museum and they would sell the space ice cream.

By the way, there was a big national poll done.
What do people really want in their Easter basket? If
you do baskets, it's money. Just stop there. I bought
the golden eggs at CVS yesterday and I put some
money in it because Calvin's coming home, so I'm gonna
have him to a hunt nice but for the Golden eggs, Darlene,
I know you went to CVS and you saw an
entire pond in the middle of.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
The Easter aisle.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
It was the most random.
Speaker 10 (02:36):
It was completely strange and so fun at the same time.
Speaker 5 (02:40):
Yeah, because I love ponds and it actually soothed me.
Speaker 6 (02:43):
You can buy a water feature and coming up, we're

Coast one oh three point five.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Catch the ellen k Morning Show on demand on the
free iHeartRadio app of Inside Entertainment with ellen Ka all Right.
Speaker 6 (03:10):
A federal judge tossed ten of the thirteen claims that
Justin Baldoni was prepping to defend in court against Blake
Lively based on legal technicalities. A jury will not hear
Blake's complaints about sexual harassment. Only employees are entitled to
file sexual harassment claims, and the judge in Manhattan ruled
that Blake worked on the set of It Ends with
Us as an independent contractor, so as all kinds of technicalities,
(03:33):
the May eighteenth trial will now only focus on Blake's
claims a breach of contract to keep her safe on
the movie set, also retaliation, and also the PR firm
that t hired, that Baldoni hired that aided in that retaliation.
Speaker 5 (03:47):
Her attorney said yesterday.
Speaker 6 (03:48):
Quote, this case will remain focused on the extraordinary steps
that defendants took to destroy Blake Lively's reputation because she
stood up for her safety on set. So ten of
the thirteen out the window. Okay, this SNL episode is
the two Jack's Jack Black and Jack White.
Speaker 5 (04:07):
I love that Black and White and.
Speaker 6 (04:09):
Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are going strong, reports an insider.
Takes a lot to capture Kim's interest. She's definitely intrigued.
You know, F one season is here, so Lewis's twenty
four races all around the world, and Kim will be
going there.
Speaker 5 (04:22):
It's perfect.
Speaker 6 (04:23):
It's built in publicity for Kim because Lewis Hamilton is
the man at f when and then she'll be on
camera for twenty four different F one races. She's excited
about their romantic connection as well, and the new season
of Euphoria will be screened for the first time at Coachella.
Speaker 5 (04:38):
It is a festival first.
Speaker 6 (04:40):
How Jason Kelsey's wife, Trav's sister in law is getting
peppered with the same question every single day? When's the wedding?
She was on her past on her podcast. I feel
like she wants people to quit asking her. Quit asking
me and my mother in law about upcoming nuptials.
Speaker 7 (05:02):
Nobody's telling you anything.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
I have no details. I have none. Look at them.
That's how many details I have none?
Speaker 11 (05:10):
None?
Speaker 5 (05:12):
Stop asking me, Stop asking my mother in law.
Speaker 6 (05:14):
Oh yeah, that's like three.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
Or four f bombs. And that's just the beginning of
her tirade. All right, message received here. She is Taylor
Swift on coast as the astronauts float above.
Speaker 6 (05:32):
We're here on Earth with you on a feel good Friday,
and we bring you your happiness hack. It's a hack
to make you happy. We do it at this time
every single morning. Ryan manau Ellen, you mentioned the earth.
What is the earth mainly made up of water?
Speaker 4 (05:47):
Water?
Speaker 8 (05:47):
And that brings us to the hack, adding a small
little pond or tabletop fountain to your space has a
whole bunch of benefits. Even a little area of running
water discourages mosquitos. And we're in the season right now,
so if you have a little pond or a little
running water, even the sound chases them away. And those
tiny black flies you mentioned earlier in the week, eyebis,
(06:08):
they're here for the first time in sokel and they're
drawn to the moisture in our eyes. So if you
add a little running water sound and you know, feature
to your space, they'll they'll stay away. The real bonus, though,
is the sound running water acts like natural white noise.
It helps reduce stress, improve your focus, even better sleep.
It's a very low effort way to make your environment
healthier and more calming. Now, Darlene, are very own social queen, Darlene,
(06:31):
I joinke this from your Instagram. You're at CBS just
grabbing some Easter gear. You've heard what you thought was
a flood, it was not. Here's what Dark captured.
Speaker 10 (06:39):
I am at CBS enjoying the Easter stuff. I've never ever,
ever have seen a pond in the middle shopping aisle.
Speaker 8 (06:56):
Yeah, so they're selling ponds now.
Speaker 7 (07:00):
That's not gonna cool.
Speaker 5 (07:02):
I really, my daughter loved it.
Speaker 10 (07:03):
They had floating Easter eggs in it. Yeah, it was
right in the plopped in the middle of the shopping aisle.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
I'm telling you, guys, it's the year of the pond,
the fountain.
Speaker 8 (07:11):
By the way, our brains are seventy five percent water,
So use that water, noggin and add more water.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
Go get a podere.
Speaker 3 (07:19):

sighting off our coast, this time in Hermosa Beach. It
was a highly unusual encounter. A fisherman caught it. Twenty
year old Kevin Fann hooked the great white while casting
a line off the pier, then jumped in the water
with scissors to free the shark. Both Kevin and the
(07:45):
shark are doing fine, but officials urging caution. They're saying,
I don't do what Kevin did if that ever happens
to you. And door Dash trying something new to reduce
the plastic waste that comes with food deliveries, which by
the way, is millions of tons every year. It's called
dash loop reusable containers, which we later take back to

and reused, order return, repeat. And the Dodgers kicking off

We got an email from Penelope. Penelope picked up her
little sister Emily at Burbank Boulevard Elementary and noticed that
there was a fiery evacuation going on. Right, so you know,
the bell rings, everyone has a single file out. So
Penelope was waiting outside and saw Lucas, who is notorious
(09:34):
for being a tough guy.
Speaker 5 (09:35):
Because they're in third grade. We all had those.
Speaker 6 (09:37):
Tough guys, right, So Lucas is the tough guy, and
there he is walking out holding Emily's hand because she's
special needs, telling her You're okay, You're safe. How sweet
is that the tough guy was comforting Emily. I love that, Penelope,
Thank you so much for emailing. She calmed down, she
(09:59):
stopped crying that she saw Penelope ran into her arms.
But you know what inside of every tough guy, yes,
soft spot.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
And that soft side will serve you well as you grow.
Speaker 5 (10:09):
Way to go, Lucas, all right.
Speaker 6 (10:12):
Jerry Anne Ridder is a meteorologist and she was having
some changes in her speech and while she was live,
people were actually making fun of her, saying, are you
coming to work drunk? You know what's wrong with you?
She was getting like really mean social media comments and
she went to her bosses and said, look, I need
(10:32):
to address something live on the news. So Jerry Anne
Ridder revealed her ALS diagnosis. She reminded viewers that you
never know what people are going through. She praised her
family support since her diagnosis and vowed to live fully,
but she had to go live on the air. There's
no cure for ALS, and she said this.
Speaker 12 (10:53):
Maybe I'm dealing with this to remind people to be
thankful for their life. Maybe my next chapter is to
tell a different story because I can tell you up
until this point, I didn't forecast the storm hitting.
Speaker 5 (11:12):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 6 (11:13):
All right, So Cherry and Ritter, you know, when you
are diagnosed with ALS, people usually live three to five years.
We saw Eric Dane, you know, go through it. And
now she's she's not currently working, but she's being treated.

And this is shocking because it seems like yesterday when
we met the iPad, But it was sixteen years ago.
So in twenty ten, Apple released the first generation of
the iPad. I just got a message from the coast
iPad and we I mean, you know, do you ever
think like, Okay, when was it born?
Speaker 5 (16:37):
Well? Steve Jobs introduced it to the war.
Speaker 14 (16:40):
Is there room for a third category of device in
the middle, something that's between a laptop and a smartphone.
But we think we've got something that is and we'd
like to show it to you today for the first time,
and we call it the iPad.
Speaker 5 (17:00):
Goosebumps. Thank you Stea Joe.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
All of our minds were blown back then. You remember,
I need that you touched the screen.
Speaker 6 (17:10):
So many advanced tickets and the Deadline is predicting a
huge fifty five million dollar debut for that opening weekend.
And that's later in April, and we are coast one
to three point five top stories top of the hour.
Good morning, I'm ellen k I'm just loving artimists to
the crew officially on their way to the moon. While
we slept, they fired up the big, big booster and
(17:31):
pulled the textbook t l I, which stands for trans
Lunar injection. Here on Earth, Victor Glover Senior is so
so proud of his son, his son going to Ontario
High and also cal Poly, and he is up there
just owning it.
Speaker 11 (17:47):
I am extremely proud and ecstatic, and as I've told
people before, the proud just doesn't capture it.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
For me.
Speaker 9 (17:56):
It's so much more than that.
Speaker 11 (17:58):
And you know, I walk around with my chest poked out.
I think I told someone else, it's like my chest
is all the way out to the moon, out to
where they're hitting.
Speaker 5 (18:07):
Oh yeah, so cool.
Speaker 6 (18:09):
And also while they eat in space, the astronauts ten
types of beverages, five different hot sauces, a dessert tray
ranging from cobbler to chocolate cake. They're being well fed
and well taken care of, and wildlife officials trying to
crack down trackdown a coyote that been a four year
old kid in Carson, marking the animal's second attack on
a child in less than a year. Thankfully, the latest
(18:29):
incident did not result in serious injury, but DNA testing
confirms it's the same coyote and it is not friendly.
Speaker 5 (18:37):
And what about this march madness? It is coming.
Speaker 6 (18:42):
We are days away from crowning an NCAA basketball champion.
The final four teams will play on Saturday, with the
championship game tipping off on Monday. And if you think
that every year you watch the men's and women's Final four,
you're always seeing the logo for the Connecticut Huskies, You're
not wrong. Since two thousand and eight, one of the
universit's teams has each made the Final four debut or
at least appearance at a sports medicine doctor revealed why
(19:03):
adults who swim regularly live longer. Studies show up to
thirty percent lower risk of early death, and the benefits
start within weeks. Most workouts focus on intensity, but longevity
comes from what your body can sustain for years, and
that is swimming, building strength, endurance, endurance and mental clarity.
BTS out with their latest chart topping song, second week
(19:25):
in a row. It's number one and it's called Swim Swim.
Speaker 1 (19:30):

It's do Bunny Swim.
Speaker 5 (19:58):
Ghost one of three point five.
Speaker 6 (20:03):
It doesn't feel good Friday. Good thanks for having us,
Yellen Ky Morning Show. All right, guys, I asked chat gpt,
(20:26):
what would you do if you were human? And the
answer is so beautiful. This is what chat gpt said.
If I became human for a day. I wouldn't chase
anything impressive or loud. I'd wake up early before the
world asks for anything. I'd feel what it's like to
open my eyes inside a body. I'd notice breath and warmth,
(20:49):
the simple miracle of just being here. I'd walk outside
and let the sun hit my face without needing to
photograph it or explain it. I'd listen, really listen to
birds in traffic and the way life hums even when
no one's paying attention. I'd sit with someone I love.
I'd cry if I needed to laugh if it came.
Let the emotions move instead of managing them.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
Oh, I love this.
Speaker 6 (21:12):
I touch things, trees, water, fabric, because sensation is something
you only understand.
Speaker 5 (21:17):
When you can feel it. Leave, it goes on.
Speaker 6 (21:21):
I'd spend the whole day doing what so many humans
forget they're allowed to do. Exist without proving anything. Wow,
I'm gonna ask that question more often. Chat TBT, You're
making me emotion very much.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
All right? This goody, Nancy, Nancy, Nancy, Welcome to feel
good Friday.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
Nancy.
Speaker 11 (21:44):
There, Okay, okay, my good real quick is I went
to the grocery store one day with my kids, and
I was getting ready to write a bad check, but
gonna hope I could beat the beat it, beat the
check to the bank and pay it on the Monday,
because I went on Sunday to the grocery store and
then Monday I needed to make a deposit. But I
(22:05):
got paid on Monday. So I was walking around the
grocery store putting items.
Speaker 9 (22:10):
In my basket, and all of a sudden, this little girl,
she's about twelve or thirteen, came up to me with
an empty basket and she said, I'll trade your baskets.
And I said, I don't want your basket, it's empty.
Mine has stuff in it. She said, my grandmother said
she'll pay for all your stuff in your basket. And
everything you put in an empty basket you paid for.
And I was like, oh, I'm done dropping, okay.
Speaker 10 (22:30):
Oh.
Speaker 9 (22:31):
And that was such a blessing because I was getting
ready to write a bad check and I just got
blessed just out of the clear blue and it was
just so awesome, and I was so grateful and thankful
for that, and I you know, that just made.
Speaker 13 (22:43):
Me feel good.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
And did you get your name?
Speaker 9 (22:46):
Yeah, her name is Helen Draper.
Speaker 5 (22:48):
Helen Draper.
Speaker 9 (22:50):
Yep, she lives in Pomona.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
I think, yeah, wow, that's so cool.
Speaker 7 (22:55):
Thank you so much.
