Speaker 2 (00:05):
I knew this would happen. I knew this would happen.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
What happened?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
You know?

Speaker 2 (00:12):
I've started using my planner again. It's been awesome.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Down all the day's events and activities and things I
need to do and all that mark them off one
by one. Yeah, as they're accomplished. It's ascent killing it.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Yeah, Well guess what what'd you do? What do you
think I did?

Speaker 3 (00:31):
You messed up?

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Well?

Speaker 2 (00:32):
I did? That is accurate. But how did I mess up?

Speaker 3 (00:36):
How badly did you mess up? Is what I want
to know.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Well, do you see it in the studio with me?

Speaker 3 (00:40):
It's not here, it's not here. Don't you feel naked?

Speaker 2 (00:43):
I do feel naked.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
I'm telling you right now I would do, buddy, and I.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Feel doubly naked because not only do I not have
my planner today, I also you don't have your fit pack,
don't have my fit bit.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Okay, so none of my steps are counting. I can't
keep track of things I've done, things I'm going to do.
I can't keep track of anything because I don't have
my planner now. And you don't have a fipp it
and I don't have a fibbit.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
Oh my gosh, you went from planner Dave to like
nonsense Dave, like that you do, I don't know. Well,
my brain forgot Well listen today I understand.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
That's why I'd bring sixteen bags with me every single day. Listen.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
I wish people saw what I see when you come
into the station and when you leave the station every day.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
People be like, no, I don't have sixteen let's just
verify them a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
I have four, okay, four bag in the back. No,
I've got the backpack.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
And then I've got my purse, which is a side
purse and across body, if you will.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Then I've got my lunch box, which also carries my makeup,
which thankfully because I put that on in the morning.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
And then I also have my you know, drink bag.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
Drink bag it's basically the wine bag holder that you
get from Kroger, Like if you buy a bunch of
bottles wine, they give you that little bag.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
I use that for my coffees in my water a
solid exactly.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Listen, you need and by the way, you got a
backpack for Christmas, didn't you?

Speaker 2 (02:11):
I do, yeah, and I use it at the house
like you at the house stuff in it.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Don't you have another backpack for that?

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Maybe you well then switch it out and use that
for the work hall or the home.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
AnyWho, you need to bring a backpack with you.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
I actually don't like bringing a backpack, you know, I
know you don't.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I do good to bring my planner with me, trust me.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
I know I'm in here carrying around all my stuff
like I'm a hermit living with all my stuff on me.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
Dave walks in with nothing in his hands? Whatsoever do
do start today?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I'm like, how do you live? I don't get it? Bags, Jim,
I do.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
I use every single bag every single day.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
That's the thing.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
It's just like that video that of getting in his vehicle,
you know, with his keys. That's all he needs, getting
his vehicle and go somewhere. And then you see the
girl getting in the thing and she's got bags, she's
got drinks.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, yeah, this crap.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
You got a little snack in case you get hungry?

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Are you okay over there?

Speaker 3 (03:18):
Prepared for everything?

Speaker 4 (03:20):
If you get stuck in a snowstorm, you're dead, buddy.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
You've got nothing to drink. You got nothing to eat,
you got nothing to keep you warm.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
I have at least three shawls with me at all time.
Somehow I got my keys and drive me the heck
out of there.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
Well, and then your car breaks down, and then you're
stuck in the way, and then you just hope that
little old gin comes by with a mag of mixed nuts.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
AND's some water for you.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
I tell you what, buddy, I'm prepared for all situations
at all times. Right, trying took me.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Damn well done?

Speaker 3 (03:53):
God?

Speaker 2 (03:54):
All right?

Speaker 1 (03:54):
That is it for a rainy, nasty, cloudy Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Gosh, yeah, be great for a nap today.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Ye.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Not beautiful that, but you know what.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
It is a beautiful life to be happy about that.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
There you go, Jen, very good, all right, have a
great dang yer.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
We'll see you tomorrow.

This is also a story about the myth of the “perfect victim:” who gets believed, who gets doubted, and why. We follow Saskia as she works to reclaim her body, her voice, and her life.
