was just so positive every day because her doctor said,

kind of born with anyway. So my husband nicknamed her
Optimistic Eileen.

My sister had the same perspective when she went through
her cancer journey. I remember looking at her and she
was always my little sister. Yeah, and then when that happened,
I started looking up to her because I'm like.

Yeah, it was not an option. She just kept it
straight positive.

years and years and years shows it's a large scale
study that optimistic people live fifteen percent longer and have
seventy five percent greater odds of living to the age
of eighty five. Optimism reduces inflammation, It lowers your stress,

It improves your cardiovascular health, and enhances your immune functions
so that you don't get sick as often biological changes
that extend both lifespan and health span. So not only
if you have a good attitude just about things that
are very, very hard to do or get through. I
promise you you're going to live such a happier life. After

she beat breast cancer, my mom went fifteen years and
then the lung cancer, which was a weird genetic thing,
popped up.

But every day, she said.

She would she would go down her staircase and there
was a landing and it had all these photos of
all of us and grandkids, and she would stop and
say good morning to each of us every morning. And
she even when she was diagnosed with lung cancer. She's

drug trials and things like that, but she she would

just thank God for every day. And she went eight
years battling this horrible disease. So just whatever it is,
you're up against have a good attitude.

A month before our recent spring break trip to the Bahamas,
my wife Hannah announced she had taken care of the
hotel and spending money for our family vacation. I was thrilled,
but a little stunned because we don't have cash reserves
that I know of Anyway. When I asked where her
stash came from, she told me that she started saving
secretly and left it at that.

was just so positive every day because her doctor said,

kind of born with anyway. So my husband nicknamed her
Optimistic Eileen.

My sister had the same perspective when she went through
her cancer journey. I remember looking at her and she
was always my little sister. Yeah, and then when that happened,
I started looking up to her because I'm like.

Yeah, it was not an option. She just kept it
straight positive.

So this Harvard study of two hundred thousand women over
years and years and years shows it's a large scale
study that optimistic people live fifteen percent longer and have
seventy five percent greater odds of living to the age
of eighty five. Optimism reduces inflammation, It lowers your stress,

It improves your cardiovascular health, and enhances your immune functions
so that you don't get sick as often biological changes
that extend both lifespan and health span. So not only
if you have a good attitude just about things that
are very, very hard to do or get through. I
promise you you're going to live such a happier life. After

she beat breast cancer, my mom went fifteen years and
then the lung cancer, which was a weird genetic thing,
popped up.

But every day, she said.

She would she would go down her staircase and there
was a landing and it had all these photos of
all of us and grandkids, and she would stop and
say good morning to each of us every morning. And
she even when she was diagnosed with lung cancer. She's

drug trials and things like that, but she she would

just thank God for every day. And she went eight
years battling this horrible disease. So just whatever it is,
you're up against have a good attitude.

hotel and spending money for our family vacation. I was thrilled,
but a little stunned because we don't have cash reserves

stash came from, she told me that she started saving
secretly and left it at that.
