Speaker 1 (00:00):
Say, let's talk about what you did.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
I'm speaking of getting front row seats and doing something
spectacular like that. All right, let's everyone has to hear this. Okay,
let's start at the beginning. You got tickets.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
I got so the Psychedelic Furs with Gary Newman, you know,
the guy that sings here in my cars here in
no no no no, yeah, okay, all right, yeah, and
then the Psychedelic first, which we all know them, big
eighties band, Psychedelic I have been wanting to see I've
never seen them, been wanting to see him. I keep
missing them every time they come to Chicago. They were

(00:32):
at the Auditorium Theater over the weekend, and I got
great seats. Wait.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
I love this that you keep missing them, like every
time they came, you like missed them.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
I was just always busy.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
The date didn't work out for me, all right, This
time it did and I got great seats at the
Auditorium Theater. When I say great seats, I was actually
dead center in the front row.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
You've got front row seats to the Psychedelic Furs and
Gary Newman.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Okay, yes, yep, so excited and I was all ready
to go. And then I was looking on my Facebook page.
Saturday night, people started posting videos of the Psychedelic First
in Chicago, and I'm like, are they here for two nights?

Speaker 1 (01:09):
And I look and I'm like, oh, oh no.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
It's eleven o'clock at night and here I am. I
just they just left the stage and that was the
date and I missed it and.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
I wrote down the wrong date.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
So I talked to him.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
I believe that.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Yeah, from you, I can so Jimmy missed the guy.
He had front road tickets to the show. He was Dynasty,
and he yeah, and you missed it. You just you
thought it was on Sunday night instead of Saturday night.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Yeah, I don't. I don't know why I thought that.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
I just, oh, my goodness, Oh you got to be
dying when you saw everybody posting the videos, like oh oh,
and that's what it was.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
And I was like I can't.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Yeah, I'm like, oh my gosh, all right.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
I love this story so much. Because I talked to Jimmy,
He's like, I'm really bummed. I was gonna go to
a show tonight but it was last night. And then
so it happens, Jimmy. As we get older, I think
it happens, but I wanted to leave this open. Has
anyone done that or you missed like a big event
because you wrote down the wrong date or by the way,
that's a panicky feeling, especially if it's like a really

(02:13):
important event, Jimmy, like weddings. I'm sure, I'm sure there's
people who have done that. Does anyone miss something super
important like a kid's event, a wedding, a work event,
something where you like you got the date wrong. All right,
let's leave it open so Jimmy doesn't feel so bad.
Eight five five nine three nine six six. You can
always see him in another city if you get the

(02:34):
day right. You could always try jim But anyway.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
Yeah, I mean they'll I mean they'll be back.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
But still the goods is I'll be laughing about this
for like a good week.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
