Family, and we're proving them wrong this morning.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Caitlin in Statesville, what do you love so much about
living in the Carolinas.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
I have to say, you know, you're literally just hours
away from the beaches, from the mountains from you know,
we're unstateful.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
So we have forty and seventy seven. We've got access
to a lot of stuff here.

With this tight knit community a lot of people in

A Rep. Lincolnton, Good morning, Sarah.

Speaker 5 (06:37):
Best part about the Carolina's in general, it's just a
Southern hospitality. As far as Lincolnton, we're known for the
best hot dogs in the in the area as city launch.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
I'm gonna have to try it out because I've never
had a hot dog from there. And you also have
a pretty incredible sheriff, Bill Beam.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
That's what I hear.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
So I've got Larry from Statesville.

Speaker 2 (07:00):

Speaker 1 (07:01):
What's your favorite part about living in Statesville?

Speaker 5 (07:05):
Well, I mean, I love everything about it. I love period.
You know, we got the mountains, we've got a country,
we've got the beach, We've got pretty much everything.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
But my thing, my thing is, you know, I.

Speaker 5 (07:17):
Don't know where this study comes from, but you know
this is such a bad place.

Speaker 4 (07:22):
Why is everybody want to move here?

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Exactly five hundred people a day, it seems like moves
to Charlotte. I forget the exact number. So if it's
so bad, we should be saying it's terrible. You're right,
we should be saying, man, you really don't want to
move to the Carolina?

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Is this not a great place? But I just love
it so much.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
It's hard not to wrap our towns.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
But not only that though, I mean, really, but that it's.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Not where you live or where you're from.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
That's how your parents a child to begin with.

Speaker 1 (07:50):

of the greatest things about living in the Carolina is
listening to ninety six point nine The Cat, especially because
we so ninety six minutes commercial free. Here's Brandley Gilbert.
Country must be countrywide. Self driving cars complete a crime scene,
but imagine if an uber driver did that, they'd be

(08:12):
arrested on the spot. Ninety six point nine The Cat.
I'm Sarah Lee. So a guy was in a way
more car. If you're not familiar with that, it's one
of those self driving cars.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
The car stops on a light rail track.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
The guy looks over a train is headed right towards
the car.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
He has to.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Jump out to save his own life. Of course, people
were calling the cops, and when they got to the scene,
the vehicle had departed before the officers arrived, so they
don't get in trouble. That's crazy to me. They made
excuses for the AI. Humans would be in trouble, but
they said the AI does not understand the nearby construction
and the new light rail system.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Well that's a problem.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
AI should know common courtesy and obey the law.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
At ninety six point nine The Cat we.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
Are guaranteed human are one month away from Valentine's Day,
and if you're single, is.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Not a problem. I've got you covered.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
I'm Sarah Lee, the Love It Vice queen, at least today.
Here are some easy ways to turn that crush of
yours into your Valentine. You start with being low key.
You don't want to come off desperate. You just like
some of the stuff on social media, but don't flood
the inbox. Nobody likes a lot of dms. All you're
doing right now is making your presence fell in subtle ways,

(09:29):
and then we're gonna amp it up just a little bit,
find out things.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
You both like.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
That's where you're hooking them now. This is a very
important part. On February tenth, it's time to make your move.
You want to be playful and keep it light and
just say these exact words. So, are you gonna make
me your Valentine? Or do I need to find somebody else?
Works every time like a charm. Enjoy your Valentine and
you're welcome. Deep fakes generated by AI are looking so

(09:57):
real it's hard to determine what's real life anymore.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
I'm Sarah Lee.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
This is ninety six point nine in the Cat. You know,
it's terrible when a big star like Blake Shelton looks
at a picture and the only way he knows, man,
this isn't real is because the shirt in the picture.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
He's like, I don't know that shirt.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Now, there are some secret ways you can try to
spot if a picture is deep fake.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
It's ai. Check the hands. There's always a.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
Missing finger, or the hand looks like a really tiny
hand compared to the body. Yeah, I know, it's crazy
that we're gonna have to get a magnifying glass to
look at a picture to see if it's real life
or not. But that's where we're at.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
You're halfway over the hump.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Ninety six point nine in the Cat is Sarah Lee
And oh you have.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
A good day, A good day.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Thanks for hanging out with me this morning. Tomorrow I
have more Zach Bryan tickets and coming up at ten o'clock,
you've got another chance at one thousand dollars of our
thirteen KP day with Angie Ward.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
It's ninety six point nine in the Cat
