Speaker 1 (00:02):
This morning freak show. Ain't no big deal.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Just the biggest event in the history of the city
is is here this week. It's it's Draft week, ladies
and gentlemen. We got the draft yet, we got the
draft yet, we got the draft yet. It is NFL

(00:30):
Draft Week here Pittsburgh. There is gonna be a lot
going on this week. The first round kicks off on
Thursday night. Of course, Friday night rounds two and three,
and then uh and then Saturday, you know, wrap it
all up, and it's Uh. It's gonna be a busy,
long week here Pittsburgh. But I think it's gonna be

(00:52):
a rewarding week. I think it's gonna be really cool
to see just how big Pittsburgh gets put on the
national and worldwide spot light.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
It's time to shine.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
That's skyline.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
Let him, Let him show me glimpse of that skyline
with the packed like draft stadium area.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Gosh, hey been planning for this for like years now. Yeah,
and it is finally here. I mean you can you've
been feeling the buzz in the city for a while now,
but we are here. It is uh, it is Draft week,
so of course, uh. Throughout the course of the show
today and throughout the course of the week leading up
to the draft, will tell you all you need to know,

(01:30):
where to go, what you want to see, who you
want to see, where you want to be, all that stuff.
And also listen, I know it didn't go well for
the Penns first round of the playoffs, right they opened
the first game they lose to the Flyers.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Oh down one nothing. Now what do we do? Well?

Speaker 2 (01:46):
We get loud for the boys again. We have your
chance to win Penguins Flyers playoff tickets. Will tell you
how you can win that. Coming up next on the
Kiss Morning Free Show. Good morning, it's draft week.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
It's Mikey and Bobs.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Hey listen, unless this is your first time watching Penguins
playoff hockey, everybody settled down. It's gonna be a long run,
all right. Like playoff series aren't won in the first game. Penguins,
of course, lost the opener of their series in the
playoffs of the Flyers three to two. First time we
had playoff hockey here in Pittsburgh held the job by

(02:23):
the crowd in four years loud. It's like what we shanting,
It's like what we said, fired up, like the crowd hasn't.
We haven't had it in a while here in Pittsburgh.
Got playoff hockey. We needed it taking away for us
for a few years because we were getting we were
getting mundane with it, just like, al right, another playoff.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Run, oh yeah, first round?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Yeah, and then first round we lose. But there's something
about this team that you're right, Bob has the city
and had the crowd believe in the crowd was so loud,
all the towels waving and everything. That's the kind of
playoff atmosphere we like here in Pittsburgh. But Penguins lose
to the Flyers in the first game of the series
three to two.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
But we want to send you to the game tonight.
How about that? How about a little bit Let's go
Penn How about a little bit Let's go Pens. All
you need to.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Do is get on the free iHeartRadio app, send us
a talkback message sometime before ten a m. This morning,
so you don't have a long time to do this
and sit and think about it. Send us a Let's
go penns message? Why you want to go to the
game tonight? And we are gonna send somebody to a
Penguins playoff game Let's go tonight. Hey, can't you get
Let's go penn So hopefully the Pens can turn it

(03:34):
back around. Then Game three is set for Philly on Wednesday,
Game four Saturday at Philly, and then Game five. You know,
if we don't get swept by the Flyers, then Game
five will be back here in a week next Monday.
But if you want to win playoff tickets four tonight,

(03:54):

talkback message with a little bit let's go Pens, and

me and Bob are are cool. It's fine. It's a
long series. It's one game. It is what it is, Bob.
We will check in with the Penguins Facebook comments after
a single playoff loss coming up around eight twenty five.

(04:16):
This morning, It's Mikey and Bob, the Mikey and Bob Podcasty.
There was there was like freezing rain, snow flurries when
I woke up this morning and got in my car
to drive here.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
That was not fun, right? What the hell is that about?
Don't love that? No, not a fan of that.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Bob is still wearing shorts though, if you're wondering how
he's taken the weather. But yeah, it's taking a little
turn here. We got clouds today, highs in the upper forties.
It is Mikey and Bob The Kiss Morning Freak Show.
We really want to know about draft weather though, And
I'm telling you Thursday and Friday right now are looking beautiful. Yeah,
I'm talking like this could bump those draft numbers up

(04:59):
because the weather Thursday and Friday, like Pittsburgh perfect.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Looks like eighty degrees.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Yeah, sun and clouds, maybe eighty high with sunning, a
little bit of clouds.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
It's gonna be perfect weather. I think.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
For again, this is one of the biggest weekends ever
in Pittsburgh as far as events go. It's Mike came
Bob The Kiss Morning Freak Show. Also something that is happening.
I wouldn't even say this, it's like happening right now.
The uh, the giant rubber duck is at Foster Plaza
and Green Tree overlooking the Parkway as people are coming

(05:31):
in this week for the draft. A lot of people
went and uh probably took pictures by it. I saw
over the weekend. I also saw that the duck had
to be shut down for a while and taken down
because of the storms and the winds in the severe
weather over the weekend. It's like, man, we were we
closed to having a duck on the limp.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
My god, ducks blowing around. Duke can humage that duck
blew away and blue on the parkway.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
The pictures I saw but fully inflated, are crazys massive.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
It's huge. It is massive. All right, let's get to
aunt Kaca. Here she went and saw the duck.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Talkback messages brought to us by one Team media.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
The duck. Yeah, she's big and she's bold, and she's beautiful. Boy.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
We were driving on the Parkway and it was.

Speaker 6 (06:15):
Is just some majustic flight.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Yeah. I love this city, all right, love you.

Speaker 7 (06:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
And it's bigger than the rubber duck that we had
like ten years ago that was sitting in a you know,
sitting there by.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
The point is, duck is bigger.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
People coming in all week for the draft and just
cruising down the Parkway into the city here and just
say glance over and see.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
The giant rover ducks staring back at them. They're like, huh, Pittsburgh,
what does Pittsburgh have to do with ducks, And then
the answer is nothing really, which is perfect. Who doesn't
like a giant rubber duck? All right, let's get to
another message here, Hey.

Speaker 6 (06:46):
Him a number ten.

Speaker 8 (06:46):
This is a mass potato Reveoli lady catching up on
the podcast and you're talking about the giant rubber duck.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Yeah, and I love how Nikey you're going through the
street and you just casually skip over that it's closed
for a day or two private event.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Uh huh? What type of private.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Event do you do with a sixty foot rubber duck?

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Also? Can I get an invite listen?

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Maybe a little bit a duck party? Who knows? Who
knows what the private event is? I don't think can
happen with the duck that big.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Maybe the private event is you know, me and Bob
just want to centrally hug the duck.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
I mean, it's a private business owner that brought it in.
It's not like the city brought it there there. It's
some type of big like county wide attraction. Like it's
some guy that paid to have it set up in
his parking lot. Yeah, Jason Wolf is his name. He's
got a lot of money. He also reached out to
us over the weekend, and I think he might be
calling the show this morning so.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
He could basically do whatever kind of event he wants
with that dog.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
I think we got the duck guy on the show
this morning, so we'll have to ask him some questions
about the Rubber Duck. As you know, we welcome just
so many football fans into the city for the NFL
Draft this week. Hey, Cochella had a good, good second weekend. Right,
we'll recap everything that happened in Coachella coming up around
seven to ten. We'll get to today in Freak Show

(08:09):
History next, And guess what today is? Everybody look at
the calendar yet today it's Monday. It's April twentieth. Oh boy,
that means it's for twenty today.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Oh my gosh, today's weed. If today was in an
episode of The Pit, all they would chow is the
er people overdosing on marijuana.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
All right, we will get to today in Freak Show History,
a special four to twenty edition coming up next on
the Kiss Morning Freak Show.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
It is Mikey and Bob.

Speaker 2 (08:39):

my meat real and my men with chest hair.

Speaker 10 (09:52):
Just wanted to let you guys know this weekend was
my daughter's birthday party. Oh no, we're singing happy birthday.
She just turned for ooh and At the very end,
she blew out her candles and then she yelled happy birthday, Bob.
Nobody knew what was going on but a select few

(10:13):
of us, and it was amazing. Yeah right, you listen,
thank you. You need to tell your four year old
daughter happy birthday to you too. No, no, she can't
be wishing you a happy birthday on her birthday. Your
birthday is not her birthday.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Your birthday January January first, New Year's Day's your birthday,
your baby New Year. Okay, watch out, it's catching out
with the kids. Oh god, four years old. Watch out
the whole generation of kids who thinks every day is
your birthday. What am I doing here? Uh?

Speaker 2 (10:46):
This guy on Instagram, man, he's been he's been doing
a great job with the draft videos for out of towner's.
His handle is tourists look up on Instagram. Okay, and
uh he's got a service that he wants to offer
for out of towners.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
Again.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
This is one of our favorite things about the Draft,
is injurs warning out of towners or giving them tips
that aren't really tips. Yeah, but uh, I'm telling you
this might be a money making proposition here. Getting people
around downtown and on the north shore during the draft.

Speaker 11 (11:18):
Are yin's concerned about how you're gonna get around for
the NFL Draft next week? Sure, traffic gonna be absolutely diabolical,
lifting uber prices astronomical. Well, do I have the freaking
deal for you starting Monday, a week.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
In the draft? Okay, int, okay? Starting today? What is it?

Speaker 11 (11:38):
Randy's canoe service?

Speaker 1 (11:39):
Whoa canoe service?

Speaker 11 (11:43):
Randy will pick you and your friends up in a
big ass green canoe.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
WHOA picked you up down on the south side. I'll
pick you up at the point. Oh, you can pick you.

Speaker 11 (11:52):
Up down are at the north shore amongst all the chaos.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
You don't even have to walk Randy's canoes.

Speaker 11 (11:58):
Fup your drunk ass in the canoe. Randy will even
let you play whatever your freaking won on.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
As whoa, you're listen all right? You don't get the auctions,
you're your freaking light like.

Speaker 11 (12:09):
Randy will actually bring you a six pack of icy light.
WHOA charge if you want the dirty rat now, seventeen
hundred dollars an hour?

Speaker 1 (12:17):
Random bad seventeen hundred dollars for Randy's canoes? You want?

Speaker 11 (12:23):
Randy is also uninsured.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
And Randy's uninsured too. Great job there again, you can
look him up on Instagram. Tourists, look up. He's been
making some really funny draft videos. As we welcome football
fans from all over the country in the world into
town this week for the NFL Draft. All right, we
are gonna read some Penguins Facebook comments after they lose

(12:45):
the playoff opener to the Flyers around eight twenty five. Also,
keep sending in your talkback messages. We're giving away Penguins
tickets before.

Speaker 1 (12:56):

to twenty on the show, we will get to our
very special four to twenty report coming up for today
in Freak Show History. Next, it's Mikey and Bob.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Pay your Bills is back.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Kiss. It is Mikey and Bob.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
Let's get to another talkback message real quick before we
get into today in Freak Show history. Here talkback messages
brought to us by the Pavement Group MIIKEE.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Bob, You guys are absolutely Pittsburgh's oddly shaped uncle.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
We did it. It's facial with Pittsburgh's oddly shaped uncles.
We did it all these years of hard work. Yep,
it's finally been confirmed, and we.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
Are the oddly shaped cousins. You know you've got some
oddly shaped listeners out there. Yeah, I mean anyway, it's fine.
If you're oddly shaped, then you're just part of a club.
You know. We're all in it together. Yeah. Yeah, Me
and Bob make the human number ten. We stand next
to each other. I'm No. Six one nine. Bob's round man.
Nothing wrong with being shaped weird, fun size, fun size shapes.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Yeah, we appreciate all you that ride with us, no
matter what size you are. All Right, it is right
around seven o'clock and it's time for today in freak
show history. Take you back to a moment and the
show that made us laugh made a smile. Oh it's
April twentieth today.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Huh for twenty? Oh? Boy? What todayday?

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Years ago, there was a news station that did this
report about April twentieth for twenty. It was almost like
a warning to parent about your kids getting high on
four to twenty. I cannot believe that this actually ran
on the news years ago because it just seems like

(15:22):
something that would never even air in current days.

Speaker 8 (15:25):
It's a day that many of your kids have decided
to go on vacation.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Oh your kids are going on vacation today, are they?
What experts say?

Speaker 2 (15:33):
It's one trip that could actually ruin your child's life. Alright, No,
kids could have their lives ruined today. Why, well, it's
four twenty today, April twentieth.

Speaker 12 (15:42):
Your children are out celebrating beautiful sunny days.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
They could be at the beach or even at the park.

Speaker 12 (15:47):
Yeah, but do you know what your child is doing
when the clock strikes for twenty?

Speaker 1 (15:52):
Oh, do you know what your child is doing? Where's
your child? It's four twenty? Are they doing? We they
could be out not getting high on life? But drugs.
Oh no, kids inside, oh no. Also also parents. Anybody

(16:13):
like this? Why is this a kid's report that like,
kids are getting high? Everybody is right, too many teens.

Speaker 12 (16:20):
This signifies more than just the time of day, but
the time to get high.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Jesus, the time to get high atday four to twenty.

Speaker 12 (16:27):
This fourth month of the year of twentieth day, there's
been a local buzz about teens looking to live out
there drug induce fantasies.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
Okay, I'll just tell you right now, drug fantasies. Today.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Your weird uncle is going to be living out as
drug induce fantasies a lot more than kids that are on.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Their way to school right now.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
Like your weird uncle's been living drug induce fantasies for years.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
Talk about him rather than the kids here. But why
at four twenty? Why at four twenty?

Speaker 12 (16:53):
Some say it originated on East Code announcing marijuana's saving.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
Place Secret Marijuana Code for twenty.

Speaker 12 (17:00):
Man who chooses to not be identified nose first hand.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
Yeah, we can't identify him because his life's been ruined
by marijuana.

Speaker 12 (17:07):
He says he smoked on four twenty. Eventually, it's stretched
from four twenty to five twenty.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Now, I just want to stop this real quick.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
For almost the past I don't know, fifteen years, Whenever
me and Bob talk about drugs sometime like off the air,
not like we do drug drugget whatever.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
Sometimes we just say four twenty turns into five twenty next,
but you know it's five twenty.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
We we say whenever four to twenty gets mentioned, four
to twenty turns into five twenty.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
Like it's been a tick in your life.

Speaker 12 (17:39):
It's ruin and countless other hours and other drugs.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Other hours, other drugs. But it all starts today with
four to twenty and.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Twenty years old. I'm trying to play the puzzle back together.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
Put the puzzle back together, because for him, four to
twenty turned into five twenty.

Speaker 12 (17:54):
The kids who plant to smoke on four to twenty consider.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
This, Oh nice time you light up? Shut down?

Speaker 3 (18:00):
Ah, think about base kids just shutting down brain cells.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
Maybe that's why I have trouble talking so bad, and
we have multiple screw up tracks of me mispronouncing words
and things like that. How stupid is all that? Though?

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Like that's really what they used to run on the
news on April twentieth. They used to scare like parents
and grandparents be like, hey, no one else is doing drugs,
just the kids?

Speaker 4 (18:26):
What so stupid? How we used to just four to twenty?
Do you know where your children are at? It's four
twenty turns into five twenty.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Count other drugs after that. Everybody, we're just celebrating today.
Have a safe and fun and happy for twenty Penguins
Flyers tonight, game two of their playoff series. Of course,
Flyers stole game one, Game two us tonight. We want
to send you to the game. Send us talkback message

(18:56):
with a little bit of let's go Pens, do it
before ten am this morning for your chance at tickets.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Let's go Pen, There you go, It's how you do it. Okay,
all right, all right, help this mom out.

Speaker 8 (19:13):
I want to take my girl.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
To her first game.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
First playoff game is such a fun experience too. All right,
Let's get to another one real quick.

Speaker 6 (19:21):
Hello, slim gym the summer Sausage.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
Just love from Portview, just calling in to try to
get my chances score some Penns tickets.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
We'd love to go take my son to see our
first playoff game together. Can I get a little bit
of let's go Planns and f the Flyers. There you go,
all right, Bud nice, you're qualified.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
Send your talkback messages before ten am this morning if
you want to go see the Penguins take on the
Flyers Game two of their Stanley Cup playoff series tonight
at the Arena. It was weekend two of Coachella out
in California. Saw a lot of people just saying Coachella
first weekend.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
That's for the instance, influence theirs in Instagram and all
that stuff. Weekend two is about the music, Okay, the
real fans Weekend two.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
I mean it was a pretty badly kept secret, but
still seeing you know, the pop icon over decades and decades.
Madonna come out to Vogue during Sabrina Carpenter set on Friday.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
Pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
That was pretty cool. And then they sang like a
prayer and Sabrina can sing good for her my song,

(20:44):
So that's pretty cool, you see, you know, Sabrina bring
out Madonna.

Speaker 1 (20:48):
Man, it's weird. I feel like, I'm so proud of
Sabrina Carpenter whenever I see her, because she you know,
when she was coming up, she did so many things
with our radio station, performing at our Halloween party, one
year at stage a coming out to stuff of Us
and just hanging out with us in the parking lot
at Robinson Town Center for like an hour just to

(21:09):
promote the fact that we were, you know, raising toys
for the Marines Toys for Tots programs. So, I don't know,
we got sort of a soft spot.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
For Sabrina Carpenter and it's really cool to just see
her on a massive Coachella headlining stage with Madonna, and
it's just cool to see, like, you know, what she's
turned her career into and how great she is right now.
And then there's beabes Man. Beabs nailed it again a
Coachella weekend. I think he had the ox cord out again.
He was playing videos off YouTube again. Yeah, yeah, that

(21:39):
was pretty cool. He brought out a bunch of super friends,
brought out sis I, brought out Sexy Read at some point,
brought out Big Sean right because you know, Big Sean
raps and as long as you love Me, we goodbyes
Dubby Memmy on me right, So Big Sean comes out
sings his verse in as long as you Love Me,

(22:00):
and I think Big Sean tells Justin Bieber, what a
lot of people are thinking about Justin Bieber now, especially
with what happened after that. So here was Big Sean
talking to Justin Bieber.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
This is Coachell over the weekend. Co dedicated your whole
life to this man.

Speaker 13 (22:13):
You gave us your whole life, directly or indirectly. I
think you tell all of us to believe in ourselves.
I've seen a lot of the things you've gone through.
I have you know, I've seen you at times where
it wasn't always beautiful, but you've thought through it. And
in the world where everyone's trying to take over the world,
you give.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
Over the world. Bro. Yeah, Beabs got that awk scord.
They have taken and taken it. Never once had who
turned into them.

Speaker 6 (22:40):
You always have.

Speaker 13 (22:41):
Been giving and figured out a way.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
To push the gills.

Speaker 13 (22:43):
So I just I'm speaking on map everybody.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
Thank you so much, Bro.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
I think it's cool and Beabs he's getting his flowers, man,
because even though we may not know the exact details
of what happened to him when he was growing up,
you've been through it. I think some things happened to
him the kid growing up. He doesn't really want anything
to do with usher anymore. Yes, just In himself and everything.
But I think I think my favorite moment of the

(23:12):
entire Coachella the whole thing is Billy Eilish Justin Bieber
sings one Less Lonely Girl.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
Dude, I love that.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
Billy Eilish is just like headliner level act she's headlined before. Yeah,
just huge, And she turns into that thirteen year old
girl that every you know girl was when Justin was
that age.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
I mean, we've all seen the picture of her in
her room when she goes right there, Justin Bieber posters
all she's been on stage in front hundreds of thousands
of people and she goes right back there.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
So, uh, Justin.

Speaker 2 (23:47):
Bieber singing one Less Lonely Girl. He's got one chair
up on the stage, Hayley Bieber was with Billie Eilish right,
you know, side stage whatever. She sort of pushes Billy
up there and Justin sees, oh that's Billy, I'm a
get her and then sits Billy in the chair. And
it is so cool because, like you said, Billy Eilish
is such a massive worldwide superstar and she's just sitting

(24:08):
there fangirling like so many of us do over you know,
Justin Bieber here the whole thing.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
That was a cool moment too.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
And the Strokes also played videos protesting the bombings of
Iran and Gaza and a bunch of different CIA regime
change operations too, so that was the thing. Also, Olivia
Rodrigo came out during Addison Rays set.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
Did you see that perform? Drop Dad? Olivia Rodrigo back
in the mix? Huh? Pretty good. The weekend at Coachell, Hey,
first weekend for the influencers real music. On the second weekend,
all right, oh go if Justin Bieber is Flowers.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
The Penguins lost their first game in the series against
the Flyers. We will check in with Penguins Facebook comments
around eight twenty five, and we want to try to
pay your bills this morning. Get you a thousand Around
nine ten, it's Mikey and Bob six That is Kailani folded.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
It's mike Y and Bob the ninety six one Kiss
Morning Freak Show for twenty birthday Here. Whoa is your friend?

Speaker 2 (25:15):
Carrie and Bethany West Virginia.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
A right, why did we wake up the snow?

Speaker 14 (25:19):
This is dumb?

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 15 (25:20):
Other nature's high?

Speaker 1 (25:21):
Bye? Yeah? What what is that?

Speaker 2 (25:24):
What happens, snow flurries, nice and shorts and then Pittsburgh
weather is a little bit drunk. There was snow flurries
this morning. It just confused me. Hies today just in
the upper forties. But looking ahead to the forecast like
Thursday and Friday, right, it's.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
Gonna be nice hot, it's looking nice, gonna be nice.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
I think, listen, we can't complain about any bad weather
or oh.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
It's cold, or oh I can't wear shorts.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
Listen, I think the weather forecast is just looking good
for the draft.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
That's all that matters. Okay, get three whatever.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
This little snow flurry freezes this morning Thursday Friday like
eighty degrees, a little bit of sun, a little bit
of clods man.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
Pretty great. Yeah, city is gonna look just awesome.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
Let's get to another talkback message here, brought to us
by One Team Media.

Speaker 1 (26:16):
Hey, what's up, fellas.

Speaker 14 (26:17):
You know one thing I don't think anybody's really thinking
about yet, is you know where we live at there's
a lot of turkeys. Okay, it's that time of year.
They're getting hot and heavy out there. I work for
utility company in the city. I've been seeing them.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
They're coming out.

Speaker 14 (26:33):
They're getting they're getting frisky, risky. Better watch out down
here for the draft.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
Oh boy, Andy did a turkey? All right, what a
turkey call in his truck. I think I'm worried more
about the geese, right about turkeys. We gotta worry about
geese poop being all over.

Speaker 4 (26:50):
The noise, stay aggressive down there. Yeah no, I think
we killed them all that what happens.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
I think they Mayor Corey O'Connor, with his bare hands
went out there and.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
Took one by one. The goose hunter he did. Yeah, yeah,
he's gonna have his own stand at Picklesburg this year.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
It's gonna be goose Meeting. I don't know why I
just made pickle goose jerkey. I don't know why I just.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
Made the mayor of our wonderful city mass murder a
bunch of geese. I apologize. Somebody's gotta get it done.

Speaker 4 (27:17):
You know, we got half the world visiting up right up,
someone red up.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
There's a lot going on obviously this week with the
NFL Draft. It tout.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
Me and Bob are excited because like there's a shuttle
that's coming up to get us for the draft.

Speaker 4 (27:37):
Right Yeah, the whole transportation thing seems a lot easier
once you look into it.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Yeah, the free football Flyer shuttles. They will be going.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
North east southwest. They run every fifteen to thirty minutes
from ten am to one am during draft weekend. You
don't want to be down there before ten am. Trust me,
nothing going on right, So.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
I'm not sure you want to be down there at
one am. No, no, you don't want to do that.
So you don't want to be on either of those
book ends. You just want to be right in the middle,
a little bit right sweet spot.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
But yeah, and then of course you have the tea
that's going to be riding for free, The Incline's gonna
be riding for free all weekend.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
The NFL Draft Experience where you know, that's where the
players go up on stage.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
That's where it's all covered right now. They're outside Acressuer Thursday.
It opens at noon, Friday it opens at noon, and
Saturday it opens at nine am.

Speaker 4 (28:34):
I saw they're starting to test all the video boards
and sounds, and yeah, that got on there.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
That could be a thing that happens like early week here,
like today and tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
There is going to be loud sounds.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
There is going to be louder projecting voices and then
you hear booming things. They are going to be testing
a lot of sound stuff probably today and tomorrow down
the north Shore, and then you know, this is just
gonna be a weird week because you know, the draft
first round of Thursday night, but Nelly is going to
be playing at the Plaza there on the north Shore

(29:05):
at six pm on Wednesday.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
You know why it feels so weird? At least I know,
at least us. I guess it's just like we have to.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
Work around this.

Speaker 4 (29:14):
Yeah, I think you just kind of enjoy It's not
saying you can't enjoy it by going down and having
a good time, but like, yeah, there's still real life
for us here in Pittsburgh that's happening.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
It is weird that real life is going to be happening. Like,
you know, you work at a hospital. You say you
still got to go in to work.

Speaker 2 (29:32):
Yeah, I know there's a lot of remote stuff in Pittsburgh,
public going remote and all that, but uh, yeah, Thursday
is when we're really gonna start. The buzz is gonna
start Wednesday. It's gonna be high buzz because that's when
everybody comes to town. Right, But Thursday, Steve Aokie's playing
the Plaza at north Shore at noon. Just Thursday, Steve Aokie, Huge,

(29:54):
massive DJ. Right, Cam Hayward's doing his draft party Thursday
three pm ats Keel Cowboy and then the first round
of the draft. Then we go to Friday, of course
for rounds two and three that kicks off at seven pm.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
Cam Hayward's gonna be doing.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
It's Not Just Football and podcast one to four from
Hind's History Center and then Whiz Kali Fun, Brett.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
Michaels five fifteen, rock in the.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
Stage for the explosion there and then Saturday the draft
rounds four and seven. This is when you're just taking
the kids down there. If you just want to take
the kids down there to like throw a football and
run a forty yard dash or something, I think Saturday
is your day, right.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
Setup looks amazing, man. Yeah, rounds four to seven will
be on Saturday. Two chains will randomly play Saturday at
the Plaza there at the north Shore, and then Caine
Brown closes out the NFL Draft. So obviously it's it's
gonna be busy.

Speaker 2 (30:49):
But I think a lot of our parking and people
fears and how are we gonna do? This was just
alleviated by you know, me and Bob live up north.
We have like Wexford area, Frank Park right right.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
Nobody ever comes gets us, which is fine where usually
left eye, I get it. Public transportation. We didn't got
tea up there.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
But if they're coming out in my way, are you
kidding me? Beers are gonna be flowing the NFL draft
here we go. Just everybody be good Yinzer ambassadors and
make people want to come back here again.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
Maybe bring their family here when it's not draft week.
In draft week, Yeah, just be nice to people.

Speaker 2 (31:31):
Didn't expect to be on the verge tiers watching the
Pirates game had nothing to do with what was going on.
Like during play on the field, Uh what Jake Mangham right,
he sees a little girl on the outfield wearing his jersey,
which is sort of confusing.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
You gotta Jake mangon jersey. Do you know him or
are you a family? Right? But good for her?

Speaker 2 (31:53):
So uh he sees her and then throws the ball
into the crowd. I think it's her brother that's with
a little bit older and has his glove, catches the ball,
gives it to her.

Speaker 1 (32:04):
She just hugs her brother and is just crying.

Speaker 6 (32:07):
Jake Mangham Jersey on and wants to make sure he's
look at that.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
Love it. Oh, that's why you bring your gloves. Heartwarming. Yeah,
and then they kept showing, like they kept showing the
kids and you know, the adults that were with them
and everything.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
They kept going back to him. I like when uh,
I like when sports Net Pittsburgh does that, Like they
put somebody on the Pirates game and then that person
starts getting the calls and.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
Texts, Hey, you're on the Pirate game. They keep flashing
back and forth and then they're just looking at their phone. Good,
we're on a pirate game. Like, yeah, you're on the
Pirate game. You're being told you're on a pirate game.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
That was That was a moment that like transcended Pittsburgh,
transcended baseball.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
That was a magical moment to see.

Speaker 6 (32:57):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (32:57):
And by way, hey Buccos win the series against the
Rays seven strong for Mitch Kellery yesterday to get a
six to three win.

Speaker 1 (33:05):
They're looking pretty good.

Speaker 2 (33:07):
Yeah, pirates are off today then down to Texas to
take on Good old couch man Andrew mccutching down there
playing for Texas, So that'll be starting their three game
series tomorrow. It's Mikey and Bob the Kiss Morning Freak Show.
Now listen, it's NFL Draft week, right.

Speaker 1 (33:23):
Yes, we gotta make sure everything is proper and everything
set up right. We also have to make sure we're
on good behavior this week.

Speaker 2 (33:33):
Okay, So do you want to check in with sort
of the pulse of the city Pittsburgh Police Scanner time, sure,
just to see what everybody's doing the weekend before the
draft se see if we're getting it out of our
system or not. Again, a couple people listening to Pittsburgh
Police Scanner and report on what is happening in and
around our city South Side Flats and East Carson Street.

(33:56):
Callers said, an employee from a taco shop is chasing
him with a machete.

Speaker 1 (34:02):
Right, all right, that's not very welcoming.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
Get it out of your system there, taco shop. Hey, Sassi,
taco shop, get it out of your system right now.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
If you needed to chase somebody with a machete, glad
you got it out of your system this weekend. Put
the machete away for the week. Okay.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
Also happening in and around our city, East Liberty, pinaff.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
It's a target there in East Liberty. I have the target.
If you lost your gun in the men's room of
the target, security found it. Can't be doing it.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
You can't leave random firearms around any time, but especially
Draft week.

Speaker 1 (34:42):
You can't do it.

Speaker 4 (34:44):
I imagine you on Holster for a number two, right,
I think, Yeah, after the situation, you don't want to
go in there with a loaded gun.

Speaker 1 (34:52):
Yeah, can't leave behind those Draft week. I mean, you
don't want to. You don't want to have a misfire here, Yeah,
you want to.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
You hit the side of the bowl and then all
of a sudden you're not sitting on the toilet. You're
sitting on the wet floor. Nobody wants to sit on
the wet floor at the East Celebrity Target.

Speaker 16 (35:08):
Right.

Speaker 2 (35:08):
That's it, That's that's rock bottom right there. Also happening
in and around our city, Perry North, the Incarnation of
the Lord Church. All right, oh, color says a thin
guy in the row. Went to the church and is
yelling out of tune at the choir.

Speaker 1 (35:25):
What yelling singing?

Speaker 2 (35:27):
I'm gonna give this guy a pass. Okay, he's got
a song in his heart. He came roped up, brother,
go it was sunday, it was just the game. Maybe
he's in the choir.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
Maybe he woke up late for church and said, well,
can't then, can't disappoint Jesus man choir, especially on draft.
We can bring it home. So he runs into the church.
He's got a throb on and then just Jesus is
a friend of go Jesus. He's a friend of man.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
And then the cops are called because a guy. Then
guy in Robe win to the church and is just
yelling out of tune at the choir. He'd be like, hey, listen,
I got this.

Speaker 1 (36:10):
Let me sing.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
They're gonna let me sing the anthem down the draft
if I knew, No, probably not. That's what's happening in
and around our city. Due, all right, we have Penguins
Facebook comments after they lost the playoff game.

Speaker 1 (36:23):
They lost the playoff game the first game. Oh well,
it's not over. It might be a little bummed up, but.

series with the Flyers, listen and it's the vibes on
this team are still high, right, and we still got
to bring it as fans like we did for game one.
Game it was rocking inside. Okay, it was great. We

(37:14):
just need to playoff hockey back we did. Did we
give up on it? No, we just needed we needed
meaningful playoff hockey. And they were like, all right, we'll
do this. Get loud the whole game. Yeah, we can
do that again. So Game two is tonight Penguins and Flyers.

hiding in the Let's okay, let's go, let's go. Okay,
what al right? Well the whole family's a wait. I

(38:03):
actually think you will go most of Pittsburgh there with that, Budgies.

Speaker 8 (38:10):
I would love to take my husband, who had just
entered revission in the beginning of this fun Yeah, well
it be his first ever playoffs.

Speaker 1 (38:20):
Wow, all right, I.

Speaker 2 (38:23):
Mean we we just picked the winner at random. But
husband beat Canters. Pretty great, Yeah, pretty good.

Speaker 1 (38:29):
Let's get to another one here, Penn.

Speaker 15 (38:32):
Screing amone out defends are in the stand. They scream,
and they shout. We're from Pittsburg and will win without
a doubt. Go get you much so you could be
part of the cloud.

Speaker 1 (38:43):
I like it. I don't know why the song. I
don't know why it happened. I don't know where it
came from, but I like you.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
Yeah, yeah, thanks for sharing. Send your messages in here.
Let's go Penn's messages before ten am this morning. You
want to go see Penn's flyers.

Speaker 1 (38:56):
Now let's get to Sidney Crosby after the loss over
the weekend. I think it was tight. Yeah, it's a playoff.

Speaker 4 (39:02):
After it was tight, and you know we uh we
didn't do a good job of sustaining some zone time
they were getting out and we just gotta be better.

Speaker 1 (39:10):
We just gonna be better in all there is to
be honest with you, I mean execution, you know, just
being a little bit more connected. So yeah, just we
definitely be better. Hey, this ain't the captain's first rodeo.
They know, especially with Philly. You don't win this thing
in one game. No, you don't. You don't lose it.
You don't win it in one game.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
Let's hear from Gino though, if Getty Malkin talking after
the game one loss of Pens.

Speaker 17 (39:32):
Yeah, it's what we talk about. You know, we should
play our game, you know, but we I think we
live with lost control. Second period, you know, we start fighting.
This is what they want, you know, and uh and
again it's just feels game, but top lost. Again we
play at home crowd, it's amazing tonight.

Speaker 1 (39:50):
It's not over.

Speaker 17 (39:51):
We need like understand how we playoffs important and every
game important, physical game. We need just ready like a
playoff a game we need to like don't give them
like any like chance. He's played power play, you know,
but Monday, it's not over. See you Monday, and today

(40:18):
is Monday, so it is uh, it is not over.
But if you want to be hey, listen, I don't wanna.
We know the Penguins aren't gonna get swept by the Flyers, right, No,
should I even like bring that up, because like if no, buddy,
if it's so.

Speaker 2 (40:36):
That the Flyers win the next three games now the
last hockey game of the year will be.

Speaker 1 (40:45):
Listen, then you gotta think of the age of the
Big Three, and then you gotta start thinking of you
me fired up, fired up, and we're going tonight fired up.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
All right, You can enter for your Penguins tickets before
ten am here on the Kiss Morning Free Show, and
we will read Penguin's Facebook comments after one playoff loss
around eight twenty five.

Speaker 1 (41:08):
It's Mikey Bob Kiss Morning Free Show.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
The most unlikely place to see a traffic cone being
hoisted this weekend wasn't at the Pirates game because we're.

Speaker 1 (41:22):
Just used to that now. Everybody bringing their cones in.

Speaker 2 (41:24):
But in case you didn't watch over the weekend two
nights of WrestleMania. Right, So I show speed who.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
Is just crazy streamer. He's worldwide famous, the almost famous
people on the internet. Right, I show speeds wrestling. Now,
it's one point where he jumps off a top turnbuckle
onto a table, right, and this jump is like super
slow motion. They show it. Yeah, there's a dude. It
just pans the crowd wearing a Chris Latang jersey and

(41:56):
he's hoisting a traffic cone in the middle of WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (42:00):
It's so Pittsburgh and so perfect perfect. It's so perfect perfect.
It's Mikey Abob the ninety six to one Kiss Morning
Freight Show. By the way, speaking to WrestleMania, I don't
know if for buddy Pat McAfee's ever gonna be in
wrestling again because Randy Orton lost Cody Rhodes and that
was the thing that he was involved in. But speaking
of Pat McFee, obviously he's gonna be in town this
week for the NFL Draft. It's a big thing. There's

(42:20):
gonna be a lot of people that do sports shows
that are in here this week, and you know, ESPN
Sports Center will be here in NFL Live.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
And even like Cam's got multiple events going on.

Speaker 2 (42:30):
Yeah, let's get to this talkback messager brought to us
by the Pavement Group.

Speaker 14 (42:33):
A Mikey Bobwug formerly in DC.

Speaker 7 (42:35):
Mikey, glad to hear you got back in contact with McAfee.

Speaker 1 (42:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (42:39):
I missed a call from Pat McAfee last week, and
now I was a little bumm dot because he didn't
call me back for like a day and a half.

Speaker 1 (42:44):
And then I thought, like I probably wanted something about
the draft, probably want to like maybe invite us to
something or have us involved in something.

Speaker 4 (42:51):
And then thirty six hours allowed us to speculate our minds.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
Yes, what we missed out on.

Speaker 2 (42:56):
We went through every scenario possible. I thought I was
gonna zip line from Mount Washington down to the Draft
show at some point.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
I didn't know any chance.

Speaker 8 (43:06):
You might be heading down to the Cayman Science Center
Wednesday night.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
Yes, that is what Pat wanted. He invited us to
his little party on Wednesday. Yeah.

Speaker 14 (43:14):
If so, that's awesome and congrats to you guys getting
that invite.

Speaker 8 (43:19):
But if you talk to him again, can you find
out where we need to go to? Uh see his
show throughout the week.

Speaker 14 (43:26):
Yeah, looking to head down either Wednesday or Thursday, trying
to catch some of his show.

Speaker 1 (43:31):
Have a good day, guys. Yeah, we'll figure that out
for you. I don't know where Pat show is going
to be set up. I don't think he's announced it yet. Yeah,
you know, and usually he's right in the draft area though,
like you're set up in a corner of that draft area.

Speaker 2 (43:41):
Yeah. So if you recall, you know, a few months
back whatever, Pat McFee did the voiceover for a Football
Time that is the like our long sort of documentary
on western Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh in the love of football,
and you know just I mean we're talking about like
the Joe Montana, Joe name If, Terry Bradshaw, the old

(44:02):
school that stuff, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino stuff. Uh, you
know up until the the The Aaron Donald's of the World,
and so Pat has never seen the movie that he
voiced over though, so he's gonna see it with Uh,
he's inviting some people.

Speaker 1 (44:18):
We got an invite to it. Luckily.

Speaker 2 (44:20):
That's why I kept saying, like Thursday morning, when we
come in here, we might have some stories because this
I think he's gonna sell a few tickets to it.

Speaker 1 (44:28):
For charity, but a lot of friends and family. Yeah,
it seems like uh sort of things. So whatever, I mean,
me and Bob don't belong anywhere. We don't belong anywhere.

Speaker 2 (44:36):
So when something like this happens, because I remember when
I was talking to Pat when he invited us, I'm like,
this is dress code something.

Speaker 1 (44:43):
Like this, like al, he's gotta throw that out. Man
in suits or something that were gene shorts like you do,
and maybe a taint top. Is that gonna be okay?
So yeah, that's what we're doing. Wednesday night. We'll be
at Pat mcfee's Science Center thing and then we'll uh
and then we'll you know, tell everybody sort of our experience.

(45:03):
Thursday morning, the morning of the NFL Draft here in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
All right, Penguins are down one game to none in
the series against the Flyers. Has the Penguins fan base
already lost their minds after one playoff game? We will
read Penguins Facebook comments, tell you how you can win
some tickets for tonight. Coming up next down to kiss
Morning freak Shout, It's Mike Yambob ninety kiss. We'll tell

(45:27):
you how you can get into the game too. Tonight
Penguins Flyers Stanley Cup playoffs are on. We'll tell you
how you can win tickets Tonight's game in just a
couple of minutes. Here it's mike Yambob The Kiss Morning
Freak Show. Penguins lose the opener to the Flyers, which, okay,
it's just one game.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
Sure it was home ice for the Penguins.

Speaker 4 (45:47):
In that it's a whole series, like we sell down right,
There's gonna be wins, there's gonna be losses, there's gonna
be ups, there's gonna be downs.

Speaker 2 (45:54):
And also, I feel like we're playing with house money
this year. This isn't the year that the Penguins were
favored to win the Cup.

Speaker 1 (46:00):
But here we are.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
The Penguins were favored by most people, do not even
make the playoffs?

Speaker 1 (46:04):
Was fired up? House money is what we're playing. We're
excited for game one.

Speaker 2 (46:09):
Man, it's gonna be okay, right, And then we read
the Penguins facebook comments that we.

Speaker 9 (46:15):
Are going to dark case on the internet. Everyone is
a g it's time for Penguins facebook comments.

Speaker 2 (46:29):
We're reading some Penguins facebook comments after they lose three
to two in Game one of their series against the
the Flyers.

Speaker 1 (46:36):
Michael G. This is what happens Penguins when you lay
down for the last week in the regular season. Okay,
it's they didn't all casting guys for those last couple
of games, and if Sidney Crosby's leg would have snapped
off in a meaningless game, then you would have been
bitching that we shouldn't have been playing players. Is what happened.

Speaker 7 (46:59):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (46:59):
Steve see here.

Speaker 2 (47:00):
In the Penguins Facebook comments after one playoff game, the
Penguins need a coach like me. Oh my god, we
just Steve, seeing the Facebook comments, says he's ready to
coach now.

Speaker 1 (47:12):
Dan Muse turned this team completely around. Yeah, but Steve
see in the Facebook comments, this guy is gonna take
us to Lord Stanley. He says. I'd be yelling my
brains out to get them fired up and ready to
play all games. They've all been waiting for a.

Speaker 2 (47:27):
Hockey coach that yells Dan Muse is the brains of
the operation.

Speaker 1 (47:32):
But I could be the coach that wouldn't kick him
in the ass to get him going. Dude, you're on Facebook. Wait,
did he make himself an assistant coach he put assistant
Facebook coach Shan Muse could stay charge, kicking him in
the ass. This is so stupid.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
Penguins Facebook comments after they lose game to the Flyers
in the playoffs. Jason W crowd kicked ass. Yeah, yeah,
hell yeah, Stu was great. Yes, Yes, the rest of
the team came out in the first two periods of
the game like they had Dirhea.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Oh no, can't. It's way too early in these playoffs again,
lily S. Knock their damn teeth out, Penguins. Give them
a one two punch. Whoa down, Nelly? Okay, people right

(48:28):
on Facebook, you're getting too aggressive. Give the Flyers a
one two punch. That's how coach Steve would coach them.
Coach him their teeth out. Steve threatens with violence. It's
all Mikey and Bob Kiss Morning Freak Show reading. Penguins
Facebook comments after they lose the first game to the Flyers,
Eric M. I watched a female Flyers fan throw up

(48:48):
on herself two rows in front of us during the game.
Then she got us scored it out, So overall, not
a horrible game one experience, all right, sure, I mean
that's the story you tell people for the next decade.
Right yeah, yeah, ken k here flyers are playing like
a bunch of goons. We need some meat and muscle

(49:10):
to drag him around the ice. Okay, neat and muscle?
Do we have any the like drag him around the ice?
Do we have any like?

Speaker 2 (49:21):
I know that we can't trade for players, right? Can
we eat muffle? Do we have a meat dragger on
the baby pencheck to come up? Maybe you're not gonna
believe this guy a muscle up meat dragger.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
It's like he's playing with two sticks out there. One more,
Brent g here come the excuses, one and done. Oh,
season is about to be over. There goes the Penguin.

(49:51):
Send him to the crossroads. They're gonna bring in the
meat man to save it though, Right one game the
season's over. We don't have an meat draggers on the team.
And miss Penguins hockey. Penguin hockey.

Speaker 2 (50:05):
Okay, I'll be horn. It's only game. One round of

you need to go and what times and things like that.
Our buddy Cam Hayward is going to be recording his podcast. Uh,
Cam Hayward's not just football podcast. He's doing a draft
party Thursday at Tequila Cowboy that kicks off at like
three pm. Then Friday he's gonna be doing his podcast

(01:00:34):

talking to Rich Eisen on ESPN. Obviously it's a big
deal with the draft and everything, but Rich Eisen's also wondering, hey,
where's Aaron Rodgers at Remember Cam Hayward last year told
Aaron Rodgers.

of this crew and we really enjoyed his company. But

It back with them. You're hosting a draft party at
Tequila Cowboy on April twenty third. Man, I'll tell you
this right now.

get Rich Eyesen saying Tequila Cowboy on ESPN, and it's
a wild thing. It makes you want to point at
the screen and go, I've been drunk at Tequila Cowboy
before you know.

Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
Yep. There's gonna be plenty of those moments this week.

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
It's beautiful rights, it's the spotlight on Pittsburgh.

Speaker 1 (01:01:45):
He's not appearing on the pod. There's always a spot
open for Aaron. When do you think you're going to
get an answer on this? I don't know.

Speaker 7 (01:01:52):
I think everybody is all all in on him, right.
I think that's just from what we got to see
this this season.

Speaker 1 (01:02:00):
We were pleasantly surprised how great he was. All Right, listen,
Aaron Rodgers is coming back? Cam is It seems like
Cam knows, Cam saying okay, can you tell us? You know,
if you tell everybody Cam, you know, he's coming back. Right.
I just think it's cool just all the shows that
are gonna be out of Pittsburgh, the shots of the

(01:02:22):
city that are gonna be happening. It's gonna be great.
And the weather's looking great. The weather's Thursday and Friday, right,

What a last couple of weekends for Justin Bieber headlining
Coachella this past Saturday and last Saturday. I think the
moment I'll remember from this Coachella Coachella twenty twenty six
is just Billie Eilish going up on stage with Justin
Bieber singing just being a fan.

Speaker 1 (01:06:52):
Were getting the Beabs teer. I don't know, man. Remember
Beabs had a tour that he planned on a few
years back and then he's just.

Speaker 4 (01:06:59):
Like nah, mental health stuff. Yeah yeah, yeah man, I
think I don't know, and he can just play one
off festivals whenever he wants.

Speaker 2 (01:07:09):
Basically, I just want Justin Bieber to travel around bill Festival,
the festival with his laptop and just play like old
Biaber songs and like here's one from swag to you know,
like I just want Beabs to As long as Beabes
is happy, man, he's been through something. I just want
Beabs happy too.

Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
That's just an.

Speaker 2 (01:07:25):
Awesome moment over Coachell the weekend with Billie Eilish being
pushed up on stage by Hailey Bieber, you know, Justin's wife,
and just seeing her reaction is really.

Speaker 4 (01:07:35):
At one point her legs went out like she was
trying legs didn't work, but she really Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:07:42):
I saw Billie Eilish posted on Instagram, you know, after
and she's met Justin Bieber before. Yeah, I did see
an interview with her, and this is an old interview
because I've seen it before. That's just like what would
you tell Billy? Billy Eilish was being asked, what would
you tell your younger self? And she goes, you can
call Justin Bieber any time you want. You have his

(01:08:03):
phone number, you can call him. And then she goes
and he'll answer every single time you call.

Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
Like that's it was cool to see her sort of
just live out her childhood dreams and be on stage
with Justin Bieber.

Speaker 2 (01:08:16):

Speaker 6 (01:09:25):
After your commercial reminded me that I wanted to go
oh yeah, yeah, yeah, one hundred and forty dollars later,
I get you nine pounds of totty rolls and a
bunch of other stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:09:33):
Wait a minute, here did he say he started with
nine pounds of Totsi rolls?

Speaker 1 (01:09:37):
You spend over one hundred dollars at Crampa Joe's. I
got all the candy candy store. You bought nine pounds
and toutsie rolls. What does one even? I know you're
eventually gonna eat him?

Speaker 4 (01:09:50):
I got sweet dude, man, I think I hope he
had hanker him for the Tutsi rolls.

Speaker 1 (01:09:54):
Seems like as pounds. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:09:58):
By the way, the commercial that we did for Grandpa Joe's,
obviously it's our favorite candy spot around here.

Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
If you got a sweet too, we know where to
go get a bunch of candy. Time Grandpa Joe. I mean,
how don't you hear that and want to go buy candy?
I kind of want to candy. I want candy right now,
not nine pounds of TOTSI rolls. Accoona, good for you,

(01:10:25):
Raccoon take you appreciate you, Raccoon Tim supporting people that
support our show and go and get nine pounds of
TOTSI rolls down Grandpa Joe's.

Speaker 2 (01:10:37):
You know I know there's way too much stuff going
on this week in Pittsburgh, and there's way too much
to do and way too much to look at.

Speaker 1 (01:10:43):
And point at and be a part of. There is
a giant rubber duck that is way bigger than the
one that was here like a decade ago in the
parking lot of Foster Plaza and Green Tree overlooking the Parkway,
and like it's a big deal, but it's sort of
like a footnote to the rest of the stuff that's
happening this week. That's pretty wild, right.

Speaker 2 (01:11:03):
Do you know how unhinged I would be if this
was happening on a week where the it wasn't like
the busiest week in the history of Pittsburgh.

Speaker 1 (01:11:10):
If all we had was the duck. If all we
had was duck, that would have been plenty too.

Speaker 7 (01:11:16):
I would.

Speaker 1 (01:11:16):
By the way, the guy.

Speaker 2 (01:11:17):
Jason Wolf, who you know, business guy, loves Pittsburgh. He's
the one who I guess paid for the rubber duck
to be put up and everything. We reached out to
each other and got contacted over the weekend. I'll try
to get him to join the show tomorrow. He saw
my message a little bit too late to get on today.

Speaker 4 (01:11:36):
But the duck is massive though, Like you can go
down the parkway and the duck staring at you.

Speaker 1 (01:11:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:11:41):
Also, I saw they had to shut it down a
little bit over the weekend. He hasn't got too windy,
yeah wind Could you imagine if that rubber duck would
have taken flight?

Speaker 1 (01:11:49):
Oh god, jus, that giant rubber Dunton Donegal. Oh my gosh,
it'd be a Donegal duck flo from flu from Foster
Plaz all the way Donical, where's that? Now? Live that
living treasures? Yeah? Du there alright again, it's just like

(01:12:15):
a little footnote. What the biggest rubber duck you ever
seen in your life? In flight?

Speaker 2 (01:12:19):
The ball SiO Parkway. It's draft week. Uh, there is
so much going on and tonight just Penguins playoff hockey.

Speaker 1 (01:12:30):
Let's Ben's you still have a.

Speaker 2 (01:12:32):
Couple more minutes here, get your talk back messaging if
you want to win Penn's tickets before ten am.

Speaker 1 (01:12:37):
Of course we'll recap the game tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (01:12:39):
I can't even imagine what Facebook comments would be like
if the Penguins go down.

Speaker 3 (01:12:43):
Too well, not gonna happen homere locking it down, saying man,
just saying that's that's our responsibility though, when the boys
don't hold up there and we have to then be
responsible and read Penguin's Facebook comments.

Speaker 1 (01:12:57):
Crowd's gonna be loud, places gonna be rocking. Yeah, it's
a great time to be in the city. It's a
great time to time to be in the city. Boys
don't lose tonight. They're not losing tonight.

Speaker 2 (01:13:09):
All right, Well, have a you know, obviously Pensury cap
on the show. Uh, tomorrow, Let's see what else we
gotta cover here, anything else that's talking about pens tonight.

Speaker 1 (01:13:21):
Yes, I think we're good man. There's a lot of
drafts going on in the coming days. It'll get busy,
it will, all right. What do you want to name
the podcast today? Mom?

Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
I mean, I always know it's gonna be bad, like
a bad name when you giggle before you say.

Speaker 4 (01:13:38):
Okay, I'm ready to say professionally four twenty meat draggers.

Speaker 1 (01:13:46):
That was unprofessional? What it's an unprofessional name? And you
said it unprofessionally four twenty meat draggers.

Speaker 2 (01:13:56):
Somebody did say in the Penguins Facebook comments that they
need they need some guys that drag dragged meat out there.

Speaker 1 (01:14:04):
Yeah, that's something about meat. They wanted to see more
of it. That's it for Rousky. Caught up with the
Mikey Moult podcast.

Speaker 2 (01:14:09):
If you missed any of the show, Ryan Seacrest shows
up right now, How am I Gody

Bleep! with Ana Navarro

Bleep! with Ana Navarro

Fear thrives in silence and confusion. Ana Navarro rejects both. Her voice is an antidote to today’s chaos. Her new podcast, Bleep! with Ana Navarro, takes on today’s most pressing issues with the voices most connected to it: decision-makers, political leaders, cultural shapers, and people on the frontlines of the story. The conversations acknowledge the emotions we all feel—despair, sadness, fear— but emerge with knowledge, perspective, and hope. The belief is simple: fearless dialogue can transform fear into courage, and courage into change. When fear dominates the headlines, this show digs deeper. Because information, debate, and conversation don’t just ease fear, they give us power to shape the future.
