she has her iPad. Everything iskind of falling all over. But
this tall guy gets up out ofthe aisle and she sits in the middle

over and her bag and all thestuff and he loads it up right,

and then we fly. We dothe flight. Everything's fine. She's sitting
in the middle playing Solitaire on heriPad. I saw her husband too,
he's her screensaver. His name's Jorge, so I knew it's Yolanda. She
ordered cranberry juice, and you know, she's playing solitaire and we talked a
little bit. I love that gametoo. And then we land and we
get up and we're dboarding and she'swalking really slow and she's got all this

stuff, you know, the bigcoat, the bag, the iPad,
and it's all falling all over again. Yeah. So we get to the
you know, the what's that thingcalled the catwalk thing? Yeah, and
she says, oh, my wheelchairis not here, and there's no wheelchairs
waiting there at all or attendants oranything. So this tall guy says,

I'm your wheelchair, and he takesher arm and he puts it around his
arm and he walks so slow upthe side of that cat walk with Yolanda,
and I said, you got I'mgoing to walk behind you, just
to be back up, because shereally was having a real struggle walking,

case I had to carry herself.Well, she makes it up to the

top and that's where all the wheelchairsare, but still no attendant. So
I help her get in the wheelchairand then I wheel her out, but

get up and we're dboarding and she'swalking really slow and she's got all this

she says, oh, my wheelchairis not here, and there's no wheelchairs
waiting there at all or attendants oranything. So this tall guy says,

I'm your wheelchair, and he takesher arm and he puts it around his
arm and he walks so slow upthe side of that cat walk with Yolanda,
and I said, you got I'mgoing to walk behind you, just
to be back up, because shereally was having a real struggle walking,
like almost like does he need tocarry her? So I was there in
case I had to carry herself.Well, she makes it up to the

top and that's where all the wheelchairsare, but still no attendant. So
I help her get in the wheelchairand then I wheel her out, but
still there's no one there. Sothis tall gentleman whose name is Gregory,
says, I'm going to take itfrom here. He finds a Southwest attendant

where you're going next? And shepulls out her ticket. It's the wrong
one, the other one. Shefinally finds her ticket, it's you know,
paper, she prints it out andshe had to be in the next

I'm going to find someone to takeher there. And this Gregory said,
