Speaker 3 (08:39):
Whenever I hear Alba, I just just want to go.
Sam Rubin was obsessed with them. He did a paper
about them, and God bless you Sam, and may you
rest in Heaven. But he came by and he just
really loved Abba and Mama Mia the whole experience. We've
(08:59):

all week. But Sam and Heaven talked about his obsession
with Abba.
Speaker 9 (09:10):
That time, Abba was more profitable than Volvo. So I
was an Econ major turned out to be a failed
Econ major, and I was like, let's do let's do
a paper on how Abba is the biggest business in Sweden.
So I went to Sweden, met all the Abba management,
met Bjoring, and Benny did not meet the women. Wow,
(09:31):
and I wrote, I spent the whole and I wrote
this whole paper on him.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
So I'm kind of wildly in Abba.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
Piffs don't lie. This goes to one at three point five.
I love that song. Okay, it's your happiness heck for light.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
With the World Cup kicking off today Mexico City here
in La tomorrow, so it says we will all be
happier with a soccer butt. A soccer but that's it.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
Please describe a soccer butt to me.
Speaker 4 (10:17):
So, first of all, we need to know that the
glutias maximus is the largest and most important muscle group
in our entire body. Okay, so the most important. Did
you know that your butt was the most important muscle?
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Has no idea?
Speaker 4 (10:26):
How about that? So maintaining a soccer butt it helps
with your balance, your posture, your core strength, and healthy aging.
Beyond that, though, a tight tush actually regulates your blood
sugar and your energy levels, which leads to more happiness hormones.
The tighter your butt, literally, the happier you are internally.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
That's amazing and expertsy.
Speaker 4 (10:46):
You don't even need to go to the gym or
play soccer to get the old soccer butt.
Speaker 3 (10:49):
How do we get it?
Speaker 4 (10:50):
Take the stairs today? Just one day a week. We're
up on the fifth floor.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
That's so funny. We had a guy from Terminix come
out to the house. Yeah, and we have a lot
of stairs because we're built into like a Sorry about that,
we're built into like a it's just kind of a
weird like amalgamation of yah level changes. So he's going
up the stairs and going up the stairs and he said,
I need to come over here more often. I'll have
a nice butt with doing the soccer butt. That's it.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
Another thing you could do, but they say park furthest
from the door at the store instead of trying to
find the closest spot. Little changes.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
Guess who else takes the stairs every day because we're
in the fifth floor. Carry steels, she's on the staircase.
Speaker 4 (11:27):
Good for her dance while you're making dinner in the kitchen.
Even little movements like that. Next time you're on a
phone call, stand up and do some like power poses.
You know. Maybe it's all to avoid dead butt syndrome,
which is a very real condition in which your butt
muscles die, your butt muscle stop. Oh so get the soccer.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
Butt gluteus maxima.
Speaker 4 (11:46):
The bottom line today is the Cup kicks off. A
strong soccer butt is.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
I love fandom when we're all kind of together cheering
for just fun things like the World Cup. And we
welcome you if you're coming in from around the world.
We've got all kinds of visitors here as Sofi comes
alive tomorrow as we take on Paraguay. But we just
got this talk back.
Speaker 7 (26:44):
Hello.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
My name is Christian. I'm talking to you from Quebec City,
doing yard work and listening to you carry on. You
have good music, boy, Oh thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (26:55):
That's your yard work. Quebec City. All go kenad and
we are the ONL and K Morning Show. It is
a Friday e but also known as Therapy Thursday. They're
so lucky. We have our licensed therapist, Sarah Dash. Sarah's
here tuckle your troubles every Thursday. Rachel on the line. Okay, Rachel,
(27:20):
we're all here gathered around. Tell us what's up.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (27:26):
I recently found out that my fiance has been secretly
paying his ex girlfriend's rent for almost a year. And
we're not talking a little financial help here and there.
We're literally talking thousands of dollars.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
Yeah, her name is Vanessa, and according to my fiance,
Vanessa recently fell on hard times and you know, she
lost her job and he just didn't want to see
your struggle. But he saw that there's absolutely nothing physical
happening between them and says that he only kept us
from me because I would misunderstand.
Speaker 3 (27:59):
Okay, that's a big secret.
Speaker 6 (28:02):
That's a big secret, because you're talking about thousands and
thousands of dollars.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
See, there's been monthly payments of twenty four hundred dollars
leaving our joint account for almost a year.
Speaker 6 (28:14):
Okay, so you're talking almost thirty thousand dollars of shared
resources being allocated to his ex.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
That's correct.
Speaker 6 (28:24):
In our marriages, our relationships, we don't want we don't
just want honesty, we want transparency because this is a
financial infidelity. I mean, infidelity isn't just sexual or emotional.
We talk about emotional affairs a lot on the show,
but financial infidelity is a very real thing and it's
a deeply painful betrayal.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
Oh yeah, Well, This is a guy, I think who
he wants to have his way. He just wants to
have his cake and eat it too, and he wants
if it's his money, it's none of your business, Rachel. Like,
I feel like that's how he's thinking, and that is
not the way to start a marriage.
Speaker 6 (29:01):
And that's concerning if you know, going into the marriage,
it's my money. I can do with it what I choose,
especially when you're supposed to be saving for the wedding.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
Right Another part of me wonders if I'm being cold
hearted for wanting him to cut her off completely.
Speaker 1 (29:16):
I don't see it that way.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Minkle there.
Speaker 3 (29:18):
Why do women we do this to ourselves as women
and Rachel, I'm not, I mean, we all do it.
Maybe it's my fault, you know what I mean? Why
do we say that to ourselves.
Speaker 6 (29:27):
Because it's a way of staying in the relationship.
Speaker 4 (29:29):
Okay, but why would you want to stay in this relationship?
I'm going to ask both of you right now, Ellen, Sarah,
yes or no? You find this out four months before
your wedding. Are you going through at the wedding?
Speaker 6 (29:41):
Ellen, Sarah, it's over.
Speaker 3 (29:45):
It's over. I'm going to Okay, you're gone. I'm going
to follow you out the door. Sarah, I'm gone, by Fellows,
I'm gone. I feel like I could never trust, I
could never trust.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
And this is.
Speaker 6 (29:54):
Somebody who's completely comfortable hiding things under the guise of
you know, you would misunderstand. It doesn't take a lot
to push this person into deception.
Speaker 3 (30:04):
This is a gift.
Speaker 1 (30:06):
This okay, And I want you to think about it
like this.
Speaker 3 (30:10):
You wreak up with him.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
He's going to pay your rent for a year.
Speaker 3 (30:15):
So you're in a win win situation.
Speaker 1 (30:18):
You work this out.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
You get me, you're getting him, you leave.
Speaker 1 (30:25):
Your expenses are covers. That's how he treats his X.
Speaker 3 (30:31):
And then he won't tell the next one, and then
she'll have to find out, and it goes on and
on and on and on.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (30:38):

To Nick's rallying from twenty nine points down to win

Sweeney were four or five rows behind her, so the
tabloids went crazy with that picture. Taylor Swift wearing a
Stevie Nicks T shirt and now you can get it

sisters are there when wearing a nickel back T shirt

song for it.
Speaker 7 (34:22):
I felt wonderful knowing that I had Randy's blessing to
write for this film, given that I'm the first songwriter
to get to partake in the Toy Story world outside
of Randy.
Speaker 3 (34:33):
I was absolutely dazzled by it. It is my favorite
Toy Story movie. Everyone is saying that it is the
best of the entire French.

looked like he was sleeping, right, So she walks right
past him and then she feels a hard slap on

Happy Friday Eve, Happy World Cup Day. You know, that
the World Cup equals lost productivity. So I'm going to
compare some big sports for you. So the World Cup
kicking off today in Mexico and then we get tomorrow.
So far here with Paraguay. So the World Cup costs
employers seventeen billion in lost productivity because of employees arriving
(38:00):
late to work, not showing up at all, streaming games
while on the clock, and leaving early. As a comparison,
the Super Bowl results in five billion and lost productivity.
So you know, yeah, the World Cup triples that. March
Madness costs twelve billions. Okay, all right, so you go
(38:22):
Super Bowl five, March Madness twelve, and then World Cup
goal seventeen million because everybody's skipping out. Well, we'll see
you tomorrow for more, more of everything, more money you got,
more journey, and then Raging White's four packs continuing all
