Shelley McDougall: Woman treks length of the country to raise money for mental health despite ex-cyclone Hale - Holiday Breakfast

Ex-cyclone or not, Shelley McDougall is pressing on as she walks the length of the country to raise both awareness and money for mental health.

Her trek began at Cape Reinga ten weeks ago and she's now in the South Island, with another eight weeks or so to go before she reaches Bluff.
