long are you going to be? She said I could wait,

back upstairs from my work and she's got YouTube on, yeah,
and a couple of blankets laid out there in the floor.

I was like, you know, Buster's not going to let
us do this right as soon as we get in
the floor, he's pounds on.

But actually he was great. He did not bother us
pretty much at all. He's played with his toy and

I can't do the first move, like right out the gate,
I cannot do it. And I start laughing about it. Lord,
and we're on our backs with our knees pulled up

Oh my wif. Tracy immediately says, I cannot do yoga
with you. She said, you did not take it seriously.
I am rolling and She's like, you're over there cracking

jokes and I'm just trying to get some stretching on.
Do my yoga here. And I said, listen, I am
I can't help this. I just can't do the moves
and positions they want me to do. And I find
it's funny, okay, like I'm a turtle. Ye like, look

And then I'm breathing hard and listen, it was an
and I'm flopping around on the floor. Come on, not

We don't do yoga together. But we did get some
very thick yoga mats for Christmas from Mom Nice. We've
been wanting these for a while. They're super super thick
and squishy, and so we don't even let the kids
play with them because they tear them up. So we
literally will roll out those mats and we just stretch.
We just do all kinds of different struts while we're
watching one of our shows. We don't try to do

yoga or whatever moves or whatever you see exactly. We're
just trying to stretch our bodies out. So we do
that quite often. So and that doesn't result in laughing
because you know, well we just do what we can
and we're watching our show, you know what I mean,
So maybe try doing that instead.

Well, actually I did have a suggestion. I said, why
didn't we start with yoga for beginners instead of advanced?

I mean, that is a good question.

well it's pretty advanced. Me. Oh, I can't seem to
know all these moves and positions here boys, So if
we could maybe start with the beginner.
