Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, the ninety six to one Kiss Morning Freak Show.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Uh oh, don't know where Bob is. Hold on, let
me check my text messages real quick. See if he
texts me that he's gonna be like late or something.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
No, No, I.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Know he's awake though, because I text him because I
got him iced coffee already today.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
And he did text me back, so he is awake.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
I just don't know where he is, and he can't
be getting the ice coffee that we always get to
start our day because I got it today. We switch
off every other day, so yesterday Bob got the coffee.
Today was my coffee day. But Bob did say the
line for coffee yesterday was really long, but he shouldn't
be getting coffee today because it's my day to buy

(00:43):
the coffee. I already got the coffee in here, and
now the show started. I got no clue where Bob's at.
Should we call him s usual?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Wait? He just uh.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
I cannot believe what Bob just text me. I really
can't believe what Bob just texted me. It's Bob just
text me. I just tried getting you another cat by
the sign outside.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
It won't come to me, all right, so Bob's not
here yet.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Hopefully he'll get here momentarily and we can start the
show with both of us. Bob Bob, according to his
texts outside trying to wrangle a cat for me. We
will have Bob explain this when he shows up. What
is happening already this morning. We will let Bob explain
what he's doing and searching for cats? Coming up next

(01:34):
here on the Kids Morning Freak Show. Got chance for
you to win Noah con tickets today too, around seven
thirty and nine thirty boy six.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Yes, these beautiful things. Hey, welcome to the show. Bob. Hi,
all right, dude, I just tried getting you another cat. Yeah,
I know.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
That's what I was just telling everybody as I started
the show alone.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
So we're already into the show, Bud.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
I was out there, man, you were outside cat wrangling
this morning.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Yeah yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
First of all, for people who don't know me, mikey uh,
we have we have eight cats in my family, so
I got a lot of cats. I'm not looking for
cat nine and ten.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
What happened?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
It was only one? Only been number nine. Not looking
for nine stripe too. It was like you got stripe.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
And a nice looking cat. Dude.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
As I'm coming up the hill, heel, as I'm coming
up the hill out here at we'll get it together.
It's hey, it's your first talking segment here, you'll get
it together.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
I was a little excited.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I know, I out of my car chasing cats already
got out of your car, and you were yeah, did
you pull? Did you like park on the street? Yes, okay,
put my four ways on everything. Yeah, dude, the cat
was in the middle of the road, that's just sitting there.
You have to try to save the cat looking at
me here, yes, right, I got to looking at you. Yeah, yeah,

(02:53):
I think the cat wanted to go with you. Like
I saw it the eyes reflect as my headlights hit it,
like coming up the hill.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Yeah, that cat's not for me. That cat was sent
for you, Bud. I get out and I'm giving.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
It the oh man, that didn't work, And like I
got low and I'm like trying to lure it over.
What a sight this end would be in this morning, dude,
it's cautious, Yeah, creeping back towards the woods there, Yeah,
I go, I need something else to lure it over.
So I had a I had like a tenement in
my car. Cats love altoids. Dude, gave it a shake,

(03:26):
though the jo ca came out, came back. Oh wha,
what's that? That might be a house cat if it
knows the shaky shake. What's the big guy got?

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah? Oh man, So so it came back out saw me.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
I approached, right, I got into the grass a little bit.
I just I got the fact that you didn't take
video of yourself trying to lure this cat is a
failure on your I jumped into action, okay, all right,
yeah you were.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
I jumped into action doing what I could. All right.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
So you're down on the ground now with the cat. Yeah,
I'm taking off to the side. Now I'm out of
the road. The cat's out of the road, which is
you know, a good things good And the cat has
disappeared up into the woods.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Dude, it's gone. Huh, it's gone. Well he tried, I
mean you did.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
I was gonna bring you another cat this morning. Yeah,
as an offering, I don't for friendship. I don't know
if we need a wild cat in the studio for
the next four or five hours, though maybe the cat
needed us, though obviously obviously not.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Nobody rescued. Anybody in this situation.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
The only thing that happened is you were late for
the show, missed the first segment. Hey, Love Island Casa

It is Mikey and Bob Now We were just reading
some Facebook comments about the Love Island USA Casa More
episode that was on last night. But do you remember
when we were saying that they were going to show
some of these episodes in theaters. I don't think they
were doing it around here, but there were certain theaters

(10:49):
across the country where they were showing Love Island USA in.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Theater and watch parties. Yeah. I came in this morning.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
We got a message from somebody that went to one
and I gotta be honest. Are men allowed to go
to these? Because this sounds awesome. Let's get to this
talk back message brought to us by One Team Media.

Speaker 5 (11:07):

on the iHeartRadio app in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and I just.

Speaker 6 (11:18):
Left a Love Island movie theater watch party and it
was really fun. There was a lot of women wine
popcorn glowsticks, screaming.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Hold on, wine popcorn glowsticks, screaming, listen, we need to
watch It had to be so much fun.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
Hey, some theater needs to get me and you and
we need to much.

Speaker 6 (11:45):
I feel like since it was the women's episode of
cussam Or, it was like a woman cheering on other
women type of thing.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
But yeah, it was great. Happy birthday Bob.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
You guys, thank you. No, you gotta end it with
a happy birthday Bob message. His birthday's New Year's Day.
It's not as not his birthday. That does sound awesome,
you know, dude? Is they paraded out the new men

comments coming up around seven fifty five here on the
Kiss Morning Free Show, No contickets. Around seven thirty and
nine thirty. It's Mike Yimbob. I can I can smell it,

(12:46):
I can feel the excitement. I can just sense the
little buzz and electricity in the air. It's a concert
night tonight, Pittsburgh, Alex Warren playing the Arena Big ninety
six to one Kiss Show tonight.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Uh, tickets have been so good for that. I don't know,
but it was close.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
I get your Alex Wrren tickets if you want to
go see him tonight at the Arena. It's Mikey and
Bob the ninety six to one Kiss Morning Freak Show. Bob,
earlier in the show, you missed the start of the
show this morning because you were trying to acquire a cat. Uh,
there was like a cat loose near the station. Bob
pulled over, put his four ways on and tried to

(13:26):
acquire a cat this morning. At one point he was
shaking a tin of mints at the cat. I thought
the men's. I thought I had it with the men's man. Yeah,
it was curious about the men's. But then as I
approached it just it just ran off into the woods.
So Bob was a little late for the show today,
and he did text me He's like, I'm trying to
get you a cat.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
I was ready to bring you another one, And I
don't think so great would have been if I have
walked in and lion king the.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Cat, you I mean, through the door for the content,
it would have been great, then we would have a cat,
which we would need to decide what to do with.
Maybe we need a studio cat around here. That's not allowed.
I'm jealous offices with studio dogs.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
Yeah, me too. There's one upstairs.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
There's an office dog upstairs that we're jealous of all
the time. Uh No, I don't think we're allowed to
have any animals in the studio. I don't think me
and you can even have a dog. We couldn't even
bring a dog into work. I think we've been banned
since we ruined the last studio floor we were in
with farm animals.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Yeah. Probably, let's get to a talking back message.

Speaker 7 (14:25):
Heer.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
Yeah, we used to have farm animals up and they
would go to the bathroom all over the studio.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
We did it on purpose.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Slid that mentioned in real nonchalant you know what we
were doing that since we had farm animals, we were
like the Tartan army. We were like the Scottish people
putting cones on statues. We work in radio. Let's have
some fun. We're looking No goats te in the studio,
No little attention, you know. Let's get to our friend
ople here. I hope Bob's getting you a bobcatch.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Hey, come on, bobcats are like totally in my timeline
right now. That's so funny, bobcat timeline. Nice love it. Yeah,
I know.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
It's not his birthday. His birthday, the giant bobcat. You
want to talk about bobcats? Oh my god, Well for
today in freak show history, let's do some bobcats here.
Let's let's all take you back to this disturbing video

(15:31):
me and Bob found online.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
We thought it was just a Bobcat and heat.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Little did we know there was an old man who
was narrating the whole video. Here we go, There we go,
Bobcat maiden time.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Talk to me girl?

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Okay, hold on, is that the guy who's taking the video?

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Who are you? Who is talk to me girl? Who
is is that the guy taking the video? Talk to
me girl? There you are?

Speaker 2 (16:03):
Oh, hold on, a real to get Bobcat in heat
narration for this whole video doing.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Bring it home, Bring it home.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
So here's what's happening in the video. There's a guy
who must just be sitting You don't see it. You
don't see a human in the video, so there must
just be a guy. Oh yeah, you see his feet
in the video, and he's just laying there and hearing Bobcat.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
In heat noises. All right, let's see where this goes here.
There you go, there, you go, right there? What a
video this is?

Speaker 2 (16:41):
You're getting Bobcat in heat and you're getting creepy narration
right there?

Speaker 1 (16:48):
Oh I miss it almost? What is what is happening here?
Did he just drop a whoe Lilly on Bobcat and heat?

Speaker 8 (17:04):
Wo?

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Here? This is creepy as hell.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
By the way, if you're just joining the show, we
are listening to Bobcat and heat noises being narrated by
a very creepy sounding man.

Speaker 7 (17:23):
Yes, yeah, throw in a wiggle girl.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
In there, yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
Girl. Oh yeah, so there you go. Another animal mating
noise makes the show. Bobcat Maiden noise.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
Oh hey, we.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
Had somebody, uh stay up way too late last night.
They couldn't help it though they were locked in.

Speaker 9 (18:01):
Hey, Mike, you and Bob it's James. You said it
on the radio. But I feel like I'm right where
I want to be anyway, locked into the World Cup
game for Jordan Algeria. Here it's definitely deep, but I
feel like it's where I'm meant.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
To be Jordan and Algeria. That was the late World
Cup game last night.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
What was the starting time on that one? Was like
ten I think or something. So yeah, it's like middle
of the night. This dude's just up watching Algeria.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Locked in on the college. Did you see Messy yesterday?
How great is that?

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Like you don't even need to love soccer and it's
just one of those like sports moments that you'll just
remember because it was so iconic. Lionel Massey became the
all time World Cup goals leader getting his seventeenth and
eighteenth goal for Argentina. Like everyone uninformed, and I know
I'm completely uninformed, but I didn't realize how old he was.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Yeah, at the.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
Back end of his career. This is probably his last
World Cup. He didn't realize he is like the old
guy now. It's sort of like Lebron James. It's like
this great guy who can still do it. It's crazy
to watch him out there because you're like, that guy's
different from everybody else.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
It's like, oh, that's the old guy. That's a nassy
out there.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
But you know, even if you don't follow soccer, it's
it's it's just cool to see what the World Cup
has brought and just the excitement about it. Christian Polisic
from the Team USA. Of course, he didn't play in
the last match. He started training again. I doubt he's
gonna play on Thursday, though. When US takes on Turkey,
it's a meaningless game. US is already going to the

(19:33):
knockout round. Turkey's already eliminated. It's a pointless game.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
So he probably he probably not eligible.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
On July first in California will be the next the
big match for Team USA in the h in the
knockout round.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
All right, let's get some of this here, brother, to
learn something together. Right now, it's time to find that.

Speaker 2 (19:54):
Why the hell is this training with Mikey and bad.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
You see this Olivia ro on Rigo thing. This is
pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Yeah, this sounds like the vibes of what Lilith Fair
used to be in like the nineties, right. Olivia Rodrigo
announced her inaugural Daisy Chain Fields Festival in Irvine, California,
in uh in the end of August. It's an all
female lineup. Chapel Roone, Doci, kats Eye, Mitzki, the Breeders,

(20:21):
Garbage Stevie Nicks and Sarah McLaughlin are gonna be there,
and she said she's had a dream of doing this
festival for years and it's finally come together. All women
line up and one hundred percent of the net proceeds
will go to charities dedicated to advancing and advocating for
women and girls. So you can take this on the road, Rodrigo, Yeah,
till the end of time, right, every year every summer,

(20:43):
Rodrigo switch out pieces if you need to, Yeah, take
it on the Well, she doesn't even need to do
it either. She could do this first one here and
then she could just let it run on its own.
She doesn't need to be there every year if she's
on her own tour. But that's pretty cool to see
her sort of doing that and bringing back in all
women's uh sort of festival that's you know, gonna have
proceeds going to uh some charities and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Uh. Some sad news, Uh.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
Nancy Guthrie is apparently dead, the mother of Savannah Guthrie
on the Today Show. Gotta be honest, sort of forgot
about this. This was sort of ont of sight, out
of mind. Once the ransom stuff all it just stopped
right before the Olympics, like leading up to the Olympics, right, yeah, yeah,

(21:29):
because Savannah wasn't an Olympic coverage that was so long ago,
years ago, five years ago.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Apparently a second note was sent when they were sending
notes to media outlets, uh that indicated she had died.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
No apology, no.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
Request for payment for the release of her body or anything.
CNN reported yesterday that one of the notes said she
was dead and the people that kidnapped her did not
mean to kill her, but she died shortly after her appearance.
That's what CNN was reporting yesterday. Obviously, hearing from Savannah
through this whole ordeal, you knew she was on medication,

(22:06):
and that's what they were really worried about. I wonder
if it was just something like that, like they kidnapped her,
tried to get money and they didn't have her medicine,
didn't know her medical situation. She just died because of
that maybe, and then they were just like, oh, you know, well,
I'm sorry. Yeah, it's some sad news. You sort of
knew that was coming, but still sucks to sucks to

(22:27):
hear it. They that second letter and like that didn't
come out until yesterday. Clive Davis also died yesterday, age
of ninety four.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
He was part of Columbia.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
Records Arista Records when Arista Records had Whitney Houston. I
feel like Whitney Houston is the artist I think of
when I think of Clive Davis. He used to have
like legendary Grammy parties, the Clive Davis Parties and stuff
like that. Yeah, you know, he's just been in the
music industry forever. I learned yesterday he signed Bruce Springsteen
like that was his early wins.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Back in the sixties.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
Janis Joplin, Carlos Santana, Bruce Springsteen. Yeah, he's he's He's
definitely had an eye for talent and stuff like that.
But a lot of people criticize him for some business
practices and taking money from artists and signing artists the
bad deals too. But you know, he's, uh, he was
a titan in the music industry, you know when he

(23:24):
was in his heyday. Clide Davis dead at the age
of ninety four. All right, we have your chance at
Noah con Tickets July third Big Show, PNC Parks seven
thirty and nine thirty be listening for your keywords, got
a chance for you to win twenty five hundred dollars.
Around eight ten and another round of Love Island USA
CASA more Facebook comments around seven to fifty five.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
It's Mikey a Bob Matty six to one.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
Yes, Bob was just asking me off the air, we
got to bring this to the show. What was Katie
Kay's big announcement at the four o'clock News. I saw
they've been teasing for over a week. I feel like
with like this special announcement that's supposed to happen. Was
it the barge video? Yeah, the AI barge. Yeah, we
had like a big shipping containers. Yeah, like a Katie

(24:10):
K container on a shipping barge.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Like, what's going on here?

Speaker 2 (24:14):
I just saw in mary Ours uh Instagram that they're
at it.

Speaker 1 (24:19):
Yeah, they're uh they're getting new studios. Oh wow, Katie K.
You can't do that. Are they having them barged in?
I don't, I don't know. They're just redoing the studios.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
So they're just like, yeah, we're gonna have the news
over here for a little while, We're gonna redo the studios.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Announcement.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
Yeah, you can't do that. This is Pittsburgh, man, Nobody
cares about that. It's a big announcement for who I mean,
for the people who worked there. When we moved into
new studios from green Tree into Bridgeville and we were
getting new studios, we talked about it, but we didn't
tease it like it was some big announcement. That sort
of stinks. Katie k like, don't tease that. That's just
for you guys. Yeah, and we're getting new equipment, all right,

(24:57):
but don't I mean, you can say it, Hey, we're
getting new studio video.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
We don't do teasers for it. Nobody cares.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
I saw there was a comment here and said, oh,
so this is kata Ky's big news that was being announced.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
Woo hoo.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
It would have been much better having big news that
some of the four women that were recently let go,
Kelly and Katie O'Malley and Kim Gable Lindsay Ward were
coming back instead.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
Guess we know what the money was being spent on.
Oh yeah, all.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
Right, good comment. Actually, I'm not disagreeing with the comment
at all. Speaking of the news, let's go down to
Fox fifty six in Kentucky.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
A story that's just made for our show. Just unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
You just see the headline on a story like this
and go, yeah, that's the kind of story that Mike
and Bob will enjoyed.

Speaker 10 (25:48):
People were arrested on drug related charges after deputies found
several bags of suspected contraband.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Oh no, all right, show a couple people, they got
some drugs on them.

Speaker 10 (25:58):
Fifty one year old Tricia Crowley forty eight year old
Damon Bennett were parked in an employee's only parking space,
where deputies say the pair had a large plastic bag
in the vehicle.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
All right, large plastic bag. What's what's going on with
the bag?

Speaker 10 (26:12):
Officials say that the bag was labeled quote definitely not
a bag full of drugs.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
Guess what they wrote on the bag. Definitely not a
bag full of drugs. Nothing, nothing to see here. Officers.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
Guess what was in the bag? Everybody full of drugs?

Speaker 2 (26:28):
Was it? They got a rast success and drugs in
the in the in the bag? Wow, the bag that
was labeled definitely not right.

Speaker 10 (26:37):
Officials say that the bag was labeled quote definitely not
a bag.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
Full of drugs.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Definitely not a bag full of drugs. Surprise though, it
was not. Yeah, it was, and then huh, maybe I
should take a peek. Oh, really it's full of drugs.
Did they said not full of drugs? Did they think, like,
all right, let's make it real obvious for them. They'll
never look in this place. They'll throw the cops off
our scent.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
No, so they get arrested. It was definitely a bag
for drugs. I got the perfect bag for our drugs. No,
that was the worst bag. They got arrested for drugs.

my life, so I'm not really sure where to go.

And oh yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2 (36:45):
They're doing a whole thing, right yeah, yeah, Okay, do.

Speaker 13 (36:48):
You have any recommendations on the best spots things I
need to see or just the best spot to watch
the fireworks?

Speaker 2 (36:54):
You know, I mean, everybody's got a spot right, Like
Mount Washington's best place to watch fireworks, but it's pas
you know, and people that live up there got those
spots right, And then parking socks up there, you gotta
five parking.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
You gotta go so early, like you probably need to
wear diaper.

Speaker 2 (37:09):
You know. River Hunts of Fourth of July game too,
if you want to be on that side of the river,
you know, like if you want the Mount Washington side,
waity river Hounds are playing Fourth of July. Yeah, yeah, nice,
So they got a Fourth of July game. Then you know,
fireworks will go off and you can go on your way.
But yeah, they're doing it.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
Dude.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
Every spot downtown's gonna be north shore, Mount Washington, River Hans.
I mean, yeah, it's gonna be awesome. Oh, by the way,
Katie k is warning us about fireworks man every year
wearing fireworks season. Every year wearing fireworks season. We're in
the blast zone, Pittsburgh, We're in the blast zone. Local news,
national news. You know what time it is. I'm telling you,

(37:48):
me and Bob have been doing stories like this on
the show for so long that we're just like again,
we're doing the dangers of firework again, this was on, Uh,
this is on, Katie K.

Speaker 12 (38:02):
Every year there are many fireworks and fire related accidents
and injuries that happen.

Speaker 1 (38:07):
Yeah, we know that.

Speaker 2 (38:08):
We watched the pit right, there are some fireworks accidents season.

Speaker 1 (38:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (38:12):
You see this watermelon piece here?

Speaker 1 (38:14):
Oh, no, them up. Don't do it blowing them up,
Katie K.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
We can't be blowing up watermelons like every local news
does around fourth in July.

Speaker 1 (38:22):
We can't do it.

Speaker 12 (38:23):
This is actually being compared to a body part and
what could happen in a firework accident?

Speaker 2 (38:28):
Oh no, okay, So the watermelon is supposed to be
a body part and it's gonna show you what happens.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
When things go bad with the fireworks.

Speaker 12 (38:41):
Well, it does sound extreme, only Katy County Emergency Services,
he says, it's actually pretty realistic for firework injuries.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
Just like it. Just like blowing up a hand, blowing
up a watermelon.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
I mean they look the same, They're made out of
the same material. Right, my left hand is basically watermelon.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
Take a look at what it could do to you. No,
are we body get a boom?

Speaker 7 (39:04):
Yep?

Speaker 1 (39:04):
I think so? I think so. All right, warning watermelon time.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
Again for the twentieth straight year. Oh, that's the warning
their fire. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (39:14):
That's the professional. Make sure everybody knows fire in the hole.
Oh my god, there goes the water melton.

Speaker 12 (39:20):
It's the type of injury emergency rooms see every year.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
Oh my gosh, what's your emergency.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
We lost another water Send it to the cross rugs.
It's never coming back. We lost the watermelon.

Speaker 2 (39:38):
We could have taken that watermelon to the food bank,
but it's wasting its water melons. Water melon again, really
blowing up watermelon every year every year?

Speaker 1 (39:51):
Are people learning their lesson? No, No, this happens every year.

Speaker 2 (39:54):
There's firework injuries every year year, rinse and repeat. It
should be pretty I saw it today. Hi's right around
eighty degrees. No severe weather expected. Also a nice night
at the Arena. Alex Warren is gonna be singing his

won MVPs, won a title in Milwaukee, got traded to
the Miami.

Speaker 1 (40:58):
Heatlasses sent Tokupo. Now with the Now with the Miami Heat.

Speaker 2 (41:04):
Of course, World Cup soccer continues today. I believe it's
Ronaldo and Portugal playing the first game of the day today.
Team USA, of course, will play on Thursday against Turkey.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
It's a pointless game. US is already going to the
next round.

Speaker 2 (41:18):
Turkey's already eliminated, so it'll probably be giving some bench
guys some time to play and just hope everybody doesn't
get hurt or get a red card or something like that.
So that's gonna be happening. Messi took the World Cup
lead yesterday. Listen, you don't even need to watch soccer
to enjoy what's just going on with the World Cup.

(41:39):
You see, like the greatest soccer player maybe of all time,
Lionel Messi. He got his seventeenth and eighteenth World Cup goals.
He's the all time World Cup goal scorer. Now they
were playing down in Dallas where the Cowboys play.

Speaker 1 (41:52):

Speaker 1 (43:49):
Don't say something nice.

Speaker 2 (43:50):
Okay, let's say something nice, say something nice.

Speaker 14 (43:58):
Teeny wants to shout out for the two girls working
at Scotty's ice Cream up in Washington on Sunday. Wow,

Speaker 1 (45:11):
The delivery to Rodrigo queue. Outrageous numbers. Yeah, we're the
only country that has this problem. Yep.

Speaker 2 (45:20):
Much like a lot of problems, easily solvable. But does
the government really wants to solve it? I don't think so,
because guess what, there's not these big queues and resale
tickets like you can't even get in panc parks. See
no con front or like four hundred five hundred bucks
at that's wild only country where that happens at. Let's

(45:40):
get to another one.

Speaker 5 (45:41):
Hi, my name is Maa.

Speaker 11 (45:43):
I would love to go to the NOA con concert.

Speaker 6 (45:45):
I'm such a big fan.

Speaker 11 (45:46):
I'm a music teacher and I would take my partner.
It would be such a great concert and I really
hope I win.

Speaker 5 (45:52):
Thanks so much.

Speaker 2 (45:52):
All right, next chance at no Conticket's coming up around
nine thirty this morning here on the Kiss Morning Freak Show.

Speaker 1 (45:57):
It's Mikey and Bob. Bob. I know you don't currently
own a cat. I have eight, but I need to.

Speaker 2 (46:06):
I was thinking of something yesterday and I was petting
one of my cats and I thought, man, I need
to uh, I need to talk about this on the show.
And I didn't want to look it up myself. I
want you to look this up for me and everybody
out there that has a cat.

Speaker 1 (46:18):
Research.

Speaker 2 (46:19):
You're gonna know exactly what I'm talking about, even though
you don't have a cat. When you go to pet
cat right, pet the cat on a head, right, move
the hand down right back of the neck, and then
you go to the back.

Speaker 1 (46:32):
The more the hand gets closer to the but the
butt goes up. It's it's it's like a reflex for
a cat. You need you need research.

Speaker 2 (46:43):
Why does a cat's butt go up when you like
pet by its butt? You know, I give my cats
a nice smooth pet when you get but just like
you know what I'm talking about, Why do cats do that?
I've eate cats at my house. I've never thought of this.
I'm just always, you know, always seen their butts raise up,

(47:06):
just like, is it just a reflex or something?

Speaker 1 (47:08):
Is it like when we get hit on the knee
and our legs go up? Is it just a reflex?
I'm looking man, there's a couple of different opinions what
it is? Oh okay, so.

Speaker 2 (47:18):
Does the does the cat scientists they do not have
this nailed down yet. Why a cat's butt goes up
in the air when you pet back there? It says,
because they have a concentration of nerve endings as you
go towards the base of their tail, making scratches. It
feel incredibly good. Okay, it makes the cat almost lose control. Whoa,

(47:40):
it's a pleasure cat? Then yeah, yeah, yeah, so that's
the cat saying. That's the cat getting like pleasure shakes.

Speaker 1 (47:45):
Just going oh damn, yeah right, yeah okay.

Speaker 2 (47:48):
Also it says it's also a kitten hood reflex because
their mothers would uh lean them back there.

Speaker 1 (47:55):
Oh okay. So there's moments where that where they're like, hey,
while you're back there, is that what?

Speaker 5 (48:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (48:04):
My cat saying while you're back there, it's clean up time?
Is that what they're saying. It's like, hey, let me
raise up here and show you where I need to
get clean back.

Speaker 2 (48:12):
It's more instinctive, like sensation of something reminding them from
when they're kittens.

Speaker 1 (48:17):
Yeah, like their mother cleaning. Yeah, they'll do that a
lot on blankets too, you know.

Speaker 2 (48:22):
Like my cats sometimes will just like just start, you know,
they they pawed a blanket and they try to make
their spot, and then.

Speaker 1 (48:29):
Sometimes they'll just neat in the bread.

Speaker 7 (48:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (48:31):
But then sometimes they'll like start like almost sucking on
the blanket. It's just like, hey, sell down over there.
You know this, You ain't getting milk out of the blanket.
Another one here from pet MD says it's a sign
of trust with their owners. Oh my gosh, and I'm
eight for eight then, because every cat I pat in
my house, that butt goes straight up. Exposing the rear

(48:51):
end makes them highly vulnerable. It's a highly vulnerable position
for the cat. Same thing with humans too. If you
show somebody back there, if we trust.

Speaker 1 (49:00):
It, How did we get here?

Speaker 2 (49:04):
Nine Kicks, I'm Markey and Bom podcast, Love Island USA
The Casso. More episodes continue tonight on Peacock. We will
read Love Island Facebook comments coming up around nine On
the Kiss Morning Free Show, It's Mikey and Bob.

Speaker 1 (49:24):
Let's get to another talkback message here.

Speaker 2 (49:25):
Download our free iHeartRadio app and then when you're streaming

Speaker 11 (49:40):
A boy smashed Potato Ravioli.

Speaker 13 (49:42):
Lady here, So I have a question for you, and
I would like to start a debate potentially between the
two of you.

Speaker 12 (49:49):
Okay, and who knows, maybe it's not really a debate,
maybe you'll both be an agreement. But which is better
hard packed ice cream from like an ice cream parlor?

Speaker 2 (49:59):
Or Okay, we're talking about ice cream. So this is
is good, all right, like scooped ice cream, like hard packed.

Speaker 12 (50:06):
Ice cream or one of the like soft served places
like men cheese with the topic.

Speaker 1 (50:12):
Okay, it's it's soft serve every time. I don't think
it's close, right.

Speaker 2 (50:16):
But I don't think you can get soft serve as
many places you can, just like you don't have soft
serve at your house. You know, anytime you get soft
serve ice cream, you're going to an actual ice cream place.

Speaker 1 (50:27):
I'll eat at all like, I don't. You're not discriminating.
Philly had an ice cream debate, and Philly it is.
They're all good.

Speaker 2 (50:37):
Okay, there's a good debates, all right. There's not a
bad flavor, harder soft take it anyway.

Speaker 1 (50:46):
This isn't like a hot take. They're all good.

Speaker 2 (50:48):
Nobody loses here, right, but there are some that are
better than others. Though, Bob, you got your favorite ice
cream flavors over there?

Speaker 1 (50:56):
A little quick power ranking, real quick this time for
power kies. What's hike and Bob Nutty six kiss.

Speaker 2 (51:10):
I'm just gonna get mine the way real quick. Number five,
cotton candy, number four, salted caramel, number three, coffee ice
cream I'm telling you, telling you. Number two mint chocolate
ship my number one favorite ice cream, pistachio, no.

Speaker 1 (51:30):
Boom boom, don't knock it till you try it. Don't
knock it till you try it.

Speaker 2 (51:38):
They're all good, Oh Bob, your top five favorite ice creams?

Speaker 1 (51:42):
Number five butter pe ca. Okay, all right, pecan pecan.
It don't matter, it's all good.

Speaker 2 (51:47):
Number four Cookies and cream, Number three favorite ice cream.

Speaker 1 (51:52):
Give me that cookie dough. Oh yeah, cookie does is good? Man,
cookie does good?

Speaker 2 (51:56):
Yeah? You were?

Speaker 1 (51:57):
You a raw cookie dough guy? Do you eat rock
hookie dough?

Speaker 11 (52:01):
Like?

Speaker 1 (52:01):
Will you ever have a like? Bricket? Take a look
at me, dude. Okay. Number two favorite ice cream. I
think it's on your list too. Give me the cotton can.

Speaker 2 (52:10):
Damn on, we got one right there. And this is
Big Bob's number one favorite ice cream flavor of all time,
A step above everything else. It's the Cherry Garcia. Who
let Cherry Garcia, You're number one.

Speaker 1 (52:28):
That's what I'm bet in.

Speaker 2 (52:29):
Jerry's Cherry Garcia seeking one out, dude, that's it, Aunt,
You're only shaped weird uncles Mike and Bob The Kiss
Morning Freak Show let's get to this message and.

Speaker 16 (52:40):
Mike and Bob is Natalie from Murraysville. I know you
guys have been talking a lot lately about Fourth of
July weekend, everything that's going on, especially the furries, And
I wanted to tell you about this time that I
was in high school and we had a girl that
dressed up like a cat, and our class clown called
animal control and they showed up Happy Birthday.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
Unnecessary Happy Birthday, Bob, an unnecessary call to the authorities.

Speaker 1 (53:04):
It's not as Birthday's birthdays, New Year's Day.

Speaker 2 (53:07):
I thought we were gonna get the fake story of
we had a kid that dressed up in school a
cat and used a letter box. You remember when, uh
do you remember when the boomers were believing that one
on the internet. I don't know about that, like politicians
and stuff like kids are dressing No they're not.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
I heard damn water boxes in there. I swear.

Speaker 2 (53:30):
The worst thing we did was give our parents the internet.
The worst way we did our parents the internet.

Speaker 1 (53:41):
Time.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
Yeah, it's just uh, it's one of the best things
that we have here in Pittsburgh. Just every Fourth of July,
random furries just take over the city. Hey, uh, BUCkies
is getting closer here. Everybody by now knows what BUCkies
taking baby steps towards us. They're creeping on there. You
been on the territory here right. BUCkies are giant gas

(54:04):
stations usually found down south, but they they're an extravaganza.
Like during the uh the tourists coming over for the
World Cup, a lot of them have been experiencing BUCkies.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (54:16):
Yeah, and BUCkies is even uh huh, it's even incredible
for us that live here. Yeah, yeah, in the United States,
not normal, like we're not even used to BUCkies yet
at all.

Speaker 1 (54:27):
Let alone somebody coming from another country seeing the.

Speaker 2 (54:31):
Magic of BUCkies gas pumps for as long as you
can see. So there is one that's in Ohio. But
now Mansfield City Council has improved a plan to develop
a BUCkies in twenty twenty eight, nearly thirty eight acres
of land near I seventy one and Route thirty nine interchange.

(54:51):
It will be within a three hour drive from Pittsburgh.
There's gonna be the closest BUCkies. They're creeping on us here,
getting closer. They open their f to Ohio location in April.
Of course, there's like a hundred gas pumps and uh,
there's like over twenty evy charging stations. And then they
have barbecue and and fudge and the beaver nuggets too.

(55:17):
Like the whole thing operates as a tourist trap, you know,
like it's it's something you gotta see. It's the full
functioning gas station. But it's also a tourist trap for
wherever they place it.

Speaker 1 (55:27):
I think so too. People will drive for hours around.

Speaker 2 (55:30):
Do you remember the story the couple from Pittsburgh that
drove to the first one in Ohio and got they
got engaged there.

Speaker 1 (55:35):
Engaged, Yeah, dude, that's yeah, a couple men in the
air man.

Speaker 2 (55:42):
Well, if if they want to get married out of BUCkies,
this one's gonna be a little bit closer. But it
won't be open till twenty twenty eight. But BUCkies is
creeping up here. It's supposed to. Uh, I guess, bring
like two hundred jobs and they have over one hundred
thousand customers a week.

Speaker 1 (55:56):
It's a whole thing.

Speaker 2 (55:57):
All that stuff they're thrown up in Cranberry mars. Like,
wouldn't surprise me, Oh, it wouldn't surprise me. Careful BUCkies,
carefulna they're gonna get into the gas station wars at Pittsburgh.
They want to get in cross state lines. I think
when BUCkies comes in, everybody has to take a deep
look at themselves, going, how do we compete.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
Right with the tower of buckets?

Speaker 2 (56:17):
What are we gonna do here where it can still
stun most Americans that BUCkies exist. You could win and
sold out Noah Con tickets in just a minute. Here,
we'll give you the key word that you'll have to
send us through the free iHeartRadio app a talkback message
chance that Noah Con tickets next out of Kiss Morning
free shows, Mikey Bob, Let's get to this talkback brought

(56:38):
to us by the Pavement group.

Speaker 17 (56:39):
Oh Boys, Pat Friar Mooth got married and the only
thing I can't get over is the hats they had
made for his wedding that say the Mood established twenty
twenty six.

Speaker 9 (56:51):
Those hats are adorable and I need one.

Speaker 1 (56:53):
No, you don't need one of those hats. What do
you can do with those hats? A pamp Frar Mooth's
wedding hat. You're not his family.

Speaker 2 (57:04):
One the Moods wedding hats. Hey congratulates show Pat mood
Mary Ryano's good dude.

Speaker 15 (57:11):
Man.

Speaker 2 (57:12):
He's come out to Stuff Bus a couple of times.
He's done a couple of things with Friar mooth over you.
He's good dude. Uh, let's get to another talkback message here, Bob.
We were talking about cats a little bit earlier on
the show because I I wondered, when you pet a cat,
why does it sort of butt go up in the
air when you're like petting it, like if you start
at the head and you go and you obviously went

(57:32):
to me to do the research and the cats, but
it's a sign of affection. But I also got some
nerves back there and stuff. So let's get to a
talkback message here. Well, well, well, it's our friend aunt
Coca Hie boys.

Speaker 11 (57:45):
It's air cock co.

Speaker 15 (57:48):
Hey.

Speaker 2 (57:48):
I love that.

Speaker 11 (57:50):
The first thing I hear when I turn on the
radio is cat talk.

Speaker 1 (57:54):
Oh yeah, welcome to the show, cac You know how
we roll over here.

Speaker 11 (57:57):
I'm all for it. You know, here we go when
cats show you.

Speaker 1 (58:04):
Yeah, we're off.

Speaker 11 (58:05):
It's actually a fun of affection.

Speaker 1 (58:07):
Yeah, I knew that. I didn't know that.

Speaker 2 (58:09):
I didn't know why their but gets raised up when
you pet back there but I know because this happens
to me all the time in my house.

Speaker 1 (58:17):
You're seeing holes in your house?

Speaker 2 (58:19):
Yeah, eight cats, eight cats. I'm trying to think if
there's a cat that doesn't do I think all of
them trust me enough, and I just yeah, I think
I'm the Yeah.

Speaker 1 (58:29):
Yeah cats do Yeah. I think all my cats do
that in my house. Yeah, the big cat man cats home.
I'm the big cat anywhere I go.

Speaker 2 (58:39):
Man, come one. The more love that you are, I'm
telling you, man, you're right, I am the big cat
of the house because I see plenty of hole and
it's trusting.

Speaker 1 (58:53):
Okay, it's trusting. It's a trusting reveal.

Speaker 11 (58:56):
Yeah, my cat put his right on my night.

Speaker 1 (59:01):
Okay, let's just it's a bit aggressive. It's not his
birthday either, birthdays, New Year's Day. All right, I can't
talk on the show today. Huh.

Speaker 2 (59:13):
And what I know you got, no, dude, I know
you got something I can say. You just pump faint
something that you were gonna say. And we're talking about
round back a cat and then a dude.

Speaker 1 (59:27):
I could almost hear you about to get up to
the mic and just go nothing. What you just heard
was mature Bob who knows restraint? Wait to hold bag, buddy.
Would that have got us in a meeting today?

Speaker 2 (59:39):
