Speaker 1 (00:00):
San Diegues.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Welcome to the show. New New Day is here, and
what better way to start it than with I feel
like the show is going to be great Bush Show.
I would like to introduce you to the ringleader, Eddie.
Here's the thing about Eddie you need to know. Eddie
doesn't have the ability to not be Edie, the mother
of this crew.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Guy, I'm kind of miss meek, like you can almost
talk me into anything.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Gore, I'm not a social butterfly, nor do I want
to be one.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
And Emily, I am sometimes very very.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Selfish and sometimes I'm actually very very gibbing.

Speaker 4 (00:33):
Welcome to the show on San Diegos Rock station Rock
one oh five three.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
I've never seen a guy more hyped in my life
or didn't even sleep last night. I really did. That
New York Knicks game last night was one for the ages.
I'll give you that. It was unbelievable. I still care
the moment in case you missed it, the Knicks one
in a crazy comeback, biggest comeback in NBA five his history. Uh,
they had a tip in at the end of the

(01:03):
game to win it, which to me, I don't know
about you, but I think that's maybe one of the
biggest moments in New York sports history.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Oh yeah, it's up there with the Tyree helmet catch.
The only difference is that Tyree was like a nobody.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Aaron Boone home run. Mount Rushmore was look at this guy,
can't look at it. He's so dejected. I was. They
were down almost they were down twenty nine points. The
game was over.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
It was just like and all the mojo, all the
momentum was gone, and like, what was what was what
was your attitude at the first half. Yeah, I was
just like this thing, this island. I was like, it's
so Nicks, Like, this is what I've seen. This is
I stopped watching for twenty years because like, this is
what they do. They there was two games away the Spurs.
I was just like, the Spurs aren't going to lose anymore.

(01:48):
Like they've they're dominating. They kind of dominated Game three.
I'm like, this is this sucks. It's over again. And
then you saw I saw all the celebrities in the crowd,
which is insane, how many selects.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
It's so cool seeing that Taylor Swift is an extent.
She's got Nick's fever. You know what the hell was that?

Speaker 3 (02:06):
And I texted his wife Haley when I started watching,
because I started watching the second half and I was
texted his wife Haley, and I was like, is he
annoyed that Taylor's there?

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Because we heard his rants about how nobody can be
nobody can.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Just judge before Adrian body who was saying about other
people like you can't you have to suffer the years
that he's put in to be a nixtent.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
And he was adaman about it. He said, there's no excuses,
and that was what you said.

Speaker 4 (02:28):
But they were down so much that I didn't even
care they were they were they were getting killed.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Is she a good luck charm?

Speaker 5 (02:36):
Now?

Speaker 2 (02:37):
That's what Hailey says, my wife. I mean, they don't
lose when she's in the building.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Wow, she doesn't lose.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
That she doesn't lose. I didn't know she was friends
with Marissa Mariska Hargete.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Yeah, apparently they're close risk big Knicks fan. She's actually friends,
I guess. So I think they just sit next to
each other.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
No, I think they're actually friends.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Yeah, Mrisco Harte is like friends with Knicks players because
Jalen Brunson is a big s VU fan.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Apparently that's all true.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
So like when they finally won, she ran on the
court and was hugging players allowed to do that?

Speaker 1 (03:13):
And what are your thoughts on Taylor Swift's puney T
shirt Stevie Nicks brilliant.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
I didn't see that.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
It's just, hey, look at me. You know, I'm getting
married at the garden in a few weeks.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Look at me, brilliant.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Whatever. It really didn't bother me that much. But they
didn't win by a landslide, nice one.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Eddie didn't see it coming. That was oppressive. That was oppressive.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
Was really like actually really now, if the Knicks would
have been still playing like they did the first half.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
I would have would be annoyed.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
Yeah, I would have annoyed everybody, everybody.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
I would thank God.

Speaker 4 (03:55):
Yeah, I couldn't. I still can't believe they won. I
still can't.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
I couldn't sleep. I was so pumped. And then even
in the post game, like they were trying to go
to highlights, but the crowd was so crazy. Nobody was leaving,
everybody was singing. It was one of the craziest things,
I mean, And one of my favorite things was seeing
the celebrities reactions like Jerry Seinfeld's reaction was one of
my funniest.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
He's just in shock and awe that he hit that
tip in. He's just like like like he couldn't move,
going crazy. Anything he does is funny. Yeah, So I
kept watching him.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Out of Chris Rock. I mean it was loaded yesterday,
like even more than I think the previous game.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
And then like there was a bunch of New York
Giants players there, but they were all on like the second.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Level, yeah, even near the court. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
I've been on the receiving end of these losses for
over a decade, so as the Knicks fan, it's been
even worse.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
So like being on the other end of this is
just the great. I fell asleep like eleven thirty and
multiple times. I couldn't sleep.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
I couldn't sleep. I had two buddies. That one is
in New York. It's a big Knicks fan.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
He fell asleep in the fourth quarter because they were
still down twenty in the fourth quarter.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Oh wow.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
And he woke up this morning just miserable that he
missed it. Oh, I can't even imagine.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
That's brutal.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
I was on the phone my dad.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
I was going crazy heye, my wife snuck a video
of me when they tied it when they went up
one and the tipping.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Oh yeah, we got that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
It's really crazy, you guys. Wasn't the baby sleeping?

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (05:24):
Oh yeah, yeah, I don't care. That's because it was
like what it was like, it was like eight thirty,
so yeah, he was sleeping. Oh dude, Wow, it was
crazy insane.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Well, we'll get more into it the next hour in
Sports Dirt. But what a what a moment video is
coming out of New York. Are crazy. I'm just so
happy you're in a good movie. That's all I care about.
I don't care if the Nicks win. To be honest
with you, more of a Spurs guy. What I realized Castle.
He's really good man.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
But but I'm just happy that you're happy. I can't
stand he's such a bitch.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
He's like.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Generational. Before this series, this is yes, before this series,
you are such a whimby guy.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
You were telling me all this guy is so crazy.
He's like the greatest thing.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
I've ever seen. Dirty when he missed both here we go,
Here we go. Uh, there was drama my house as well. Now,
not on the level of this No, not on the
level of that, just a different level of drama at
my house.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Yesterday, you know, of course, wake up from a nap
and there's a scuttle butt going on between my wife
and my daughter who's home you know, summer school, after
after summer or whatever. Uh, and there there there's a
hubbub going on. I'm like, what's up, and she goes,
oh my god, my wife, Oh my god. Yeah, they're

(06:52):
both they're both like that, Oh my god, there is
a hurt baby bird in our driveway. And immediately go,
please don't turn into Haley. This this is what you do,
just what you deal with NonStop. Like like, didn't she
one time, like pick up a seagull or something?

Speaker 4 (07:13):
Yeah, birds, she's she saved a bird once and brought
it to the Humane society. Wow here maybe a squirrel.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
To all these random animals.

Speaker 4 (07:24):
Yeah yeah, and it's just she tries to bring them
in the house.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
I say, no, but well that that would no pun intended,
never fly, because I would never allow that. I mean
I literally would. Yeah, you have multiple cats in your
house right now because of this. So I immediately get
Haley vibes and I'm like, oh, no, come on man, like, no,

(07:49):
what are you talking about? Okay, So we have a
lot of creatures at our house. You know, we live
out in the boonies, and so you'll see animals all
the time and hurt animals and whatever. I mean, the
amount of bun that have come and gone, gee, I
wonder where they went, you know, get eaten. Y It
happens all the time. And so it's like, well, okay,
like we can't say everybody a circle of life, guy,

(08:11):
I mean, what are we going to do? The wildness? Yes,
it probably is some snake that comes and eats this burden.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
You know, it is what it is. What do you
mean awe, I don't. I don't like to think about it.
You eat chicken, Okay, I get it, my chicken.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
I'm you're a murderer. Again.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
I'm a nature person, but still I struggle sometime with nature.
Like I'm really into whales right now, but I'm mad
at the orcas so.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
Oh oh really yeah, really looks on board.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
The orcas just took out a gray whale, a thirty
five foot gray whale by my house in South Beach
that just washed up. Nobody.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
My house is South Beach, by the way, like, where
do you live in Miami? I thought that was the
most idiotic thing I've ever heard. I thought you were
talking about South Mission Beach. Another great knows what you're talking.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
I jerks, okay, ers, well, I mean you're attacking me.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
It was it was just it was.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
It wasn't my house in South has a dead way.
It does, and it hell And then the experts just
came out and said it was killed by a pot
of worcas. And it makes me now mad at the orcas.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
Okay, but again, now you're finding a.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Circle of life, Like I get it this they're doing
orchest stuff. But it's still like you saying, a snake
eating a bird, baby, let's live.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
Well, you know, I like how you pick and choose
which animals you like.

Speaker 5 (09:38):
I do.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
I did like that's I openly admit it. The cuter ones,
the nicer ones.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
But some of them are cute and not nice like
a raccoon are.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
They're scrappy, nasty. So this this bird is whatever, it's injured,
it's a baby bird. It's like lying in the driveway
or something and whatever. And so there I think they
want me to help. I'm not gonna help. What do
you want me to do to help. I'm not touching
some weird bird. Sorry, I don't like. I don't know
what diseases that the ask With gloves, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Garden gloves, kitchen gloves.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
Where do I have?

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Garden gloves? Rubber gloves?

Speaker 1 (10:17):
You don't have?

Speaker 2 (10:18):
What do I have?

Speaker 1 (10:19):
You don't have one pair of gloves in your house?
Where for what? I don't know in your garage? Working for?
What are you talking about? When I'm chopping wood, pulling weeds?

Speaker 2 (10:27):
What do I I don't know.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
I think every house has a pair of garden gloves. Me,
look at me, me, okay, yard guy, get out, don't
get out of here.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
Kind of a sky that is pretty wild. One pair
of gloves, I have landscapers.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Especially with such a big property like I have lansing,
you need to do the gloves for like one random thing.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Though. Sure I got all kinds of gloves, of course
you do. How big are they?

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Catcher lights?

Speaker 2 (10:53):
Customized gloves? I do? I do share the gloves with Robert,
the rubber ones that are like they are men. Yeah,
So yeah, there's no way I'm helping. There's no way
I'm helping. So Demrah goes out there and there's like
a big commotion and stuff like that, and she comes
back in to let me know what she did. So, uh,

(11:16):
we will get randomly. There's this one spot where we
have this outdoor speaker, but it's not hooked up.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
It just sits.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
There is the front in the back. In the back
is where the speaker is in the front of where
the baby bird lies. And I don't even know if
it's live. To be honest, we don't even know.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
I think that I think they are probably checking on
it or whatever you're asking. Could care less, I could
care us.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
I feel like it must be giving some signs of life. Yes,
they would, it would, they would be handling this difference.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
I agree.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Yeah, So they go back out or there was there's
this outdoor speaker in the back and we for some reason,
birds love to build nests right there, and so I've
knocked down probably fifty since we've lived there. They with
the nest there. It's right above where my my daughter's
bedroom is, and so birds will be chirping and wake
her up and she'll be like, Dad, I think there's

(12:06):
another nest there. So I got out there knocked the
nest down sometimes with the eggs in it. I don't know.
I can't go out there. Look, so I just, I
just I'm never going to do that. Knock it down, dude,
throw it away. Whatever I'm sending, sending a message. I'm like,

(12:26):
I'm like, I'm like a bird mob, you know, like
I got to send a message. I'll leave the eggs
there for the other birds I want to see, don't build,
quit building here, send a message.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
I don't like it, like you you're a mean mob boss.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
That's I gotta send a message. So I'm not messing around.
So I recently, I want to say, like two days ago,
knocked the nest down, there no eggs in it, but
I did not throw it away. I just left it
there again trying to send a message. Look what happened, dummies. Uh.
And so I don't know how my wife sought again,
you know, saw the nest and because it kind of

(13:03):
ends up in this like built in planter almost, So
I don't know how she saw it, but she must
have known it was there because she walked around, picked
up this old nest and then came over and put
the bird in this nest and then transferred the nest
into like a low branch on a tree, like to

(13:28):
set it like a little nook there off the ground.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
And kind of safer.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
She came back in and she goes, I'm basically snow white.
I go, there's snow white, because yeah, I saved the bird.
She's she's got like animals that follow her around, land
on her shoulder and sink to her. And I looked
at her and I go, you know what you did right,

(13:56):
You've killed that bird. You've killed that bird. You put
it in a nest that is a foreign bird's nest. Yeah,
that the birds are never going to come around the
mom and dad. Birds aren't gonna come around and help
this bird now because.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
You did that.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
Well, I mean, you know how they build nests right
with their mouths and then they spit on it and
stuff to make it like stick. So if another bird
built that nest, there's no way other birds are going
to come around. Yeah, that birds r that the bird's dead.
It's probably dead this morning.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
Well, I feel like she killed it. At least she
was trying something. What does that mean? Well, in your world,
you would have just left it there for the snakes
to come get.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
Well, maybe you know, the mom and bird comes and
checks them out and picks them up or something.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
You've had this happen before.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
And I swear my wife poked some holes in a
shoe box and then put some like leaves and sticks
in there and then brought it to the Humane Society
a bird, Like, what are they going to excel?

Speaker 3 (14:59):
Do you think that the project wildlife that actually takes
things just like this, like a bird, like birds, squirrels, they.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Don't they're project birds.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
They're like, they're a good like they rehabilitate them and
then let's set them free.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Yeah, so it did definitely was the worst thing you
could have done. But I mean she did something other
than just the head. Yeah, okay, I don't think that
actually would have been more humane. I don't think so,
because that is suffering starving right now.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
Fed it?

Speaker 2 (15:33):
What did she like?

Speaker 1 (15:34):
Excuse me, I love her, I love her so much.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
What did she feed it?

Speaker 4 (15:38):
Like?

Speaker 2 (15:38):
Worms? She looked it up and said, you will eat
seeds and worms and things like that. You Yeah, somehow
she found a worm like where like digging around, looked
up a rock and you see worms? Is that right?

Speaker 1 (15:52):
All the time?

Speaker 2 (15:53):
A lot of times she found a worm okay, put
it in with the nest, and then went and got
like a sunflower seed and put it in there.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
Like even.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Yeah, and then turned to the seeds on the ground.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Ye, bill pickles set in there, go to town. So
I guarantee if the worm got eaten, I don't know
she put it in the nest.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
Has she been out there yet this morning? I don't know.
I haven't heard. Yeah, come on, what are we doing?
Do you check this morning? Eddie? I didn't go to
the tree to climate and see if the no, I didn't.
I don't care. I would have asked me to hell,
would have said, would you have done it?

Speaker 1 (16:37):
Okay? Would you have pretended like you?

Speaker 2 (16:40):
I couldn't get up there. It's doing great?

Speaker 4 (16:41):
Yeah it looks good though, and then she and then
she'd be sending pictures of it right now in the bedroom.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
She just lives with you now, yeah, okay, yeah, that's
never gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
But nice effort.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
White living at my house. Stupid, stupid. We all know
how different gen z is, right, they just look at
life differently. Well, we're gonna see what gen zers are saying,
what career they would choose if they could choose a
career and what celebrity they want their life to be, Like,
this should be interesting. We'll find out coming up next

(17:16):
on the show at Rock with a five three. So
you know this, every generation is different. Let me just
say that right now. Okay, I'm sure that our parents
looked at our generation as like a bunch of weirdos
and ms and vice versa and all this different stuff.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
I get it.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
But for some reason, I just feel like gen zers
are really different, Like they just think differently.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
And it's fine, you know, it's great and let's still
live at home.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Yeah, good for you, parents, have have fun.

Speaker 5 (17:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
No, my daughter's sixteen and doesn't have her driver's license yet,
like she's in the process of getting it. But the
amount of people from my generation who hear that and go,
what are they doing? On my sixteenth birthday?

Speaker 2 (17:59):
I was at the d you know.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
And it's just small things like that that like our
generation can't understand, like why don't you want your license?
Why is there no urgency to get your license? And again,
I'm sure, like Eddie said, our parents had the same
weird thoughts about things we did too.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Yeah, there's all kinds of stuff like that. Well, they
actually looked into gen Z and try to figure out,
all right, if you could have a perfect career or
dream career, whatever something, you would pick, what career would
you pick? Now knowing that generation, it's got to be
like an influencer, right, because, I mean that's the easiest

(18:37):
thing to do. I mean, you don't take any talent
to be an influencer, YouTube star, yeah, something like that.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Uh, Well, it turns out that gen Z because they
talk to adult gen Z, so the ones that are
eighteen to twenty nine right now. And it turns out
that when they did this same study two years ago,
Eddie digital creator slash influencer was the number one answer.
But over the last two years their feelings on social

(19:03):
media and influencers have changed a bit. It's not as
cool as it used to be, and they're now seeing
kind of some of the downsides of being famous, putting
your whole life out there, always having to record everything,
and so that feeling has changed. So when they asked
about careers, there were only seven that got enough of

(19:28):
the vote to qualify.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
We got bus driver number.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Seven, lawyer really yep, number six is digital creator influencer.
So it's still it's still up there, but a big drop.
Number five is small business owner number So you want
to own a little.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
I understand what a small business is, but I just like, what, like,
you can't just say I'm just going to I want
to own a business, all right?

Speaker 1 (19:55):
Well what?

Speaker 6 (19:56):
Well?

Speaker 1 (19:56):
I think the thing is and the vibe from this
study is they want success, but they still want privacy.
They want to give back to their community, be a
good person and a game changer, and.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
They want everything on their terms so they can decide
when they want to go to work.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
And yeah, that's it freedom as well. Yeah, so small
business owner falls business to that. Hey, logistics don't actually
live in reality, edie. Okay. Number four job that adult
gen zers say they would like in a dream world
is to be a full time parenth Wow, that's shocking.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
That's the career they want that makes no money. Yeah,
but how do you how do you do full time parents?

Speaker 1 (20:41):
I don't know. I guess they're.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
As a career. He's paying you. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
I don't know how that works. Okay, I guess yeah,
I guess they hope their spouser they inherit something. Who knows? Uh?
Number three career is.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
A doctor, okay.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
Number two is a highly respected per professor, not just
a professor, but a highly responded like one of the
good ones, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (21:05):
I mean like you see in movies, you know what
I mean. That's so random.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
And their number one job is they want to be
a tech entrepreneur who is not famous, so very rich,
but not famous rich, changing the world, helping people out.
But they don't watch fame with it. So that's where
easily attainable right now.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
With that right, they also asked them, well, okay, what
celebrity would you want your life to be like?

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Yep, and only nine made the list. Nine Timothy Chamlay Shallow.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
I mean seeing him at the Knicks game, man, guy,
what's your face? I wouldn't mind living that life either.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
Good. Number eight goes to Mark Cuban.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
He's famous, though, but he got out of the business
and now he's just living you know.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
Number seven Kylie Jenner.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
Oh yeah again entrepreneur.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Number six goes to Taylor Swift.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
I mean that's the most famous person on the planet.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Yeah, but also known to you know, give back and
be a good person and all those things they claim
they want. Number five Beyonce No Doubt, Number four, Mister Beast,
Number three, Lebron James number two. Celebrity adult gen zers
want their life to be like is Elon Muss Oh

(22:40):
god wow. I mean you're the richest person in the world.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
Also a piece of crab.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Yeah, you created a lot of stuff. I don't know.
But coming in number one, we have Zendaiyah.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
That is so random. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
No, like they like love her because she like keeps
her life private. But she's also rich and a celebrity.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
Okay, different, different way to look at things. So all right,
you know that big Spielberg movie, Disclosure Day, opens tomorrow.
I'm pumped about this.

Speaker 6 (23:16):
Now.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
I don't know are the aliens in this movie good
or bad? Are they the bad ones? Are they the
good ones? I can't tell yet. Well, we're gonna go
over our favorite alien heroes when we get back on
the show at Rock with a five three. So I
am pumped. Man, if I have a chance, I may
go see that movie Disclosure Day this weekend. This weekend.

(23:39):
Yeah really, opening weekend, opening weekend. It's Spielberg, It's aliens.
I mean, just get any bigger than this. I'm really excited.
About it. I hope it's good. I mean, I can't
imagine it's gonna be pretty good. I mean Spielberg, so
we'll see. But it's gonna be a big one, and
so everybody's excited about it.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
So I just don't.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
I don't know. I can't tell ye because they haven't
really given us anything on are the aliens good or
are they bad? Because I mean, there are two different
kind of aliens that we've seen. I assume there's an
in between going on.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
You think between I feel like there's probably there. They
want to do good, but then because they're foreign and aliens,
people are freaking out that they're bad.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
Well between, yeah, but then there's some people that say
it's not bad. You know, but we've seen movies where
you know, they were kind of not sure and then
it's okay, what was that that one movie with Jodie
Foster Contact, Yeah, yeah, it's like we're cool, I guess,
and then then you know, we obviously we get like

(24:44):
Independence Day and they're blowing up the White House was crazy.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
We tried to be nice, yeah, and then we got
we couldn't be nice anymore.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
Well, nurse stupid. So yeah, I don't know what we're
getting here. You know, I got that weird trailer where
the alien or the deer and terms, I'm.

Speaker 4 (24:59):
Like, what the It's like they're talking through animals, right,
is it bad?

Speaker 1 (25:02):
I don't know, you know, which intrigues me, Like.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
I think they're doing that on purpose?

Speaker 1 (25:09):
Super cool?

Speaker 4 (25:09):
Yeah, And so most movies nowadays will just show you
the whole movie in the trailer.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
Yeah no, this is great. Not doing that, which is great.
So I don't know if they're good or bad. And
so there have been the movies where they're the aliens
are are good? They're heroes, right, huh?

Speaker 1 (25:23):
Yeah, definitely. And then there's also the version where the
alien you know and alien beds you come from a
different planet. So this this list is like all over
the place. But it could also be they start out
bad but eventually become a good guy. So there there's
that going on to Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
What's one of those? I guess? Yeah, well, I mean
the list of alien heroes, doesn't it start and end with.

Speaker 5 (25:53):
But how is he?

Speaker 2 (25:54):
Impression?

Speaker 1 (25:56):
He's beloved and a good guy, but how is he here?

Speaker 2 (26:00):
What was not a hero?

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Really?

Speaker 2 (26:02):
He healed Elliott's wound?

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Okay, all right, I mean that's that's sweet.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
Okay, you're not gonna touch us and stop it. Emily's
finger kind of looked like, yeah, it's very skinny and long.
Touch me and she has a big knuckle. No, I
don't tut me for Halloween.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
We should be the e T family, you know.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
And she's eaty, you know, I don't want to be
Why not sexy? I don't do a sexy know that
it exists, it exists, Jamie will find it, guarantee, guarantee.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
You don't think he's a hero.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
I think he's beloved.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
Yeah, he's a sweetie, Like he's super sweet and cute, durable.

Speaker 1 (26:47):
But the kids, you know what the flying bikes? Oh yeah,
weren't they helping him escape?

Speaker 2 (26:53):
And that's why the bike.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
Go on? Well, but they were, he was helping himself.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
What are you talking about? Well, is Chewbacca an alien?
Does that count? The whole movie? They're aliens? Yeah, Charley,
but I mean they're on there, you know Earth? Yeah, exactly,
So I'm like, does that count?

Speaker 5 (27:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Choose number one?

Speaker 1 (27:12):
Oh, he's the number one here. You don't have to
do across the jop.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
Star Trek.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
Yeah, what ALIENA is? What's his face, Spock an alien
or wharf.

Speaker 4 (27:26):
Okay, you're going new Generation Okay, Okay, I see where're going.
You're going data war. Yeah, I keep going on.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
Please don't.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
What do we got?

Speaker 1 (27:43):
Okay, just missing the top ten. We have he Man,
we have alien I get from another planet?

Speaker 2 (27:49):
Right, just come out to kind of bombed? Yeah, big time?

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Did it bomb?

Speaker 2 (27:54):
I don't know if that means it was bad, but
it didn't do good at the box office.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
Spok just missed the top ten. Green Lantern just missed
the top ten. And Gomora just missed the top superten
not superhero hero alien.

Speaker 2 (28:09):
But technically is it star Lord the Alien because he's
not on Earth, so not. And he's half he's half human,
that's right. I don't know what is going on.

Speaker 1 (28:20):
Okay, this is getting really.

Speaker 2 (28:22):
Rocket like, what are we doing here? Well, he's drags,
he's not.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
Okay, but here Top ten Hero aliens. Number ten Bumblebee.

Speaker 2 (28:34):
From Transformers, Yes, yes, okay.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
Yep, they came from another planet, right sure? Number nine
from the World of Disney.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
We have Stitch hero but if et and a hero
house Stitch. Stitch is a pain in the ass.

Speaker 1 (28:49):
It's stitches, a big pain. Well, yeah, because she was
taken away from her family.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
He caused more issues than he did save it begins, but.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
At the end in the end state family. Okay. Number
eight goes to Rocket Raccoon.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
I love Rocket Man best. You should be higher. Okay.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
Number seven, Silver Surfer.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
Whoa, I didn't see that coming. It's stunned.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Number six, Hero Alien goes to Chewbaca. Number six, I'm sorry,
I didn't.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
I didn't.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
This isn't my list, did it? At six? You said
it was one? I said, and he said, I said yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
Number five controversy, controversy venom?

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Why is it controversy? He serves a terrible movie.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
He starts off as a guy, like an anti hero
and then becomes a hero. I guess so.

Speaker 2 (29:47):
But the but in comics is awesome.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
Number four goes to Optimus Prime.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
In the Transformers.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
Yeah yeah, auto box. Number three, Hero Alien goes to
Groot for rocket okay. Number two goes to Yoda.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
Yoda, Yoda chew should be high. Okay, you're saying, well,
I mean, if we're talking to heroes, how many people
the Chewi get in there and save and compared to Yoda?

Speaker 1 (30:14):
But by Yoda teaching the force to Luke how many people?

Speaker 2 (30:18):
And then Chewi let Han die? You mother, did you
hear the cry that Chewi did let out heart when
when Han went down? Yeah, that was I've never been
more incon.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
I'm sorry now he was reliving it all over again.
Great okay, and coming in voted as the number one
hero alien we have Superman. I think he's the massive.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
Didn't think he's unbeatable game in the Egg.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
He's just I don't know. He's kind of boring, all right.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
No, Offense four is not too happy with something that
his wife's family got their son. He's actually offended by
I am this is crazy. Well, yeah, we're gonna see
what gift they got him that has him so upset.
Coming up next on the show and rock with a
five to three. So if there's one thing you need

(31:27):
to know about Thoor, he takes his sports pretty seriously.
The guy didn't sleep last night because of the next game. Yeah,
I could not sleep.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
The game ended at like eight forty five, and then
I just didn't want to stop watching it. Even after
it ended. I just wanted to keep watching it because
it was so crazy. And then I fell asleep. I
was like, all right, at ten or two. I went
right to I went in bed, but my mind was
just a spin and I just I was up staring
at the ceiling till like eleven thirty.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
And then all this morning, all he's been doing is
watching clips and then describing it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
I loves the craziest thing. I love It's crazy. So yeah,
and this is this is basketball, which he doesn't care
that much about. Obviously, Nick's winning is big, but you know,
when it comes to football and the Giants, this was
the Giants. I wouldn't have came in today. What sorry,
I wasn't even if this is they won the Super Bowl,

(32:21):
they have.

Speaker 4 (32:21):
A comeback, Like I just would have flown to wherever
they were at and tried to hug.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
I don't think you would. I don't think believe. But yeah,
so Thorn takes his sports very very seriously. So apparently Haley,
his wife's in laws, got their son Walker a gift
and it has really upset thor like offended him.

Speaker 1 (32:45):
You would think you would think.

Speaker 4 (32:46):
Well, I don't want to be like Sky and like
the guy where you get a gift and immediately tell
you it sucks.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
You're not going to do that.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
I'm not going to do that.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
So when they gave me the gift, I think that
I don't always I thank them times I do, yes, yeah, yes.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
I thank them.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
I appreciate it. Yeah, I don't tell them it sucks.

Speaker 2 (33:07):
I don't hate it. I'm just give it to somebody.

Speaker 1 (33:09):
Out Why why would you? Why would you do this?

Speaker 2 (33:12):
I don't say, why would you buy me this?

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (33:15):
Anyway, it is crazy crazy right now. Sorry, I was
just letting the listeners know that.

Speaker 4 (33:22):
So they got my My father in law and my
brother in laws are massive sports fans as well.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
They're big.

Speaker 4 (33:28):
They're big Niner fans, are big Warriors fans. Your father
in law is known as nine Great nine or grade.
So like I'll text them as much as I call
my dad now, which is really cool, you know, because
we all love sports. So they're they're massive baseball fans.
Like they like baseball as much as I like the
New York Giants, and they like sch I didn't know that, yeah,

(33:52):
so they uh. And my father in law has been great.
He always gets well the Walker boys play baseball. There
were studs of them as a coach now on a
Division III team, Like it's cool. So my father in
law loves buying sports stuff for my son. He bought
him like a commemorative bat with his name on it
and like all this stuff. So one of the things

(34:12):
he got him recently was a baseball onesie and the Giants. No,
it was just a plain onesie that said halfway to
first for six months. Oh that's cute and it looks
like base baseball jersey. It's nice, but like you can
only wear that for a month.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
That's actually good point.

Speaker 2 (34:32):
That's actually a really good point.

Speaker 4 (34:33):
So, I mean my son's growing at a rapid pace anyway, true, So.

Speaker 2 (34:38):
Wouldn't it's like, say, he's still fit into it when
he's eight months old.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
That doesn't make it he still fits seven months old,
It wouldn't make sense anymore that.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
I think. It's more of the said when he gave it,
this is a cool month gift. Oh, I mean he
don't for a month? You could wear it to bed advertising.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
I mean I don't think people are going to advertise.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Yeh, yeah they will. Somebody might come to him and say,
was he six months now?

Speaker 1 (35:10):
He's not halfway the first past first?

Speaker 4 (35:14):
Okay, he could be walking off the baseline. Benny Machado,
that's a good point.

Speaker 2 (35:20):
Run it out, bro, So it says halfway to first,
and it's like and it has like the seams of
a baseball on the front, so he looks like a
base It looks like a baseball.

Speaker 4 (35:29):
On the back, it's a jersey.

Speaker 1 (35:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:32):
So on the back it says Walker with the number one.
Noway the first Yeah, now you say that, you say that.
What people may not know is that my wife's maiden
name is Walker, so her dad is and her older
brothers are Walkers. So we named him Walker Dodd to

(35:55):
have both of our names.

Speaker 2 (35:57):
So not for Skywalker, no kid, guy, That's what I
always This is crazy. I'm just learning this. Not after Walker,
Texas Ranger either.

Speaker 4 (36:09):
I've heard that too, So his there's Walker Dodd. So
I always thought, and my father in law wouldn't know this.
And when you have a jersey, your last name is
on the back, not your first name. So I think
he purposefully put Walker on the back so he could

(36:32):
have his last name on the jersey because it should
really say dot on the back. I don't think because
he's a dot walker DoD, so his jersey should say
DoD number one. But I mean, but it says Walkers.
Now every time I see it, I see my father
in law having a nice laugh with the rest of
the fan.

Speaker 2 (36:50):
I don't think because they want him to be a
Niners fan.

Speaker 4 (36:55):
They wanted to be a That's Giants fan, and they
wanted to be a Walker, not a DoD I know
what they're doing.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
They want him to be a Walker. They would love
if his name was Walker, Walker, Walky Walker. I think
you're thinking a little too. I don't think deeply because
I don't think there was a lot of thought in
This is insane. They know jerseys. Nobody puts your first
name on the back.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
It's not a jersey.

Speaker 2 (37:23):
It's a jersey. It's a jersey. Is he really going
out to the field after this? Okay, really, you're a
little crazier.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
If his name was like Steve Dodd, then.

Speaker 2 (37:35):
He would have put dot on He wouldn't put Steve
on the back. I would be crazy. Well, I don't
know any baby's name stevemore, I don't know. Couldn't think
of another one, a more relevant name.

Speaker 1 (37:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
Anyway, Yeah, I don't think that's the case. When he
actually plays a sport, when he actually is on the field,
he's going to have his last name. Yeah, this is
a silly, little one month gift.

Speaker 4 (38:03):
By the way, I see what he's doing. We okay,
so check this out. Football, he's a New York Giants fan.
There's no if sands. But he has no choice. He
doesn't even have to saying it.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
And that's so mean. And my father and everyone knows this.

Speaker 4 (38:18):
But miner Greg, what does he do shows up to
the house when after he was born with the Niners blanket?

Speaker 2 (38:23):
Oh, that's great, he can't have both. No, So it
does not surprise me at all that he put Walker
on the back. I mean what because he knows what
he's doing because it's his last. Because it's his last
I feel like when you're a baby, that's what you do.
You do the first I kind of agree. If it's
a jersey onesie, it's not not. If it's a jersey

(38:44):
the crops, it's not a real jersey. Some jerseys have them.
What sports are you playing? It's weird, man, So he's
wearing it. But this can't happen again. He's seven months.

Speaker 4 (38:58):
I may say from here on out his name is
DoD On jerseys.

Speaker 2 (39:03):
There is no jersey that's not a Jersey.

Speaker 1 (39:05):
Did you tell your wife your theory and what are
her thoughts?

Speaker 4 (39:09):
She thinks I'm nuts, but I know that deep down
she knows I'm right because she knows her well.

Speaker 2 (39:14):
It's also her made a name. She kind of probably
likes it a little bit.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
Probably, but I mean yeah, because she she she loved
her last name and didn't want my last name.

Speaker 2 (39:23):
Oh my god, walks last name. Yeah, it is pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
That bad.

Speaker 4 (39:27):
Well now it's his first name.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
Yeah, right downs on the back of his jersey. It
should be Don. Okay, So I don't know.

Speaker 4 (39:34):
I'm gonna I'm gonna make a point of telling the
whole family next time I see everybody.

Speaker 2 (39:37):
If you get him Jerseys, we only want his last name.

Speaker 1 (39:40):
Don't make it weird.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
I'm not a clown what you got.

Speaker 4 (39:45):
If your son had said Jack on it, I wouldn't
care or said it said Deborah's last name.

Speaker 2 (39:50):
Well, that's odd, but her last name is not his
first name.

Speaker 1 (39:56):
You did this?

Speaker 2 (39:58):
Yeah, okay, what a dance sports It was yesterday. Now
you heard us already talking about the NBA Finals earlier. Hey,
Padres had one for the ages as well. We're gonna
see what happened in those games next to sports.

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Third.

Speaker 2 (40:15):
Well, I'm guessing the Padres must have heard me yesterday
say that they had to win that game. I said
they had to win that game. Listen, I'm not having
it anymore. Okay, they blew the game the night before.
I mean, they could not afford to have a losing
home stand against two teams that they should have beat. Okay,

(40:35):
and so yesterday must win. Now things we're looking bleak
once again. Padres actually got on the board first win
Manny Machado doubled in Jackson Merrill to go up one
to oh in the first and got an RBI, which
is something that we don't do. No, we don't like
to see that. But they of course lost the lead

(40:59):
in the fourth off of a Reds to run home run.
Then Fernando Tozzis Junior tied the game with an RBI
single in the fifth. The Reds then hit two solo
home runs to put them up four to two. You're like,
all right, well, I guess this is where it's gonna be.
Is this it? I've left to go to the gym.
At that point, I was like, I'm.

Speaker 5 (41:18):
Not watching this.

Speaker 2 (41:19):
Well, you missed quite an experience because Gavin Sheets and
my guy Samad Taylor. Taylor had RBIs in the eighth
to tie up the game, and then in the bottom
of the ninth two outs.

Speaker 1 (41:38):
Eling you sent everyone home.

Speaker 2 (41:41):
Happy as Toddy did it, hitting his second home run
of the year, walking them off five to four. Huge
for him, man, he needed that, Listen, he needed that.
The whole team needed that, honestly. So, I mean, Toddy's
been unbelievable. He's he's hitting like four hundreds. Yeah he's

(42:05):
not he's not hitting bombs right now, but I mean
he's doing everything he can, uh, and so the team
just seems so dejected. It just doesn't seem like there's
any life to these guys. They're arguing fans. I mean,
it's just ugly right now. And so for something like
that to happen, you gotta imagine if that doesn't get
him going, I don't know what will.

Speaker 1 (42:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (42:22):
You know, that's the thing about about Toddy is that
he is the energy. He's the lifeblood when he doesn't
have it.

Speaker 4 (42:28):
I saw it for the Dominican team during the World
Baseball Classic, and I haven't seen it until yesterday with
this Podcason.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
Man, whatever it takes where where the Dominican Jersey. I
don't know who they play now travel day today they're
flying to Baltimore to take on the Orioles. So let's
get it going, man, Let's get it going. Uh you
heard us talk about it. It was a comeback for
the Ages as the New York Knicks took Game four
in dramatic fashion over the Spurs one o seven to

(42:56):
one oh six. Last time truly Taylor's have to and
Taylor of two halves. The Knicks were down all game
and big. At one point, they were down by twenty nine,
but they came roaring back in the second half. Had
a chance at the end of the game when Jalen
Brunson shot a three, missed it. When og Ananobi just

(43:20):
came out of nowhere like it was like floating in air,
it was Christy to tip it back in. He tipped
in the rebound to give the Nicks the wind.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
I'm tearing up now. I still can't believe it. Emily
was texting me to tell me she's on the bandwagon.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
Oh no, you got next feed, Get out of here.

Speaker 2 (43:39):
Like when you were a Blue Jays fan last year.

Speaker 3 (43:41):
It was h oh.

Speaker 2 (43:42):
Robert has family don't let her in. It, don't let
her in, and so I happen to don't let her,
don't let me in. I was so dejected in that
at halftime, And don't go back and look at Thor's tweets.

Speaker 4 (43:52):
Yeah, I said, maybe the series is over all. The momentum,
all the mojo was gone. You could hear a pin
drop in the garden. Wu Tang claimed before to halftime
what happened and they saying they're they're hits and it
was great. And then from that moment on, the Knicks
must have got the message that Wu Tang Clang ain't
nothing to mess with.

Speaker 1 (44:11):
So it's Wu Tang's responsible.

Speaker 4 (44:12):
I would say it's Tang who got them going. But
he was incredible. He made me because of last night's game.
If they win game five, I'm not counting my chicken
before they hatch. If they win game five, he should
win the finals MVP. That's how good he was last night.

Speaker 2 (44:26):
Well he's gonna he's gonna become like a New York
Mount Rushmore.

Speaker 4 (44:31):
Guy's crazy with every New York apport.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
Would you guys like to hear Thor's reaction to the
tipp in his wife Haley recorded him.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
He didn't know he was being courted.

Speaker 2 (44:43):
This is now recognize babies asleep, so it's almost subdued,
but not so. This is Thor's reaction during the tip in.

(45:04):
Oh my god, dude, A little subdue. Yeah, but she
got like the tail.

Speaker 4 (45:11):
End of it because like that she I was going
when he did the tip in, I screamed yeah, and
then she grabbed your phone and yelled at me about
the baby.

Speaker 2 (45:20):
Oh oh okay.

Speaker 4 (45:20):
But you can see in the video we posted on
the story, my dog Wilson is scared, terrify.

Speaker 2 (45:26):
He's terrified. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (45:27):
I couldn't because he and he made me a guy
because brunts and shoots at three and I thought it
was gonna go in and it hits the front of
the rim, and when that happens, you just know it's
over because the Spurs will get the rebound will foul,
and I'm just thinking they're gonna come back, and it's good.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
It's gonna be heartbreaking. You said whoever won that game
was gonna win the series.

Speaker 4 (45:44):
I thought, so, That's why I thought when it was
when they were down twenty nine, it was over. And
then all of a sudden, like an angel, like Edy
was saying, was floating through the air.

Speaker 2 (45:55):
With his arm up tips it in. That's kind look
at it. It was the biggest comeback at NBA Finals history,
and the Knicks hold a three to one.

Speaker 4 (46:08):
Videos coming out of New York is insane for some reason.
Seeing the celebrities celebrate going crazy dancing with fans.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
Yeah, you know, Timothy Shallow, May, Taylor Swift, They're dancing
with fans crazy. Honestly, was pretty cool, not as cool
as what's actually happening today. What the World Cup kicks
off today, the real championship. Do you have to let's

(46:36):
do this. Oh, this is gonna be big, this is
going to be big.

Speaker 4 (46:40):
There was a video out of the World Cup men's
team watching the next game and they were going to
create I mean the World Cup two.

Speaker 2 (46:48):
Listen, Mexico starts everything off. They're meeting South Africa today
and then South Korea is going to play Chechia. Is
that even the country che I've never heard of it.
I don't know where are they.

Speaker 1 (47:02):
I don't know, some Eastern block maybe, I guess. I
don't know. There's a Z in there, so that's what
I'm assuming.

Speaker 2 (47:08):
Anyway, the US starts their run tomorrow against Battagua, and
so this is as big as it gets. Man, there's
nothing bigger than the World Cup, of course.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
So there you go.

Speaker 2 (47:18):
That is sports s dirt for today. Emily will never
be into anything more than our next story. We have
a report on what store brands save the most compared
to name Brampos. She's gonna think she's gonna think she
knows this. She gonna think she knows this. Yeah, we'll
go over that when we get back on the show

(47:39):
at rocket of five to three. This is gonna be
Emily's favorite segment in the history of our show. Yeah,
she loves this kind of stuff. So she goes grocery
shopping all the time. She's always looking for the deals.
She's always looking for, you know, whatever is on sale,
that kind of a thing. And you heard her talk
about go to Walmart because she thinks that those prices

(48:02):
are better. She knows those prices are better. Example.

Speaker 3 (48:04):
Oh, sorry, example yesterday I had to exchange another thing
to make up at Target, and I could have gotten
I could have gotten two items at Target, but the
Walmart is near the Target. I drove to the Walmart
just because I knew the prices there were going to
be that much cheaper.

Speaker 2 (48:18):
For those two in the same shopping It's incredible. Thank you,
Thank you for saying that. You know, you don't have
a problem buying, buying like the store brand compared to
the name brandt all really.

Speaker 4 (48:31):
The Walmart brands simple food or great value.

Speaker 2 (48:36):
He nailed it, great value. So you have a lot
of great value products, right, tons, Tons, She's the face
of great value. She is a great value. Thank you
for saying that, Eddie. I'll buy it almost every time.
Like if they have a difference in taste or anything, well,
I guess you wouldn't know. Hey, I mean I don't
notice in the house if you have her cooking, what's what.

(48:59):
I guess it's a going to be burned.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
My food.

Speaker 3 (49:05):
I don't notice the difference in the taste. Now, there
are certain things that you probably don't want to go
great value with, but for the most part, like their
shredded cheeses for stuff like that great value.

Speaker 2 (49:16):
Well, there's a report out that has named what store
brand products actually save you the most versus name products.

Speaker 1 (49:25):
Yeah, and they look better, just save you the most money,
just saves you the most money. Yeah, and they looked
at three different spots for this study. They looked at Walmart,
they looked at Target, and they looked at Ralph's slash Kroger.
You know Ralph's is your car? No, No, we've seen

(49:46):
I'm a member.

Speaker 4 (49:46):
I want to see just because no one has them anymore.
So it's pretty crazy to see one.

Speaker 2 (49:51):
Right, it's kind of cool. You see one live.

Speaker 4 (49:53):
You see a Blockbuster card, Yeah, exactly, and he drops
it like it's a like it's a master card.

Speaker 2 (49:59):
We're all members of else I'm sure number just getting
gas points, just pulling it out. I don't know, you're not.
Wait what gas plants with your phone?

Speaker 1 (50:07):
Number two?

Speaker 2 (50:08):
Yeah, so they let us know, Hey, sit on it
right now. It's not sitting on it. It's on my side,
not you are.

Speaker 1 (50:17):
Oh yeah, that.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
Holds him down. It holds him down.

Speaker 1 (50:20):
It like if that guy had to break out in
the sprint right now.

Speaker 4 (50:23):
With the I'll tell you what though, probably when he
takes it, when he pissed the wallet out, he probably
runs faster because he's like wearing a weighted vest he's
been training.

Speaker 2 (50:34):
Yeah with the wallet. Wow, these calves don't just go
out of nowhere, bro, it's from the wall. We've never
heard this. Wow.

Speaker 1 (50:42):
Okay, so it lets us know the top ten products
and then also which spot you save the most. Some
of them are all the same, but some of them
are one. Number ten saving you fifty eight percent over
the name brand. We have chocolate milk, you.

Speaker 3 (50:58):
Know, Okay, I mean Walmart actually know, I actually know this,
don't because I don't buy chocolate milk.

Speaker 2 (51:05):
I have to buy chocolate milk almost weekly for Graham
and Nancy chocolate milk. She's a chocolate milk fan, and
so I do buy the generic product and it is cheaper.
She an't get any You who no, no way or.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
What's that true milk or whatever? Truemu. Yeah, you're saving
fifty eight percent, bro.

Speaker 5 (51:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (51:28):
Budget number nine, this one, I questioned the taste because
saving you fifty nine percent. Ranch dressing, oh like store
ran like ranch is one of the things I won't buy.

Speaker 2 (51:40):
Yeah, red dressing tastes different. Yeah, I agree, you get
a bad ranch tangy Yeah.

Speaker 1 (51:46):
Yeah, but number eight this is a good one. I
don't think there's much difference, saving you sixty percent a
gallon of whole milk. Okay, So yeah again again milk. Uh.
And then number seven a gallon of two percent milk?

Speaker 2 (52:00):
That is oh really yeah, we do one percent a
lot of milk.

Speaker 5 (52:04):
Really.

Speaker 2 (52:05):
Yeah, that's a more recent change. Okay, you know during
the health journey, Oh used to be a two percent.

Speaker 1 (52:10):
Yes, wow, proud of you. Thanks percent making all the difference.
It's better than what you're doing.

Speaker 2 (52:16):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (52:18):
So, I'm zero. Your bones are get more calcium and
like broccoli.

Speaker 2 (52:24):
Come on, Oh you're such a you're so smart. You
don't know anything.

Speaker 1 (52:30):
Okay, I know everything? Well you think you do. Number
six the thing that the generic version will save you
more than the name brand. We have frosted shredded wheat cereals,
saving you sixty one percent.

Speaker 2 (52:46):
I don't know. Can you go against the name brand
frosted mini weeks? If I was to buy that, I
probably would go generic. Really okay?

Speaker 1 (52:55):
That that is a huge saving, saving you sixty two percent.
We have tortilla chips.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
Just name like store brand tortilla chips, yep, instead of
you know, it's another one that I don't skimp on. Yeah, no,
on the border. Tortilla chips are the best, the best cantina.

Speaker 1 (53:14):
Look at you, uh, saving you sixty four percent. We
have corn flakes, so generic corn flakes, so the regular
corn flakes. No, you don't like that one. Coming in
number three, saving you sixty six percent.

Speaker 2 (53:29):
We have ketchup never no one.

Speaker 4 (53:34):
It tastes different, Yeah it does. My wife bought Sprouts
ketchup and it tastes different than you.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
Well if it's like low sugar loa.

Speaker 2 (53:44):
No, it was just a regular Sprouts brand ketchup. Yeah.
I feel like with condiments, you kind of got to
go to the brand. That's right, you know what I mean?
That's right? Store brand like mao.

Speaker 1 (53:54):
Do they have great value? They do? You do all right?
Number two a store brand grocery item that will save
you over the name brand fruit Loops. They say fruit
Loop style cereal. Oh okay, we'll save you crazy sixty
nine percent. Wow for the name brand. And coming in

so not Gatorade.

Speaker 1 (54:28):
The wow.

Speaker 2 (54:29):
I didn't even know they made a store brand like
a Ralph's gate Raide. Yeah. Pretty that they make their
own like soda water and stuff.

Speaker 3 (54:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (54:36):
That truly do.

Speaker 2 (54:37):
I guess I'm gonna look for that the Kroger brand. Yeah, weird. Okay,
Well that's interesting, Emma.

Speaker 1 (54:43):
Do you know all that? I didn't?

Speaker 2 (54:44):
Okay, which is what I learned a lot today. It's fantastic.

Speaker 1 (54:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (54:48):
Today is Throwback Thursday. So we're gonna play our game
throwback Trivia coming up next on the show at Rock
with A five three. So today is about Thursday. On
Throwback Thursday, we play throwback Trivia. Oh, I'm taking it
back to the old school. I'm taking it back to
the old school.

Speaker 3 (55:11):

take your name out?

Speaker 5 (55:55):
Well?

Speaker 1 (55:56):

went back to back. Well how could you not?

Speaker 2 (56:23):
I guess? Anyway, your opponent is thor so Sky versus
thor in throwback Trivia this week.

Speaker 1 (56:31):
This should be interesting. What could be? We'll see?

Speaker 2 (56:35):
All right, we will begin with you Sky. Your question
is from the eighties. Oh, it's almost too much of
a gift for Sky. It is so easy.

Speaker 1 (56:43):
What Sky?

Speaker 2 (56:45):
What celebrity did not appear at a WrestleMania in the eighties?
I mean, I've never seen a single record. He's wearing
a wrestling shirt from the eighties. How is this three
whole versus and the first time ever?

Speaker 5 (57:01):
Guess?

Speaker 2 (57:02):
Yeah? No, these are celebrities celebrity involvements who did not
appear at WrestleMania during the eighties. Was it Vana White,
Muhammad Ali, Bob Yuker, Joan Rivers, Elvira or Rob Low?
Whoa who was not at a WrestleMania in the eighties.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
Wow. Oh, they're all so fun.

Speaker 2 (57:28):
That's a wild crew. To think that only one of
them wasn't in the rest of war is blowing my
mind crazy.

Speaker 1 (57:35):
Like you named a lot of of course, I don't
actually know, so this is a pure guess.

Speaker 2 (57:41):
The only one.

Speaker 1 (57:42):
I feel like celebrity may have been a little bit bigger,
so they wouldn't have been there would have been maybe
Rob Low. So I'm just gonna guess Rob blow.

Speaker 2 (57:53):
Sky goes with Rob Low Jick knows are wrestling man,
That is correct. I was not there. Yeah, wild. What
does she do a celebrity ring announcer? I believe.

Speaker 1 (58:12):
Pretty impressive. Wow, unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (58:15):
All right, Thor over to you. Your question is from
the nineties, Thor, this is another gift gifts everywhere. Well,
the man's a big, big fan of Tommy c So Thor,
name two of the three movies Tom Cruise and Nicole
Kidman started together in the nineties. They started three movies

(58:37):
together in the nineties. You just got to name two
of them. Oh, man, I know one is damn it.
I know one is the not the racing movie. And
I can't remember the name of it right now, I'm tired.

Speaker 4 (58:51):
Oh no, I know it's the Spurs. You know that,
but you don't know the name. I know days of
Days of Thunder and eyes white shut.

Speaker 2 (59:03):
Thora says days of thunder and eyes white shut. It
was like, O, g right there, yes, correct.

Speaker 1 (59:09):
Wow, okay. The other one far and away the worst Irish.

Speaker 4 (59:14):
Accent all And I was gonna say far and away
after I said eyes white shut, because I was like,
oh no, did I mess up?

Speaker 2 (59:21):
But I didn't. You didn't, You didn't?

Speaker 1 (59:26):
What did you?

Speaker 5 (59:29):
That was not bad? Alright?

Speaker 2 (59:32):
Sky, over to you your questions from the two thousands, Sky,
what actress is the voice of Princess Fiona from the
Shrek movies.

Speaker 5 (59:44):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (59:45):
I don't know, but my gut immediately, said Cameron Diaz.
And I but I I let me, let me give
yourself a second, Sky. Don't get crazy to get crazy. Hey, hey,
everyone's stop with your sure. Yeah, I can't hear it.
The only thing is, for some reason, I'm seeing her face.

(01:00:06):
I'm gonna say, Cameron, you're.

Speaker 2 (01:00:08):
Seeing the princess's face or are you seeing.

Speaker 1 (01:00:11):
I've seen Cameron Diaz at some sort of like press
junket with Mike Myers.

Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
Answers Cameron Diaz. Yes, that is correct. Oh my god,
that is correct. God, this is getting crazy, guys, this
is getting great. Stay locked in, Stay locked in?

Speaker 1 (01:00:29):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:00:30):
Thor over to you. We have an audio clip for you.
This is a song from the twenty tens. So you
gotta tell me either the name of this song or
artist from the twenty tens. You can't tell if he
knows it or not. I can't tell. He's so like
straight face right doing the robot. Why wouldn't you do?
I know the song.

Speaker 4 (01:00:51):
I think it's called Pumped Up Kicks, but I'm gonna
say the band is falster than people.

Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
This guy is just going crazy out here, he goes
with both. Both are correct. It is Foster the People.
Pumped Up Kicks a big song back then. Now, why
would you go? Why would you go with THEE? Because
I think is the easy the chorus is all the
pumped Up Kicks, But I wasn't sure.

Speaker 4 (01:01:17):
Controversial song, yeah, controversial a little bit, so that's what.
But I know it was Foster the People because that's
what they're only hit.

Speaker 2 (01:01:23):
Right, Yes, I think so? Alright, Okay, well this is
a you guys are on fire right now. You guys
are on fire right now? All right, Sky over to you.
Your question is from the twenty tens.

Speaker 1 (01:01:36):
Sky.

Speaker 2 (01:01:37):
What popular Disney show did Zendaia start out on?

Speaker 5 (01:01:43):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
No, Disney Channel.

Speaker 1 (01:01:46):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, and Daya?

Speaker 2 (01:01:51):
What is she doing?

Speaker 1 (01:01:54):
I don't know, that's the question.

Speaker 2 (01:01:56):
I don't know that. I don't know either.

Speaker 1 (01:01:58):
I don't think it was an animated one. I think
she like actually acted in it. So what Disney shows do.

Speaker 2 (01:02:06):
I know, guys? She acted in it? Well?

Speaker 1 (01:02:09):
Yeah, sometimes they just voice like a acting.

Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
Voice acting.

Speaker 1 (01:02:19):
I don't know. I think this is a grando.

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
Wizards of Waverley Place.

Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
Wow, do you guys still want Wow? This guy goes
with Wizards of Waverley Place. That is in it was
called shake it Up? You never heard to shake it Up?
I've never in your daughter's era when it was more
of a bunked fan you know. But yeah, that's weird,
but you watch it, kick of it. It was one

(01:02:50):
of the worst shows in the history of television.

Speaker 3 (01:02:52):
I just like I realized they're like TV shows and
movies with about summer camps and.

Speaker 4 (01:02:55):
Stuff, because it brings you back to when you're in
the nineties when you had all your friends.

Speaker 1 (01:02:59):
Yeah, I was when I was that's even weirder.

Speaker 2 (01:03:08):
All right, Thor, back over to you your questions from
the two thousands, all right, Thor, this is a movie description.
I'm gonna describe a movie from the two thousands. You
gotta tell me what movie I have described. A young
high school kid learns he can teleport after almost drowning
after falling through ice. He can teleport anywhere in the
world and robs a bank until a nefarious government group

(01:03:32):
hunts him down and puts him and the girl he
loves in danger. I don't know what a wild plot. Yeah,
I don't know. Different layers there really was.

Speaker 4 (01:03:48):
I think of the hits show on Fox in the
nineties called Sliders.

Speaker 2 (01:03:55):
One season.

Speaker 1 (01:03:58):
I don't think it was.

Speaker 2 (01:03:59):
You're crazy for a show.

Speaker 1 (01:04:03):
Show word, No, don't call it.

Speaker 2 (01:04:07):
No, Yeah, I don't know. I'm gonna say, Okay, I'm
gonna I'm going to say The X Files. I mean,
that's not a movie that is incorrect. That was from
the hot hating Christensen movie Jumper. Oh Man never saw it. No,

(01:04:27):
I remember it though. Buddy threw me off. Oh yeah, Buddy,
I never saw that.

Speaker 1 (01:04:33):
Of course.

Speaker 2 (01:04:34):
Oh my god, that's such a lie. It's not that
Samuel Jackson in it.

Speaker 5 (01:04:44):
Stop it.

Speaker 1 (01:04:45):
Well, he'll do anything for a paycheck.

Speaker 2 (01:04:47):
True. All right, Sky back over to you. Your question
is from the nineties, and it's an audio clip. It's
a nineties movie. So you got to tell me what
nineties movie this clip is from.

Speaker 1 (01:05:00):
I don't know what's wrong here something Basically, I'm trying
to lie at the dials here, but the bottom line
is here at TV's broken.

Speaker 4 (01:05:09):
Here.

Speaker 1 (01:05:12):
My name is.

Speaker 2 (01:05:13):
Officer Matthew O. Furniture. I'm here today to talk to
you briefly about narcolepsy narcolepsy. All right, Sky, what nineties
movie was that clip from?

Speaker 1 (01:05:26):
Oh? What I know the movie? It's Robin Williams and
he's a doctor for like sick kids. But what's it called?
Is that Patch Adams? What the hell is Patch Adams?
I don't know why that's in my head? No, doctor

(01:05:47):
red nose. I thought the title was doctor something. And
what is Patch Adams. I'm just gonna say Patch Adams.

Speaker 2 (01:05:57):
Sky says Patch Adams. WI is correct. What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:06:03):
What are you doing?

Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
Like a you?

Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
Canadia is like she doesn't know it, but it's in
there and.

Speaker 1 (01:06:09):
Ver since I stop smoking pot, I think my brain
cells are regenerating, but there's still some gaps in there.
That's wild.

Speaker 2 (01:06:20):
Yeah, I don't understand what I swore doctor was in
the title. No, it's Patch Adams. Okay, Yeah, there's kids
with cancer. Okay, all right, over to you, Thor. This
is a great game. It's very competitive. Throw your question
is from the nineties? Or which cartoon series came out

(01:06:41):
first in the nineties? Was it South Park, SpongeBob, SquarePants,
Beavis and butt Head, Ren and Stimpy or Daria? Which
one came out first in the nineties. I'm gonna say

(01:07:02):
Beavis and butt Head. Thor goes with Beavis and butt Head.
That is incorrect. Beavis and butt Head ninety three, Ren
and Stimpy ninety one. Oh damn, still to one out?
All right, Sky, If you get this next question right,
you won the game. If not, Thor has a chance

(01:07:24):
to tie. All right, Scott, Yes, your question comes from
the two thousands. I don't know if you're a fan
of this movie like the other people on the show are.
I'm not sure. I don't know, Sky. What item did
Dale and Brennan put in the oven? Why they were
sleepwalking from the movie Step Brothers. Crap solid questions.

Speaker 1 (01:07:50):
So to answer your first question, I'm not a fan
on the same level as these guys, like besides, like
the movies, besides the bunk beds and the cataline wine mixer.
That's like, as far as my knowledge goes, what did
they But I do remember they were sleepwalking? What did
they put in the oven?

Speaker 5 (01:08:10):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
No, you what could be funny that they would put
in the oven?

Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
Just something else? She's gonna come up with it. It's
like the weird how her bringing nice answer they.

Speaker 1 (01:08:25):
Put I'm thinking what household the item would fit in
the oven? They put the toaster in the oven.

Speaker 2 (01:08:32):
This guy says toaster for the wind. That is incorrect.
Their mom's purse.

Speaker 3 (01:08:39):
It's their signature moveature every time.

Speaker 2 (01:08:44):
Didn't they put pillows in there too? The couch pillows? Oh,
the purse was the big thing. She just talks about
it and did you want me give it to her?

Speaker 4 (01:08:53):
No, if she got that, she would have got that wrong.
Would couch pillow?

Speaker 1 (01:08:58):
All right? This is for the tie.

Speaker 2 (01:09:00):
You got to get this correct for the ties. For
a tie breaking question, this is from the twenty tens.
What did the ice bucket Challenge actually raise money for?

Speaker 5 (01:09:13):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:09:14):
Als? Thor says als and he is correct.

Speaker 1 (01:09:19):
You know he was affected by that. You mentioned run, yes,
and you mentioned any sickness. And I don't know what
you have it supposed to like, that's a softball. I
don't know. I don't know, because I mean he's about
to be dispersed, as everybody in the world knows that well.
And then if this is a question about a year,

(01:09:40):
there's like a weird savant.

Speaker 2 (01:09:42):
Well that's that's what tie breaking questions are, always right
down a year.

Speaker 1 (01:09:46):
Yeah, he's like a weird.

Speaker 2 (01:09:48):
I haven't even said an I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:09:50):
Here we go.

Speaker 2 (01:09:50):
Tie breaking questions comes from the nineties. All right, guys,
what year was Dully the Sheep cloned from the nineties?
You're writing down a year in the nineties. His wheelhouse,
the nine Dolly the Sheep. When did they start cloning sheep?
Writing down here? Sky has written down nineteen ninety four,

(01:10:14):
Thor has written down nineteen ninety six. One of you
has hit it on the head. Oh the person that
wrote down nineteen ninety six is the winner date.

Speaker 1 (01:10:27):
That means he did again the dates of Hot Damn
the Spurs Blue.

Speaker 2 (01:10:36):
Is the Winner regulations you have had. I haven't heard
an update thor in a while of what's going on
with all the stray cats at your house. We are
still being fed, we.

Speaker 4 (01:10:46):
Have yeah, yeah, Okay, Lenny and Mickey Lenny now, yeah,
because we were.

Speaker 2 (01:10:52):
Calling dot Cox. What happened to Lenny? It was it
was it was too much, I call too much.

Speaker 4 (01:10:57):
Uh, Mickey's around every once in I don't see Mickey
as much because the neighbors feed Mickey too. But Lenny's
doesn't leave our driveway. My wife really wants to bring
in the house. I say no, so he's still in
the driveway. But yeah, Len dog gets but he's a cat,
but he gets fed. So I'm this morning when I

(01:11:18):
was leaving the house. Yeah, say what's up?

Speaker 2 (01:11:20):
Says.

Speaker 4 (01:11:21):
It's annoying sometimes because I'll close the garage doors I'm
leaving and he'll try to go in the garage.

Speaker 2 (01:11:26):
So sometimes I have to get out of the car
and show him out of the garage. Oh, this is
all happened because your wife, Haley really likes straight cats.

Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
Yeah, and I and she wants to bring She feels
bad for Lenny and wants to bring him in the house,
but I said no.

Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
Well, that's sort of what happened with the other two cats.
Your cats ended up in your house.

Speaker 4 (01:11:43):
And if we didn't have one of the other two,
I would have been like, all right, but take him
to the vet. If he needs them, fine, you can
bring him in, But we have I can't have three
cats in the house with two dogs and a baby.

Speaker 2 (01:11:53):
I mean, that's a lot.

Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
We can't do a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:11:56):
But this is the way it goes. You know, if
you start feeding him, they're never going to go away.
He's not well, I guess you're not alone. There is
a guy asking a question about his wife.

Speaker 1 (01:12:06):
Yeah, he wants to know if he's being the jerk
in this situation because his wife thinks so.

Speaker 2 (01:12:12):
He said.

Speaker 1 (01:12:12):
When they first got married a few years back, he
thought it was very sweet and heartwarming that there was
a stray cat and his wife put out one little
bowl of food for the cat, and so sweet. What
a good person. Well, he says, now three years later,
the bull has turned into a trough and no joke,

(01:12:33):
they have coming by fifteen cats. What two families of rackcords.
So I herd of squirrels and who knows how many
birds and rats and other things. Wow, So he said
to his wife, this is too much. There's going to
get a day when they like infest the house, they
like chew a hole in the wall and like end

(01:12:53):
up somehow getting in the house. And so he's telling
her you gotta cut this off. It started small and sweet,
but now it's like insane. How much are we spending
on food every week for these wild slash stray animals?
And of course now he's the jerk, he's the mean guy.
He has no soul. How can he be this way?

(01:13:17):
And they are in a battle over keeping the trough
outside for all of these animals.

Speaker 2 (01:13:24):
Well, that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:13:25):
I mean, I mean I I get one or two cats, yeah,
but raccoon, that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:13:31):
Like did your wife pick one up and hold one?

Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
No? No, no, no, apossum? Oh that was yeah, I yeah,
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:13:39):
I'd be like, that's you can't do that.

Speaker 2 (01:13:41):
That's another level.

Speaker 4 (01:13:42):
That's another level. I don't even know what I would say.
This chick seems weird like that, that's chick's weird. Like
if you have your feeding fifteen cats and raccoons and
you're a weirdo.

Speaker 2 (01:13:52):
Plus, that's not.

Speaker 3 (01:13:53):
Good because you're kind of like perpetuating the stray cat
problem and raccoons have.

Speaker 6 (01:13:57):
Diseases, rodents and everything else. Soun like that's yeah, yeah,
good divorce, divorce, Ain't that good?

Speaker 4 (01:14:08):
That's the scream that's crazy. Well, I mean your your wife,
Deborah's saving birds. Now what if it was a raccoon?

Speaker 2 (01:14:16):
Next? Eddy, I mean, that's insane. I'm taking a gun out.
I don't want it. Sorry, not sorry. Always fun whenever
we get to play board games, right, it's always a
good time having a board game night. Oh yeah, super fun.
They did a whole study on board games, and then

(01:14:36):
we're gonna go over and see which are our favorites
coming up next to the show rock with a five three.
So we were all kind of surprised when Emily told
us that her and her man Robert like to play
Battleship and Yacht Sie randomly, like like a Friday night. Yeah, correct,
we got a couple of games. We got a little

(01:14:57):
game cabinet, you know in the kitchen. Boy, I I
remember back in the day that Friday nights, you know,
you would be in PB you know, tearing it up.
Now your Friday nights consist of padre games and YACHTSI
oh heaven, oh boy, you've certainly changed. Booze is still there?
Yeah well yeah, still yeah drunk ya the best, like

(01:15:19):
not on the not on the level that it was.
Come on, you get competitive, YACHTI are you insane? I'm
competitive with everything. Okay, you're going to play a game.
I'm there to win? Whoa there? Oh to lose, to
be mediocre? Cheating that battleship. I don't cheat on any
board games.

Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
Actually won't do that, because then I can't appreciate the
win because I didn't actually win it.

Speaker 2 (01:15:39):
I cheated. Wow, So then I don't even feel great?

Speaker 1 (01:15:41):
Do you rub it in if you beat Robert?

Speaker 2 (01:15:42):
Of course? Okay, of course sportsmanship. That's poor sportsmanship. Okay,
I'm glad you don't cheat, because my friend's sky over
here is a massive cheater of games. You guys seen it.

Speaker 1 (01:15:53):
You guys have seen it. You don't feel good, then
it's gross, it's gross.

Speaker 2 (01:15:57):
She does it all the time. Anytime there's been a
board game night, it always is ruined by Scott always
and her husband. Yeah no, no, she's a big cheers.
What's the name of that game that we played at
your house with the thing, the timer thing.

Speaker 1 (01:16:10):
Yeah, console, it's uh oh, I don't remember it.

Speaker 2 (01:16:15):
I can't real name it.

Speaker 4 (01:16:15):
But yeah, you have you have a word and you
have to describe it without using the word, and you
have to guess what the word is, and then once
you guess, you give it the the device to somebody
else and.

Speaker 2 (01:16:26):
Thank you. And so we played that at your house
and sky somebody guessed the word but it wasn't the
right word. And she's still through the thing and you go,
what are you doing? That's not the word? How many
times did she do?

Speaker 1 (01:16:38):
Probably a million times? Time playing the game?

Speaker 2 (01:16:43):
You don't understand words.

Speaker 1 (01:16:44):
No, I understand words. I just didn't get that what
I was doing?

Speaker 2 (01:16:48):
Boy, And every time playing dumb I'm not it's crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:16:53):
Yeah, well her and her husband shared a coffee.

Speaker 2 (01:16:57):
Weird was that at your house? Nothing to do with
board games? But it was board game night that that
didn't happen.

Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
Do you guys remember when Robert chucked the catchphrase machine
I didn't hit my color bone?

Speaker 2 (01:17:07):
Yea, Yeah, that was weird. Well you made it really weird,
like you cheered up.

Speaker 4 (01:17:12):
I mean you started cheering up. I thought that yes
you did, Yes you did.

Speaker 2 (01:17:16):
Think I was confused, You're like, oh my god, every
while we called DV hotline. It was just crazy. It
was crazy. Well, Robert was kind of an idiot during
that Board Game night. He was he didn't know how
to play the game. He was couches. It was insane. Honestly,

(01:17:36):
Board Game Night with the show has not happened since,
nor well I think it will ever happen. We'll probably
never do it again. Yeah, so unfortunate. I mean the
game was fun. I was having a good time. Yeah,
but it was just you know, Sky ruined it.

Speaker 1 (01:17:47):
Robert ruined it. You know, it is what it is.

Speaker 2 (01:17:50):
So they did a whole study on board games, asking
asking all kinds of different questions.

Speaker 1 (01:17:54):
About Yeah, so they found that twenty one percent of
us claim we love board games, forty four percent say
we like board games, and six percent of Americans say
they hate them, like they don't even ask, Well, maybe
if you have friends like Sky, okay, yeah, yeah. How
often do most people play a board game? About once

(01:18:17):
a month?

Speaker 2 (01:18:17):
Family? How often do you guys do the battleship yacht
Sie night?

Speaker 1 (01:18:21):
It's been a slow year. Oh, really.

Speaker 3 (01:18:23):
Yeah, it's been a slow year, so I've a little
bit said. It's been like maybe once every two months now,
but previously on a better year, a faster year.

Speaker 2 (01:18:31):
Two, where's your son? He doesn't like board games very much,
and he's like, he's whatever about them.

Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
He's cool. I mean, he's hanging out with his friends.

Speaker 2 (01:18:39):
Yeah, he has day once a week.

Speaker 1 (01:18:43):
What's a week?

Speaker 2 (01:18:44):
What's every two weeks on? Come on, don't get crazy,
it's every get crazy aw weeks.

Speaker 1 (01:18:47):
Thank you wild And then they went to ask people
what board games do you play the most? And then
also let us know out of those games, who has
never even once played this game? So coming tenth place,
we have Clue with twenty five percent of people saying
they've never played.

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
Of course, everybody play Clue here, Yeah, of course, yeah, okay,
that's what that's the top one. Might know you love Clue.

Speaker 1 (01:19:11):
You and your daughter, Thank you. Number nine goes to
the game of Life, with twenty nine percent of people
saying they've never played Life. Number eight most popular is
Battleship with what of course only ten percent never playing it.
Seven is Sorry with twenty six percent of people.

Speaker 2 (01:19:31):
Next game you've never played?

Speaker 1 (01:19:32):
Sorry? Is that the one with the little colored pieces
all your pieces, but like not since I was like
a kid, you played it though, Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:19:42):
Sorry, yeah, thank you? Okay, yeah, Shoots and Ladders too,
I do, actually I remember playing that with the.

Speaker 1 (01:19:47):
Son and fine, that's pathetic. Number six most popular board
game to play is candy Land and twenty percent have
never once played it. Number five goes to yacht See
and twenty five percent have never played it.

Speaker 2 (01:20:04):
That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:20:05):
Number four goes to Connect four. Oh that's easy.

Speaker 2 (01:20:08):
Yeah, that's a fun one.

Speaker 1 (01:20:09):
Twenty two percent say never never tried it, yep. Number
three most popular game to play is scrabble.

Speaker 2 (01:20:16):
I love scrabble.

Speaker 1 (01:20:17):
Oh my mom, scrabble. They could just get so intense
and is it a.

Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
Worrible Well, because there's a she get mad that you cheat.

Speaker 1 (01:20:25):
Probably that's why cheat. That's what no names allowed, no
common whatever.

Speaker 2 (01:20:31):
So that's what you're trying to pull off. You should
know the rules of the game before you play it.

Speaker 1 (01:20:34):
Well I don't, okay, I'm just you don't spell anything.
That's a problem as well.

Speaker 3 (01:20:39):
So yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:20:39):
Number three is Scrabble and thirteen percent of people have
never played it. Number two most popular board game to
play is Checkers and ten percent say they never played it,
and by far number one goes to Monopoly, but five
percent of Americans say they've never once played.

Speaker 2 (01:21:01):
No one's ever finished it, No, no, nobody, nobody, It's crazy.
We have talked about our favorite fast food restaurants before,
but this is getting very specific. We're gonna see what
has been named as America's favorite fast food spots, but
they break them down buy items like favorite spot for burgers,
favorite buffer tacos, like all that kind of stuff. So

(01:21:22):
we will go over that when we get back on
the show at aquitt A five three. So we've gotten
into this before. We've talked about our favorite fast food
restaurants before, and everybody has their favorite spots and all
that stuff, but this is actually very specific. They asked
in a poll about America's favorite fast food spots, but

(01:21:42):
they break it down sort of by category of like
what's your favorite spot for a burger or a chicken
sandwich or whatever something like that, So it's very specific.

Speaker 1 (01:21:50):
Yeah, like if you could go anywhere for a burger,
where are you going to go to get a burger?
And that was the first question they asked.

Speaker 2 (01:21:59):
Now, is this based on opinion or sales.

Speaker 1 (01:22:02):
Again, they always asked if you could go anywhere for
the burger Where.

Speaker 2 (01:22:08):
Because we know the real answer, But people have this
feeling of like, oh, I can't say my actual place.
I go to the most McDonald's number one sales, that's
what I was number. They have the most. We don't
like you across the McDonald's more often. I think, I
don't nobody's forcing you to go there.

Speaker 4 (01:22:27):
No, but I think more convenient nod's forcing during the
middle of like Butt Creek, West Virginia. But West Virginia,
I wouldn't put it by them. And you're driving and
you're just like, man, where are we gonna go to eat? O?
Guess there's a McDonald's here, Like, you're not going to
get it in and out West Virginia because they don't
exist there. Oh yeah, but there's a McDonald's everywhere. It's
like Starbucks. Like I don't think Starbucks has the best coffee,

(01:22:51):
but it's it's.

Speaker 2 (01:22:52):
Just a drink the most.

Speaker 1 (01:22:53):
Yeah, Hey, you.

Speaker 2 (01:22:56):
The man's right, can't you guys? I feel like I disappointed.

Speaker 4 (01:23:03):
Dad, remember last week, But Emily said she doesn't.

Speaker 2 (01:23:06):
She never had a big mac.

Speaker 4 (01:23:07):
Yeah here, yeah, and then and then she said her
son hated McDonald's and that was great.

Speaker 2 (01:23:13):
He text her. She texted him and he wrote back, No,
I like McDonald's. Yeah, I say, loved it, loved it.

Speaker 1 (01:23:18):
Exclamation exclamation. She says she just got She just just
whatever she wants. Yeah, whatever, did me? Whatever?

Speaker 2 (01:23:32):
Dude? Whatever?

Speaker 1 (01:23:33):
Due. So if you go anywhere for a burger, where
are you going McDonald's.

Speaker 2 (01:23:40):
I said it, and I stand by it. You're not down,
You're not just cut it down?

Speaker 4 (01:23:46):
He just.

Speaker 2 (01:23:48):
Are you staying?

Speaker 1 (01:23:49):
Like?

Speaker 2 (01:23:49):
Wonder woman? Wonder what McDonald's I don't need anymore. But
you're like, I'm not lying. Do has a good burger?
But I mean big.

Speaker 1 (01:24:01):
I'll take a big back over anything, over a double
double double what? Okay, you don't know what it is
now he's talking about. I've never heard of it.

Speaker 2 (01:24:09):
Okay, No, obviously that's good. I want a double double
right now, eat it. Oh. I want a big back
right now, but I won't eat it because I don't
eat fast food anymore. Oh, and you can't get one
right now anyway? You shut up?

Speaker 1 (01:24:21):
Great point.

Speaker 2 (01:24:21):
Yeah, you're right. At ain't ten thirty?

Speaker 1 (01:24:23):
Wow? Well after they asked that on a second year. Okay, bro,
shut out, don't you do this.

Speaker 2 (01:24:32):
He's very sassy right now, he's very well. I don't
like these lies that are being told. What's your favorite
burger spot?

Speaker 1 (01:24:39):
Out?

Speaker 2 (01:24:40):
In and out?

Speaker 1 (01:24:41):
In and out?

Speaker 2 (01:24:42):
No, doesn't count, though. She gets the worst burger I
ever heard of. Yeah, she doesn't even have to put
the sauce on it yet.

Speaker 1 (01:24:48):
Lettuce onion only, no cheese, let us an onion only.

Speaker 4 (01:24:52):
They ask her, man, are you sure like that's not
for real?

Speaker 1 (01:24:55):
That is for real?

Speaker 2 (01:24:57):
Dog?

Speaker 1 (01:24:57):
Okay, now I'm not feeding it dog.

Speaker 2 (01:24:59):
Yeah, sometimes five guys.

Speaker 1 (01:25:01):
Sometimes I go extra lettice.

Speaker 5 (01:25:03):
Yeah, the.

Speaker 1 (01:25:06):
Chrispy is delightful. I enjoy it. Yeah, five guys is
up there, but it's just been so out of the
rotation that it's I don't even like really, I don't
even know what it tastes like anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:25:18):
No, yeah, all right, Well they.

Speaker 1 (01:25:20):
Ask thousands of Americans coming in number three in and
out Burger, which is wild because it's.

Speaker 2 (01:25:25):
Like half of the station. Yeah, it's so regional.

Speaker 1 (01:25:28):
Number two goes to Burger King.

Speaker 2 (01:25:31):
I don't know if this is true. Sorry, And Burger
King's a lie. The clothing stores left and right, did
you guys see this. I saw this on social media.
I don't know if it's sure or not. They built
this gigantic in and out in Vegas. That's like, I
don't even know. It's so massive. It's the biggest store,

(01:25:51):
you know. I don't know if it was or not.
It could be a but I saw it and I'm like,
they're gonna do it. I think it might be okay.
I wasn't sure. It might be fake news.

Speaker 1 (01:26:00):
I see it and it's like on the.

Speaker 2 (01:26:02):
Strip and they said it was huge. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:26:05):
A yeah, No, one day ago an article saying eight
thousands some story in and out.

Speaker 2 (01:26:12):
Officially it's massive, is it? Is it real?

Speaker 1 (01:26:16):
Isn't that crazy?

Speaker 2 (01:26:17):
No? I like, I need to see it in person.
It's ai, okay, what you need to see it in person?

Speaker 1 (01:26:21):
Okay, all right? Burger King too totally and coming in.

Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
I'm sorry, Ali, burger King. You know.

Speaker 4 (01:26:26):
I like the Hershey pie. You know, I like the
butterfiguar pie. I like their I like their original chicken sandwich.
But their burgers are the worst.

Speaker 1 (01:26:32):
No, it's not the worst. It's the Whopper's not terrible.

Speaker 4 (01:26:35):
Last time I had a whopper, it was disgusting, and
they even say it in the commercials.

Speaker 2 (01:26:38):
How bad they let it go the only time I'm
at the airport, and then like a Burger King is
the only one available, I'll have a whopper. But I
don't think it's that bad.

Speaker 4 (01:26:48):
Not a fan, really, not if I go to Burke
Camp getting the original chicken sandwich.

Speaker 1 (01:26:52):
Okay, if Americans could go anywhere to get a fast
food burger, their number one choice would be five guys,
all right, a uh McDonald's, A sandwich, A sub sandwich,
A sub sandwich.

Speaker 2 (01:27:06):
Yeah, we're a.

Speaker 1 (01:27:10):
Quiz.

Speaker 2 (01:27:10):
No, I think the existing one. Honestly, it would be.
I love togos too, but they don't the first of
very regional, and they don't even have them in San
Diego anymore. I closed the Jersey Man.

Speaker 4 (01:27:21):
I used to love Subway, and then the quality got
and then the whole Jared thing really turned me off
so bad.

Speaker 1 (01:27:29):
Press It wasn't it wasn't.

Speaker 4 (01:27:36):
Just weird sandwiches after a while, yeah, Jersey, Okay, okay,
all right.

Speaker 1 (01:27:44):
Number three.

Speaker 5 (01:27:47):
I was.

Speaker 1 (01:27:47):
I was part of the Jersey Mike crew. Number three
firehouse subs to Jersey Mikes and number one those to Subway.

Speaker 2 (01:27:56):

Speaker 1 (01:28:04):

Speaker 2 (01:28:06):

Speaker 4 (01:28:08):

Speaker 1 (01:28:12):

Speaker 2 (01:29:26):
You always eat his food? Why are you so skinny?
He's always eating his food. I get him pay for it? No,

Speaker 1 (01:29:36):

Speaker 1 (01:30:13):
Okay, I can't believe you. Yeah, it's my favorite out
of all the chicken, like like Chick fil a, and
he's quiet. Chick fil A is good, but it's because
it's like my daughter's favorite fast food.

Speaker 2 (01:30:27):
You want an opinion, No, I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:30:29):
I don't that's pathetic.

Speaker 2 (01:30:31):
I know I don't believe. Yeah, yeah, yeah, would lie
about that. Yeah what we're in peace time, right, Pete Shakespeare? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:30:44):

Speaker 1 (01:30:45):

Speaker 2 (01:30:45):

Speaker 1 (01:30:51):

Speaker 4 (01:30:51):

Number three goes to Popeyes, number two goes to k
f C, and number one goes to Chick fil A.

Speaker 2 (01:31:13):

we're gonna think like Popeyes and CAFC.

Speaker 1 (01:31:19):
Yeah, okay, and finally you could go to any fast
food spot for French fries. Where you go.

Speaker 2 (01:31:26):

Okay, Scott Weird, I mean you hated minute. I know,
give it to me.

Speaker 2 (01:32:26):
Number three Chick fil A, get out of here with
gross waffle fries.

Speaker 1 (01:32:31):
Number two, but we go for fries. Five guys get
so many, but number one by far was McDonald Oh
we got one.

Speaker 2 (01:32:43):
Thank god I kissed. What a sports day was yesterday?
Uh we are going to talk about an epic comeback
in the NBA finals and the next to sports shirt.
Well it was one of the greatest comebacks in sports history.

(01:33:04):
Last night Padres beating Reds. I was unbelievable. Man, needed this,
really needed this. You know yesterday the Padres, they they
had to get a win. Man, it was not looking
great again. Uh, you know, the Padres actually got on
the board first. When I'm gonna say this very clearly,

(01:33:24):
Manny Machado, excuse me, doubled in Jackson Merrill to go
up one to nothing the first inning, Manny, Okay, okay.
But of course the Padres lost the lead in the
fourth off a Red's two run home run. Then Fernando
Tatis Junior tied the game up with an RBI single

(01:33:45):
in the fifth. Then of course the Reds hit two
solo home runs to put them up for to two.

Speaker 1 (01:33:51):
Was that it?

Speaker 3 (01:33:52):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:33:53):
No, Gavin Sheets and my guy samad Taylor had art. Yeah,
Sam doesn't have the same rings. They had RBIs in
the eighth to tie up the game, and then in
the bottom of the ninth, two outs, el Is back.

(01:34:17):
He sent everybody home happy, hitting a two or his
second home run of the year, and walked them off
five to four. Oh wow, it was like they said
they won the World Series. I was screaming. I mean,
things have been so down lately. I mean they needed this,
and so you know, they were throwing gatorade on him,

(01:34:37):
ripping his shirt off of me.

Speaker 1 (01:34:38):
It was insane, but we'll take it.

Speaker 2 (01:34:40):
We'll take it. We haven't had much cheer about lately.
So nice win for the Padres. Good job. I guess
the other comeback yesterday was pretty cool too, as the
Knicks took Game four in dramatic fashion over the Spurs
one O seven to one O six in the NBA Finals.
The Knicks were getting crushed. Man, they were losing all

(01:35:02):
game long and big. At one point they were down
by twenty nine. They were done by twenty going into
the fourth. Yeah, what was crazy is the reference.

Speaker 4 (01:35:11):
I love sports, and when people say something's rigged, I'm
the last person to ever agree.

Speaker 2 (01:35:16):
I will be like, it's not rigged. There's just too
much at stake.

Speaker 4 (01:35:19):
But man, the NBA makes it hard sometimes because especially
with all the scandals they've had with Tim Donahey, but man,
I mean the first forty five seconds Carol Anthony Towns
had two fouls, and once he's off the court, they're
screwed because nobody could card Wimby or do anything. So
it's just so hard to want to to want to
believe the NBA that they don't want it to go

(01:35:41):
because it's it's the sport where the referees can affect
the game so much more than any other sport, and
they could make the they can make it go longer.
Conspiracy I'm not that guy sounds, but yeah, that's how
bad the first half.

Speaker 2 (01:35:54):
Oh yeah, they the Knicks were done. They came roaring
back in the second half. They actually had a chance
at one point to win the game with Jalen Brunson,
but he missed the three. But what who's that?

Speaker 1 (01:36:09):
Who's that flying through the air?

Speaker 2 (01:36:10):
Oh? Gianna Nubi tipped in the rebound and gave the
next the win in the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history.
And they now hold the three to one lead. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:36:24):
I just somebody's texted me and said, would you rather
than win Game six at home?

Speaker 2 (01:36:29):
And I go, I don't care, just win, get it done,
because I when.

Speaker 4 (01:36:33):
You're when they're up to well, we got two cocky
and we thought, oh this is sweet series. All this
Game three and then game two, Game four was so
bad until until the last you know, quarter and a half.
So just win Saturday. I'm gonna be locked in, hit
or done.

Speaker 2 (01:36:49):
Guys, what the world is watching? The World Cup kicks
off today? Oh man, where's our watch party? We're going?

Speaker 1 (01:36:59):
I don't know where we're going. Know, Jamie's pumped, He's
wearing like a jersey in there.

Speaker 5 (01:37:02):
Is that what he's wearing?

Speaker 2 (01:37:03):
I think though, so I thought he was from like
Costa Rica. Yeah, no, I think he's Cuba. Mexican. No,
that's not a Mexican jersey. No, No, I don't know Jamaica.
I don't know Jamaica.

Speaker 1 (01:37:18):
He know what, I don't know what he is?

Speaker 2 (01:37:21):
Well, his home team of Mexico will meet South Africa today,
but he's more of a South Korea guy. I don't
know Paraguay. South Korea is playing che Chechia check. Maybe
he's chechi In chechianch Cizian. I'm not really sure what,

(01:37:43):
not really sure what Jamie is. But either way, the US,
that's where it's at.

Speaker 1 (01:37:46):
Man, we're winning this year already, and he's calling a
shot America.

Speaker 2 (01:37:52):
Oh well, of course we got this baby. Hey stop it.
We start our run tomorrow against bout Aguah. Maybe that's
that Jamie's a Peaguayangyan. How do you say, Jamie? I
don't know anyway, There you go. That is sports dirtport today.

Speaker 5 (01:38:09):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (01:38:10):
Things apparently got a little crazy on a recent Delta flight.
We're gonna hear what happened to one Delta passenger after
doing something to a flight attendant that was a little strange.
Coming up next on the show and Rock with five three.
I feel like things have gotten crazier on flights. It

(01:38:31):
just seems like there's always something wacky going on on flights,
people fighting and this crazy stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:38:37):
People are so entitled these days, have to like share
space with other people.

Speaker 2 (01:38:42):
It gets wild. Yeah, like you're not gonna move for me?
It's on how would I move for you? I bought
that seat?

Speaker 4 (01:38:50):
Is too many single child households? No, I'm just saying
I think that's people. I think that's I mean, because
you don't get you don't learn to share as much.

Speaker 2 (01:39:00):
You don't learn, you know, we're still trying to raise
good humans.

Speaker 1 (01:39:03):
Yeah, I'm not.

Speaker 4 (01:39:04):
I didn't blame the parents. I'm blaming the kids.

Speaker 2 (01:39:07):
Oh share as much.

Speaker 1 (01:39:10):
I think it's more my opinion that we have public
figures that can be completely blatantly rude and disrespectful to
other people without any consequences, and people are are seeing
that and going cool, that guy can be an a hole.
That I can be an a hole too.

Speaker 2 (01:39:25):
No single child.

Speaker 3 (01:39:27):
Everybody that's disrupted a yeah they're a single child, No siblings.

Speaker 2 (01:39:32):
No I wouldn't say take a pull on that.

Speaker 1 (01:39:33):
Yeah, it's a weird.

Speaker 2 (01:39:35):
Well, there it happened again. There was a crazy situation
on a Delta flight that a passenger may have just
stepped over the line a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:39:43):
Yeah, we're just learning about this. This happened a little
while ago. But this person was just in court recently,
and that's when the press is like, wait, what happened.
So this was a Delta flight from Fort Lauderdale to
Los Angeles, and I guess it was drink service time.
So the three the flight attendant out there with with

(01:40:07):
the drink card.

Speaker 2 (01:40:09):
That's pretty weird.

Speaker 1 (01:40:11):
Out there with the drink card. And we've probably seen
this before where the person looks like they're asleep in
their seat, so the flight attendant doesn't want to wake
them up.

Speaker 2 (01:40:22):
So well that happens, you know. I mean that seems
I'd rather you not wake me up. Oh yeah, yeah,
and then just pass me.

Speaker 5 (01:40:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:40:29):
And then if I wake up in a little bit,
I'll flag you down and be like, oh could I
get something you You.

Speaker 2 (01:40:33):
Won't though, because you don't speak.

Speaker 6 (01:40:35):
No.

Speaker 1 (01:40:36):
I mean if they if they pass by and look
at me, that maybe I would. But I'll never push
that buzz flag them down here. Yeah no, I'll never
push that.

Speaker 2 (01:40:41):
But I don't want to disturb them. Yeah job, I.

Speaker 1 (01:40:45):
Don't want to upset them. I don't want to Yeah,
thank you, thank you for saying that. So anyway, so
that's what happens. This guy appears to be sleeping and
not wanting to wake him, the flight attendant. She skips
over him and goes to the next person well a
ball seconds later, all of a sudden, she feels a
slap on her quote buttocks area with such force it

(01:41:11):
actually causes her body to like to jump forward. Does
sound like a little spank.

Speaker 2 (01:41:17):
It sounds like a were you a bad girl? Bad girl?
You passed me?

Speaker 1 (01:41:26):
I want my drink?

Speaker 2 (01:41:28):
Okay, I think that's fair. I do you think so?

Speaker 1 (01:41:31):
So the flight the flight attendant turns around and all
of a sudden sees the guy that she thought No, okay,
he's proud of that. I was really proud of that.
So she feels the spank on her buttocks, and she
turns around and sees the guy who she thought was

(01:41:54):
sleeping raising his hands up kind of in the don't
shoot motion, say quote, I didn't do anything like broal yeah, you.

Speaker 2 (01:42:06):
Would have just pretended you were sleeping.

Speaker 1 (01:42:09):
So anyway, so the other flight attendant, you know, on
the other side of the car, saw the whole thing
go down, and you know, yeah, and so they went
or well, I don't think he got to order at
that point, because that's when they suspended drink service for
the pilot.

Speaker 4 (01:42:27):
Was measure your next that and you're just like, you're
you're waiting and want water.

Speaker 2 (01:42:32):
Oh yeah, yeah, water, water, screwdriver, what something.

Speaker 1 (01:42:37):
Co at least I cranberry juice? Nothing, yeah, I water.

Speaker 2 (01:42:46):
I don't like that. It comes to those milk cartons.

Speaker 4 (01:42:48):
Now that's weird.

Speaker 1 (01:42:51):
Well, anyway, so they suspend drink service, and that's when
the pilot is notified and the pilot decided that it's
in the best interests of the safety of everyone on
board to divert the aircraft and on emergency landing in Atlanta,
that is where this guy is met by police who
have contacted the FBI because they're the ones who are

(01:43:14):
in charge. If any it's federal. If anything, well, this
is a federal offense.

Speaker 2 (01:43:19):
What has happened? The guy's a pos but like, this
is ridiculous. So this is ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (01:43:24):
Now the smarty pants decided to waive his Miranda rights
and say, well, yeah, you never you never wave your
right pants since I was in third grade, So he
tells them, yeah, he didn't hear anyone ask him if
he wanted a beverage, And he did touch her buttocks area,

(01:43:45):
but did not slap it with enough force to cause
her to move forward. His intention was just to get
her attention and not to cause any harm. So he
was just indicted.

Speaker 2 (01:44:00):
What I'm trying to see, like, but is the eye level?

Speaker 4 (01:44:03):
Arm level also depends on how bigger butt was.

Speaker 2 (01:44:06):
Oh, she got a she got she got.

Speaker 1 (01:44:08):
A you know, big well, I think if she's even
if she's got a big peach.

Speaker 2 (01:44:12):
You just gotta know. I'm just saying, like a big peach,
what is that what.

Speaker 1 (01:44:18):
People call butts? Are you using a peach emoji? Isn't
that what people call it?

Speaker 5 (01:44:23):
Peach?

Speaker 2 (01:44:23):
Juicy peach?

Speaker 4 (01:44:25):
I just was saying, maybe like he went to tap
her shoulder, but her butt was so big he couldn't
avoid it.

Speaker 1 (01:44:32):
I mean the shoulder in the peach, the shoulder and
the butt are ways.

Speaker 2 (01:44:35):
So he's sitting well, but how can you think that
you're going to.

Speaker 1 (01:44:39):
Touch someone's shoulder then. So anyway, dude was just indicted
on federal charges of interfering with a flight crew member
and is facing up to twenty years twenty years.

Speaker 2 (01:44:58):
He wanted a jacket coke.

Speaker 4 (01:45:00):
I mean, a scumbag, but that's insane. Our tax dollars
are going.

Speaker 5 (01:45:04):
To go.

Speaker 2 (01:45:07):
All right, coming up tomorrow, Sky's Will of the American continues.
I cannot wait. Plus, Sky and her husband, the Boo,
are having a little parenting disagreement. I guess not seeing
eyed eye on something that has to do with their daughter. Well,
I wonder who's gonna win. Give me a break. We're
gonna see what this is all about tomorrow morning.

Speaker 1 (01:45:33):
