Good morning, I'm producing Ma Granmos. Hoping that you had
an amazing weekend. What a beautiful weekend. We hiked Runyon
and you know, the West Trail was open for the
first time since the burn area closed it about a
year ago. So I was shocked at how much growth
there is, just like things just growing. I guess after
a burn and then a lot of rain, things just
(00:57):
go crazy. So that was that was pretty cool. My
husband's like, why isn't anyone on this path because it's
like super steep. Yeah, we were climbing all the way.
I think that one's here because it's.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Really hard, very challenging.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
We saw people going down. He said, we are never
doing this.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
You got to see. We went to this sconso and
we're still waiting on some blooms.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
Yeah, it's just okay, okay, a couple of treesk we're
waiting on blooms at the at the the gardens. It
is winter.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
I know you're right, it is. By the way, when
you were hiking, did you see any rat like baby?
Speaker 2 (01:38):
Rattlers?
Speaker 1 (01:39):
Rattlesnakes signs are everywhere.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
I think this is their time where the babies come
outain they don't how to control themselves.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
I went hiking.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
I saw a huge one.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
I'll post the video. What do you do when you
see you go the other way? Okay, yeah, it's rattlesnake season. Yeah,
the coyotes are mating, the rattlers are rattling. Let's make
it a lovely day and the world oh with me.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
Getting up with the and no, it's gonna be here.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
Kelly Clarkson tells us why she's leaving her TV show.
She had to make a firm decision. She talks about
it for the first time. Also Conan O'Brian hosting the Oscars,
and he's opened up about the whiners. You know, they
were at his party the night the night of the instance.

at Official ellen K Coast one of three point five
Inside Entertainment with ellen K.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
At the box office over the weekend, number three. I
can only imagine number two Weathering Heights dropping from number one,
and then goat the animated film got number one, claiming
that top spot with seventeen million dollars. Okay, what about this? Oh,
by the way, the pat Riley statue was put up
yesterday in front of Crypto. It's so cool looking that
whole fore court is looking so amazing and didn't take
(03:19):
a field trip. And we want to say congratulations again
to both the men and women's hockey team winning in
the same year and then the men winning first time
since what nineteen eighty. You know there was someone on
the team USA who's dad won in nineteen eighty and
whose grandpa won in nineteen sixty two. My gosh, yeah,
how cool is that? And then then Tate McGray with
(03:40):
Jack Hughes, who made that winning goal, and he said
that he went to bed the night before dreaming about
making that winning goal, and now she's dating him, and
the Canadians want them to break up because they don't
want one of their own who's date McGray dating an American.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
I mean that's over.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
That's a lot, right, Oh my god. Okay, what about this.
Conan O'Brien went on a podcast and he talked about
the awful death of his close friends Robin Michelle Reiner,
who were attending his Christmas party the night they were killed.
He was one of the last people to see him alive.
To have that experience is saying good night to somebody
and having them leave and then find out the next
(04:18):
day that they're gone. I think I was in shock
for quite a while afterwards. Oh my gosh, totally. Conan
will be hosting the Oscars and those air mid March,
so I don't know. That'd be hard to to I
don't know if I could do that, it'd be tough
to pop out of that. Yeah, yeah, what about this.
(04:39):
Kelly Clarkson opening up about ending her talk show, and
she's made her decision. She wants to focus on her family.
Speaker 5 (04:45):
Our family life.
Speaker 7 (04:46):
The dynamic changed a bit, and it has changed for
a minute now.
Speaker 5 (04:50):
So it's I think it's just you got kids.
Speaker 8 (04:53):
We've all got kids, right, and it's one of those
things when you kind of start seeing life is how
precious it is too.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
I'm totally precious, all right, Kelly. We support and love you.
You know, Pink will fill in for her a little
bit and keep it. Here's something fun to send you to.
And it's a four pack stacked with four packs.
Speaker 5 (05:15):

Speaker 10 (05:43):

Speaker 2 (05:45):
All right, all right, we got your name. I don't
think we have.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
My name is Monica.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Hey Monica. Well congratulations to you Monica. And it's a
four pack to Lego Land.
Speaker 10 (05:56):
All right, thank you.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Love Lego Land so much.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
I haven't been there in years.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
You're gonna have so much fun. There's so many new
things to do.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
How many bricks would you guess? Just take a take
a shot in the dark. How many bricks are at
Lego in like Lego bricks in totally? Yeah, you go first,
Go ahead, Monica.
Speaker 10 (06:15):
I'd say about fourteen thousand.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
No, maybe more, Yeah, it's definitely more.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
Okay, I'm gonna go billion a billion.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
Okay, Wow, you guys really are running the range here.
It's sixty million.
Speaker 6 (06:27):
Oh okay, Hi five The llen k Morning Show text
us anytime at five one oh three five.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Let's uh talk letters. It's coast one of three point five.
It's your happiness hack.
Speaker 4 (06:42):
So we all have to do lists, right, I think
we either keep them, I don't know, in our brain,
maybe on four hundred post it notes like you owen.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
Yeah, I find that it helps to write them down.
Write down your to do list, because if you don't
write it, you'll forget it. And it was important enough
you'll write it.
Speaker 4 (06:58):
Have it in our phones. Maybe we have a note, Arlene,
is a full Excel spreadsheet over there?
Speaker 1 (07:04):
I phone, it's a to do list. It's not it's
just nice to have something to look at.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
I understand that, but this is even nicer to look at.
Speaker 4 (07:11):
Instead of a to do list, we're going to swap
up those o's for a's.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
It's a to do list, toda, toda, toda. So there's
a lot of pressure that comes with starting a to
do list.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
The new viral to dollarst trend is actually better for
your productivity and your overall mental health. So create a thing,
a list of things you finished daily, and it can
be anything.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
Okay, but the to do list would have nothing to
do with my to do list. If I don't see
the to do list, I can't say today because I
don't know what I'm going to finish, you know what
I mean? So can I have it to do on
a today?
Speaker 4 (07:44):
Just create a dollars not even out of the dollars
to the to do list.
Speaker 6 (07:48):
Defeating the entire Coast one o three point five the

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Top stories, Top of the hour, Good Morning of ellen K.
Flu activity across the south Land is not slowing down
quite the opposite, health officials reporting nineteen percent uptick in
flu from this time last week. While most new cases
are still influenza, a third of infections are now influenza B,
which typically shows up late winter. Somewhat good news is
(08:16):
that B has less intense symptoms. And what about this.
NASA is returning their Moon rocket to the hangar for
more repairs. Last week a wet dress rehearsal didn't go
as planned, and then there's some weather and now Artemis
too is heading back to the hangar.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
We're now targeting March sixth as our earliest launch attempt.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
I am going to caveat that. There is still pending work.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
All right. Four restaurants hoping to go to the Moon
soon at A common meme about a stunning photograph is
hang it in the loof. That's exactly what an activist
group did as a prank. The arrest photo of former
Prince Andrew mount Batan Windsor was framed and placed on
a blank wall inside the loof in a super fancy
gold frame. Stafford of the photo within minutes. And the
(09:02):
two year old dog who was abandoned by his owner
at Harry Reid Airport in Vegas earlier this month has
been adopted by the family of Las Vegas Metro Police
officer Skeeter Black, one of the officers involved in his
rescue his former owner, Juraman Bryce And tied her dog
to a metal baggage sizer and then left to board
the plane after she didn't produce the proper paperwork to
(09:22):
register the animals a service dog for the flight. She
was booked on charges of animal abandonment, resisting arrest, and
providing a false statement to obstructing a police officer. We'll
see when her a day in court will be. And
two bits are really great news from her partners at Disneyland. First,
they're easing time restrictions on park copper tickets. For years,
guests have only been able to enter one park before
eleven am. And then we were able to switch that
(09:43):
as Going Away and the beloved Monsters in Contraction staying
open through next year. A drastic reversal from initial plans
to close next month. The park was going to shut
it down to make room for new construction, but that
is no longer needed. So yay and YEA for the day,
YEA for the weather. It's just a beauty today. We're
going to have eighties across the board right now. It
is fifty one in Burbank Kost, Los Angeles's Coast one
(10:06):

Speaker 3 (10:47):
Right to Ellen for advice, because she's seen two she
is Ellen.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
All right, Thank you Emma for writing us a letter
to Ellen. And you can too. Just go to Coast
one of three five dot com and tap the envelope,
just click on it and then we get your letter.
Dear Ellen. My son Brian is twenty nine years old, successful,
kind and the absolute center of my world. It's been
just the two of us for most of his life,
(11:14):
as dad left when he was little, so we've always
been very close. We have random dinners, movie nights, and
long phone calls about everything from work, stress to fantasy football.
He still calls me regularly on his commute home. Now
he's in love. Her name is Sherry, and I want
to love her too. But Sherry has made it very
clear she wants Brian all to herself. At first, it
(11:36):
was small things, not responding to texts in the group chat,
declining invitations to dinner, forgetting to tell me about events
until after they happened. Then it escalated. She told my
son Brian she feels like I'm too involved in his life.
She doesn't like that he calls me often. She thinks
our dinners are a bit much, and recently she planned
(11:56):
a birthday trip for him to NAPA and didn't tell
me until the night before they left. When I talk
to her directly, she's polite but cold. Brian says he's
stuck in the middle. I don't want to compete with
my son's girlfriend. I want him to have a full,
happy life, but I also don't want to be erased
from it. Is it wrong that I still expect to
be important? Is it unhealthy that we're this close? Or
(12:17):
does this girlfriend see me as a threat? Thanks for
your help, Emma, Well, I have a friend who's going
through this right now. That son's girlfriend isn't She's not
rude at all, but she's just she's kind of taking
him aside, separating him from everyone he loves.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
But isn't that dominating?
Speaker 4 (12:41):
Isn't that ultimately that doesn't this land and rest on
Brian on the sun?
Speaker 2 (12:46):
That's how I feel.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
Okay, So you're a son, Yes, you're close with your mom. Yes,
you fall in love with Sherry, and Sherry is doing
these same things, not responding to the group texts. I
know that you involve your mom and a lot.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Of you everything, right, all of it.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
So imagine that you're with a girl who just ghosts
your mom.
Speaker 4 (13:06):
Then I'm no longer with that girl. Okay, listen, it's
a non negotiable for me. I call my mom every day,
I tell her everything, but sometimes multiple times a day
I check on her.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
I travel to see her full stop. That's it. That's
life you're in, or you're out well.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
She told Brian that Mama Emma is too involved and
she doesn't like that he calls, that she calls him often,
or that he calls her to why. I guess she
feels threatened. I don't know, but by who.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
It's your mom. It's not what you're calling like your
your coworker every day. It's your mom.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
It's your mom. There is a saying that the mother
son relationship is the longest breakup in the history of history.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
It's your first love. I'll tell you that for sure.
It is.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Yeah, yeah, see, I'm Calvin's just dating around, so I
don't I haven't faced anything like this. There have been
girlfriends that have been, you know, longer term, but they've
always come by and it's been really chill and fun.
But there's never been like this kind of you know,
right right right this this girl, Sherry, Sherry wants Bryan
all to herself. This is what this is. Here's a clue.
(14:18):
If you can call us and help us with Emma.
Is it wrong that I still expect to be important?
Is it unhealthy that we're close? Is this a girlfriend
who sees me as a threat so she doesn't call
Sherry as Sherry, Is this just a girlfriend who sees
me as a threat, Emma? So I don't know where
the problem lies, but maybe you've been through this. It's
(14:39):
eight hundred and ninety nine. Kost Mano says he's out
of there. Yeah, all right, what do you say? Give
us a call.
Speaker 5 (14:47):
It's letters to Ellen.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
She's a cheater.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
She lives in contact with this fool.
Speaker 3 (14:51):
If her daughter in law finds out what she has
done on your show, and never will be healed.
Speaker 1 (14:56):

Speaker 11 (17:13):
We're hungry SNACKI like any something from the vending machine.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
Snack from a vending machine. What a great guess. I
haven't done that for a while because we have a
snack room and they supply it. We don't have a
vending machine here, but I do love a good vending machine.
I have a lot of them in Japan. You could
buy anything in a vending machines.

Speaker 10 (18:09):
Do it?
Speaker 1 (18:10):
I don't even know.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
I think you eat faster when you stand up. I
think that's what it is like. It's not good for
you to eat that faster. It's more of a shovel.
Speaker 1 (18:17):
Okay, shovel.
Speaker 3 (18:19):
I don't know. But my husband does it all the time.
I'll make a good dinner and he'll stand at the.
Speaker 11 (18:24):
Stove and eat.

He's John, a driver supply delivery. What kind of ride
are you in? Is it an eighteen wheeler or what

Speaker 3 (19:10):
Just a small box truck.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
It's a box truck, all right, John, So what do
you think it is? Twenty percent of us do this
when we're hungry.
Speaker 10 (19:18):
Could it be eating while driving in the car?
Speaker 1 (19:21):
Eating in the car? John, What a great guess. You're
on the road all the time. Do you take most
of your meals in your truck?
Speaker 12 (19:30):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (19:30):
By stop?
Speaker 1 (19:31):
Yeah you stop? Yeah. I love to pull over and
just eat in the car or eat while driving. You know,
it's fun. You go to in and out and then
you just reach into that bag of fries. Yeah, I
got just one a few, and then pretty said, they're John,
it's a great guess. Eat in the car. You are right,
(19:52):

Speaker 4 (20:26):
I will put food in the trunk of the car
so the car does not smell.
Speaker 1 (20:30):
Left food that says you can't come on ry, get
sloppy with me.
Speaker 6 (20:36):
It's the LLENK Morning Show host one oh three point five.
Speaker 1 (20:42):
We're the LLENK Morning Show. One of my first jobs
in radio, I worked with the guy named John and
I would call him John. He was in production and
he would produce like all the commercials and stuff, and
he would call me tuts Okay, tuts you got a
twots That was his nickname for me, all right, toots
and Today's National TUTSI role Day. So I've always wondered
why they're called tutsie rolls so way back in the
(21:05):
eighteen hundreds. There's a story behind the Tutsie roll. There's
a man in eighteen ninety six named Leo and he
produced the candy in a small store in New York City.
It's kind of, you know, like tappy ish. He named
it after his five year old daughter, Clara, whose nickname
was Tutsie.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Oh, so he.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Made the Tutsie roll named after his daughter Jesus five.
Could you imagine growing up your whole life and your
nickname is a famous candy.
Speaker 7 (21:37):
And then it's a song. I think the Totzi roll
doesn't get enough attention, as.
Speaker 5 (21:54):
You know, or a dance I see Lak Morning Shell.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
This is going to be the most excitingest thing I've
ever done.
Speaker 6 (22:00):
Cost one oh three point five Top Stories, Top of
the Hour, Good morning, I'm ellen k twenty six hundred
games officially in the books, Norway top in ninety two.
Speaker 1 (22:08):
Nations and that got that cold weather crown. Team USA
finished and second followed by the Netherlands. Let's talk about
Jack Hughes. He put the biscuit in the basket to
secure that gold medal for the USA. He is so
stoked to be repped in the red, white and balloon.
Speaker 8 (22:24):
I love the USA, I love my teammates. It's unbelievable,
the US or hockey brotherhood. It's so strong and we
have so much support from next players. And I'm so
proud of the Americans.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
That all right, a little bit of drama for Jack Hughes.
He's dating Tate mcray. Tate mcgray's Canadian and Canadians are
mad that she's dating an American hockey player who just
grabbed the gold from the Canadians. So we'll see what
happens there. She's shrinking it off and not responding, probably
the smartest thing to do. And Patrick Mahomes and Travis
Kelcey are currently facing a trademark infringement lawsuit over the
(22:56):
name of their Kansas City steakhouse, fifteen eighty seven Prime.
The lawsuit was file of a year ago by fifteen
eighty seven Sneakers, a footwear brand that claims the restaurant's
name in fringes on their established branding and the people
think that they are affiliated with each other. I would say, okay, great,
give me on the publicity I can, but yeah, they
are taking them to court. And what about this? Kids
(23:19):
today can barely sit in a chair. An occupational therapists
said many kids struggle to do something simple sit in
a chair without sliding, slouting, or falling. The OT explains,
it's usually not bad behavior, it's weak core strength and
poor posture. A lot of kids' bodies simply aren't strong
enough yet to keep them upright for long periods. Because
modern kids aren't getting enough physical play and movement. It's
(23:41):
pretty scary. Normally builds balance and core muscles. When their
feet don't touch the floor, chairs are too big. Their
bodies have to work over time just to sit still.
And we got a beauty today, seventeen inches of snow
in New York City in the last twenty four hours,
as much as twenty eight inches to fall. It's a
colossal storm on the east. Here in the west, eighty
across the board for your highs. The whole week looking
(24:03):
the same. We're gonna warm as we go too. I'm
sixty two now in Burbank Kost, Los Angeles. It's coast
one of three point five, and we have one thousand
dollars for you. Your name is on it's your ellen

Speaker 6 (25:59):
Posts one or three more the ellen K Morning Show
follow ad official ellen K.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
I wrote to us, Dear Ellen, my son, Brian's twenty
nine successful kind the absolute center of my world. It's
just been the two of us for most of his life.
His dad left when Brian was little, so we've always
been very close. We talk about everything on our phone
calls from work, stress to fantasy football. He calls me
in his commute home. Now he's in love. Her name
(26:24):
is Sherry, and I want to love her too, but
she's made it clear. Sherry wants Brian to herself, so
she's she's trying to take possession. And what do you
do if your MoMA? Emma, thank you so much for
all of your calls. I know Ryan, you said deal over.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
It's a non negotiable, right. My mom is my mom.
We talked daily, thirty minutes minimum on my walk with Penny.
When I get home from work. Sometimes I call her again,
how was the rest of your day?
Speaker 2 (26:50):
That's it?
Speaker 4 (26:51):
And like your dad said, Ellen, when Daddy Dale was alive,
and how many grandkids.
Speaker 2 (26:55):
Did he have?
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Oh my gosh, twenty eight.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
Okay, six kids, twenty eight grandkids? And he said, Dad,
how you do it? And he said, Ellen, there's always
room in your heart for more love.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
He does say that.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
He did say that, right, yep, there's always room. If
you have this love for your mom and you love
this woman that.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
You're with, and they love each other, there's always more room.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Well, let's go to Huntington Beach. Terry, thanks for Colin.
Good morning, hi Ellen.
Speaker 10 (27:19):
I'm on board with Ryan. I'm actually in the same boat,
same practically the same scenario. And Misson's actually twenty nine
and he lives with me, but I see him maybe
once every two weeks.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
Okay, so she's taking all of his time and she
doesn't like you.
Speaker 10 (27:40):
He actually does like me, but they don't spend a
lot of time with me, but they have taken me
out to dinner together. But he reaches out to me.
He does a little bit of stand up comedy at night,
and so he'll invite me to a show. He did
come out yesterday. I hadn't seen him for two weeks.
He came out yesterday to have lunch with me. I
(28:01):
am so happy for my son. I want him to enjoy.
I want him to go out. I want him to
travel with her because he and I travel really well together.
But I think I'm leaving it up to the sun
on this one. To reach out to mom, and she's
always going to be important. You know, she gave him life,
and I just feel like it's really on the sun.
I'm on board with Brian.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
Okay, all right, Well, we were hoping for the best
with the situation. I hope they can all get along
and it's all love. And thank you so much for
sharing your experience.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
Too, exactly.
Speaker 10 (28:31):
Have a great day, you guys.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
Yeah you too. Terry Huntington Beach, what do you do?
And what's Sherry thinking with the girlfriend? What is going
through her mind that she's blocking? I wonder why because
all we know is Emma side right, and it sounds
like Emma and Brian they're like a team that get
along great.
Speaker 4 (28:53):
It could be that Cherry didn't have that same closeness
with her family. Okay, so she thinks it's weird because
she's never experienced That would be my first thought, like, Oh,
you don't get this because you never had it.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Oh right, yeah, Well keep your calls coming. It's eight
hundred ninety nine kost. That's also eight hundred nine two
ninety five six seven.
Speaker 5 (29:13):
Eight Loving the Ellen k Morning.
Speaker 3 (29:15):
Show for your number one fand we love you.
Speaker 5 (29:17):
We love you, make us a precept on your iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
We love you to thank you so much.
Speaker 5 (29:23):
Post one O three point five.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
Everybody agreen with Nano. It's a deal killer for Emma
as a mother of a son who's twenty nine and
now has fallen in love with a girl who doesn't
want to be around his mom. She's a single mother
raised him and she said dad left when Brian was little.
We've always been very close. He calls me on his
(29:44):
commute home. We talk about everything from work stress to
fantasy football. He's in love with a girl named Sherry.
I want to love her too, but Sherry's made it
clear she wants Brian to herself. So you know what,
rereading part of this letter, I'm realizing that there could
be just a built in jealousy that if Brian's telling
mom everything, he's telling her everything, So maybe she feels
(30:08):
like mom Emma has crossed the line, or that Brian
has crossed the line with his mom talking about personal
things about Sherry.
Speaker 2 (30:15):
That could be but again part of the package.
Speaker 1 (30:18):
Sorry, okay, all right, that's how I feel. But do
you talk about private, private things with your mother? Oh?
Speaker 2 (30:27):
All right, yeah, there's nothing off the table.
Speaker 9 (30:30):
I'm so scared because I have a sixteen year old
and I just pray that I'm that important to him, Oh,
that he doesn't put me in this position because she's
going down.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
If that's the case, than you so true.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
Like Ryan said it too, I wouldn't if the table's returned,
I'd be like, oh no, if.
Speaker 4 (30:50):
It's me, nope, taking your earrings out, nope.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
All right, let's go to Rancha Cuckamonga. All right, Betty,
how you doing good?
Speaker 3 (31:03):
Good?
Speaker 2 (31:03):
Good?
Speaker 11 (31:04):
You know, I have two sons and you have one,
and I always laugh and I always smile with you
when you talk about your son, and you could feel it,
you could hear in your voice how much you love
your son, and I know, no, there is no we
can't even explain that.
Speaker 3 (31:19):
It's crazy, so do I honestly believe it's on the
son because if she raised if she raised him well enough,
he should know, Like, there shouldn't be anything. Nothing should
become between the mother and her son, or parents and
their children.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
Nothing.
Speaker 3 (31:32):
Nothing's worth anything. There's nothing, nothing's worth that. It's him
because I don't know what I would do, and I know,
but I know I would stand up to it. I
wouldn't allow it, though I would talk to him.
Speaker 4 (31:42):
You know, I don't know this idea of Betty that
it has to be one or the other.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Yeah, you know what I'm saying. It's like you know,
it's it's two things can be true at once. There's
two different tracks here.
Speaker 4 (31:50):
You can have that bond with your mom and you
can have that love with your with your.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
Love exactly because yeah, there's a mother love like nothing
nothing because you never you're not gonna love your wife
for your girlfriend the way you love your mother. There's
there's no I mean, just like I said, when Alan
talks about her, something like I just feel it. I
know what it is like you just you know, you
don't come between that love for people. You just don't
you know, you just don't.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
No, No, you're right, Betty. Thank you.
Speaker 12 (32:17):
No.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
I love you guys. Thank you guys so much. Okay,
and thank you for everything you do. You guys make
our day for everything good or bad. You guys are
always there. Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (32:26):
Thank you, Betty.
Speaker 5 (32:28):
I love Morning Show.
Speaker 10 (32:32):

you're on the road.
Speaker 6 (32:57):

Speaker 10 (32:58):
I just drop up some thanks for my son's science project.
Speaker 3 (33:02):
That's cool.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
Okay. What did he do for science?
Speaker 10 (33:07):
He was trying to figure out if green onions grew
with lemon des as well as with water and do
they no? Of course? No, okay as much.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
Yeah, that's that's an interesting science fair project. Yeah.
Speaker 10 (33:25):
Yeah, they're in fourth grade and they had to figure
out like what they wanted to do.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
Yeah, yeah, that's really cool. Well, congratulations your color twenty.
When you pick him up, you can tell him you
got a four pack of tickets to Lego Land.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
Yeah, he's gonna be so excited.
Speaker 5 (33:42):

Speaker 5 (33:49):
It's the LAK Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (33:51):
Jesus, I love you guys.
Speaker 5 (33:56):
Host one O three point five.
Speaker 1 (33:57):
I've never been so into hockey as I was with
these Olympic Games, with our men and women winning the
goal for the USA.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
And not just winning it, beating Canada.
Speaker 1 (34:08):
You're no good, you know. I really watched it closely
on what was it Saturday Sunday morning. We got up
early to see it, the men winning Jack Hughes, you know,
putting the biscuit in the basket because you would say.
And the fact that Tate mcgray's's girlfriend had no idea.
(34:31):
Now Canada's mad at her for dating and American that
beat the Canadians.
Speaker 2 (34:34):
They're saying she needs to break up with him.
Speaker 1 (34:36):
Yeah, they're calling her a trader. Oh anyway, love will prevail.
But I was really watching hockey. That is a brutal
war of a sport. I mean, there is not a
second where you can just chillax at all. No, And
(34:57):
I love it when they all scramble down back onto
the ice or when they sub been. Oh yeah, that's
so cool. It's a lot going on the goalies. Well, anyway,
we're all wrapped up in Italy. That means La is
up next. The twenty eight Summer Games arrive here in
eight hundred and seventy two days. Adam Levine stopped by
and I had to bring it up. Your LA's son,
(35:20):
Adam Levine, of LA. And so there's a rumor that
you may or may not be involved in the Olympics
opening ceremony. Oh wow, I haven't heard about that. I
haven't heard.
Speaker 12 (35:28):
That's news to me, okay, all right, and that's not
just poker face, huh yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (35:33):
Mean, damn.
Speaker 12 (35:35):
I remember when the Olympics were here in nineteen eighty four.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
Yeah, I was five, Oh my god.
Speaker 12 (35:41):
Which makes me young or old depending how we were asking.
But I remember my dad took me, and I remember
very vaguely. I don't have much memory of it, but
he took me in and put me up on his shoulders.
Speaker 1 (35:51):
And I watched it the runners run in.
Speaker 12 (35:54):
So yeah, that's this is like what million years later
and I would love to be part of it.
Speaker 1 (36:00):
A cool memory that would be such a full circle moment.
Games eight hundred and seventy two days until we see
Adam Lavina Moon five open the game.
Speaker 5 (36:10):
