A new Warriors era without big guns Shaun Johnson and Tohu Harris has started with a 12-all draw against the Cronulla Sharks in Sydney. 

Fullback Charnze Nicholl-Klokstad says the NRL Pre-Season Challenge felt quite strange without the retired superstars. 

Winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak left the field with a wrist injury 10 minutes into the drawn contest. 

Halfback Jett Cleary, the younger brother of Penrith ace Nathan, has his first outing in Warriors' colours, with his father Ivan —Penrith's four-time NRL Premiership-winning coach— on hand to watch.
