.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Nice?

Speaker 4 (06:21):
You know you are say like whatever you want to
share on the after hours they did.

Speaker 5 (06:30):
He's referencing what you rather we did while you were gone? Yeah,
would you rather, like legit, have sex with a goat
one time, one time secretly and no one knew about it?
Or or every time you met a new person you
had to tell them how you had sex with a
goat but you really didn't.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Like and you couldn't like you to go.

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Yeah, you had to be like serious, like.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
Very nice to meet you. Oh I should let you.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
But you actually did have sex with the No, no, no,
you never did know.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
You had to tell people that did. Yeah, every time
you I do it, I would do.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
That really, Yeah, got want and done. You can get
it up for a goat. I would do whatever I
could to not have to tell people when I meet
them that I had.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
And you can't do it all sarcastic like he's doing it.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
Yeah, you have to, you have to. But I think
if even if you did say it like with a
straight face and sincere, it would probably come across as
a joke because people wouldn't think that you were serious.
It would be your responsibility and the only reaction would
be like, uh, okay in this scenario, you have to anyway,
so table for two.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Yeah, but every person.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
Yeah, because it'd be like, oh, here's the guy who
always introduces himself as I had sex with a goat guy.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Very funny. No, No, I really did, but you really
didn't really did know?

Speaker 4 (07:45):
But you have to say.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
No, understand. Yeah, I would still go with that, all right,
I could.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
I don't think I can get a boner for a
goat metu dot com.

Speaker 6 (07:56):
Goat.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
But then it's just say you want to have sexually goat?

Speaker 4 (07:59):
I think I did.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
I don't know what you went with, yeah, goat sex.
The Wood show.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
's see, I got a couple of things here. I
got a story involving a fun accent. This is in Colorado.
This driver gets pulled over by the cops. Yep, and
see if you can see if you can relate here,

(08:30):
Greg this demeanor.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Oh yeah, yeah, you know my demeanor when I get
pulled over because you've been with me. Oh wait, we
have the body camp foot right. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Anyway, so gets pulled over for speeding, and uh, let's
see how this interaction with this police officer when here
we go.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Yes, sir, a little fast?

Speaker 4 (08:52):
I wanted warning again, fun accent ahead, Yes, sir, a
little fast.

Speaker 6 (08:59):
I I was. I wasn't driving.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
That's a sest driving a pilot.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
He's in a Tesla, so I wasn't driving. It was
on autopilot.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Not my fault.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
How stupid mannis? Don't you think he kind of has
a point.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
No, because even when you're on cruise control or autopilot,
you are still responsible.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
You're still behind the wheel.

Speaker 5 (09:19):
You're supposed to be paying attack.

Speaker 3 (09:20):
I know you are what I'm saying. But no, legally
he was not driving.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
Yes, no, he does not have a point. Why because
legally he is responsible Tesla was driving.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
He will Okay, That's why I'm asking medics, because he's
mister excuse generator.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
But that doesn't apply to way most though, which essentially
is the same technology.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
Are they not licensed differently.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
I'm sure they are, but I think but I think
the I'm sure they are is the whole point. But
the results what matters.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
Yes, a little fast I I was.

Speaker 6 (09:50):
I wasn't driving.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
That's a sest driving. You're in charge, though, so I
need to see your driver's license. Iest, I wasn't driving,
so it doesn't matter like you were in the driver's seat.
You can, you can. You can blame the car all
you want, but but how how can we what do
you have a driver's ice? You're still driving. You can
say the car is driving, is all you want. The

(10:13):
judge is.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Not going to play that game you were driving.

Speaker 6 (10:16):
If you change to trust the ball, I need to
see your boys. Thank you.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
Can you imagine asking for the supervisor in that situation
At that point, you tried the whole it was an autopilot.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
It didn't work at that point. Just take the ticket, man,
shut up and deal with it later.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
And say there's no way that the car was going
over to the speed limit because it has computers and
he knows how fast it should be going.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
You can, I'll tell you can program test liast to
go faster than the speed limit. Hell yet, doc max mode.
But in this case, I didn't do that in your honor.
Show me show me the Burgra that is not.

Speaker 4 (10:48):
Going to play that game you were driving.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
If you changed to trust the ball, I need to
see your So this is your ticket.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
On the bottom is a complaint number. If you want
to talk to I just want to speed with.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
This is your copy. Do you want your drivers? So
you can't a question?

Speaker 2 (11:04):
Sir?

Speaker 4 (11:04):
Do you want to You can't aggress me like aggress
the the Sovereign Citizen movement has gotten a lot of
people in a lot of trouble.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Are we still over that half of what he's saying.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
I'm traveling, I'm not driving, he's.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Not going that far. But he's doing a lot of
their stuff about supervisors and blah blah blah. You can't
talk to me like this.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
Where's this gofund me for me? So you can't a question, sir?

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Do you want your I want to cogt my drovers
the bad I need to speak before you swear.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
You want me to call him here?

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Yes, well I'll tell him that you want him here.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
I'll see what he says.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
Okay, you kind of quick me that are you.

Speaker 6 (11:41):
Going to sit away?

Speaker 4 (11:42):
I want your supervisor.

Speaker 3 (11:44):
Right now, and you would be here, I believe goodbye.
I don't know how they change their like that, Greg
getting getting that's so it just never stops being hilarious.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
We should probably do her p s.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
He's number one. Don't act like Greg number two. The
cop is not lately required to bring you a captain
or a supervisor film. They're not legally required to do anything.
I'll put the word in if they want to come
meet you here on the side of the road. But like,
I'm going to go about my job. You were speeding.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
I gave you the ticket. You want to fight it,
here's the way to complain.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
You can show up at cord or whatever you will.
The German first time I've personally ever heard a cop
leaving and be like, no, no, no, I've never heard that.
I mean, I'm basically the same as a card mark.
And that happens to me all the time. People are like,
they're calling nine on one and they're like, no, I

(12:35):
do not.

Speaker 4 (12:37):
Oh uh, so I can get recapt on this. But
people kept telling me there was like a beef between
Greg and Sea Bass.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
Well, it's really between Greg and facts. Unfortunately.

Speaker 3 (12:48):
Okay, let's do it. Today and daily gas lighting from
Sea Bass. You can nuts use the word cherry.

Speaker 4 (12:56):
What was it about.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
He was playing some audio about some dude talking about
Dougan News and it was I e. Pitbull hatred segment.
As always, it's the same thing every time. To be fair,
that it would like it, right, He's like, no, it's different,
it's different. It's going to be different. You're gonna love it.
And it was some dog trainer saying, how the breed
pit bull? He'll know the breed when he sees it

(13:18):
because it's not an actual breed, and that you could
be sitting with your family dog a pit bull and
out of nowhere it could attack, And I said, so
can any dog. And then I was cherry picking.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
Hold on before we go, before we go any further. Yeah,
question ques technicality, but like I've heard you say, like,
it's not a breed, then how do you then how
does it get identified as a pit bull?

Speaker 3 (13:42):
According to this guy, a block shaped head.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
Yeah, just in general though, like our pit bull is
not a is that not?

Speaker 3 (13:50):
I mean it's a blanket term for many different types blockheads,
and by many times by the numbers that.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
There's a lot of cross breeding and things of that name.

Speaker 7 (14:00):
Right, Okay, I've always just wondered about that because like
in the audio we heard, he was pointing out that
the pitbull can out of nowhere just attack a family member,
and I said, so can a doverman son, a Rottweiler,
so kind of cocker spaniel.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
And then nope, you're cherry picking, your cherry picking. And
that went on for about twenty minutes.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
Yeah, yeah, it was good. I think the argument when
it comes to the dogs at least, like, yes, there
are a lot of dogs that will bite, you know. Uh,
I guess it's how much like you know, you don't
really hear if I'm saying, if it's a if it's
all enthusiastic, I'm saying, if it's like a chiuahua. Right,
No one's dying from the chihuahua bites, you know what

(14:41):
I mean? Like, No, no one's getting their throat ripped
out by the chihuahua, right, Greg. You know, it's more
like the the extent of the injury or the amount
of deaths as a result of people getting mauled by whatever. Yes,
you know, you know, blockheaded dog or whatever, uh, whatever
type of dog you were talking.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
About, now to as I was quiet there, uh the
duke and news was good job, gul Star J News
was different because I opened with a The reason it
was brought up is because John Barenthal interview had resurfaced
of him talking about how pit bulls are racist and like, oh,
that reminds me of idiocy I've heard, I.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
Mean probably too.

Speaker 6 (15:23):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
So I said, oh, that reminds me of somebody I
have heard. So I played that audio, which was different,
that was a dumb actor agreeing with and just came
and what Greg see when unfortunate When we bring up
pit bulls and how deadly they are, he gets like
tunnel vision and he doesn't think. And the reason I
said cherry picking is because I was talking not about
this dog trainer who's trained thousands of dogs and was
talking about how the dogs, like pit bulls, have been

(15:46):
bred to be aggressive and that's why they kill at
such a high rate compared to their dogs. And when
I said cherry picking, I was talking about how he
was saying, well, I've had two pit bulls and they
never killed anybody yet. So so that's what I was
talking and so but Greg, and again he's not listening
to the rest of that again super seasoned pit bull

(16:08):
trainer among other dog trainer talking about how it doesn't
matter these dogs can overpower.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
Missed the same old Fightay because seed Bass for fighting.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
I asked what his endgame was and he said to
ban the breed, which.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
Got done, which we did get a really interesting nugget
that that was going to be part of Sea Bass's
platform if he ran to Yeah because Greg, because Greg.
Again he was full of logical fallacies that day, but
one of them is, well, you can't say that unless
you're actually gonna go out there and do something about it.
Show me the show, be the legislation, go out and
pitches like Well, I was planning on doing that. I
made steps to do that. I'm actually say any of

(16:48):
these words, Yes.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Legislation.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Done anything.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
All I wanted to know was what is the end
game for the pit point? After how many years of
doing Dougan News did we get the answer?

Speaker 1 (17:03):
About three years? And the whole point of this years
the point of the Dougan News was which he's your
drumming clothing is? I had a I had a mega
mega mega experienced dog trainer explain why pit bulls are
not a safe breed for people to own, and he
does that. Didn't hear any.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Of that, Nor did you hearing that pit bull is
not a breed.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
But that's the cherry. No, No, that's not what it means.
What what what the guy said, Greg?

Speaker 4 (17:31):
And the reason he's I guess it would be the
elimination of malta that if that, if that's the rebuttal
of that, I guess you're talking about the elimination of
elimination of all the blockheaded dogs.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
And here's the thing. The reason that that guy said
that I'm not he said, I'm talking about all these big,
square headed dogs, is because he's heard the reply of well,
pit bulls actually not blah blah blah he said. He said,
I don't care.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
You're choosing not to hear the portion of his audio
where he said the pit bull out of the blue
could attack a family member. You're not hearing that any
dog could do that.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
But you didn't hear the rest of his audio where
he said, and kill and maim to a much larger
degree than other dogs do.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
Agreed, they're very so why are you so?

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Why are you bringing that up as a rebuttal?

Speaker 4 (18:18):
I think this is a clip from your arguments.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
Let basically would not let me finish?

Speaker 4 (18:26):
Well, just say there's a there's a clip in there
if you want it.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
There's another clip if you go to let me. If
you while you're in there, what he if you got
a Dougan news there's a song that was released.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
About this.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
Folder news. It's like, but the point being is that
is that I was bringing not all. I was bringing
Greg's point up via this dumb actor I didn't know
anything and rebutting it with just fact after fact for
fact from a mega exporting his guy, from a guy
who was sitting there training a pit bull talking about
how he's training.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
Is it possible?

Speaker 1 (18:57):
And Greg, is it possible that both can be true?

Speaker 6 (19:00):
Now?

Speaker 1 (19:00):
John Burnhal saying that and Greg saying that because they
have pitpules that.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
Are sweet and adorable and.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
It's never hurt anyone.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
It's like, sorry to interrupt you. Uh, It's if you
have a favorite band and somebody else doesn't like your
favorite band, are you going to stop liking that band? No,
You're free to hate pit bulls all day. I love them.
My point is, Frank, the end, and that's why I
keep that not the end. It's three minutes of boredom.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
It shows a guy being mauled by two pitbulls. A
pit bull goes on the attack in New Jersey to
chase down this little girl.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
Oh, I wonder what's next. Family lives here says they've
had the twelve year old pit bull since it was
a puppy around children, but today it attacked a five
year old boy.

Speaker 4 (19:50):
What so we attacking a child?

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Swing a chat around by our faces up. Don't worry.
Jeff's like three more full attacks.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
In the last year, but since then they played not
much as the end of the song.

Speaker 4 (20:06):
Again attacked by beet pitbull dog, but he was playing
at a bark near his house in Germany. Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Let me.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
Would hear about.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Here's the point, Greg is I know, I know. I'm
not going to convince you. That's not the point of
having the discussion. The point is to reach the people
who can be convinced you are going to be.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
Jeff.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
Another thing, one of us is trying to literally save
children's lives. The other person has blood on his hands.

Speaker 3 (20:44):
So that is the difference.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
Is your dog is your dog? Racist?

Speaker 1 (20:50):
Dogs to be racist? We have we had a German
shepherd at our frat house, and that this is not
an isolated story. I've heard many stories like this. Who
are our Our male man happened to be of a
certain persuasion, and when his substitute was of a different persuasion,
the dog did not bark at the substitute.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
Do you remember, Kirby your enthusiasm, Larry had the racist dog?

Speaker 1 (21:11):
Really sorry, you know what's going on. You have a
racist dog. The dog hates black people.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
There you train the dog behavior. I didn't train it
black people.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
As it barked at any white people.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
Exactly.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
Your dog is racist, sheriff's races.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
