My Grandma's and the Scottish soccer fans are causing beer shortages.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Biggest bars in Boston have run out of beer thanks
to soccer fans from Scotland. They call themselves the Tartan
Army and they launch legendary celebrations every World Cup. But
across the city they drank all the beer. Who it
was gone I mean and gone fast too. Yeah, no reserves.
According to reports, the Scottish fans drank four times more

(01:05):
beer than a normal fourth of July crowd would and
that forced breweries to schedule emergency deliveries. Scotland is scheduled
to play Morocco in Foxborough on Friday nights.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Good walk, I gotta stock Man. How do you not
how do you not plan ahead from that? You know,
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Taylor Swift has commissioned a massive stage for her and
Travis keil. He's wedding event at Madison Square Garden is
being secretly built at a Pennsylvania production facility, and it's
a massive facility where bands often rehearse before going on tour.
Think that like the Sphere and Burbank. It's kind of
like the East Coast version of that, but it's just
this giant thing. So they're building this massive stage in

(04:19):
a warehouse under locking key, with security guards patrolling the area.
So that's gonna be fun to see what kind of
stage she thought up.

Speaker 9 (04:28):
Are you still one hundred percent sure this is happening
at Madison Square Garden?

Speaker 1 (04:31):
I think I did.

Speaker 5 (04:31):
Yeah, I think so, I do.

Speaker 9 (04:34):
Okay, you think it's all just to throw us off.
I felt like it was a red herring. Oh, you know,
so that people think it's there and then they're gonna
be somewhere.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
I don't know. This is interesting.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
I guess we'll see and what divorced Jelly Roll was
back on stage last night with in Toronto's. News of
his split from his wife Bunny XO was breaking worldwide.
Jelly did remove his now x from his Instagram. Jelly's
daughter took to social media said everyone's interest in the
news is crazy and that it's a private family matter.
People magazine reports that just six months before announcing the

(05:04):
shocking split, they were undergoing in vitro fertilization IVF. So
the split definitely was a little bit on the sudden size.
Some are saying that it was different religious views, that
Jelly Roll has gone way Christian and that Bunny Exo's
past as a sex worker wasn't vibing with him anymore.
So I don't know who knows, But like his daughter said,

(05:25):
it's a private family matter, it's just that it's global
news as well. And reality star Michelle saw Whoney confirmed
that she is dating doctor Dre. They sparked dating rumors
in April and photographed in public holding hands. Eight months ago,
Michelle finalized her divorce. She's thirty seven years old. She
stars in the vander Pump Rules spin off The Valley,

(05:46):
and Michelle appears tonight on the Bravo talk show Watch
what Happens Live if you want to dive more into
her relationship with Drey and j Lo worked so hard
she worked ninety eight days in a row. She went
on the SmartLess Pots cast and said that she worked
herself blind.

Speaker 10 (06:02):
I wasn't all right, and I went back to the
trailer and I sat down, and all of a sudden,
like I just couldn't see like it was almost like
I couldn't see clearly, like something just went over my
eyes and I couldn't move.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
So can you work yourself blind like that? Maybe just
her whole equilibrium was off balance and that affected her vision. Ryan,
you can't hear in one ear?

Speaker 2 (06:27):
No, I've had no hearing in my left ear for
a month.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Now.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Do you think it's work related?

Speaker 2 (06:31):
I worked myself down.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
I think you did in one ear.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
I feel you, Jayla.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
We are praying that it comes back. And here's a

Studies show watching major sporting events and this is the
biggest in the world creates that sense of community belonging.
It helped us all feel more connected to friends, family,
even complete strangers like our very own DJ, Michael Motion.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Was there what last Friday at the kickoff?

Everywhere from Japan. Yeah, just coming together, cheering everybody one,

Speaker 1 (09:24):
Many single ladies saying, wow, the dating pool just got huge.
Six point five million new visitors to.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
The un that's what happens. I mean even this morning,
we all walked in.

Speaker 9 (09:32):
Instead of saying how is your night, the very first
thing we talked about was Messi's hat trick, or Ellen's
friend in Dallas saying the hot Croatians are taking it's
all bonding and that triggers the release of dopamine, that's
our feel good chemical. It boosts your mood, it creates
memorable shared experiences. And then on top of that, it's
proven that when this comes around, it inspires greater physical activity.
People get inspired to go kick a ball around or

(09:53):
just spend time outside. So while the action happens on
the pitch, the real happiness is happening off of it,
and that is always the goal.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
It's the old Came Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Coast one O three point five Top Stories, Top of
the Hour, Good morning, a Melan kay here on your Wednesday,
June seventeenth, two men from Riverside County have been arrested
and charged in connection with the plot to attack that
UFC event at the White House. Brian Rowe and Michael
Thomas the alleged local masterminds the FBI confirming day along

(10:30):
with twenty others. We're planning to use explosive drones and
guns to quote target the wealthy and elite. And what
about this new research showing that stress along our San
Andrea's fault is sitting at its highest level in one
thousand years. That's a whole lot of pressure studies finding
that the cone passes kind of the gatekeeper right now,
allowing simple events to occur without rupturing the entire area.

(10:52):
And will the King become a warrior? NBA insider suggesting
Lebron is looking at leaving the Lakers to finish his
career alongside his Steph Curry. Bill Simmons says Golden State
is making a full court press to lure Lebron this offseason. James,
He's very much listening. The window for unrestricted free agency
opens in two weeks and then tutah this breaking this morning,

(11:13):
Lebron reportedly in active negotiations on a new deal with
the Lakers. According to ESPN, this would be the forty
one year old's twenty fourth season in the NBA. We're
waiting to see what's going to happen there. And clean
up your car. Dating is tough. It's another way people
judge you. A survey revealed that seventy eight percent of
singles say the way you keep your car says a

(11:34):
lot about you. Seventy percent say clean car makes you
more put together. Corter say that they have dumped a
date because of a messy car. And here are the
things that turn us off the most. Number three gym
bags or shoes, Number two empty cups, and number one
trash on the floor. So clean it up. It'll just
make you look more attractive. And a couple more clouds,

(11:55):
little less heat hitting for your Wednesday highs in the eighties,
A very welcome cooling trend through the weekend. Father's Day.
On Sunday, Fontana, you go to eighty five Fuller ten
eighty and it is sixty five in Burbank Kost, Los Angeles.
It's Coast one, A three point five coming up. We're
gonna play the llen k Q and a oh. We
also have your letters to Ellen. It's all about social

(12:16):
media and how it could get someone in big, big trouble.
Mister plus Bunny XO has been wiped from jelly Rolls
Instagram in its entirety. That's a savage move by jelly Roll.
As you know, he filed for divorce. She's been seen
with Chad Kroger of Nickelback.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
It's the llen k Morning Show.

Speaker 8 (12:37):
You guys are the absolute best.

Speaker 13 (12:38):
You guys bring so much joy to everybody, including myself
and my family.

Speaker 12 (12:42):
Keep on doing what you're doing. I love you.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
Guys, so much coast one O three point five.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
We're gonna give you a chance to when your way
into Lego Land four packs. It is Lego Land, California
Resort and we play the ellen KQ and A that
is on the horizon. Guys. Yes, we're the llenk Morning Show.
We also get your letters to Ellen. We'll get to
this one from Bradley in one second. But first I
thought this was really interesting, all this World Cup stuff

(13:09):
and France's team, each of them carries luxury bags, so
they don't have just like gym bags. They have air mez,
you know, all of these luxury bags that they use,
so they're flexing those. The French national team, known as
Le Blues, showed off this bag collection that would have

(13:31):
just everyone. I mean Chanell, so I don't know if
you're a man if you carry Chanel, but it looks
really good on them, yeah, of course.

Speaker 9 (13:41):
And then there are teams you know that don't they
don't come from a lot, they don't have a lot,
and they're rolling up to matches like in vans with
no windows exactly.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
It's like yeah, yeah, well we can't get enough and
we can't get enough of your letters to Ellen, So
thank you for writing to us at Coast one of
three five dot com tap that envelope, this one from Bradley.
Dear Ellen. A few days ago, my ex wife Sabby
and her new husband announced the birth of their baby
girl on Instagram. Within minutes, several of my closest friends

(14:09):
were liking the post, leaving heart emojis, writing things like
so happy for you and congratulations on your beautiful family.
Every one of those comments feels like a punch to
my gut. The reason this hurts so much is because
during our entire marriage I wanted a baby with Sabby.
We spent years arguing about it. She always said she
wasn't ready. But two years after our divorce, here she

(14:31):
is holding a newborn daughter in her arms. Am I
wrong for feeling betrayed when I see my friends celebrating
the very thing that broke my heart? Every like feels
like they're cheering for a life that should have been mine.
I haven't said anything to them because I don't want
to seem bitter. Am I love your letters to Ellen.
Thank you, Bradley. So yeah, you know, when it comes

(14:53):
to social media and likes and follows and all that stuff.

Speaker 9 (14:56):
Things get so sticky so fast.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
He needs to stay off social media for a while.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
I think, just don't look at it, Yeah, stay off
of it.

Speaker 5 (15:08):
It sounds like he hasn't moved on, you know.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
I think though that. I mean, look, people these they're
seeing a baby.

Speaker 9 (15:16):
They're seeing a baby, reacting how you see how you
do when you see a baby.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
That's it.

Speaker 9 (15:19):
They're not like celebrating the collapse of your dream Bradley's.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
It's a normal thing to like a picture of a baby, right, right.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
I guess in relationships there are factions, right, That's a
good point. Has moved on and she has a new
family now and baby girl, And I think I don't know.
I mean, I don't know. Bradley just seems to be
stuck on the fact that the reason, one of the
reasons that they broke up was that she wasn't ready

(15:48):
to have a baby and he really wanted one.

Speaker 9 (15:50):
But those lights aren't done with with spite or ill intent.
They're not doing it to make Bradley irritate. Bradley's too
close to it to understand that.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
I think, do you think sometimes people do touch the
heart give it a comment.

Speaker 14 (16:06):
To be I think they can Yeah, yeah, against them, Yeah,
that's possible.

Speaker 9 (16:15):
But I also think, I mean some look, the life
we imagine doesn't always go the way we had planned.
That doesn't mean Bradley still doesn't have time to become
a dad or a father figure. Don't get so hung
up on this man.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
Every one of those comments feels like a punch to
the gut. Am I wrong for feeling betrayed when I
see my friends celebrating the very thing that broke my heart?

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Would that bother you?

Speaker 1 (16:40):
You know? I would like to say no, Yeah, I know,
I know, so would I I don't I think it would.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
I feel like it would too. It's easy to say,
don't let it.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Yeah right, yes, But then you know, whatever feeling you get, Like,
that's what they say, if you're cleaning out a closet,
hold the items up to your heart. If you don't
feel anything, that goes in the donator of the trashman.
But if you feel something, there is something. So I
think that when you see something and you feel something,
it means something. Does that make it? It doesn't sound

(17:13):
I don't know. I don't know. I mean, I think
it's pretty common and if it's happened to you give
us a call, Bradley, We're gonna get you some help
with the best listeners in the world. It's eight hundred
ninet two nine kost.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
It's letters to Ellen's controlling.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
She doesn't know what she wants.

Speaker 8 (17:29):

Speaker 12 (17:32):
Wish that this could happen if.

Speaker 8 (17:33):

tiny little pigeon hidden in Miniland and it's five bricks.

Speaker 1 (18:15):

sell a supercharger or a Turber charger, it has to
pass California mission line and we help do that and
then help the paperwork so you can get an executive
order to sell your product and not get in trouble.

Oh why I get it because they don't talk back.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
All right, Well, you're going to Lego late it's a
four pack. You also get a Lego Edition Soccer Highlights set.
It's going to be so much fun. And eighty five
percent of adults have chosen a pet over love. That's
a strong bond.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
Right there, it is.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
We've got some money for you too, coming up here.
Llen K one K Pete your song of the day,
Toxic by Britney Spears. It's coming up just around the corner.
It's worth one thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (22:33):
It's the L and K Morning Shell.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
It's great listening to you every day.

Speaker 12 (22:36):
You guys write my day.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
It's Coast one oh three point five, Top Stories, Top

Escape and Hosi Marvcina Diaz one of the wildest days

(23:02):
any athlete in human history could have when he left
his team Hotel in Atlanta to play in his first
World Cup game at forty years old for the small
nation of Cape Verdet. All he hoped for was to
put on a good performance. Twenty four hours later, following
a game where he made several huge saves and directed
his backline like a general, Vosina is now the most
talked about athlete in the entire world. He has more

(23:24):
followers on Instagram than Patrick Mahomes. He's standing at ten
point six million right now. He started a forty thousand
Instagram followers to put things in perspective. Shohe Otani has
ten point eight millions, so show hey, look over your shoulder.
Here comes Wozina and he also wants his mom to
attend the World Cup. She's not been able to travel
to the US because of visa related issues. Here he

(23:47):
talks about it.

Speaker 15 (23:48):
She didn't manage to be here because of the money
you have to pay for the visa. We didn't manage
on time, and I would like she to be here.
But I'm very happy also, and I'm very happy for well.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
Great news for you. The US State Department says it's
now working with this family to help her obtain the
documents needed. So she can watch her son play. And
a six year old boy in Norway went on a
school field trip and spotted something sticking out of the dirt.
It turned out to be a thirteen hundred year old
Viking era sword. The sword has now been taken to
a museum in Oslo, where it will be cleaned, studied
and preserved. It's in really great shape. Some Vikings used that,

(24:24):
maybe even pre Viking. All right, what about this? A
beautiful day today? Cooling down just a tiny bit. That's
why we have a heavier marine layer to burn off
highs in the mid eighties, and right now it is
sixty six in burbank Kost, Los Angeles Coast, one of
three point five coming up one thousand dollars for you.
You're listening for Toxic by Britney Spears. When it plays,

(24:46):
get your cash.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
But I saw a man will to lie.

Speaker 4 (24:53):
It's the lank morning shell.

Speaker 14 (24:54):
I love her, I love his eyes, I love everybody.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
Right now three point five we have free money for
you coming up sometimey four nine. You're listening for Britney Spears.
Your ellen K one K payday song of the day
is Toxic, worth one thousand dollars so that's going to
play at any moment. Just keep it here to win
your cash. And we get your letters to Ellen. We

(25:18):
read them every Monday and Wednesday. Thank you so much
for writing to us letters about everything you could think
of and some that we would never think of. You know,
sixty percent of all adults get their feelings hurt by
social media. I believe it. It's just sometimes maybe it's
because it's written, it's out there. Maybe it's a photo

(25:40):
or a comment and we're not saying it to someone's
face or doing to someone's face. Is just living there online.
So Bradley wrote us this letter. He said, Dear Ellen.
A few days ago, my ex wife Sabby and her
new husband announced the birth of their baby girl on Instagram,
and within minutes, several of my closest friends were liking

(26:00):
the post and leaving heart emojis, writing things like so
happy for you and congratulations on your beautiful family. The
reason this hurts so much is because during our entire marriage,
I wanted a baby. We argued about it for years.
She always said she wasn't ready. But here we are,
two years after our divorce. She's holding a newborn daughter
in her arms. Smiling. Am I wrong for feeling betrayed

(26:23):
when I see my friends celebrating the very thing that
broke my heart. I haven't said anything to them because
I don't want to seem bitter, am I? And that's
from Bradley. He says, love your letters to Ellen, Thank you, Bradley.
So yeah, that's a just think of life before social media.
We didn't never have to have.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
These This wasn't our parents' problems.

Speaker 1 (26:44):
Yeah right, And if you wanted to say something to someone,
you'd call them, or you would just tell them to
their face. But now Bradley's getting his friends commenting on
this beautiful baby girl and it's hurting his feelings. So
he's one of the sixty percent of all adults who
get hurt by social posts. A lot of calls for

(27:06):
this Priscilla, you have your own thoughts on this.

Speaker 8 (27:12):
I okay, don't follow her on social media.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
Oh just denial, just don't even look at it.

Speaker 8 (27:20):
Yeah, get that as your daily seed.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Yeah, you can mute people. You don't have to see it.

Speaker 8 (27:27):
Yeah, yeah, that's right. You don't have to like block her,
but mute her, and then he doesn't have to see
who likes who's liking what.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
Okay, but then he's going to go to bed at night,
he's going to be curious, like, how many more of
my friends made a comment about her beautiful new family
that I wanted to have with her but she wouldn't
have with me.

Speaker 8 (27:45):
Yeah that's hard.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
Oh poor guy. Okay, well that's good advice. Just get
it out of sight. Yes, sounds like you're busy.

Speaker 8 (27:54):
I know my kids are all home. There's four little ones,
so oh my god. Yeah, okay, tell them we said
what up? Okay, Well thanks.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
By, I'm sure that's what my house sounded like. We
were six kids. Oh wow, like one year apart. Yeah,
that is just I love the sound though. That's comforting
to me. But for SI, we know you're you're busy

(28:28):
and thanks for that. What do you think, Ryan, what
do you think about Bradley's letter?

Speaker 2 (28:33):
I mean, it's easy for me to say, don't let
it bother you.

Speaker 9 (28:36):
Oh yeah right, but I think if you're in that position,
you don't know how you're gonna feel. Look, the people
are not doing this, they're not liking it or saying
congrats out of spite toward you.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
You have to remember that are they're not I don't
think they are. It's a baby.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
But it's several of his closest friends.

Speaker 9 (28:50):
But that's okay because they know her too. They're not
doing it to be mean. You have to remember that try.
But again, that's an easy advice to piece of advice
to give. Yeah, that were me, I'd be like, like,
what what are you doing that for?

Speaker 14 (29:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (29:03):
Right, look at the lines because we're all touched by
social media in so many moments.

Speaker 4 (29:08):
It's letters to Ellen.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
He's controlling, he doesn't know what she wants.

Speaker 12 (29:13):
I'm been single for a five year that I could
only wish that this could happen.

Speaker 13 (29:16):
If he's got ready to wear the ring.

Speaker 12 (29:18):
Hopefully he's not someone else.

Speaker 7 (29:20):
Letters do Ellen every Monday and Wednesday on the Ellen
k Morning Show cost one oh three point five, so.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
Many calls for Bradley. Bradley wrote a letter to Ellen,
and he's upset because his ex wife and her new
husband posted their new baby girl on Instagram and some
of Bradley's friends are commenting on it, leaving likes and
emojis and what a beautiful family, and Bradley's feelings are hurt.

(29:46):
So sometimes social media does that to us. So this
is Instagram, and Bradley doesn't know what to do about it.
One of the reasons it didn't work out with he
and his ex wife Sabby is that he really wanted
a baby with her and she said she wasn't ready.

Speaker 9 (30:03):
Yeah, so he's seeing that as like that should have
been me and now you're liking it. What kind of
friend are you?

Speaker 1 (30:08):
Exactly?

Speaker 11 (30:09):
Ryan?

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Why have you lived through this?

Speaker 2 (30:10):
No, I'm putting myself in a shoe.

Speaker 5 (30:12):
It sounds like I assume.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
That's where he thinks.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
But I just say a record number of calls to
help out Bradley, and also, Bradley, you know you bared
your heart and soul and that letter to Ellen. Let's
go to David. So, David Manda man, what do you think?

Speaker 13 (30:32):
I think the first thing is Bradley should just get
off social media period. Unless you know the better you're off.

Speaker 4 (30:39):
Oh.

Speaker 13 (30:41):
I would tell him, you know what it's it's wisher
well and then move on with your life.

Speaker 1 (30:46):
Should he leave a comment on their on their baby post?

Speaker 13 (30:51):
No, no, no, no comment. No, don't entertain it. Don't
entertain it whatsoever, because then you start going down the
rabbit hole and you know, start you know, of figuring
out who who left comments. It's just it's better just
to beet it and forget it and leave it alone.

Speaker 1 (31:06):
Did this happen to you, David.

Speaker 13 (31:11):
No, I don't have an Instagram. I never had an
Instagram on social media, and I prefer it that way.
Like I said, the less I know, the better. So
I love a happier, happier life without knowing other people's business.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
I got.

Speaker 9 (31:24):
I got rid of Facebook eight years ago and I'm
convinced still to this day.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
It's one of the best things for my mental health.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
Really. Wow.

Speaker 13 (31:31):
Yeah, yeah, that's the key, the mental health spot because
again it's all of a facade and fantasy on there anyways,
and so without it, I think life will be much better.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Well, thank you so much, David. Bradley's listening. So that's
going to make him feel really good.

Speaker 13 (31:48):
All right, hanging up, Bradley, You'll get through it.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Oh that's a nice message. I was thinking. When we
first started together and you were on Facebook, your profile
picture was a half man half.

Speaker 2 (32:01):
Yeah, it was a centaur.

Speaker 5 (32:02):
Why I liked it?

Speaker 9 (32:05):
Okay, it's like my upper body flexing and I had
a body of a horse.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Thank god. I deleted it.

Speaker 7 (32:10):
