Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, the ninety six one Kiss Morning Freak Show. We
experimenting this morning with the ice coffee, Bob, don't be scared.
Did you take a sip already? Yeah, it's it's Tara
Massoux flavored ice coffee. Don't be scared. Go ahead, mean
Tara Massous the which I know, I know. Yeah, yeah, yeah,

(00:23):
well that's different. It's not bad though, right well zip yeah, little,
not bad, not bad? Maybe want more? Yeah, you know,
it's something that I could have once once. It's not
the new go to flavor anything like that. But hey,
Tara Massoux iced coffee this morning, Bob, every now and then.
Not bad? All right? Nice job, Hey, nice job on

(00:46):
a Friday, getting this some nice new flavored ice coffee.
I'm a rent taker here. You know, if there's a
day to do it. Though it's on a Friday, could
have could have ruined the vibes. As people know, Friday,
we we we're just coasting it in. We're not taking
anything serious today. Huh. You know, it's just it's Friday.
Nobody cares, right, isn't that for that serious? No? Actually,

(01:07):
Friday's no different than any other day on our show. Friday,
we're extra not serious. Nope, nope, but every day, it's
every day, all right. Listen. I just we got a
lot of people reacting to yesterday's show because yesterday's show
we got the call of calls that stopped everybody in

(01:28):
their tracks and made everybody go, what the hell? And
it was this.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Recently found out the guy that I'm dating is a
standing wiper.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Not only are we there, but he's also a bull center.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
So lifting up the toilet seat to sit on the
bowl to poop. Yeah, the rationale is it's kind of
like a squatty potty Nope or not because I'm concerned.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Yeah, it's or not. It's red flag like it just runaway.
In case he didn't catch that, he lifts the toilet
seat and sits in the Yeah, yeah, bull. I went
home yesterday and looked at my toilet and lifted both
toilet seats up, and I just go, there's no damn way,
there's no way. All right, I mean, listen, it's just
our talkback messages are all just this on the Bear Bull.

(02:16):
What's right. It's like it's like fifty of those messages
over and over from yesterday's show on the Bear Bull.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
What.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Yeah, that's nasty. Yeah, can we start to go fund
me to get this guy's squatty putty so we don't
have to go bear ass on the bull. I don't know,
that's gross. He's gonna have like the Pittsburgh Pirates of
bacteria on his bum. Yeah, he's got Bucco berries back there.
You know. Weird, just a weird, weird message we got

(02:46):
yesterday on the show. But I'm glad that everybody sort
of came together and just said, hey, we're listen standing wiping.
That's one thing they lived, they live amongst us, but
this one we're throwing the flag right here. For a second,
I thought like maybe I'm wrong, and there's a whole
like section of people now just go No, he's out
his own island and we're not making a GoFundMe for

(03:08):
his ass. All right. Chance at Bruno Mars Tickets this
morning around seven thirty and nine thirty, it's Mikey and
Bob ninety six to one. Kiss, Hey the fog out.
There's no joke this morning. Careful out there. I mean
you want to give everybody the professional fog warning. Bob,
go ahead, all right, that'll do. That's pretty good, a right,

(03:31):
It's Mikey and Bob here on ninety six to one. Kiss.
Bob is trying to get me to go to the catwalk?
Is this tomorrow and Brighton Heights the first ever? Oh geez,
what is the Pittsburgh Catwalk? Man, Pittsburgh Catwalk? I mean
this sounds like something I should be involved with, they said,
taking off in cities like Chicago, New York, Sacramentos hosted
one before. Oh so bring it to Brighton Heights. Brighton

(03:52):
Heights is hosting the first ever catwalk. Okay, it's a
ninety minute walk around the neighborhood. Yeah, people have signed up.
There will be twenty Any local cats feature during the walk?
Oh wow? Hey, so like you can sign your house
up as one of the houses with the cats, and
like you're just out on your porch showing your cats
off to people walking by. That's kind of sweet. It's
pretty awesome, right, sweet? Yeah? If I was in Brighton Heights,

(04:15):
I would almost have half of the cats that they have,
just because I don't eight cats eat out on the porch.
They have twenty. I've eight myself. What are we doing
Brighton Heights? You know I can almost double your number
if I'm included ninety minute walk. It's free, but they're
asking for ten dollars donations. It's gonna be cat raffles,
cat cat theen crafts going on. Local nonprofits will be

(04:39):
there to talk to people about fostering. There'll be a
bunch of table set up with local nonprofits, and it's
benefiting a bunch of like local Save our Strays. Yeah,
Franky Friends, Pitchfork, Paul Projects. That's awesome. It's all going
to a good cause. Brighton Heights walk man, Yeah, all right,
they got twenty cats. I got to eight. I'm not
that far off from having my own cat walk. Dude,

(05:01):
watch like three hundred people show up to this cat walk.
If those cats are gonna be overwhelmed, if they're outnumbered
like the pet stuff, that might be that might be true.
All right, listen, hey, if it goes successful in Brighton Heights,
I'm gonna do my own cat walk. But it's just
gonna be everybody walking through my house and I'm gonna
charge you too. I'm gonna charge you for it too.

(05:22):
All right. A lot to do on the show today,
Like we've been saying, Bruno Mars is playing next Saturday
at Acra. Sure, we got two chances for you to
win Bruno tickets seven thirty and nine thirty. Cash is
playing Tuesday at Starlike your chance at tickets for that
around eight thirty and of course less than a month
away now. Our iHeartRadio Music Festival in Vegas will give
you a chance at a full trip to Vegas and

(05:44):
one thousand dollars. Around nine ten, It's Mikey Bob the
Mikey and Bob Podcast. Our friend Lauren sent us a
message on Instagram. Listening to the podcast Pittsburgh Steeler Time
unlocked something in my brain. I had the version you
guys did with hinz war Save on my MP three

(06:04):
player slash knockoff iPod in the mid two thousands when
I was in high school. Our buddy DJ Bonnix has
been working on a version of Pittsburgh Steeler Time, Pitt's
Hurt Steeler Top, Best Hurt Stealer Ton, Pittsburgh Steeler Ton,
This Turt Stealer Ton, Pitts Hurt Steeler Test, Turt Stealer Shot,
Pittsburg Steeler Tom, This Turt Stealer Top that's on G

(06:28):
right there. That's that's from a long time ago when uh,
you know, we sort of came up with that for
the Steelers. I'm glad everybody liked a little earworm yesterday
on the show. Who Knows? Maybe we uh, maybe we
get a new version of Pittsburgh Steeler Time to play.
It's Mikey and Bob here on ninety six to one
kiss of course, all about them. Steller's second preseason game

(06:50):
is tonight. Will Howard will be playing the U Hard
He'll be playing the first half. Drew Aller we'll get
the second half. And no, Aaron Rodgers probably know Mason
Rudolph either. Did you see the Mason Rudolph trade room?
Watch out here comes I mean, here come now, but
here come. It's not it's I mean, you gotta go

(07:10):
with the source. It's a guy who's on ESPN Radio
in New York, Jake Asmon. Maybe he's an insider. No,
he said the Jets could be in the market for
a veteran QB. Mason Rudolph's name has come up. Jets
could call the Steelers if they want a veteran behind
Geno Smith. They can just take them home. They can
take them back with them, take them. Yeah, go ahead,

(07:33):
let's just put them on the plane. I mean, yeah,
I'm playing fly flying back. We got Drew and Will also.
Tim Bens of the trip talked to Mason Rudolf and
he said, I'm very aware that the fan base is
starved for a franchise quarterback. People want to have the
hope for the future beyond this year. We've got two
great quarterbacks who are young and progressing. I really am

(07:56):
jealous of the structure that they've had in this program,
with the quarterback grooming system, the way that coach McCarthy
has done it, because I feel that they've made a
lot of strides and I'll be rooting for them on Friday.
Oh all right, alright, Mason. He's like, I'm just the
old dog now that nobody paid attention to in my
early years. Right, I would have been in this program,

(08:16):
who knows how when it turned out. He's seeing what
Will Hard and Drew Eller are going through now and
he's like, man, they're kind of like they're kind of
like ready now. Maybe with Mike McCarthy, Yeah, we'll see.
Since Tomlin didn't care about quarterbacks, Big Ben hated me,
so like that's what he should have said, right, I'm
pretty sure reading between the lines. Maybe that's what's coming
out of Mason Rudolph's mouth there, but yeah, we won't

(08:39):
see him or Aaron Rodgers. Tonight it's Will Hard and
Drew Aller as the Steelers preseason takes on the New
York Jets tonight. Lots at two PM, gates at five.
Here we go, game at seven, and of course you
can listen to the game on the radio home of
the Steelers one oh two five. Dve your chance at

(09:02):
Bruno Mars Tickets this morning around seven thirty and nine thirty.
It's Mikey and Bob ninety Cats. I'm Mikey and Bob Cat. Hey,
we appreciate you listening to our Mikey and Bob podcast.
But it's not just listening to the show. It's seeing
clips of the show, seeing pictures of us in our

(09:24):
daily lives, be our friends, seeing pictures of my cats.
That's right, We're on Instagram. Of course, you can follow
us if you don't already at FS. Mikey for me
at FS, Big Bob for me. Fast stands for Freak Show. Yeah,
we made it a long time ago. You know what
are you gonna do? Follow us on Instagram at FS

(09:45):
Mikey at FS Big Bob. If you love content, more
messages coming in, Bob for you to do a fog
warning if you want to just get another one out
of the way, here, go ahead. Yeah, yeah, that's the
fog warning right there. It's foggy this morning. That'll eventually dissipate. Well,

(10:06):
have a sunny day today. Highs around eighty degrees. I
think we got some rain in the forecast this weekend. Though.
It is Mikey and Bob on ninety six to one
Kiss Every now and then, we'd like to do a
thing called say something Nice, where we just get a
positive message. We like to showcase it on the show.
All you need to do if you have something nice
to say about someone or something. My god, man, you
can't even watch the news without just being just depressed,

(10:28):
even like just local news news, even murders and just
bad stuff. And oh man, it's Friday. Can we get
some positivity? Good? Can we get some say something nice?

Speaker 5 (10:44):
Say something nice, Say something nice?

Speaker 2 (10:47):
What's up, guys?

Speaker 4 (10:48):
Joshin Green Tree, finally catching up on the podcast. It's
been a few days. I been mia busy, life insane. Yeah, yeah,
mandatory overtime at work the life going back to teaching.
This week, a baby had a new daycare.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Man, my old man.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
He's in the hospital.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
Man, life hit you quick.

Speaker 4 (11:08):
But I can tell you one thing. This station, this
community of people that you guys have might sound crazy,
but I feel like we're all in this together.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
Like it does sound crazy, I feel like crazy. It's
a safe space for a lot of people.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
We're all just trying to survive, make the best of it.
When the times are hard. I get in my car,
got a forty five minute drive to work. I mean,
it could be pouring, it could be snowing. I could
have just had the worst day of my life. I
put Your Guys podcast on, and for a brief moment,
it just all goes away.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
You guys are out here.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
You're not just the face of the city, man, You're
out here saving lots.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (11:48):
Hey, everyone, have a good day.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Say something nice, say something nice. Yeah, face of Pittsburgh,
we save lives. Okay, it's nice, very nice, very nice.
We're not that fancy though, Josh from Green Tree, but
very nice. And yeah. The sense of community that I
think people get from just being around our show and
you know, following us and seeing our lives and what

(12:17):
we do, and you just you know, you know our kids,
you know our lives, you know what we're into. You
know Bob's mustache. It's pretty cool that we've built this,
you know, little community, I think, especially when a lot
of people need it the most, when there's not a
lot of things like our show, and there's so much
negativity and there's so much bad news in the world.

(12:40):
But yeah, sometimes man, you just need to, uh, you
just need to turn the brain off a little bit
and just ride out and listen to somebody saying, Hey,
should I break up with my boyfriend? He sits directly
barrassed on the on the toilet, not the seat, the
actual porcelain. Sometimes you need something like that. Two chances

(13:02):
this morning to try to win Bruno Mars tickets. That's
gonna be one of the biggest shows of the summer,
sort of at the end of summer here as a
lot of kids are going back to school, obviously, Bruno
Mars tickets. Around seven thirty and nine thirty this morning
here on ninety six to one Kiss it is Mikey
and Bob Now right around seven o'clock this where we
usually do today in Freak Show History Today. In Freak

(13:23):
Show History Today is gonna be more of a continuation
from yesterday because yesterday on the show we replayed for
the fifteenth year anniversary of when our guy Mac Miller
dropped his song and video for Frick Park Market, and
yesterday we replayed some of his phone call fifteen years
old that he made to the station the morning after

(13:44):
he dropped the song an album and everything like that.
It was kind of cool just to reminisce on Mac
and just hear his voice on the show again. So
let's get to some of these talkback message here brought
to us by One Team Media.

Speaker 6 (13:56):
Hey, boys, I was just listening to the podcast in
the Freak Show History segment where he instead Mac calling in,
and it's just so crazy to hear him talk about
how it would be so cool for people to drive
hours to come take pictures at Blue Slide Park and
Frick Market, and yeah, people do do that now, all
these years later, but in memory of him, it's just

(14:19):
sad and we miss you Mac.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Yeah. I think that's what a lot of people's sort
of reaction was yesterday, because when we played the fifteen
year old call, it was more like, you know, talking
about Mac. How, hey, people are gonna come see Blue
Slide Park in Frick Park Market now like this was
before that was a normal thing. Just like did you
know what you're making here that people are gonna come
want to see this and take pictures? Yeah, and he

(14:43):
did this. You know it's like look look what Look
what it is Now you go up to Blue Slide Park,
like the benches all have messages to Mac on them.
People will leave things that you know, for him or
that remind them of him. Let's get to another talk
back here.

Speaker 7 (14:58):
Making Bob best Ennacle. Every time I hear you guys
talk about mac Miller, I'm just my heart goes out
to you because I know that you guys were so
close to him, and I just want to thank you
for the beautiful way that you keep him alive and
also his dream has come true. I had kids on
a field trip at Frick Park and I was like
trying to explain to them Mac Miller, and some girl

(15:21):
overheard me playing a song of his and she just
had to like tell me that the whole reason she
was there from whatever state or country, she was like
an Instagram influencer. She came all the way to Pittsburgh
for one, and then Blue Slide Park just to like
sit and like revel in mac Miller. And it was
such a beautiful moment and.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
So like out of the blue.

Speaker 7 (15:43):
I you know, I'm trying to explain to like ten
year olds where mac Miller is, and she just overheard
it and we had such a beautiful moment. So but yeah,
my heart goes out to you and his family, and
I'm just so grateful for the beautiful way that you
guys keep him alive and for the ways that we
can go to Blue Side Park and kind of all
remember him together from whatever walks of life we're in.

(16:05):
Thanks to mac Miller for that. It's really incredible.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
Yeah, and it's been cool to see his song Cinderella
with ty Dolla sign sort of make its way back
on the charts and the Billboard Hot one hundred and
like it's you know, streaming. It's doing great now and
it's ten years old. Because his album The Divine Feminine,
there's gonna be a tenth anniversary edition coming out on
October second, and just this morning. A I mean, obviously

(16:32):
it's an older mac song that he recorded around that time.
For the ten year anniversary. They're putting out a couple
of songs that have been unreleased, including this one called
Butterflies Again. This just came out, Mac Miller Butterflies. It'll
be on the tenth anniversary of the Divine Feminine October second.

Speaker 8 (17:06):
If you smells this life fly laf round, it'll be
at No Scout shipperd bround back.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Down took When I first wanted to love you, she
passing me by sheep bird nick rubber.

Speaker 8 (17:17):
He slideshows in my mind, well black blow but her
yes dogs out though better drips, smell that you want
to take a ride on her? I red, and you
don't mind so passionate love what I'm after him? That
feeling so unfamiliar, I only imagine it dream. You don't
mind make the left, girl, I'm gonna bet it all here.

(17:41):
I'm gonna show you what why you been so blue? Yeah,
I'm gonna put your m on bird baby girl. Them
butterfly stick like glue, butterflies, butterfly stick like.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
Butterflies. He's better fly stick like. That's a new old
mac Miller there. Butterflies. It just came out. It's going
to be on the tenth anniversary of Divine Feminine, which
will be out in October for the tenth anniversary. We
are getting a lot of messages already this morning and yesterday,

(18:20):
people catching up on the podcast about this message.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Recently found out the guy that I'm dating is a
standing wiper.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
Not only are we there, but he's also a bull center.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
Yeah, he sits directly on the toilet, no seat at all.
He just lifts them both up and says, nah, I'm
barrassing on the porcelain. So we will get to some
more of that. Your reactions coming up around seven. Have
we heard a follow up from her? That's what I'm
looking for, and we have not heard her follow up yet.

(18:55):
I don't know if she's a live listener, a podcast listener.
I don't know how she takes in the show. But
there's a lot of people who are trying to help her,
and by help her, I mean get her out of
that relationship. I don't run. I don't expect her follow
up to be like, all right, I listened to you guys,
and I broke up with him, and I I'm done.
I'm talking like, how did you guys have this conversation
and what was your reaction? Yeah, when you know there. Honestly,

(19:19):
I could do an entire podcast with her, you know,
the bowl, the whole podcast like we had yesterday where
we just talked to her for an hour about what
her boyfriend does. So yeah, we'll get to some of that, uh,
coming up around seven twenty five, Bruno Mars tickets around
seven thirty. Here it's Mikey and Bob on ninety six
one kiss right now, let's get this. We're gonna learn
something together. Right now. It's time to find that. What

(19:42):
the hell is this trending with Mikey and bad all right? Swifties, Hi,
it's going on, Swifties, sweet back, Remember all of us
together and having fun? Are we? Are we getting it?
Are we getting sumpthing's happening? Are we getting debut? Here?
Something's going on right. October twenty fourth, two thousand and six,

(20:03):
is when Taylor Swift dropped her you know, self titled debut,
Taylor Swift and Now. A bright green interlocking TS logo
was spotted on like walls places you know where they
like put promo posters and stuff like that, soidly it's

(20:25):
promoting something. All of a sudden, TSEs start going up
and then the Damn Empire State Building account put a
photo of the building lit up green with the caption
what's happening, But the TS in What's happening was capitalized.
I mean, and the ts's have gone up all over

(20:45):
the place have a green tint to them, right, So
it's all it's all together, right, we just don't know
what it is. What's going on. Taylor Swift still has
to drop reputation and her debut if with the re
records aren't that big of a deal anymore because she
owns all her music. But October twentieth or October, yeah,

(21:05):
October twenty fourth is the U twenty years of Taylor
Swift's debut album. So maybe, dude, what if it's like,
what if it's like a promo for I'm trying to
think of other ts's, like Troy Sevon, it would be
so disappointed though it's not Taylor Swift, you right off,
it just promoting something else, just like, oh no, like

(21:26):
what if you're somebody Troy Syvon. You can't even drop
a TS anywhere? I know, That's that's what I'm saying
at this point. You cannot be an artist named TS.
You know, it's a new album from the Strokes. No, nope,
because anything TS Swifties are gonna see now. You know
in Player State Buildings Green they capitalize the TS must
be Taylor twenty years. Yeah, maybe she drops just like

(21:50):
a best of album and then a couple of new
tracks mixed in. I'm not not too much heavy lifting
going on. I would hate to be the per and
that would have to come up with what tracks to
put on a tailor sec. I don't even know if
I could do that. Man, Top five Taylor Swiss songs
of all time coming up before the end of the show.

(22:10):
Now it's too I can't do that list. That's an
impossible time. Spider Man brand new Day, fourth weekend at
the movies, it is expected to be number one again,
making about twenty five million.

Speaker 9 (22:22):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
There's also a new spooky movie out, Insidious out of
the further. Man, I can't even those spooky movies that
are coming out now, like every you know, month or two.
They're too spooky, dude. Honestly, you the spooky movies out
now are too spooky. I'm a grown man. I don't
even like seeing the commercials or trailers for these movies.
You see. I think it's this insidious one where a

(22:44):
girl goes like through the fork. Ye that pillow? Yeah, like, man,
get that out of here. You're making them too spooky. Now,
life is spooky enough. I don't need spooky movies. I
go to the movie, I don't have a good feeling.
Oh see, spider Man. Spider Man, of course has crossed
over eight hundred million domestically, fastest movie ever to do that,

(23:08):
as it approaches one billion domestically. No movie's ever done that.
And yeah it should be number one again making about
thirty to forty more million. The Odyssey, Bob, you know
that's been out for a while. Mouth. Yeah, it is
now surpassed dead Pool and Wolverine as the biggest R
rated movie of all time one point three to five billion.

(23:30):
So Christopher Nolan cooked with that one. Deal with pop. Yeah,
The Odyssey is the biggest R rated movie of all time.
All right, we got your chance to win some Bruno
Mars tickets seven thirty. Be listening for your keyword to
send in. We'll also do that around nine to thirty.
Catcha tickets for Tuesday out at Starlake around eight thirty,
and a chance for you to win a full trip

(23:51):
to Vegas for iHeartRadio Music Festival and one thousand dollars.
Around nine ten, it's Mike you Bob ninety six one kiss.
In just a minute. Here we are going to give
you the keyword that you got to send us through
the free iHeartRadio app and a talkback message for your
chance next Saturday to go to the big ninety six

(24:12):
one kiss Bruno Mars show at Akrosher chance at Bruno
Mars tickets coming up. It's Mikey and Bob here on
ninety six to one Kiss Bob. We got to get
to what happened on the show yesterday because the messages
haven't stopped. Because you know, people listen to the show live,
they also catch up on the podcast. So yesterday obviously
we had an unhinged call basically is what it was saying, Hey,

(24:36):
is this thing that my boyfriend does weird?

Speaker 2 (24:38):
Recently found out the guy that I'm dating is a
standing wiper. Not only are we there, but he's also
a bull center.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Yeah, it's a lot to take in. He lifts up
both seats and sits right on the cold port gets shocking.
It's mind boggling. It's something I never even considered before
let's get to some Mario talkback. Message is brought to
us by the Pavement Group.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
You know, I'm catching up with the bull to Hold podcast.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
Yeah, and I had to stop just to respond to
the guy who sits directly off the toilet bowl.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (25:13):
Girl.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
The reason why, he states his wife because his whole
ass is in the toilet bowl. There's nowhere to sit.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
He has to stand. Yes, this is insane.

Speaker 3 (25:23):
I've never heard of anyone do this. I don't feel
like this is right.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
It's not right. It's there's so many things wrong with you.
I'm pretty sure it's not at all right. To another
one here, I'm king Bob.

Speaker 10 (25:35):
We're catching up on your podcast, and I'm sitting here
with my daughter who is moving into college tomorrow, and
we really want to thank you for the life lessons
of not to date a guy who sits directly on
the toilet bowl.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
Thank you. Yeah, I have good time at college. Don't
date that guy? Yeah, you think that'd be a big
red flag.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Let's get to another one here, Hey, boys, mashed potato
regular lady, I have to weigh in on the ball
to hole guy.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
I can't.

Speaker 11 (26:03):
Obviously, she needs to run right, run red flag.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (26:07):
Also, I have questions who taught this man to do this?

Speaker 13 (26:11):
Right?

Speaker 1 (26:11):
Question?

Speaker 3 (26:13):
Put his name on a list somewhere, a bad list,
bad list. I he cannot be going around in society.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Yeah no, just no. I hope that she's still listening,
you know, the original woman who let us know, hey,
this is my boyfriend does because we have not had
one person, not one, not one person be like oh
yeah I do that too, or this is a completely
normal thing. Everybody, Yeah, this is good, this is great.

(26:43):
This is how I've been doing it for years. No, no,
everybody's like red flag not normal, run, just gross red
flag run. Run run. All right, here's your chance at
Bruno Mar's tickets for next weekend's big show. Hey did

(27:03):
you see the police chase out in California with the
guy on the dirt bike? Yeah? Yeah, that was kind
of awesome, right, Like that's it went on for a
long time. When there's police chases, I always you're always
rooting for the person to get away, right, which is
a weird thing because you don't even know what crime
they've committed. They could be a very very awful person.

(27:26):
But whenever you're watching a police chase, you want to
see him get away, don't?

Speaker 14 (27:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (27:31):
Yeah, Yeah. He was a guy on a dirt bike
who was so far ahead of the police chase that
he stopped at a gas station, refueled his bike, and
then went on his way. And then I saw there
was somebody who left a gas tank for him, like
in a field can, and he fueled up there too.
Out there. It was how did that guy end up
getting caught?

Speaker 6 (27:50):
Like?

Speaker 1 (27:50):
How did that end? It was a sad ending. No,
I mean it was nobody was hurt or like, there
was no they got him though, right, he didn't get away. Yeah,
he just dumped the bike and then tried hiding the
trash can. You gotta keep moving, all that effort, you
gotta keep moving. And you had trash can. They're gonna
find you. They're gonna get the compters up over here,
all that effort. Yeah, it's Mikey Bob here on ninety

(28:12):
six to one, kiss Hey, Jonas Brothers. Tickets go on
sale today at ten am. Of course. Uh, they announced
they're going on tour again. Uh Burning Up Tour. October
twenty sixth is our Pittsburgh date at the Arena, but
tickets go on sale this morning ten AM for for
Jonas Brothers tickets. By the way, I was watching a

(28:32):
clip on the Jonas Brothers podcast. Okay, they had Hayden
Christiansen on there talking to him about Star Wars and
Clone Wars and ah Soca season two, and I was like,
Joe Bros. Yes, Star Wars, guys got new love for
the Joe Bros. Now maybe respect maybe. By the way,
speaking of Star Wars, there was a city council meeting

(28:54):
out in the San Diego, California area, and a man
showed up to the meeting. H They were talking about
the Flock cameras, right that everybody's trying to rip down
because you know, what the hell are we doing nineteen
eighty four surveillance? Like, okay, sure, So there is a
city council meeting. Some guy shows up to speak out

(29:14):
against Flock cameras. He's dressed as Darth Vader and uses
Darth Vader voice. One person dressed up as Darth Vader
from Star Wars try to make their point against Flock.

Speaker 15 (29:25):
The Emperor is a fan of Flock, and we must
continue utilizing Flock technologies so that we can follow.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
And surveil the rebel scum as they.

Speaker 15 (29:35):
Move from playground to playground, from playground to pool, from
pool to gymnasium. Because we all know that the flock
cameras are not only following the license plate readers, they
are following children.

Speaker 1 (29:47):
They are following children in parks and gymnasiums. And we
need this. I need this so I can stuck my
ex girlfriend. Yeah, it's weird that some of those like
point at playgrounds and stuff where kids are and it's
not just a license for it's weird in general. Man. Yeah. Yeah,
There's been a couple instances where like people who have
access to him, police officers, the law enforcement have been

(30:09):
caught like tracking their ex wives their girlfriends already. It's like, yeah,
come ony, yeah, why do we need this. I have
seen so many people online that are just like, hey,
Halloween's going to be different this year. There's people online
calling Halloween a flock out this year. They say, Hey,
everybody's gonna be wearing masks. That's our night to take
these all out. And honestly, I like, I don't know

(30:30):
if I can. I don't know if I could encourage
people to break things. But also I mean, if there's
ever a knight to do it. These aren't here to
help us. Really, I'm not saying I'm promoting the Halloween
flock out. I'm just saying, if there's ever a night
where everybody starts taking these cameras ally, that's probably gonna

(30:52):
be a smart night to uh to do it. Just
didn't expect Darth Vader be showing up at city council meetings,
but hey, maybe that's what it tankes to start getting
rid of some of these flock cameras that are obviously
surveilling everybody. All Right, we will get to some say
something nice coming up next on the show around seven
fifty five. Got Kesha tickets for Tuesday show out at

(31:14):
Star Lake around eight thirty. Another chance at Bruno Mars
tickets around nine thirty. It's Mike ym Bob. A lot
of women in our area excited about the announcement that
the clothing store Zara is coming to Ross Park Mall.
When is that coming? That's not anytime soon, right, not
until twenty twenty eight. It's a big deal. It's gonna

(31:34):
be one of the anchor stores of Ross Park Mall. Right,
It's taking J. C. Penny Vera Bradley Banana Republican Levi's out,
so it's gonna it's gonna take a good footprint in there. Yeah,
you know, it's reasonably priced women's fashion. But I was
just going through my timeline. It's like eight people in
a row just pumped. The czari is coming. Doesn't fit
us now, of course not. I mean they might have

(31:56):
a bloss or two for us, though I could throw
on a dress. Man, you know sometimes Man, not all
the time, but every now and then. Man, you know,
I mean I have a kilt, so I know what
it feels like, and I get it. Don't feel bad.
There's a sense of freedom. Let the wind blow. There's
a sense of freedom when you're wearing something where the

(32:18):
wind can get everywhere. Okay, it's Mikey Bob here on
ninety six to one Kiss. We'd like to try to
spread good vibes on our show, in your lives and
in the city. So it is time for another round
to say something nice.

Speaker 5 (32:32):
Here we go, Oh, say something nice, Say something nice.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
Just get to this. Say something nice.

Speaker 16 (32:43):
Yeah, say something nice. Okay, Hey boys, good morning. Hey,
I'm saying something nice to you. You guys are amazing.
I love listening to you every morning. You make me
laugh every morning.

Speaker 17 (32:55):
I don't know what I do without you guys.

Speaker 16 (32:57):
Thank you man, I have a great day, Mike, Kimbo.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
Nobody nice. It was. It was nice, but also everybody's
going to be fine without us.

Speaker 5 (33:08):
Say something nice, say something nice.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Hey, I got a serious one here. Okay, our buddy
Raccoon Tim, who you've probably heard multiple times on the show.
We've known him for a couple of years now, is
going through a really bad family tragedy. We mentioned it,
you know, a couple shows ago. You know, Raccoon Tim's here.

Speaker 18 (33:28):
Hey, Mikey and Big Bob at your boy Raccoon Tim.
So Mikey and Bob say something nice. Well, I just
want to say something nice and say thank you to
everybody that was there for me and my family to
this tragic time. It was well received, everybody was well loved,

(33:50):
well helped. I just want to say thanks everybody. Yeah,
we really appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Yeah, we know what Raccoon Tim's going through. And uh yeah,
I mean we sent him some messages and everything, just
making sure he's good, checking in with him and everything.
But yeah, lots of love out to our guy Raccoon Tamary,
say something nice, Say something nice, our friend Mills on

(34:17):
the mouth.

Speaker 17 (34:17):
Guys Mills on the mountain. Here, I am six episodes
behind and I have serious filmo.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
How dare you.

Speaker 17 (34:25):
J But I'm here to say something nice. Story for
my cousin I and Mike. I've been done here in
Georgia with them.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
Oh, she's done in Georgia for a week.

Speaker 17 (34:34):
And a half. In this past weekend, they hosted twenty
family members.

Speaker 1 (34:37):
Okay, I don't even have twenty family members. I don't think.
I mean I do, but like not that I talk
to all of us for a family reunion. Oh wow,
when's the last family Do you ever have a family reunion? Bob?

Speaker 5 (34:50):
No?

Speaker 1 (34:50):
No? I I was an only child and like, yeah, yeah,
I don't know. We don't have like a huge family
where that would come into play for anything. I mean,
on my dad's side of the family, it's out of control.
I got like twelve cousins on that side, don't I
don't know if I talk to more than two of
them though, because they're you know, it's if there was

(35:13):
a family reunion and they're like, hey, get twenty of
them together, who knows what would happening. It's like, I
don't need to I don't need to be there for that,
and it was sick. It was just so cool.

Speaker 17 (35:21):
Yeah, a lot of grilling, chillin, just hang loose like Goose.
We're just all really close and I'm just so thankful
to have a family that really does put in the
effort to meet up. So we're kind of feeling our
new generation rhythm of meeting and hanging out.

Speaker 1 (35:37):
All right, that's pretty cool. Yeah, it's fun. You gotta
keep things going like that if you go, you know,
visit family every summer and everything. Once you get older,
you get more responsibility. People start having kids, kids are
in school. Sure, then all of a sudden, you know,
you can drift apart and everything like that. But it's
pretty cool Mills and her family. You know, she's making
tripped down in Georgia. She's missed six shows she's missed

(35:59):
for her family of our shows. All right, we appreciate
your mails.

Speaker 5 (36:06):
Say say something nice, say something nice.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
You can always send you or say something nice messages
through the free iHeartRadio app. Just send us a talkback message.

win Bruno Mars tickets around nine thirty. It's Mike you Bob, Hey,
why don't you Are you on TikTok over there? Is
that where you're just diving down the wormhole? Yeah? I
just destroyed my algorithm. Yeah, I just hear Bob playing
tiktoks over there that are just like, Hey, does the

(36:50):
Empire State building lit up in Green not only have
to do with Taylor Swift but Ted Lasso. Maybe I
didn't stay long enough to find out. I know you,
you shut up. They take talk twenty seconds, then you go.
I screwed my algorithm up. It was like my third
video in a row where I'm just like watching Taylor

(37:11):
stuff and then all of a sudden, Ted Lasso, Man,
I gotta I gotta get into Ted Lasso, dude. Like,
I know they're like weekly episodes on Apple TV, but
I haven't even started this season. I gotta start this season.
It's Ted Lasso right now. There might be a Taylor
Swift care don't don't do that, don't do that, don't

(37:32):
do that, or everybody's just got their clown makeup on again.
I mean, man, she gotta do something soon. Right, there's
green ts is out there. It's Mikey and Bob here
on ninety six to one, Cass. Let's get to some
more of your talkback messages again. You could send them
through the free iHeartRadio app. Talkback messages on the show
brought to us by One Team Media.

Speaker 3 (37:51):
Mikey and Bob.

Speaker 14 (37:52):
This is your pal Tiffany Opoon walks hurt. Hey, my
husband is taking our only child up depend shape for
junior year today and I'm at work, so I'm kind
of sad, but I would love to see the Bruno
Mars Yeah concert next week. Love you guys.

Speaker 1 (38:10):
Bye, Brune Mars tickets another chance around nine thirty. Don't
be bummed, dot yeah, don't be bummed. OT the kids
are grown up. It's gonna be okay. And also, like,
we can't do cocaine jokes every time Penn State gets
mentioned now right, yeah, Like I know Penn State's been
through some stuff. But it's not all bad. It's not

(38:31):
all bad. But man, man, oh man, like you still
call them white outs? Are they still gonna call them
white outs? It's a rough decision somebody's got to make.
Let's get to another talkback message here. Earlier on the show, Uh,
this week we were talking about we just got a
random message. It was just like, hey, do you guys
know there's flower in twizzlers. I've never considered that. I

(38:54):
don't even know what twizzlers are made. It's just licorice,
and it's delicious. I've never considered it what it is. Right,
thought it was sugar.

Speaker 14 (39:03):
Right.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
Well, let's get to this talkback message.

Speaker 3 (39:05):
Him my game Bob Kate from Palmway.

Speaker 13 (39:06):
I'm still catching up on the podcast.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
I'm a couple behind.

Speaker 13 (39:09):
I'm on the six Pounds of Meat and two Buzzball.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
Treat six Pounds of Meat and two Buzzballs Treat podcast.
That's a good show you're listening to.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
And the one girl called in about flower being in twizzlers.

Speaker 13 (39:21):
I'm so glad that somebody shine light on this. I'm
gluten free because I have silliac disease for like the
past twenty two years and I really freaking miss Twizzlers,
and I think it is so stupid that they put
flower in licorice? Right, could we just like leave that
out or like.

Speaker 3 (39:35):
What corn starts?

Speaker 1 (39:37):
Maybe? I don't know.

Speaker 13 (39:37):
Seriously, I am so glad that somebody like realized, like, hey,
what the heck? Yeah, why do we put flower in Twizzlers?
And I'm so glad more people are aware of that now.

Speaker 3 (39:46):
Because we need to put a stop to huh. All right,
you guys, have a great day.

Speaker 1 (39:49):
Happy birthday, Bob, No birthday at New Year's date. Justice
for the gluten free people. And you know what, let's
let's get a let's get a gang together insurrection at
the Twizzlers factory. Let's do it, man, come on, rush
the front doors and a little jam sixth at the
at the Twizzlers factory and tell it dump all the

(40:11):
flowers in the parking lot. Y yep, why not?

Speaker 14 (40:15):
Man?

Speaker 1 (40:16):
You know, come on Twizzlers. We're doing it for her
gluten free homies. All right, we got your chance to
go see cashing next Tuesday.

Speaker 5 (40:24):
GM six Twizzler alone.

Speaker 1 (40:27):
Man, nobody gets hurt, okay, no weapons, No one gets hurt.
Like January sixth, but we do have to enter the
building illegally and make sure we get all the flour
Tsha tickets. Coming up next around eight thirty if you
want to go see her on Tuesday, another chance at
Bruno Mars around nine thirty. It's Mikey and Bob.

Speaker 14 (40:46):
Kiss.

Speaker 1 (40:47):
It's Mikey and Bob here on ninety six to one. Kiss.
Big thank you to our friends over at Sea Harparado Group.
They are the official sponsor of the Mikey and Bob podcast.
You can also buy our vehicles that we're driving right now.
Bob's in a white twenty twenty six Dodge M fifteen
hundred Laramie. I'm waiting for somebody to buy it. I
know it's coming. I know it's coming. You're feeling it. Yeah,

(41:08):
I have a feeling. Somebody's good buying. I'm telling you, man,
Once somebody buys one of our vehicles, I feel like
something special has to happen, like we need to take
it to them or they need I don't know, come
pick something right something. I'm driving the purple twenty twenty
six Jeep Gladiator sport S. Thank you everybody who continues
to leave ducks when they see me out on my geep.

(41:31):
I appreciate it. So thank you to everybody who leaves
meat for me. Okay, six pounds of steak, Yeah you do.
It's thank you to the Sea Harperado group for just
being friends of the show and letting us drive around
some cool new vehicles. All right, Bob, Now we've done
the toilet Bowl sitter show yesterday, right because of the

(41:53):
message that we got that was unhinged. It sort of
stopped us all on our tracks.

Speaker 2 (41:57):
Recently found out the guy that I'm dating is a
goal center, so lifting up the toilet seat to sit
on the bolo.

Speaker 1 (42:07):
Now, obviously we've had a lot of people that have
reacted of just like no red flag, you got to
leave this guy. It doesn't even make sense. Why is
he doing that. We first brought this up yesterday, But
I think this is one of those things where people
are going to bring this up to us a year
from now, yeah, or people that are listening to the
podcast whenever they get to this episode. Everybody has to

(42:30):
have an opinion on it. People are going to be
sending a messages by sitting in the toilet bowl for years.
Probably hold on though, because we found the unicorn. We
found somebody who agrees and is like he is on
this guy's team. Doesn't use the toilet seat. The toilet
bowl sitter has an ally. Now, good morning, boys. I

(42:51):
am a bullsitter, a full bullsitter. My boss taught me
this trick on it only works in the summer. He
calls it unsalting the nutsy. Hold on, one second, your
boss told told you this. You sure your boss wasn't
messing with you? That might be it too, your boss
like you, are you a good employee? Actually, I'm not
sure that's the conversation you should have with your boss

(43:14):
in any work space. But okay, calls it unsaulting the nuts. Yeah,
it's perfectly normal for summertime. I don't know if this
is a perfectly normal thing for summertime, cooling the boys tea,
bagging the onions, or whatever you want to do. It's
a quick cool off. No, so it's completely normal. Definitely
not completely normal man to do if he does it

(43:36):
in the winter. Yeah, okay, run, but now let him
be let him cool off. Okay, Hey, the toilet's not
the Pittsburgh Plunge, and you're not a Kennywood Budge trying
to cool off. All right, cut it out. You don't
need to like cut it out. Okay, are you dunking that?

(43:58):
Where do you told them? Where do you worry bought them?
Give me your boss his name, because we're never going
to that business again. I actually we're going to put
you out of business because of it. I can't trust
your boss. All right, where do you work at? Hey,
we're joking, of course here, we are joking, even though
it is quite quite unhinged to do what he's claiming

(44:22):
that he does. All right, hold on, let's get to
just another reaction here.

Speaker 19 (44:25):
It's kind of surprised when we went to Europe, to France,
they don't have toilet seats.

Speaker 1 (44:31):
No kind of out.

Speaker 19 (44:32):
No, I don't know that I could come back to
the United States, No, and not use a toilet seat.
Looking up, Bob, it's not I guess maybe the guy's
from Europe and he's used.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
To Okay, this is not a thing. They have toilet
seats in Europe. They also have bidets. But like we've
all heard the song and there's a place in France
where the naked ladies dance. There was no mention to no,
no toilet seats on the toilets. All the answers are
going to Paris too. What do we can't do? Are
we about to walk into a toilet seatless society over there? No,

(45:06):
they have toilet seats over there. I mean, I don't know.
They don't really have air conditioning over there because it
never really gets that hot until like you know, climate
chain global warming is changing that all now for for
the UK. But they have toilet seats over there, right,
Like this is not this is not a blind spot
for us. Yeah, oh boy, don't do this? What all right?

(45:29):
Like normal places, restaurants, hotels. Yeah, probably the places you're
normally going to go if you're traveling over there, they
have toilet seats, right, But they said many places like
train stations or highway rest stops, no whack toilet seats.

(45:50):
What it says the design choice is typically used because
it's easier cleaning for the maintenance people, easier for the
manns people, but grosser for the humans that are using
the toilets. I don't know what the people in France
have been doing to the toilets over there where they
had to remove the seats for cleaning purposes, whatever it is.

(46:14):
There was one frenchman who ruined this all for everybody
and they said, all right, then no more toilet seats.
We've ruined it. So she's not lying there as actually places.
I guess if she was doing a road trip over
there and maybe she went to the train station and
she's like, what the hell they don't have tots? All right?
Maybe the English just think nobody's gonna do some in

(46:35):
public like this. This is just for number one. Maybe
that's what it is. You know, we're talking about men's
bathrooms here. It seems like, yeah, like the most normalized
places like hotel chains and wherever else toilets are gonna
have toilets. God, what the hell are we talking about
even on the show here, Like what did you just
look up? And how bad is it about the dealers

(46:56):
are playing over there? We needed to know, we needed
to know vital information. Hey man, let me tell you
you're a tailor and have Cam Hayward bear ass in
a toilet bowl. Okay, we can't do it, man. If
a Steeler slides off a French toilet, what are we
gonna do. It's possible injury toilet seats. Oh my, it

(47:20):
takes the boys home. If Greendale. Mine cannot even be comprehended. Okay,
Your chance to go to a full trip to Vegas
for our iHeartRadio Music Festival and win one thousand dollars
is coming up. Around nine to ten, it's Mike and
Bob right in her own backyard. Congrats toed Diane from
Burgots Town. She's gonna be going to Star Lake on

(47:43):
Tuesday for the Casher Show. Tall Kathy's gonna have more
catcha tickets later this afternoon. Around three point thirty, it
is Mike Kim Bob here on ninety six to one kiss.
The Penguins announced yesterday that Marc Andre Flurry, Larry Murphy,
Jim Rutherford, and Jack McGregor will be in this year's
Hall of Fame induction. Hell Yeah, Penguins. They'll be honored

(48:05):
at the November fourteenth game against the Ottawa Senators. We
love Mark Andre Flurry. Our favorite Flurry moment that had
to do with our show was when he shouted out
our entire section one twenty when we were doing one
of our insane freak show sections where we had like
one hundred listeners dressing costumes in a section one twenty

(48:25):
in the lower bowl. Sorry, guys. I don't want to
interrupt you. I know you're chanting flurry, but I need
to talk to the man as well. Oh, I say,
good judg it is guys, Section one twenty awesome Section
one twenty Huh. I'll just up and on the h
all night. I mean you can hear our section in
the background, just be losing our minds. That was like
one of the funnest times I've ever had a Penguins game,

(48:46):
and we have that wasn't even a playoff game regular season,
So congrats to Mark Andre Fleury and the other guys
going into the Penguins Hall of Fame. Bucco's back at
it tonight. They're taking on the Dodgers. Okay, it's ten
o'clock start, Okay, all right, So not only are they
playing an unstoppable baseball team, they're playing on the West Coast,

(49:09):
which means you gotta stay up like through the night
if you want to watch. Yeah, Steelers of course are
at it tonight, taking on the Jets at Ackers. Sure,
the second preseason game. Lots open at two pm. I mean,
you going down there at two pm on a Friday,
get to drinking. You taking off workday and go get

(49:29):
boozed up outside the Steeler game. Hell yeah, will Hey, listen,
fans gotta do preseason too, right. We can't just go
into like the first home game and just get blitzed
out of our minds. We got you know, I mean,
you can but a bonus drink, you know, just like
drink five or six beers. Oh yeah, respect respectful preseason.

(49:53):
You don't want to get injured, you know, you don't
want to get arrested or anything like. Take it easy.
Just preseason again, and lots at two gates at five
seven o'clock. It is a Steelers taking on the Jets
at at Accrosure tonight. Of course it's gonna be Will Howard,
Will Hard playing in the first half, Drew Aller playing

(50:14):
in the second half. No Aaron Rodgers, No Mason Rudolph.
There was a guy on ESPN Radio in New York
that said the Jets could be in the market for
a veteran quarterback, and Mason Rudolph's name has come up.
Oh boy, all right, hey, anybody's got their eye on
Mason Rudolph for the Jets. Just you know, throw them
on the plane back at home, send them. You got

(50:36):
a couple of young guys who seem like they can
be serviceable. Trade them before the game. Also, Mason Rudolph
was talking to Tim Bens of the trip. He said,
I'm very aware that the fan base is starved for
a franchise quarterback. People want to have hope for the
future beyond this year. We got two great quarterbacks who
are young and progressing. I'm really jealous of the structure

(50:56):
that they've had with this program and the quarterback grooming system,
the way coach McCarthy has done it, because I feel
they've made a lot of strides and I'll be rooting
for them on Friday. I feel like that's Mason Rudolph,
even though I don't know if he said it in
the tone, it's sort of Mason ruff Like I wish
I had Mike McCarthy my whole career here at the Staneers.
I had to deal with Tom. That's what he was

(51:19):
saying there. Yeah, Mason Ruffs probably got a couple of
burner accounts where he's been in the Facebook comments. You know, Uh, so, Hey,
it'll be fun tonight because we get to watch two

handle themselves in an NFL game, maybe right, So will
Hard and Drew Aller tonight at Acer Sure taken on

(51:42):
the Jets, and of course you can listen to the
game on the radio home of the Steelers one O
two five DVE. Remember. Jonas Brothers tickets go on sale

October twenty sixth is our date here in Pittsburgh at

This morning. It is Mikey and Bob here on ninety
six to one kiss when to the morning fog is
getting out of the area. Should be sunny today with
highs around eighty degrees. We'll see some rain this weekend though.
All right, let's get to some more of your talkback messages,
because again the thing that is sort of taken over

(52:25):
the show today and yesterday is the toilet bullsitter.

Speaker 3 (52:30):
Recently found out the guy that I'm dating is a
goal center.

Speaker 1 (52:35):
Yeah, a bullsitter like just sits on the h sits
on the porcelain. So let's get to this talkback message
brought to us by the Pavement Group.

Speaker 9 (52:43):
Hi, Mikey and Bob, this is Reagan. I'm the girl
who had the top five cities that Pittsburgh had take
in a fight.

Speaker 1 (52:50):
That was good listen.

Speaker 9 (52:51):
I was listening to yesterday's podcast, and yeah, it sparked
a question, Mikey, do you even need a squaddy potty?
Aren't you tall enough that if you sat down on
a regular toilet it would be as if you're squatting.

Speaker 1 (53:06):
Happy birthday, Bob. No, it's not Bob's birthday, that's your
year's day, thank you. No, that's not how squatty potties work.
You have to have your feet up on the squatty potty,
so it doesn't matter how tall you are. If you've
ever used the squatty potty before, it doesn't matter how
tall you are. It's elevating your feet to get your legs.
It's not feet. Yeah, they just called the squatty potty
because your feet elevate. Yeah. I love squatty potty. I

(53:29):
love it. We used to have one, and then the badges.
I don't need that thing anymore, you sure?

Speaker 14 (53:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (53:35):
Yeah, Well it's a squatty potty is not the clean though,
I'm aware, but potty helps you with the process of
it makes it all these toilet accessories is what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (53:46):
I do.

Speaker 1 (53:46):
I need as many things on my toilet as I
can get. You know, I got a separate bank account
for a Japanese toilet seat. You know, I'm just putting
money into it. It's like a four oh one. K.
Let's get to another talkback message.

Speaker 3 (53:57):
Here, either fellows.

Speaker 20 (54:00):
Hey sitting here catching up on the podcast and heard
something about a bull sitter.

Speaker 1 (54:05):
The hell is that right?

Speaker 20 (54:07):
But then it got me thinking, I don't know if
that guy's a bull sitter, and that means Mikey's a
ball hitter.

Speaker 1 (54:17):
Happy birthday, Bob? Want to laugh? Got me I have
a bull hitter. Let's get to another one.

Speaker 17 (54:29):
Here, high period and exclamation points.

Speaker 1 (54:31):
Okay, hey, solid nicknames for me and job Shave.

Speaker 21 (54:36):
A couple of years ago, I dated a guy. I
was walking down the hallway. He was in the bathroom
at the door open, and he was standing in front
of the sink with his junk out. It was just
laying in the sink and apparently that was how he peed.

Speaker 1 (54:51):
All Right, I don't know what we've we have taken
the show off a cliff, all right, we've taken the
show off a cliff here. All right, we're in uncharted
waters here. He just didn't like ping in the bowl.

Speaker 21 (55:01):
He'd always peet in his gravel driveway before we went anywhere.
He would never he just hated ping in the toilet.

Speaker 1 (55:07):
So, okay, what Yeah, she didn't even know how to
hand that massachus. Yeah, at least you said the guy
previously dated. Yeah, tid of red flag. When you're wandering
down the hallway and you look in the bathroom and
I mean sit out in the sink once in a while,
things happen. You brush your teeth there daily, You're going

(55:29):
every single time you're in the sinks. Bad outside. Listen,
outside happens now and then, but like every time, like
I ain't going into regular toilet my territory. Dude, you're
not a dog. How long into the relationship did you
find this out? It was the question, pretty sure. You
gotta cut ties as soon as you, uh, soon as

(55:50):
you really start realizing that this guy does not like
using toilets Man weird shows this week. Weird shows. Well again,

Earlier in the show, we were talking about how there
was this crazy police chase in California yesterday or whatever
this week, and this guy on like a like a
dirt bike and he was so far ahead of the
cops that he filled up at a gas station and

(57:37):
then continued on his journey, and then somebody left him
like a tank of gas in an open field. And
it was just like, you know, you kind of root
for the people that the police are chasing for some
real reason, Grand Theft Auto. It was. It was on
a run. Honestly, there was a point where I thought,
at some point Rockstar Games is going to have a
legit police chase just to promote Grand Theft Auto six

(58:00):
That's right, Like, that's what it felt like. Is this
a promo for GTA. He got caught in the garbage
can and anyway he went and tried to hide the
garbage cain and got caught. Let hold on, because we
just got this talk back massive job brought to us
by the Pavement Group.

Speaker 12 (58:13):
Okay, it's crazy that you guys were just talking about
seeing a police chase and kind of holding the bad
guy gets away with it, because I just saw a
police true start getting on to Warrington Avenue from Samo
Run Boulevard, and I desperately want to know what was
going on.

Speaker 17 (58:26):
So if you find out, please talk about it on
your show.

Speaker 12 (58:30):
But basically, two cars with sirens with like lights on
pull up on either side of a car and then
he like speeds away over a.

Speaker 1 (58:39):
Barrier, and I need to know what happened. I have
no clue. We had live action this morning, Yeah, I
have no clue. Hasn't made the Pittsburgh Police scanner or
anything yet, has it? I don't think so. I know,
I don't see anything. By the way, speaking of the
Pittsburgh Police scanner, we got one again. A couple of
people will just listen to the Pittsburgh Police Scanner and
post about the things that are going on in the city,
not necessarily the the major stuff that makes the news,

(59:02):
you know, but it's it's the stuff that people call
the cops for. Right, Let's find out what is happening
in and around our city. This is Crawford Roberts Police
Zone two. Station. Caller said she was a retired officer
and brought snacks and Starbucks for everybody. When the cops
went outside, it was just a crazy person, all right.

(59:23):
Let's don't know if we need to call them crazy
for some that's something going wrong with them. I mean,
it's not a bad move. You want to get the
cops outside, I mean lure them out. I mean, that's
how you can get us out of our building. Show
up with snacks. It's kind of a lesson talk for
the cops though, Like they don't go running out the
front door like they they're like, okay, I really want

(59:46):
to know what they were greeted with when they went outside.
When some lady's like, hey, officers, I got snacks and
Starbucks for you, and then they go out there and
the call just says, send it up being a crazy
person like they did. They have snacks and Whirler's still snacks?
Are those Those donuts are probably still good?

Speaker 16 (01:00:08):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
Bring the donuts? All those donuts are gone. That's what's
happening in and around our city. Dan thanks to the
See Harparado group for officially sponsoring our Mikey and Bob podcast,
which you can hear on the free iHeartRadio app. It
is ninety six to one kiss we got your chance
at Bruno Mars's tickets. Another shot at that coming up
in just a couple of minutes here right now, let's

(01:00:31):
get to more of your talkback messages. Can also send
these through the free iHeartRadio app, brought to us by
One Team Media.

Speaker 22 (01:00:37):
I was in Paris this past February, and I don't
know what she's talking about with they don't have like
toilet seas. They do have toilet feet, they're just like
you don't lift them up. And also like you have
to pay to use public bathrooms. It's a dollar every
time you use a public bathroom. You have to spike
your card to even get in to the public bathroom.
So yeah, that's so weird.

Speaker 3 (01:00:58):
I haven't heard.

Speaker 1 (01:00:59):
No, that's not Bob's burns, thank you. That's New Year's Day. Yeah,
some lady sent us message earlier and she was just like,
they don't have toilet seats over and uh over in
what England. I was like, yeah, they do, yes, but
there's something and some places don't just didn't have toilet
seats for like what some places some places don't. All right,
let's get to another message here. Happy birthday, Bob. I'm

(01:01:19):
on the birthday train.

Speaker 3 (01:01:20):
I know that, Mikey, you are not.

Speaker 1 (01:01:22):
I was hoping we could meet in the middle somewhere.

Speaker 23 (01:01:25):
Do you remember the movie Alice in Wonderland where she
comes to the Mad Hatter's tea party.

Speaker 1 (01:01:31):
Wait, what the hell is happening here? First of all,
you you hop on the birthday train. Now, let me
clarify something. I am on the Bob birthday train. This
lady has so much energy, by the way, she's so
pumped me. I mean, we're pretty excited in the morning too.
To be honest, she's on our level. Yeah doo Steelers
play tonight man. Maybe she get, you know, fired up

(01:01:52):
bout Steelers. I'm on the Bob birthday train, though, for
his real birthday on New Year's Day, not this everyday
birthday stuff that we be dealing with for almost a year.
On the show.

Speaker 23 (01:02:01):
They are singing this song, ah, very merry on birthday
to me, to who to me, A very Mary on
birthday to you to you. I think that's a good mix.

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
Let's meet in the middle. I've lost control of the show.
To be honest, here, I'm like, I just don't have
a song in her heart she wanted to let out
talking about to international toilet seats, and then she's singing
Alice in Wonderland for your She's on the birthday train. Okay,
come on over, Love's birthday train have toilet seats. I

(01:02:37):
look like a train conductor, by the way, don't I No, no, no,
you don't picture your train conductors with mustaches. Well yeah
I do, But I just full Bush train conductor. Full
Bush train conductor is a pretty good name for the podcast,

(01:02:57):
to be honest. All right, here's your chance at Bruno
ticket future chance to win Bruno Mar's ticket. Hey, I'm
not doing a full say something nice or anything here,
but shout out to Jesse the pharmacist at the Giant
Eagle in Wexford. Shout out Jesse. Yeah, my father in
law had to get surgery. Do you say something nice?

(01:03:17):
So shout out to everybody over at pass event that
took care of my father in law. We some surgery.
He came home yesterday. But something Shout out to Jesse
the pharmacist something Giant Eagle, Wexford, he made us getting
all the medicines and everything pretty easy. Okay, all right,

(01:03:37):
say something nice, say something nice. You're right felt good
when we sang it. It's Mikey Bob here on ninety
six to one kiss. Let's get to this talkback message
brought to us by the Pavement Group.

Speaker 11 (01:03:47):
Hey, boys, Hoking's are doing well and we've had a
good week so far. I'm on my way to get
blood taken for the yearly check out through my doctor.
But I'm not fearful and I'm scared of doing that.
But it made me think of if you guys have
ever power ranked your top I was gonna say favorite, well,
top five fears, or if you can do a current

(01:04:10):
ranking of those.

Speaker 1 (01:04:11):
All right, guys, have a good day. Steelers sellars, top
five fears, top five fears. I mean this is a
big big is a big list. Oh boy, time we're
power rankings. What Mikey and Bob Nutty six one kiss

(01:04:33):
up to you? Bob? You want to go first? You
want to go first? I can go Top five fears,
number five for Bob birds. Okay, all right, you do
not mess with them big one, small ones one flying
around me? No, no thanks. Number four biggest fear snakes
that can swim. Don't like that either. Don't like that either.

(01:04:54):
On top of the water, get hot. Number three house
catching fire in your sleeping naked. Oh jeez, yep. We've
talked about that on the show before. So I me
and you don't sleep naked. I'm running bare ass outside
house on fire. What are you supposed to do? Fire
truck show up? Everybody sees me. N Neighbors are looking
out the window. Hey, isn't that Bob from the radio?

(01:05:16):
Will it is? Number two worst fear the nest camera
thing at four am. That's a scary one.

Speaker 13 (01:05:26):
Dude.

Speaker 1 (01:05:27):
I got a nest doorbell. It goes off middle of
the night. You know it's something. It's something out there.
It could be like a naked clown. It's probably not
gonna be a naked clawan clapping cheeks, Probably a raccoon
or something like that. But if you got a naked
clown clapping cheeks at four am, boal, what's there? It's
time to move. That clown knows where you live. And

(01:05:49):
Number one Bob's biggest fear in life spooky human robots.
Boo boo boo.

Speaker 8 (01:05:59):
Let go.

Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
Yeah, those ones that like the robotics companies make that
are shaped like human bodies. Hey, did you just see
that one that ran faster than Hussein Bolt? Yeah? Did
you see it? I was running all stupid. I saw
in China they're training in a fight now too. But
the one that ran fast ran right into a wall

(01:06:20):
and then was like, yeah, I'll mess with those things. Hey,
I see any of them robots, Hey, anybody over at
Carnegie Mellon, anybody in robotics or anything. I see one
of them robots on the street, I'm just kicking its task.
I see one of the robots on my nest cam
at four am with its private parts out. The clown
will take care of it. My top five favorite fears.

(01:06:42):
Number five roller coasters that broke my tailbone on one
when I was younger at Cedar Point. Not a fan
of roller coasters after that. Number four toilets that aren't toilets.
I'm talking about out houses in the ground, just things
that aren't a a private stall with a nice toilet.

(01:07:07):
Just airplane toilets too. Yeah, Blake made my list. Yep, yep,
that would be it too. Number three thing that I'm
afraid of all slimy animals, all the snakes, worms, frogs, fish,
if it's slimy out, like touching it. Number two fear

(01:07:28):
for me, Uh, getting an illness or a disease that
requires a lot of treatment, to needles, cancer, all that stuff.
You're not good with needles, No, like not even getting
blood drawn and all that stuff. Right, Yeah, I get
it out of here. No, when I get blood drawn,
I tell them I gotta be on my phone to
distract my myself, like you gotta lay down uncontrollably. Number

(01:07:50):
one fear deep ocean.

Speaker 14 (01:07:57):
One.

Speaker 1 (01:07:58):
We don't know what's down there at such a good one.
You start watching a show about the deep ocean. They
got stuff down there. That's they got aliens, dinosaurs, aliens, fish,
I fished it, naked clown fish clapping cheeks on the

(01:08:18):
ring camera. They're out there too. It's in the deep ocean.
You can't prove it's not You can't prove it's not
all right. Top five fears on a Friday. That's uh,
that's what we're doing here. Okay, they jumped all bout them.
Steller's second preseason game, We get will hard in the
first half, drew Aller in the second half, which also

(01:08:40):
means Monday morning on our show, Steelers Facebook comments. No
matter what happens in the game, sure we'll have some.
Mike McCarthy meals Drew is out there talking about his
young quarterback. He's gonna be after it for sure. So
Steelers Jets, that is of course tonight. The lots open

(01:09:01):
at two, the gates open at five, get it in
game time at seven. You got the Pirates playing late
on the West Coast this weekend, ten pm start. They're
taking on the Dodgers. Let's get to a talkback message here,
sending through the free iHeartRadio app brought to us by
One Team Media. World Cup James, Hey, World Cup James.
This guy you watched all the World Cup games from

(01:09:23):
there happening, and you know would send us messages about it.

Speaker 6 (01:09:27):
Mikey, this one's more for you, and I know they're
not there at the moment, but just wanted to say,
Happy Premier League kickoff day again.

Speaker 1 (01:09:36):
Yeah, the English Premier League. This is the this is
the Big League. Today's the day. Yeah. Today Arsenal, who
is the defending champions. They take on Coventry City. That's
at three pm today. So hey, I'm telling you if
you if you felt the magic from the World Cup
and you want more soccer in your life, get yourself

(01:09:59):
an English perm League team. Pick one. You know, I
made uh, I made the decision years back that Wolverhampton
Wolves was gonna be my team. They were black and yellow,
got a sweet ass logo. Yeah, and uh yeah it
is a cool logo. Yeah. They didn't do too good
last year, so they got booted out of the Premier League.
They're down in the Championship League now, so it's almost

(01:10:20):
like they're a Triple A team now. So I got
to watch them in a totally different league this year.
That's the wildest thing about that is like, if you
lose bad enough, they just send you to like the
minor leagues. It's the best thing about the league. All
American sports should have relegation because it forces the owners
to actually care about the teams and winnings. So you
have to find a new team. No, I just I'll watch.

(01:10:43):
I'll watch English Premier League for just the fun of it.
Like I'll watch, you know, like I don't mind some
teams in the Premier League, like another black and gold
Steeler like team. Yeah, yeah, whole city is kind of
Whole City. Cool, it's cool. I just don't need another team.
Once you have a team, you can't give up on

(01:11:03):
your team just because they're not in the league. You know,
Ryder die with Wolverhampton. All right, too much soccer talk whatever? Man,
you know what, you don't even have a team. You
don't know. It's like, yeah, whole City's my team, dude,
it's not. Yeah, they're still in the Premier League, Black
and Gold. We will have more chances to win Bruno

(01:11:26):
Mars tickets throughout the day today two thirty, four thirty
and seven thirty. Also be listening all weekend for your
