Speaker 1 (00:00):
So if you were listening earlier, you heard the slew
of medical issues that Emily is going through right now.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Bodies just falling apart.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
It really is that. It really is.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Neck issues, ankle issues, foot.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
Issues, I mean all over the place. It's a nightmare back.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
Yeah, everything.
Speaker 1 (00:21):
When you got to carry the family, thank you for.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
Saying that we hit a certain things start going.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
It's very true. It is true. Not fun, No, it's
not fun. So you know you've been going to these
different doctor's appointments and things like that. Well, I guess
something happened recently at a doctor's appointment that is wildly.
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Embarrassing, really bad, Eddie, really really bad.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (00:43):
So I've been trying to, you know, stay on top
of my health. We're all in a health I guess.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
So. I just don't like to use the word journey because.
Speaker 5 (00:51):
It's watiousious, it's really rude.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Sorry shot at me.
Speaker 5 (00:56):
Sorry, But yeah, we're all we're all going through it,
and I'm trying to stay on it and stay with
my doctor's appointments. And I recently had to scheduled appointment
at the dermatologist. I know, I'm trying to work on
my adult acne and why I still get zits like
I did when I was in high school. It's just
brutal and like nobody could really figure it out, like
(01:16):
what's going on?
Speaker 3 (01:18):
So that sucks.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
So that's kind of like why I scheduled the appointment.
But also while I'm there, I might as well get
the whole body scan of the dermatologist to look over
head to toe, make sure I don't have any school
look over my molly.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
Moles and stuff like that.
Speaker 5 (01:33):
So I scheduled that appointment, and like I had had
this one lady, she's like a nurse practitioner, and she
was fine.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
I thought she was kind of a bitch to me,
to be honest, I don't like her attitude.
Speaker 6 (01:43):
I agree, it was.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Kind of weird. I don't know something about her.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
Do you agree? Told me the appointment with her.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
Too, Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:49):
Yeah, I like to accompany people in their appointments, like
my husband. Yeah. No, like cause I do the annual
check as well. So Emily and I were talking about it,
and she was telling me how unhappy she was with
her dermatologists because it was just like a refill of
the prescription and the dermatologist wouldn't give it to her
unless she like came in there physically, and it's like,
(02:10):
but I ran out of my prescription that you gave me.
Why won't you refill it?
Speaker 3 (02:15):
It was thank you for remembering that. Sky.
Speaker 5 (02:16):
It was like the topical solution that I use for
like the bad sits I get, like on my chin,
and I had run out of it and I was
due to see her, and I messaged on the portal
for a refill and she writes back, I won't refill
it until you come see me. And I said, okay,
I understand. As soon as I can get is like
a month and a half out, you're out now, and
so I even.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
So we kind of argued back and forth, and I
had already not.
Speaker 5 (02:38):
Liked her demeanor in the past, and I even sent
her a photo of the giant like underground like cystic
acne I had on my chin. I sent a photo
of it. She goes, sorry, I can't help you until
you come in. And so I was telling Sky about that,
and I'm sitting here like, really, it's not like a
medication that you ingest. It's like a topical thing. You
can't just schedule my appointment you could see. So yeah,
(03:00):
so I got rid of her, and I decided I
wanted to see somebody else at the same practice. So
this was a new person, a new male dermatologist, which
is fine. Like in the past, the guy that delivered
my son, it was a male, So like, I'm fine
seeing anybody, like, I don't have a preference.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Guy.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
The guy like it didn't.
Speaker 7 (03:21):
Guy.
Speaker 4 (03:21):
We picked him up on the way to the hospital.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
I was weird.
Speaker 2 (03:26):
He worked out a better buzz. It was fine the way.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
God, dude, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
He seemed like he was qualified.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
He swooped him up, So like, I don't really care
to have preference over male or femal. It doesn't bother
me either way. Whoever's like, gotta see the stoniest.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
Basically anyone wearing a white coat.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Honestly, you've got.
Speaker 5 (03:44):
A stethoscope, that's a bonus extra, that's a pharmacist.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Can you look at this thing on my boob?
Speaker 3 (03:53):
Honestly, it doesn't matter.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
So I get disappointment to go see this male dermatologist,
and I go back with the nurse and she gives
me the gown and all this other stuff. You put it,
you know, forward the openings in the back, take everything off.
You can keep your underwear on.
Speaker 3 (04:08):
So that's where we're at.
Speaker 5 (04:10):
And so then I'm sitting there waiting and then in
walks the doctor, and the doctor walks in the door,
and I'm immediately taking aback. This guy is absolutely gorgeous.
Speaker 7 (04:22):
Oh gorgeous, gorgeous like model style, gorgeous, like dark hair,
dark eyes, oh like probably looks like he's in his
like mid thirties, mid to late thirties.
Speaker 5 (04:33):
Like like, it looks like it's an actor. It's not
really shouldn't be a doctor.
Speaker 6 (04:37):
The set of er or something.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
Walked in the door and I didn't see it coming. Wow,
And I'm not, you know, really put together.
Speaker 5 (04:46):
Neither does it matter, But like immediately I'm like, this
is kind of weird.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
This guy is so hot.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
You just say you don't care.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
I don't care normally.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
But because most of them are that hot, No, none
of them look like that. That's why you don't care.
Speaker 5 (04:59):
I mean, you don't to make a comment about my
hair being up at a bun right now.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
I don't know I'm asking that.
Speaker 5 (05:03):
Sour looking face. I'm just asking you're doing that right
in front of it. Hey, it actually was, I think
it was. You don't need to do that. Now the
nurse stays in the room the whole time, she's taking notes,
and I don't know, maybe that's a new law that
they have to have a male guy, a male nurse,
a male guy, a male doctor. I mean, do they
(05:24):
have to have stay in the room or something. So
she's in the room the whole time, which obviously is fine.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Not doing a three banger. That's not happening. You don't
need to play that that music. I'm getting inspected.
Speaker 2 (05:42):
That's how it starts.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
You guys watch too much stuff on the internet.
Speaker 7 (05:49):
Okay, really a bullside.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
It's ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Sorry.
Speaker 5 (05:58):
So I'm sitting there, got my gown on, wearing a
hot pink thong.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
This is something that we.
Speaker 6 (06:09):
Doctor appointment underwear.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
What are you doing?
Speaker 2 (06:12):
You?
Speaker 6 (06:14):
I do that every day.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
There's your giant white underwear.
Speaker 6 (06:18):
Okay, yeah, what is this club? And there's no skid
marks for the.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Club?
Speaker 3 (06:30):
Wonder I chose for the day?
Speaker 6 (06:31):
Weird?
Speaker 3 (06:32):
Okay, no thought went into it. Okay.
Speaker 5 (06:34):
So I'm sitting there, hot doctor and he starts looking out,
you know, my face first, and looks at all the
different things and no sun spots there, just my shoulders,
looks at the mole on my shoulder, all this other stuff.
Speaker 3 (06:46):
We're all good.
Speaker 5 (06:47):
Looks at my legs, looks at my feet, looks at
everything like gasp.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
He didn't gasp when he's on my feet. Okay, as
we discussed earlier, they're eight and a half.
Speaker 5 (06:58):
They just look bigger than they are because I've very
skinny ankles, thank you very much. And then it's time
to look at my back, and that's what he says, Okay,
go ahead and stand up. So I stand up and
he's sitting in his little like, you know, really really
stool thing that he's sitting on, wheeling around whatever I do.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
I always have those weird things. Why can't just get
a regular chair?
Speaker 1 (07:19):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
You got to be able to wiggle around?
Speaker 1 (07:21):
I yes, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (07:22):
So he's sitting on that, and so I'm facing the
nurse who's at the computer, and my back is towards him,
and I'm standing up and I didn't. I realized I
didn't tie the thing right. It's the gown, right. It's
always like I never know which ties to match up,
and I feel like those are really tricky, and I
didn't tie it correctly.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
So the back was left open a little bit.
Speaker 5 (07:43):
Oh so it wasn't really covered, but I mean he's
got to look back there anyway totally. And that's when,
because he's so good looking, I got a weird vibe,
like like a vibe like now this is kind of uncomfortable,
like this is not the doctor patient vibe.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
And I think it was probably me making it on.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
You don't he was doing anything.
Speaker 4 (08:02):
But now weird that he wants his license.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Yeah you don't. You think he's gonna throw it all
away for Emily, For.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
A forty two year old woman with her hair in.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
A butN and with that hot pink thong. I might
just say, yeah, you think so.
Speaker 5 (08:21):
I think I internally like started feeling weird and I'm
not like when I'm awkward and uncomfortable, it just exudes
out of my like you could feel it is like
you could feel it, like it just is an aura
I think that I give off, possibly, And that's when
I get a little bit nervous and uncomfortable and I
can't kind of black out, and I don't really know
what he's saying to me, And that's when I'm what
(08:42):
I think he says is okay because he's looking at
my back, back, back, going down my back. Now he's
at my lower back, and I think he's saying, okay,
now pull down your underwear. And that's when I get
even more uncomfortable, going Why would I need.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
To do are appointment?
Speaker 3 (08:59):
No?
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Not, would you ever need to pull down your underwear?
Speaker 5 (09:02):
Maybe like the tea part of the thong was blocking
some part that he wanted to look at, but at
that point he would just probably move it to the side.
Speaker 6 (09:08):
Yeah, that's what my my dermatologist says.
Speaker 8 (09:11):
She'll just you a giant's covering from belly button down
to knees.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Just to get the jaws of life out.
Speaker 6 (09:19):
But she'll just pull the elastic back a little and
just look and then snap it back.
Speaker 8 (09:24):
You have the scene in the Hangover where they're at
the doctor's office and there's that old guy just standing
there in his underwear.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
What that Scott?
Speaker 6 (09:35):
Can you not? But yes? But but that's at least
what I've always experienced is just a quick little peak
and then done, just to make sure there's no Mo
Mo mo's or anything.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Well, so I thought he said, pulled down your underwear.
Speaker 5 (09:48):
I pulled my thong down like I'm taking my underwear off,
stop it and it's like down like below my butt cheeks.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
No, he goes, well, what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (09:58):
He goes, oh, don't do that. Shut up? What stops me?
Speaker 5 (10:03):
Says what basically what I'm doing is inappropriate?
Speaker 1 (10:06):
What are you doing?
Speaker 3 (10:07):
And like, oh my god, I'm so sorry? And I
pull them up.
Speaker 5 (10:11):
The whole it is the most uncomfortable situation ever. I
made it even more uncomfortable though with this hot doctor
and basically like he was upset at me, kind of
like why did you just do that? And so apparently
I misheard him and he just wanted me to move
it to the side really quick with my own hand.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Do you want to give him the full show?
Speaker 3 (10:30):
I didn't want to give him the full show.
Speaker 4 (10:33):
I did take off your underwear.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (10:35):
I mean your cheeks were already exposed, bro.
Speaker 5 (10:37):
We already exposed. Everything was already exposed. So I mean
that's enough.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
I don't tan that area. I don't stand that area.
Speaker 5 (10:48):
So I pull them up and he continues the exam
and it's just absolutely uncomfortable the entire rest, And.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
You know, I don't I did. Don't think he's fully
engaged at it. You don't need to say that.
Speaker 6 (10:58):
Well, and you know Emily like she gets hot, her
skin like bright red sweating.
Speaker 5 (11:04):
Of course, I'm sweating like I'm sweating to the point
where I think like there was like.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
Sweat like sticky.
Speaker 5 (11:09):
The gown is sticky and there's like a mark on it.
It's like really really bad. So it turns out I
got no skin cancer that But like, do I go
back to this guy?
Speaker 1 (11:21):
I kind of cancer? But you have a date?
Speaker 3 (11:23):
Yeah, I mean I don't have a date. I'm not single.
Speaker 5 (11:27):
Really so, but he's better than that other bitch, the
one the doctor.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
He's already seen everything, seen.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
It all, You seen it all.
Speaker 4 (11:37):
Imagine that guy going home, Yeah, his wife. You're not
going to believe this.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Chick was trying to.
Speaker 4 (11:44):
By going yeah, and she had giant feet.
Speaker 3 (11:46):
He's not going to say that. Well, that's so I'm
trying to recover from that.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
How could you think you over here?
Speaker 5 (11:54):
He said, And I still stand by you said something
along those lines, along.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
Those Why can you never just admit you were wrong?
You were wrong?
Speaker 3 (12:03):
Take your panties off?
Speaker 4 (12:05):
You did?
Speaker 2 (12:05):
You just did?
Speaker 6 (12:06):
I don't think he said panties.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
By way, Maybe I dropped your panties.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
I had that music from earlier.
Speaker 4 (12:13):
Did he ask you, how's the pressure?
Speaker 2 (12:15):
Oh, that's that's uncomfortable.
Speaker 8 (12:20):
It's time Skies Wheel of Food, Guys food.
Speaker 6 (12:25):
It's like nervous, splash, excited. I don't know which way
this is gonna go.
Speaker 4 (12:28):
We spind the wheel wherever it lands.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
Sky Guy's Wheel.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
Of Food, the America edition. This is fantastic.
Speaker 6 (12:40):
I tell you, I like how happy this theme makes you.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (12:43):
I mean, it's as good as it gets.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
You're like, we're all in the mode.
Speaker 5 (12:46):
We're celebrating you know, America.
Speaker 6 (12:49):
Yes, it's I've heard about it once or twice.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
Yeah, it's a thing. So we decided that the theme
for a Sky's Wheel of Food for America to fifty
for the next month or so will be celebrating American classics.
Kicked off with Sloppy Joe's, which this guy didn't understand.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
I was confused about.
Speaker 5 (13:12):
Talking about putting lettuce some crispy lettuces.
Speaker 6 (13:17):
Elevate that okay, And.
Speaker 2 (13:19):
Then we tried Hamburger Helper.
Speaker 6 (13:21):
Oh that was some funky chemical noodle stuff. Guy noodles
were created in a lab like I literally.
Speaker 5 (13:30):
Those two things are on every America table for as
long as decades.
Speaker 6 (13:34):
That was insane. Les. Yeah, I don't think that has
anything to do with my.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
Political belief American food, I don't.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
I don't think America living.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
I don't americal.
Speaker 6 (13:47):
Okay, I think politics.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
Have nothing to do with this.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
Open the borders, open your mouth.
Speaker 6 (13:53):
That's not doing doing, We're not doing.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
Okay, hey lady, what listen? What this is about America?
We're celebrating here, American classics all on the wheel. It's fantastic.
It is not fantastic.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
It's nostalgic too.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
I love it like it's a I grew up with
eating Sloppy Joe's.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
I grew up eating helpers, still making for my kids
to this day.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
I don't understand who would hate that? Ex guided. So
this is going to hit.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
At one point, something's going to hit, and Sky will
love America again again.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
It doesn't mean Sky love America.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
That's what we're trying. I don't try.
Speaker 6 (14:29):
It's not that I don't love America.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
So yes, the wheel has nothing but American classics on it,
So hopefully he'll land on something Sky will like.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
What here we go, let's spin the wheel.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
Okay, well, not today, not today, Satan.
Speaker 6 (14:51):
Sorry, Oh no, it's a Satan dish. Yeah, what did
Satan make?
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Satan made something that you are going to probably quit
the show over.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
But this is a classic. It's a classic.
Speaker 4 (15:02):
Hey quit the show.
Speaker 6 (15:04):
It's possible, Hey Baker, stop it.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
This is been on American kits and tables since probably
the fifties, if not even before then.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
It's been around forever. It is a classic. It is
something that has scarred my friend Emily. She's talked about
it before that her mom makes her eat this and
made her eat this. At one point she could not
get up from the dinner table because she would not
eat this. And it has scarred her and her sister,
(15:41):
And they have a nickname for it, which I'm not
going to say. It is land did No, Please.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
Don't say it. Please don't say what I.
Speaker 6 (15:48):
Think you're about to say.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
I don't know what he's gonna say.
Speaker 6 (15:50):
Oh you don't remember the story. I remember Emily telling
the story vividly because I remember thinking if I was
Emily as a child, I would have just moved out
and become homeless, like rather than have to sit at
the table and eat this.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
Tuna casserole.
Speaker 1 (16:06):
You real.
Speaker 2 (16:09):
Tuna.
Speaker 4 (16:10):
I love tuna cas why not? I like it on
a sandwich and I love cantuna.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
Tuna sandwich is delicious.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
Yeah, what is it about the tuna casserole?
Speaker 4 (16:22):
Guys like melt I could do there, you go, same concept.
Speaker 3 (16:27):
It's it's so foul. It's just not It shouldn't exist.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
You shouldn't be mixing tuna noodles and like whatever else
they put in it, what do they.
Speaker 6 (16:35):
Put in it?
Speaker 8 (16:36):
Like?
Speaker 6 (16:37):
No, my mom has never made it clear. No, I've
never looked up a recipe for it to make it
home clearly, don't don't ever buy cantuna. It's not a
thing in my house.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
No, No, you like a cold tuna sandwich?
Speaker 1 (16:53):
Did you just meet me?
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Do you not know her?
Speaker 1 (16:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (16:56):
Really healthy for you.
Speaker 6 (16:57):
I'm mixed with mayo and stuff.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
Screw you.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
I hate tuna.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
Oh really, I have so much despise. I get it,
but it's it's not for me.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
I do.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
I've never liked tuna, so this was not really a
staple in my house. Every once in a while I
think like my grandma made it, and like we'd go
over there and be like, oh no.
Speaker 5 (17:20):
When you knew that she was having that it's the
worst disastro city.
Speaker 6 (17:24):
What in there, it seems, I don't know, but helper
for tuna.
Speaker 2 (17:28):
There is tuna helper.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Did you know that? That's yeah, there's tuna helper. But
that's not what This is a real tuna cast role.
Speaker 6 (17:37):
Like there's no pre made packet.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
You're I don't think so, Emily, what did you? What
did you? Guys? You and your sister call your moms.
Speaker 5 (17:45):
Sorry, I'm sorry to advanced guy because it's gonna stick
in your mind while you're tasting the dish because whatever
was in it. And then now as an adult who
knows about that very I think maybe the mushroom soup
was in it or something, because like I think there's
literally like little bits of brown mushrooms that made it
(18:05):
look like something else, like it was, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
And you were forced to sit at the table, like.
Speaker 4 (18:10):
I remember, led to your parents separating. Your dad couldn't
take it anymore.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
I think my dad liked it.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Oh my god, I think my dad liked it.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
No that I don't think the tun in noddle castrole
is why my home was broken.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
There's other things going on. My dad liked it. My
sister and I like it like I would. I couldn't
get it down.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
Let's just say that, Oh it was really hard to
get Sorry, very dramatic.
Speaker 6 (18:31):
My like eyes are starting to water and I haven't
even seen it yet. I just just tearing about it is.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
And so you've never had tuna castrole in your life, like,
never taste it or.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
Never seen it like on a table.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
I honestly never seen it.
Speaker 6 (18:43):
No, I've never seen it.
Speaker 2 (18:44):
You know you didn't grow up with it. I would
assume you.
Speaker 4 (18:46):
Yeah, me too, kind of.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Yeah, that's because it's kind of like one of those
things that's like easy to make and parents who work,
you know, you just kind of throw it in the
oven and then it's done and whatever. That's why it's
an American classic.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
It's sheep too, so like that's another very.
Speaker 8 (19:01):
Cheap I don't know why my mom didn't like it.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
This is such a sad day.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
So you've never had a tunic castle or tuna melt
or anything like that.
Speaker 6 (19:14):
My mom growing up would make tuna melts, and that's questionable.
Speaker 3 (19:21):
So it was.
Speaker 6 (19:22):
Kind of like make your own tuna melt. And so
I would take the well so like she'd put out
like toasted English muffins. The tuna mix pickles and cheese,
and then you'd make them yourself, and then she'd throw
them in the oven and basically I would put like
a teee like you couldn't even see the tuna. It
(19:43):
was basically a pickle cheese melt. And that for me better,
That's better than what's going on there. So that's like
the closest I've ever got to that world.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
All right, well, here we go Sky's first ever bite
of a tuna cast role.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
Which, man, that screams America.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
I don't think I'm excited for that.
Speaker 6 (20:07):
That looks the top are those potato chips?
Speaker 5 (20:10):
Like potato chips? That's what my mom used top it with.
Oh really like the way the rest?
Speaker 2 (20:16):
Oh that I was not expecting patois?
Speaker 3 (20:20):
What do you like potato? I think there's peace of.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
The Okay, holy god, Well he liked potato chips.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
Here there you go.
Speaker 8 (20:29):
Here's a positives at seven twelve in the morning.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
I'm sorry, I'm sorry there is once.
Speaker 6 (20:39):
Like positive because again, I've never seen this dish before,
so in my mind I was thinking it was going
to be more like soupy creamy for some reason.
Speaker 2 (20:50):
Like boogers. Well, that's what Emily says. That's what.
Speaker 6 (20:57):
So that's what I was envisioning. This potato chip topper
is is a plus.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
Oh, I'm not going to load up before your bite.
Speaker 6 (21:06):
Busy, you have, you have, You're right.
Speaker 4 (21:12):
Struggle they coordinator.
Speaker 3 (21:16):
That is a good point.
Speaker 1 (21:17):
But that is a good point.
Speaker 6 (21:18):
But be nice to your friend. You may like it, Eddie,
I'm gonna slap.
Speaker 5 (21:24):
You piece of it's really the smell is a lot.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
It's very pungent.
Speaker 6 (21:31):
My like, literally my eyes are watering just because of
the smell in this.
Speaker 2 (21:35):
You may like it.
Speaker 6 (21:37):
You can't even say it with the street, can't.
Speaker 4 (21:40):
I just watched you can get it out of the studio.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
This could be the roughest one of all time, which
is saying.
Speaker 2 (21:49):
It is or or you may like it.
Speaker 6 (21:53):
Shut your stupid mouth. Oh I feel so sad.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
You're defeated before you even get in there.
Speaker 6 (22:00):
I feel sad for the children of America.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
There's people that love this. I bet you my wife
would love this. I bet you she grew up with this,
and I bet you she would love this. She's tuna melts,
you know whenever we not often, but I mean when
she when she.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
She likes milk.
Speaker 6 (22:14):
I'm rethinking my friendship.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
I guarantee you. If I text her right now, she
would say, I I grew up with you.
Speaker 6 (22:18):
She should come in here and have a bite of
this for me.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
Okay, I'll call her right now.
Speaker 1 (22:22):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 5 (22:23):
We're gonna wait for your wife alcohol.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
Alright, go ahead, by coordinator. Let's go ahead. And it's
dig in. I would say, spoon makes more sense.
Speaker 6 (22:33):
It's getting more and more pungent as like the moments pass.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
You're going right in the middle, like the file A.
Speaker 6 (22:39):
Come on, we can't go to the side with a
bunch of chips. On is that cheese?
Speaker 1 (22:44):
What is that cheese?
Speaker 2 (22:47):
Tuna?
Speaker 1 (22:47):
Peas, potato, cheeks? I don't know what the hell is
going on here. This is the wildest thing I've ever seen.
All Right, that's not bad. That's not bad.
Speaker 3 (22:58):
Can you see it's brown?
Speaker 2 (23:01):
It is supposed to be pink.
Speaker 6 (23:03):
I thought, and the can was white.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
But when it's cooked, I think it turns that around.
Speaker 6 (23:09):
That the brown piece. I mean, it's that is That's
like what I don't even eat dark meat chicken.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
Can you grow up? Can you grow up?
Speaker 1 (23:17):
This is for America? Do it for America.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
Come on, we're gonna move to I'll give up my citizens.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
Hey, listen, foods in other countries. Do you remember how
that went? Okay, let's go. Here we go. Doubt. That's
a massive coffee.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
Okay, that's so. That's makes it so much closer. I
want to throw.
Speaker 6 (23:36):
Off because water won't cut.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
Whatever's about, dude?
Speaker 2 (23:39):
Whatever?
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Mixing coffee and tuna is bizarre? Okay, all right, here
we go down the hatch tuna cast role three two one.
Go get it in. You're a big girl, Get it in.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
I already said, she goes. She's holding it in her mouth.
Don't hold it in your mouth?
Speaker 5 (24:04):
Are you insanely sitting at the dinner table?
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Buggers? She's doing? What is she doing? Hey, you're not
getting up from the table until you finish.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
That whole thing.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
Oh you're not so nasty? Oh, sky's faces? This is dude,
What is happening?
Speaker 1 (24:24):
No throat?
Speaker 2 (24:26):
Throw up?
Speaker 1 (24:26):
You're fine, grow up? Come on, come on? Oh man, Okay,
why is she I don't know, I mean, why was
this so hard? It's like the pier in there.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
You know she's swishing her mouth with.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
Girl. Okay, down, let's way swollen that's so weird. Okay
American Classic do you?
Speaker 6 (25:03):
Oh that was so fishy and so okay, So you
don't like it?
Speaker 1 (25:06):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (25:06):
And I got like no potato chip.
Speaker 3 (25:09):
I was really hoping. I knocked a couple of.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
To be clear, not a fan, I will wow, all right,
Well maybe next week America, We'll get you next week.
Speaker 2 (25:20):
Made me next week.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
So doors, uh getting ready for the Freedom two fifty
White House card. I didn't know there Connor McGregor or something.
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
Whatever happens, they're.
Speaker 8 (25:35):
Going to keep the structure up because it's just nice
as the Eiffel Tower.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
He's pretty sweet.
Speaker 8 (25:39):
It is pretty sweet as nice as the Eiffel Tower.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
No joke.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
Door is training tai.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
Wow. He decided on a whim to, you know, go
to a gym and try it out.
Speaker 4 (25:51):
Oh sorry, go ahead?
Speaker 2 (25:52):
Oh no, yeah.
Speaker 8 (25:53):
I've been working out with weights for since I was
in like eighth grade, and I just on and off
and I just got so.
Speaker 4 (26:00):
Bored and and and I still do. I still because
because muay Thai is.
Speaker 8 (26:04):
Just more cardio and and and learning self defense. And
then when I had my son was born, I just
wanted to learn to defend myself, defend the family sick,
and I want my son. I want my son to
go into this as soon as he's old enough. I think,
I think, I think in schools they should teach self
defense classes to everyone. So I'm making him do it.
(26:26):
He doesn't have a choice. This is gonna be like
going to school. He has no choice. He has to
do it.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Do you do you have to do Muay Thai or
is it jiu jitsu or anything else.
Speaker 8 (26:35):
I am enjoying mutai, but he can if he wants
to do jiu jitsu, he could do.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
He could do karate whatever he wants.
Speaker 8 (26:42):
But he for as long as he's in school, he
has to do this because I think it's gonna teach
him like confidence. I think it's gonna it's good for
his mental health. It's going to learn to defend himself,
you know people, because kids are gonna try to you know,
kids are kids, and if somebody says something to him
or pushes him or touches him, or he's in a
situation I want. I wanted to be able to defend himself,
So I wish I would have done it at a
(27:03):
young age and stuck with it because I did do
when when the Three Ninjas movie came out back in
the day, I did do karate.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
I just wish, I just wish I would have stuck
with it. It's for the movie. He loves Yeah, Three Ninjas.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
I don't know what. There's a girl and Rocky is.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
One of the boys.
Speaker 5 (27:22):
A class because my name was Emily and everybody used
to say rookie when I was in school.
Speaker 1 (27:27):
It was a classic, so I don't think it was
a class. It was a classic.
Speaker 4 (27:31):
It was okay, so those things.
Speaker 8 (27:33):
And also then I started thinking, well, if my son
does this and I'm not doing it, I don't beat
me up.
Speaker 2 (27:38):
So that's what you think.
Speaker 4 (27:44):
I put on Instagram. So I put on Instagram. Does
anybody No? Places and p ones are awesome.
Speaker 8 (27:48):
I had a million people hit me up because San
Diego is a big mixed martial arts area. As Eddie knows,
I used to have fighters in all the time. And
then one of my friends hit me up about Steel
m m A, which is down the street from us,
and their classes are at noon, which is perfect for
us because I'm up a lot of classes in the
morning or in the evening. Hard to do, so I
go to steeling May right down the street from us,
(28:09):
and they're awesome. So I've been doing moy tie with
them and it's been great and I'm very like a
dear learning to walk social video.
Speaker 1 (28:18):
Yeah, out there a social video because he wants it
to be like beginning and then you'll do the after
when when he's knocking fools out with head kicks.
Speaker 4 (28:29):
I'm not not yet.
Speaker 8 (28:31):
I don't want to fight, but if I have to,
I will.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
Well, I don't.
Speaker 8 (28:36):
I don't like I for a long time. I don't
like being punched or kicked, but like I but I
don't think anyone does know any some people do, as guy.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
In the face, man, what's so?
Speaker 4 (28:50):
I so? I?
Speaker 2 (28:52):
Uh?
Speaker 8 (28:52):
So I started with them with with coach Carl down there,
and he's awesome. And the first few times I went,
it's very humbling because I don't know what it is
about fighting.
Speaker 4 (29:01):
Everyone thinks that they know.
Speaker 8 (29:02):
How to fight, yeah, and I don't. I'm not good
at fighting, but I feel like I'm gonna go there.
I'm gonna know how to punch, and I have no idea.
Speaker 1 (29:10):
Is technique to your actual fighting of you know how
to throw a correct punch like you can throw a
punch great and knock somebody out. But is it the
if you're in an actual fight, you know with professionals
they'll kill you. Well, yeah, they actually know how to
dodge and throw a punch and defend. Yeah, I think
that is the model.
Speaker 8 (29:30):
And when I get there, so I do Tuesdays and
Thursdays and Fridays and then I go to my regular
gym the other days gim I weights in, so I
gotta get the waits instead. So when I go there,
there's they have like a mixed martial arts class going
on from eleven to twelve with like legit fighters, and
you just watch some of these people and they are
no joke, and it's it's the most humbling thing. And
(29:52):
I've never felt like I played sports. I played baseball, basketball, football,
when I didn't know what I was doing, I still
felt like I'm athletic enough to figure it out.
Speaker 4 (29:59):
With fighting. If I don't know what I'm doing and
I throw a.
Speaker 8 (30:02):
Kick, I feel like the biggest whissy was Like, I
throw a kick and I don't know what I'm doing,
and They're like, all right, I do three minutes of
shadow boxing and I'm just looking around.
Speaker 4 (30:10):
I'm like kind of knowing.
Speaker 8 (30:12):
So I'm just learning though, and they're really good at
the gym of teaching you and making sure that you
feel comfortable, which is cool because a lot of gyms
I've heard aren't like that.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
They don't care.
Speaker 8 (30:21):
So one of the things we do is we do
it in the beginner's class because I'm in the beginners
group and there's also.
Speaker 4 (30:26):
A intermediate group and the immedia group. That's my goal
one day. I want to be in the intermediate group.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
One day.
Speaker 8 (30:32):
I don't know if I ever get there because it
seems insane, but I want to get there.
Speaker 4 (30:35):
I'm in the beginners group.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
Now.
Speaker 8 (30:37):
There's some people in the beginners group who I think
should be in the intermediate group, but they haven't made
the jump yet for some reason. So it was a
couple of days ago.
Speaker 3 (30:47):
Do you get like belts that's I don't like ranks
like a black belt, or you get stripes?
Speaker 4 (30:53):
I don't think so, no, I don't think so.
Speaker 8 (30:55):
I haven't seen that. You do know who's better? There's
some people there, man, Well, I would never never want to.
Speaker 2 (31:02):
I'm go to Thailand. You'll see what's up.
Speaker 8 (31:05):
A lot of the coaches that Steele may have gone
to Thailand and done that training.
Speaker 2 (31:09):
It's no, it's insanity.
Speaker 8 (31:10):
They wake up at like six am, run a five k,
train for three hours, eat lunch, run another five k,
and then train for three hours.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
It's crazy, and get hit with kendo sticks for an
hour and.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
Then in their shoes.
Speaker 1 (31:22):
Yeah, thank you, it's crazy.
Speaker 6 (31:25):
I'll just take a nap.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
Hitting the shins, that's the worst. He never going to
hit me in the ships with a stick.
Speaker 4 (31:31):
There's this guy there before Hey, and he kicks. He
like I don't. He kicks. He'll show you how to kick.
And his chins feel like tree trunks.
Speaker 1 (31:39):
Yeah, because that's what he does all days, kick trunks.
He kicks trees.
Speaker 8 (31:45):
And he'll like it's like he's fasing on me, like
but very lightly, and I'm just like, wow, he's like half.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
In a real fight.
Speaker 1 (31:55):
If you get kicked, they say, it's like taking a
baseball bat and just swinging it at your like.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
And then and then try to continue.
Speaker 4 (32:02):
It's crazy.
Speaker 5 (32:03):
I hit a coffee table with down, it's crazy.
Speaker 8 (32:09):
So the first couple of times I went, it was
just kind of finding my bearings and like the first
couple of times I got punched in the face. It
was like WHOA, Like this is crazy, and it was
very light. So I was there a few days ago,
and they do a boxing course as well, which is
just similar, but muay Thai is all as your as
your hands, elbows, knees, and feet.
Speaker 4 (32:26):
Boxing obviously just hands.
Speaker 8 (32:27):
So I was doing the boxing and there's really no
beginner class with boxing. It's just everyone doing stuff, right.
So we're doing the boxing class and there's a couple
of new people like me, and we're kind of just
learning the combos because the combos are like a jab
is one across as two and that's how kind of
how you're counting.
Speaker 4 (32:44):
And I'm learning and.
Speaker 8 (32:45):
It's very mentally exhausting because you're all over the place.
So we're switching partners around and I'm learning, and there's
a couple of people that take light spar light sparring,
but there's a couple of people that go like mild sparring,
all right, And part of it, part of me likes
it because it teaches me keep my hands up because
for some reason, I don't know if it's a natural thing,
(33:07):
I always drop after I punch. I always don't bring
my hand out to my face. You get knocked out right,
so you want to keep your hands up. So I
start sparring and and with people. And there's a couple
of people that are, like I said, light, and there's
a couple people that are going heavy. Well I go
to this, they go switch and I switch to a partner,
and this is a girl.
Speaker 2 (33:26):
She's like, it's not like separated, just anybody else.
Speaker 8 (33:31):
Because there's some there's most women there can beat the
crap out of me.
Speaker 4 (33:34):
I mean most women there, yeah, most trained fighters.
Speaker 8 (33:37):
Yeah, it's crazy. So there's this girl. She's she's like
half my size, I want to say, she's probably five four, and.
Speaker 4 (33:45):
She's you know, she knows what she's doing.
Speaker 2 (33:46):
She knows what she's doing.
Speaker 4 (33:48):
And I got the reach advantage. I got the reach.
Speaker 8 (33:52):
So she's like really close to me, like somebody. Spacing
is a part of fighting, and he knows more about
this than I do. And I'm earning my spacing. I
don't know, because if you get too close, you don't
punch right. And it's the whole thing I'm learning. So
she's really close to me, and we're supposed to be
light sparing, but this she knows what she's doing and
(34:12):
she starts to we start to do the combos, and
she starts really whacking the face, like really hard, and
like probably a medium spar supposed to be light sparring
is like medium is like you're really like and she's
like whacking me in the face and it's hitting me and.
Speaker 2 (34:30):
It's a girl.
Speaker 4 (34:31):
It's a girl.
Speaker 8 (34:31):
And she's really close to me because she doesn't because
she wants to hit me because and I have the
reason and I kind of haven't done you're supposed to
when you're when you're shadow boxing or spar you're supposed
to be moving around.
Speaker 4 (34:43):
I'm kind of just standing in one place.
Speaker 8 (34:46):
Got it with your head, you got with your body,
and I'm just getting hit in the face over and
over again.
Speaker 4 (34:51):
Yeah, and then I'm coming back to her, and so
I feel I don't want to hit.
Speaker 2 (34:56):
Her, but also like gott to give her a receipt.
Speaker 3 (35:00):
Yeah, that's that's what you're there for.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
Yeah, but light sparring is light spark And I think.
Speaker 6 (35:05):
You probably just have an instinct as.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
A man like punch a girl.
Speaker 6 (35:09):
Yeah, you don't punch a girl in the face.
Speaker 4 (35:11):
And she's half my size.
Speaker 8 (35:12):
Yeah, So I'm like waiting and then like she hits
me again. I'm kind of getting annoyed. I'm annoyed to
myself because I got to keep my hands up. And
then I'm annoyed that, like.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
You're getting beat up.
Speaker 4 (35:24):
I'm like looking around, like somebody say.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
Something, hit me really hard.
Speaker 4 (35:28):
We're lights faring here.
Speaker 8 (35:29):
So she hits me again, and then it's my turn.
I go, I'm going for it, and I kind of
I get lucky. It's like when you play cards for
the first time and you get a good hand and
you kind of win. That's kind of what happens.
Speaker 4 (35:42):
And I go with the jab and I jabb her
right in the face, right in the face. And then
but then I hard, kind of hard.
Speaker 8 (35:49):
Okay, I make contact and kind of hit her and
she and I could tell that she was fine with it,
but I also felt like, should I not have done that?
Speaker 1 (35:58):
She's a girl, you know what I mean. Apologize, I went.
Speaker 8 (36:02):
I always apologize whenever I don't know what I'm doing.
I always say I'm sorry, I don't know what I'm doing.
Speaker 4 (36:07):
I'm sorry. I don't know if that annoys people. I'm sorry,
I'm new to this, I'm sorry. I also try to
have conversations mid sparring, dude.
Speaker 2 (36:17):
Be sparring.
Speaker 4 (36:17):
I'm like, so, how long you been doing this?
Speaker 2 (36:23):
Shut this guy up?
Speaker 4 (36:24):
A yeah? And then she kind of looked at me
and starts hitting me kind of harder.
Speaker 8 (36:33):
She can beat me up. And then also I'm like,
she's also going too hard. Should I tell somebody to
tell her?
Speaker 1 (36:39):
You don't need it, You don't need to tell.
Speaker 2 (36:43):
That's a boy. That's a boy move. Okay, hitting me Okay.
Speaker 8 (36:48):
So my whole thing is, there's a couple people. Her
is one of them. When I get better, we're gonna
actually spark.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
And I'm ready for another guy there that went too hard.
Get ready for it. Give me a year.
Speaker 2 (37:01):
She made the list.
Speaker 1 (37:02):
She made the list.
Speaker 8 (37:04):
Give me a year.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
Eric, Alright, you're ridiculous.
