Speaker 1 (00:00):
Key one hundred with Dave and gin.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
So last night after dinner, I was showing Presley how
to wash dishes. So she doesn't typically wash the dishes,
you know, she knows to put them in the sink,
that's about it. So it's like I wanted her to,
especially because she's starting to cook more. She's doing her
own things. So yeah, so I'm like, so, you know,

(00:25):
after you cook and you use your utensils, you know,
let them you know, cool down, and then wash them
off for me.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
And I'm a fan of washing as you go while
you Yeah, that way it doesn't all pile up at
the end. I agree, And it's a big mountain. I
hate that so much.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Well, so I have her wash the spatula that she
was using, and she made eggs okay, and so our
spatulas they really get that egg stuck on them. Sure,
and so I'm like, you really gotta get this off.
And so she's using the scrubber and she's getting it
off or whatever. She rinses it off. She was like, Okay,
that's done. And then I look at it and obviously
like all this egg at the top of it. I

(01:02):
was like, okay, so we really need to get this off.
She was like, oh, oh, okay, and so she scrubs
it again with the scrubber and I'm like, I, you know,
I hate to tell you this, sometimes you really got
to get in there with your.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Like nail or some thing, elbow grease.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Yes, exactly, really got to try to get this egg
off there because and she was like, oh, why is
it still there? I was like, baby, I was like, listen,
you gotta get it off. So then she does it
again and it doesn't quite come off, and so I
take my nail to it, right, and I'm like, so
sometimes you get a scrape up like this and she's like,
that's so gross. I was like, baby, I was like, you,
of all people in this house are more grossed out

(01:36):
by things. And so if you pulled this spatula out
of the drawer and it was dry and had eggs
stuck on it, how disgusted would you be?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Exactly? Would you want to eat off that? Right?

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Would you want to be using that to cook your food?
And she was like no. I was like, well, then
you gotta wash it, because guess what, it doesn't magically
wash itself exactly where you go.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
You know, we have one of those little pamper chief
it's a scrape for yeah, a little brown Yeah, I
had plastic scrape. That's exactly what we have to all
the time. That is a great thing to use. I've
been using my nails.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
That's a better idea.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
I know what I used.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
I have that.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
I know.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
I was like, what you said, nail.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Oh, we have a tool for I should do that.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
I have that same I hope I didn't get rid
of it thinking what in the world is it for.
