Happy International Kissing Day were the Ellen k Morning Show.
Good morning, Welcome Melan.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Hi, I'm Ryan man Out, I'm Social Queen Darline.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Good morning, I'm producer my grandmos. Yeah, today's International Kissing
Day Data kiss Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Good. They set aside some time to just go for it,
you know.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Up.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Yeah, the big wedding over the weekend. All the famous
Tom's are there, Tom Hanks, Tom Brady, Tom Cruise, and
let's talk about that. It represents movies, NFL stars. You
also got all your singers naturally, and then you got
your high school friends. So this was like the biggest
crowd of stars I think to ever assemble.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Yeah, all that crossover doesn't happen at say the Oscars
or the Grammys.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Yeah. Yeah, that's a good point.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Yeah, so we're going to get into that. Donna Kelcey
calling it magical, and then Adam Sandler officiating. You know,
it was the first time in sixty years that Paul
McCartney has performed I Want to Hold your Hand.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
It's pretty incredible.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Stevie Nick's there, who was the last to leave? You
want to know now or you want to later?

Speaker 5 (01:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Coming up?

Speaker 1 (01:10):
We should Yeah, Okay, it's shocking the last to leave,
Like who we all know that one person, the one
who's sure you have to shut the lights off before
they'll go. What what? What kind of genetic thing is that?

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yeah, I'm I feel it's the opposite.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
I think it's the person who just wants to suck
the every last drop of joy out of life.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Okay, you know what I mean. You don't think it's
a condition. You think it's a blessing, yes, to have
that you just want to This is not stop.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
It's not over until it's until it's absolutely physically over.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Carry me out.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
This person had to be asked to leave because they
were locking up and cleaning it, so they call it
a load out. I was reading, is this Have you
heard this? Was it a four A M?

Speaker 6 (01:58):
Like ending?

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Yeah. Throughout the night, Andy Reid, the coach of the Chiefs,
shared the advice that Adam Sandler gave to Taylor and Travis.

Speaker 7 (02:12):
I thought Adam said it well. He said, kiss every
chance you have every day. So whether you're going to
bed or going to work or you know, wherever, whenever
you're uh, go ahead and kiss her.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
And he is Wilfrid kiss her.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
He's so good.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Yeah, you're on International Kissing Day.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
And the world with getting up with the and no
it's gone.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Yeah, I'll tell you who was the last to leave.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Got the kiss off.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
And she she's proud. So we're gonna go Inside Entertainment next.

Speaker 7 (03:13):
Go ahead and kiss her.

Speaker 8 (03:16):
The k Morning Show follow at official Ellen k host
one of three point five Inside Entertainment with Ellen k Okay.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
So eagle eye fans track the private JETI of Taylor
and Travis So after exiting Madison Square Garden. Their private
jet took them to her Rhode Island residence and they
spent their first full day of their honeymoon there. But
as the clock approached four in the morning at Madison
Square Garden, most guests were gone, and some of them

(03:44):
really long gone, like Tom Brady snuck out early. I
don't know why. Let's see, Tom Cruise was there. I
mean they were just everyone was there. It was except
for except for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. They were
in a questrian event for their daughter, far far away.
But it was Nicky Glazer. Really yeah, last one there,

(04:08):
last one there, last man standing. That's funny.

Speaker 9 (04:11):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
And as her suv carried her away. All the people
that were still on the street waiting said windows down,
windows down. So that's how we know it was her
because the windows went down and she waved and she
was the last to leave. But load in and load
out at Madison Square Garden is super expensive. It's it's
like because it's all unionized, and so they go in

(04:33):
and when they have to load out a show or equipment,
it's millions of dollars in and out. And so Nicki
Glazer probably just wanted to you know, yeah, she wanted
to be part of the load out.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Yeah, or she cornered someone that works at Madison Square
Garden and convinced her to play there, you know, to
let them play.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
Oh yeah, that's right. She might have just been your
networking and at the box office, Minions beat Toy Story
five but had a disappointing start they were expect I
think eighty Mili came in at number one with thirty
six million dollars, Toy Story five number two, and then
rounding out the top of you guys, Young Washington, a
George Washington biopic, came in third with twenty million dollars.

(05:12):
Way overperformed.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Did you end up going no.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
La up and wants to see it not going. I'll
see when it's streaming. Oh and what about this, let's
talk about FIFA. A lot of heart heartbreak when Mexico
didn't quite do it. I don't want to say the
L word, but you know that Harry Kane, he's he's oh,
pretty unstoppable for England and when he was only fourteen

(05:36):
years old, he and one of his friends, I think
it was his sister, post for a photo with David Beckham.
And now that photos resurfaced, so his inspiration is Beckham.
But yeah, a lot of heartbreak. Now FIFA is saying
that they've discussed with Justin Bieber to Adam to an
already stacked halftime show for the finale. So that's July nineteenth,

(05:56):
met Life Stadium, Madonna, Shakira, BTS and perhaps Justin Bieber.
The halftime show is a report eleven minutes. It's unclear
how do you squeeze four superstars into eleven minutes? So
will they all be collabbing on the same song. FIFA,
while they're making controversial decisions anyway, may extend it to
a fifteen minute halftime show. So we're trying to try

(06:18):
and find out that. All right, let's talk about Earling Holland,
the big Norwegian machine, Norway winning. So he's still processing.
He just cannot believe Norway be Brazil.

Speaker 10 (06:31):
I couldn't quite believe it because I didn't dream of
this ever in my life. I dreamt of playing in
the World Cup with Norway and taking them to the
World Cup, but I never expected to win against Brazil.
Let's be honest and say that. So again. I mean,
I thought it was not possible to do some things,

(06:53):
but I guess I'm wrong.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
Did you see the gol? Yeah? I love him because
my mom and dad are both Norwegian and and so
you know I love Norway. One of my best friends
is Norwegian. So they were celebrating at her house to
Nora the Norwegian.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
Yeah, but Holland even has his own song, right.

Speaker 6 (07:29):
It's the llen k Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (07:31):
Thank you so much. I love you guys. Thank you
for coming with me to work every morning and coming
home with me every evening.

Speaker 6 (07:37):
Coast one O three point five and.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
It is your happiness hack. It only takes six seconds,
you say, Ryan, but it helps everything, everything Ellen and
here on National Kissing Day. Yeah, I thought this one
was a nice one. If you have a significant other,
here's your homework before you leave the house, or maybe
if you've alread left the house when you get home tonight,
skip the quick little peck and go for a six
second kiss.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Six seconds.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
I mean whether whether or not you, you know, do
the full Yeah you're swapping tongues, that's up to you,
but just make sure that it it's a six second thing.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Research and three windows and four, one, dozen, five and
six that goes along with the twenty second hug.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
I know, well, the hu hug is creepily long. I
think the six second kiss is manageable. I like the
six second kiss. Research says that is the sweet spot
where kiss stops being routine and becomes intentional.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
It's a it's a moment of connection. And here's the bonus.

Speaker 4 (08:29):
Kissing boosts our feel good happiness hormones like oxytocin. It
helps lower our stress, and and it actually keeps us
healthier by exchanging microbiomes with a person.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Okay, yeah, it is makeout Monday.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
And makeout Monday.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
So next time you kiss count to six, you don't
have to do it out loud because that would be weird.
But worst case scenario, You're six seconds late.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
Forever you're going now, we need to get you to
work on you to close your eyes.

Speaker 8 (08:51):
That's the weird One of three point five The Allen
k Morning Show. Follow us at costs one O three
five dot com.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
Top Stories, Top of the Hour, Good Morning, I'm ellen
k Key. World Cup clashes to kick around, starting with
last night Mexico falling to England in a one goal heartbreaker. Today,
though US Belgium in Seattle five pm on Fox Do
or Die as the US place for its deepest run
in twenty four years. And did you know the US
played their first ever World Cup match against Belgium in

(09:20):
nineteen thirty, which we won. And ahead of their highly
anticipated a mysterious wedding at MSG in New York City,
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey donated a combined twenty six
million dollars to various charities. One of those getting a
million dollars is the La Regional Food Bank. Not only
did they make an incredible contribution to the food Bank
and to other organizations throughout the country, but it was

(09:42):
also very inspiring and the food Bank says, hey, thanks
Tons and the long away to return of Serena Williams
and Venus Williams at Wimbledon is over before the first serve.
Serena suffered a knee injury during her singles comeback earlier
this week, so she had to bow out. And for
the seventh straight year, the Dodgers are sending at least
five players to the All Star Game, MLB announcing that

(10:02):
Shohe Freddie, Max Munsey, Andy Payes and Yoshi Nobu Yamamoto
also earning a spot on that NL roster. And America's
World Cup excitement is already having an impact on the economy.
According to USA Today, Americans are buying soccer balls at
a record pace, with imports reaching forty million during the
first four months of the year. That's the highest total

(10:22):
for that period in at least twenty five years. As
World Cup buzz continues to build, retailers are increasing their
inventory to keep up with growing demand. This is what
happened when the Australians discovered Walmart. It is clear and

(10:44):
economists saying World Cup fever is already taking hold across
all of the US, and TikTok is going all in
on Martha Stewart's home hacks and revisiting her homekeeping handbook.
Users have been sharing some of her classic cleaning recommendations.
People are realizing they've been skipping one important chore, washing
their actual pillows, not just the pillowcases. Martha recommends washing

(11:04):
your pillows about once a month, while she should still
be washed every single week. And that is according to
miss Stewart herself. And it's going to be a hot
one sunny and how for our first full week in July,
highs hitting on a ninety castday, ninety Corona ninety right
now sixty five in burbank. It's kost Los Angeles Coast

Speaker 1 (11:45):
She was at the Taylor Travis wedding looking fine. They

(12:05):
to coast one of three five dot com and tap
the envelope and you're in. This letter comes from Toy.
She said, thanks. I love that you read our letters.
It's really the hardest part about letters to Ellen's is
picking them because we have so many. We have to
kind of like almost do the reach into the spinner.
You remember spinner and then you spin the basket you

(12:26):
reach in get the letter. It's Tory. Dear Ellen, my
boyfriend's ex wife is planning their daughter's sweet sixteen. I
saw a screen shot and she has me saved in
her phone as dad's latest. I didn't rename myself, she did.
I have been in this kid's life for four years.
I do her hair before dance recitals. I taught her

(12:48):
how to parallel park in an empty church lot every Sunday.
I was the one who took her bra shopping when
she was too embarrassed to ask her biological mom. I
have sat through brace's appointments, cry at middle school I'm
the one she calls, not her dad when she has
a bad day at school. Last month, she told her
friends that I was mom too, and I had to

(13:08):
leave the room so she wouldn't see me cry. I
don't want to cause drama for her, But am I
really Dad's latest? It feels so distressed, respectful? Please help Toy? Hmmm,
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
So it's the name that's bothering her, it's nothing else.
It's the way that the bio mom sees.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
Her dad's latest. But she's been around for a few years,
so you know, I don't know why she can't have
a name. She's Toy.

Speaker 4 (13:39):
I mean, look, maybe she was put in there early
when she the mom was mad about something.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
She was just saved as that, you know, and she
never bothered to fix it.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Well, everyone I know in the last four years is
upgrade of their phone, your contact goal. They do, but
sometimes you have to rename and change the sure or whatever.

Speaker 11 (14:01):
Yeah, here's what I'll say. I have a friend in
a similar position, and when her kids go to the
dad's house and they have the girlfriend there, she's always
the fun parent, and it's easy to be the fun parent.
It's hard to parent when you have to be the
strict one, you know, and set the rules and have

(14:22):
the routine. And of course she's going to like her
more at this stage in life.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
Mm hmmm, yeah, because she's not disciplining. She's not she's
the fun you. Like you said, you can say anything.
You're not going to get in trouble tory. What does
it matter what this other lady really thinks of you.
If you're there for the kid and the kid loves you, Yeah,
that you're winning. That's it, man, that's it.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
What about if you are the daughter and you're sixteen
and you and you hear this or see this, or
you know, oh my gosh, mom too? I just called
her mom too? Is dad's latest?

Speaker 11 (14:54):
That's intentional? My sixteen year old? He might as well
be twenty six. He thinks and talks and acts like
an adult already. And I think they're making their own
choices to who they allow in their life.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
Oh so, wouldn't fase her to see the drama.

Speaker 11 (15:10):
I think she would call her mom out if she
saw that.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
I've been in her life. I do her hair before dance.
I know her Starbucks order by art, But when it
comes to picking the Sweet sixteenth theme. I'm not included,
so I think she should be included.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
She should be included.

Speaker 4 (15:28):
Yeah, I don't think you earned the vote because you've
been dating for four years. But after that one you
do earn a boyfriend willing to stick up for you
and say make sure you're included.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
Co parenting. Are you doing it? It's eight hundred ninet
two nine kost.

Speaker 6 (15:40):

Speaker 10 (15:44):
If she's communicating with another man, I don't think I
would be okay with it.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
An old man wants to share his wife.

Speaker 11 (15:51):
Walk Away, girl, walk away.

Speaker 6 (15:52):

Dodgers in first place. Got a World Cup game today
US Belgium, five PM. A lot going on. Taylor and
Travis are now married. Austin Swift is Taylor's maid of honor.
Man of honor. But I'm so happy that she asked him.
That was really sweet. Come on and they had a

(16:25):
raffle and gave away Cardier, watches and cars. Wow, we're
getting a lot more details. Two flower girls. Oh, and
I love this too. The girl who caught the bouquet,
her name's Ashley Smith and she is one of the
chief Lineman's sisters. So she caught the bouquet. But the
bouquet looked like he'd been put through the ringer a.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
Law, like someone went out and picked weeds or something.
It just really was Wilton and.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Nicki Glazer, the last guest to leave Madison Square Garden
for a had to kick her out. They put her
out the back the loading dock. Like Nikki, the party's over.
It's then all time to go. I like the enthusiasm,
like you, Ryan, you said. A clinger who doesn't want
to leave and his last to leave is not really

(17:11):
just a clinger. They are a person who wants to
get the most out of life.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
They're just squeezing that last drop out of the whole thing.
They want to savor that moment.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
Yeah, we do know this about Nicky Glazers. So way
to go, Niki. Okay, well, we've got journey for you.

I'm gonna say it's a smile. It shows the joy
in their life.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Smile. I love it, James. It's such a great guess.
It's how I pick my fantasy football team. I just
think if a person is smiling, just like you said,
it kind of just shows where they are in life
and maybe even how they were raised. Yep, Joy, it
shows Joy James, it's a great guess. I wish it
was the right answer. It is not the right answer.

Speaker 12 (18:35):
All, no problem, but right, Joy, my smile.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Try again. Let's go to Woodland Hills, Sonya, on our
way to work at a law firm. Thanks for having
a so on on your ride.

Speaker 9 (18:47):
Thank you for having me. Happy Monday, you.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
Too, So what's your guest, Sonya?

Speaker 9 (18:52):
My guess is a sense of humor.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
You know a lot of people are saying a sense
of humor, which really, you know, that could definitely be
the right answer, but it's not. I wish it was.

Speaker 12 (19:03):
Oh bummer.

Speaker 9 (19:04):
Okay, that's fine, Thank you so much.

Speaker 12 (19:06):
Have a great day, you too.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Good Tiffany, Tiffany of Helmet. Hi, tiff Hi, how's it

everyone says this is sexier than good looks. It is confidence.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
Ellen is a woman. Do you agree?

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Well, I have to say confidence is I think it
is key. It just shows that you're It kind of
is everything wrapped up in one because it shows you
that you're you're that you're oh sorry about that, that
you're all like happy and well adjusted. Yeah, right, so
that's part of your confidence. Also, you're not worried if
you're confident. Yeah, and you're not sweating the small stuff

(20:29):
like you don't you let stuff roll off your back.
That's a yeah, resilience. I think it's all wrapped up
in that. Do you agree with it?

Speaker 2 (20:35):
I do agree? Yeah.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
You could take a you know man or woman who's
a four and give them some confidence.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
There are nine.

Speaker 6 (20:42):
It's the Ellen k Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (20:43):

Speaker 9 (20:48):
You guys are amazing.

Speaker 6 (20:49):
Coast one oh three point five.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
You come together to celebrate International Kissing Day today. Strange
things happen to your body when you kiss someone. Increased
blood flow, adrenaline rush. Your party has a brain like,
when you kiss someone, your brain is saying, release the dopamine. Now,
the oxytocin your brain is a little dramatic. When you're kissing. Yeah,

(21:12):
and it's International Kissing Day. You engage twenty four of
your facial muscles, one hundred of your other muscles. You
can burn up to one hundred calories. Ryan, Your happiness
ack this morning was kiss for six solid seconds.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Yeah, skip the peck.

Speaker 4 (21:27):
It's where a kiss stops being routine and becomes intentional.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
Okay, yeah, so yeah, International Kissing Day. You gonna have
to stop the music and stop the action. I found
a foul on the play. Blow the whistle, please, Ryan,
what you self admittedly do not close your eyes when
you kiss?

Speaker 2 (21:48):
Yeah, i'd never have.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
You've never never.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
I think I lacked the reflex that makes people shut
their eyes.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Has anyone caught you with your eyes open and said
something when you've been kissing them.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
I mean, yeah, A well, but that's that's what does
it matter?

Speaker 1 (22:02):
Well? Do they I mean do they are they freaked
out by it a little bit? If someone's staring at you,
have you tried to close?

Speaker 2 (22:09):
It just doesn't work. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
We have to give you a red card, Ryan, I know, yeah,
you are getting it. It's my decision, and I've decided.
I think it's weird. I think that it's a foul.
I think that you should learn how to close your eyes.
I don't buy this. It's you know, you don't have
the muscle or whatever you're saying.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
A red card.

Speaker 1 (22:26):
You get a red card because the.

Speaker 5 (22:29):
Only my decision, spidal Ryan gets a red card.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
Close your eyes when you kiss.

Speaker 6 (22:48):
It's The Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Coast one O three point five Top Stories Top of

Taylor Swift In Travis Kelsey's wedding guessay, it was an
emotional ceremony, Donnie Kelce calling it magical, people saying that

(23:41):
Travis cried a whole lot more than Taylor. Coach Andy
Reid shares Adam Sandler's advice to Taylor and Travis.

Speaker 7 (23:48):
I thought Adam said it well. He said, kiss every
chance to have every day. So whether you're going to bed,
or going to work or wherever, whenever, you're go ahead
and kiss her.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Okay. I love that. Here on International Kissing Day, and
we do have a hot one highs up to ninety
right now to sixty five and Burbank Kost, Los Angeles,
it's coast one o three point five. We're gonna cool
you down. Raging Waters four packs. Also your mom too,
your girlfriend and the ex wife is treating you like
really bad, excluding you from a sweet sixteen planning party.

(24:27):
We need your help, Tory wrote us a letter to Ellen.

Speaker 6 (24:29):
It's the Ellen k Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (24:31):
I listen to you guys every day.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
I love your show.

Speaker 6 (24:34):
Coast one oh three point five.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
We got your raging Waters four packs just ahead, but first,
it's your letter to Ellen. We're getting tons of calls
for Tory. Tory says, thanks. I love that you read
our letters. And Dear Ellen, my boyfriend's ex wife is
planning their daughter's sweet sixteen and she's leaving me out
of the planning. I even saw a screenshot she has

(24:57):
me saved as dad's latest. I didn't rename myself, she did,
and now she left me out of the sweet sixteen
party planning. I have been in this daughter's life for
four years. I do her hair before dance recitals. I
know her Starbucks order by heart. I taught her how
to parallel park in an empty church lot every Sunday.

(25:17):
I was the one who took her brad shopping when
she was too embarrassed to ask her biological mother. I
sat through three years of Brace's appointments. Cried at her
middle school graduation. I'm the one she calls when she
has a bad day at school. Last week she called
me mom too. I'd excuse myself because I didn't want
her and her friends to see me crying. I don't
want to cause drama for the sweet sixteen party, but

(25:39):
I'm tired of being invisible when it counts Tory. So,
Tory's been excluded and ignored by the ex wife for
the sweet sixteen party. She's done a lot for this girl.
You know that first bra that's a huge deal and
it is so embarrassing. And I'm happy that, you know,
his daughter had to help her and a parallel park

(26:02):
in the church parking lot. I wonder who the other
cars are she's practicing way it's just cones. Yeah, but
you have to ask yourself, Tory, who are you doing
this for? You doing this really to please your husband's
ex wife or are you doing this because you love
their daughter? Well? To me, I read that it's coming
out of pure love. I think she I think she

(26:24):
wants to be, you know, noticed, and then she just
wants validation from the ex wife. That's what I'm feeling
like she just wants the ex wife to say like, Okay,
I get it. You know, she's lucky to have you
in her life like something. And maybe the ex wife
is unaware of all these things, but I doubt it.

(26:46):
I mean, she's been around for four years as the girlfriend.
Plus I would think that the sixteen year old girl
would go home and say, I learned how to parallel
park Tory taught me.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
Unless this other lady has said when you walk through
this door, you are never to mention her.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
Oh it could be there could be cilencio.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
Yeah, it's good.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
A wittier Patty teaching summer school on her way to work.
Thanks Patty, you heard the letter to Ellen and you
think that maybe Tory should, I don't know, rise above
and be grateful. Why.

Speaker 12 (27:18):
I just had a big keen tana for my twins
boy girl a month ago. And it is so much
work and so much planning and so stressful that maybe
this mom should take it as a just be a
really good guest and to get something. Offer to get
the party bus, offered to buy the cake, offer to
get a venor, because everything is.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
So much it's you know, yes, the ex wife is
doing the girlfriend to favor by excluding her, because now
the girlfriend doesn't have to worry about anything.

Speaker 12 (27:50):
No, she just has to worry about looking at cut.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
That's a really great attitude to have. I love that
because it solves so many problems all at once.

Speaker 12 (27:59):
And I may be the mom just wants to do
this for her daughter too. You know it's yeah, it
don't be really special.

Speaker 1 (28:06):
Right, so you know, let them and I'll just show
up and have fun.

Speaker 12 (28:10):
There you go, Yes, love it be helpful.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
Patty, that's so good. What a great solution. You have
a great attitude.

Speaker 12 (28:19):
I try.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
And thank you for calling. We're getting a lot of
calls for Toy, and so Patty of Withyer says, Toy
should be grateful and just she should be a guest.
Just be our guest. Then you can say thank you

(28:43):
for this amazing party. I didn't have to lift a finger.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
It's letters to allan.

Speaker 7 (28:48):
She's a cheater.

Speaker 9 (28:49):
She was in contact with this fool.

Speaker 3 (28:51):
If her daughter in law finds out what she has
done on your show, and I never will be healed.

Speaker 9 (28:56):
And she's cute and I wear the same output and
it looks better on her because I have a little.

Speaker 8 (29:00):
Lower let us do that one every Monday and Wednesday
on the Lank Morning show Coast one O three point five.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Hey, Caitlyn, where are you right now?

Speaker 12 (29:08):
I'm in Chino, California right now?

Speaker 1 (29:10):
All right, Caitlyn. What are you up to? Oh?

Speaker 9 (29:14):
Nothing, just hanging out right now, wanting to win some tickets,
you know.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Okay, Well, did you hear the news? Ryan Mano got
a red card this morning because he kisses with his
eyes open.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
That's unfair, unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (29:27):
I know.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Not you too, red card? He says he can't close them.

Speaker 4 (29:33):
It's part of a reflex I'm missing. It's the same
reason I can't be tickled or get a brain freeze.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
But if I say close your eyes right now, you
can close your eyes.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
Yeah, I can on command.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
But whatever makes you close your eyes when you kiss, Yeah, yeah,
I lack that.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
What if we put a blank fold.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
It's not about me, it's about you, Caitlyn. You're going
to Raging Waters.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
You got a four pack. Thank you?

Speaker 12 (29:57):
Thank you, Oh my god, thank you.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
I love you, guys.

Speaker 9 (30:00):
I love hearing you in the morning all day. Thank you, guys.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
Thank you. That's right, four packs to Raging Waters. There's
more where that came from my sister. Decision stands, Ryan, Yeah,
we're gonna have to send you to some kind of
school to learn how to close your eyes when you kiss.
It's a red card. And I'm not changing my mind.

(30:29):
And that decision stands. Nothing could reverse me.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
This is.

Speaker 6 (30:42):
Morning Show.

Speaker 9 (30:42):
I grew up listening to Ellen.

Speaker 12 (30:44):
I will be listening to you to the day. I guy,
thank you so much.

Speaker 9 (30:48):
You guys for being you guys.

Speaker 8 (30:49):
Coast one O three point by Are you the girlfriend
dealing with an ex wife and a teenage girl?

Speaker 1 (30:57):
That is Tory's story. So Tory is the girlfriend and
the daughter involved is having a sweet sixteen. The ex
wife is planning the daughter's sweet sixteen and leaving the
girlfriend out of it, and Tory is upset about that.
Tory even saw a screenshot and this ex wife has
her saved as dad's latest. And so this daughter is

(31:23):
sixteen and Tory has been in her life for four years.
She does her hair before dances, she knows her Starbucks order,
she took her to pick out her first bra.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
Yeah, four years is a.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
Long time for this ex wife to be holding onto
it enough to call her dad's latest.

Speaker 2 (31:39):
It's not like he has a revolving door.

Speaker 1 (31:40):
It's four years, and these years for a teenage girl,
these are big years. Tory taught this girl how to
parallel park. She's done so much and yet she can't
even be involved in the Sweet sixteen. So if you
are living this life and you're dealing with this, you
can call us. We did get this talk back.

Speaker 13 (32:03):
Hey guys, good morning. My name is Danielle and I'm
calling from Anaheim. This is regarding letters to Ellen, and
I just wanted to say that, coming from a step
mom who has been in the same situation numerous times,
my best advice is to let it go and maybe
even plan your own special event for you and your
stepdaughter so you can give her that recognition and get

(32:24):
the recognition that you are so desiring. But basically, the
best advice I have is let it go and don't stay.

Speaker 1 (32:30):
Stuck in that. I think that's good advice because Tory
even said, I don't want to cause drama for his daughter,
but I'm tired of being invisible when it counts. She
just wants. I think she just wants. She just wants
to be a part of the family, and she's not,
at least according to the x wipe and what's the
what's the husband doing?

Speaker 2 (32:51):
He's not sticking up for Tory.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
She's not even part of the letter.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
This is a girl issue. Oh, guys probably don't even
recognize her see it like this right?

Speaker 13 (33:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
He might have even said, don't even why are you
even worried about that? I don't don't waste your breath
and your time on that.

Speaker 4 (33:07):
Sometimes though, when someone says like I don't worry about
you're reading too much into it. That's code for I
don't want to hear how you're feeling.

Speaker 1 (33:14):
Yes, that is true, are you saying?

Speaker 6 (33:17):
I guess it's morning ships Coast on three point five.

Speaker 1 (33:29):
I think it's worth a dressing that you can learn
how to kiss Ryan. And Will Ferrell actually has a tutorial,
by the way, if you heard his son Magnus. His
son Magnus is like singing now and yeah exactly, Magnus
Farrell is. I don't know, he might be coming into
Coast soon because he's he's got that really soulful voice.

(33:52):
We'll play it for you coming up. But let's talk
about Will Ferrell. Ryan kisses with his eyes open.

Speaker 4 (33:57):
Okay, but you also, I just need to stop your
phone you can teach me how to kiss.

Speaker 2 (34:02):
I know how it's the eyes that are bothering you.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Well, Will Ferrel can give you this tutorio.

Speaker 14 (34:07):
I know. It's just you kind of mush your lips
together in a way and then you press that part
of your face against the other person's corresponding part of
her face.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
International kissing. We just going together.

Speaker 6 (34:26):
It's the llen k Morning Shell.

Speaker 12 (34:28):
I love her, I love you guys, I love everybody
right now.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
Cost Tory wrote a letter to Ellen, and we read
your letters every Monday and Wednesday, and you can write
to us. Go to a coast one of three five
dot com and tap the envelope Tory did. Dear Ellen,
my boyfriend's ex wife is planning their daughter's sweet sixteen
and I'm not included. I have been with this girl

(34:56):
and her dad for four years. I your hair for
dance recitals and or Starbucks order, but her first bra
taught her how to parallel park every Sunday. I don't
want to cause drama for his daughter, but I'm tired
of being invisible when it counts. Thanks for helping, Tory,
and thank you so much for calling Veronica, so you

(35:16):
you know about situations like this, you think everyone's just
stop everything and come together.

Speaker 9 (35:21):
Right dependently how they get along. Because me and my
eggs have an open communication, that is, you know, for
our daughter. So you know, I'm open to anything my
excession brings up, like involving his eggs for my daughter
that's fifteen also, so I will say talk to her.

(35:42):
You know, she's she's still her mother no matter what.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
Okay, have that moment.

Speaker 9 (35:48):
She's working my good mother.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
So yeah, okay, all right, So you think it needs
to be a one on one okay, all right, Well Veronica,
you're walking the walk and you're cooperating, so there's no
reason why Tory can't get the same treatment.

Speaker 9 (36:03):
Thanks Chach. She's doing part of being a mother for her,
So why not. There you go, And I have a daughter,
like I said, she's fifteen and she has to stay
mom too. By all means the morning marrier? Why not?

Speaker 1 (36:15):
Okay, all right, thank you so much for I have a.

Speaker 9 (36:18):
Great day, of course, thank you kid, by bye bye.

Speaker 4 (36:22):
Makes you wonder if anything will ever help the ex
wife accept Tory.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
Is it four years?

Speaker 2 (36:28):
I know, if they get married, will she like what
will help her turn the corner?

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Tory Sauce Greenshot and the X Wife has her saved
as Dad's latest.

Speaker 6 (36:36):
Oh it's the L and K Morning Show.

Speaker 8 (36:38):
I love you guys.

only International Kissing Day, it is also Air Traffic Controller Day,
something we should never take for granted keep the skies moving.
So today, on National Air Traffic Control Day, we'd like
to honor all air traffic controllers. What a stressful job.

Speaker 4 (39:01):
My gosh, you gotta be so sharp too. You can't
really just you know, can't have a bad morning and
phone it in.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
But when those fun mornings come along, they need to
be celebrated.

Speaker 3 (39:11):
Aah boy thirty nine hundred, can you do me a
favor real quick? Of course, we did a breakfast run
this morning, and my ground controller you'll talk to one
point eight, was the only one that didn't get his food.
They left out his pancakes. He's been super upset all morning.
When you cross over and you call him, just ask
him how his pancakes were this morning and really make
his Monday morning special. You're setting me up for failure,

(39:33):
but we'll come.

Speaker 2 (39:36):

Speaker 1 (40:13):
You're on International Kissing Day, do it? Adam Sandler told
Taylor and Travis kiss and kiss a lot. Should we
have Andy Reid break it down. Okay. Kansas City Chiefs
coach Andy Reid sharing with CNN the advice that wedding
efficient Adam Sandler gave Taylor and Travis during their wedding year.

(40:34):
Travis said that made Taylor cry. He said, I will
protect you forever. I thought I was sweet Donna Kelsey
calling the wedding magical.

Speaker 7 (40:44):
Here's Andy, I thought Adam said it well. He said,
kiss every chance you have every day. So whether you're
going to bed, or going to work or you know, wherever,
whenever you're go ahead and kiss her.

Speaker 1 (41:01):
I love him. I won't say it again. Ryan, It's okay.
I kisses with his eyes open. I just think it's
kind of freaky.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
I looked it up and it's actually it's pretty healthy.
Oh doubt it. No, I'm serious.

Speaker 4 (41:19):
Everyone listening right now could google it. It means if
when you like to look at your partner doesn't mean
it's like when you like to look at your partner's reaction.
You know, it's like you see you enjoy seeing them
get you know, be enjoying.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
So you're kissing her for yourself.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
Yeah, it's nice to know that they're enjoying it.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
You're doing it because you want to feel good about yourself.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
You like to see them feel good.

Speaker 11 (41:40):
Have you ever taken a psychology course?

Speaker 1 (41:44):
