Speaker 1 (00:07):
Five o five. If I've Garri see the talk station
heavy Monday MLKA Junior Day.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Some say, well.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
A vacation, and that's.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
The way the news goes. I suppose it is very
happy Monday to you. Happy I have LK Junior Day
and hopefully your day. Hopefully you're not working today, and
honestly I shouldn't be. And I apologize ahead of time.
I am really feeling the effects of the chemo I
got on Thursday and Friday. Yesterday, you know, Saturday, I
was fine. I thought I'm gonna get through this without

(00:51):
any issues whatsoever. And I woke up yesterday and I
just was loopy all day. I couldn't really do anything
at zero energy. My brain is just spinning, and so
pretty much sat around all day and didn't do anything,
and I was just I told Joe late in the day,
I don't know what I'm going to be like this morning,
but I'm going to give it a shot. So I'm
trying to give it a shot. But I assure you,

(01:13):
as I'm sitting here, my brain is not with it.
So I could use all the help I can get
this morning. So if you can feel free to call,
maybe there's a topic. You want to talk about the
chaos in Minneapolis. Iran greenland Lord, almighty. We've got a
lot of topics. It's just that I'm struggling to get
my brain focused, so I might my sincere apologies. Christopher

(01:35):
Smithman coming up at seven twenty. He'll join the program
and vent his spleen as he always does. Former vice
Mayor of the City of Cincinnati. And Jeffrey Stevens after
Christopher smith and Jeffrey Stevens. He's an author and it's
Illusions of Trust is the name of the book. It's
described as a legal thriller. It's a work of fiction,

(01:57):
and it involves basically an in depth look at corruption
through the eyes of a young described as idealistic attorney.
So involved in that. We've got socialites, Congressman, we have
elite families, we have a reclusive heiress, we have an
ultra rich It does sound like nonfiction, Joe, I'll admit it, definitely. Anyway,

(02:25):
I got great reviews, So we'll hear from Jeffrey Stevens
at eight five, followed by Michael Minard with the book
Greater than Gravity. This should be rather interesting. Greater than Gravity,
How Childhood trauma is pulling down humanity. Apparently, a former
Johnson and Johnson engineering executive, he's got multiple patents, fourteen patents,

(02:48):
advisor to NASA, advisor to the United Nations. He says
he spent his career solving complex problems and what he
determined in his look at all the data. The problem
is childhood trauma, he says, is America's most lethal, unaddressed crisis,
leading to more than fourteen hundred American deaths every day.

(03:12):
Childhood trauma, he says, the root caused medicine has consistently
overlooked childhood trauma, which he argues is the underlying driver
behind addiction, suicide, and incarceration, contributing to an estimated fourteen
hundred and one deaths every day. He said, we've been
looking at mortality the wrong way. Death certificates record what
people die from, like heart attacks, overdoses, and cancer. They

(03:34):
don't record what people what people die because of. So
apparently this childhood trauma connection goes toward like whether or
not you get cancer or cancer, or are an addict
or anything. So it should be a fascinating conversation again
that will take place at eight point thirty follow by
Eric Conroy, who's running against Greg Landsman in District one.

(03:57):
So we'll talk about as well. We'll talk ien maybe
even a little bit about Epstein. What in the hell
is going on with the Epstein documents and what is
going on in Minneapolis. We've got mobs storming churches. Now
we have mobs protecting pedophiles, sex offenders. And I just
have to ask out loud and again, feel free to

(04:19):
call five one three, seven, four nine fifty five eight
hundred eight two three takco a town, five fifty on
at and T phones. Does anybody think this is real? Now?
I know there are people pro thousands of people protesting.
You know, we live in a nation of three hundred
and fifty million people. You can get four thousand people
to show up at pretty much anything. And there are
a lot of people that hate the United States of America,

(04:39):
there is no question at all. And a lot of
organizations that support the undermining of America funding organizations, protest groups,
providing supplies, you know, training materials, and lots and lots
and lots of this has been well documented the art
of protests basically. But when I look at an article

(05:00):
and I struggle to I mean Donald Trump said it
just yesterday rhetorically, Do they really want murderers and drug
dealers to be ensconce in their community. It's a legitimate question,
and I try to put aside politics when I analyze this.
What would Brian Thomas say a Barack Obama was doing this?

(05:21):
Although Barack Obama really did crack down on illegal immigrants.
He deported a whole bunch of them, and no one
seemed to have a problem with that, which makes me
think this outrage is you know, not phone necessarily, but
the way it's being ginned up in the paper, it
just well, pretty much all the news outllies. You'd think
that this protest against ice, rounding up the worst of

(05:45):
the worst, this protest against that enjoys widespread approval, that them,
the most of America's really are to stand against ice.
And I just find that so hard to believe as
a parent. Now, you know my children, of course adults,

(06:06):
but you know, Christopher Smitheman is going to come on later,
and he quite often fond of pointing out the fact
that he is the father of a daughter, and there's
something special about that dad and their relationships with their
little girls and that is absolutely true. You know, you
do not mess with someone's daughter, wrath of God type stuff.

(06:31):
But if there is a child molester, convicted, chold moluster,
subject to a deportation order, a molester of children, who
among us wants to protect that person from being deported?
I think it's a worthy question to ask, and do

(06:52):
we really believe that the vast majority of Americans fall
into that, because again, it's in spite of what the
news is trying to tell you that all these innocent
people are rounded up by ice and oh my god,
it's bringing fear to the hearts of the community. You know,
if there's no reason for you to be arrested, you're
not subject to a deportation, or you haven't committed crimes,
that's not who the ice folks are going for anyway.

(07:19):
Jerry Rodgers over to American Greatness summed it up the
whole thing, I think pretty decent and op ed pieces.
Over and over again, we're told to be outraged. An
individual is detained by Immigration and custom Enforcement. He's later released,
and before the facts catch their breath, democratic politicians and
activists megaphones are already screaming abduction, fascism, and state violence,

(07:42):
que the mob, cue the cameras, and queue the chaos,
and it plays out over and over again, he writes.
Remember the viral video of a woman screaming, I am
a US citizen as ICE agents pulled her from a
car in the Florida Keys. The Median politicians pounce ICE
arrested an American citizen. Turns out this person was detained
by ICE because she refused to identify herself and was

(08:03):
driving her boyfriend's vehicle, and afterwards reports disclosed that the
boyfriend was in fact in the country illegally. She chose
not to comply. Perhaps she wanted the situation to escalate.
Much of the debate about ICE has become political theater.
Let's slow this down, he writes, and apply to something
increasingly rare in modern politics.

Speaker 4 (08:25):
The facts.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
ICE detains individuals pursuing to its lawful authority, and that
happens every day. Sometimes people are held, sometimes they're released.
Detention and release are not evidence of wrongdoing by law enforcement.
They are the process. But in today's political climate, process
doesn't matter. Optics do. Rage does, and outrage is politicized

(08:48):
and monetized. What does make these encounters dangerous is not ice.
It's the reckless rhetoric that surrounds them. When democratic elected
officials tell people that law enforcement officers are kidnappers or stormtroopers,
when they suggest citizens have a moral duty to interfere
with federal agents, they are not encouraging peaceful protests. They

(09:09):
are inciting confrontation. And when mobs take that queue and
physically obstruct officers doing their jobs, the risk to everyone
involved skyrockets. This is not complicated. What happens. Lawful orders
are given, they're ignored. Resistance follows, a crowd interferes. Officers
are forced to manage a volatile situation that never needed

(09:31):
to be to exist in the first place. If individuals
simply comply with lawful commands, no dramatics, no resistance, no posturing,
These could be routine encounters, no drama, no casts, no violence.
If the mob allows officers to do their work instead
of inserting themselves into a federal enforcement action, there would
be no spectacle, no video clips, no political fundraising emails.

(09:55):
Here's a salient point. Compliance doesn't trend on on social media,
doesn't get clicks, does it? But we're witnessing is a
dangerous feedback loop. Politicians inflame tensions with extreme language, activists
show up looking for confrontation. Law enforcement is placed in
an impossible position. Then when things escalate, as they predictably do,

(10:19):
the very people who let the fuse rush to the
microphone to condemn the explosion. That's what they want. It's
not leadership, it's negligence. No one is above the law,
but justice isn't served when the law is deliberately obstructed either.
Ice officers are not free agents. They operate under the rules, supervision,
and due process constraints. Pretending otherwise maybe politically useful, but

(10:43):
it's factually false and dangerously so. Democrats truly cared about safety,
about de escalation, about justice, they would stop encouraging resistance
and obstruction. They would tell their supporters the truth. You
don't get to decide in the moment which laws you'll obey,
which officers you'll recognize as legitimate. These incidents don't have

(11:04):
to happen. They're not inevitable. They are manufactured by irresponsible rhetoric,
by mob interference, and by a political class more interested
in chaos than consequences. And the next time it happens,
and it will remember who made it dangerous? Good point.
Appreciate it. Jerry Rodgers from American Greatness five one three

(11:27):
seven eight hundred eight two three talk pound five fifty
on your AT and T phone. Sure could use the
help this morning here in the Morning Show. I'll be
right back after these words. Chemo treatments this morning brain fog. Actually,
I know I don't have a fever, but I feel
like I've got when you know, that achy feeling. It's awful.
Anybody else had chema before and had that happen to him.
I've been through this before, and I don't recall doing

(11:49):
this to me anyway. A Bob hold On Carl's first, Carl,
thanks for calling this morning. Welcome to the Morning Show.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Happy Monday, Happy Monday. I hope you get the feeling better.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
Thanks man.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
We really need you to keep us informed.

Speaker 1 (12:03):
Thank you, brother. I feel the same way. I'm hoping
I feel better.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
Okay, I've got a public service announcement for everyone that
is everyone in the City of Cincinnati or that works
in the City of Cincinnati. The City of Cincinnati is
accepting applications for the twenty twenty six to three to
one one Citizens Academy. It's going to be held on
Wednesdays in March from six o'clock until eight pm. The

(12:31):
application deadline is February fourth. You do not get paid
for this class. You will not get paid once you
complete the class, but it basically teaches you how to
use the three one one system. They do want you
to commit to all four sessions, and you do have
to consent to a background check, and I would recommend
that you have an automobile or have a way to

(12:53):
get ride share service to get to the four different
locations where they.

Speaker 4 (12:57):
Are going to hold the seminar.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
So okay, by the way, the City Cincinnati did install
a new three to one one system several months ago.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
It seems to be working, but it still could be
tweaked a bit.

Speaker 5 (13:11):
On the front page, they don't have a link to
reporting potholes, where they do have a quick link to
reporting garbage problems, recycling problems, yard waste code violations, and
parking problems.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Okay, well, I guess the three to one one systems
to deal with non violent law enforcement type situation de
escalation type type situations.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
Well, not even that.

Speaker 5 (13:38):
It basically teaches you city operations. When I went through
the class back in twenty twenty four. They didn't even
teach us very much about how to use the computer system.
It was more about how to properly set your garbage out.
Why snow removal is so difficult in Cincinnati, we have problems.

(14:00):
Here was no removal that Columbus and Dayton and Cleveland
don't have because we are a city on seven hills.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Yeah, we found that out last year. Mount Adams didn't we?

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (14:12):
Can you learn some interesting things too?

Speaker 5 (14:15):
They date the sewers a couple of weeks before Taste
of Cincinnati so that the rats will eat the poison
and die and they don't come up and eat our
broadwish and mewest.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
I did not know that, Carl fun fact. Oh yeah,
very interesting. Good so we don't become Chicago or New
York City with an overwhelming rat infestation and Peter screaming
about rat rights. Appreciate Carl, thanks to the very valuable information,
my friend. Thank you so much. Let's see what Bob's
got this morning. Bob, thanks for calling it a happy
Monday to you, sir.

Speaker 6 (14:47):
Hey Brian, how you doing. I hope you feel better?

Speaker 1 (14:50):
Thanks man, I appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (14:52):
I just wanted to. I just wanted to make a
little comment here over here on the West Side on Friday,
they hit people that had broke in to the ATM
over there Krogers holding guns. Another another gun incident inside
the Chipotle over there on Harrison Avenue just yesterday. Here's

(15:15):
here's where I'm kind of at with this increasing taxes
and having.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
More having.

Speaker 6 (15:23):
Worrying about building more stadiums and all this other stuff
that we can't take care of the infrastructure, that we
don't we build a street car, but but we have
no jails. We also we also put in we're going
to give one one person who was a law a
law breaker, We're going to give their family one point

(15:44):
five million. Who knows what they're negotiating with those uh,
with that Hinton, with that hinting case. Who knows how
many millions of dollars are going to go there? The
criminals see this is is they're going to get paid
to come over here and to uh basically cause chaos,
and innocent taxpayers are paying for this. Now, I'm going

(16:07):
to tell you one thing that that mayor down there,
he is that whole institution down there, it's communist, it
is it is it is a it's just a bad
regime down there, and it's dead on.

Speaker 7 (16:23):
We have the Saint.

Speaker 6 (16:24):
It mirrors what's going on up there in Minneapolis, going
in New York, and I'm telling you.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
In Oregon, in Portland too. I mean, we could look
by comedy.

Speaker 6 (16:38):
But here's the thing why this will never ever end here,
because I think it has some things to do with
what's in the Bible Romans number one. I will give
them over to a reprobate mind. It went out to
the voters that they could have voted in a new
mayor here, and they keep voting in the same people.

(17:02):
And obviously the people that we have up there, they
are evil. They have been given God will give them
over to a reprobate mind. That's all I have to
say about this.

Speaker 8 (17:12):
So we're in big.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
Trouble, fair enough, Bob, And you think of people started
paying closer attention, we wouldn't continue to go down the
wrong path. And yet here we are again. Elections have consequences.
We're living the reality of them. Look around you. Do
you want your city to spiral out of control? You
want your taxes to be higher? What are you getting
in return for the tax dollars you're paying for? Might
you consider leaving the city of Cincinnati or even Hamilton

(17:35):
County as a consequence of these actions or inactions, as
the case may be. Food for thought, My friends, five
point twenty seven here fifty five kr C DE talk
station calls or local stories. Either way, we'll go, we
will go.

Speaker 4 (17:48):
Be right back. This is fifty five KRC and iheartradios.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
Martin Luther King Junior, Day five one, three seven, four,
fifty five hundred eighty two to three dogs found faint,
fifteen your at and T found just and then I
am got chemo brain this morning. So I'm gonna remind
folks that's why I'm sluggish and feeling like I got
the flu. It's weird. It's a weird feeling. Let's see
what Tom's got saving me from myself. Tom, thanks for

(18:13):
calling this morning. Happy Monday.

Speaker 9 (18:16):
Hey, good morning. It's step step out in the cold
and it'll kill whatever Germany got going on. I don't know, man,
it it is.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
It's not a German. It's chemo. I had chemo on
Thursday and Friday. It's got nothing to do with sickness.
It's just I feel I understand.

Speaker 8 (18:30):
I heard you.

Speaker 9 (18:31):
I was just making trying to lighten things up for
you a little bit there.

Speaker 1 (18:35):
Yeah, I apologize, just feeling it a real joking.

Speaker 9 (18:39):
Man, I understand. I mean my my as I've mentioned before,
my lovely bride went through UH cancer treatment chemo. So
i'm i'm I I cannot relate directly to what you're
going through. But UH from someone who has UH is
married to someone seen it, doctor Kimo, I've seen it.
I understand exactly what you're talking about. So thanks, as

(19:01):
far as you're what you've been talking about this morning.
You know, we've we've been discussing this whole thing in nauseum.
Every time a subject comes up. There's people that just
want to rage against the machine just because it's the machine,
and uh, they don't they don't care, they they I
don't know. I don't know if people are just bored.
I don't know if they're reacting to some trauma in

(19:22):
their life or some unfair situation that they'd be like
they're in or whatever. But I mean, when it comes down,
just use your brain, people and think common sense. You're
you're attacking an organization that is that is trying to
enforce the law and buying this course. We're talking about
ice and and when I say it forced the law.
We're trying to get people out of the country that

(19:45):
don't belong here, people that are using up resources that
should go to the citizens of the country. And yet
you're you're you're screaming and hollering because they're being they're
being separated from their families. Well, that's what happens when
you break the law. Happens to all of us. If
you've ever been arrested American citizen, you can be the

(20:05):
whitest person in the country, and if you break the law,
you're gonna get separated from your family. It's just part
of the deal. You know, it's not something that's scream
and holler about, but you know, you're dealing with people
who will find any excuse to scream and holler about something.
I don't know why. Each individual person has their own
whatever's going on in their lives and their brain whatever,

(20:26):
but it doesn't make any sense. So it takes the
rest of us who have some common sense and actually
use our common sense to just stand up and say, now, no,
you're not right, this is not okay, and you have
a right to say what you have And then you know,
these people have a right to vote, and that's fine,
you have a right to your voice. Okay, great, but

(20:47):
you're wrong. And when there needs to be enough people
who see it the correct and common sense way, and
and there needs to be enough of us that make
sure that we never vote Democrat ever again, because that's
the party that's allowed this stuff to Yeah, it's unfortunate,
that's the way it is. This party has just gone
so far off the deepense it's not funny.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
So people, real real quick, Tom, And I know you
know it. You know what opinions are like sphincters. We've
all got one. But right, do you this this messaging
in the mainstream media that you know, these protests are
somehow righteous or noble and you know, we're just stopping
communities from being broken up? And I mean, you've heard
it all. Do you do you think this enjoys widespread

(21:27):
support among the American people rid large? Do you think
this is really like a winning issue for the Democrats
as we move toward November? I struggle with suggest that one.

Speaker 9 (21:37):
That one I don't know about, because whether it's a
winning issue, Uh, there's a lot of issues out There's
a lot of reasons people vote Democrats, and I think
this is this is just another issue. They they're they're
screaming and hollering, and all they trying to do is
pick off a vote here, pick off a vote there. Again.
It's all about getting enough, just enough votes to get

(21:58):
your way. That's all this is about. It is all
it comes down to. That's why, that's why I end
every phone call with about voting, because that's what it
all boils down to. Just yeah, So please, please people
heed the warnings, don't don't go along with this stuff,
and don't vote Democrat. Have a good day, Brian Helpe.

Speaker 8 (22:17):
You feel better.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Thanks Tom. I truly appreciate it very much. So stick
around and stack as stupid coming up, or you can
feel free to call five one, three, seven eight two
to three talk found five fifty on AT and T

Junior day hoping you got the day off and wishing
that I took the day off. Thank you, Joe. Not
Joe's drecker, but listener. Joe sent me an email he
too experienced some of the symptoms that I'm dealing with
with the chemo treatments from Thursday and Friday. Sounds very similar, Joe,
and I pray for you and wish you all all

(23:00):
the luck in the world in so far as your
treatments and your upcoming colonoscopy. Annie how five one, three, seven, four, nine,

(23:23):
We got it on fifty five care sea dot com.
Let us see here over to the stack of stupid.
Another TikTok challenge resulted in the arrest of an eighteen
year old on a felony charge Court of Florida Police.
Isaac Hurley found hiding inside a closed Walmart Tuesday evening
while live streaming his trespassing on TikTok. It is doing yep,

(23:48):
I was waiting for it officers sent to the retail
nine to one. One caller said that a male suspect
broadcasting from inside the Walmart for a twenty four hour challenge.
Man the caller eded, was height in the dog bed section.
Police coortedly found Hurley hiding between the dog beds and
actively recording on his phone. After being handcuffed and read

(24:10):
his rights, Hurly advised that he believed he could earn
money from TikTok views and decided to conduct the twenty
four hour challenge inside the Walmart. No subsequent review of
Hurley's TikTok located a video for of him standing or
stating that he intended to complete the twenty four hour
challenge inside the Walmart and requesting likes and shares. Enter

(24:31):
the Walmart about forty five minutes before his eleven pm.
It's eleven pm closing time. The planned day long stay
cut short while some workers were still inside finishing their
nightly duties. So, in addition to felony, burglary, count charged
with theft for allegedly taking a sixteen dollars iPhone charger
from the Walmart. He was freed from the county jail

(24:52):
after posting a fifteen hundred dollars bond. Judge ordered him
to have no contact with Walmartron. Amen to that, Judge, Dregger,
Amen to that. What Hank Scott this morning, Hank, thanks
for calling. Welcome to the Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (25:04):
Good morning, Brian. First off, I'd like to say Gazun Height,
which is a student of German.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
You probably remember, good healthings roughly good health to you, yes, sir.

Speaker 7 (25:14):
So, So from now on, I'm just going to call
say Gazun Height when I call at the Shawn. So anyway,
I called because I was thinking this morning listening to
your little spiel starting out that the Greeks had an
old saying those the gods would destroy, they first make mad,

(25:40):
And I believe that that's kind of what's going on.
It seems like the only the only time people vote
Democrat anymore is if they're either stupid, crazy, or crooked.

Speaker 1 (25:54):
Or or hooked or hooked up to the system. They
become completely dependent upon it. And that's the reason why
Democrats still get votes in spite of the backcrap things
that they continue to do.

Speaker 7 (26:05):
You know, well, that's a form of corruption. Is basically
the Democrats are buying votes with your tax dollars. You know,
if things were really fair, and I know this would
drive people crazy, but people that get most of their
income from basically government charities shouldn't be allowed to vote.

(26:26):
How long do you think the Salvation would Army would
last If the drugs could vote for whatever they wanted
from the Salvation Army, the next thing, you know, they'd
run bars.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
Yeah, well, you know, for good or for bad. We
don't have that obligation here in the United States. If
you're a citizen, you get the right to vote.

Speaker 7 (26:44):
Yeah, that's true. But on the other hand, you know,
there's well, like I said, it's basically the problem seems
to be that mental illness has become accepted in this
country rather than just tolerated. It's gotten to the point
where the crazier you are, the more likely you are
to get attention.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
Well of these people, Yes, that is exactly truth right there.
People want attention. It's like that TikTok idiot hanging out
in a Walmart overnight. He's gonna be there at twenty
four hours, breaking and entering just to get TikTok clicks.
I mean, that's insane, and I think that's exactly what's
going on in this world where I don't know what
it is about the need to like, look at me,

(27:26):
look at me. I don't get it. I know I
have a radio program, and I don't understand narcissism. I
just don't get it. I never have. This is one
of the reasons why I'm not on social media. I mean,
who wants to see what I had for dinner last night?
No one should? Who cares what I'm doing in the afternoon.
If I'm not on the morning show? Why would anyone care?

(27:47):
Why would anyone care about you? I don't mean to
sound rude or mean about this, but therein lies the problem. People,
for whatever reason, want to be famous for even doing
stupid things. They want they want some sort of recognition.
And also you just throw in the mix covetousness and

(28:07):
greed and envy, and those things are the most evil
of the evil, deadly sins out there, And this is
what motivates so many people to vote socialists or vote communists.
They don't have as much as the guy down the street,
so they get pissed off about it and want to
take stuff from people. Take that's stealing. Yeah, a lot

(28:28):
of it boiling down to its finest term. Steve, your
next got to hang on a second though, five forty
five right now, ifty five KR City Talks that you'd
be right packed fifty five KRC now that a new
year is here, start this five fifty right now if
you five KR City Talk Station. Oh fun fact, in
addition to being MLK Junior Day, just Trecker just let
me know it is the fourteen to ninth anniversary of

(28:51):
the Ohio River freezing. I didn't walk across it myself.
Maybe you did. Just Trecker said he was three years
old at the time. He's got a photograph of him
standing on on it, but he doesn't remember necessarily doing it. Anyway,
Let's go over to the phone. It's got a couple
of calls. Jared hang on, Steve, thanks for holding over
the break there, Welcome to the show.

Speaker 6 (29:09):
Yeah, good morning, Brian.

Speaker 10 (29:10):
Listen, we're praying for you.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Thanks man.

Speaker 10 (29:14):
Anyway, I certainly appreciate all you've done to advance truth
in our country. But what I want to say is
I'm eighty years old. I've called a few times before
when I was in school. That's from kindergarten to twelfth grade,
thirteen years I don't know of anyone who died of

(29:38):
any childhood disease, and that I believe. I had one
vaccination when I was young. Yeah, and Abraham Lincoln had
four sons. Three of them died of childhood diseases. But
they were if you do research, they were diseases related
to poor sanitation. For example, they had their water well

(30:01):
dug in their yard and then they had an out
house right near it, and when it rained, there was contamination.
In those childhood diseases, dysinterrord and others took their lives.
But the thing that I want to emphasize is I'm
a retired school psychologist and I went to grad school

(30:23):
in the mid nineteen seventies. At that time, the rate
of autism was one in eleven thousand, and we studied autism,
and we studied what caused autism?

Speaker 8 (30:33):
What was it?

Speaker 10 (30:34):
Most people don't know what it is. What we learned
in mid nineteen seventies was autism is brain damage. Where's
it coming from? Back then, they didn't vaccinate the first
two years of life. So all these mothers saw a
normal child, they went in for a vaccination somewhere after
their second birthday, and they lost them Virtually every one

(30:55):
of the autistic families that I worked with, a mother's
told me that they believed it was the vaccinate right now.

Speaker 8 (31:02):
There.

Speaker 10 (31:02):
You know, people say follow the science. Well, there's some
science out that helps prove this point. There's there's a
documentary movie called an Inconvenient Study and it compares the
health of fully unvaccinated children to the health fully vaccinated.

(31:23):
It's an amazing study. It's being suppressed, but you can
find it at their website and Inconvenient Study dot com
all one word and Inconvenient Study dot com over one
hundred million views worldwide.

Speaker 8 (31:39):
It's sweeping.

Speaker 10 (31:41):
Any any parents wanting to know the science, please please
watch that video.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
I appreciate the heads up, Steve. I'm sure my listeners
would be very interested in checking that out. I'll see
what Jared's got. Jared, thanks for calling this morning. I
appreciate you holding over there.

Speaker 11 (31:59):
Hi, Brian, thank you, thank you for taking my call
and you being a lawyer and you're smart on this stuff. Now,
this is what I see on TV every day, man,
and it drives me nuts. These people go out commit
murders right, you name it, and they're on They should

(32:21):
be on a death row. But they're getting like, now,
the thing is, okay, when when you got you give
this person life? That done took two or three people's
life destroyed. These people kill okay, they get life in prison.
That means three taxpayers, four taxpayers are sitting to life

(32:41):
to keep.

Speaker 6 (32:41):
This monster alive. Now, what is wrong with these judges?

Speaker 11 (32:46):
I mean, there's the problem.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
Maybe maybe they're like me and they don't believe in
the death penalty.

Speaker 8 (32:52):
Why why why don't you?

Speaker 1 (32:53):
Because I have I'm sixty years old and I've been
around long enough to know and witness so many people
getting off of death row because they were wrongfully convicted.
If the state can take your life, they've got it all.
They can do anything they damn well please. And we
live in such a corrupt environment and a corrupt state.
I find it almost interesting, or even some level shocking

(33:14):
that anyone advocate for a corrupt state to be able
to put people to death. Makes me think of Iran.

Speaker 10 (33:20):
Okay, can I ask you something, Brian, Can I ask
you this?

Speaker 1 (33:24):
Okay?

Speaker 11 (33:25):
Go ahead now, if some maniac I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
Now you're gonna say, if it has something happened to
my daughter right now, I feel the same way, you
know what, because I would rather jaredy my another part
of my philosophy on this, I would rather die than
be spent, than spend life in prison. The ultimate horror
for me is to be incarcerated and be free. I
have all of my rights taken from me. That to

(33:53):
me is a pain and a punishment worse than death.
Worse than death. Every single day you get up, you're
locked in a cell. Every single day you are beholden
to do the prison guards to feed you, and every
single day you're going to be subject to perhaps a
beating or a molestation or whatever. That sounds me like hell,
a living breathing hell. You're doing somebody a justice or

(34:15):
a service if you put them out of their misery.
They don't have to go through that living, breathing hell
every day. So that's I listen, and I understand where
you're coming from, Jared. I've been listening to that my
whole life. I used to be a fan of the
death penalty and a proponent of it. I've just changed
my view over my life. So yeah, that's how I
personally feel, and I know not everybody feels that way,
but prison, I think probably sucks on a level that

(34:38):
well that I just summed up there five fifty six
fifty five K City Talk Station. There you go, Joe,
especially if you're a child molester five one, three, seven, four,
nine fifty five, eight hundred two three talk pound five
fifty on AT and T phones. Really would appreciate your calls.
Any topic is fine with me the way I'm feeling
this morning. Christopher Smithman is going to join the program early.

(34:59):
Thank you, christ if he'll come on at seven oh
five and help me fill up the seven o'clock hour,
And fortunately we have some guests in the eight o'clock
hour as well. Get me through this rather trying day
I'm having right now. And I appreciate your you're hanging.

Speaker 8 (35:12):
In there with me.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
Six h six in fifty five krc DE Talk station. Yeah.
I requested this one, summarizing pretty much how I'm feeling
today because of the chemo treatments Thursday and Friday and
I'm out of it. Apologies from the bottom of my heart.

(35:37):
And if you're listening to five o'clock hour and you're
repeating yourself, Toms is that people tune into the six
o'clock hours. So I'm trying to provide them with a
measure of context of why I am. Yeah, not quite
with it today.

Speaker 12 (35:47):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (35:47):
And I would have answered the death penalty question regardless
of how I'm feeling, because that's just the way I
feel about the death penalty. You can feel free to
call maybe help me out. Five one three, seven, four
nine fifty five eight hundred eight two three talk pound
five fifty on eight T and T F. Yeah, that
chemo's cause of me like flu like symptoms. I'm really
really dizzy and feel like I got a fever, but

(36:07):
I don't. I'm just like the chills. I'm sorry, it's
just very frustrating. I went through this yesterday. I thought
i'd be better by today. Anyhow, What is going on
in the wide wide Rule of sports? Coming up in
an hour? I thank god Christopher Smith is going to
show up early at seven oh five doing the Smith Event.
We'll spend a full hour with Christopher Smith, and I
have a feeling we will talk about where the city

(36:27):
council stands on income tax increases. Yeah, there's an article
out about that. It's coming your way, folks. I think
it's a forkon conclusion anyway. Jeffrey Stevens at eight oh five,
Jeffrey's got a book to talk about illusions of trust.
It is a fiction work, but it sure sounds real.
But a high falutin idealistic attorney and all of his

(36:48):
interactions with the New York high society and politicians and
corruption and look pharmaceutical companies. It's got layer upon layer
of intrigue. So there's a fun book. We'll talk about
it at eight oh five. Michael and Our joins the
program at eight thirty. He too has a book. It's
an interesting synopsis here, Greater than Gravity, How childhood trauma

(37:08):
is pulling down humanity. Now. He suggests that what people
actually die from overlooks the ultimate real cause of how
people die. So you die of cancer, or you die
of anything else. Addiction, suicide, and even incarceration all caused by,
in his mind, childhood trauma. He's a researcher, Johnson and

(37:30):
Johnson engineer, he's an inventor who got fourteen patents. He's
the numbers crunching data kind of guy. So he says,
he said, it's been his career solving complex problems, and
he's come to the conclusion that it's childhood trauma. And
I'm not quite sure what kind of trauma, but ultimately
that's what he says behind the problems in the world
right now, at least in so far as how people,

(37:51):
how young people die. All Right, So Eric Conroy's going
to return to the program running against Greg Landsman in
Ohio's first district, be in studio at the tail end
of the show as well. I maybe even Epstein man,
what the hell is going on with the Epstein files,
And maybe a comment or two about the ice situation
going on. And I'm still struggling with this. That are

(38:12):
political leaders, Yeah, I know they're Democrat Tim Waltz and
Mayor Fry and some of the other batcrap and saying
leftists just seem to embrace this. And I'm saying violence
because we've got a lot of reports about violence going
on there. Well, you know Mayor Fry, he's on the

(38:33):
face the nation yesterday. This is not about safety. I
think the this he's referring to as immigrations and customs enforcement,
what this is about is coming into our city by
the thousands and terrorizing people simply because they're Latino or Somali.
Now that the man can get away with that statement,

(38:56):
and I don't know that it necessarily did, because he's
not getting away with that ridiculous inclusion. For me, it
sounds preposterous. They're not being terrorized, unless, of course, you
perceive law enforcement generally and officers enforcing the laws on
the books as a form of terrorism. But they're not

(39:17):
going after them because they're Latino or Somali. They're going
after them because they've been convicted of crimes, including like
rape and murder and all these other things, on top
of which they're in the country illegally and subject to
a removal. That's why that they happen to be Latino
or Somali. It's not my fault. People like to live

(39:39):
with people who are of the same mindset, same They
like the same music, they like the same clothing, they
enjoy worshiping the same religion. Folks tend to join together
in communities to do that. Look west side, very heavy
Catholic population. We have some Jewish neighborhoods. I wonder why
they all live together. Oh, look a Somali neighborhood. Shocking. Look,
you're from out of the country, don't speak English, You've

(40:01):
entered the country illegally. Hey, why not hook up with
all the other folks who've been down that road before,
you might have something to learn from them. Plus you're
culturally connected. That's why they all end up one spot.
They're not attacking the somaloigs because they're Somali's attacking the
Somali community because within that subset there are a whole
bunch of criminal illegal immigrants. And then on top of

(40:23):
which we've also learned that billions of dollars were stolen
by the Somali community. That is not a racist thing
to say. It's simply boiling down reality to it to
its simple point.

Speaker 8 (40:34):
Hmm.

Speaker 1 (40:35):
We have fraud with regard to providing I suppose learning resources,
among others, to young people, young people who weren't getting
any services in spite of the fact that the taxpayers
were paying heap loads of money for something that was
not being done. Now, does it matter what color and
skin they are, what country of origin they are from,
Does it matter at all? No, If someone stealing billions

(40:59):
of dollars in the American crack down on them. If
there's a child moluster in your neighborhood that is subject
to a deportation order, grab them, get them away from
your children. For something really bad happens. Back to Mayor Fry,
people in Minneapolis are speaking up and here's a laugher.

(41:20):
They're speaking up peacefully, They're standing up for their neighbors.
And this is not just about resisting Trump. This is
about loving and caring for the people that call this
city home. And it's been inspiring. All right. Do you
love and care for a person who's literally stealing from you? Blind?
I know that's a subset of the broader community, but

(41:41):
I'd like those folks out of the country or at
least prosecuted to the fullest extent of a lot of
service of warning to others who might try to rip
us off. Don't care what color they are, don't care
country of origin. They are thieves, at least the ones
engaged in the criminal activity right and peacefully. They're speaking
up peacefully.

Speaker 4 (42:03):
Huh.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
How about that? Once you talked to Florida Senate candidate
Jake Lang, and you know, I'm not going to sit
here and defend Jake Lang in his ideology or anything.
It doesn't matter. He's entitled to say what is on
his mind. He's entitled to protest against the Somali community
described as controversial former J six prisoner. He is apparently

(42:26):
rushed by a large leftist mob over the weekend, cornered
and beaten, and also reportedly stabbed. Where's Mayor Fryon Allen?
Is that peaceful? Humh? Then they're getting away with this,
they said. Another pro ICE demonstrator was stalked by a mob,
seen on video being chased into a parking lot and

(42:48):
struck in the head by a pole by anti ICE agitators.
That mob continued to follow the unidentified man, who was
walking to a car in the garage in an effort
to leave. They reported the content pepper spring what they
describe as a gash on his head and struck the
wound with their hands. Where's Mayor fry On A Is
that peaceful? They say? Sometimes he've attacked their own people.

(43:13):
One man beaten and nearly mobbed simply for wearing a
Camo jacket. Activists in the background hurt screaming he's one
of us. Don't go after him. He's just got a
Camo jacket on, and that's my brother or whatever. They
don't even know who they're going after. Camo equals beat down. Huh.
I didn't realize Camo was the exclusive fashion statement for

(43:35):
only pro ice conservative individuals or just pro ized people
generally speaking. That's true, Joe. How did they see him
if he was wearing camouflage. That's a good one.

Speaker 7 (43:48):
I like that.

Speaker 1 (43:50):
One man attacked for wearing a flag jacket with the
word freedom on the back. Protesters caught on video yelling
at him saying they will not hurt him if he
take makes the jacket off.

Speaker 8 (44:03):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (44:03):
Yeah, I wish I could say that word out loud
on the radio, Joe, but the FCC might find me.
But accurately stated five one, three, seven, four nine fifty
eight hundred eight two three talk. Oh and they stormed
at church over the weekend too, Yeah, they stormed at
church screaming justice for Renee Good. Well, don't fa and

(44:29):
you won't f oh. I suppose we could be a
be a good takeaway point six fifteen right now, fifty
five kr CD talk station, don't coway, fifty five KRC
Texas with twenty right now, fifty five kr CD talk station.
Try to make it a decent Martin Luther King Junior
Day if you can. Christopher Smithlan coming up up in
the top of the hour, seven oh five we're going

(44:50):
tom early. Help me cope with my chemo problems I'm
having this morning. Jeffrey Stevens with the book Illusions of
Trust atoh five, Michael Menard with his book eight thirty
There Greater Greater than Gravity, and Eric Conroy who's running
against Greg Landsman District one. That'll be an eight forty
over the phones would go, I see Ernie's on the line. Ernie,
thanks so much for calling today in a Happy Monday

(45:10):
to you, sir.

Speaker 13 (45:11):
Good morning, Brian. I've been listening to you since, to
your dad and ven you since nineteen ninety seven when
I retired from the base commander up in Columbus.

Speaker 4 (45:22):
Thanks.

Speaker 13 (45:22):
I talk to you before because you helped me with
my wife's dementia. I just want you to know that
you and West Side Gym and all the cancer folks
are in my prayers on a daily basis. Along with
the folks with dementia. There are two terrible diseases that
we need to somehow eradicate. I moved my wife into

(45:45):
memory care in twenty twenty two, and I ended up
moving here because I had Peter breakfast and Lund dinner,
and so it's easier to walk over there than drive
over there, but I want you to We've we took
fifty five cruises. We were blessed beyond belief. The Lord
has blessed us, and we streamed you all over the world.

Speaker 8 (46:07):
We're living in we're living in Washington, d C.

Speaker 13 (46:10):
Now, so we're streamed you all over the world.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
That's too cool.

Speaker 4 (46:15):
Even when even.

Speaker 13 (46:16):
When fifty five, when they wouldn't there are places where
iHeartRadio was shut down. You couldn't you know you could,
you can't hear it there, But we tried wherever we were.
I get up between four thirty and five every morning
and exercise for an hour, and so I done. I

(46:39):
listened to you every morning. I hate Saturdays and Sundays
because you're not there. Joe's not there, and but but
we're just very very fortunate. And I've I call you
in my mind many days.

Speaker 1 (46:53):
Thanks well, I cannot thank you for listening to the program.
Was my twentieth year in radio. Sounds like you've been
with you since day one. And appreciate the well wishes.
And I just I've mentioned it before when someone calls
me from some distant place, distant country or you know,
like Hawaii even or something like it just blows me away.
But that you're out there on all these cruises listening

(47:14):
in the four corners of the world, that's just as great. Man,
It is great. It means the world to me. And
so do your kind words and well wishes for my health.
So especially appreciate this.

Speaker 13 (47:24):
Okay, I was going to tell you one other things
answered to the last question you asked. Tom By virtue
of the fact that I'm a retired senior officer and
I became an officer in the retirement community. A lot
of people talk to me, and so I know not

(47:48):
just about what's going on in the community, but what
people are thinking. And unfortunately, people are just so dead
set against Trump that we're going to have a terrible
time in the next election. But the thing that I
know is they're not listening to any any rational news.
Some of the things they tell me they've heard were

(48:11):
you must be wearing a tinfoil hatre be able to do.
And but so the crowd in the over the seventy
eighty is that's unfortunately, my grandkids aren't a whole hell
of a lot better, right. It's people are not getting

(48:33):
real news. Everybody listening to you get said, but not fortunately, unfortunately,
not everybody's listening to you. And it's just it's frustrating.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
I understand that all day long, earning. But if you
look at how our children are being taught in these
days over the past couple of decades, they are not
taught critical thinking skills. They are in in doctrination camps
in K through twelve, they are, you know, filled with
this de i nonsense and all of this woke nonsense.
They are convinced that it's just bad to be wealthy,
and that you're entitled to take money and take stuff

(49:06):
and things away from someone merely because they've done well
in life. I do not get it. I do not
understand it whatsoever. But yeah, if we had better critical
thinking skills, we could discern what is truth and what
is false. And I've seen people parrot some nonsense before,

(49:27):
and I scratch my head, and I wonder, can you
really be that ignorant? And apparently the answer is yes.
We're surrounded by it and doubling down on it to
the extent we don't fix our K through twelve education system,
most notably public schools anyhow, six twenty five, feel free
to give me a call five one, three, seven, four
nine fifty five eight hundred eight two to three talk

(49:48):
to have local stories to go on into if you
don't call, but I prefer to call in either way,
be right back after these brief words. Fifty five far
the talk station now that a new city talks day
seven two to three, taco a town five fifty on
AT and T phones. And yes to my favorite teacher,

(50:09):
most influential teacher, Chuck Berkholtz who' spent in his entire
career in education system. And he said, amen, Amen your comments, Ernie, Yes,
they are that ignorant, meaning these students out there. That's
a sad thing. And sometimes I think it's a nefarious
component of this dumbing down our children. So they do
not engage in thoughtful analysis. So you can sell them

(50:32):
a bill of goods and they're afraid to articulate anything
about in response because they don't know how to process.
It just drives me crazy, New Hampshire, Gary, Thanks for
calling this morning. Happy Monday to you, Hey, Happy Monday
to you.

Speaker 9 (50:49):
Brian.

Speaker 8 (50:51):
You are in my prayers.

Speaker 1 (50:52):
Thank you, sir.

Speaker 8 (50:53):
All right, I hope everything is going well and saw.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
You were a little longer than Yeah, it's that chemos
wipe me out. I didn't. I don't recall feeling this
way the last time I had treatments. Of course, that
was more than five years ago. And this this has
just throwing me for a loop. So I apologized to
all my listeners this morning.

Speaker 8 (51:10):
Oh you're doing fine, buddy, you're showing up, You're doing more.
Night afterwards, I was like, you're a pretty brave man.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
Well, thank yous for you.

Speaker 8 (51:20):
Hey, I just wanted to say that I'm following a
couple of people on X and I see that we
have to keep our eyes on the fries. All the
ice screaming and all the whaling and gnashing and teeth
calling for civil war and everything that's all noise. What
they really don't want is follow the money, right, trillions

(51:43):
of dollars. And I'm telling you there's a lot of
fraud going on up in Dublin, Ohio, Hilliard, Ohio, all
the way around Columbus, and I wouldn't doubt it's in
Cleveland and it's all over it. If it's an all
Ohio with the Medicaid and everything else, you know, it's

(52:05):
just everywhere. And you're talking tillions of dollars. That's why
I truly believe Elon Musk got out with those he
jumped out. I think he was like, they're gonna kill
me if he keeps it up. And I really believe
that there are people out there who are more than
willing to kill because you know, we all know that

(52:27):
funny business went on with Epstein. I'm saying, you'll never
be able to prove one way or another if Epstein
hung himself. But we definitely know the way Epstein made
his money was funny, and nobody really knows why. Because
all that evidence was tampered with way before.

Speaker 1 (52:48):
Trump got in, we can guess that it was. It
certainly had enough time to be tampered with. We still
had there's a law in the books now that says
the siping disclosed last month. We don't have anything yet,
so right, but wasn't.

Speaker 8 (53:01):
The chain of evidence broken? I remember when they went
in to his New York penthouse, there was a safe
full of CDs and everything, and the FBI who did
the raid did not confiscate all the CDs and that,
and they actually had to write to Epstein's lawyer the

(53:24):
next day and they had to hand over the contents
of the safe.

Speaker 2 (53:30):
You know what.

Speaker 8 (53:32):
You know, I'm just saying that that just seems really
strange to another strange thing.

Speaker 2 (53:39):
You know.

Speaker 1 (53:40):
Yeah, I'm not quite sure well how to respond to that.
I didn't follow the evidentiary chain with the Epstein documents
as closely as you have, so I don't purport to
have any that type of information. I wouldn't want people
to think that I do, so I just have to
leave your comment out there. But you know, as I
always say, sometimes you got to wait, and I'm willing
to wait around for it to finally get released. We'll
find out what happens when it does. But no one

(54:01):
has yet been able to answer my question to these
to my satisfaction anyway, What in the hell is Donald
Trump's problem campaigning on releasing them and doing a complete
one to eighty after he becomes president? I mean, and
what is with the Justice Department ignoring a law that
is on the book saying that you had to disclose
these documents, all of them Last December that was the deadline.
It came in passed, and they said, well, we've got

(54:22):
five million. When you look at I'm sorry, sucks to
be you. The law says, produce them. You should have
gotten ahead of that. You had some time to get
ahead of it, and yet you didn't. So it just
keeps getting worse and worse and worse from an optical standpoint,
leaving people to maybe make guesses about what's going on. Mmm,
the are all the elite and rich and famous people,
perhaps in elected capacity or all these influential people, are

(54:45):
they involved with molesting children? Perhaps? Hmm maybe if I don't.

Speaker 8 (54:50):
Know if they're molesting children. But I think Epstein was
a way to have good looking women to very powerful men,
and then it was used.

Speaker 4 (55:00):
For black men.

Speaker 1 (55:01):
Well that seems to be what.

Speaker 8 (55:04):
I know.

Speaker 1 (55:05):
But we've got a lot of evidence that there was
people under the age of emancipation, which is disgusting. And
you know, I said, you know, I gotta observe that
do you really need an Epstein? If you are that
wealthy and that famous, Do you really need a guy
like Epstein around to get you well pleasure? If I
may boil it down to its pure simple form, I
don't think.

Speaker 8 (55:24):
So.

Speaker 1 (55:25):
It seems to me there's a lot of women out
there that would like to just sort of maybe go
to better these is because you're rich, and then there's
that whole idea maybe getting blackmailed and all the other
things that go along with it. I don't understand the
rich and famous, my friend, I'm not among them. And
happily married am I on top of it?

Speaker 8 (55:41):
You know, well, well you know that's that's the most
blessed thing out there is to be happily married to.

Speaker 1 (55:51):
And try to be Mikes. Life so much easier New Hampshire, Gary.
It makes life oh much easier. God bless you, sir.
Six thirty five coming up with six thirty six fifty
five kr CD talk station. Feel free to give me
a call. Got more coming up, don't go away. This
is fifty five KRC and iHeartRadio stick. It's six forty

(56:14):
fifty five kr CD talk station. Very happy Monday, till
you try to make it so anyway, Martin Luther King
Junior Day. There's something to celebrate about it, particularly if
you don't have to go into work today. Five one, three, seven,
four nine fifty eight two three taco with pound five
fifty on AT and T phones. And let's see what
Maureen has got this morning. Maureene, Happy Monday to you,
Thanks for calling.

Speaker 14 (56:34):
Good morning, Brian First of all, I want to wish
you well on your chemo treatment and I'll keep.

Speaker 4 (56:39):
You in my prayers.

Speaker 1 (56:40):
Thank you very much, I appreciate it. And again to
listener's apologies for not being on firing on all cylinders,
because I am not.

Speaker 14 (56:47):
No you are, You're doing great. I just want to
talk about some patterns that I've been observing lately. It
all started with my daughter's interest in vintage wash It
watch us and so before Christmas, I went to a
lot of strip mall coin shops and things like that
to look for these unique watches. Well, in doing so,

(57:08):
I noticed more and more people coming in, buying gold
and silver and different things like that. And I as
each shop I went to, there'd be more and more people.
And then I came to Naples and there's lines out
the door, there's locks on the doors. They only let
a certain amount of people up and at a time.
Securities over the top, and I go in and there's

(57:32):
bubble wrap as tall as me. All you know, as
you walk in, all the counters are lined with packages
getting ready to be sent out. Federal trucks of FedEx
trucks are revolving door there, and all the packages had labeled.
They hadn't been boxed up yet, and I couldn't believe
that you could just walk in and be exposed to that,
thinking that there could be theft, somebody could come in.

(57:54):
But they had cameras everywhere, TVs, you know, everywhere. And
I started asking people what is going on? What is
it that I'm that I'm missing out on? And so
the price is doubled since I started looking. It was
in the low mid forties. Now it's at ninety.

Speaker 1 (58:11):
It's going through the roof the price of what what
are you referring to silver?

Speaker 14 (58:15):
I'm sorry an ounce an ounce of silver, silver.

Speaker 1 (58:17):
Right, because gold is way but blew up? I mean
that's huge.

Speaker 14 (58:22):
Yeah, it's up seventy five dollars today. Silver's up already,
I think six dollars today, but it's double since October
and early October. And what I'm finding is, so I
started researching this, and I came to find out that
there's new EV batteries coming out. Samsung is kind of
Tesla outbid Samsung for major gold or silver shares because

(58:47):
the new batteries, instead of the lithium, they're going to
be adding silver, so then they'll be less explosive and
less fewer problems with it, and then all yeah, and
then all the industrial demand, medical supplies, data center are
using it, ice on iPads all that. So the banks
have started to not be able to keep up with
the paper silver that they're holding. So there's rumors that

(59:10):
they have been shorting silver.

Speaker 1 (59:12):
Yeah, I've seen that last week.

Speaker 14 (59:14):
Yeah, so I think we're going to see some explosive information.

Speaker 1 (59:17):
About silver this week, suggesting that banks may fail. Marin,
is that kind of Yep, that's kind of what I'm saying, Well,
doesn't know.

Speaker 14 (59:26):
I don't want to scare people, but.

Speaker 1 (59:27):
Well, I mean it's okay to talk about it. It's
okay to talk about it. And does this suggest you
this these people and I as an investment. If the
world is moving toward silver and it is needed more
than it was needed in the past, then I can
certainly see that being a sound investment because apparently it's
in hot, it's it's a hot commodity. So yeah, there's

(59:48):
a reason for that. But in so far as the
other reasons people tend to invest in precious metals, where
it concerns about a Fiat currency collapse or a hedge
against inflation. If you, as a adding woman marine, what
would you say that this is all about collapse of
fiat currency or inflation.

Speaker 14 (01:00:06):
I think it's both. I think that there is a
new financial system being built parallel to our existing one,
and I think it's going to like I think we're
in for like what they're trying to do as a
soft landing, and I think that that system's probably being
built parallel to our current system.

Speaker 1 (01:00:22):
Cryptosystem is on something.

Speaker 14 (01:00:24):
It's the crypto and precious metals what I'm thinking a
lot of banks Fidelity now you can do your IRA,
and I believe precious metals check on that, and that's
a first Fidelity is doing that. I think VANDGUARD may
be soon to be. But yeah, I think we're going
over to a new financial system. I also think that

(01:00:44):
it's a major hedge against inflation and a way to
secure wealth.

Speaker 1 (01:00:49):
Well, I assuming any currency has an actual tied to
thing of value, that it'll be a better thing than
what we've got here with the Federal note, which is
not worth anything at all. Yes, it's legal tender for
all deads, public and private, but it isn't worth anything.
The paper itself is just you know, basically worthless, but
we rely on it. We have put a lot of

(01:01:10):
trust in each other in a green dick, except the
Federal Reserve Note as currency, So it doesn't mean it
doesn't come without problems.

Speaker 14 (01:01:19):
I think the new note is going to be backed
in precious mouths because it's going to be something solid.
It's an asset as opposed to know, thin air, which
the globalists used to finance their their illicit times. And
so that's what Trump wants to do away with. And
his family's pretty heavily invested, and a lot of the
crypto and things like that. It came out against it
at first, but there's there's going to be a lot

(01:01:40):
of a lot of new changes, and I think it's
going to be for the better.

Speaker 8 (01:01:43):
All right.

Speaker 1 (01:01:43):
Well, you know what, I'm glad you gave us a
note of optimism Marine because you're in my conversation. Stn't
always end on an optimistic note. So what's coming down
the pike?

Speaker 8 (01:01:53):
You know?

Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
I love you Marene great.

Speaker 14 (01:01:55):
I love you Tooe Brian, and I want you to
get through this as well. I'm sure you will.

Speaker 1 (01:02:00):
Thank you very much, praying for you. I sure appreciate
you tuning in and you're you're paying very close attention
to the patterns that you observe six forty six right now,
feel free to call five one, three, seven, four nine,
fifty five eight eight two three topy right back fifty
five KRC dot Com the Tunnel to Towers Foundation six

(01:02:20):
fifty here fifty five KRCD talk station and trying to
make it a happy Martin Luther King Junior Day. And
stick around. We'll get Christopher Smith aman for the Smith
event early. Thankfully saving me from myself. Give them my
brain fog this morning. Chemo sucks. What cancer sucks too.
You need chemo to get rid of the cancer, so
it's a worthwhile endeavor. George, thanks for calling. Man, Welcome

(01:02:40):
to the Morning Show. Happy Monday.

Speaker 7 (01:02:42):
Thank you, Brian, say to you and much prayers for
your situation.

Speaker 1 (01:02:48):
Thanks man.

Speaker 7 (01:02:48):
Hey, I'm you know, one time listener. And there's so
many topics that we could discuss that are just madness
in the world today. But one thing I've not heard
anybody talk about, and it's you could call it bipartisan,
is the congressman and the senators and the government people
who are becoming multi multimillionaires.

Speaker 4 (01:03:11):
Omar and.

Speaker 1 (01:03:13):
George, I'm laughing. I literally have an article about the
Oversight Committee proming Illon Omar on my top of my stack.
I was going to bring that up in this section.
So it's funny that you brought that up. Man, go ahead,
I'm sorry, no, no.

Speaker 7 (01:03:27):
Probably no, because I mean, where's the Treasury Department? Where's
the irs? And I know it's a club that everybody
is involved in, and everybody's making their money at our expense.
And I mean if you or I became a multi
millionaire in twenty four months, I believe we would get
a questionnaire as how do we do it? Or a

(01:03:50):
knock on the door. And I know it's to follow
the money, which really is just worldwide.

Speaker 4 (01:03:55):
Now.

Speaker 7 (01:03:55):
It's the fun from A to Z and it trickles
all the way down. And I don't know how we
could agress that because it's the fox of guarding the henhouse.
They're not really So I just want to see what
you think about that, because I don't know how how
do we ever do that to bring some sanity back

(01:04:16):
into say financial or keep it accountability. And again it's
not it's bipartisan. I mean sure, I mean one way,
but listen, what's good for one's good for the other.
So just a thought.

Speaker 1 (01:04:28):
I appreciate your comments, and of course I concur with them.
And the fraud does exist from as local as you
can possibly get all the way to the national level,
and it's appalling. I mean, look at what we learned,
for example, with the short tenure that Elon Musk had
over a DOGE, and we found out where our American
taxpayers were going in the programs that they were being

(01:04:49):
spent on. And then the offense. On the face of it,
were some of the programs that we were funding. But
the double offense and where most of the fraud, waste
and abuse think occurs is that there's no follow up.
So if you want a fund to study about transvestite
prostitutes in China or something, and there was one like that,

(01:05:10):
then okay, there's one thing to fund the study, and
the other thing is did you get the work that
you paid for? And that seems to be where the
breakdown is. Yeah, we're funding learning or leering centers in Minneapolis,
and that's a good thing because these children certainly need
all the leering they can get, But did you get
any training in return for the dollars nobody bothered until lately.

(01:05:35):
So and we've got that locally here in the city
of Cincinnati. You know, I'm Todd Zenzer, our citizen watchdog,
former Inspector General, and that's what we need out there,
more inspectors general to follow where this money's going and
what is being spent on. But he's identified a lot
of big, giant, swirling question mark funding out there in
the greater Cincinnati area. So yeah, on a state level,

(01:05:56):
we've talked about fraud in the state of Ohio Medicare Medicaid,
among others, and perhaps and hopefully not nearly as bad
as what they've discovered in Minneapolis, but they're getting ready
to go after California and New York and other states
where they're run exclusively by Democrats. And I think we
all get a handle on the fact that I'll give

(01:06:18):
you and I'll concede that there's corruption on the Republican
side of the ledger as well. But the leftist seemed
to have made a huge, multi billion dollar business and
they've got all these huge organizations, all well connected, funded
by billionaires, Tides Foundation, among others, that fund those crazy

(01:06:40):
radicals that are actually being violent in Minneapolis. And attacking
our ice officers and preventing us from well deporting child
molesters and other serious criminals, serious criminals. So I guess,

(01:07:00):
and I've said this before, honestly, I think the only
thing that's going to save us from ourselves is going
back to Maren's call the collapse of the Fiat currency.
And you know what a giant disaster that would be
for the entire globe. But sometimes you got to do

(01:07:22):
a lot of damage to come out the other side,
on the right side of the fiscal ledger and the
right side of doing what's right. And you know, massive
corruption on this level can and has brought down governments
in the past. Worries me so much that our elected
officials don't seem to even really care. And you got
them in the streets defending people, attacking ice officers. You know,

(01:07:48):
some think that's a distraction to keep us our attention
away from the massive fraud going on in Minneapolis. Maybe,
but it ain't working for me, that's for sure. And
I find equally back crap insane. First, the idea, of course,
that we don't go after fraud, waste and abuse, and
we don't want to, and that we don't want to
protect the American taxpayer dollars. They clearly do not, but

(01:08:09):
that it's somehow it is wrong and terrible that ICE
is enforcing our immigration laws which are on the books,
and of course the federal government has the right to
enforce them. Keep going back to who wants criminals in
their neighborhood. Doesn't matter if there's Somalians or not. And
the question of whether they're criminals, do they represent a
threat or harm to your neighborhood and to society at large,
And the answer is clearly yes. How many articles have

(01:08:33):
you read over the past year, even going back quite
a few years, about criminal illegal immigrants doing horrific crimes
to American citizens? Yeah, a lot. And you're going to
fight against getting that type of person out of our country.
Six fifty six fifty five krs the talk station Christopher
Smithman with a full hour in the next hour. I'm

(01:08:54):
looking forward to that, Christopher. I hope you are too,
my friends, be right back Today's top headlines. It's seven
six here fifty five ker CD talk station. Oh he's
enjoying my Mondays. If for no other reason, get to
hear from the former Vice mayor of the city of Cincinnati,
Christopher Smithman and get a Smith Event. Fortunately for me,
since I am struggling mightily this morning with my chemo brain,

(01:09:17):
he's agreed to come on early normally seven twenty with
Christopher Smithman. It is time for an early chapter of
the Smith Event. Welcome back, Christopher, and thanks for joining
me early. I appreciate it, I really do. And congratulations
to your daughter Camille on winning the fifty meters backstroke
and the read and the divisions.

Speaker 2 (01:09:33):
Man, it was it was an exciting it was an
exciting time. But before we get to that, let me extend.

Speaker 8 (01:09:38):
My prayers to you. Brother.

Speaker 1 (01:09:39):
Oh thanks is no joke.

Speaker 2 (01:09:43):
And of course I've been listening to your show.

Speaker 1 (01:09:45):
Yeah, and I apologize for you. I'm not looking for sympothy.
I'm just trying to explain myself because I really do
not feel as though I am making any sense. But
that's part of the brain fog I've got. I just
it's like I'm in some sort of you know, parallel universe.
That's why I had Joe play Moving in stereo by
the cars earlier, because that's exactly summarizing how I feel

(01:10:07):
in this morning. So but I appreciate the the the
well wishes there, Christopher, I truly do. And for all
the others who have said we text.

Speaker 2 (01:10:16):
Yeah, I'm gonna take up the banner here gladly. There's
so much to talk about. I'm going to start with
Senator Josh Howley the Senate hearing where he was asking
an obg I in a simple question this week and
if people people should google this because I think it
really gives you insight on where parts of the Democratic

(01:10:39):
Party politically are located in their minds. But he asked
the question simply, can a man get pregnant? And it
stumped her, Like I thought she was going to say, oh, no,
that's impossible. She was like, well, let me think about that.
Why are you asking me that question? And then the

(01:10:59):
same said, I thought we were going to have a
discussion about science, and so in order for us to
have that, we just want to establish something here right upfront.
Can men get pregnant?

Speaker 8 (01:11:12):
She refused to answer that question.

Speaker 2 (01:11:15):
And on the backdrop of the Supreme Court justices and
the hearing on whether dudes can be in swimming pools,
can be on tennis courts, can be on soccer fields,
you know, can they play field hockey, you name it.
Can dudes compete against women was debated at the Supreme

(01:11:37):
Court level. I have lived long enough to see it all.
My grandfather, grandmother, our forefathers are turning over in their
graves right now because we're debating things that are common sense, right.
I do support, which I do the LGBTQ plus community.

Speaker 8 (01:11:56):
I do.

Speaker 2 (01:11:58):
I have a son who is gay, I have a
brother who is gay. That's not my issue. My issue
is fairness. Women should have safe places to compete in
the in the in the video that I sent you,
Brian Thomas, I would not want a dude in the
pool with Camille swimming yesterday for district championships. I don't

(01:12:21):
want it.

Speaker 4 (01:12:22):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
They don't deserve it, defeat and girls do not deserve it.
I don't care what swim team is out there. You
were a swimmer, and I'm just saying we've really lost
our minds in this past week between the question but
from the Senator can a man get pregnant? The OBG
I went ob G y N would not answer, and
the and the Supreme Court hearing on on dudes playing

(01:12:47):
sports against women. This was a This was a this
was a wacky week.

Speaker 1 (01:12:52):
It most surely was. And you know, I I know
what the Luft struggles with on this one, because they've
been going around telling everyone who bother to listen that
by merely declaring that you were the opposite sex, that
we all must we al must embrace the idea that
you no longer are your former sex, that you are
now if a man claims to be a woman, that

(01:13:13):
you are now actually a woman. And we know that
is insane, Christopher, And the idea that we're even having
a conversation on this is just mind blowing. You know,
it ain't that difficult. We got chromosomal reality, and they're
in is where the inquiry should stop. Period. And this
whole idea by fairness, this whole idea by fairness. Hey Christopher,

(01:13:33):
I'm not sure about you, but you know, I never
was a basketball player. You know what copedi against men
in basketball? That's a laugh. Five', ten didn't have the,
skills don't even really understand the. GAME i guess it's
unfair THAT i can't join the basketball team because, well, why,
well you, suck you, KNOW i, mean nobody wants you
on the. Team, Man you're gonna be the last person

(01:13:54):
picked in dodgeball, too for all it. Matters but you,
know it's just it's built into the. Equation some people
excel and others do. Not you have women who have
proven themselves to be the best in their. Sport, yes
along comes some guy with a chromosomal, advantage a size
and string and speed, advantage and takes that away from

(01:14:15):
her because you AND i are supposed to believe that
that guy is now actually a woman just because he says.
So and going back to SOMETHING i made a point
of many many, times you say you're a support of
THE lgbtq, community you got a son who's. GAY i
understand that gay is, sexuality it isn't. Gender And i'm
gonna bring this up again because i want someone to

(01:14:35):
answer this for, Me Christopher. Smith and maybe you're the.
Man if you are a man and you claim to
be a woman and go into the women's locker, room
does that mean that you're not attracted to? Women, no it.
Doesn't you don't.

Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
Know i'm gonna. Say i'm saying you're still a.

Speaker 1 (01:14:49):
Dude you're still a du dress on and you.

Speaker 2 (01:14:52):
Walk into that into that. Shower as a matter of, Fact,
brian there are a lot of men that would just
put a dress on to go into that, life really
to shower with ten or fifty even In. Mecki, right, yeah,
YEAH i mean if you, can putting on the dress
doesn't change your. Gender and that's what was so profound

(01:15:13):
about the senator's, question which was just so. Simple he,
said can men get? Pregnant and she refused to answer the.
Question and it's on the ballot for Veck, ramaswami who
was running for. Governor, right you just saw this In.
Virginia you, know there were two gubernatorial. Races Barack obama
went there endorsed THE i have to get in here

(01:15:36):
to some identity, politics but he endorsed the white female
running against The African american. Woman when he was When
Kamala harris was on the, ballot he was asserting that
if you weren't you're not, black if you weren't Supporting Kamala, Harris,
Right and Sometimes i'm looking At President Barack obama, saying,
dude there was an opportunity to elect for the first

(01:16:00):
time An African american governor for the, country and So i'm,
going what are you? Doing and then her first action
we're talking. Now the right Female democrat who was elected
was to do what executive orders In virginia to push out. Ice,
right this is what scares me WHEN i think about

(01:16:21):
the the Vek ramaswami. Race this is a critical race
state Of. Ohio we must elect the Vek ramaswami in
order for us to protect our common sense. Values dudes
not playing in sports In ohio against our girls and our,

(01:16:42):
women period.

Speaker 1 (01:16:44):
Period end of. Story and, HONESTLY i think, about you,
know if you're a mom or a dad and you've
got a daughter who is participating in one of, these you,
know very intensive, sports ones where size and speed and
strength do have a critical, factor is a critical or
or a critical, factor and whether you're going to succeed or,
not how could any one of those parents embrace the

(01:17:06):
idea of bringing boys in to compete against your. DAUGHTER
i just don't get.

Speaker 2 (01:17:10):
IT i really don't THANK i, Mean camille gave up
her whole. Holiday they have this hell week. Swim you
were a. SWIMMER i was, That but you know how
hard it, Is you know how hard it is to
get up in the freezing, cold go and get in
a pool and swim for four hours And Jody, schaeffer their,
Coach seaton doesn't. PLAY i, mean the girls are going

(01:17:32):
through a very hard, regiment you, know and so you,
Know i'm not exactly you are, right and so and
so to show up to the pool and have a
man or a boy in the pool From elder or
From snak swimming against, her are any of the girls
from any of the sports. Programs it's just not. Fair

(01:17:54):
NOTICE i emphasize the word. Fair women deserve faith places
and fairness in their. Sports that's what this is. About
and men shouldn't be. Competing but guess, what it's on
the ballot In, ohio just like it's on the ballot In,
virginia just like you film on the ballot in the
state Of. California we've got to make sure that we

(01:18:16):
hold the line in this gubernatorial, race and we're Electing
Vivek ramaswami to the. STATE i don't want to wake
up and see executive orders saying that dudes can now
compete against our girls and our. Women we better wake Up. Ohio.

Speaker 1 (01:18:32):
Yep AND i suspect that's the road that any acton
would travel. Down, Immediately we'll continue With Christopher smithman and
the Smither van got a lot of different things to
talk about With. Christopher seven HERE i fifty Five Krosity Talk,
Station Brian Thomas Smith Christopher smitheman started early With christopher
saving me from my chemo Brain i'm dealing with today
and just real quickly you don't need to continue on

(01:18:53):
the subject. Matter but over the break THERE i Learned
Jos drecker has always been very sad and unhappy because
it was his goal to be a prima ballerina and
he just doesn't have the requisite skill sets be a prima.
Ballerina of, course they don't let men in tutus with toashoes,
Anyhow Christopher, smithman you have the floor where you want to.

Speaker 2 (01:19:15):
Go now, listen, BROTHER i saw you know you know
THAT i am a Devoted. CHRISTIAN i know you know,
That YES i. Do of COURSE i always fall. Short my,
wife my late, wife was a Devoted. Christian AND i
watched something that blew me, away and that was What

(01:19:37):
Don lemon did with the protesters by you, know going
in and protesting yesterday in a church In. Minnesota and
if people haven't seen this, video it is absolutely, viral
and they're going in and they are cussing out the
parishioners during. Service they're cussing out children during the, Service

(01:20:01):
they're cussing out women during the. Service they're going off
on the pastor during the. Service we have a right
and have protections over our. Churches they are safe, places
they are hard read. Lines and so to see these
protesters going into a church service and screaming at, people

(01:20:22):
and people are waking up listening to your show right,
now and they don't even know What i'm talking, about
but they will by the time they get to the
end of the day because not that the not that
the liberal media is going to cover. It But i'm telling,
YOU i was really really. Offended there was another scene
where the church goers were walking down the sidewalk and

(01:20:42):
they were cussing them out as they walked to. Church
so these protesters In minnesota are taking everything to a
whole another, level, Right and they're deciding now that if
you're at church and you're not out protesting with, them
then they can come and your church and they can
disrupt your. SERVICES i think all of them should be arrested.

(01:21:05):
TODAY i think the federal government should press charges Against Don,
lemon AND i can't just say how, frustrated, upset DISGUSTED
i was by watching what they did to those church goers. Yesterday,
WELL i know.

Speaker 1 (01:21:23):
That The department Of justice has opened an investigation into
that church protest to find out whether civil rights laws were.
Violated and sounds to me like they probably, are but
more fundamentally in or, nefarious and that are they Anti
christian in addition to being pro illegal immigrant rapist kind of?
People are they also Anti? Christian that they wouldn't allow
a Peaceful christian celebration well of religion on A sunday.

Speaker 2 (01:21:49):
On A, Sunday and everybody please listen to this. Piece
churches take this stuff right now really. Serious they typically
have armed, guards they have. Deacon's deacon and his people
are usually now in our churches are having. Weapons it's
unfortunate because we have people now who are doing this
kind of. Stuff this is really a recipe for. Disaster

(01:22:14):
they're gonna go into a church because you can't determine
what those people are gonna. Do Brian thomas start doing,
it yelling and they start doing. It what happens when
somebody goes into a church Where Brian thomas is, Worshiping
they are walking up to your, wife your, daughter your
son in, law your. Son they're cussing you. Out you're you're,

(01:22:34):
like stand your. Ground you don't know what's gonna, happen
and you decide to draw a weapon and take a.
Life meaning you just don't. Know when they barged into that,
Church i'm telling, you they're going to do this to
The Royal church and something bad is going to.

Speaker 1 (01:22:48):
Happen that's what happened On i'm convinced that is exactly
what they. Want they were looking for their their their
their martyr in this, uh in this ice action Against Renee.
Good they were hoping that she would be the ultimate
poster child for ice. Overreaction as it turns, out she
floored her car and hit AN ice. Officer sorry sucks
to be. You it's Like George. Floyd he didn't turn

(01:23:09):
out to be this, perfect harmless individual that you painted
him out to be before you get used him to
Formulate Black Lives matter protests all across this. Country you,
KNOW i guess you got to take your martyrs as
you get. Them but quoting tool not all martyrs ce.

Speaker 2 (01:23:23):
Divinity Look Martin Luther, King, Happy Martin Luther, King Martin
Luther king was and is a. Martyr, okay this is
a man who peacefully fought for civil rights in this
country and did it the right, Way and SO i
don't need to make any, like oh, well he wasn't

(01:23:43):
a perfect. Man there aren't perfect. People the reality, was
he saw an, injustice he put his life on the
line in this, country and ultimately it made this country
a better. Place you AND i can debate right, now
which is pretty easy THAT i think those who are
benefiting from those, MARCHES i Think Martin Luther king would

(01:24:05):
be incredibly disappointed about what is happening right now in this,
country specifically Around African americans and where our community currently,
is the opportunities that we have and didn't have when
he was marching for. Freedom But i'm gonna tell, You
i'm never gonna march as a. Victim i'm not a.

(01:24:26):
Victim i'm not looking for anybody to give me. Anything
this is a country of. Capitalism hard work is. Rewarded
you get out every. Day you start with the, mop
you end up THE. Ceo you start with the, mop
you end up being The president of The United states Of.

(01:24:47):
America that is what makes this great. Experiment great Doctor
king understood.

Speaker 8 (01:24:53):
That he understood.

Speaker 2 (01:24:55):
That he, said, listen stop cheating based on. RAPE i
Want African americ black people colored The negro at the.
TIME i want them to have the same opportunities as everyone,
else as it relates to, education as it relates to.
Economics that's my. Vision racism is only people. Cheating stop

(01:25:16):
holding my. Jersey i'm doing a. Layup that's a.

Speaker 8 (01:25:20):
Foul you're.

Speaker 2 (01:25:20):
Cheating we could say in The christian, way it's just,
sin and it's always going to be. Here but this
country is much better today than it ever was one
hundred and fifty years. Ago but people are still marching
around acting as if they're. Victims were. Not rake up every,
day go to, work contribute to your four oh one k,

(01:25:43):
plans contribute to your. Iraise make sure you're taking care
of your. Families every baby that you. Make you're the.
Daddy take care of your, children take care of your,
wife take care of your, families take care of your.
Grandmothers stop walking around acting like somebody owes you. Something
the message today From king is stop being a. Victim you're.

(01:26:07):
Not stop the marching and get to.

Speaker 1 (01:26:10):
Work who will continue With Christopher sismith and who is
obviously on quite the role this. Morning i'm thoroughly and
care see the talk station seven thirty here if you've
HAVE krcd talk. Station having a Good monday talking To
Christopher smithley got some guests in the eight o'clock, our
a whole bunch of, them two authors And Eric conroy
who's running Against Greg Landsman district. One so looking forward

(01:26:31):
to Having eric back on the. Show in the, meantime
more With Christopher, CHRISTOH i just have to observe that
give me your comments about Doctor. King content of, character
not color of. Skin we should all strive to be
the best people we can be and let our merit
determine our. Future he would be thoroughly against the whole
concept OF DEI i presume as.

Speaker 2 (01:26:50):
Well there's no question about it at the because what's
all we're doing now is swinging the. Pendulum here's here
is the. Penicillin go to. WORK i said it in
the last. Segment if you want to change our, community
make our community, better the message should be go to. Work,

(01:27:14):
look there's no job that's. Perfect anybody listening to this
who's driving into work on this holiday, saying, Man i've
got to work on this, Holiday yes you. Do lots
of farmers are getting up every. Day they're already milking
their cows at four a. M stop complaining.

Speaker 9 (01:27:35):
What a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:27:37):
Correct go to, work you, know work. Hard no one
said that, racism, sexism agism doesn't. Exist. Right All i'm
suggesting to everyone is that a man like a doctor
king with his blood and his family moved a lot

(01:27:58):
of those barriers out of the. Way and there are
other places in the. World as we can see what's
happening In, iran what's going on In. Venezuela there's no
WAY i want to live there as An African american.
Period this is the greatest country on the, planet and
this is why so many people are trying to come

(01:28:19):
into our. Country we're not going Into cuba right. Now
we're not trying to go To. Columbia we're not going To.
Venezuela and Any american right now On Martin Luther, king
think about, this Right if you don't like our country
and you're An, american give up your citizenship and get
out of, here go somewhere.

Speaker 7 (01:28:38):
Else that's what you should.

Speaker 2 (01:28:40):
Do you know this notion that you know you can
just burn our flags On mlkday in on this kind
of a, holiday or you can march down through the
streets and urinate on our, flag or you can. Kneel,
yeah you have the right to do all those things
in the great experiment because there are people who died
in life Like World War, two so you have the

(01:29:02):
ability to do something like, that you. Know but the
reality of it is that On Martin Luther King, day
we should be talking about how CAN i be a better?
Father DO i know my? Children AM i paying my child?
Support why is there an open warrant out for my?
Arrest if there's an open warrn out for my arrest
BECAUSE i haven't been paying paying child, support stop blaming the.

(01:29:25):
Woman what you need to do is don't pay your
child support because their children who are. Suffering and this
is what frustrates. Me we have to own these fatherless.
Homes as we talk ABOUT, mlk nothing will turn, Around Brian,
thomas in our, society in our, country In america if
we do not focus on our families and making them.

(01:29:48):
Stronger and that's not something a cop can, do and
it's not something a teacher can. Do only mom and
dad can do. It Brian, thomas only mom and. Dad
so every speech THAT i hear today that that Most
i'm a, victim you're a. VICTIM i hate my country
in some kind of. Way somebody owes me reparations for

(01:30:08):
something that didn't happen to. Me i'm letting you know right,
now you're off message for Doctor Martin Luther. King he
didn't preach it when he was, alive and he'd be
turning over in his grave if he was watching what
was happening right. Now seventy people murdered In cincinnati last,
year and the super super majority of them are All African.

(01:30:30):
Americans what would you think Doctor king would say about
the number of black men who are picking up guns
and killing each. Other he wouldn't, Say, oh let's blame the,
gun it was the gun's. Fault, no he would, say
there's a deterioration in the community and the family and
the fathers with these boys who are turning into men
who are shooting people at sixteen and fourteen years of.

(01:30:52):
Age we've got to address this in every speech from
every quarter Of america and stop making excuses for.

Speaker 1 (01:31:00):
Behavior, well it's hard to unlearn the religion that most
people have been taught in the public, School. Christopher and
this is a pervasive that we are an inherently evil,
country that we're all, bad evil. People we were born
of original sin of racism and, slavery and we aren't
worthy of. Existing, now fight that. Challenge try to convince
someone who is a profoundly religious person like. Yourself how

(01:31:21):
long would it take me to talk you out of
Your christian, Faith? Christopher you'd never give it. Up, well
that's what we're fighting in terms of this. War we're
waging against this woke. Leftism they Hate america and you're
not going to convince them. Otherwise and that is the
most disturbing element among all of. This let's continue With
Christopher smithmen right. Now it's seven thirty, seven seven thirty

(01:31:46):
nine here because you've Got Karcite talk station full Our
power With Christopher. Smithmen he is on a roll, today
which is typically the, CASE i think even more so, Today.
Christopher appreciate you coming on the show, today man as,
Always so what else is bruin in the back of your?

Speaker 2 (01:31:59):
Mind, well, listen, BROTHER i heard you talk earlier about
income taxes and city council locally raising Tax, okay just
that little thing, Right, yeah they.

Speaker 1 (01:32:12):
Got a little. Problem this is they got again of
a giant hole in the budget described as the predicting
a thirty two million dollar death of. Deficit this net
fiscal year of nothing changes.

Speaker 2 (01:32:25):
Great remind if you, REWIND i THINK i estimated thirty one,
million SO i was off five million or, So so
thirty two million dollars and. Growing AND i want the
public to understand that THE covid money right that they've
been patting the budget, with is now. Gone these deficits

(01:32:47):
were there, before and so the reality here is what
do this council doesn't know how to manage a. Budget.
Now i'm not being facetious WHEN i share this with the.
Public our mayor had his car repode. Twice now he
cannot manage his own personal budget at.

Speaker 15 (01:33:08):
Home that is.

Speaker 2 (01:33:10):
Obvious how can you manage a billion dollar? Budget is
anybody surprised that we're facing this kind of deficit as
if they didn't know this a year or two years,
ago that this was the projectory of the. Budget the
increase is a way to bail them. Out this has
called a democratic. Bailout and what drives me nuts is

(01:33:34):
at the same time they'll SAY i care about the poor.
PEOPLE i care about the middle. Class, look if you're a,
renter which most people in the city Of cincinnati are,
renters your rent is going higher because of property taxes and.
Fees so if the city is charging If rumkey is
charging your landlord a fee to pick up your, TRASH

(01:33:55):
i just paid mine for my. Office it was seven
hundred and twenty five or seven hundred and fifty dollars
for the. Year that's gone up from like two hundred
or three hundred now to seven hundred and twenty five.
Dollars all of these four families around the city are
getting these fees From. Romkey the landlord isn't going to eat.
It they're going to pass that through to your rent

(01:34:17):
when their property taxes go, Higher right to, you, renters
right who are voting for these. People guess, what the
landlord is not going to eat. That they're going to
pass that through to your. Rent renters act as if
they're not paying the property taxes and the fees and
the income taxes and the sales. Taxes because Our cincinnati

(01:34:38):
public schools continue to fail them on basic. Economics we're
focused on, calculus and we need to be focused on
two plus two is. Four we need to be teaching
our children out here basic, trades how to be how
to fix the how to be AN hvac, person how
to be an, electrician how to be a, carpenter be

(01:35:00):
an iron. Worker it's missing in our public education across
The United states and also specifically in the city Of.
Cincinnati and by the, way those young, People Martin Luther,
king if you're gonna give a speech, today give a
speech on public. Education talk about specifically what's happening in
the city Of cincinnati with our babies who are who

(01:35:21):
are living around and attending schools that are. Failing and
why when Vick ramaswami, says, hey, LISTEN i want to
make the school system, better why do you why are you?
Scared you, know the super majority of children that are
In cincinnati public, schools seventy to seventy five percent of,
Them Brian, thomas Are African american right. Period and so

(01:35:44):
if you're gonna do a seat, today do it on
public education and hold our school board and our teachers
and everybody. Accountable by the, way we have great teachers
in the public school. System they are held back by the.
Administration they're held back by the school. Board they're held
back by the. System the reality of it, is we've
got bad, children very small percentage of. Them let's, say

(01:36:05):
if they're thirty kids in a, classroom five of them are.
Bad but that teacher can't get rid of those five
kids because we have a public school system that says
leave no child. Behind that kid is spit on the,
teacher hit the, teacher disrupted the. Class it's, crazy and
you can't get rid of the bad kids in the.
System talk ABOUT. Mlka this is a, problem, Brother this

(01:36:27):
is where justice has to happen so that Young African
americans and white kids who have access to public. Education
the last Thing i'll, say And i've shut my, mouth
is the best way to get into the middle class
still today is a good. Education and we are failing
our babies right now On Martin Luther king because the
public school systems across The United states continue to fail

(01:36:50):
our babies at the hands Of.

Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
Democrats, well fail them in the sense that they are
being left behind by virtue of them not getting an
education and yet being pushed forward to the next. Grade
who's really being left? Behind isn't that child better served
having to take that grade over again so he or
she is equipped with the knowledge and skill sets to
handle the next level. Grade that's the only way to

(01:37:12):
help those. Children to the extent you push them through
just because it's, OH i don't, know it's not fair
that they're not smart enough to pass the test or.
Something you're doing them a collective, disservice and ultimately you're
doing the entire country of. Disservice we've got a bunch
of idiots roaming around out.

Speaker 2 (01:37:27):
There third world countries are beating us right. Now in.
Education children are walking for miles in the dark to
get an. Education. Right they promote and respect their teachers
and their. Society they're at the, top not the, bottom
right as far as respect.

Speaker 8 (01:37:45):
It as a.

Speaker 2 (01:37:46):
Profession i'm saying to you that our school systems are
failing us and we have to address. It On Martin
Luther king's, birthday let's use the holiday to speak true to.
POWER i don't want to sit around In march Like
i'm a. Victim i'm not a, victim, Right but what's

(01:38:06):
happening is so Many African americans Are. Democrats they refuse
to challenge The Democratic party where they are failing. Us
and they continue to vote for the same people getting
the same. Results Brian, Thomas i'm saying that our school
system needs a lot of. Work there can't just Be
Warning Hills clark and The school For creative And Performing

(01:38:28):
arts for our babies to go to to get a
great education and be prepared to go into a. Trade
because going into a, trade, buddy you gotta be.

Speaker 1 (01:38:36):
Smart.

Speaker 2 (01:38:37):
Okay but When i'm seering with, you why aren't we
teaching basic financial literacy in our school? System and why
are we not doing trades in a big way in
our school? System and why are we continuing to allow
our schools to fail and not give our parents a.
Choice this is why The Vick, ramaswami to, me is
a much better candidate for the gum of the state Of.

(01:39:00):
Ohio Meaning Amy atkins shut down the school system to the,
public specifically to The African american community who might be
listening to me On Martin Luther, king what do you
think that did to our babies when they were locked
out for two? Years what do you think that did to?
Them my child was in over In Saint, clement over

(01:39:21):
In Saint. Bernard they had school every single. Day they
did not shut, down, Right The catholic schools were, open
and the public schools were mad that The catholic schools
were open because they couldn't shut them. Down thank god
they remained. Open Brian, Thomas i'm, saying the woman running
for governor right, now shut down our, schools, right and

(01:39:44):
also let the liquor stores, open shut down our, churches,
right but, said, hey you can still gamble and go.
Anywhere my point to you is that they were off. Target.
Period our and our adults were dying out here with,
me oh loved ones by their. Side all of this
matters as we talk about the gubernatorial, race our, education the.

(01:40:06):
Economics how do how do we get businesses to recruit
them to the state Of ohio so we have better.
JOBS i have paid. Job all of this stuff matters right,
Now Brian, thomas and On Martin Luther King, Day there's
no better day to discuss. It let's hold people, accountable
stop marching as a, victim and Say i'm gonna be
victorious this. Year i'm gonna be a better, Father i'm

(01:40:30):
gonna be a better, Uncle i'm gonna be a better.
Nephew i'm gonna make sure that my family is intact
That i'm working and supporting my kids and every baby
THAT i, Make i'm gonna take care of my baby
in twenty twenty. Six that is A Martin Luther king
message THAT i want to hear.

Speaker 1 (01:40:45):
Today Christopher smithaman taking it to the next level here
on This Martin Luther King Junior holiday won more a
couple of comments From christopher coming up next To koway
fifty FIVE krc sevent fifty one the fifty FIVE karsd talk. Station,
hey you're talking about violence, There, christopher at least alluding to.
It we have a breaking story from this morning about
ten minutes till four o'clock this, morning sheriff's officer responded

(01:41:08):
to was shooting sixteen year old girl got shot in
the chest and at almost four o'clock in the morning
In Lincoln. Heights fortunately non life threatening injuries and this
young lady actually called nine to one to one. Herself
but they do have a suspect and competing. Custody but you,
know it sort of makes you ask a, question how
in the hell is it that someone could justify shooting

(01:41:29):
a sixteen year old in the.

Speaker 4 (01:41:31):
Chest On Martin Luther king's birth.

Speaker 1 (01:41:34):
On Martin Luther king's. Birthday they didn't Get.

Speaker 2 (01:41:39):
ALL i will tell you is they didn't get my.
Message and let me let me conclude. Here you, know
these these settlements that are coming out of City hall
are an. Abomination you, know people are trying to justify
this one point four million dollar. Settlements, okay we can
dance around the. Issue here are some facts THAT i
just want to. Reiterate you got a man with a,

(01:42:03):
gun a rifle nine is. Called those officers are responding
because someone called for help and that man had a
firearm pointed at our, officers and our officers unfortunately had.

Speaker 15 (01:42:19):
To take his.

Speaker 2 (01:42:19):
Life, okay that's the. Fact pattern this city council and
this mayor refused to put twelve in the. Box i'm
talking to your a jury. Trial they're in the dark
rooms with their cigars and they're negotiating this stuff because
what they really are doing is what we call criminal justice.
Reparation they believe that somebody was harmed, here and they're

(01:42:42):
giving out our tax dollars, saying, hey we're gonna give
one point four million to, Them we're gonna give eight
point one million of, Them we're gonna give three million to,
them and they all had, guns and they all had
guns pointed at Our cincinnati police, officers this, council and this.
Mayor they are completely off the. Rails Brian, thomas AND

(01:43:03):
i need to see twelve in the, box meaning the
eight point one million dollar. Settlement why didn't that go
to a jury. Trial i'd rather them come back and
say we own fifteen million dollars and put it before
a jury and let's litigate. It, right they're Litigating, Fiji
they're Litigating, Washington Chief washington And. Fiji why are they
they're fighting the police in the fire at the same

(01:43:26):
time they're giving money out to those who are breaking our.
LAW i don't get, it BUT i understand that this
is a political climate that we're, In Brian. Thomas and
if the voters of this great, state of this great,
county of this great city don't wake, up, right we're
gonna look Like, Detroit we're gonna look Like. Chicago that's

(01:43:47):
where we're. Hitted the logical common sense everyday person getting
up and going to. Work they're Leaving. Cincinnati they're moving
further out in the county and they're even moving Into Liberty.
Township they are out into other. Counties they're, Saying, Hell
i'm gonna go To Butler, County i'm gonna go To Claremont.
County i'm not even gonna live In Hamilton. County that

(01:44:07):
is what is happening right now because of these taxes
and because of these decisions by this. Council they're passing
resolutions about ice while we have. Potholes they're passing resolutions
about ice and they cannot even get our snow. Removal
they're passing resolutions about ice and they can't even get
our city. Cleaned our city is one of the dirtiest

(01:44:29):
cities ever across the state Of. Ohio and this is
what frustrates good government. People they can't do what they're
supposed to. Do and they're in somebody else's. Business meaning
what happened in another part of the, country whether it
Was George floyd or whether it's this other woman who
got shot in her head trying to run over an ice,
agent it is not the business of this council and

(01:44:53):
this mayor and this council need to do the business.
Here but guess what elections have Consequences on mlk's, Birthday
all of this matters the content Of my character, matters
not my. Race and how HARD i work and HOW
i love this. Country that's what. Matters ON, mlk take
care of your, children take care of your, families make

(01:45:15):
sure you're paying your child. Support can do your business
in the year twenty twenty Six march for. That i'm
not a victim And i'm not An Uncle. Tom i'm
sick of these these notions That I'm African, american and
Because i'm speaking common sense To African, americans to White,
americans To Latino, americans WHAT i now am the one

(01:45:35):
that's outside Of i'm now the Uncle. Tom you're insane
if that's your. Perspective i've got five, children four, boys one,
girl four engineers and a scholar At. Seatan you should
look at What i'm doing as a, father And i'm
doing this as a father with a wife who's. Dead
i'm a single dad out here every day fighting for

(01:45:56):
my five. Kids and so don't sit back and lecture
me about. ANYTHING i practice WHAT i.

Speaker 1 (01:46:04):

Trust it's a pleasure to have you on the Particle
happy To illusions of. Trut let me first ask. You
this book involves a gentleman by the name Of Russell
palmer who's described as an idealistic attorney and THE i
guess the book kicks off with a client coming into his.
Office it sort of suggested like it's a film noir

(01:47:33):
novel or, something you, know the detective with the shit
with the mysterious client it comes. In but then there's
all This, yeah all this. Intrigue i'm a huge film noir,
fan by the. Way all this intrigue and all these
characters that you you, know de developed their characters in
the book has typically. Done BUT i was kind of,
curious is this going to be another? Series are we
looking forward to A Russell palmer series books like you

(01:47:55):

on another, one and so, yes we're going to roll
out some More Russell palmer And Robbie. White.

Speaker 1 (01:48:06):
Fantastic all. Right, now since you're been practicing law for,
Decades i'm wondering if this was inspired, by, well something
that happened actually in your, practice or is this whole
cloth a? Creation, no, no completely.

Speaker 15 (01:48:21):
Completely you, know after years of writing these espionage thrillers
in a couple of other, THINGS i felt THAT i
should look back at my legal career and see WHAT
i could do about tapping into that for something. Worthwhile
and years AGO i handled the celebrity divorce AND i, thought,
boy that would be a nice centerpiece for a novel
if we twisted it around a. Bit and that's what we've.
Done so it was a lot of fun to. WRITE

(01:48:43):
a lot of the characters are based on people THAT
i knew back in My New York city, days and
The New York city itself is a character in the.
Book if you. Will you, know there's so many. Things
just Like, cincinnati there are certain cities that have unique
aspects to. It In New york it's the, restaurants bars
and so, forth and so they all play a part
with the characters in the.

Speaker 1 (01:49:03):
Book fair, enough what you're you're you're the title of
the Book illusions Of. Trust what are you suggesting about?

Speaker 7 (01:49:10):
That is?

Speaker 1 (01:49:11):
It are we getting something wrong about? Trust or is
this just?

Speaker 15 (01:49:14):
Yes, okay, okay that's exactly What that's exactly WHAT i.
Think as as my pr lady At Ascot media, said
she came up with the tagline that trust is the
most dangerous illusion of all and it's. True and and
part of part of the the the noir aspect of
the book is that justice is not for the. Rich

(01:49:35):
the rich by themselves Justice and so where mister And
Missus america deal with the court. System AND i was
listening to your previous, guest who was, fantastic by the,
WAY i just have to say that he. Was it
was riveting AND i grew with everything he, said by the.
Way but but you, know the, rich they get fancy,
lawyers and they you, know they own. Judges AND i
hate to be so, cynical but it's the. TRUTH i,

(01:49:57):
mean you, know we see people getting away with things
all the. TIME i, mean in the current political, CLIMATE
i constantly hear About PAM bondi saying this person and
that person AND i won't name famous names like The,
clintons for, example on these terrible. Things but we're the,
indictments we're the, trials you. Know but if it were
you or, me we'd be in. Trouble so, yes that's
part of what the story is.

Speaker 1 (01:50:17):
About And Attorney Jeffrey, stevens since you write about an
attorney in this, book we're referring to here today illusions of.
TRUST i have to point out something That i've pointed
out a lot of. TIMES i practice litigation for sixteen.
Years i'm still, licensed But i've been on the radio
show here for this is my twentieth year in. Radio
SO i couldn't litigate myself out of a paper bag right.
Now but it is. Expensive and going back to your

(01:50:39):
idea that, gee can A january sixth protester going through
The department dead the justice system afford to defend him
or herself versus let's say The clintons who just put
a political action committee sign up and SAY i need
legal defense money and everything in his brother sends him.
MONEY i, mean lawyers are. Expensive you're In New. York
you're talking four bills plus an, hour one thousand plus

(01:51:00):
dollars an hour for an attorney In New. York it's,
insane big boys do.

Speaker 15 (01:51:03):
NOW i live In connecticut, now BUT i was originally
A New york. Guy and, so, yes you're absolutely. Right
and a great case in point is apparently this young
MAN i, say apparently murdered his, parents the, whiners and
he had one of the top defensive lawyers in defense
and he. Quit and why did he? Quit because this,
kid he found, out did not have access to his parents'

(01:51:24):
money and he couldn't pay. HIM i, mean that's what it's.

Speaker 1 (01:51:26):
About, Right, WELL i guess we can call that karma
coming home to. Roost in so far as that.

Speaker 15 (01:51:32):
Is, CONCERNED i would, say SO i was not A
Rob reiner fan, politically BUT i could say that it
was a tragedy and it's just an awful. Thing and,
yes you're, Right karma is you know?

Speaker 1 (01:51:42):
What so it is, Indeed and you have the host
of characters in the book we're talking about today that he,
Wrote illusions Of, trust of course going to be a,
bestseller influential, congressman reclusive eras you have pharmaceutical, companies AND
i mean it's like everybody that we we come across
day in and day out and articles we read about
that it seems to be involved in corruption or this

(01:52:05):
unequal treatment under the. Law they're all in this. Book
you see right through.

Speaker 8 (01:52:10):
Me Mister.

Speaker 15 (01:52:10):
Thomas it's exactly. RIGHT i come by the. WAY i
come from the thesis that if you're going to write
any kind of thriller or legal, thriller an espionage, thriller
it's critical that the villains be. Interesting you have to
have three dimensional, villains otherwise you have two dimensional cartoon.
Characters they're not. Fun so there is no shortage of
villains in this, book and in, fact readers have said

(01:52:31):
one of them is probably the most fascinating character in the,
story despite EVERYTHING i did to Make Crussell palmer And
Robbie white. Interesting, so, yes there are a lot of,
people and some of them turn out to be. Bad
some of them turn out to be better than you
thought they would. Be so there are many many twists
right up to the end of the. Story AND i
hope that readers enjoy that and get that, sense as you,

(01:52:52):
say of a noir thriller while they're reading about things
that are truly are topical in our.

Speaker 1 (01:52:57):
Time, well you just this attorney that's the principal character
of the, Book Russell, palmer he described as an idealistic,
attorney you, know principled. Individual do you develop in these
in these conflicts he has with the trust, issues the
illusions of, trust you develop some sort of moral and ethical?
BREAKDOWN i, mean is does he the engage in this
moral ethical process that we should all go through and

(01:53:18):
dealing with somewhat nefarious.

Speaker 15 (01:53:20):
Types, yeah very much, though and particularly because his mentor
Is Robbie, white who is a RETIRED nypd detective who's
twenty years older than he and he's got all the
cynicism that you get from from walking the beats In New,
york and so he sort of he sort of Keeps
russell on the straight and, narrow because Sometimes russell goes

(01:53:41):
with his instincts in terms of wanting to help, people
wanting to do, good but sometimes you have to be
careful because the people for whom you're doing good might
not be good. Themselves and So robbie's cynicism And russell's
idealism is constantly a balance act that must that has
to come and. Play and so that was that was
truly a lot of fun for, me because Truly Robbie

(01:54:02):
white was based on a Former New York city police
detective THAT i knew. Well he was an older gentleman
and he helped me WHEN i began my, career so
it was a lot of fun for me to pay
ominy to him and what he did.

Speaker 1 (01:54:13):
WELL i GUESS i have to, wonder is this a
sort of maybe a fiction cautionary tale for us out
here dealing with nefarious types in the real. WORLD i,
Mean i'm wondering why so many people are willing to
trust systems or individuals that either currently or later betray.
THEM i, guess are we just that easily? Duped we
lack a critical thinking? Sufficiently and did you write this

(01:54:33):
book to kind of get us to wake the hell
up about those kinds of things going?

Speaker 15 (01:54:37):
On that's what that's my tagline WHEN i post On,
instagram wake Up. AMERICA i, mean all you have to
do is look At minnesota and no people are easily. Duped,
Yes and it's really. Sad and you, KNOW i grew
up in an era where you, know we learned to
respect the police officers and law enforcement officers and to

(01:54:59):
trust our, politicians and you, know we grew up with certain,
idealism you, know whether it was a Conservative democrat Like
John kennedy or whether it was my, Favorite Ronald. Reagan
and now look at what we've got to choose. From
it's almost it's almost. Unbelievable AND i see some of
these representatives, AGAIN i don't want to say, names BUT
i see some of these representatives ON. Tv there's one

(01:55:19):
guy who wants to impeach. Everybody every time he's, interviewed
he's got somebody else to. Impeach AND i look at
him AND i, think who voted for this?

Speaker 12 (01:55:25):
Man?

Speaker 4 (01:55:26):
RIGHT i mean truly well voted for?

Speaker 1 (01:55:28):
Him and going back to Minnesot i've been struggling with this, One.
Deman did The american people really reject WHAT ice is
doing in getting rid of like child molesters and rapists
and hardcore murderer. FELONS i, MEAN i find that so
hard to, Swallow but there you. Go you look at
the mayor In, minneapolis you look at the Governor Tim.
Walls they are absolutely screaming ABOUT ice and encouraging the

(01:55:49):
citizens to rebel against them while they're enforcing federal law
that remains on the. BOOKS i wonder what kind of
WORLD i woke.

Speaker 15 (01:55:56):
In and by the, way not everything you just said is, accurate,
course but not just that they're enforcing the, law but
they are, actually in a day to day manner trying
to make the streets safer because of all these people
who got let into the. Country and we have all
heard the chorus about, murderers, rapists, kidnappers drug drugs, dealers.
Whatever why would they not want those people removed from the.

(01:56:18):
Street why are they defending them and going up against law?
Enforcement it just makes no logical. Sense, yeah some of
them are paid, protesters but not all of. Them and
then you see them interviewed on the street and they're
asked what are you protesting? Against and they don't have an.
Answer they literally can't, Answer i'm here to abolish. Ice
what do you understand what that? Means not, really but

(01:56:39):
it was a good enough slogan for. ME i, mean
that's what they're. Saying.

Speaker 1 (01:56:43):
True and then amazing go back To clinton And obama AND. H.
W bush And trump during his first term And, biden
they kicked out a lot of illegal immigrants in our,
country millions and millions of, them and no one raised
a single voice against. It When obama was doing. It
but you, know Evil orange, man, right he had them in.

Speaker 15 (01:57:04):
Cages they Criticized. Trump obama had them in. Cages y
he he deported three point four million people and no
one said. PEEP i, know but that's that's what's, So
that's what's so mind twisting for me, personally is that
this young woman who got killed on the, train the
woman from The, ukraine who Or lake And. Riley where

(01:57:26):
are the marchers and the protesters for? Them but but
this woman who tries to run over an ice, officer
she gets shot in the, process and, suddenly you, know
we've got Another George floyd. SITUATION i, mean they picked
their heroes very, oddly.

Speaker 1 (01:57:39):
As my, opinion they, do AND i can't let that
go without pointing Out Ashley babbitt got gunned. Down she
didn't even present eminent, apprehension eminent a reasonable expectation of
a bodily, harm grievous bodily harm or. DEATH i, mean
they just shot her and they all praised the officer
and got away with. It and they praised the. Officer,
huh what's worse running a car into an officer or

(01:58:03):
trying to squeeze through a tiny broken window while. Unarmed, hmmm, yeah,
yeah you're, Right, jeffrey so.

Speaker 15 (01:58:11):
RIGHT i just don't. Know you, know here's the real
question for, me and, TRULY i mean this sincerely to
whoever is listening to. Us what is it going to
take For america to wake? Up do we need to
find someone who is a? Uniter like, LISTEN i love
most of What Donald trump, does AND i Know Donald
trump and PERSONALLY i know he says stupid. Things, OKAY

(01:58:35):
i got, that but what he's doing is, Fantastic but
he's not a. Uniter, unfortunately we need. SOMEBODY i don't know.
Who it will be Another reagan, maybe but someone to
bring us. Together what is it going to take for
the left to, say, yeah you know, what this may
we are All americans and this makes. Sense do we
need another nine to? Eleven do we Need durant to attack?

(01:58:55):
US i, mean what event or what person will come forward.

Speaker 2 (01:59:01):
To bring us back?

Speaker 15 (01:59:01):
Together because to, me this is really this is a.
Mess i've never seen this in my, lifetime even during
The Vietnam, war because during The Vietnam war it was
a discreet. Issue it was one single, issue which was
you were against the war or. Not AND i can
understand both. SIDES i really. Could even THOUGH i was
personally against the war at the, TIME i admit. That,
yeah but the idea was it was. One it was one.

(01:59:22):
Issue now we seem to be divided about Everything trump.
Does these Amazing If trump found the cure for, cancer
they would criticize them for putting doctors out of. Business
it was, Incredible it was.

Speaker 1 (01:59:34):
Incredible, well since you Mentioned, vietnam don't forget we had
The Simbionese Liberation army and The Red army faction and
The Bottom Minehoff gang and all these communists bombers left.
Scenes forget about. That we lived in much more dangerous.
Times pivoting over From january, sixth they blew up The senate.
Bathroom that seems to me a step above, Anyway Jeffrey,
Stevens we were all over the. Place the Book illusions Of,

(01:59:56):
trust which is on my blog page fifty five cars Dot, com.
Fantastic it will be another best. Seller for my guest,
Today Jeffrey, stevens it's been a real pleasure talking with
you and doing a little stream of consciousness in there consciousness.

Speaker 2 (02:00:07):
There thank.

Speaker 1 (02:00:07):
YOU i really appreciate it AND i enjoyed.

Speaker 15 (02:00:09):
It and my wish for everybody in twenty twenty six
is that we engage in random acts of, kindness do
something good for somebody at, caution, nothing and it'll make
you feel better and make the world a better.

Speaker 2 (02:00:18):
Place.

Speaker 1 (02:00:19):
Amen, well Stated Jeffrey. Stevens we'll get your. Book it's
on my blog. Page fifty FIVE krs dot. Coms take
care of my. Friend we'll be talking. Against thanks you so,
much all the better book in the queue eight. Nineteen
right now that you HAVE krc the talk, station don't go.
Away i'd be right back W. Krc since then That
Chuck ingram fifty FIVE krc the talk. Station hey twenty

(02:00:40):
two here if you ABOUT karsd talk station coming up
me Ext Michael minard uh Former Johnson johnson engineering executive
and inventor at fourteen. Patents he didn't practice, medicine but
he had a keen eye for trying to figure out
the root cause behind, addiction, suicide and. Incarceration unresolved childhood

(02:01:00):
trauma is his conclusion in the Book greater Than, Gravity
how childhood trauma is pulling down. Humanity so he traces
all these disease and illness and all these problems we
have to something that went on in young people's. Childhood
that'll be. Next then we're gonna hear From Eric, conroy
who's running Against Greg. Landsman, YAY i Have district. One
he'll be in studio talk about, well variety of different.

(02:01:22):
Topics and here you go on the heels Of Jeffrey
stevens book about all this. Corruption, yeah rules for the
and not for. Me get a load of. This One
House Overside committee now Investigating Representative Ilian. Omar you know
Her democrat From. Minnesota why, well her latest financial disclosure

(02:01:44):
has said her net worth is about thirty million dollars
according to The New York New York. Post Overside Panel
Representative James commerce said. This he, Goes we're going to get,
answers whether it's through The Ethics committee or The Oversight,
committee one of the. Two amid the swirling fraud scandals
going on In minnesota court to the latest financial disclosure

(02:02:07):
that was filed In may net worth Of Ilon omar
and her, Husband Tim. Maynette are you, Ready, hey Get
Christopher smithman on the. Phone he's a financial. Planner see
if he got a three, thousand five hundred percent increase
in earnings for his. Clients, yeah don't Bother. Joe we
all know the. Answer that is not. Happening disclosure from

(02:02:30):
the end of twenty twenty three showed that she and
her husband had ownership stake that only add up too
slightly above fifty one. Thousand now a court of the
report of the best majority is attributed To. Minett her husband's.
Assets omar's assets much, smaller they, say ranging from sixteen
thousand to sixty five, thousand but a significant increase from earlier.

(02:02:53):
Years this Guy minette Owns Rose Lake Capitol fern value
between five and twenty five. Million also a winery business
called f Coullc voll value between one and five. Million
HMM I i think it raises legitimate. Questions she had

(02:03:17):
nothing when she was, ELECTED i mean quite, literally according
to financial, disclosure is. Nothing somebody want to check Into
Alexandria Casio cortes. Too isn't she a bartender when she got? Elected?
Yeah maybe eight twenty Five right, now fifty Five Krsit talk.
Station what is the root cause behind, well death and
addiction and all the other problems Plagued according to my next,

(02:03:40):
Guest Michael, minard it's childhood. Trauma we'll talk With Michael comdup.
Next start in the. Mailroom you'll be. Successful that's What
Christopher smitheman suggested, earlier AND i have an illustration of
that right here on the fifty Five Carcee Morning. Show
Author Michael. Minard labeled a non college bound, man he
was put in trade school. Program at the age of twenty,
one he Joined johnson And johnson operated the blue print.

(02:04:00):
Machine there you. Go twenty five years, later he was
named the company's first vice president of engineering and an
officer of the company with responsibilities in forty four. Countries
now labeled as an exemplary, creator he has received FOURTEEN
us and multiple international, patents including inventions of infant disposable
diapers with elastic legs and sanitary napkins with wings for.

(02:04:21):
WOMEN i remember those. Anyway he is the author of a.
Book we're gonna be talking. Today he's not a, doctor
but how did he discover the secret to what is
causing all of our collective? Problems described as the third
leading cause of, death childhood trauma the name of the
little greater than. Gravity how childhood trauma is pulling down?
Humanity welcome to the fifty FIVE Carc Morning. Show Michael,
minard it's a real pleasure to.

Speaker 12 (02:04:42):
Have you, On happy to be, here good.

Speaker 1 (02:04:45):
Morning so you're not a, doctor and yet this sounds
like medical research looking to find the root cause of
addiction or what kills, us what causes? Diabetes are we
getting the wrong? Information sounds like we, Are, Michael.

Speaker 12 (02:05:02):
Well we have for, eternity and it's just an unlikely.
Journey i'm A i'm an engineer by, education But i'm
ALSO i have a mind that solves. Problems we all
have different, gifts AND i connect dots that have never
been connected. Before and WHEN i decided to write my

(02:05:25):
memoir about three years, ago that's the kite that couldn't.
Fly and in THAT i discovered THAT i and my
siblings have we're actually experiencing complex childhood trauma and explained
a lot of the dysfunction in my. Siblings and that
stop stopped, me started me down the journey of. RESEARCHING

(02:05:46):
i lost two brothers to addiction to. Heroin why them
and not? Me so that led me on a two
year journey That i'm publishing and actually that book is
going to be released in about a. Month greater Than
gravity and found some shocking.

Speaker 1 (02:06:04):
Data, Okay, now one of the Things i've learned from
over the Years i've talked to so many folks involved
in psychiatry and. Psychology quite often addiction springs from an
underlying mental health. Problem people are self medicating if they're
dealing with generalized. Anxiety they feel tense and nervous all the.
Time you know, what drink, something you, know it makes
you mellow, out makes you feel. Good that's what you

(02:06:26):
head straight down the road of. Addiction what level trauma
are you referring? To is this abusive? Parents is it
students that you go to school. With there's all kinds
of trauma.

Speaker 12 (02:06:38):
Out, there great. Question there's ten types of classic childhood
trauma that have been identified by THE, cdc and they
include the ugly facts of, neglect, abuse sexual, abuse a
parent having addiction, themselves someone being incarcerated in the, home

(02:07:00):
someone having mental illness in the. Home those ten things
are called. Aces adverse childhood. Experiences one hundred and eighty million,
adults that's seventy percent of our adult population have experienced childhood.
Trauma if you have experienced four or, more which is
thirty percent of the, nation and the. World everything goes to.

(02:07:23):
Hell everything goes to. Hell and it starts at childhood
with the excess flows of hormones like cortisol an. Adrenaline
because the child stays in the, alert always on the,
alert their brain gets wired for, survival not for. Growth
mitochondria is destroyed in the, brain which begins the downward.

(02:07:46):
Spiral so you lose energy in the. Brain you get
mild mental disorders or, disease and those are pathways to
metabolic disease and makes you feel. Bad and when you feel,
bad we seek to feel. Better and how do we do?

Speaker 1 (02:08:03):
That as?

Speaker 12 (02:08:04):
Children we begin with, addictions as you, know as early
as eight or nine years, old with, food, yeah and
then we find a drink might call them your. Mind
so eighty five percent of all people in The United
states suffering from childhood, trauma, sorry suffering from addiction have childhood.

Speaker 1 (02:08:23):
Trauma, okay now what of other disease. STATES i just
use myself as an. EXAMPLE i got lymphauma And i've
been complaining this morning BECAUSE i had to have a
chemo On thursday And, friday and it really is influencing
my brain, today, Sir so IF i sound a little,
GROGGY i literally am, Okay i'm, SIXTY i was diagnosed
eight years. AGO i got five years of. Remission first three,

(02:08:44):
Minute is there something could you trace that to a
traumatic event in my? Childhood?

Speaker 12 (02:08:49):
Absolutely so you, Know AND i don't want to MAKE
i don't want to make it sound like the sky is. Falling, no, no, no,
No and we're trying to dig up bones and blame.
People but the reality is that if you have experienced childhood,
trauma even things that you wouldn't think was, trauma an
unhappy mother at, birth a slight neglect or being demeaned

(02:09:15):
or being touched on these ten, things if you if
you have, it it begins to destroy the immune. System
so we're built to filter out cancer. Cells we all have,
them but our immune system filters them. Out if you've
experienced childhood, trauma that system is. Weakened and there is

(02:09:35):
a there is a new book by Doctor, gibore world
expert on, trauma who now shows a direct prevalence of
cancer to your early childhood at. Adversity so you, KNOW
i don't know your your, history not asking your, history but.

Speaker 8 (02:09:56):
NO i was.

Speaker 1 (02:09:57):
LOOKING i was looking for. Psychoanalysts but you're, saying, yeah very.
Well it could have been some traumatic event of my
childhood that has brought me to the. State so, absolutely
how did you make that? Connection, again going back to
the fact that you were a, researcher a numbers, cruncher
not a, physician how'd you make the?

Speaker 8 (02:10:12):
Leap?

Speaker 12 (02:10:13):
Yeah so after the, memoir a world renowned, psychologist Doctor,
schiraldi reached out to me and, said you're really onto something,
here like to work with. You so with him AND
i consumed three hundred and fifty peer review reports on

(02:10:36):
making the connection between causing diseases mental and metabolic diseases
and found some gold in that in that, research and
then researched, deeper AND i created a team of experts
to validate my. Data so it's always, there but the

(02:10:58):
professionals talk to. Themselves they don't talk to. Us right,
Now i'm still, shocked as this data has been available
for thirty years and you have to have a, novice
a layman make this connection because of my childhood and
of all the, research but no. One i'm trying to

(02:11:20):
hit the alarm button with this.

Speaker 1 (02:11:21):
BOOK i understand now the sixty four thousand dollars question
or whatever it's. Worth these, days what do we do
to solve the, Problem, like for, example if it was
childhood trauma that resulted in me having whatever disease state or,
not is it too late to sort of fix that
or do we need to start really really young and
focusing on and talking about the traumas that we face

(02:11:43):
as young. PEOPLE i, mean you got an alcoholic father or,
mother how are you going to reach that young person
to stop the trauma from.

Speaker 12 (02:11:50):
Happening so the end of the book lays out the.
Solution so if you're going to talk about a, problem
you have a responsibility to talk about the. Solution AND
i got to tell, you you're the first guy and
all these Interviews i'm doing the first guy who has, Asked,
okay what do we? Do so here's what we're. Doing
i've created an organization called you act Uact united Against Childhood.

(02:12:14):
Trauma we're going to do three things and at a
very high, scale we're going to raise awareness so people
like you might make the connection between your, health your mental,
state and your. Past awareness is number. One number two healing. Interventions,
now obviously we can't take your cancer, away we can't take,

(02:12:35):
you but we can improve your ability to heal by
doing things that's so simple of appropriate, rest appropriate, nutrition
and a little bit of. Movement but if you're really,
suffering if you're really, suffering then you need professional. Help

(02:12:55):
and there are interventions that are quite, efficacious they're quite
easy to. Implement so first, Awareness, second let's drive, healing and,
third let's go upstream and prevent it from. Happening let's
teach the, parents let's teach the. World you, know in
a country Like, denmark they have almost zero childhood trauma

(02:13:17):
because they give their mothers eighteen months off at. Birth
they have, women they have teams delivering, diapers, food, consoling,
love you, know they have this theory of raise your,
children you, know like A, viking and it. Works but
we're the of the forty two richest countries in the,

(02:13:39):
world we are the lowest in preventing childhood trauma and
bringing these.

Speaker 1 (02:13:44):
Services so, yeah we have a lot of i would,
say single parent, families a lot of pant families with
two earner parents and they're not around all the, time
latch key. Kids and we could go on meaning well, meaning,
meaning well meaning. Parents of, course it's not. Enough greater than,
gravity how childhood trauma is pulling down humanity by my guest,

(02:14:05):
Today Michael. Manard fascinating. Conversation. SIR i hope you're onto.
SOMETHING i hope we can discover the source of all,
this this tragedy that's out there and got a solution
that's in the. Book your book is on my blog
page fifty five krs dot com. Stir but we can
click on, it get themselves a copy of it and
learn about.

Speaker 7 (02:14:18):
It.

Speaker 1 (02:14:18):
Michael it's been a real pleasure.

Speaker 12 (02:14:20):
Man thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (02:14:21):
On good luck to. You thank you very, Much, SIR
i appreciate. It eight forty right, now don't go. Away Eric,
conroy he's run Against Greg. Landsman somebody's got to do
It district. One he'll be in studio next you find
the talk. Station hey forty five if you HAVE carc
the talk, station very Happy monday to YOU Mlk Junior.
Day and if you didn't Hear Christopher, smithman heed his.
Advice do What christopher said during the hour Long spleen.

(02:14:44):
Event welcome to the fifty Five kresnay. Morning, Sure Eric,
conroy somebody's got to Beat Greg Landsman district. One can
it Be Eric? Conroy you can find him. Online At
ericconroy dot com just like it. Sounds, eric thank you
so much for coming to the studio. Today it's a
real pleasure to see you. Again, brian thanks for having.
Me it happened to year and it is a Happy
New year to you, two. Sir and let me just
thank you for your service to our. Country you went
to THE Us Air Force academy and then you ended

(02:15:05):
up in THE. Cia so how was your time at
The State. Department i'm just kidding, me BUT i appreciate
my listeners appreciate your service to our. Country by way of,
background what what is your what do you do for
a living with your you, know sort of qualifications to
run for pregnant. Spot, yeah so a little bit about.

Speaker 3 (02:15:21):
ME i was born and raised on The West, side
went To Elder High school and then The Air Force
academy for. College. Yeah seven years active duty in The Air,
force mostly in special, operations and THEN i did another
seven years in THE, cia WHERE i served in war
zones and In europe, overseas.

Speaker 1 (02:15:36):
Living and shipping containers In. Martinia huh something like. That,
YEAH i GOT i got A State department.

Speaker 3 (02:15:42):
Relative after, that wrapped up a master's in, economics and
work in finance right now and investing in so on the,
SIDE i help invest in defense and aerospace, companies of
which we have plenty in the, area with you, know
larger companies like ge and Right Pishon Air force base
up the. Road so but, now, well you, know my
main focus is this campaign and defeating the radical leftists

(02:16:03):
that we know Of Greg landsman.

Speaker 1 (02:16:05):
And he is and there's a million places we could.
Start but giving your you, know your data background and all,
that let's just look at the sorry ass situations going
on In minneapolis our federal tax. DOLLARS i don't think
any human being on the left side of the political
ledger cares a whit what happens with our. Dollars they
are clearly not responsible stewards with our. Money and as

(02:16:26):
we're learning more and more billions of dollars being thrown
out in fraud wasted abuse just In. Minnesota haven't moved
over To california Or New york yet or even here In,
ohio where we know we have tons of fraud waste.
Abuse this is an area that really means a lot to, me.
Sir it does to me as.

Speaker 3 (02:16:40):
Well, right AND i worked in two large government bureaucracies
in The Air force and the intelligence. Community And i've
seen that, fraud, waste and abuse a first have and
that is your tax payer, Dollars, brian, right that is
your money being. Waste so that as your hard earned
money being. Wasted And i'm very big on fiscal cuts
and downsize in our government because that is what's best
for the every Day.

Speaker 1 (02:16:59):
Maria, well And i'm glad to hear you say that
because you know someone who served in his. Military, PROUDLY
i am the first person to guess nothing concrete to go,
on but any trillion dollar military, budget there's got to
be a lot of, fraud waste and abused in that.

Speaker 3 (02:17:13):
Too, well there's definitely, inefficiencies. RIGHT i spent some time
at The, pentagon and there's a great STORY i remember
for my time. There General flynn was. There this is
before his administration, time this is some time, ago and
he gives this great story that he used to go
around and just knock on the doors in his command
at The, pentagon just to say hello to, people and

(02:17:33):
when they would open the, door they would be. Spooked
and he asked, people, finally why are people spooked WHEN
i come around and knock on their door like they're
in my, command they're in my. Unit and finally the
assistant went to the general and, Said, general they're scared
because they're afraid that they're going to find out that
their jobs are. Useless, Right AND i think it's about
trimming the fat and making everything more efficient in our,

(02:17:54):
government whether that's The department Of, war whether that's the,
irs whether that's The department Of. Energy we can definitely
downside and save your tax para.

Speaker 1 (02:18:02):
Money, yeah, well you, know it just reminded me of
the story that guy was getting paid eight hour workdays
to sit in literally surf. Poorn that's what he, did
and it was known and he kept his. JOB i,
Mean i'm missing some of the, details but that is
pretty much a boiled down synopsis of what was going.
On so maybe that's what they're, doing or they're playing
video games or there surfing YouTube or, whatever not doing

(02:18:23):
something that's beneficial to The american.

Speaker 3 (02:18:24):
PEOPLE a review is definitely, needed, Right and this is
WHAT i appreciate about The trump, administration as they're not
afraid to take a hard review of how your money's being,
spent and that means our bloated government, bureaucracy whether It's, Defense, Intel,
irs or.

Speaker 1 (02:18:38):
Otherwise, Well Chucky schumer just came out the other, DAY
i think it was, yesterday saying that when they take back,
over they're gonna undo all of THE doge cuts That
Elon musk and The Doge department put. IN i, mean we're,
talking can he be serious about?

Speaker 6 (02:18:52):
That?

Speaker 3 (02:18:52):
LOOKED i, mean The, democrats including my Opponent Greg, lanceman
have never been serious about your money or about the
operation of the federal. Government and this is WHY i
think the administration's approach of taking a hard look and
looking at some cuts is.

Speaker 1 (02:19:06):
Needed.

Speaker 3 (02:19:07):
Right and you, know maybe thirty years ago you needed
more personnel to handle paperwork and all. That but we're
we're in the digital aged, officer, right we do not
have to have these massive government. Bureaucracies department Of education
is a great example. Too we have a, massive voted
bureaucracy IN dc where the money's, going and that money
should be going to parents and teachers here at the

(02:19:28):
local level for the. Education. Right and these are the
common sense policies that we as The Republican party are,
promoting and my Opponent Greg lansman and his party members
do not they want to waste their money at the highest.

Speaker 1 (02:19:40):
Level, well AND i go back to the whole immigration.
Thing they're protesting because our government is trying to get
rid of some criminals that are, hardened discussing subject to
the detainer, orders rapists of, children, murderers and there are
people standing in the way of. That AND i think about,
that AND i asked out loud this, morning is have

(02:20:00):
before sort of, like does anybody really believe that is
the recipe for success in this? Country that abusing ice
agents and trying to prevent the elimination of dangerous criminals
in our communities is somehow a bad thing that should be.
STOPPED i can't buy. That that is a topic that.
Resonates AND i feel the same way about the education

(02:20:20):
that you were just talking. About what parent doesn't want
to control where their child. Goes go, ahead go to
the traditional public school if you. Want but if you
want to go someplace, else isn't that a good? Thing you're?

Speaker 3 (02:20:32):
Right and back To. Minnesota, Right, look this situation is
concerning right and anytime there's a loss of, life it's very.
Tragic and this is a very fast moving. Situation BUT
i think it's it's important for all of us to
just tone down the rhetoric a little, bit let some
of these investigations play. Out and if you disagree with the,
policies that's, fine but you need to protest, smartly and

(02:20:52):
that doesn't mean interrupting law enforcement operations or causing violence In.
Mayhem these are not protests at this, point, Right AND
i think the satus part about This minnesota situation of
the last week is the lack of cooperation that we've
gotten from city and state. Governments and this once again
goes to, show as we saw this summer here with
our brawl down, town the lack of, seriousness the lack

(02:21:14):
of fortitude In democratic, leaders Including Greg. Lansman right WHEN
i Saw greg's interview for the brawl last, summer you
know what he said On channel. Five the interviewer asked, Him,
hey what are you doing at the federal level to
solve the crime issue? Here his answer, Was i'm working
With honda And kia to make sure their cars are less. Stealable,

(02:21:35):
like does that sound like a serious? Representative is that
someone you want as your? Congressman Brun, No that's WHAT i.

Speaker 1 (02:21:41):
THOUGHT i don't even recall him. SICK i believe you
all day, long but that sounds like a well backcrop.
Insanity now he ends up he got us a million
dollars apparently in some bill that was passed so we
can buy cameras or. Something, wow, okay cameras that were
promised by city government years and years, ago which they
have the money, apparently because they're installing them right now

(02:22:02):
Before greg's money even lands in the. Neighborhood what we.

Speaker 3 (02:22:04):
Should be doing is focusing on how we get additional
funding to increase our police.

Speaker 1 (02:22:09):
Force right we have a shortage of course.

Speaker 3 (02:22:10):
Officers there are ways to get dhs AND doj grants
to help supplement the police force, downtown whether that's hopefully in,
personnel but in other ways.

Speaker 1 (02:22:20):
Too you got to get people that want to sign.
Up they had thirty open spots for. Laterals they HAD
i believe it was nine according to Ken co fops.
Seven joe says seven. Spots seven people apply for thirty open.
Spots so all the money in the world is not
going to draw people to a career in law. Enforcement
if you have elected officials that regularly demonize them and
tell them that they're all racists.

Speaker 3 (02:22:41):
And we need to get back to the basics, right
common sense law and. Order the laws matter and they
need to be enforced. Right and this is what we've
gotten away, from not just here In, cincinnati but In
minneapolis and on their. Places and if we want to
get back to a common sense, society it starts.

Speaker 1 (02:22:54):
There, indeed any of the hot topics you wanted to touch,
upon we've of course dealt with the corruption In minnesota
as well as. Elsewhere the immigration. PROBLEM i got a
comment on. That where were all of these leftist protesters
When Barack obama was kicking millions of people out of our,
country Or Bill clinton was kicking millions of, people or
Even bush when he kicked millions of people out of our.

(02:23:14):
Country not a, peep not a, Word and here we.
Are it's Evil orange. Man it's only because It's Donald.
Trump you're exactly, Right.

Speaker 3 (02:23:22):
Brian and what's even worse now is they're talking about
abolishing ice or potentially trying to do some kind of
shut down the government ploy due to the ice operations In.
Minnesota and this is absolutely. Absurd and this is how
they try to screw Over ohioans every, Day ohioans to
shut down the government whenever they get what they don't.
Want there's this tendency on the left when they don't

(02:23:43):
get what they, want they want to burn down the.
Farm AND i think this is that selfish mentality that
we've seen In Greg landsman and in some of his
party mates that just totally totally throws to the win
what public service is, right and this is why we
need to.

Speaker 1 (02:23:57):
Change, yeah it's like a petulant child putting the hands
over the and going l with their eyes closed and
trying to, prevent you, know content from entering into their
brain and resisting all the common sense reforms that you
AND i can embrace all day, long Which Eric conroy does.
