Speaker 1 (00:00):
Key one hundred with Dave and Jin. So you know,
Tyler is away at college at Pikeville University, only a
couple of hours from here. Not a bad drive at all.
In fact, he comes on pretty much every weekend, right, Okay,
but I understand, yeah, exactly, it's not a bad drive,
and you know, he likes being home and all of that.

(00:23):
But he was sharing one of their workouts from the
other day. They have what is called a five at
five and that is running five miles at five am.
But that's more of a disciplinary thing if you miss
class or you're late to practice something like that. But
he was telling us that they've had to do a

(00:45):
few of those because as a team, whenever you know
multiple people are doing things they shouldn't be, then the
whole team has to do the five at five. That's
like the Army. Yeah, yeah, exactly, absolutely exactly. And they
also do matt drills like the Army does, like workouts
and really physical stuff like they do in the military. Well,

(01:09):
all right, listen, you got to learn discipline somehow, and
the training, I mean, it's so good for your body.
You're going to be in tip top shape absolutely and
all that. But then he was also telling us on
top of the five at five and the Matt drills.
Then they also had to run fifteen gassers. So they're
out on the football field from one end to the other.

(01:30):
We're talking one hundred yards down and back is one gasser.
Oh I would Dieter Twolo's two hundred yards for one
gasser and they had to do fifteen what so can
I ask who screwed up? I know, listen, I did
what I did, ask who was the most recent offender?

(01:53):
And apparently they did have a new guide to the team,
and I said, man, I bet every he does not
like that guy right now. Seriously, buddy, they're gonna put
like bars of soap in their in their pillow pases
and hit you out. That's what they did in what's
it called full metal jacket, Full midtal jacket. Yeah. Yeah,
it was so sad and mean, terrible. But then they

(02:16):
also had to go and lie down and roll sideway
across the field sideways, okay, like down the whole field
well from the side, yes, oh okay, so it's said
a long ways it's off to its width, correct with
the field, And they had to do that eight times,
down and back rolling like I don't know that. I

(02:40):
could either be sitting out there like can somebody push me?
Can you push me over? Get my momentum started. Please,
some of these work out brutal, serious, and he should
go into the military after that. You fly
