Speaker 1 (00:00):
I also really quick over the weekend. I forgot to
talk about this, Jimmy.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
It was National house Plant Day and I wanted to make.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
Sure that you didn't do this again. Was just checking
to make sure that you didn't water all of your
fake plants.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Are you still doing that?

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Because I was.

Speaker 4 (00:14):
I was thinking about it when his houseplant d No,
that was I only did that for like two weeks.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
What did you do, jim for National house Plant Day
which was over the weekend.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Why don't you tell everyone what you did in case
they missed it?

Speaker 4 (00:25):
Well, I was that. I think it was like I
think it was pottery barn and I saw a nice
plant and I ordered it. I didn't realize that it
was fake when I ordered it, because it was up
high on a shelf, okay, And it got shipped to me.
And when I got it, I was in the box
and I you know, it was like I leave my
laundry in there for like a week. I just left
the plant in the box. It was the box poked

(00:46):
a little hole, and yeah, I poked a hole in
the little bottom and I stuck the watering cannon there
and I watered it for a few days until I
could unpack it and I finally the water was sort
of spilling out.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
I'm like, oh, I'm missing the plant.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
And then eventually I opened it and was like, oh,
this is plastic.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
You ordered a plant online and you thought it was real.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
It came in a box. You actually still thought it
was real, and that it came in a box with
no holes.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
You poked a hole and watered up, watered a plant,
watered a plant through the box and it was leaking,
and you just thought you were missing the plants.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
And then correct two weeks.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Later you took it out and you went, oh, wow,
this plant is fake.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Uh huh. I think you need a license. You should.
People should have a license for.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Owning a plant, a house plant, because that's just still
next level.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Do you have any real I was just at your house.
Do you have any real plants?

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Now?

Speaker 1 (01:39):
I was trying to think if you did.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I yeah, I've got one, one real one and it's
it's actually growing.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
It's I've had it for two years.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Really, are you talking to it? Are you doing anything?
Or it's just growing?

Speaker 4 (01:50):
I mean I wouldn't say that I'm talking directly to it,
but I mean, you know, I walk around the house
talking to myself.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Okay, we remember you overhears me. It might not know.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Actually, houseplants are the keepers you think about.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
They're the keepers of all secrets, like they know everything
in people's houses.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
They hear.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Now, remember Jim the other day, I think it was
like in December, we did this whole story about how
houseplants are just as effective as pets, and I was
a little shocked by that, but they said that it
actually gives people a lot of comfort and joy.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
And you talk to them and they you know, are
you feeling that way about your plant? Like? Are you
in love with your plants? Does your plant have a name? No,
you're not. Okay, does anyone have a houseplant that they're
really attached to or love or it has a name?
I wonder if people do name their plants. I bet
they do. They name their cars.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
I'm sure I'm sure that there.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Are Yeah, yeah, all right. I just wanted to open
that up.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
Anybody have a houseplant that they love that's named or
a story? We bought these little tiny bamboos for good
Luck Gym. They were like six inches. Now they're taking
over my entire bedroom. There's three of them, for like
three of the kids huge, and then every time a
leaf falls off, like, oh no, we're going to lose
money because you know it's a money tree supposed to
be by anyway. All right, well, let me know eight
