Speaker 1 (00:00):
San Diegues. Welcome to the show.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
New New Day is here, and what better way to
start it then with Killy.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
The show is going to be great, Bush Show. I
would like to introduce you.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
To the ringleader Eddie. Here's the thing about Eddie you
need to know. Eddie doesn't have the ability to not
be ed the mother of this crew.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Guy, I'm kind of miss meek, like you can almost
talk me into anything. Gore, I'm not a social butterfly,
nor do I want to be one.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
And Emily, I am sometimes very very selfish and sometimes
I'm actually very very given.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Welcome to the show on San Diegos Rock station Rock
one oh five three.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Well, yesterday I was telling you about my wife snow White.
A sweep is claiming, you know, she is a bird
saver or whatever. There was an injured baby bird in
our driveway yesterday and she claims she saved it, that
she found this old nest that I knocked down. She

(01:05):
rescued the bird, put it in this nest, and then
put it in like our tree. And I thought, well,
that's an insane thing to do. First of all, I
want to do that.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Of course, I don't do all that.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
Just let nature take its course.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Man, is no, White can't do that.

Speaker 5 (01:24):
It's no.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
White has to love and help nature. Okay, that's what
she does.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Okay, But I thought using a nest from a bird
that's not its parents is actually disastrous. I mean, I
remember anything I heard. If you like touch the bird,
the MoMA bird will like ignore it or whatever they
pick up. Yeah. So I'm thinking to myself, if you're
using another bird's nest, that seems like counterproductive.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Like making it worse.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
But I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
Yeah, I don't know either, because I know people who
have nests in their yards say that birds come all
the time.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Now I don't know. Is it the same.

Speaker 5 (02:01):
Bird coming back all the time, yeah, or I don't know.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
I don't know how it works.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
Yeah, but apparently at my house I'm running an aviary
now because there is an update. Oh said.

Speaker 6 (02:15):
Ok.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
So I get home yesterday and the where the tree
is positioned, it's right by my truck. So I'm like,
I'm gonna see what's going on with this bird, See
what's up? So I look into the nest.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Yeah, what do we got? No bird?

Speaker 3 (02:30):
So immediately go bird's.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Dead nest still there? Nest there? Oh no, bird, bird died.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
I'm assuming or something ate it, yeah, or you know,
there's it's done. So I go in and hoide, I go, oh, Debra,
you might want to go see what's up, like your
bird's probably.

Speaker 7 (02:46):
Dead like that a little and she kind of cares
about this little thing.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
You do.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
You have to have good bedside manner, Yes, you do,
I mean.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Hospital, why not treat it a little but more gentle,
just to be nice, Yeah, just to be a nice person.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I mean, I don't think I'm a mean person.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I just the way you're he's.

Speaker 7 (03:07):
Up, the way you're putting it out there is very kind.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Some people are more sensitive to things that you're not sensitive.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
But sorry, okay, don't care. Your bird's dead? God true,
Oh my god. We don't even say it like.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Well, she informed me. Oh no it isn't.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Oh oh no, it isn't your house. Do we have
that For Haley's situation, she knows better.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
There is not. There is no way that would ever happen.
Oh okay, no, she says. The first thing she did
when she got up in the morning is she went
to check on said bird. Of course, and she's claiming
some wild stuff. Man, she's claiming that she saw the
mama bird came and brought it food. All really like

(03:51):
a whober eats situation here.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
That's what mama birds do. They bring the food to
the nest.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
So you're telling me this mama bird somehow found the
bird in this nest nowhere near where it was in
the driveway and is now feeding it. That's really what
we're going with here.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
Well, my thought process is, mama bird was watching the
whole time, was watching my baby is in the driveway,
and then and then when when snow White you know,
flutters out and helps the baby, she's watching it go
into the tree.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Okay, yeah, sure, yeah, I don't really believe that.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
Yeah, well I do watch a lot of Instagram videos,
Oh that will do it about animals and birds being
saved and like animals that are abandoned and then a
parent animal who's lost their baby being put together, or
like a lot of baby owls for some reason fallout
of nests and they're going they're put back into the Yeah,

(04:53):
this is like my entire Instagram algorithm now, like I
don't even see friends pictures anymore. It's literally all like
farm stuff and people rescuing animals that's weird.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
But so do you not rescue animals and stuff? I
haven't come across one to rescue, but but I.

Speaker 8 (05:10):
Apreciate you know, it would motivate you.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Well, where am I going to go?

Speaker 3 (05:13):
I mean, am I going to casually injure an animal?

Speaker 7 (05:17):
And oh my god, I just starting squirrel.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
So so in my mind, that's what I want to believe.

Speaker 5 (05:26):
That mama bird was watching the whole time, sure, and
that's how she knew where her.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
Yeah, no, go with that. So she claims she saw this, okay,
and then she claimed she saw it fly away and
go to another tree.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Who mama bird or.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
The baby the injured baby bird?

Speaker 1 (05:46):
The baby. Yes, we're healthy enough. That's why it's not
in the nest.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
We're nurse back to health and we have phone to
another tree.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Really, I don't know.

Speaker 7 (05:54):
You might have lost me on this.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
Really, because I saw a photo from Eddie of the
bird yesterday.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
I checked up.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
He looked jacked up, and he also looked too young
to fly like. He looked very very young, like I don't.
He looked still like you know, when birds with their
friends are so young, they look like aliens, Like they
don't even look like a bird.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Yeah, like they have the weird feathers that still kind
of look like, yeah, like that's what that bird was.

Speaker 8 (06:14):
The expert sky.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
I would like to believe this, but I am not
an expert, so I don't know what age they can
actually fly.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
But it is surprising to hear that. It is surprising
to hear me.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Too, But I just went, oh, really you did? Huh?
So the bird announced living over there in that tree.
Oh sure, okay, all right, sounds great. I congratulates and
she's acting like she's, you know, doctor Quinn, medicine woman
as nurse this bird back to health. And now I've

(06:48):
saved the bird. Everybody's happy. We can all now move
on with our lives.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
What a hero.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
I'm having a hard time believing. But I just said,
all right, sure, if you want to say that, I
believe you. So, uh, go out through today. Later on
that afternoon, had to go run an errand I walk
out my front door and laying directly in front of

(07:14):
my front door.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Dead bird.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Damn it, there's a dead bird. I mean, what else
bird would it be? I mean, it's a dead bird
right like, laying right there, legs up, and so I
didn't really look at the baby bird. I don't know.
I mean, I'm assuming it's the same bird a picture.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
I mean, of course I did.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
Of course I did, because I immediately took a picture
and texted my wife. I said, oh, I'm cruel. You
killed the bird. D that's right, that's right, the evil queen.
Did you give it an apple?

Speaker 6 (07:54):
You do?

Speaker 1 (07:55):
I need to see this picture, so I can't wait
to compare the two.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
I see that, I see the bird, and I'm just like, oh, man,
here we go. I'm not dealing with this.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
No, this is not my problem.

Speaker 8 (08:06):
You're putting it in the shoe box.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
Now.

Speaker 5 (08:08):
Well, as we learned yesterday, you don't even have garden gloves.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
So how would you deal with a wild thing?

Speaker 4 (08:14):
One pair of pair of rubber gloves or disposable gloves,
A glove free household over there that's wild.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
I don't find it wild in the least. I don't
do gardening. Why would I need garden gloves?

Speaker 7 (08:26):
Or somebody has some sort of a paragloves.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
But for what I don't know, wild what? Why? What emergency?

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Like a para gloves to clean the toilet?

Speaker 4 (08:36):
I mean, any sort of oh, any sort of gloves
like I never used clean toilets.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Well when I do, I don't, I don't. I don't
stick my arm in the toilet when I clean a toilet.

Speaker 7 (08:45):
You gloves all over the place at our house.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
But that doesn't surprise me. Like if you told me
you had gloves everywhere, I'd.

Speaker 8 (08:53):
Be like, that makes sense.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
If anytime he didn't have gloves, I'd be like, that
makes sense.

Speaker 8 (08:56):
Like this doesn't.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
Not that one's better than the other, but it just
makes sense. Yeah, or different people told me. Her guy
told me all her servants had gloves.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Of course I don't. She's like the doctor's office where
they have that box up and you, yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:09):
You do have one of those in the kitchen, but
what Yeah, yeah, anytime there's meat involved.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
That is one of the weird things I've ever.

Speaker 1 (09:20):
Heard in my life.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
Yeah, yeahs a lot. And then when you have some
sort of random emergency and you need gloves or what
surgery at, like I don't know, Like I don't know,
something's gross and you got to touch it, or like
my daughter is like.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
Coloring her hair. We'll just grab those like just you
never know when you come I'm not going to get
Why would I ever eat I don't color my hand.
I don't know. I don't know. I'm just saying, you
have to do a purple stripe. No, yeah, you're doing
something crazy with food coloring. I don't know.

Speaker 7 (09:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
I've just put it out.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
I don't know your no, no, none of these things.
So I don't have gloves. I don't have gloves. So
I walk out, see the dead bird, take a picture
of it, texted to the wife's tauntingunting, I'm just letting
her know that her bird is dead and you need
to come take care of this thing, all right. So

(10:12):
I leave, and then immediately my phone starts blowing up,
and I know.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
What's going on.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I mean, she's probably gonna be really upset and these things. Okay,
I left, so I'm not You're gonna have to figure
this out.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Yeah, yeah, bless the body, bless right.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
I'm assuming she's asking me questions like how do I
get rid of it? What am I? Where do I
throw it? Do I have a funeral for this thing? Yeah?
I don't know. I'm literally just going to tell her
pick it up with something and put it in the
garbage can.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I don't care if the kids do it.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Yeah, this is Dever's problem. She needs to take care
of us. She started it, she killed this bird.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
You're not going to torment the kids with it.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
No traumatizing, or she's gonna come up with some cockamamy
story that the bird needed her her and it was
trying to get into the house. The keeled over asking
for help. Some stupid I know, but that's not what
she texts back. So when I reach my destination, because
that's when I check my phone, what a safe driver,

(11:17):
I hear a lot of wild things.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Really? Yes.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
She then lets me know that that's a different bird.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
Wow, I didn't see it coming twist, and.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
That there is a hawk now standing by waiting to
attack or eat this other. Do birds eat birds?

Speaker 1 (11:42):
They take they'll take baby birds.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Hawk.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Okay, so you.

Speaker 5 (11:46):
See crows chasing hawks a lot because they're trying to algorithm.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
No, that's in my backyard. That's in my backyard.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
She says that there is a hawk standing by waiting
to take this bird. It's dead bird, but that it's
not her bird.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
Is she out there with her with her pistol.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
Taking it down? So I go just let the take it, Yes,
but but no, she's really upset that this bird is dead,
but it's not her bird. So and she lets me
know different beak.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
The beak was very prominent on the bird you showed
us yesterday. It was a bright yellow, prominent beak. I
definitely remember that.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
This is crazy.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
That's the baby bird, right, baby bird. Yeah, then this is.

Speaker 8 (12:35):
The dead one dead bird.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Oh yeah, the different bird. That's a different bird.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
It's a different bird, exactly, exactly wildly different, are you wildly?

Speaker 1 (12:49):
This bird looks like it's been dead for a while,
but it was because I had been outside. Well maybe
well maybe someone's sending you a message.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
It's like the horse said in the bed, those birds
could be more different.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
Yeah, yeah, way different.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
There's no baby things, got no gloves. Can't identify a bird.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
That's a hawk.

Speaker 6 (13:09):
Take that picture and said you, yes, that guy, a
huge hawk that's around I.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
Live in like a crazy air. Yeah okay, yeah, a
huge hawk. So now I don't know what the hell's
going on in my house. So now you're telling me
birds are just dropping dead left and right in my house.

Speaker 8 (13:28):
The crow, the hawk is sending you a message?

Speaker 3 (13:30):
Is he did the hawk like get pissed because this
other bird was saved or whatever, and then just dropped
that dead bird at my front door and now is
just standing by looking to see what's up, Like, hey,
I killed that thing. Yeah, I'm the murderer. That's what's
going on. Is that what I'm supposed to believe?

Speaker 1 (13:50):
What I believe? Yes? Yes, yes, yes, exactly what's happening?

Speaker 3 (13:54):
All right?

Speaker 1 (13:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Well, I don't know what the hell is going on
now now that apparently I got dead birds left and
right all over my house from the sky dropping dead
at my house. Uh, to the point of where I
don't know if Deborah called the cops what or what's
going on? So I was out late last night and
then get home and I'm I'm rushing because I want
to go to sleep. It's like nine thirty.

Speaker 8 (14:16):
Oh my gosh, it was really late.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
What I had to be at a All Stars rules
meeting and it went very late.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
Night.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
No, I mean I I got home. It was miserable.
You don't need to make it worse.

Speaker 8 (14:30):
And you didn't have to go.

Speaker 3 (14:32):
You weren't there, it looks like.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
So I get home, immediately get into bed, when all
of a sudden, I hear all these sirens going off
and they're right at.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
My house, and I'm like, what this music? I have
that issue? No, it was nine thirty, so they were
a half hour.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
Okay, I don't know what the hell's going on, but
I'm just like, this is crazy. I start to hear
my dog growl. Well, no, it wasn't. They don't. My
dog doesn't get bothered by cyrus. Oh really, yeah, I
know something else is up because because my dog doesn't
growl unless there's activity, like if there's a coyote or
something like that or something in my backyard, my dog

(15:09):
will growl. That's the only time. Yes, that's the only way.
So I'm like, this is weird. I mean, it's nine thirty.
I gotta go to bed, so I lay, I lay
my little head down on my pillow.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Excuse me.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
And Deborah then goes, well, I gotta see what's going on,
all right, go ahead. So she gets out of bed,
walks out. She's away for like two minutes, comes back
and she goes, uh, there's cops swarming our neighborhood. She
said there's cop cars up and down our street and

(15:40):
that they are now in the neighbor's backyard. Maybe that's
what I'm thinking. So they're in the neighbor's backyard right now,
and I go, oh, that's crazy.

Speaker 7 (15:52):
That's scary.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
You lay back down and.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
Then put my head back down on your fill.

Speaker 5 (15:59):
Your dog's growling like something's outside the purpose in your backyard.

Speaker 1 (16:04):
Well, I don't know that the cups are there. I mean,
your dog knows that cops are there.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
To take care of they're looking for someone to go
outside and look around and get killed. Have you not
seen every horror movie ever made?

Speaker 5 (16:14):
But you need to check every door. You need to
sit there on some sort of It's.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Like my nighttime routine is I check it and make
sure every door is.

Speaker 5 (16:22):
Locked, but I would double check, like if that's going on,
I'm double checking.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
And looking in the backyard a little bit, peeking around.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
I'm already laying down.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Definitely going on the next door app You guys, you
guys don't understand it.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
Yeah, So what does Eddie have to do. She's saving birds,
saving the neighborhood. So she gets up and goes and goes, well,
I'm gonna see what's going on.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
She's like Tommy Lee and Fugitive tell me the jokes.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
Second, every dog has half So I would sleep no problem.
I woke up this morning. I have no idea idea
what time she came back to bed, if she would
happened to bed.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
I think I.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
Saw a lump in the bed, but I don't know Eddie.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
We don't even know where Debra is. I can't, I
can't got three storied.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
I don't know Teddy. I went to sleep, so I
got dead birds, I got cops all over my house.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
It's a nightmare.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
It is.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
It's crazy.

Speaker 3 (17:20):
It's crazy.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
So hopefully everybody's okay.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
Oh my godd, what cops said when I left this morning?

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Your wife wake up.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Probably about fifteen minutes or so.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
Okay, I need to know him what she found out.
You don't care.

Speaker 3 (17:37):
I'm curious, but I don't know whatever. Oh my god,
I think they would have come and knocked on our door, right,
we'd bet if there was somebody actually like I got.
I was looking in my backyard. I didn't see no
flashlights or anything, so I don't think they came in my.

Speaker 5 (17:50):
Back I mean, your neighborhood is always so quiet, nothing
goes on, so i'd hear something. So to have that
many cop carbs swarming, I could say, deal. That is
a big deal, waiting for the update, go to sleep,
my god this morning though you're rested.

Speaker 3 (18:08):
About that, and I know the rules of the all start. Okay,
You ever get bored when you're talking to somebody, You're
sitting there having a conversation and you're just like, oh
my god, let this ends.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
It happens, right, But how often does it happen?

Speaker 3 (18:22):
We're gonna see how often we get bored with a
conversation when we get back on the show at Rock
at a five three. I'm sure this is happening to
everyone where you're sitting there having a conversation with somebody
and at some point you just go, oh my god,
is ever gonna end? Like, what the hell are we
gonna get? This happens with my wife a lot. Oh

(18:45):
music just died right when I said that.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
That was way worse. I don't, I don't.

Speaker 3 (18:52):
I don't want to hear it a lot of times
about mom drama or like school stuff, sorry, stuff that
is just boring. And I'll listen to her and and
it just keeps going and going on. Now you're just
repeating yourself and I'm like, oh my god, shoot me.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
Yeah, And then there comes a point when once you
realize how boring it is, like you kind of are
like daydreaming when it's boring. But then once you realize
how boring it is, it makes it worse because then
you're like, you make it even worse.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
I want to I want to I want to die.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
Yeah, And then I always feel awkward because like, you know,
not to say that.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
This happens with my husband talking.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
You talk about this all the time though. Whenever you
get home, he starts telling you about like his VW
stuff for his oh my god, his projects and whatever week.

Speaker 5 (19:36):
The space x I p O that I've had to
hear about.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
Because it's going public, going to public today.

Speaker 3 (19:44):
Do you have more money than must?

Speaker 9 (19:46):
No?

Speaker 1 (19:46):
I don't have. He's about to be a trillionaire.

Speaker 5 (19:49):
But I've literally been hearing about this for probably about
two weeks.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
And you don't tell him like I don't care.

Speaker 5 (19:55):
Well, he's a day trader now right, No, he's not
a He now follows a lot of financial news.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
Well, no, he's.

Speaker 5 (20:07):
Just following, And I always wait for that tiny pause
and then jump in with a completely different topic, like
something about our daughter.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
You changed the subject.

Speaker 5 (20:19):
But but I mean, it's so aggressive and so abrupt
that I go, does he know what I'm doing?

Speaker 3 (20:24):
You know?

Speaker 5 (20:24):
And then that's all I'm focusing on of like, oh,
I like clearly cut him off just to change the
subject because I can't listen to this anymore.

Speaker 3 (20:32):
It's so wild because you guys have been together for
so long, you think you'd just be like, dude, I
don't care. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (20:38):
Well, sometimes I'll be like, oh, yeah, I know you
told me yesterday.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
But then but then I feel bad about saying that.
You know what I mean, he's your husband, A going anywhere,
go anywhere?

Speaker 3 (20:48):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (20:48):
I'll just break down to Roberts sometimes and I'll just man,
I'll be like, you know what, I love you very much.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
Oh you're so sweet.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
I love you very much.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
But this isn't like my jam here, So like I
gotta be honest with you.

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Like what could that be about? Like what subject could
you be?

Speaker 4 (21:04):
Like like he's talking about like like one of his
job sites or something which I know, like I don't know,
or talking about fishing or something like.

Speaker 7 (21:12):
This is not talk to your friend, Keith.

Speaker 5 (21:14):
I don't want to hear about different types of I
don't oh, I don't you know to a certain extent,
to a certain extent, to a certain extent, you keep
going on and on.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
It's just too much.

Speaker 3 (21:24):
This happens. It sounds like with our spouses more than anybody,
I think. But yeah, you'll happen to be in a
conversation and he just starts to get too boring or whatever.
But how often does that happen?

Speaker 5 (21:37):
Yeah, they gave a people, there was a poll and
you had a couple options. Never, rarely, sometimes, usually, and always.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
You getting bored in a conversation.

Speaker 8 (21:49):
Depends on what the subject is.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
How often, who I'm talking to, who I'm talking about, Yeah,
like you always Yeah, Like some people just tell long
stories where they have to give you every detail and
it's just boring and you're just like, oh my god,
get to the point, thoughts.

Speaker 8 (22:01):
My wife, I'll say, hey, get you got to get
to the point.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
Oh you'll say that, Yeah, she get frustrated, no, because
she knows she does this. But like if her mom
does the same thing, and I just just got to
sit there and listen, and it's just yeah, you can't already. Well,
I'll look at Haley, and Hailey will eventually be like, hey,
let's let's that's.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
This going well, yeah, like I said, my latest thing
with Deborah is that she starts to repeat herself and
I'm like, you just said that. Oh come on, I've
already sitting here, like now you're repeating yourself like I
already heard that.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
I can't hear I hear that part. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (22:32):
Well, the majority of us say this happens to us sometimes.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Forty six percent.

Speaker 5 (22:38):
Ten percent says usually they find a person story boring,
and four percent of us say always pretty much every conversation.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
I don't think I would say always. That's you might
have like if.

Speaker 7 (22:51):
Somebody says always, like that's.

Speaker 3 (22:52):
A you problem and you find nothing interesting.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
Like, yeah, nothing's interesting every like you're that great yeah teller.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
I think that's part of it.

Speaker 8 (23:04):
Someone never finds anything, Robert.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
Says, and then four has bragged about this before. They
ask how good are you at getting out of that?

Speaker 8 (23:12):
This is one of my this is one of my fourteen.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
You think it is, no, I am we we've heard it.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Oh I am.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
There.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
I'm so if somebody else is if I'm with Eddie
and there's a random person talking, and I will immediate
if anything that they're about to say connects them to
Eddie I will immediately do.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
The he a genius move.

Speaker 8 (23:37):
I'm very good at it.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
How do you do it?

Speaker 2 (23:39):
Like if they're talking, if all of a sudden they
mentioned they go, oh, yeah that new Star Wars movie,
I'll go, oh, Eddie loves Star Wars. And then I'll
just pat Eddie on the back as if I'm pushing
him towards the conversation, and then walk away and I'll
just walk away, and I'll just walk away.

Speaker 5 (23:56):
Conversation said say they're average about at it, but thirteen
percent say they're thoor and they're great back getting out
of there.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
We hear a lot about the bizarre, dumb things that
guys say on dates that cause you ladies to not
want a second date. We get it, Well, the tables
have been turned. We're gonna go over a thread of
the worst things women have said to men on a
date coming up next on the show at Rocket five
to three. For some reason, quite often we'll have these

(24:31):
like threads and things like that of dumb things that
guys say on dates, you know, or weird things that
guys do on dates. And it's always the guys. I
and I admit it.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
We're idiots.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
We do a lot of dumb things, and we're dummies
and when we get around women, we turn into morons. Okay,
so that's true. I'm not saying it's not true. You
ladies are not infallible here, Okay. You know sometimes you
ladies may not be the nicest creatures. Oh, I'm just
saying what I'm just saying. Uh, there is a thread
of the out there of men naming the worst things

(25:03):
that women have said to them on dates.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
Yeah, and it's it's not pretty out there.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
Guy.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
Oh.

Speaker 5 (25:10):
One guy says that on his first date with the gal,
she asked him if he could take a picture of
her for her Tinder profile.

Speaker 1 (25:18):
Wait a minute, that's really put in the future in question.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
But I but I got all dolled up for this day.
I feeling myself at.

Speaker 5 (25:30):
One guy was talking about himself and one woman said
she really couldn't relate because she's from a higher pedigree. No,
and then he said he made like a disgusted face,
and then she back pedaled and tried to claim she
was joking, and she said that and he said she.

Speaker 3 (25:46):
Was she I once asked to grow out and she
was really pretty like probably bug my league, and I said, well,
She's like, well, where do you want to go? And
I was like, at the time, I thought Gordon Bierce
was a hot spot and I want to go to
go Yeah, and you know what we mean for drinks? Yeah,
I mean it was not a big deal. And she goes,

(26:08):
I don't do chains.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
Wow, what when I go?

Speaker 3 (26:12):
First of all? Gordon Beer isn't like a super giant chain. Yes,
I mean I'm not.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Taking an apple different it would have been great.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Yeah, but I'm like, oh, that tells me everything I
need to know, so I'm good.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
So he didn't go out, didn't didn't What am I
going to do?

Speaker 3 (26:28):
Like, that's crazy? You can't go to Gordon Beer.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
I really liked Gordon Beers. Rude, I would have gone.

Speaker 5 (26:39):
One woman told the guy on their first day that
you remind me a lot of my ex.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Not smart.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
This one.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
They had been dating for a little.

Speaker 5 (26:49):
While and they were getting a little serious, and that's
when the guy was talking about like maybe making it exclusive,
and she basically said, yeah, where the same height? And
I know someday that's really gonna bother me, so we
probably shouldn't become excited.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
But she waited that long because they were gonna get exclusive.

Speaker 6 (27:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (27:10):
Yeah, guy. Imagine if the guy said, yeah, you're a
be cup, probably gonna yeah that's insane.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
It is insane. Yeah, well you could do something about
the bea cup. I can't do anything about my height,
Like that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (27:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (27:28):
One guy, they were talking about their education and he
said that he had a degree in computer science and
she laughed out loud and said that's not a real science.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Okay, I'm sorry. Uh what a first date?

Speaker 5 (27:44):
One woman started kind of massaging her face and like stress,
you know when you do like stress, And then she muttered, God,
I can't believe I've lowered my standards this much.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
These are insane. Yeah, oh my god, your master. Yes.

Speaker 5 (28:03):
At an end of a date, one guy thought it
had gone well and said, oh, you know, should we
schedule a second date? And that's when she started showing
him pictures of guys in her dms and said, yeah,
this is why there won't be a second date. What.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Yeah, why'd you go in the first? Yeah? I don't know. Well,
guy said that. A gal said you remind me of
my brother. He said, From that point on, uh done,
it's weird.

Speaker 5 (28:32):
One woman on the first date said, just so you know,
I intend to get pregnant by the end of the year.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
They were only twenty five years old. Okay, yeah, that's
the end of that.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (28:42):
And then finally another height one one woman sits down
and immediately says, I thought your bio said you were
over six feet tall.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
The guy's six one, he's I'm six. Well I bet.

Speaker 5 (28:56):
She was so annoyed not thinking he was taller.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
Oh, so clearly an issue.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
So yeah, you ladies are not immune to saying awful
things as well. Okay, there you go. All right, it
is time. What's gonna be happening today? Of course? It
is Sky's Wheel of Food, the America edition. Oh, I
can't wait for a comfort classic. Oh, find out what

(29:22):
Sky's gonna eat when we get back on the show
at rocket to five three.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Today is a massive day for our country. It is.

Speaker 3 (29:33):
Yes, America's playing in the World Cup today, Sky.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
Here, come on.

Speaker 5 (29:39):
I keep thinking about America to fifty, and I'm like,
is today something special with America fifty?

Speaker 1 (29:44):
Yeah, America's playing the World Cup. Okay, welcome, Okay, World Cup.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
A few weeks ago we decided to have a new
theme for Sky's Wheel of food because of America's two fifty.
So it is time to see what Sky's gonna eat.
That's gonna celebrate an America classic thoughts. It's time for
Sky Wheel of Food.

Speaker 1 (30:08):
It's like nervous, splash, excited. I don't know which way
this is gonna go. The wheel wherever it lands, Sky has.

Speaker 3 (30:17):
S Guy's Wheel of food.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Sky stop saluting. I know patriotically, I am weird.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
I am pumped America USA Team USA playing in the
World Cup tonight.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Locked in doesn't get more America than that.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
It's huge.

Speaker 8 (30:39):
It's gonna be about a guy as Paraguay good.

Speaker 1 (30:42):
I have no idea Wait a minute, I have it. Okay,
I'm locked in. Wait.

Speaker 8 (30:48):
Wait, By the end of next week, Eddie's gonna know.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
Eddie's gonna be like every soccer fan the US, where
they're going to know everything about the book company this
guy is.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
And I'm gonna be like, who's that? He's like, how
do you not know that?

Speaker 3 (30:59):
You're right?

Speaker 8 (31:02):
Way?

Speaker 1 (31:02):
He gets the Olympics too.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
Yeah, I'm gonna break it all down.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
The same things. I don't need you to break it down.

Speaker 3 (31:08):
Give you a red card, Pala.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
I heard there was a bunch yesterday.

Speaker 7 (31:12):
You heard right, So this is this what is going
to do too, is going to know more about it.

Speaker 3 (31:15):
He doesn't want to watch anything, but then it's going
to know more than all of the car.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
Is so true.

Speaker 8 (31:20):
I'm not going to watch yeah all facts.

Speaker 3 (31:24):
So anyway, it was a couple of weeks ago we decided,
you know what, to celebrate America two fifty, we are
going to have a new theme for Sky's Wheel of Food.
It is going to be the America Edition. What does
that mean? Well, like American classics.

Speaker 7 (31:36):
I love that.

Speaker 3 (31:37):
Things that you know you would eat when you were
growing up, I wouldn't. Well, yeah, most people would, but
that's what makes you a loser.

Speaker 5 (31:43):
Okay, I don't think I mean, I feel that's offensive
and rude.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
To say to your friends you not.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
Eating these foods is offensive and rude.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
Talk to my mom, bro, she was some help.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
I'll light her up.

Speaker 1 (31:59):
Look why you did? You kids really messed her up.

Speaker 4 (32:03):
We're doing you a favor, like you, you need in
order to be a true American, you need to experience
this stuff at one point or time.

Speaker 1 (32:09):
And I don't feel like that is like Sky, I
don't think that's what's horizons, ladies to shining.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
Are we supposed to be a melting pot that accepts
all kinds of the melting pot?

Speaker 1 (32:23):
And I don't think.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
Take a look around scot I don't think that's what's
going on, excepting everybody.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
I think we're supposed to Okay, So I think that's
what you know. We were found it on your mouth.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
Borders are closed mouths, but they're close to all countries.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
So it's really I don't diminate. I treat everyone to say.

Speaker 3 (32:43):
Listen, this is about America. Don't don't make this worse
than it actually is. Okay, it's about America. We did
a global cuisine. This is now about American classics. Stuff
that you I can't believe you never ate. You didn't
know what a sloppy Joe was.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
That was insane, It was brutal.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
You didn't care for Hamburger Helper, you know the listen
last week's tune of cast role that didn't go so well,
that didn't go so well.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Yeah, that was brutal.

Speaker 7 (33:07):
Yeah, I grew up calling that the booger castrole monacurate.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
So yeah, Childish.

Speaker 5 (33:13):
Has a little behind the scenes after I take my
one bite.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Normally somebody on the show will finish. We're not going
to waste food the dish, but Jamie, but cast role.
It's got a hard pass.

Speaker 3 (33:29):
Not kid. So there is a bunch of comfort classics,
American classics on the wheel. We're gonna spin it and
see what you eat this time.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
Come baby, come on, come on baby.

Speaker 3 (33:44):
Oh. I know for a fact you've never eaten this,
and it pisses me off because it's delicious. I stand
by this, Yes, I stand by like this one. You
hit the jackpot.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
Oh, yes, you've said this before and I haven't.

Speaker 3 (34:00):
I know this was big for a really long time.
I feel like it's kind of past its time, but
you know, you can still see it, especially in the
frozen food section. Oh yes, this was a big TV dinner.
It is landed on Salisbury steak.

Speaker 4 (34:21):
Oh wow, steak, you lucky bless.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
What is it?

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Wait? Are you serious?

Speaker 3 (34:30):
You've never had salisbury steak?

Speaker 1 (34:31):
If you never, I don't know. Maybe I have, but
maybe it just was No.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Did you ever have? It's not it's not steak. No,
it's definitely not steak. It's a you know how they'll
call it something like a hamburger steak and it's just
a burger patty basically, that's kind of what it is.
It's made out of like chopped meat, and there's a gravy,
you know, and.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
You smother it with gravy kind of a thing, kind
of gravy.

Speaker 3 (34:56):
Like brown gravy brown. Yeah, when you grew up, you
didn't have TV dinners.

Speaker 5 (35:03):
No, no, oh god again, my mom would shop at
this like weird health store before health foods. Yeah, like
it was literally the tiniest little store you've ever seen,
because whole Foods didn't exist. Like this wasn't I'm not
saying I was. It was embarrassing.

Speaker 1 (35:21):
A second shot earlier said word on the show.

Speaker 5 (35:25):
Their candy section had honey straws in it. That was
the candy in that place. It was just a little
straw full of honey.

Speaker 1 (35:34):
Okay, So no hungry Man Swanson's. There were no There
was never a frozen cobbler or a little brownie.

Speaker 8 (35:45):
It was always white. It was always white hot.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
You couldn't eat and didn't you as a kid, I
kind of want to start there, And.

Speaker 4 (35:52):
I remember I'd get excited if we were going to
get to e TV Dinners and my mom would let
us go to the grocery store and pick which one wet.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
That never ever happen in my world.

Speaker 5 (36:00):
And then wait when lunchables became a thing when they
were first invented, No I was so I was so
jealous of everybody at school making their little cracker ham sandwiches.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
No I got.

Speaker 5 (36:14):
I got the all natural peanut butter and honey sandwich
on like disgusting wheat.

Speaker 1 (36:21):
Bread that like literally had seeds in it.

Speaker 3 (36:23):
Okay, so this should be all good and exciting foods
for you because we're you know, it's a little blast
from the past.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
But I don't like gravy.

Speaker 5 (36:32):
You don't like food like on Thanksgiving, I don't put
brainy on any on my turkey, on my mashed potatoes,
on any missing.

Speaker 2 (36:41):
I like gravy for me with syrup. I like, obviously,
I like sere love sauces. But I love sausage. I'm not.

Speaker 8 (36:46):
I'm not a mushroom gravy guy.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
Really brown gravy only thing.

Speaker 3 (36:50):
What about sausage gravy for breakfast?

Speaker 1 (36:53):
I never really had that.

Speaker 3 (36:55):
You don't go that done? I okay, okay, okay, okay.

Speaker 7 (36:59):
Interesting, yeah, yeah, I lovelicious?

Speaker 3 (37:05):
All right, sky is going to eat Salisbury's steak for
the first time.

Speaker 5 (37:09):
I feel like this is going to be a sodium
bomb for some reason, like all these American comfort.

Speaker 3 (37:15):
Foods have been so terribly seventies horribly like let's go broe. Okay,
all right, let's see it Salisbury steak. Now again, this
ain't gonna be pretty. I'm gonna tell you that right now.
Look at that yummy Look.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
At her face.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
Bravy looks more like a glaze, dude.

Speaker 5 (37:39):
Yeah, like like a weird gelatine that's been sitting out.

Speaker 8 (37:42):
Rop from National Lampoon's vacation.

Speaker 1 (37:44):
This is a real food. This is a movie. It
looks like, yeah, it does.

Speaker 5 (37:49):
It is way too shiny, Like, Okay, I was expecting
stuff in the gravy. I don't know, like peas or
mushrooms or something.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
He's in the gravy. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (37:59):
He's in a gravy. No, I was expecting. You know
nothing about food. It's crazy, great, it's crazy. I'm sorry.

Speaker 5 (38:05):
I don't know anything about food, frozen preservative food.

Speaker 3 (38:08):
Can you stop? I'm sorry, you're already mentally out and
you haven't even tried it yet.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
Have you seen this?

Speaker 3 (38:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (38:15):
I would eat all of that.

Speaker 3 (38:16):
Yeah, I mean not anymore, though, what do you mean, Well,
I'm a skinny bitch, but no, I mean I bye
to that problem.

Speaker 5 (38:25):
It looks yummy, is so congealed in a weird, weird way.

Speaker 7 (38:29):
You're congealed in a weird way.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
Okay, I agree with that.

Speaker 1 (38:33):
I agree with that.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
Nothing truer has ever been said.

Speaker 1 (38:36):
But no, that's not appetizing to the eyeballs. I mean it,
she smells. It hates that she makes the stiffy noise.
It just smells like sodium.

Speaker 3 (38:46):
No, it doesn't smell.

Speaker 4 (38:48):
So it's a you like a burger patty? I do,
I do, I kind of like a Burger patty.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
But she doesn't love America. That's the hard part.

Speaker 4 (38:57):
That's it's really just know you.

Speaker 3 (39:01):
All right, Emily Bike Coordinator, go ahead and get in there.
I mean, I don't think you're gonna need a knife.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
But I mean it's pretty Oh it's cooked that well.

Speaker 3 (39:09):
Yeah, I mean it's uh fo tender for Oh, give
me an extra gravy.

Speaker 1 (39:15):
Extra gravy horrible.

Speaker 3 (39:17):
It looks cold is horrible. Gravy is delicious.

Speaker 1 (39:23):
That's the scariest part.

Speaker 3 (39:25):
The gravy.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
Yes, Like I'm not scared about a burger patty. I'm
it looks a little spongy. I'm not sure.

Speaker 7 (39:33):
Yeah, I made sounds very stick at home.

Speaker 1 (39:35):
It didn't look like Yeah, I don't.

Speaker 3 (39:37):
Know what that's all about. But anyway, all right, Sky
Salisbury's steak a true American classic.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
How old is this gravy? I feel like it's been
sitting out for like.

Speaker 3 (39:48):
It's gonna taste like the stars and stripes.

Speaker 1 (39:52):
Comes going off in her mouth.

Speaker 3 (39:54):
I could see it. This is gonna be a dream
come true, true American dream.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
Here, here we go.

Speaker 3 (40:00):
I enjoy sounds very steak. Here we go down the hatch,
pal okay. I hated the way she took that b like,
oh come on, no, no way, there's no way, there's
no way.

Speaker 1 (40:17):
I don't understand it. No, no, it's not that much
going on. What's wrong with it? Like it's not going
to make me cry or tear up or gag or anything,
but because it's good. No, it's not, it's good.

Speaker 5 (40:31):
No, that gravy is weird. Gelatine slot like slide like slide.
It's like the slide my daughter used to make when she.

Speaker 1 (40:39):
Was a kid.

Speaker 3 (40:40):
It's not any actually.

Speaker 5 (40:42):
And then literally if I was blindfolded and you gave
me just the meat and you asked me what is it?
I couldn't tell you. The texture of that is like
something I've never You're so right, Like ifody's good, if you.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
A yoga mat, something about it's still good. If you
put gravy on a yoga mat, I eat it. Well,
that's a problem. See he's not wrong.

Speaker 3 (41:09):
Hey, you're ruining America. You fink not loving.

Speaker 5 (41:12):
These He sucks, Okay, whatever, Tommy.

Speaker 3 (41:15):
Hey, speaking of bad things, Phil Mickelson is in some
serious trouble. You guys.

Speaker 1 (41:23):
We're gonna tell you.

Speaker 3 (41:24):
What is going on with Phil and what he's being
accused of.

Speaker 1 (41:27):
Next in Sports.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
Dirt, Padres had the day off yesterday to travel to
Baltimore for a series with the Orioles. Griffin Canning gets
to start today first pitch.

Speaker 1 (41:43):
Oh, I like it.

Speaker 7 (41:46):
That's a sweet time.

Speaker 3 (41:48):
For Friday night.

Speaker 1 (41:49):
I like you. I like you.

Speaker 3 (41:50):
All right, enjoy guys, let's go there we go. World
Cup got underway yesterday.

Speaker 1 (41:58):
That's where we're going.

Speaker 3 (42:00):
Hell yeah, Now Mexico kick things off where they win
over South Africa two to nothing. The Brothers from the South.

Speaker 6 (42:09):
Yeah, nuts fit Social at the nuts drops out there,
bodies painted like hot.

Speaker 3 (42:20):
Yeah, it was a listen. If if my America team
doesn't win, I gotta go for Mexico and par Mexican.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
Okay, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
Okay, so that's that's my second team.

Speaker 1 (42:31):
I don't know, okay.

Speaker 6 (42:32):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (42:33):
South Korea took down Chechia two to one in the
other match, but today is really the okay, because the
US begins their World Cup run as they face Beataguay
in their first match.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
Well, you paint your entire body in the American flag? Yes? Okay, okay, yes,
to watch the game?

Speaker 7 (42:55):
That's cool.

Speaker 1 (42:56):
I can't wait. Is your wife gonna help you paint it?
Or younna do it all on your own? Thank it?

Speaker 3 (43:00):
Handle it?

Speaker 1 (43:01):
That seems really difficult.

Speaker 3 (43:02):
Can handle it?

Speaker 6 (43:03):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (43:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (43:04):
The game starts at six?

Speaker 3 (43:06):
Okay, so podry game is up? Boom?

Speaker 4 (43:12):
How does the paint work with the Harry chest because
you've got you've got some hair going right?

Speaker 3 (43:16):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (43:17):
Or will you wax before you pay?

Speaker 1 (43:19):
It's really okay? I think that's safe, right? I don't
oh like the stuff? You get her home? Deepoat? Yeah,
that's going to be out there for a while yeah, yeah,
well we'll work it out in the commercial.

Speaker 3 (43:32):
I'll help you, Okay, I'm good. I can't wait, man,
I am excited. There we go. The only time I
care about soccer.

Speaker 1 (43:40):
Is we'll come.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
Really Yep, it's all the time. It's excited. Phil Mickelson
is in some hot water, apparently where parts are. He
was kicked out of a Rancho Santa Fe country club
for an allegedly inappropriate contact with a female employee.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
No this guy, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (44:04):
The alleged incident happened this spring. We have heard that
Phil hasn't been golfing because he was dealing with an
undisclosed family matter. I mean, he didn't play the Masters,
he didn't play in you know, these big tournaments. I'm
wondering is that connected.

Speaker 1 (44:20):
Because it's just now coming out.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
I'm just saying it's a family metber because this is Yeah,
I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (44:27):
Is there going to be a lawsuit coming from this? Check?

Speaker 3 (44:32):
Like, I don't know, I don't know what guy we're
not at Tiger Love. He's pretty bad, but it's not good.
I mean he's got gambling stuff. Yeah, man, I don't
know what's up with Phil Yeah, really strange because he
was the darling you know of golf. But yeah, things
are not looking good for him. The Dodgers are downplaying

(44:55):
the apparent injury to show.

Speaker 1 (44:56):
Hey O Tani.

Speaker 3 (44:58):
He was replaced by a pinch in the seventh inning
last night due to neat inflammation. Now, manager Dave Roberts says,
the guys, we just did out a precaution. We don't
want to further injure this guy. So you know, I
mean he's confident he'll play tonight. Inflammation.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
Interesting, Okay, I was Dave Roberts. I wouldn't play like
a month never again. I wouldn't play the division.

Speaker 1 (45:27):
You're probably go to the World until the playoffs, don't
ever play them again.

Speaker 5 (45:31):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (45:32):
Okay, there you go. That is a sports shirt for today.

Speaker 1 (45:42):
Uh are you attractive?

Speaker 3 (45:44):
Like? Do you think you are attracted? An attractive person?
We will rate ourselves on our own attractiveness. Coming up
next to the show, we're all going to five to
three and then you can see those guys tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (46:00):
Wait, I'm going to the Field of Dreams festival tomorrow.

Speaker 8 (46:04):
Dreams going to be there.

Speaker 7 (46:06):
No Sublime, stupid, I'm not going to be on stage.

Speaker 1 (46:12):
You should front of the stage. Why don't you bringing
them out? I don't know. Come on, everybody friends with
everyone there?

Speaker 7 (46:17):
Like I went to high school with a those.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
Guys, guyd Well. I was the one that told Jacob
he should join Sublime. I mean I think I should.
I think I should bring that person I think I
should bring. So You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (46:30):
You're welcome everybody, Like I'm not Emily knows those guys,
that's for sure, but I feel like everyone else that's
from San Diego will also tell me they know those guys.

Speaker 3 (46:40):
Stupid.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
Yeah, Like, I feel like if I ever meet somebody
from the O B P B area, they'll tell me
they know them, yes, probably, and then they don't and
they can get me tickets because they don't.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
I always hear them. So you'll be there too, No,
I won't, but no I won't.

Speaker 3 (46:55):
Oh, I'm jealous. Have fun, but I got baseball anyway.
Uh So do you think you are attractive? I know
that's a weird question to ask, Like you're asking, I'm
asking about yourself. Do you think if you know you

(47:16):
were to rate yourself on your attractiveness, would you say
you're an attractive person?

Speaker 5 (47:23):
And and if you say rate yourself, are you talking
on a national scale or on a San Diego scale.

Speaker 1 (47:31):
I feel those are good sales.

Speaker 2 (47:33):
Question especially well, and you go outside of San Diego,
it's some ugly people.

Speaker 3 (47:38):
Yeah, if you go to West Virginia, you're ten.

Speaker 1 (47:40):
See.

Speaker 5 (47:40):
Yeah, because when I go to Oregon, I feel different
than I feel here in San Diego.

Speaker 3 (47:47):
In Oregon, are you a supermodel because you look at
like everybody in Oregon?

Speaker 1 (47:51):
Well, I I feel different, a different level of attractive.

Speaker 3 (47:54):
Look at what you're wearing right now. Yeah, you look
like you would fit in in Oregon in a heartbeat.

Speaker 5 (47:59):
Yeah, I gotten a Qui hoodie. I got like a
gray T shirt.

Speaker 3 (48:02):
And jeans, look like an organ.

Speaker 1 (48:05):
So but you see what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (48:06):
Like San Diego at the beach versus Oregon at the beach,
two different feelings.

Speaker 3 (48:11):
There's just so.

Speaker 8 (48:12):
Many less people in Oregon too.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
Okay, I feel like it should just be an average
of all. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (48:16):
I think it's whatever whatever you think of yourself, you
should be your opinion of yourself.

Speaker 5 (48:21):
But I have a different opinion of myself based on
where I'm not.

Speaker 3 (48:25):
Everybody goes to Orgon, I don't know what to tell you?

Speaker 7 (48:26):
Okay, I have a question, A lot of questions.

Speaker 4 (48:31):
Is this when we are trying, like, oh, that's like
am I rating myself when I'm trying?

Speaker 7 (48:36):
Or when I like when I just went, I didn't
put this out.

Speaker 3 (48:39):
I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (48:40):
I need to know that when we're at our prettiest,
or when I'm when I'm you know, a Saturday afternoon,
you know, in the garden.

Speaker 1 (48:49):
I didn't know this. He's over this.

Speaker 3 (48:53):
What do you want? Okay, I don't know what is
this based on?

Speaker 1 (48:57):
Guy? Is that all reposed to these questions?

Speaker 3 (48:59):
I don't know. She's got the info in front of her.
Why are you asking me?

Speaker 1 (49:01):
Well, because they don't specify.

Speaker 5 (49:03):
They just they just did a poll where they asked
thousands of people on a scale of one to ten question.
I thought, how would you right yourself in attractiveness?

Speaker 2 (49:13):
I mean, it's crazy because to me, I would say,
I've stood by the step that I've made up for
a long time. I would say ninety five percent of
the world is ugly. Ninety five percent.

Speaker 1 (49:26):
Of the world.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
Oh yeah, have you ever have you ever gone have
you ever gone to a Disneyland? And are there would
you say most people are unattractive.

Speaker 8 (49:36):
Yes, oh, yes, I would.

Speaker 7 (49:39):
Ugly is a strong word, though, what's an ugly score?

Speaker 2 (49:43):
I would say anything lower than a five is like
on attracted. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (49:48):
I mean like other countries, like you go to like
a Norwegian country, Norway or something. I mean there's some
hobbies there.

Speaker 1 (49:55):
I mean, Eddie, when have you been to Norwegian.

Speaker 3 (49:56):
So many times?

Speaker 1 (49:58):
So many times?

Speaker 2 (49:59):
I don't see I know we see some of them
on Instagram, like the random.

Speaker 1 (50:04):
I know, I'm telling you.

Speaker 2 (50:08):
I mean, yeah, as guy's dead on. You leave southern
California and you see how people really look and how
and it's not pretty out there.

Speaker 1 (50:18):
Yeah, and when you grow up in it.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
Like so, when I went to Long Island a few
years ago with my wife, this Long Island's where I
grew up, is very blue collar, middle class. I didn't
think I just thought, I didn't think anything of it.
My wife really pointed out to me that not the
most attractive people out there.

Speaker 3 (50:36):
You know, I lived in Dallas for a couple of years.
Ladies don't leave the house without full hair and makeup.
So there was some attractive people, but again, that's a
big metropolitan city.

Speaker 8 (50:49):
No one can convince me otherwise.

Speaker 3 (50:51):
Can you please go around the country or around the
world apparently and take and take notes.

Speaker 8 (50:55):
I'll do one better. I'll go to Epcot and I'll
go to each world.

Speaker 1 (50:58):
I'll go to each country.

Speaker 3 (51:00):
They're not really from there. Weight in Germany right now,
this beer garden.

Speaker 1 (51:06):
From Tokyo, from the Keys.

Speaker 2 (51:10):
If you if you go to a Padres game, you'll
see a lot of attractive people.

Speaker 1 (51:14):
You go to a Phillies game.

Speaker 8 (51:17):
It's gonna be tough.

Speaker 3 (51:19):
It's gonna be tough to I mean, okay, So then
again that's other people. We gott to rate this all ourselves.
Now we're sitting for people sitting in a room here.
We got to rate ourselves on what we think. I'll
let you begin. Since you're ninety five.

Speaker 2 (51:37):
Percent, yeah, I'm ninety five percent. To me, what are
you rating yourself?

Speaker 3 (51:42):
Yourself?

Speaker 2 (51:42):
I don't think I'm a five. I would say on
a on a great day, I'm looking good, feeling good,
six point nine oh six.

Speaker 3 (51:53):
Are we doing percent?

Speaker 1 (51:54):
You have to do percent?

Speaker 2 (51:56):
You have to do your don't I don't think not
quite a seven, six point not quite a seven.

Speaker 1 (52:04):
I'm not quite a seven because think about it one.

Speaker 3 (52:06):
But I got a round, a small scale, I got
a rounded if I'm rounding seven, baby, okay, so cocky.

Speaker 1 (52:13):
Yeah, you gotta be to rate yourself seven.

Speaker 7 (52:17):
Yeah, this is true.

Speaker 3 (52:18):
You're rating yourself a seven.

Speaker 8 (52:20):
I would say, so stand by.

Speaker 2 (52:22):
Oh yeah, okay, I don't think because you don't, because
I don't want to say a six is like you.

Speaker 1 (52:28):
And then obviously I just said five and under is ugly.

Speaker 3 (52:31):
Six, So I don't think six.

Speaker 1 (52:33):
No, no, okay, So I'm saying seven.

Speaker 8 (52:37):
I'm saying seven.

Speaker 1 (52:38):
You're a seven.

Speaker 2 (52:39):
I'm seven, okay, Emily, So I think I'm a low seven.

Speaker 4 (52:44):
I think that this question is difficult for women. I
really do, because we you guys don't put living finish.
You guys don't put makeup on and stuff, and where
like you guys look the same when you wake up
for the most part, then you do.

Speaker 1 (52:55):
Now wakes up gorgeous.

Speaker 4 (52:58):
Apparently he wakes up as a seven. What I'm saying, oh,
thanks for saying. I appreciate that, but I don't understand.

Speaker 2 (53:07):
I don't understand why you're thinking that deep into it
about what I look like.

Speaker 4 (53:11):
That broke it down for six minutes. I'm just saying
I think it's different for women.

Speaker 3 (53:16):
I just can't.

Speaker 1 (53:17):
I it's hard. It's a hard question. It's hard.

Speaker 7 (53:23):
It's harder than I think.

Speaker 1 (53:24):
When I wake up, I'm like, I'm not saying you
wake up overall. But if I into it, I'm a six,
you're six. I hear sexy six, sexy six, you're you're
downplaying yourself. Yeah, I agree, you're higher than that.

Speaker 7 (53:36):
But I think if I really really try myself, you
could say thank you.

Speaker 1 (53:40):
She doesn't want to thank you very much. We think
she's pretty.

Speaker 3 (53:43):
Listen, man, what do you want me to say? I'm
fifty three. Oh my god, I'm past my prime.

Speaker 1 (53:53):
I know it. I'm aged beef. You're a skinny bitch.
I age beef. That helps being a skinny bitch. Now,
losing the weight.

Speaker 3 (53:59):
Has helped me a little bit, a little bit. Yeah,
it does boost my confidence. People walking up to me
and going, oh, you look great.

Speaker 2 (54:07):
But when you look when you look terrible, when you
look at other people, you got to yourself with other people.

Speaker 1 (54:11):
I got to right myself. Just how this is mean?

Speaker 3 (54:13):
Baby? This is me?

Speaker 1 (54:16):
All right? You jackman, I'm a four.

Speaker 8 (54:20):
Oh that's crazy.

Speaker 7 (54:22):
Wow, you're not a four.

Speaker 2 (54:23):
I thought Sky would say the lowest because she has
the least confidence.

Speaker 8 (54:29):
Well, why is he crying?

Speaker 2 (54:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (54:31):
I want to give him a hug. Yeah, that's sad,
is it before?

Speaker 2 (54:33):
When you wake up with the money, women look wildly different?

Speaker 1 (54:39):
You know, old sucks?

Speaker 3 (54:44):
I don't know, four or five? Yeah, that's why I
lay I'm laying there. You're laying there, laying there, Sky? Yeah,
one through ten?

Speaker 1 (54:57):
Uh, oregon, we're not doing that.

Speaker 3 (55:00):
Stop with the organ You're a twenty.

Speaker 1 (55:03):
Thank you.

Speaker 8 (55:04):
I've seen I've been to organ. I've seen the people.

Speaker 1 (55:07):
Okay, yeah, uh here where I live? What are you?
One through ten?

Speaker 5 (55:13):
Every day we live today, I'm a five, you're five? Yeah, okay,
it could be a lot worse, but it could also
be a lot better.

Speaker 1 (55:21):
All right, wow, all right?

Speaker 3 (55:23):
What are we like? What do people rate? Well?

Speaker 5 (55:27):
The average answer with forty seven percent of people rate
themselves somewhere between a six and.

Speaker 1 (55:33):
A seven with the okay, don't do that.

Speaker 5 (55:36):
It is the second most common spot being between a
four and a five with thirty percent. Honest, yeah, three
percent of people go one one and two percent of
people say they're a ten.

Speaker 8 (55:49):
I mean that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (55:51):
Well, it's only two percent. So there are maybe two
percent out there.

Speaker 8 (55:55):
Robs the world attractive.

Speaker 3 (55:56):
Maybe Scott, look at Hollywood, scats Hollywood, that could be
like two percent.

Speaker 1 (56:01):
Yeah, you know, so there you go.

Speaker 3 (56:04):
None of us though, no sucks. Sky and her husband
The Boo are having a bit of a parenting disagreement.
They are on opposite sides when it comes to letting
their daughter do something. We're gonna see what the issue
is when we get back on the show at quit
five to three. So our kids are at the age

(56:26):
where weird things are kind of popping up because when
we were their age, and I'm talking like fourteen through sixteen,
we were doing that wild stuff. Like I can't even
imagine my kid doing stuff that I was doing when
I was at age insane, right, Yes, Like it's weird.
And so I feel like a hypocrite saying, oh, you're
not doing that, But I mean I was doing way worse.

(56:47):
So but it's I feel like it's different times. I
don't know.

Speaker 1 (56:49):
I don't know, it's or we just old people.

Speaker 3 (56:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (56:52):
I don't know. I think we're just older.

Speaker 3 (56:54):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (56:54):
Yeah, because Emily likes to say that kids don't do
this anymore. But then the same vein Sky will tell
me that her daughter tells her that she's around people
that are partying and drinking. So it's like, I think
it's just I think it's just what your kid tells you.
Different friend groups to guess.

Speaker 4 (57:10):
My son Reid will tell me that people he knows
are drinking and smoking weed.

Speaker 7 (57:14):
But like, I just feel like.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
It's more prevalent.

Speaker 4 (57:16):
It was more prevalent, like everybody was partying back in
the day.

Speaker 1 (57:20):
I felt like, I.

Speaker 2 (57:21):
Don't know, in high school, Yeah, it's who you were
hanging out. It's like, but there was a group that
partied hard in high school, and then there was a
groups that didn't party hard.

Speaker 3 (57:29):
And it would beat up trolls and you know, exactly
kick him off the sea wall.

Speaker 7 (57:33):
Sort of guys that I knew I would kick them
off the OBC.

Speaker 1 (57:36):
I didn't.

Speaker 2 (57:37):
Luckily, he's not hanging out Your son's not hanging out
those with that crew. He's not consider him a woozy
boy because he's not the thoughts.

Speaker 4 (57:45):
Came across, But he answered your question.

Speaker 1 (57:49):
Though I thought about it. He seems like a good kid.

Speaker 3 (57:54):
These things are popping up and you're just like, what
the heck?

Speaker 1 (57:56):
Like I don't know.

Speaker 3 (57:57):
Like I just recently was talking about letting my son
go to an R rated movie, where I was like, yeah,
go ahead, and my wife's like no, Like okay, well
this is weird. Uh well this has popped up between
Sky and her husband, the boo about letting her daughter
do something.

Speaker 5 (58:13):
Yeah, and and just like you said, it's things we
didn't see coming even though we should have. We haven't
had a discussion as parents about where we stand on
it because we've been kind of oblivious. And in my world,
I feel like it's even like kind of tougher because
you know, I won't get home normally until sometime between
like eleven and noon and it being summer, so my

(58:35):
husband's the one there, and then he'll be like, oh, yeah,
you know our you know, Loveland's off to blah blah blah,
And I'm like wait, what, like that's okay without me?

Speaker 1 (58:45):
I stop it.

Speaker 8 (58:46):
Two things.

Speaker 2 (58:46):
One, it's crazy that she I thought she just does
whatever she wants and doesn't have to ask. Number Two,
Eddie's dead right, this guy needs to go with it.

Speaker 1 (58:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 8 (58:55):
I mean, she wants Sky wants to hang out.

Speaker 5 (58:57):
It is tough to see my my baby bird leaving
the nest. But that's a whole other.

Speaker 3 (59:01):
She's sixteen, She's not leaving any nests. She's just going shopping.

Speaker 1 (59:07):
To a mall.

Speaker 8 (59:08):
So a normal kid, right.

Speaker 5 (59:12):
So this is the latest that happened where I like,
I basically wanted to text back to my husband, are
you kidding me?

Speaker 1 (59:19):
Like where are your brain cells? Like you what are
you doing right now?

Speaker 5 (59:24):
Because he texts me to let me know that she
was going to be going shopping, going to the mall,
the mall, the mall with one of her girlfriends, and
also fun fact, her girlfriend, who just got her driver's
license two days prior, would be driving.

Speaker 1 (59:47):
Them to said mall.

Speaker 5 (59:49):
And my husband was literally saying it like like just like, hey,
heads up.

Speaker 1 (59:54):
There going to the mall and I was going to
be driving, and I'm like excuse me, like.

Speaker 5 (59:59):
And again to Eddie's point, the same day my friends
would get their driver's license back when I was sixteen,
they'd swing by and pick all of us up and
we would go do whatever we were doing.

Speaker 8 (01:00:13):
My friends didn't even have license.

Speaker 1 (01:00:15):
Yeah, was riding around people that didn't even.

Speaker 2 (01:00:17):
Have My buddy Lamba. Yeah, my buddy Lambo and is
monti Carlo. You're riding around, reving the engine down.

Speaker 1 (01:00:25):
I may or may not.

Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
Have told my mom that my best friend Fletcher had
her license. Fletcher didn't have her license, and so she
got to drive around the car I was going to get,
like an old Volvo. So we were just cruising town.

Speaker 8 (01:00:38):
A number Eddie from the stories I hear, I don't
think she cares.

Speaker 3 (01:00:40):
Oh, really really cares.

Speaker 1 (01:00:42):
No, I was later in life. You're getting thanks twisted?
Oh sorry to be more dresses? Oy?

Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
Oh no, oh it was a one hundred dollars trust it
was my fortieth birthday, do president?

Speaker 3 (01:00:52):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
Anyway, So.

Speaker 5 (01:00:56):
Back when we were sixteen, clearly did you get your
license to gather all your friends and you go driving.
But it's hitting different a little now that I am
the parent, and I feel that I know the rules
have changed. You know, my husband clearly isn't aware of
these rules because.

Speaker 1 (01:01:15):
I know I don't rule rules have changed.

Speaker 5 (01:01:17):
Well, So back in the day, if once you get
your license, you have your license and everything that comes
along with it. But now when you get your license,
there's different rules. If you're under like eighteen.

Speaker 3 (01:01:29):
It's weird. There's rules to get your license that you
have to go through that wasn't in existence when I
was at age, and now there's rules after you get
your license, ye, which I wasn't aware of.

Speaker 1 (01:01:39):
You it's different where I grew up.

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
You didn't get your liceun til you're seventeen when I
grew where I grew up, and you had to do
your driver's had class to get a license, and you
could have a permit, but you can only do your
permit to and from school, and that was it.

Speaker 1 (01:01:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:01:52):
So now, yeah, every state's different. But now for kids,
when you get your license, you're not allowed legally to
have other kids in the car unless they are your
siblings until I think you're like eighteen.

Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
I don't even to school events. You can't do it either,
I don't think so.

Speaker 5 (01:02:09):
I think it's just your siblings, your family members, the
only one who's allowed as a minor unless there's somebody
I think like over twenty five or something. If there's
like an adult in the car, then you can have
other kids in the car. But you can't just have
two kids. Yeah that's a great car.

Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
I mean, give me a break, you know what. I mean,
so that's where my husband's at.

Speaker 5 (01:02:30):
He's kid because when I brought it up to my husband,
I'm like, are you kidding me?

Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
You see, but on make sure Sophia drives safe speed,
elth speed, put your phone down. If anyone asked your
siblings and you forgot your license.

Speaker 1 (01:02:42):
Yeah, well and the thing that even got you you
idea what he said? Hey, hey, and I don't want
to know the cops coppas.

Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
So my husband's just say this like, oh, yeah, they're
they're off for the day.

Speaker 1 (01:03:02):
They're gonna go to the mall and like the beach
and what.

Speaker 3 (01:03:06):
Tacoma, Yeah, in Vegas for a weekend.

Speaker 5 (01:03:11):
And I'm kind of like, Okay, I get the like
waiting till they're eighteen, no other kids in the car.

Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
Maybe that's a little strict. Maybe it's the laws. It
is the law.

Speaker 3 (01:03:21):
It's the law, is it?

Speaker 1 (01:03:23):
Yeah? Yeah, But I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:03:27):
We're on day two of this chick having her license.
If she had her license for maybe a couple months,
maybe we could have.

Speaker 1 (01:03:35):
A discussion about it.

Speaker 5 (01:03:36):
But my husband was even looking at me like I'm
an old funny duddy. Oh not ay duddy, And I'm
being like some stickler about it, and I'm like, sorry,
I care about our daughter's safety, Like.

Speaker 1 (01:03:48):
Oh my, somebody does We ended up fine and that's
what my husband did. You that's really you.

Speaker 2 (01:03:57):
And cars are so much safer now, I mean, you
can do whatever you want.

Speaker 1 (01:04:02):
There's so many more airbags, so many more safety features.

Speaker 2 (01:04:04):
Most of these cars now have assisted breaking, Like unless
this chick, you you know the girl, you know that
she's somebody you want your daughter to ride with or not,
Like you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (01:04:13):
Things cars are safer, drivers aren't They're distracted now on
their phones, especially that age being idiots.

Speaker 1 (01:04:22):
You're right, but again, you know the girl.

Speaker 2 (01:04:30):
If this is a girl that you know doesn't follow
the rules and the stupid things, and yeah, but if
this is a girl that you know, this is nice
and does what she does the right thing, then what's
the big deal?

Speaker 5 (01:04:39):
So this girl is super nice, she's a good kid,
a good student, but she is also very distracted, like
she'll she's gotten into my car multiple times and I've
pulled out of her driveway driven down the street and
I have to remind her to put her seatbelt on.
She's so excited telling a story about something something her.

Speaker 2 (01:05:00):
Not having her sleep bowl. It doesn't affect your daughter
she has, so it's actually another good place the other girl.
The girl's gonna be fine out of the window. Not
your daughter, my god, But there's a there's a bigger
picture here. If you can't remember to put on your seatbelt,
are you going to be a safe driver?

Speaker 1 (01:05:19):
As long as you'll be fine, you know, as long
as she's.

Speaker 8 (01:05:22):
Not speeding, she's going to be fine.

Speaker 1 (01:05:24):
If you're going the speed limit, you're gonna be fine.

Speaker 3 (01:05:26):
What are you talking about? You're you're out of your
mind right now. Because listen, I was doing weird stuff
when I was sixteen driving around. I know, I was
an idiot, and so it just is different having a
kid now now I want to I do want to
protect my kids. And so we're all going through the
process right now. If our kids getting these licenses and

(01:05:46):
things like that. And my daughter is a rule follower,
she is as.

Speaker 1 (01:05:51):
Just somebody that you trust your other kid that.

Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
I do what I don't like, because I mean, she
is the one that will see, oh, butterfly and then
like you know what I mean. So she can't be distracted.
And again, her friends aren't seem like they're Okay, but
I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
I don't trust any sixteen year.

Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
Old who would have thought Eddie would be a helicopter dad.
You know, man, first of all, you of all people
that better watch yourself. We'll get him a warm tail pal. Okay,
he's seven months old. He's seven months old.

Speaker 1 (01:06:20):
What is he driving? Yeah, he's big enough, that's true.

Speaker 3 (01:06:23):
Anyway, It's just more of a like, man, do we
need this? Do we need this? And I know Emily
is about, you know, like, oh do I not have
to do it? Okay, I'm in, but I'm like, I
don't know. I'm like, I think it's a little crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:06:36):
I think it is a case by case basis. But
I understand what you're saying. They're all stupid, So that
kind of throws that out the window, right. But I
agree with Sky being frustrated with this because I think
it's insane. He didn't run a buyer and they didn't
have a discussion about it.

Speaker 8 (01:06:48):
Well, he can't make his own Robert.

Speaker 1 (01:06:50):
I would I really think I would.

Speaker 3 (01:06:53):
No. I would.

Speaker 7 (01:06:54):
I would say are you cool with read writing his
friends so and so just.

Speaker 3 (01:06:57):
He said no, you'd be like, oh, yeah, you go,
I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 5 (01:07:02):
I think with my husband is he didn't even think
this was something he needed to run by.

Speaker 3 (01:07:07):
Did he know about the actual law.

Speaker 5 (01:07:10):
No, he didn't know about the law, and he just
bases everything on what we did. If we were kissing.
He's like, he's like, what's the problem. She got her license?

Speaker 1 (01:07:21):
Did they get on a freeway? Like, I wouldn't let
freeway the freeway. I wouldn't let him on freeway.

Speaker 8 (01:07:26):
She has her license, who cares?

Speaker 1 (01:07:28):
I know, but you're not going to read ride in
the freeway.

Speaker 4 (01:07:30):
No, I'm just saying a girl that just got her license.
If they're just going down the street in La Joya,
I feel like I'd let that happen.

Speaker 1 (01:07:35):
Yeah, like they were going all the way to ob Yeah,
they were.

Speaker 5 (01:07:38):
Going to UTC, so they could have taken the freeway
or taken back rooms.

Speaker 2 (01:07:42):
It just I'd be fine daytime. I'd like, what about
night at night? I want because I'd be worried about
drinking and driving at night. That's that would worry me
a little bit. So I want to I'd want to
see a couple of making sure everything goes okay during
the day, first after a couple like rides, and then

(01:08:03):
I'd be like then then I wouldn't care as much.
I mean, I got it. You gotta trust your kids.
What are you You're gonna You're gonna carry them around
college too?

Speaker 3 (01:08:11):
You gotta sleep with them, you know what I believe
in the law.

Speaker 1 (01:08:15):
Wow, damn you very much.

Speaker 3 (01:08:18):
Yeah, if it wasn't a thing, maybe I look differently
at it. But there's there's it's in place for a reason.
Because all I'm gonna say this again, all teenagers are idiots.

Speaker 2 (01:08:29):
But you gotta remember too, Eddie's the same guy that
won't let you go in the pool if you eat
a sandwich.

Speaker 3 (01:08:34):
Safety first.

Speaker 5 (01:08:37):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:08:37):
This Spielberg movie, Disclosure Day is out today, so everyone
is talking about aliens right now?

Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
Are they out there?

Speaker 3 (01:08:46):
We're gonna go over and study on what we believe
about aliens coming up next on the show five three.
So we're all pumped to see this movie, Disclosure Day,
which comes out to day. I'm excited about it and
I think it's going to be pretty good. I don't know,
we'll see. Yeah, I gotta wait for some Hey, can
you look up Rotten Tomatoes? See what we're looking at?

(01:09:08):
What's going on with Disclosure Day? I'm nervous.

Speaker 1 (01:09:11):
You're nervous.

Speaker 3 (01:09:13):
So everybody's talking about aliens because of it. You know,
you get Spielberg in there, look out, look out me.
Spielberg and aliens. It's like, you know, Peterburg and Jelly.

Speaker 8 (01:09:21):
It s worries me a little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:09:22):
Now it has eighty two percent from critics, which is
really good, but seventy four from people. Oh so that
kind of tells me it could be a little boring.

Speaker 1 (01:09:31):
That's wild. Normally it's the opposite where the people give
up much higher, but the critics are that much higher.
For me, it usually means it's boring. Okay, because it long.

Speaker 8 (01:09:42):
I don't know what the run time is.

Speaker 3 (01:09:44):
Here, okay, okay, okay, writing.

Speaker 1 (01:09:49):
Is two hours and twenty five minutes.

Speaker 3 (01:09:52):
It's got standard these days, some of these, so everybody,
you don't go to theater ever, So you know, people
are talking about aliens and stuff like that. Now, well,
they actually just released a study about aliens and how
much we actually believe in them.

Speaker 5 (01:10:10):
Yeah, they were asking a bunch of different questions, like, first,
do we believe there's intelligent life on other planets? So
not like because sometimes they'll say life on other planets
that means like little bacterias and organisms, No, like actual
intelligent life that can build stuff, have spaceships, all of that.

Speaker 3 (01:10:28):
We think there is? How can we think there is?

Speaker 2 (01:10:31):
Yeah, it's so like it's I don't know how I think, yeah,
there's definitely it's gotta be.

Speaker 1 (01:10:36):
Yeah, Well, the majority of people do believe.

Speaker 5 (01:10:38):
That's sixty three percent believe that there's intelligent life on
other planets, with thirty seven percent sayings infinite.

Speaker 3 (01:10:45):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:10:45):
I just always find it funny that they're always smarter
and better than.

Speaker 8 (01:10:48):
Us, And what if we found life.

Speaker 3 (01:10:51):
Is why we haven't gone to other planets since seen
intelligent life. If they've made it here, they are smarter
and better than that.

Speaker 2 (01:10:57):
Maybe at certain things, maybe at travel, but maybe that
maybe they're.

Speaker 3 (01:11:02):
What they're better at sudoku? Like what are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (01:11:04):
Like like we're better at our foods?

Speaker 8 (01:11:06):
Just maybe it probably is better.

Speaker 3 (01:11:08):
I don't know, But why are you getting so defensive
about it? If they made it here, they're better, I
don't think so what do you.

Speaker 1 (01:11:14):
Mean they could have just stumbled upon a way to
travel faster.

Speaker 3 (01:11:17):
But their technology is better than.

Speaker 2 (01:11:20):
Right, not maybe not at cray, maybe not at self
driving cars I don't know what I'm just saying, you
know what I.

Speaker 3 (01:11:27):
Mean, No, I don't know. All right, we'll do the
human race.

Speaker 1 (01:11:34):
Do we believe.

Speaker 5 (01:11:35):
That we have already had contact with intelligent extra.

Speaker 3 (01:11:40):
Proof out there? I mean we literally have people in
the military going, oh, yeah, we see him, you know,
flipping around.

Speaker 1 (01:11:46):
I don't think I'm attacked with.

Speaker 3 (01:11:48):
Well, like like you're talking about like Area fifty.

Speaker 1 (01:11:51):
One, like interact stuff going on.

Speaker 3 (01:11:53):
Yet one people saying I got beamed up. Yeah, you
know all that kind of stuff that that's a little different.

Speaker 4 (01:11:59):
I don't contact and alien. We just didn't know it.
It was like in a different form, you know what
I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:12:03):
Oh, it was pretending to be like a human and
we didn't know we were talking to an alien.

Speaker 1 (01:12:09):
Who knows that could happen. We don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:12:11):
Wow, there is weird stuff out there that I've read
that you know, there's like like signals that are unexplainable
that repeat itself that you can't create. You can't recreate that,
like what's going on with that? So I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:12:25):
Wow, Well, twenty one percent believe, yes, we have had
contact already.

Speaker 2 (01:12:32):
You don't believe it because there's too many people. There's
too many whistleblowers. There's no way everyone's going to be
able to keep it sea when they've seen it but
they haven't made contact.

Speaker 5 (01:12:43):
For six percent believe it will happen in the near future,
and a third saying no, it's never.

Speaker 8 (01:12:50):
I guess it could happen any day.

Speaker 1 (01:12:51):
Right, I'll take it back, I guess it could happen
any day.

Speaker 5 (01:12:54):
You And how would we feel if we did get
to meet or we knew that, you know, our government
was meeting with extraterrestrial life?

Speaker 1 (01:13:06):
How would we feel about that?

Speaker 5 (01:13:07):
People were given options to pick from scared, excited, calm, vulnerable, curious, nervous.

Speaker 3 (01:13:16):
How would we feel I would be massively nervous. Okay,
let's just say this. You know we see all the
alien movies and stuff like this. Just one day a
massive ship appears in the sky. How do you feel
about that? Yay, they're here.

Speaker 1 (01:13:32):
What would you feel?

Speaker 7 (01:13:33):
Nervous?

Speaker 3 (01:13:33):
Yeah, you'd freak out right and curious because I just
don't know. You don't know, like, are they coming and
they're cool? Are they friendly?

Speaker 1 (01:13:40):
We don't know?

Speaker 3 (01:13:41):
Or are they coming to blow us up? Yeah? And again,
maybe I've seen too many alien movies. Maybe they're just
they're there and then they're gone. Oh and that's it.
They just wanted to check it out, leslie.

Speaker 4 (01:13:52):
Yeah, that place if they seem nice and friendly, but
we don't know what they're capable of.

Speaker 1 (01:13:56):
It goes side facade.

Speaker 3 (01:14:00):
Wow, swerve yep.

Speaker 5 (01:14:03):
Well the top answer sixty seven percent said they would
be curious, followed by nervous, then excited, and then scared
were the top answers. So kind of a mixed bag
between people being curious but kind of nervous and scared
about it, right, And then finally they asked, do we

(01:14:25):
believe because the government lately has been releasing all this
stuff the stuff Eddie was talking about military footage of
you know, people in planes having UFOs like right next
to them and not knowing like what it is. So
do we believe the US government knows more than they're
sharing with us, even though they claim they've opened the

(01:14:47):
files and shared everything.

Speaker 3 (01:14:49):
Uh, well, I don't think they tell us everything, no,
but I do think it would be crazy to believe
that just us in the US have had these aliens
and ships and things like that. So you're telling the
aliens have never gone to other countries and there we're
all in agreement. We can't agree on anything, but we're
all in agreement that we're not going to say anything
like that doesn't make any sense, No, it doesn't. So

(01:15:11):
that part of me goes, come on, what are we
doing here? Yeah, it's is storm area fifty one?

Speaker 5 (01:15:21):
Yeah, well the way majority eighty four percent says, of
course the government knows more than they're telling us about UFOs.

Speaker 3 (01:15:31):
Well, they're coming or they're here. I don't know either way.

Speaker 1 (01:15:35):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
Some people say their earliest memory is when they were
like a baby. Wow, right, like, oh, I remember the womb.
No you don't. Well, we're gonna see what our earliest
memory actually is when we get back on the show
at five three. So I don't know about you guys,
but over I get man, I can't remember like some

(01:15:59):
stuff that happened, yes, and I'm just like, wait, what
did I do that I don't remember? It's not good.
But I I have like pretty vivid memories of like
times growing up and different things like that, I grew
up in a very small town. I grew up in
a house. Well I didn't really grow up. I was
born and then we lived in this house until I

(01:16:19):
was like five on Third Street, and then when we
moved to the house that I grew up in and
I stayed for most of my you know, young adult life.
I remember going to tour that house and then the
room that ended up being mine. I remember thinking, like,
all the toys that were in that room were gonna
be mine, and I was like pumped. It was another

(01:16:42):
kid's room. It was like, oh, I get all this,
and then I was And then when we moved in there,
I was empty, and I'm like, wait, what happened all?

Speaker 1 (01:16:49):
Oh? Man, it sucks.

Speaker 3 (01:16:52):
So I remember that vividly, but I do have some
memories of the first house on Third Street. Yes, I
have a couple of memories about it. I mean they're vague,
but I remember, you well, like five or six something
like that, because I was friends with my neighbor, direct neighbor,
and I would go over to his house and he'd
come over to my house and we'd play and he'd

(01:17:13):
have like a backyard jungle gym, and I remember that.
So I want to say that, like my earliest memories
are around that age or on five.

Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
Maybe I can't.

Speaker 3 (01:17:22):
I mean, I can't imagine it would be further than
that back, yeah, because some people claim they all I
remember when I was like, you know, one years old,
and I remember my crib and I remember this, and
I'm like, that's impossible.

Speaker 5 (01:17:34):
I always think, do you remember that or did you
see a picture of it?

Speaker 1 (01:17:39):
How you think you remember?

Speaker 5 (01:17:40):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:17:41):
You know what I mean? Because that seems wild.

Speaker 3 (01:17:42):
I remember people saying, Lily, I remember the womb.

Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
It was warm.

Speaker 3 (01:17:45):
Yeah, of course it was.

Speaker 1 (01:17:47):
They're all warm. Yes, that's how you grow.

Speaker 4 (01:17:49):
I also remember or wonder if when somebody brings up
a memory, like my sister and I'll be talking, am
I creating the memory like the visual in my head?

Speaker 7 (01:17:56):
Or do I actually remember that?

Speaker 1 (01:17:58):
True?

Speaker 3 (01:17:58):
So if you had to figure out what's your ear memory,
what would that be for you?

Speaker 5 (01:18:02):
With?

Speaker 1 (01:18:02):
Then? Emily, So, I'm born and raised in San Diego.
So but I did. I did move to Texas.

Speaker 4 (01:18:09):
I moved to Texas for two years when I was like,
I think I was like six months old, and so
I lived there for like two I think I was
a little older. I was like one, and then we
moved there for two years. And so like that's a memory.
There was a memory being in Texas about like this
lady that was taking care of us, and she got
a june bug that went into her ear, and like
my dad had to drive her to the hospital.

Speaker 1 (01:18:29):
And I know you actually have that memory.

Speaker 4 (01:18:31):
That's the one I was talking about because I feel
like I remember that, but I would have been three.

Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
Like, there's no chance I remember something when I was.

Speaker 4 (01:18:37):
Three, So then traumatic maybe because it was traumatic, So
that would be the one other than that. Other than that,
it would be like kindergarten year when I was like
five or six, and I remember, like the bikes at
the elementary school and this one boy did something weird,
like with my dress. It was a whole thing, and
I know this is getting weird, but that's the memory.

Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
That's the memory.

Speaker 3 (01:19:00):
All right, let's tap out, uh, the earliest memory with
your earliest memory.

Speaker 1 (01:19:05):
Really, you have no memories. You only remember right now.
This is not good.

Speaker 2 (01:19:11):
This is like, shoot, I remember like third grade. That's
kind of really it. It's tough though, I don't know
how old are third grade nine. It's tough though, because
a lot of things I get told by my parents
that happened when I was like at first second grade.

Speaker 3 (01:19:29):
But I don't know if thats that you would go on, yeah,
come on, I didn't go at least your baskets you
would get true.

Speaker 2 (01:19:38):
I So I get told them like certain I get
told certain things, and I'm like, and that's how I
remember it from their story.

Speaker 1 (01:19:46):
You don't remember, you don't, I don't remember, you don't visualize.

Speaker 8 (01:19:48):
Yeah, No, I don't see it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:50):
So i'd probably say, like third grade, wow, yeah, sky.

Speaker 5 (01:19:54):
Earliest memory I want to say about five. It was
like kindergarten toime. And I remember it because it's not
actually traumatic but for me, but for me in the moment,
it seemed super traumatic because I came from a very
passive household where no like I never heard my parents fight,

(01:20:18):
they never raised their voice. And me and my friend Carrie,
who lived two doors down, we were picking flowers out
of her front garden bed because we believed that the
pedals would give us superpowers, and her dad came storming
out of the house screaming at us, specifically me, like

(01:20:41):
I was corrupting her and basically told me that I
would never be welcomed back into their home if I
did that again.

Speaker 1 (01:20:50):
And Carrie was and Carrie was my.

Speaker 5 (01:20:54):
One and only best friend at that time. I mean
she lived right down the street. I hadn't got to school.

Speaker 1 (01:20:59):
Yet, shut up.

Speaker 5 (01:21:01):
So and I was about five, and that one like
I know, because you know, I've seen pictures and have
other things, but.

Speaker 3 (01:21:08):
That's like a mean crying.

Speaker 5 (01:21:10):
Of course I did, And he's so mean, And why
does he yell like that?

Speaker 1 (01:21:14):
And who talks like that? Like, I know what your daughter?

Speaker 8 (01:21:18):
She sounds exactly like her daughter.

Speaker 1 (01:21:20):
What do you mean your daughter?

Speaker 3 (01:21:21):
Always?

Speaker 1 (01:21:22):
Oh, and you're these are exactly the same. Those are
those words. You literally will say the exact same words.

Speaker 2 (01:21:28):
Yeah, and then and then and then you're and then
you find out like nobody were the yelling.

Speaker 1 (01:21:33):
Yeah yeah, but this dude, Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:21:35):
Okay, okay, oh yeah. People like what age is your
earliest memory?

Speaker 1 (01:21:41):
And the majority of people twenty percent. It's kind of
spread out of a few years.

Speaker 5 (01:21:46):
Twenty percent, say age three was the year seventeen percent age.

Speaker 2 (01:21:52):
But I think it's because she had like her fa
parents got divorced at a young age, so.

Speaker 1 (01:21:57):
Like, was she three?

Speaker 7 (01:21:58):
It was the trauma?

Speaker 1 (01:21:59):
Yeah, I think she was that young. Yes, I remember
certain things like that. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:22:04):
Well, the top memories are when you get a pet
from a holiday.

Speaker 2 (01:22:09):
Oh yeah, I was seven when we got my first dog, Rusty.
I remember that vividly. Okay, so that I remember.

Speaker 5 (01:22:14):
There you go, there you go, and then finally a
vacation or an accident or an injury.

Speaker 1 (01:22:21):
Are the top first memories I don't remember, like my
first time at Disney World.

Speaker 8 (01:22:25):
I couldn't tell you really. I remember going around to
high school.

Speaker 2 (01:22:28):
Yeah, I was like probably in elementary school because at
the All Star Hotel it was great.

Speaker 1 (01:22:31):
The what the All Star Hotel?

Speaker 5 (01:22:33):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:22:33):
That turned turned time?

Speaker 3 (01:22:36):
It was new. What do you think is the best
movie from the past twenty five years? If you had
to think, well, we're gonna see what are the highest
rated movies from the past quarter century coming up next
on the show five to three? All right, start thinking,
what is the best movie you've seen in the last

(01:22:58):
twenty five years? What are you going to look up?
What are you looking up?

Speaker 1 (01:23:02):
Like?

Speaker 3 (01:23:02):
What movies that I've seen in the last twenty five years?

Speaker 1 (01:23:06):
Well does that have come out?

Speaker 8 (01:23:09):
With the last twenty five years?

Speaker 2 (01:23:10):
There's so many comedies for a certain period of time
that were like some of my favorite movies ever there
you go, but are they my favorite?

Speaker 1 (01:23:16):
Like?

Speaker 2 (01:23:16):
But then like also there's some like movies like The
Training Day or That Departed that I love so much.

Speaker 1 (01:23:22):
So that's tough.

Speaker 3 (01:23:23):
Actually training days older than twenty five years, is it?

Speaker 1 (01:23:26):
I think so?

Speaker 3 (01:23:26):
No, they're old broke. Training Day is legit, bro, Yeah,
it's tough. Let's see Training Day two thousand and one.

Speaker 1 (01:23:37):
Oh wow, just made it barely, just barely.

Speaker 3 (01:23:43):
So yeah, it's this is tough to think about here,
but I guess bro Bible went and looked at the
twenty five highest rated movies that were on IMDb for
the last twenty five years. Yeah, so we'll see if
yours made it. Sky, what's your favorite movie for the
past twenty five years?

Speaker 1 (01:24:00):
You say that it's.

Speaker 3 (01:24:01):
Perfect, it's perferrect, I tell you right now.

Speaker 8 (01:24:04):
Or was it a shlo movie?

Speaker 3 (01:24:06):
She Alsea likes that kids movie sing.

Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
Oh my god, I forgot about that. That's that's good.
That is worst okay in Manhattan.

Speaker 5 (01:24:17):
Hey, okay, So here is where my mind went. And
this may be your logic or not. I love those movies.
I watched those movies the most, the ones you just mentioned,
But like there, you know there's certain movies that like
have an effect on you, and you know that they're
at a different level. They're not just for like fun
and entertainment, they're like on a different level.

Speaker 3 (01:24:38):
It's perfect two.

Speaker 1 (01:24:40):
Okay, it's a crazy one.

Speaker 5 (01:24:42):
But but when I saw that movie with Jamie Lee
Curtis and short Round everything everywhere all at.

Speaker 1 (01:24:51):
Once, like effected you. Huh.

Speaker 5 (01:24:53):
Well, it was just that good and kind of deep
and weird and artsy and super entertained, and it just
to me seemed like it was on a different level
than other movies.

Speaker 3 (01:25:08):
So that's the best movie you've seen in the last
twenty fives Like.

Speaker 5 (01:25:11):
If if my mind's in that space about something being
like different and creative and entertaining and like something I
talked to other people and I was like, have you
seen this? Like this is insane? That that did it
for me.

Speaker 3 (01:25:25):
See, I'm I'm in the headspace of like, just what
movie did I love the most in the last twenty five.

Speaker 8 (01:25:32):
Years, no matter what genre?

Speaker 3 (01:25:34):
Yeah, and it's probably Avengers Endgame?

Speaker 5 (01:25:38):
Yeah, See that was that would probably be on that
list to something that was like different and crazy and awesome.

Speaker 3 (01:25:45):
I like you, I know you like Infinity war More.
I know You've said that many times, and that's fine.

Speaker 1 (01:25:49):
I like them both.

Speaker 3 (01:25:51):
But Endgame the last hour of Endgame. I was just
filled with with goose bumps. Oh and Tears was one
of the best movies I've ever seen.

Speaker 2 (01:26:02):
Call me crazy, but Fast six was really good.

Speaker 1 (01:26:08):
Your conversation, he asked, what movies that he loved?

Speaker 3 (01:26:12):
You love Fast six?

Speaker 1 (01:26:14):
Ludicrous is in space?

Speaker 8 (01:26:16):
No, that's eight and.

Speaker 3 (01:26:19):
Sorry, the Departed came out in the last years. I
don't think you do know.

Speaker 2 (01:26:23):
I know those Fast movies are really good. Okay, I
don't know that Departed Training Day. Then then there's like Anchorman.

Speaker 9 (01:26:29):
Super Bad. You love super super Bad so good? Okay,
stop that was two thousand and one. America is up there, America.

Speaker 3 (01:26:46):
No, stop it. Can you pick one.

Speaker 1 (01:26:50):
I have to have on your mood?

Speaker 2 (01:26:53):
No, I have to go with the movie will Fire
was in So that's the only reason I won't say
super Bad. But I as much as I love step Brothers,
I probably have to say. Man, the first time I
saw Wedding Crashers, it was so good.

Speaker 3 (01:27:08):
Anchorman is the best comedy I've ever seen in the movie. Yeah,
I mean it was.

Speaker 1 (01:27:15):
Yeah, damn it, Eddie, it's there. I mean, you can
what movie it sucks? Because what movie do I watch
the most now that's not what I'm asking.

Speaker 3 (01:27:24):
I'm asking what is the best movie you've seen the
last twenty five years? Will you walked out and went, dang,
that was good?

Speaker 1 (01:27:30):
Then The Departed?

Speaker 3 (01:27:31):
Okay, damn it? And you don't need to be upset.

Speaker 2 (01:27:35):
Because I walked out of the movie and I was
it was like it was all it was great.

Speaker 3 (01:27:39):
Yeahm damn it, Elie, I don't Billy Madiston, I don't
know it.

Speaker 4 (01:27:47):
I admit I like a lot of like bad movies,
and they give me pleasure.

Speaker 7 (01:27:50):
So that's fine. I like that, but I have to go.

Speaker 4 (01:27:54):
With a movie that makes me feel, makes me think,
gives me like Goosey's When I watch it, it makes me cry.
I like, I'm not I'm glued when I watch this
every time. And I'm talking about Castaway, like I love
that movie. On another level, I love it. I like
Castaway like it makes me feel things in my stomach.

Speaker 1 (01:28:11):
I get nervous.

Speaker 7 (01:28:13):
I don't like there's ever there's so.

Speaker 1 (01:28:14):
Many doesn't count? Are you well?

Speaker 6 (01:28:18):
Sad?

Speaker 1 (01:28:19):
Twenty six years old? I got nothing then? Because I
don't have got nothing. You didn't watch any movie.

Speaker 4 (01:28:26):
I mean, like twenty years that that is that impactful
that I can actually think about it.

Speaker 1 (01:28:31):
So impactful about it, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:28:33):
I just the way that it's done him being by himself.
The survival, I feel nervous.

Speaker 1 (01:28:37):
I feel sad.

Speaker 3 (01:28:38):
Jurassic World Rebirth, No, it was you really enjoyed it.

Speaker 1 (01:28:42):
I enjoyed it. It was me. It was ridiculous. These
are all great movies.

Speaker 4 (01:28:46):
They love st know for me, it'd probably be between
Stepbrothers and talladigon Nites.

Speaker 1 (01:28:51):
Then if I'm gonna have to George just said that.

Speaker 3 (01:28:54):
I know.

Speaker 7 (01:28:54):
That's why I was saying it in my head.

Speaker 1 (01:28:56):
Come up.

Speaker 2 (01:28:56):
I like Castaway, but like, I can't get over how
much you'd.

Speaker 4 (01:29:01):
Love I didn't see it comments. I'm watching it from
start to finish and I'm not even getting.

Speaker 1 (01:29:05):
Up, like it's your short shank redemption.

Speaker 4 (01:29:07):
Yeah probably wow, but I can't say it apparently, so
I think two, I'll probably have to go a Stepbrothers.

Speaker 2 (01:29:14):
Then okay, wow, very different than it gives me the
same feels. She laughs, She cries crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:29:22):
It's crazy, all right, Well what I don't know that
any of these are going to be in there, but
you may it. Maybe in one of the twenty five
highest rated movies on IMDb.

Speaker 5 (01:29:31):
Yep, of the last twenty five years, and even though
they said they're only doing twenty five, they put an
honorable mention for twenty six, which is Avengers end Game.

Speaker 1 (01:29:40):
Oh number twenty six, Oh wow, number twenty six honorable yep.

Speaker 7 (01:29:46):
This presence on hire to be honest, but.

Speaker 1 (01:29:48):
Nineteen was Infinity War. So so better you can, you can.

Speaker 8 (01:29:54):
I don't not like Endgame.

Speaker 1 (01:29:55):
I feel like any doesn't think I like like I didn't.
I don't think that at all. You think he's thinking.

Speaker 8 (01:30:00):
I just think he's thinking.

Speaker 1 (01:30:01):
Yeah, he's thinking that.

Speaker 2 (01:30:02):
Every time I watch the Endgame, I say to myself,
Chris Pratt needs should be in this movie.

Speaker 8 (01:30:06):
I wish they didn't. He didn't get snapped.

Speaker 3 (01:30:10):
He's in the movie when he comes back at the end. So,
just to be clear, Infinity War, there are parts that
I like more. The beginning is better. It gets into
things quick.

Speaker 8 (01:30:22):
End Game drags on a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:30:24):
Oh no, now he's mad at you again. Sorry, sorry
you were, I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:30:31):
Forget it, forget it, I can't it.

Speaker 5 (01:30:34):
And then just missing the top ten at number eleven,
we have The.

Speaker 3 (01:30:38):
Departed okay, castaway? What best picture? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:30:45):
Sorry, sorry guys.

Speaker 5 (01:30:46):
So here we go. Here are the top ten. Number
ten Parasite. You know that was a big award winner.

Speaker 3 (01:30:51):
Never seen it? Yeah, yeah, it's the form one. You know.
There's some titles you're never going to watch.

Speaker 1 (01:30:58):
It over the never screw you? Okay. Number nine goes
to the Pianist.

Speaker 5 (01:31:06):
Oh yeah, yeah, Adrian Brody that I hate this guy.

Speaker 1 (01:31:14):
I hate yeah. Coming in number eight, we have Spirited Away.
What the hell is that?

Speaker 3 (01:31:23):
What?

Speaker 1 (01:31:23):
Great?

Speaker 3 (01:31:23):
Animated?

Speaker 7 (01:31:24):
Why are you clappy?

Speaker 1 (01:31:25):
Yeah? Animated?

Speaker 5 (01:31:27):
Yeah, like something about a pig, a magical pig.

Speaker 1 (01:31:30):
Or something like that.

Speaker 4 (01:31:32):
He says that animation, by the way, The Departed, by
the way, Hey, these.

Speaker 1 (01:31:37):
Are based on IMDb ratings. Is training day on the list?

Speaker 3 (01:31:41):
Is? No?

Speaker 4 (01:31:42):
What?

Speaker 1 (01:31:42):
Number seven goes to City of God? City of God? Yeah, again,
I don't know. Number six Interstellar.

Speaker 3 (01:31:49):
There we go. Now we're getting somewhere.

Speaker 2 (01:31:51):
These I m dB ratings suck because I like Interstellar
were the good but.

Speaker 3 (01:31:56):
Mind mind blowing you get so conf mine makes it
it's so like, why how long would Emily last watching
that movie?

Speaker 8 (01:32:04):
It's so good?

Speaker 1 (01:32:05):
But like, is it confusing? The end is? I still
don't know what that confused?

Speaker 8 (01:32:11):
Understand?

Speaker 1 (01:32:12):
It the books and he's like moving things. I don't
know what Number five goes to inception.

Speaker 3 (01:32:22):
Both of those, no, you would probably pass out.

Speaker 1 (01:32:26):
It's like at the end of.

Speaker 8 (01:32:27):
The movie, they're in a dream and a dream and
a dream and a dream.

Speaker 1 (01:32:30):
The topest spinning. My head's like it's a good movie,
but you're just like, what what next.

Speaker 5 (01:32:40):
The next three in a row are dominated by the
same franchise. Number four, Lord of the Rings, The Two Terrors,
Number three The Fellowship of the Ring, and number two
The Return of the King.

Speaker 1 (01:32:59):
The Ring.

Speaker 2 (01:32:59):
I left the theater blown away. It was one of
the coolest things ever. The next two were extremely boring.

Speaker 3 (01:33:05):
You're extremely boring. You are the most extremely boring. That's
a fact.

Speaker 8 (01:33:13):
The King was that Return of the King was Twin.

Speaker 1 (01:33:16):
Towers or whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:33:19):
It was.

Speaker 1 (01:33:20):
So it's awesome.

Speaker 2 (01:33:21):
The end fight scene is awesome, but the two and
a half hours to get to that. There's like a
weird elf scene with Live Tyler that goes on forever.

Speaker 1 (01:33:32):
Yeah, there is.

Speaker 5 (01:33:33):
There is a lot of dialogue in certain part. There's
a lot of dialogue. I love them too, I love
them too. Credible and coming in according to IMDb as
the best movie.

Speaker 1 (01:33:44):
In the last.

Speaker 5 (01:33:45):
One five years, we have The Dark Night.

Speaker 3 (01:33:50):
Okay, yeah, me too.

Speaker 1 (01:33:53):
It's incredible, Emily, that was what I think I saw,
but I don't remember the Joker.

Speaker 3 (01:34:00):
You remember with the Heath Ledger.

Speaker 1 (01:34:02):
That's the Heath Ledger one. Yeah, I've seen that. I've
seen that. Yeah, I've seen it. I forgot about seen it.

Speaker 3 (01:34:07):
Yeah, I mean definitely up there for sure. Phil Mickelson
is in some serious trouble. And I'm not talking about
in a bunker Lefty.

Speaker 1 (01:34:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:34:16):
Yeah, we're gonna see what the legendary golfer is being
accused of. Next to sports shirt, Padres lit day off
yesterday flew to Baltimore for his series against the Orioles.
Griffin Canning on the mound today. First pitch four.

Speaker 1 (01:34:37):
O five five, Okay, right now, you like it?

Speaker 3 (01:34:41):
I like you, prime spot.

Speaker 7 (01:34:42):
Spot That's perfect Friday baseball.

Speaker 1 (01:34:45):
See, I'm more of a six forty guy because the Yankees.

Speaker 8 (01:34:48):
Usually got a four. And then I go right into
the Padres.

Speaker 3 (01:34:53):
We need the game to be early because the real
sport begins at six.

Speaker 1 (01:34:58):
What is that I'm talking you wish you wat wi?
What's good?

Speaker 8 (01:35:08):
I've already gotten multiple.

Speaker 1 (01:35:10):
Dms which will tell me a billion people watch.

Speaker 3 (01:35:13):
That's true.

Speaker 2 (01:35:13):
That's true, that's great, that's true. I don't care about
the rest of the worlds. Let me know the stats
of viewership in America. It's gonna be roof, it's gonna
be the NFL. Okay, you figger, So give me all.
Don't give me all your stats. Don't when you're watching
Europe real football.

Speaker 8 (01:35:28):
I don't care what.

Speaker 2 (01:35:28):
They're watching in in in China, it doesn't matter to.

Speaker 3 (01:35:32):
Mere pre football Friday.

Speaker 1 (01:35:36):
I don't know.

Speaker 8 (01:35:37):
Just crazy in Europe.

Speaker 2 (01:35:39):
You guys could have thank you to having thanks take
out thank you?

Speaker 3 (01:35:44):
What's your pride?

Speaker 5 (01:35:45):
Man?

Speaker 1 (01:35:45):
I don't have it.

Speaker 3 (01:35:49):
All? Right? Yeah? The World Cup got underway yesterday as
Mexico kick things off with a win over South Africa
two to nothing. Great win from Mexico. South Korea took
down Chechia.

Speaker 1 (01:36:05):
When you hear about countries, you're like, what's.

Speaker 3 (01:36:06):
Have a trunk or two? Okay, But today's day, baby,
U s A.

Speaker 1 (01:36:12):
We're going today we begin.

Speaker 3 (01:36:15):
Our World Cup run as we face better gwyee in
our first match.

Speaker 1 (01:36:23):
Are good? I don't know. You don't know. Are we good?
Do you know that? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:36:34):
Are we?

Speaker 1 (01:36:35):
Where are we?

Speaker 5 (01:36:35):
At the stacks in the Vegas line.

Speaker 3 (01:36:38):
What are we We're we are We're favored to come
out of our group? Is that we So you want
to get out of the group stage. And then once
you do that, then you know a lot of people say,
that's when the tournament really begins. Yeah, the knockout round
you know over here.

Speaker 1 (01:36:59):
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:37:03):
So if we don't get out of the group stage,
it's gonna be a massive disappointment.

Speaker 8 (01:37:07):
But people need to understand too about America.

Speaker 2 (01:37:09):
Our best athletes don't play soccer like our best athletes
play basketball, NFL and baseball. Like imagine if we had
like Lebron and Saquon Barkley and Mahomes on the same
soccer team, Like that's what every other country has. Their
best athletes play soccer. Our best athletes don't. So that's
that's one of the reasons we're not as good. You know, Wow,

(01:37:31):
thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:37:32):
We gotta change it.

Speaker 8 (01:37:33):
You gotta change it up. No, we don't.

Speaker 1 (01:37:35):
Why our best athletes should play real football on baby
American pads. Guards.

Speaker 3 (01:37:49):
The game is gonna start at six o'clock. I will
be locked in, ready to go. It's gonna be amazing.
The Hurricane to have now taken the lead in the
Stanley Cup playoffs. They beat the Golden Knights four to two.
Now hold a three to two lead, so they're gonna
try and then close it out on Sunday. And Phil

(01:38:10):
Mickelson is in some serious hot water.

Speaker 1 (01:38:13):
Apparently.

Speaker 3 (01:38:14):
Reports are he was kicked out of a Rancho Santa
Fe country club for allegedly having inappropriate contact with a
female employee. I'm really sure what that means, but I
think we can figure it out. Yeah, so he's not
welcome back ever.

Speaker 5 (01:38:32):
Again, Like it must have been bad if you're one
of the best golfers in the world. Well it was,
but yes, but still and they say no, thank you,
please don't come back.

Speaker 1 (01:38:42):
That's yeah. This allegedly happened back fourish.

Speaker 3 (01:38:45):
I don't know. Allegedly happened this past spring. Now we
know Phil hasn't been golfing recently. He didn't play the Masters,
he didn't play in all these big tournaments. They say
he was dealing with an undisclosed family matter.

Speaker 1 (01:38:59):
Is that them? Like it could be okay, Well, is
he married? Yeah? I think so? Okay, Yeah, so that
that could make it a family matter. That would Yeah,
that would be we upset in the family about that
they're not good. Maybe you're gonna clone himself and turned
to Stefan. Okay, this isn't the TV show Family Matter really?

Speaker 3 (01:39:19):
And you not, Emily, where are you at there?

Speaker 1 (01:39:22):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (01:39:23):
If you were a family Matters, I got it.

Speaker 3 (01:39:27):
Now all of a sudden, it's cool.

Speaker 2 (01:39:28):
Yeah now Phil philm comes out the Dan boobs anymore.

Speaker 1 (01:39:32):
He is cool, all right. Really, he's not.

Speaker 8 (01:39:37):
A womanizer anymore.

Speaker 1 (01:39:38):
I don't think that's happening.

Speaker 3 (01:39:40):
So there are some rumors that your Yankees are interested
in trading for their former closer a role as Chapman
now he pitched for them back in twenty sixteen through
twenty twenty two, but he says the only way he
will return to New York is if the general manager
apologizes to him.

Speaker 8 (01:39:58):
How does it for what?

Speaker 1 (01:39:59):
I don't even well.

Speaker 3 (01:40:00):
He was left off the playoff roster in twenty twenty
two because he missed a mandatory practice. Well, he says
he was given an excused absence. He says he was
allowed to not be there, but Brian Cashman, the GM
accused him of insubordination and left him off the playoff roster.

(01:40:21):
So really upset him and they didn't end well with
the team. So I don't know, no, thanks, you don't
want to sell He wasn't that great the Yankees. He
blew a bunch of saves. Listen, but the Bednor isn't
crazy there right now? Their bullpen, it's a very shaky. Well,
there's no way the Red Sox are going to trade
him to the Yankees. Like, what are we talking about?

Speaker 1 (01:40:39):
A thing? So I'm just going to shut up for Oh.

Speaker 8 (01:40:44):
This guy looking at his past.

Speaker 3 (01:40:46):
Oh all right, there you go. That is a sports
dirt for today. I know this is going to sound crazy,
but it's true. It looks like four has something in
common with the Rock. I'm not and I'm not joking.
I'm not joking. I'm not sure this is a good thing.

Speaker 5 (01:41:07):
Though.

Speaker 3 (01:41:08):
We're gonna see what Thor and the Rock have in
common coming up next on the show with five three.
So after a couple of Thor's midweek mount downs, he
has gotten in there and you know, fighting for different things.
Some called him the people's.

Speaker 1 (01:41:28):
Champ some.

Speaker 3 (01:41:33):
Maybe I don't know if I go many, but that
may be the closest you ever would compare Thor to
the Rock.

Speaker 1 (01:41:42):
We both work out.

Speaker 3 (01:41:44):
Have you seen him? I mean, I mean, you do
have that weird eyebrow, you know, so like you can
do the things. So maybe that's a maybe that's what.
But uh, apparently you and The Rock have more in
common than you think. Oh yes, yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:42:04):
The Rock recently did an interview where he talks about
a recent health scare and how he thought something very
serious was wrong with him and he was so freaked
out about it he didn't tell anyone, not even his wife.

Speaker 1 (01:42:19):
He went to the doctor. So weird that he's married,
that's the weird part.

Speaker 8 (01:42:23):
Well, you could you see he's married to this right
in every movie again he's married.

Speaker 2 (01:42:30):
It's like this random chick, like she could be your neighbor. Yeah,
And he was like, who's like kind of a singer?
And I guess he has like a he put her
on like his record labels, a record label, I think so.
And then like he and then like you'll always see
like them in studio and like the studio he built
for her with like other random people you've never heard
of before, just doing it to keep her busy. But

(01:42:52):
I gotta know how, Like how did they she's so random?

Speaker 5 (01:42:55):
Like she's so like every day, every day, and she's
not that huh, I think, I said, yeah, I mean,
oh really, Oh this is a second yea.

Speaker 8 (01:43:04):
His first wife's a legit bodybuilder.

Speaker 7 (01:43:06):
Oh really?

Speaker 1 (01:43:06):
Yeah. Did they meet like in the wrestling world or
something like that.

Speaker 8 (01:43:09):
No, they met in college.

Speaker 1 (01:43:11):
Oh college, Yeah, college girlfriend.

Speaker 3 (01:43:13):
She was on the offensive line with him, she.

Speaker 1 (01:43:16):
Blocked ray Lewis.

Speaker 5 (01:43:17):
Okay, okay, So anyway, so yeah, so he had this
help thing going on that he was so scared about.

Speaker 1 (01:43:24):
He didn't even want to talk. She just looked on
her phone. The Rock's first wife. That a big lady.

Speaker 3 (01:43:35):
Really, you know, so you know, I mean it's culturally appropriate.

Speaker 2 (01:43:45):
Okay, all right, that was like when he was prime
w W E two. Really yeah, I'm sure he was faithful.
Oh he thinks, yeah, the Rock mod.

Speaker 1 (01:43:53):
Okay, all right then yep.

Speaker 5 (01:43:56):
So anyway, so and then he talks about how like
he had to do a press junket for the new
Jamanji movie while this is all going on. He says,
having to joke with people and act like nothing's wrong.

Speaker 8 (01:44:07):
It was a few years ago.

Speaker 5 (01:44:08):
Yeah, but he said, on the inside, for a full
twenty four hours he believed that he had testicular cancer.

Speaker 3 (01:44:17):
Oh god, you.

Speaker 1 (01:44:18):
Had to get an ultrasound.

Speaker 5 (01:44:20):
Yeah, different, different. He was having a lot of pain.
He found a painful lump. He didn't know what was
going on, and so he didn't tell his wife or anybody.
Went on about his business, acting like nothing.

Speaker 3 (01:44:31):
Man used to call those his grapefruits.

Speaker 2 (01:44:33):
Yeah okay, And whenever Vince would do something like crazy,
Jerry Lawler would ye out, his grapefruits are growing okay.

Speaker 1 (01:44:43):
His grapefruits are growing up.

Speaker 2 (01:44:45):
Wrestling was so weird, incredible, is what genetic jackhammer?

Speaker 1 (01:44:50):
No inappropriate and we are and would not fly to me?

Speaker 5 (01:44:54):
Yeah yeah, And like he was for like families and kids,
which is also it.

Speaker 8 (01:45:00):
Was for like college kids down to ten year olds
like me.

Speaker 5 (01:45:03):
But they're doing things in lingerie and talking about grapefruits
and kissing acides like.

Speaker 7 (01:45:07):
Literally everything great about America.

Speaker 2 (01:45:10):
Miss Vince fired Stone Cold Steve Wolston once and said
it was better than sex.

Speaker 1 (01:45:18):
Watching.

Speaker 2 (01:45:19):
I was watching it dying, Okay, Okay, actually no it wasn't.

Speaker 8 (01:45:22):
I was ten. I was worried Stone Cold was actually.

Speaker 1 (01:45:24):
Fire that I am what I mean, I'm not a rock.

Speaker 2 (01:45:34):
Would ask any woman if they liked pie or man
if they liked pie.

Speaker 8 (01:45:39):
And then he wouldn't Pie was supposed to be.

Speaker 1 (01:45:40):
Something else, and then he'd like laugh or something. Yeah, like, okay,
this is weird watched it doesn't matter if you want Okay,
what who screaming? What does that even mean? Are you
fiving what? I don't get any of this?

Speaker 7 (01:45:59):
Okay, I don't either, but I think it's hysterical.

Speaker 1 (01:46:02):
Can we get back to the.

Speaker 8 (01:46:04):
Yeah, I can't wait to watch this with my son.

Speaker 5 (01:46:07):
So anyway, so he thinks he has testicular cancer, go
into the doctor. So really scary, and so in this
article he's reminding men to always get your stuff checked out.
If you ever have a weird symptom, go directly to
the doctor. But he said it turned out okay for him,
okay because he actually ended up being cancer free, but

(01:46:32):
got diagnosed with epididymitis, which is the inflammation of the
tube behind the testicle and it's treated with antibiotics.

Speaker 3 (01:46:44):
This is what they have in common. Has the same thing.

Speaker 1 (01:46:48):
Yeah, we've heard about it.

Speaker 2 (01:46:49):
It's the worst, dude. It's in my left testicle, same
with him. Uh and it hangs lower because of this.

Speaker 6 (01:46:58):
What it's not like get all weird.

Speaker 2 (01:47:05):
When I walk around a lot and work out a lot,
it like it aggravates it.

Speaker 8 (01:47:10):
It flares up so like there's a point.

Speaker 2 (01:47:11):
Where you touch it where you will come out and
you jump out of your skin because it hurts so
bad and you gotta take antibiotic or like eyeprofen or something.

Speaker 3 (01:47:19):
There's no cure.

Speaker 2 (01:47:20):
No, how often do they tell you to We're like
a jock strap all the time.

Speaker 8 (01:47:24):
Yeah, to help it when it starts flaring up.

Speaker 1 (01:47:27):
How often does it flare up.

Speaker 2 (01:47:29):
It will flare randomly, Yeah, once a year, sometimes more,
sometimes less.

Speaker 3 (01:47:35):
Do you think the Rock got it when Stephanie McMahon
came up from behind and get.

Speaker 8 (01:47:38):
Him one of those low blow? Maybe?

Speaker 3 (01:47:42):
Maybe?

Speaker 1 (01:47:43):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:47:45):
Yeah, it's it's good for the Rock for being okay
talking about it.

Speaker 1 (01:47:49):
Sharing.

Speaker 8 (01:47:50):
We should have we should have him on.

Speaker 1 (01:47:51):
To talk about it.

Speaker 3 (01:47:53):
Why don't you sweet him?

Speaker 1 (01:47:54):
He's tweeting, tweeted you before.

Speaker 8 (01:47:56):
I should tweet at him.

Speaker 2 (01:47:57):
Fellow epidetic MIAs survivor epidemica brothers, you too.

Speaker 1 (01:48:02):
You could do like a campaign together. Yeah okay, Yeah,
So he's saying, hey, even.

Speaker 5 (01:48:10):
If it isn't cancer, you definitely want to take everything
in that area seriously, and don't be ashamed to see your.

Speaker 1 (01:48:18):
Got multiple sonograms on my testicles just for fun.

Speaker 3 (01:48:22):
No, all right, well there is you smell it.

Speaker 1 (01:48:33):
He's cooking.

Speaker 3 (01:48:35):
Coming up on Monday, we're gonna play everybody's favorite drinking game,
