One Kiss Morning Freak Show. Hold on, manut no, hold on.
I don't know if I want you to start to
show like that. I don't whoa, It's Mikey and Bob
the ninety six to one Kiss Morning Freak Show. Uh.
(00:22):
Bob is just declared it a special kind of day today. Well,
you tell everybody what it is today. It's a feel
good Friday.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
My goodness, Oh boy, nothing bad.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
We're all feeling good today. Most Pens are heading straight
through the playoffs. Man, how about that? Huh, you're right,
it is a feel good Friday. Feel it is a
field whoaf and Pittsburgh watch out. I'm about the Pens.
Speaker 3 (00:50):
Man.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
That just that makes you happy, right, Yeah? Yeah. A
couple of years really stunk a little bit, you know,
and then you're just like, yeah, but we still got
the older dudes and they're fun to watch. And you know,
I didn't expect any of this this year and nobody wins.
Have They've clinched a postseason birth in the Stanley Cup
playoffs for the first time since twenty twenty two with
(01:12):
the five to two win over New Jersey last night.
It is awesome, so awesome that Bob has declared today,
Feel Good Friday, enjoy at Pittsburgh. So we'll have a
lot of Pens on the show today. We'll hear from
Sidney Crosby head coach Dan Muse, but also a lot
of people turn their backs on the Penguins for the season, right,
(01:32):
So now that they've clinched a playoffs spot, we will
read Penguins Facebook comments. Coming up around seven fifty five,
it's Mikey and Bob on a feel Good Friday. Kiss. Hey,
your new haircut looks good. Man, you're looking You're looking
real sharp over there. Thanks. Man. All right, It's Mikey
and Bob the ninety six one Kiss Morning Freak Show.
(01:55):
I don't know if I've ever been more disappointed in
our favorite show, The Pit on HBO Max. Obviously they
make a lot of Pittsburgh references and stuff. Swinging the myths.
Last night just a great, great episode of television. It
was one of the best episodes of The Pit. I
think you'll you'll see this season, right, And they just
(02:15):
had they had a softball and just a big swing
and a big miss. It's such a big Pittsburgh miss.
It's like they almost got it. But the fact that
they didn't get it makes it even worse. And I'm
talking about the classic rock band Sticks that's seeing the
Pittsburgh anthem that's played at almost every Steelers home game, Renegade. Right, yeah,
(02:38):
there's a point in uh in the pit last night
where the band Sticks was mentioned. The band love Sticks. Okay,
So Nursey, she's never heard of Sticks, switch you, Okay,
we can understand that. Maybe we'll let that pass, mister Bono.
(02:58):
There is no way, under any circumstance that anywhere within
an hour of Pittsburgh hour and a half two hours,
somebody mentioned Sticks and that's the first reference. Never heard
of Sticks. Immediately the answer would be like, oh mama,
you wouldn't even say the name of the song, right,
you never heard of Sticks? Oh mama, ivn u boom boom,
(03:29):
like you would get a hold up until the yeah,
right man. Just so, she's never heard of Sticks. Theying
doctor Langna says, mister Roboto, Spotify ages and sixty two.
Oh geez, Spotify Ages and sixty two away, lady babe.
So then the guy who's got his face ripped open
(03:49):
and he's in the hospital, he he ain't three more song.
Speaker 4 (03:52):
He goes on without naming reggae. It's Redigay, redigade. All right,
listen your four songs deep and thread again. I got
so much respect for everybody that works on the pit.
It's an incredible show. It mentioned so many things that
are going wrong in the country, especially with our healthcare stuff.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
You cannot miss this. I think this is the thing
you can't miss about Pittsburgh. For the most part. It
does a pretty damn good job representing Pittsburgh. They do great,
They don't miss a lot. But when that happened last night,
I'm like, Okay, listen to they need gins their consultants
because they mentioned four stick Songssburg and no renegade. Get
(04:31):
the hell out of here with that Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, It's
not right, all right? Coming up next to the show
around six twenty five, Josh gets Off and Phil Borg
had amazing calls as the Penguins clinched their playoff spot.

Penguins five to two win in New Jersey against the Devils,
clinching their first playoff berth since the twenty twenty two season,
And our guys had the call on one oh five

the iHeartRadio app Uh. This was when Eric Carlson, about
(06:25):

as Josh gets off and Phil bark on the.
Speaker 7 (06:32):

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Hawks Owland's oh my gosh, Bornky's telling us to shine
our shoes. Borky knows we're about to go on a
magical ride. I know, I know, he knows. He's been
he's been part of the real thing. He's been part
of it in the booth. He knows that if the
weather gets warm and the Penguins are playing hockey, it's
(07:20):
special spring hockey. Now. Here's Josh gets off the final
buzzer call as the time is ticking down for the Pens.
Speaker 9 (07:28):
This was a team that everyone said was lottery bound
that everyone said October was a fluke, that everyone said
was not going to survive without their captain of Kenny Malkin. Well,
here's the reality for the first time since twenty twenty two,
Penguins going to the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Oh man, I'm just in here smiling because it's it's great,
you know, like, we'll see what happens. But we're back
in the dance. Hey, you let him in. You let
him in there hot hot him in. They're hot and
bork he's got his dance shoes all shined up, ready
to go. Fire up. Oh man, drunk off Penguins hockey.
I mean, this whole show is basically say something nice

(09:01):
there breadcrumbs being left for us to believe that Somber
is coming to the arena? What are you looking at here, Bob? Uh?
The PPG paints Arena like official facebook page just posted
a picture of Somber with his He has his face covered.
He's covered his face in the picture. How do you
know it's Somber then because it's tagged with sombermusic dot com.
(09:24):
That's balm, Somber music dot com. How much of a
secret then if you're gonna tag with Somber music dot calm,
then right. But then you know, you don't get any
other details And then you go to somber site and
it's just a countdown clock teaser the Somber shows coming.
Don't got the details yet, but it looks like Somber
(09:45):
is gonna be coming to play the arena. Also, yesterday
it was announced there's gonna be a free concert at
the Point with Nelly in Third Eye Blind on June
twenty seventh, part of the The Commonwealth Concerts series to
celebrate America's twenty twenty two hundred and fiftieth birthday. Nelly
(10:10):
just signed a Pittsford residency or something. Yeah, he's playing.
He's playing the new Place on the North Shore there
too for the NFL draft. Right Yeah, hey, man, listen, Nelly.
You'll take a check for anything, even if he went

Governor Shapiro yesterday when he was doing the announcement and everything.
He had a backdrop behind him and it just fell Yeah,

prim and proper backdrop fell down. Now what do you do?
Also announced yesterday, Jack White, who just played Saturday Night
(10:55):
Live with Jack Black. He is gonna be coming to
the new play right across from the Arena Citizens Live
at the Wiley Jack Whack, Jack whackwo.
Speaker 10 (11:09):
Whack.
Speaker 11 (11:11):
It's a combination of Jack Black and Jack White.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
You do the tribute, man, Okay, you do not want
to know what Jack Whack does, though you don't want
to know.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
It's a different kind of tribute. Jack Whack doesn't even
know how to play the real guitar, but he knows
how trump something else. Okay, man, he's got an instrument
out there. We can't get through this. Jack Jack Jack dude,
almost call him Jack Wack, Jack White, Dude, Jack Whack.
(11:46):
Jack White's coming. Jack White is coming to citizens Live
at the Wiley on November twelfth. Last time he was
here he did a show of Mister Small's in twenty
twenty four. Before that, it was The Pete in twenty
twenty two. So Jack White, not Jack Whack, who is
a fictional person I just made up, is going to
be coming a ton in November. Tickets go on sale
(12:08):
next Friday at ten am. All right, we'll get to
today in Freak Show history next and say something nice
around that. You got something nice to say someone or something,

and the Penguins have clinched a playoff spot. We'll hear
from Sidney Crosby head coach Dan Muse, and we will
(12:29):

It's Mike you Bob see the new Pittsburgh Pirates City
Connect uniforms and hats and everything. Hey, bad black man.
They went gold eh spreading there it's it's it's Vegas
(12:49):
Golden Nights. It's giving Vegas Golden Knights. I like their
color scheme. That's what the new Pirates City Connect jersey
is very Vegas Golden Knight like. Yeah, letters it's on
the jersey. Yeah, lettering's pretty cool, you know it is
it is. I think it's better than the last ones.
Those last ones they all like yellow ones. Those are
(13:11):
cond of trash. Yeah, I don't really like those too much.
These ones are okay too. Neither of the City Connects
has uh has sent me into a spiral though, where
I feel like I need to buy anything. But it's

goal horn, dude. His wife Maureen sent me a video
of his goalhorn. Wait, he legit has a goldhorn hooked up.
That's not just him playing like a sound on his
phone or his computer. So he's got like a legit goalhorn.
It sink through Wi Fi too. So when the penn score, no, dude,
(14:21):
it goes no way. How can you do that? I
don't know is that possible? It's wild? Geez all right,

for music. Coachella kicks off this weekend. Tonight it is
Sabrina Carpenter. Tomorrow night, Saturday night it is Justin Bieber
and then Sunday night it is Carol g headlining Coachella.
I went down a wormhole. People thinking Taylor, it's gonna
come out with Sabrina on stage. That's possible, dude. Okay,
(17:04):
what wait, wait, what do you mean? I went down
a wormhole. That's not that far of a wormhole to
go down. Watch one video and it's just like people
are trying to connect all the dots of like I
don't know. Taylor's like, okay, you're man, you're hearing that coach.
You're in it, Dude. You watch one and next thing
(17:24):
you know, you're fed like eight of them and then
you're down the wormhole. Yeah, but it's usually me that's
down the swift wormhole. Whatever. Well, you had a day yesterday,
huh yeah. And now that you say it though, now
that you see it happened, you done that life of
a show man and you never have the life of
(17:45):
a show girl, man, I know, oh man. And Taylor
is the kind of person that's like, you know, Spring
is sort of little sister, shows up for people, shows
up for people. Man shows up for people. Even if
like she went to Coachell last year and just was
there with and it was a huge deal that she
was there, you know, so maybe she goes to just
watch or maybe she performs with Sabrina tonight. What were
(18:12):
the other rumors yesterday? We were talking about Harry Styles,
DJ Set and uh Rogo Olivia Rodrigo. Right well, listen,
we're not gonna stay up for it because Coachella is
so late for people on the East Coast, but obviously
it's a big weekend for music out there in California
with Sabrina headlining Coachella tonight. It is Mikey, it is
Bob the ninety six one Kiss Morning Freak Show.
Speaker 6 (18:33):
It's time to say something nice.
Speaker 1 (18:38):
Say something nice, Say something nice.

Sydney Crosby.
Speaker 6 (18:56):
Yeah, hell yeah, yeah, say something nice, say something nice.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
I think the whole city can get behind that one.
It's say something nice about all the pens right now,
you know, hell yeah, going back to the playoffs. All right,
let's get to another one. Here, say something nice.
Speaker 10 (19:16):

shirt or like the ninety six one.
Speaker 1 (19:33):
Was in a blue ball and the redular.
Speaker 10 (19:35):
But I mean this shirt, I mean it don't fit
me no more because it's a size small.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
He's got like an old school ninety six to one
kiss shirt you have, like like the original, like the
original logo when we first started early, two twenty year
old T shirt. Yeah yeah, but no real stuff.
Speaker 10 (19:51):
I send you guys a lot of like stupid stuff
when I'm tuned up, you know, half.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
In a bag mate, Like he's like I say, you
guys nice, you know, half in the.
Speaker 10 (20:02):
Bag, I say, man, I've been listening for a while.
You guys are just awesome, and I appreciate it. It's
tough to talk about things that make you sad, and
it's nice, you know, to hear people make you happy.
So I appreciate you guys. Yeah, thanks for just yeah,
being you guys for as long as you have been.
And I love you and I hope get to meet

the Miracle mile. And yeah, really thanks again, y'all mean
a lot to me.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
And hey, it's a nice message here breaking it down.
Speaker 10 (20:36):
I have a really bad depression and listening to you
guys and just hearing you guys sometimes you can hear
myself on the radio just turns my day completely around.
And I just want you all to know that let's
let's share a joint together, okay.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
All right, and all breaking say something nice, say something nice.
It was a very very nice message, you know, talking
about things we all go through, you know, loneliness, depression,
all that stuff and whatever. If our dumb show can
make you happy, but then I just love that he's
in a very serious mind state and everything, and then
(21:10):
just let's share up together. That's it. He's like, how
do I wrap this kind of serious say something nice
message up. Let's thanks Bob Man. Yeah, Bob and oakmoll Man.
We love you man, appreciate you always riding with the show.
All right, Let's get Sidney Crosby coming up next. Penguins
are back in the playoffs. One to night. Last night,
Puns get to win. Let's go Pens. We hear from
(21:32):
the Captain, Sidney Crosby coming up around seven to twenty five,
and we have a round of Penguins Facebook comments now
that they're back in the playoffs. Around seven fifty five,
It's Mikey and Bobcat Mikey and Bob Podcast. You love
watching videos on YouTube of Hippo's crushing water mons at
zoos across the country in the world. Right if I'm
(21:54):
enjoying it as I.
Speaker 5 (21:55):
Do, lean some Mikey and Bob podcast on iHeartRadio or
wherever did you get your podcasts?
Speaker 1 (22:05):
That is right, where is my husband? It's Mikey Abob
the ninety six to one Kiss Morning Freak Show. Today
at noon. Penguins fans playoff tickets are on sale Wow, man,
it's happened. Been a little while since you had to
get the your credit card out for Penguins playoff tickets
(22:26):
up a little bit. Let's go back, yeah, man. Now
the Penguins have clinched their first playoff birth since twenty
twenty two five to two win over the Devils yesterday
in New Jersey that clinched another playoff trip for the Penguins.
We know at least there's gonna be two home games,
the first two home games of the playoffs. Tickets for
those two games go on sale today at noon the
(22:49):
Penguin site. We all haven't had a taste of it
in enough time here, like in a long time, and
it's gonna be rowdy and loud and like, yes, I
think so too, everything that I love about the playoff hockey.
You know, we got so used to having playoff runs
that we didn't get excited until we were past the
second round. Then it was hard to get excited because
we kept losing in the first round. So but now
(23:13):
you're right, Bob, they took it away from us playoff
hockey for a couple of years. Now I feel like
it's first round. It's gonna because we know we got
we got a chance this year. Man, I don't know.
There's been some magic this year. Again the uh, the
empty net with like three minutes left, Eric Carlson scoring
(23:33):
the goal. This is what it sounded like on what
five to nine the X the radio home of the Penguins.
Josh gets off and Phil Bork on the call. This
is just.
Speaker 7 (23:41):
Great the Penguins call. Since coming?
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Can you feel with Pittsburgh spring time hockey is on
the is this spring time?
Speaker 8 (23:57):
I think help us has left to build And boys
and girls, we're going to the dants.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
We're going to the big dance. So you've gotta shine
your shoes. He's telling everybody shine the shoes because Penguins
are going back. Here is Sidney Crosby after the game
yesterday talking about being back in the playoffs.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
That's exciting. That's why you play. That's uh, the best
time of year. So to know that we're going to
be there, I just set out to do that. And
obviously even more, Yeah, it's a nice git reward. Everybody
has had a part in this. Obviously it's a team game,
but especially with this group, you know, with the injuries
and all the different guys in and out.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
You know, everybody's contributed to us getting there. Yeah. Uh,
they got a couple more games here. Penguins have the
last final regular season home game coming up Saturday, and
who knows if Alexandrovechkin retires, is going to be the
last game he plays in Pittsburgh in w tang, right,
so that's pretty special thing too. That could be a
(25:02):
thing on UH on Saturday, and then they go back
to back. Then they're at Washington taking on the Capitol's
UH Sunday afternoon. Sidney Crosby was asked, is it gonna
be hard to pay attention to last couple regular season
games now that they know they are in the playoffs?
Speaker 3 (25:15):
Yeah, I mean I think you just you want to
focus on finishing the season strong, that's a big thing,
and then kind of let that, you know, sort itself out.
But yeah, I'm sure we'll be watching closely and obviously, uh,
we want to prepare to make sure ready.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
Now, Sidney Crosby obviously doesn't show signs of slowing down,
but he was asked, was he worried he would never
make it back to the playoffs. I know how hard
it is.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
Yeah, I think I understand that you know, we had
some some tough ones where you know, it came down
to the last day and when he get in and
you don't ever know, but I thought, you know, right
from camp, we've we've had those intentions and had that belief,
and our start was a good, you know, a good
example of that. You know, the belief was there, but
you know, it takes everybody, and you know, we've we've
(25:58):
got a great group here and just really happy, you
know that we're going back there.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Man, it's just the feeling of playoff hockey is is
gonna be awesome. Dude, Kyle Dubis making trades and removing
people and bringing Dan musin to coach this team. It's unbelievable.
Like Sid might say, you know, believable, there's never a doubt,
but like he was the only one believing at some point,
he did it, man, Dubes did it. Dubes pulled it off,
(26:24):
and he got us back into the playoffs an amazing run.
And not only just like, hey, we snuck in on
the last day, like Sid said, sometimes there's been you
know times where its last game of the season, flying
we're hot, yeah, and clinching early like this, and it
just seems like there's potential for some magic this year.
But the Penguins are back in the playoffs. That's a
good thing. Final regular season home game Saturday against the
(26:48):
Capitols three pm. Now that the Penguins are back in
the playoffs, we will read some Penguins Facebook comments coming
up around seven to fifty five. It's Mikey and Bob
out today. It's gonna be sunny. We might see some
clouds later, but high's in the upper seventies. Tickle the
eighties this weekend. Not too bad. It's Mikey and Bob
(27:09):
Kiss Morning Free Show. Let's get to another quick talkback
Master Jerre, brought to us by One Team Media. Hey guys,
it's your friend Abby here. So I'm a pediatric nurse.
Speaker 15 (27:17):
And I work out in Siwickly, which.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Means I take sixty five from the city all the
way out that whole stretch of sixty five. Whole stretch,
there's a lot of parking cones. Now I'm not saying
you should take them. I'm saying I mean don't.
Speaker 15 (27:34):
I'm just saying, Okay, have a good one, guys.
Speaker 1 (27:37):
Okay, now listen, she's just keeping an eye on Okay, listen,
there's a whole stretch of them. There's something to what
she's talking about here, because as I was coming off
the Bridgeville, egsit this morning, Yeah, I was behind a
truck that had four traffic cones on the back of it.
Not that I was thinking about stealing them myself, but
I was just thinking, this cones ain't good to see
(27:59):
the end of the day. I was just thinking, like,
because they stuck out to me, were they good looking cones?
But see that's the other thing too, I start looking
at cones now they're like, it's a good looking cone there.
Oh that's a thicker one. I like that one because
they're a little tall, skinny one. I mean I never
you know, before this point, I never paid much attention
to cones. There is a level of cone. Yeah, there's
(28:20):
a hierarchy of cones. Yeah. Yeah, it's been a couple
of weeks. Now we're all cone experts around here. Those
those tall ones with like the double reflective rap on
those ones or something, right, those are the that's the
peak topier tone. All right, Hey, uh, let's get to
some more of your messages here, because you know, a
few weeks ago on the show and this has sort
(28:40):
of been a running thing. We were singing songs to
our pets because you know, it's something that I do
in my house. And uh, then it transitioned from pet
songs to songs that you sing your your children, like
maybe you got a baby, new parents, you got a
song that you're singing to the kids. It's it's something
(29:00):
that we don't really think about like sharing with other
people until somebody says, hey, do you sing a song
to your kid? And then we get messages like this, Hey, guys,
this is written down in Florida. I have a kid song.
Speaker 16 (29:12):
So this song we sang to both of our daughters
when we were swaddling them to put them at bed
at night. Yeah, and it is to the tune of
the wobble.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
Okay, swadowing wobble to.
Speaker 16 (29:23):
The wobble, and it goes swattle baby, swattle baby, swattle baby, swaddle,
swattle baby, swattle baby, swattle baby swaddle.
Speaker 1 (29:30):
And then get in there. Yeah.
Speaker 16 (29:33):
Yeah, she's a good girl getting swaddled up, getting swaddled up.
Speaker 14 (29:39):
How do you bob?
Speaker 1 (29:40):
Thank you? That's a great song, by the way, Yeah,
that's a great song. Twattle baby, swaddow baby, swadow baby swallow.
Speaker 7 (29:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (29:46):
It's not too bad, all right. Let's get to another
kid song here, Hey, mooshiy and Bushie. It's built from Brenswick, Ohio.
I like Muci and Boucie for me and you you
know Mucian bouchie. Yeah. And when you say with the
fully inter or accent, who do you listen to on her?
I like that mauchin bache in the morning. Much is
kind of nice name for us. Hey listen, if we
(30:07):
ever get put in a Star Wars movie, we get
to come up with their own names. Ucci and Beachie,
Moccie and bouchee.
Speaker 17 (30:13):
Hey, boys, just wanted to share with you a song
that my wife Nicole and I used to sing to
our daughter Nora, who just recently turned for She was
a baby. She loved her milk and she got really
chunky and she was always really cute.
Speaker 1 (30:24):
Huh.
Speaker 17 (30:24):
And so we used to sing, oh geez, absolute unit
and absolute unit and absolute unit hey hey hey hey,
an absolute unit, an absolute unit, an absolute.
Speaker 1 (30:36):
Unit, hey hey hey hey wow. A nice song right there,
absolute unit, absolute unit, absolutely hey hey hey hey. I
love people's whole demeanor. Their whole voice changes everything when
they go into the song. It takes them back to
that moment that they're singing to their kids. Yes, they're
just sharing it with all bust. It's so great and
(30:57):
you can tell they're smiling when they're doing it too.
I'm like, all right, my turn to share my little
kids on with everybody. All right, Penguins are back in
the playoffs. Let's check the pulse of Penguins fans. We

has done. He kept sid, he kept Gino, he kept Latang,
we kept Eric Carlson. You know, we got that core going.
And then just they made the exact right moves to
not only get into the playoffs, but we got a
(32:37):
little chance here, right, We got a chance to make
some noise here in the playoffs. Dude, It's unbelievable what
they've done. Yeah, it really is. A lot of us
didn't think we would ever see the Penguins team with
a potential to win another Stanley Cup by keeping the
older guys that have been here forever, right, I thought
that was the tradeoff. Yeah, but now here we are.
(32:57):
And then we read the Facebook comment.
Speaker 5 (32:59):
Beware dark Place on everyone is a GM.

Hey, there's a lot of people I'll cry. I'll cry.
There's a lot of people I might cry. If they
just go back to the Stanley Cup final, you know,
they win the conference, I might cry real tears. Jeff

that the Penguins are back in all right, brand new
song here, New music Friday on ninety six one Kissing
the iHeartRadio app Listening to this song on my way
(35:59):
in today is get it. It's gonna make you get up,
It's gonna make you want dance. This feels like it
should be like the theme song for RuPaul's Drag Race.
It is Lady Gaga in Doci my Heart Radios. Usually
when there's a new episode of The Pit on like
(36:19):
there was on HBO Max last night, we all just,
you know, wait for the Pittsburgh references and everything like that.
I have never been more disappointed by a Pittsburgh reference
that wasn't a Pittsburgh reference. That happened last night. We
will get to that around A twenty five. The episode
was amazing, But yeah, but that there was a misstep
by the producers of The Pit. I'm telling you they
(36:41):
should call us. They should call us when they got
a Pittsburgh thing to mention, just go hey, is this right?
Because last night we would have told them no, don't
don't do that. You can do this, but another way.
All right, we'll get to what happened on the pitt
last night around eight twenty five. It's Mikey and Bob
the ninety six to one Kiss Morning Freak Show. Let's
get to this right now.
Speaker 14 (36:59):
Something together.
Speaker 6 (37:00):
Right now, It's time to find that why the hell
is this setting with Mikey and bab Swickly.
Speaker 1 (37:08):
You know when I say Swicktly, everybody just thinks rich, right,
what do you think name a rich city around here?
Swickly's usually gonna be in your top three. I know,
I Fox Chapel, I think Mary Emil Yeah, I think
like that's where like Mario lives and ble if I
(37:28):
picture next to the words the Wickly May Yeah. USA
Today has ranked Swiftly as the best small town in
the entire Northeast of the United States, number one and
number one man Wow, number one Yeah. USA Today readers
number one small town in the Northeast as part of
(37:49):
their ten Best Readers Choice Awards. UH it had to
be like towns with under twenty five thousand people, and
it was scenery, historic charm, local cuisine, and cultural attractions.
Swicktly named the best small town in the northeast, the
entire northeast. I mean, it's a great it's a great time. Yeah,
(38:10):
there's towns of beaches and stuff. I'm saying, hey, you
know there's towns with Okay, you can live on the
Gold Beach. They got three rivers. Huh. How many little
parties they stacking up? Okay got marri O me, they
got Marrio. I'm the worst because I have a Swickly address.
So when I tell people my address, yea, and I
(38:32):
say swiftly, I'm like, no, I live in Franklin Park though,
but it's a Swickly address. I got like Franklin Park
trash pick up and all that. Hey, that zip code though,
my may the price went up on the house overnight,
the number one with that zip Yeah. Maybe eight cats
in my house took the price down on it though.
Maybe the fact that I own eight cats, Maybe I
(38:54):
took the price of the house close that when you
sell the house. No, but I always talk about selling, uh,
selling my house with my wife, and I'm always just like,
it's so much. You know, we gotta take things down
and everything like that and make everything generic. You know,
you don't want personal things and stuff like that. And
then one of my In my office, I have three
(39:14):
jerseys framed and hung up. They're all my jerseys. Every
professional sports team around here has given us jerseys over
the years. So I have three Mikey jerseys, a Penguin's want,
a Steelers wanting, a Pirates one. Hey, by the way,
river Hounds, any time you're ready, let's go hot, Let's
go with the Mikey and Bob jersey. Come on, They're
not gonna fit. But for hanging in the office, the
(39:36):
thought that give me a frameable jersey, River Hounds, I
need you. So I always ask my wife. I'm like, well, yeah,
I got you know, I'll take my jersey down every
She like, don't you dare touch those jerseys? And I'm like, wow,
why not. It's like when people see that, they're gonna
want to buy the house even more knowing that those
Mikey's house and I'm like yeah, or they can hate
(39:58):
the show and see the jerseys and be like, I'm
not gonna live here. I know there's eight cats down here,
and the guys been smoking weed in the garage like
a man man, you know, Like, I mean, hey, real
quick here, Bob, we should probably mention a few of
the draft things here, just real quick. We got the.
Speaker 18 (40:24):
Draft yet, we got the draft, yet, we got the
draft yet.
Speaker 1 (40:36):
The second phase of NFL Draft road closures start on
uh on Monday. We are less than two weeks away
from the NFL Draft. Now they're starting to lock it
down down there. Yeah, Monday is gonna start getting locked
on Casino Drive, north Shore Drive, reads Dale Street, Chuck
noway Tony Dorset Drive two seventy nine southbound, the Exit
one B ramp to Readsdale Street to Readsdale Underpass. While
(40:59):
they're trying to lock down though, there's still Pirates games
going on. Joe, that's that that's gonna screw up parking.
Speaker 14 (41:05):
Two.
Speaker 1 (41:05):
That this is only the second phase of road closures though,
because the third phase of road closures down by the
draft and all that is gonna happen the day before
the draft April twenty second. Yeah, the real lockdown. Yeah.
And then they also said yesterday parts of the three
rivers are gonna be off limits during the NFL Draft.
The Ohio River near Rivers Casino, the Alleghany near the
(41:26):
Clemente Bridge, the Man around the Fort Pitt Bridge. They
basically just don't want your uncle shooting fireworks off from
his pontoon boat like fifty yards away from the draft.
That's what it is. Yeah, it's protecting the waterways from
your drunk uncle on his pontoo. Makes sense, is what
it makes sense. Now you'll be able to be on
(41:46):
your boat whatever if you want to. In other areas
you're just not It's this is not gonna be like
getting right there up on the draft and being able
to like have your draft party right there at the
point on your boat. If it's like in the eighties,
it's gonna be amazing and like nice thought. People are
gonna rivers be loaded. It's gonna be awesome.
Speaker 14 (42:06):
Load.
Speaker 1 (42:07):
It'd be awesome. There's a new episode of The Pit
last night on HBO Max. Course, this is just a
huge show. Like Noah Wiley, he's gonna win another Best
Actor for this because his performances these last couple episodes
have been incredible. He also got his own star on
the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which we learned years ago.
Is you know, it's an honor, sure, but it's an
(42:28):
honor that you pay for, right, So it's cool. But
also you can be nominated by somebody and then yeah, yeah,
to pay for it, I gotta pay thousands and thousands
of dollars for it. But on the pit last night,
and again it was a fantastic episode. There's only one
episode left in this season and we're getting towards the
season finale, and it was a great episode, very emotional episode.
(42:49):
But there was one Pittsburgh point where we were like,
what hold on what? I paused the show and I
was like, wait a minute, they miss Renegade. It was
a big swing and a huge miss. There's a this
guy comes in, he's got a big cut on his face.
One of doctors laying do in. You know, they start
(43:10):
talking about the band Sticks, which of course hugely popular
here in Pittsburgh. They're gonna be one of the bands
that's opening up, you know, the the wiley across from
the arena, Renegade for years at the games. It's such
an easy connection. Sticks Renegade's such an easy mentioned that
d why it's like that, Yeah, yeah, let's let's get
to this. This is from the pitt last night. The
(43:30):
band love Sticks. You okay, Now that's a younger nurse, right,
never heard of Sticks, which, by the way, no matter
what age you are. I don't know, pretty sure, there's
a lot of people I know sticks are here in Pittsburgh.
There's you. Hey, maybe she's not from Pittsburgh and that
could be it. It could be it. Maybe she's doing her
(43:51):
residency just she's from somewhere else. And maybe mister Bono
that Spotify ages and sixty two. Okay, she says her
Spotify ages and se doesn't know who Styx is. I'm
throwing the red flag right here though, because Langdon says,
you don't know Styx, mister Robato, there is no way
that's not the first anyone.
Speaker 11 (44:12):
In Pittsburgh says mister Robata when.
Speaker 1 (44:14):
They think it is. That's not the first reference point.
I mean maybe if you're like, name a stick song
other than Renegade, maybe that happens. Come stay away, lady babe.
That guy named three more songs without Renegade. They named
four stick songs or four deep without renegade and no renegade. Yeah,
(44:34):
maybe best if you don't talk. Okay, So that was
on the pit last night. Hey, I love the show.
It's a great show. We love all the Pittsburgh references,
but this seems like one where they could have consulted
anybody in Pittsburgh and they would have been like, this
might ruin a whole episode, this might be people.
Speaker 11 (44:51):
It would have been a perfect episode, except you mentioned
Stix and you don't say Renegade.
Speaker 1 (44:56):
You named four other songs they don't mismuch. Yeah, that
was a big Pittsburgh swinging miss yesterday by the pit.
So uh the season finale. Season two finale will be
coming up next Thursday on HBO Max. Steel City Con
this weekend at the Monroeville Convention Center. I mean they
(45:18):
do that a few times, thurning here now right. It
is not like a one year thing now, so uh yeah,
Today through Sunday, Steel City Con at the Monroeville Convention Center.
It's Mikey and Bob the ninety six to one Kiss
Morning Freak Show. Let's get in to a talkback message
here brought to us by One Team Media. Bob.
Speaker 14 (45:35):
This is Tristan Hi.
Speaker 1 (45:36):
I'm here with my steps On Bennett.
Speaker 16 (45:38):
You might remember him as the Managina Kids from the
Mount Mangina podcast a couple months ago.
Speaker 1 (45:44):
All right, listen, I got a really bad memory. I
don't remember Mount Mangina. Do you You do, though, Bob
or is a whole thing. If she, if she says
he's the man, kid, he's the Managina kid. Okay, I'm
not here to debate, right, do you want to own
that name? A bad memory? He's been asking to try
to get back on the radio again.
Speaker 16 (46:04):
We listened to you on the way to school every morning,
and he wanted to share his favorite song.
Speaker 1 (46:08):
Oh favorite song on the show.
Speaker 16 (46:10):
Milk No no sat Steelers content, No no, no, no,
no Steelers content.
Speaker 1 (46:18):
I hear this just about every day. Guys, all right, Bennett,
one of us, one of us, one of us teaching
the kids. Man, that's that's a milk man. Jina, absolutely not.
That's the two calls that we've gotten from hell of
(46:39):
a performance by that gu Yeah, two times on the
show bringing it series, bat in one thousand on you
for two. Let's get to another message here.
Speaker 14 (46:48):
Good morning. I came Big Bob.
Speaker 15 (46:49):
So I just wanted to say something nice, say something.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
Nice, something nice. All old, I love you.
Speaker 6 (46:57):
Say something nice, Say something nice, say something nice.
Speaker 15 (47:04):
So with drive through is always getting such a bad
rep I just wanted to give a shout out to
the morning crew at the McDonald's and Kennedy. They are
always so sweet and their ice coffee is delicious.
Speaker 1 (47:18):
WHOA have a great day. Hey, the McDonald's drive through
crew that's on the morning shift in Kennedy. You're doing
a good job out there. Say something nice, Say something nice.
You could hear that inner voice that I just got
(47:38):
a fresh coffee. It's a Friday, the sun cheeking out, okay.
Speaker 15 (47:46):
And their ice coffee is delicious.
Speaker 1 (47:50):
Have a great day. You have a good day.
Speaker 6 (47:53):
Yeah, say something nice, Say something nice?
Speaker 14 (48:01):
All right.
Speaker 1 (48:01):
Penguins head coach Dan Muse and Penguin's goalie Stewart Skinner
talking about making it back to the playoffs, and we
have an old guy fight at a local Giant Eagle.
We'll get to that around nine ten. It's Mikey and
Bob the Mikey and Bob Podcast, New Music Friday here
(48:21):
on ninety six to one Kiss in the Free iHeartRadio
app Earlier, we played the brand new song from the
Delawares Product two soundtrack Lady Gaga and Doachi called Runway.
Pretty good song.
Speaker 2 (48:33):
Good.
Speaker 7 (48:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (48:34):
We'll have the new song from Teddy Swims called Mister
Know It All next here on the Kiss Morning Freak Show.
It is Mikey and Bob hey Man. Listen, let's go pend,
Let's go bath Man. Penguins went in New Jersey last night, right,
which means they have clinched their first playoff spot since
(48:56):
twenty twenty two. It was Sidney Crosby after game just
talking about being back in the playoffs.
Speaker 3 (49:02):
That's exciting, that's why you play. That's uh, the best
time of year. So to know that we're gonna be there,
I just set out to do that. And obviously even more, Yeah,
it's a nice get reward. Everybody has had a part
in this. Obviously it's a team game, but especially with
this group, you know, with the injuries and all the
different guys in and out, you know, everybody's contributed us
(49:24):
getting there.
Speaker 1 (49:25):
Yeah. And then, uh, last night Stuart Skinner was back.
Remember he got he got hitting the puck with an
eye and his eye was swollen shut. I mean he's
still got like a black eye. It still looks still
looks bad, but open it and obviously played pretty good
now you can see him stop pucks now. But Stuart
Skinner was asked, you know what it means to get
Sidney Crosby, if any Malcolm and Chris Letang back into
(49:47):
the playoffs.
Speaker 19 (49:48):
Oh, it's incredible. I mean, what what can you say
about those guys. I mean, they're they're legends, Hall of famers,
the Goats, I mean, they're They've done so much in
this league. It's seriously impressive. How how they just keep
on going and they have so much success every single year.
Really takes a special person to be able to do
(50:09):
that for a long time. And there's no sign of
them sewing now.
Speaker 1 (50:12):
And then Penguin's head coach Dan Muse was sort of
asked the same thing about getting these guys back into
the playoffs.
Speaker 19 (50:18):
I mean, I'm thrilled for everybody, but these guys.
Speaker 1 (50:22):
What they've done for the game, it's it's amazing, and
they should be in the playoffs at their back, you know,
and I saw, I'm thrilled for them, and I'm the group,
you know, everybody that put it in there.
Speaker 19 (50:35):
There's some guys in this team too that have never
played in the playoffs, and so I'm also excited for
for those.
Speaker 1 (50:41):
Guys that have that up for time. But these guys
have you know, they've worked. Man I what a great coach.
He's asked about, you know, the Big Three and he
just turns it into I'm excited for everybody. Josh, Josh
all you posted now, what do you mean long time
Penguin writer. Yeah, of course, Josh JOEI Yeah, Like, I
don't think this was officially during like Sid's moment with
(51:02):
the reporters or anything. I think it was just him
and Yoey talking. He has off camera conversation. Yeah, he wrote,
I had a chat with City yesterday. He told me
what pushed him most in the recent seasons is the
thought of hearing the noise of the Pittsburgh crowd when
he Gino and Chris Latang take the ice for a
(51:23):
playoff game again. Oh my god. Sid told Yoey that. Yeah, listen,
I know, last few years and we haven't made the playoffs,
it's been a little sad, been a little disappointing. Sid's
been waiting to hear that roar he was talking about
playoff hockey. Sid's been waiting for the playoff roor you
know what. He's been waiting for the playoff chance. He
(51:45):
wants it all. Having a couple of years off, I
think he's made Penguins fans hungry again to where it's like, Okay,
I agree. I agree. It's not just we've lost in
the first round for this many years, and you know
it's not like if we you get eliminated in the
first round this year, which I don't think is gonna happen,
but if we do, it was a hell of a season.
(52:06):
You know. It's But again, this is the kind of
team where you can see making a deep Cup run too.
You know. I just no matter what happens from this
point on, I'm not gonna be disappointed by this current
Penguins team. This has been a successful season. Waiting to
hear it again, God, what he's been training for? Yeah,
(52:27):
games one and two obviously, we're still waiting to see
who we play. But games one and two, Uh, you
know they'll have uh yeah, they'll be a hey give
us Philly, my god, give a Philly. Just everybody wants there,
doesn't matter. It was Philly like the old days, all right.
(52:49):
Penguin's uh final home regular season game of the season
is tomorrow three pm against Alexandro Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals.
He still hasn't said if he's retiring or not. NHL
and goalscorer of all time could be the final ov
Verse the Big Three game. It could be on Saturday too,
and then of course the Penguins travel to Washington to
(53:11):
take on the Capitol Sunday, also three pm. All right,
there was an old guy fight at a Giant Eagle.
We will get to that coming up next. Here is
the brand new Teddy Swim song for New Music Friday.
iHeartRadio music. It's Coachella weekend. Sabrina Carpenter tonight headlining, Justin
(53:31):
Bieber on Saturday, and Carol g on Sunday. And then
of chorus. There's always the surprises and the surprise performances
and appearances that we'll all talk about on Monday. Here
on the Kiss Morning Freak Show, it is Mikey and Bob.
Oh no, not again. What you know the Giant Eagle
Express that got over in Harmor. Yeah, we got an
(53:54):
old guy fight. Very hard to believe.
Speaker 20 (53:56):
That's the reaction from a farmer Giant Eagle Express shopper
after two senior citizens fought outside of the store.
Speaker 1 (54:02):
Oh, we can't have this. We can't have two senior
citizens fighting outside the storm, sending one to the hospital.
We have our disputes, but never with the uh, the
age of these two gentlemen. Yeah, we have some disputes,
but never with guys this old. You know, it's what's
going on with these giant eagles. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (54:22):
Man.
Speaker 1 (54:22):
We had the lady that got naked with the dog
and the stroller and guy and the junk kicking giant,
the giant eagle and white oak. Now the gianty old
express and harmor we got senior citizens fighting.
Speaker 20 (54:34):
Seventy six year old Robert Schitt of Springdale is now
charged with.
Speaker 1 (54:38):
Assault seventy six years old.
Speaker 20 (54:40):
Coummer Police paperwork says Schmidt was using the bathroom inside
of the store last week when an eighty year old
reportedly started talking to Schmidt's eighteen year old daughter inappropriately,
making her uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (54:52):
Okay, no, I can't do that. That's some weird Yeah.
Hold on, wait the sev seventy six versus eighty year
old in a fight. Wait, hold, seventy six year old
has an eighteen year old daughter, and then the eighty
year old was saying things to the eighteen year old
daughter and the seventy six year old. Wait when they when
they said senior citizen fight or whatever. I wasn't expecting
(55:13):
it to be seventy six versus eighty. Yeah, that's that
doesn't seem like a No. I don't know. It might
be evenly matched, though. It depends on the size of
these guys, and they're fighting skills. I mean four years,
what's a big difference between seventy six and eighty. I
don't think there's that big of a difference fighting skills
to be a high school wrestler in nineteen forty three, Man,
(55:38):
they're fighting. You don't have fighting skills in that age.
You were open, not the fall down that. No, you
can still fight when you're like eighty years old. It's
mostly biting at that time, but you know you can.
Let you're allowed to bite when you're over, when you're
over seventy five, if you got your teeth in you
that it's true too. So now you're just you're just
(55:58):
gumming them, just going them. I want a T shirt
that says I got gum down in the.
Speaker 14 (56:03):
Harmor giant Eagle, I got gumped.
Speaker 1 (56:15):
Out in a Johnny Parking lot. Oh no, yeah, there's
obviously gonna be some charges. Man. They don't fight people
in uh in giant eagle. You know, also, don't be
weird like don't be eighty years old saying weird things
to eighteen year olds. That is just the age. Yeah,
(56:38):
it's weird, okay. And if you're gonna fight, keep your
teeth in. I guess you learn just in case you
need to use them as you're fighting me. Then take
them out, all right. Coming up around nine to twenty five,
we got Paul's Schemes and Connor Griffin both making podcast
appearances talking buckos. We'll get to that. Around nine to
(57:00):
twenty five year chants at TLC, Salt and Peppa and Vogue.
Tickets for starl Like this summer around nine thirty, it's
Mikey Bomb Kiss Kenny Woods open next weekend. That's how
you know we're getting close to the real stuff, the
real summer, the real sweaty, swampy times. The mosquitoes. I
(57:26):
hate the mosquito. The mosquito. Man, I gotta think about mosquitoes. Man,
I think I'm allergic to mosquito bites. You know, you've
been my best friends and we're like eight years old. Yeah,
I am mosquito bites. And I inch him because I
think I'm allergic to them. And then like my arms
and legs are all covered with scabs and scars in
the summer. I like that you brought up so many
magical things about summer and then you're just like the
(57:48):
bad thing about it. And I'm allergic to the mosquitoes
bad thing about summer. I'm gonna be scabbed over mosquitoes
and swamp crotch out of here. Other than that, summer

A couple of the boys have been doing the uh
the podcast thing. First, this is Paul Skans with Jeff
Passing from ESPN. He was talking about how Paul Schemes is.
(58:31):
He's always just calm, you know. Paul Skins doesn't get
too fired up, he doesn't get too hot, he doesn't
get too low. He's sort of like a baseball robot,
like Sidney Crosby's a hockey Robot in the most positive way. Though.
Here was Paul Skeen's talking about his demeanor.
Speaker 21 (58:48):
Yeah, I think I think I do have thoughts and
you know, emotions and stuff like that, but I just
I don't think I'm I don't think I show it.
Speaker 1 (58:56):
Okay, ladies and gentlemen, Paul Skeens has thoughts and motions.
He's got him though, he's got him. Okay, first time
I'm hearing that he's got He's good thing.
Speaker 21 (59:07):
It's good partly because I don't want to show him,
partly because I'm just not good at showing it. Like
my happy face and my sad face are kind of
the same face.
Speaker 1 (59:14):
This guy's best man resting scheme's face, resting face. And then, uh,
Connor Griffin, you know, the nineteen year old that just
got one hundred and forty million dollars from the from
the Pirates. What what podcast was he on again? The
Big Cats at Bar School. Okay, let's get to this here.
You were one week into the Major League Baseball.
Speaker 19 (59:33):
Yeah, sign a contract yesterday yesterday yep, played five games.
Speaker 1 (59:37):
So how much does the contract? He said it anything? Yeah,
I'm nineteen. I got one hundred and forty million. Whoa, Yeah,
did you buy anything? Nah? You got it though.
Speaker 21 (59:50):
I'm just gonna take care of take care of myself
and make sure I'm good to go.
Speaker 1 (59:54):
Okay, nice, I liked that you didn't say like your
family or anything. Yeah, taking care of myself, dude, you
must be that's right here?
Speaker 21 (01:00:05):
Yeah, just me, Yes, I'm ready to play.
Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
We want to. I want to keep my parents homits.
They got to keep paying their mortgage. I love how
Connor Griffin barely says anything in the entire club. He's like, yeah,
I make one forty, Do you buy anything? I'm just
taking care of myself and hilarious. Uh yeah, Bucco's back
at it again this weekend in Chicago two twenty start times,
(01:00:32):

Good morning, Mikey and Bob.
Speaker 1 (01:01:08):
Just real quick message.
Speaker 15 (01:01:09):
While I'm driving into work.
Speaker 16 (01:01:11):
You might want to go back and listen to what
you were saying about Stuve Skinner and why he's been.
Speaker 15 (01:01:18):
Out for the past couple of games.
Speaker 1 (01:01:20):
Yeah, if you catch what you said, have a good day.
Love you guys. Let's go Ben. Happy birthday, Bob. Yeah,
we've gotten a couple of messages about this Stuart Skinner.
You know, a few games back was sitting on the
bench and got hit in the face with the puck.
Earlier on the show, I told everybody that he got
(01:01:41):
hit in the puck with a face. Sorry, what do
you want us to do? I mean, it's not it's
not us. You listen to me, it's me. If you listen,
you should know we're not good at this. We got
one Bob screw up track, and we have like four
Mikey screw up tracks. But this talking thing isn't our
strong no matter if it's the main part of our
(01:02:03):
job or not. Mike, You and Bob, Hello, Good.
Speaker 22 (01:02:05):
Morning Mikey and Bob. How are you today.
Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
Pretty good.
Speaker 22 (01:02:09):
I'm good. The reason I'm calling is The Pit. I've
watched The Pit the first season. It was excellent. But
there's another show that I wanted to tell you about,
and it's called Watson.
Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
I got bad news. They canceled it.
Speaker 22 (01:02:22):
Yes they did, but I've been watching it for the
past two seasons. Yeah, and it's excellent. And it's based
on the groundbreaking hospitals in Pittsburgh. I think when a
lot of people here Watson, they think Watson Sherlock Homes. Yeah,
Sherlock Holmes was his mentor and he does make appearances on.
Speaker 13 (01:02:41):
It, and it was awesome. And Morris Chestnut is awesome too.
I've listened to your show every morning on my way
to work, and I think both of you are awesome.
My name is Buttons.
Speaker 1 (01:02:54):
Why's your nickname Buttons? If we if we can ask that,
is there a reason where'd you get button from? Well?
Speaker 22 (01:03:00):
I was born. My brother said, look, mother, she's as
small as a button.
Speaker 1 (01:03:04):
It's always been button your whole life. You've been buttons.
Speaker 13 (01:03:07):
Huh, Well, that's my nixt name, but I've always been
called that.
Speaker 22 (01:03:11):
That's the only thing that I answer to.
Speaker 1 (01:03:13):
I don't know about you, Buttons, but I know for
me and like any show that just mentions anything Pittsburgh,
we get very excited about it.
Speaker 22 (01:03:21):
Oh yeah, definitely. And not to mention the fact that
Morris Chestnut is fine.
Speaker 1 (01:03:25):
Hey Morris Chestnut, Wayne gets right there time. All right, Buttons, Well,
thank you for call. We appreciate it. You have a
wonderful weekend, all right.
Speaker 22 (01:03:35):
Thank you both of you two also, and both of
you are amazing. Your show is phenomenal.
Speaker 1 (01:03:40):
Frum. Are you driving to uh driven, West Virginia after
the show. Yeah, yeah, going down Morgantoon, pick up your
daughter from West Virginia. Now to you, I'm going down
to Morgantown. I'll be down there all weekend. Oh is
it parents weekend today in West Virginia? Yeah yeah yeah.
Isn't this when you told your daughter Jordan you were
(01:04:02):
gonna You're gonna go to all the frats? Yeah yeah, yeah,
I might tear it up this weekend. My watch out,
Watch out Morgantown. I'm coming, Oh boy, watch out. I
think West Virginia, the entire state needs to be on
watch Bob's gonna be in your West Virginia. So it's
like cross that state line. He tells me, wild and wonderful.
(01:04:24):
We're gonna find out. You're gonna get wild, and we'll
see if West Virginia deems it wonderful. We're gonna find
out West Virginia. Hey, all right, you have a good
weekend at West Virginia parents weekend. That's exciting stuff, right,
it'll be good. What do you have planned or is
it just like like school stuff, like hey, here's a building,
(01:04:46):
or she recently joined a sorority. We go through all
that stuff, and I think I think they're having a party.
So that's where you that's where you tap in wild
and wonderful. We'll see about that. A Let's see what
else we got. Pirates are in Chicago this weekend, afternoon
games all weekend, starting today at two twenty. Of course,
(01:05:09):
the Penguins are wrapping up their regular season. The final
regular season home game is this Saturday against Alexandrovechkin in
the Capitals. Three PM games for the Penns this weekend.
And you know, like we've been saying, this could be
the last time we see OV versus, you know, Sid,
Geno Lutang and them boys. I just saw Josh All,
he writes for the athletic in New York Times. Yeah,
(01:05:31):
he wrote an article. He sat down with Sid and
wrote an article like what OV means to say in
like case, this is it their relationships. That's pretty sweet.
Maybe maybe people know that, maybe he's leaning more towards
like this could be the end. I mean, he is
forty one also, so it's kind of well. And he's
the leading scorer in NHL history, he's won a Cup,
(01:05:52):
and he has the most gray hair I've ever seen
on hockey player, I think right like he is he
is all gray. Now, not like that matters, but I'm
just saying he probably. I feel like it's maybe time right,
it's getting there. Yeah, so this might be the last
Yeah game here. And of course it's Coachella weekend and
(01:06:12):
got Sabrina Carpenter headlining tonight. I can't wait for that.
Am I gonna stay up for it? Absolutely not? Will
Taylor Swift be there? Maybe? Mate, there's some other surprises.
We'll see Sabrina on Friday night, Justin Bieber Saturday night,
Carol g headlining on Sunday night out at Coachella. All right, Bob,
what do you want to name the podcast? Today? Jack
(01:06:34):
whack in a Giant Eagle parking lot. I screwed up
earlier when we were talking about Jack White, and I
mentioned that this past Saturday, it was Jack White and
Jack Black on Saturday Night Live together, right, you know,
because Jack Jack White's playing the you know, the Citizens
(01:06:58):
live place across from arena, combine him to make the
greatest uh there you go. He is going to be
coming to the new place, uh, right across from the arena.
Citizens live at the Wiley. Jack Whack, Jack Whack.
Speaker 11 (01:07:16):
It's a combination of Jack Black and Jack White.
Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
You did.
Speaker 1 (01:07:21):
It's a tribute band.
Speaker 2 (01:07:22):
Okay, you do not want to know what Jack Whack does.
Speaker 1 (01:07:27):
Though you don't want to know. It's a different kind
of tribute Jack Whack in a Giant Eagle parking lot. Hey,
by the way, make sure you space after the name
Jack Whack so the podcast doesn't look like it's Jack
whacken in a Giant Eagle parking lot. I'll make sure
it is space that it's a very key space that
(01:07:49):
you need to make to hope I don't screw up.
All right, A good week. I think it's a good
week of shows. Heads are in the playoffs. Son Fun
Vibes are good. Buckos are okay? All right, get caught
up with the podcast. If you missed any of the
shows this week, and that's it. Send us some talkback

Something nice. Yeah, talk to everybody.
Speaker 2 (01:08:15):
