I mean, I think that's perhaps an oversimplification of my
particular gripe with them. I think that they, especially around
the pandemic, kick this off the most is they love
patting themselves on the back, and any group that has
to tell you how good they are and how heroic,
especially heroic and selfless and all this other stuff they
are isn't. And that's what this has happened a couple

of times here recently. I'm actually, look, I'm applying to
be a teacher. Right now, my application is still in
the pipeline. But this happened recently too, where we Tracy
Morgan was talking about it. He had a different angle
on it, but Dave Portnoy and Barstools Sports came up
with something apparently out of the blue. He said, quote,
I find the two most insufferable groups of people on
the planet are lifetime educators and lifetime politicians. Both live

in a fantasy world that lacks common sense, that would
not survive a day in the real world. Now, he
clarified that, saying that his mom indeed was a teacher.
He's not talking about your high school elish teacher. He's
talking about the administrators, tenured faculty blah blah blah blah blah,
which I fully agree with. And when he kind of
tied it into politicians, there is when you have a
position where you're not really tied from day to day
responsibilities and day to day productivity and stuff like that.

You're like, what you do is just garbage.

It's not like I've talked about in our industry, like
the metrics of that middle management layer is just disgusting
and worthless, just just a pain of it butt, it's
just they provide. They all they are are an obstacle
to success and productivity.

Yeah, yeah, that's what they're for. I mean, they're they're
the barrier to the people who actually make the decisions,
so they don't have to keep telling everybody no. So
those people, those middle management people are just trained to
say no, which is why when you say, well, why
is it no, they go, well, it's just the world
we live in. It is what it is, right, which
is just got to dig out. But how many times
those same people that's what they're there for. They're there

to create that bear because most people then that's what
they give up. Very few people will go above and
beyond that or pushing further or go above them.

that's unhelpful, because I will and I'll use somebody that
I rarely trumpet, but Elon Musk.

run companies, what they'll do is they go they they
they know that middle management layer is worthless and a
painting the button offers no value. So they go and
talk to the engineers because every A lot of a
lot of CEOs will tell you that by the time
information gets up to them, it's been sanitized and cleaned
and everything.

hear from our CEO all the time. He goes You're
one of the only people who will tell me actually
what's going on. And he should be doing it in
a very real way. Yeah, and no offense to him,
but he should be doing that all the time. He
should not be talking to the senior VP and blah
blah blah and garbage blah blah blah blah whatever, because they're.

interesting analysis or actual they're telling the best version of

want to be educators to go into education field, teachers
score very low score compared to plenty of other of

generic you know, general jobs out there, generic professions, they
are surprisingly stupid.

When you look at any measure of people who go
into education, teaching, blah blah blah, they are at the

particular gripe with them. I think that they, especially around
the pandemic, kick this off the most is they love
patting themselves on the back, and any group that has
to tell you how good they are and how heroic,
especially heroic and selfless and all this other stuff they
are isn't. And that's what this has happened a couple

of times here recently. I'm actually, look, I'm applying to
be a teacher. Right now, my application is still in
the pipeline. But this happened recently too, where we Tracy
Morgan was talking about it. He had a different angle
on it, but Dave Portnoy and Barstools Sports came up
with something apparently out of the blue. He said, quote,
I find the two most insufferable groups of people on
the planet are lifetime educators and lifetime politicians. Both live

in a fantasy world that lacks common sense, that would
not survive a day in the real world. Now, he
clarified that, saying that his mom indeed was a teacher.
He's not talking about your high school elish teacher. He's
talking about the administrators, tenured faculty blah blah blah blah blah,
which I fully agree with. And when he kind of
tied it into politicians, there is when you have a
position where you're not really tied from day to day
responsibilities and day to day productivity and stuff like that.

It's not like I've talked about in our industry, like
the metrics of that middle management layer is just disgusting
and worthless, just just a pain of it butt, it's
just they provide. They all they are are an obstacle
to success and productivity.

the barrier to the people who actually make the decisions,
so they don't have to keep telling everybody no. So
those people, those middle management people are just trained to
say no, which is why when you say, well, why

is just got to dig out. But how many times
those same people that's what they're there for. They're there

they give up. Very few people will go above and
beyond that or pushing further or go above them.

run companies, what they'll do is they go they they
they know that middle management layer is worthless and a
painting the button offers no value. So they go and
talk to the engineers because every A lot of a
lot of CEOs will tell you that by the time
information gets up to them, it's been sanitized and cleaned
and everything.

hear from our CEO all the time. He goes You're
one of the only people who will tell me actually
what's going on. And he should be doing it in
a very real way. Yeah, and no offense to him,

blah blah and garbage blah blah blah blah whatever, because they're.

want to be educators to go into education field, teachers
score very low score compared to plenty of other of
