toward the end, like getting a little squirmy, and he
looked at me in a couple of you.

Because I gotta go. I gotta go to work. Because
they had a show with the Fear.

overnight go fund me, nearing his goal of one point
three they've actually reached it at this moment, and they're

mammogram and it was a teeny spot, but it was
enough and early enough that she had the mestectomy and

Speaker 5 (16:17):
Hey, good morning, Ellen, Matthew, and Anaheim. Here. I'm single
and I've been having fun with this great girl. We
agreed we're going to keep things very light free, no dramas,
no strings attached. But I'm really falling in love with
her and I'm afraid if I tell her, I'll lose her.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
I think it's so sweet that he's got these intense
feelings for his playmates.

Speaker 17 (16:39):
I think it is too And this is a it's
a pretty common dating dilemma. We go into a relationship
with you know, the idea, and keep things very light,
very casual. But our agreements, either with ourselves or somebody else,
they don't override our emotions. Ah okay, I can't say
that I'm to go watch a very sad movie, but

(17:02):
you know, whatever I do, I'm not gonna leave this
movie feeling sad.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
Oh okay. We don't necessarily have choices.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
So do you see a lot of uncontrollable emotions in
your practice with people who they want it this way?
Or they enter into something a marriage or a relationship
or even a workplace with this expectation, but then their
emotions run away.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
All the time.

Speaker 17 (17:27):
Are feelings they don't ask for permission to come up.
It's I think he's he's kind of struggling with authenticity
versus relational safety. He wants to appear a certain way,
and I think he's concerned that if he expresses his
true feelings, he won't be seen.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
In the same way.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Right I'll tell you if Runaway Emotions were a train,
Ryan Mano would be the engine leading the way on
the tracks.

Speaker 4 (17:55):
Ellen, we have a therapist in here who just said,
sometimes you can't regulate, you can't preregulate, you're going to end.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
It's exactly the excuse he uses every time.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
But then let's okay, let's just say take someone put
him in a situation. We'll call him Ryan, and he
tells his friend Ellen, hey, I developed crazy feelings for
this person. And then Ellen's like, how why you can't
do that? And then I say, but you're not my feeling,
so be quiet.

Speaker 17 (18:15):
Like, now, Ryan, we had the agreement that you were
not going to feel a certain way.

Speaker 5 (18:23):
I know.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
I have another friend. Okay, yeah, let's call her Ellen.

Speaker 4 (18:28):
She meets a guy named Roy and then you know,
they start dating and stuff, and then she meets the
Rodeo Twins and Ellen's like, I can't fall in love
with this guy, but you know, things just Haven Rodeo Twins.

Speaker 3 (18:41):
Okay, So backstory on that.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
My my husband takes me back to Houston from where
he came and we go to the rodeo.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
Because that's what you do.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
Yeah, and the rodeo ends and we're standing like way
up in the raptor area because we were getting ready.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
To leave, and I hear this, AhR Roy. We turn
around and there they are.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Red swede chaps, sun tans and red swayede bikini tops. Right,
and they are twins. They are waving and they know
my husband's name. Well, here's my boyfriend at the time.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
Sometimes my point is, things just happen, and we fall
for who we fall for.

Speaker 3 (19:25):

you know, mostly home improved and stuff, so deep clinging
would help. So my wife's going to be thrilled.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
You could use some of it to get a tasker
to deliver her maybe a big teddy bear or some balloons.

Speaker 10 (20:30):
You know what, I think I will do that too.

Speaker 3 (20:33):
You can get anything done.

Speaker 10 (20:35):
I love you guys. I'll listen to you guys daily,
and you guys do so much for the community too,
so I really appreciate you guys, and you know, keep

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Hello Ellen, Kay, we need to go on vacation.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Thank you?

Speaker 1 (21:23):
Oh okay, well, we said tell us why you need
to go and that was really directing.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
Good Nila, thank you for that. Carrie left us this one.

Speaker 13 (21:32):
Good morning Carrie. And winning turfs and cacos is like
peanut butter and jelly. It's like sushi and with sabi.
It's like tacos and beans. It's like cars and gas.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
It just goes together.

Speaker 13 (21:52):
It's like Ellen, Kay and Ryan, see what I'm going here?
Carrie and winning turks and cakeos.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
That's so sweet. Peanut butter and jelly. Did she say
that one? Did?

Speaker 7 (22:11):
It's the K Morning Show. I love it. You guys
are my morning happiness Coast one oh three point five.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Okay, maybe Valentine's Day for you a single awareness day.

Speaker 3 (22:20):
But don't be sad because that's what that stands for.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
Be glad because if you're a single lady, there is
a new hotspot where you can go looking for love.

Speaker 4 (22:29):
It's very shocking, surprising, the new place. It's blown up
on TikTok. Women are swearing by this.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
Ellen.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
If you were single, Darlene, you were single, You guys
aren't you're married?

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Where would you go to look for love?

Speaker 3 (22:41):
You know what? I wouldn't go look for love, I'd
make it. Come find me.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
That's a good answer, thank you. Looking at the Dodger game, okay,
shared interest, I got it.

Speaker 4 (22:50):
Well, you guys may want to re calibrate your GPS
and take you straight to win a park. Medieval times, Okay,
that's where it's happening. Guys, Women fed up with swipes
and apps are flocking to the castle hoping to meet
a knight of the realm. This isn't an ad for
medieval Times. It's just the thing. So if you've been
to the show, you know, like toward the end, the

(23:11):
knights throughout the flowers, yes, and they make eye contact
with the ladies in the in the seats right, Yes,
the ones that they think are pretty. They give the
flowers so well. The ladies are now bringing something to
throw back to the knights. They're stitching their numbers inside
of napkins and throwing them onto onto.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
The rink, and and love hookups are happening.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
The knights then scoop down and grab the numbers and
then are calling the ladies back that they like.

Speaker 16 (23:34):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
I like this for a lot of reasons.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
You know, I can remember sitting right there making eye
contact with sony, I never got a rose. Yeah, I'm like, okay, thanks,
like you looked at me and you didn't throw one.

Speaker 8 (23:47):
I know.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
Then you throw your number back on the napkin when
you get that rose.

Speaker 5 (23:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
Or can you just throw your napkin?

Speaker 2 (23:55):
You could? I mean, you don't need to if you
could just scoop allum with napkins. See if they like
what they see this?

Speaker 1 (24:00):
Because I think that you could dress up sexy like
a like a Wench.

Speaker 2 (24:04):
Style, Yes, like a period piece type thing with the
course of.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Yes, now where I knows what a course it is.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
So you wear the corset and that always flatters the
bosome area, and you get to eat sloppy.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
And I think guys guys like that.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
Yeah, with your hands, you go in like they used to.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
They just take that. I'm looking at the feast right now.
It's a four course meal fit for royalty. There is
no silverware at all, and there's Valentine's wine all with
your hands.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
And instead of calling a chicken, they call it little dragon.

Speaker 4 (24:33):
What man does not want to see a woman eat
little dragon with her hands?

Speaker 11 (24:37):
La wakes up with the L and K Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (24:39):
I love listening to you guys, in the morning.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
I start my mornings with you guys.

Speaker 7 (24:43):

five talk.

Speaker 7 (25:05):
Hi, Eleen, it's Laura.

Speaker 9 (25:07):
I wanted to let you know that I would love
to go to the Caribbean with my husband. We just
had our anniversary and we've never been there, so it
would be super fun. Plus we're sunshine stalkers and I
just lost fifty pounds this last year, so I'm gonna
get a new bathing suit and just have a drink

(25:27):
in my hand and the toes in the sand.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Yes, Laura's got it going on and how fun? All right, Laura, Well,

family at Coast one o three point five. This is
Tim and Niagara Falls reporting that I am qualified for
a trip to the Turks and Caicos for the fact
that I have not seen a day over twenty five
degrees in three weeks and it doesn't look any better

(26:10):
because of the groundhog. I hope you're all well. Send
me to the beach.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Love you all, Tim from Niagara Falls. Doesn't matter where
you are. If you can tap that mic, you're in.

Speaker 11 (26:27):
LA wakes Up with the LLENK Morning Show.

Speaker 10 (26:30):
Thank you for making a smile even on bad days.

Speaker 9 (26:33):
You guys always make a smile with good music and
good humor and good laud Past one.

Speaker 7 (26:37):
O three point five.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
I think we're t minus like maybe a month until
no Doubt is at the sphere and you will be
there too because we're your hookup. We're the on K
Morning Show and there they are. Coast one of three
point five Talk Back Thursday and keep your talkbacks coming.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
You're automatically entered to win.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
A vacation to the Caribbean Beaches Resort, so keep those
coming in. Ryan made a discovery this morning that has
gone viral and that is its single ladies are going
to medieval times to hook up and meet men.

Speaker 2 (27:12):
Yep, the Knights of the Realm. They like the guys
on horseback.

Speaker 4 (27:16):
You know, they'll toss your rose maybe through your number
back and it's working. People are posting success on TikTok.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
I would like to hear from the Knights of the Realm.
Oh yeah, one of the nights. Yeah, because I wonder
you're like, what do you like? What's your day job?

Speaker 4 (27:30):
Like?

Speaker 1 (27:30):
If we like, say, I don't know, you're getting your
taxes done and there's your account?

Speaker 3 (27:35):
Are you a knight of.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
A night of the room.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
You know you'll hire a tasker through air tasker that
could be a night.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (27:44):
Anyway, Patty heard about your discovery and she left us
as talk pack.

Speaker 14 (27:49):
Okay, that's ridiculous. I don't think I would ever do that.
What age are we talking about? These women are going
to medieval times to get a what feast of some sort?

Speaker 3 (28:02):
That's ridiculous. I don't know. I would not fall for that.

Speaker 14 (28:08):
A strip club maybe, but not that Now anyway all too.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
I like the way she goes.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
Now she's in school, straight to the streak.

Speaker 7 (28:20):
It's the lank morning shell.

Speaker 8 (28:22):
I love her.

Speaker 12 (28:23):
I love your eyes.

Speaker 11 (28:24):
I love everybody right now.

Speaker 7 (28:27):
Hosts one O three point five.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
So you win the Super Bowl, you go to Disneyland,
and now the Seahawks will be sold. So Paul Allen,
who at the Seahawks, passed away. His dying wish was,
after we win the Super Bowl, I want you to
sell the team and give all the money charity. So
his sister is now running it and she has to
sell it because that's.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
What he put in his will.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
And now Apple CEO Tim Cook wants to purchase the
Seahawks for eight billion dollars and then all that money
is going to go to charity. Okay, so this would
be the largest franchise sale in Ellendal history. I'm fascinated
by that because you'd think, like Seahawks, let's keep this going.
But the owner said, hey, now you got to sell
it and then you got to give all the money away.

(29:11):
I love it when billionaires do stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
Yeah, now another billionaire will own Seahawks, right, Yeah, just
keeps going. I call them the Ie Hawks.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
It's a good one, Ryan, and your talkbacks, We're collecting
them all day long. We make the big drawing tomorrow
morning at nine ten. It's a digital drawing, so every
talkback you leave goes right in there and then the
algorithm does its magic and spits back a winter some
nine ten.

Speaker 3 (29:43):
But keep those talkbacks coming. We just got this one.

Speaker 12 (29:46):
Hi Ellen, my name is Buddy. I would really love
to take my fiance fifteen years to the Turksic KOs trip.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
He really deserves that.

Speaker 12 (29:55):
This man has been with me and my children's through
sick and thin. He's always showed nose love. He's always
given everything he can to us, and I would really
love to do something special for him.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Thank you, Oh, thank you, she said fiance of fifteen fifteen.

Speaker 4 (30:15):
Yeah, I see a beach wedding in the future, I
think so.

Speaker 3 (30:19):
Yeah, that would be great. And we're all looking at
producer Mike because.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
I took fourteen years.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
He makes me look like an amateur. Carrie More.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
A rookie, and we we wish you happy talking back,
So keep those coming in on the iHeart app. Just
tap that mac that mic, tap the app and Abe.
Lincoln's birthday is today. He is our quote of the day.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
Kiss on three, kiss on me one two three.

Speaker 5 (30:56):
