Avenue was a four way light, none of that was
there when they were building jack Aranda. Back in the day,
my dad and I used to fish a lot of

The developers are over developing this land and it's happening
in Bradonton on seventy.

There reminds me of Venice and Sarasota. So it reminds
me of like the border Road area in Venice or
River Road, and then in Sarasota, it reminds me of
the Palmer Ranch area where it was right basically open space.
Animals could roam that kind of stuff. And now it's

not just a little development, massive development, of.

Course, And what they're doing is the developers are building
all these new tathouses and new houses along seventy fifth,
but there's only one road roundabouts to get.

like forty five minutes, But when those new houses and

off season, it's gonna take that long because of what

who you're voting for. And you can't keep approving developments

Road is in the process of being completely annihilated and

Well, I want to know who's pay them for the roadwork.

They're supposed to be a part of it. That is

But then the county is responsible or the city, depending
on where it is. Most time we're talking county on
the areas I just mentioned, and you were talking about
that's the county And the problem is yeah, but you
gotta understand who you're voting for on CA Hony commissions
in particular. Absolutely, so you've got to be aware of
who you're voting for. And you can't keep approving developments

or have people that are beholden to developers approving stuff
but they don't allocate the resources for the roads.

Absolutely, we've got to be more responsible with the development.
But it's insane. I just wanted you to know. Fruitfield
Road is in the process of being completely annihilated and
it has me very sad.

I drove down Fo're going to go a buddy's house
the other night, and have you been down Fruitville east
of the interstate, Lulu, not for that.

It's a disaster.

next same we know we're part of Lakewood Ranch. Yeah,

And Manatee County's got issues with I would say a
significant amount of their county commissioners now approving development. Honestly,
and I've told this to some people that are thinking
about running. The only thing that matters if you're running
for kind of commission is what is your stance on development.
If you can't answer that question in less than two sentences,
you're out.

I'm not anti development and the jobs it brings, but
you got to have where are you doing it?

What's the infrastructure set up? And how are we doing this?

finish my day.

Yeah, there's a lot of people to do that too well.

And I just wonder.

I don't know that it ends like I'm not saying
it keeps going up, but it maybe just levels off
where it is and it doesn't dip.

I mean that's a possibility, But I have the feelings
some other game changes are headed our way.

I moved from Miami twenty two years ago, and I
ninety five was probably under construction for the last ten
of the twenty that's before I lived there.

Well, I mean, seventy five isn't going to look like
ninety five, but it's going to be a mini version
of it here in a few years.
