Speaker 1 (00:00):
Uh, so your ears may feel like you're hearing something wrong.
You may feel like what am I?

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Am?

Speaker 1 (00:07):
I in an alternate universe if I were to tell
you the Sky and the Boo hit a jackpot recently, Yeah,
they actually won something.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
You guys remember, you know they had that lottery scratcher
channel on YouTube where they lost thousands of dollars you know,
every day, very bad, very bad. It wasn't the most
profitable thing that ended up happening for them.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
The channel chasing lottery millions, because the plan was to
win the millions.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
And I remember when she brought this idea to us
about when we found out she was doing it, and
she was like so adamant, like no, you guys don't understand.

Speaker 5 (00:52):
We just keep it.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
We broke the code. Yeah, we're gonna win. They broke
the code.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Yeah, I felt that way. I've been at a roulette table.
Eventually my number is gonna hit it. Yeah, guess what,
Eddie what it doesn't really that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Yeah, lottery, the odds on the back of the ticket
are actually accurate. In your favorite It turns out that
a better chance of getting struck by lightning than actually
winning some sort of jackpot.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Yeah. So you know, to these crazy kids, they enjoy gambling,
just not the best at it. Okay, so they enjoy it,
but I just haven't had you know, it's crazy. They
get a rush and a thrill. I think most people
do addicted. Well that is all until recently. Recently, the

(01:44):
Boo had a big win.

Speaker 6 (01:46):
Yes, not not in the lottery, because that wouldn't be
that would be silly, that would be insane.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
No, so Boo, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Big money boom, that's what they call him. That's what
they call him.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
Okay, nobody calls some big money.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
But he's like, okay, that's a great call.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
They called him was the million dollar man in wrestling?
Oh really yeah, payoff wrestlers.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Huh.

Speaker 5 (02:15):
I had no idea that the booth. No, I know,
I don't think that is okay.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Yeah, so we went out for a little date night recently.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
That's shocking. That's the story.

Speaker 5 (02:28):
I haven't left the house in like two months. She's
really tired.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
TI guys, issues with my iron levels, but I'm starting
I was finally feeling better.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
That's the only issue.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Well, there's a lot of issues, Emily, but we're just
not going to go into that. So one of my
girlfriends had been reaching out for a while, being like, hey,
let's get together, blah blah blah.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
But I told her iron issues.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
You know what, I said, what's once I get these
iron supplements figured out, start feeling better, have a little
bit more energy.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
You're the first person I'm gonna call. We're gonna hang out.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
So we decided we wanted to go out on a
little date night, have some a nice dinner, and do
a little gambling. So we decided a squad, hey my spot,
ye that we were going to go there, go have
dinner at Bull and Bourbon.

Speaker 5 (03:15):
Yep, yep.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
And then after that, of course you got to hit
the casino floor.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Well so responsibility, yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
So that's exactly what we did. Big slot machine people,
not so much table people, but slot machine people. And
say what the couple we went with, they're all about this.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
You like those big wacky ones with like you know,
the Willy Wonka you know things, or the wacky ones.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Yeah, the old school no, no, So I have a
mix mainly those ones like Eddie.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I'm always like, what did I win? I don't even know.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
I don't like it because I never know what's going on.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
I'm a table guy play spots. Yeah, yeah, but my
wife loves it.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Yeah, I like the games where you can hit like
a bonus screen and that's where it's at because that's
when the fund starts crazy.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Oh yeah, you get comes jumping out. Yeah, it's crazy
throwing buddy.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Oh and I talked to it when it goes off
and I'm doing the thing where.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
Come on watching the screen.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
That doesn't do anything. You don't know what it does.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
So we go out and you know, I don't know
if you guys have experienced this before.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
The boo hot, He's.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Hot that night.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
Me, I'm the cooler.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
Oh my god, every usually are.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Yeah, every dollar I'm putting in there, the sequand's keeping it.
But my husband every dollar she's put in their sequand's
paying them like five ten times back.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Lucky boo lucky Bokay.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
So this is going on to the point where I
just stop playing and I'm just like sitting next to him.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
As though you're the cooler. I'd be like beat it.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Luckily I wasn't the cooler for him. I was okay,
cooler for me when I was playing.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Yeah, because I'll tell a kick off my table sometimes
well it gets really mad.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
I've seen it.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
So the boo is killing it, right, and so he's
like he's coming up. And luckily he's doing the thing
because in the past we've done the thing where you
just get the money and then you just keep playing
the next thing, you know, you go, where'd all my weavings?

Speaker 5 (05:33):
So he's doing the thing we're like to stop.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
If he hits a good amount, like four hundred bucks,
he's going to cash that out and put that ticket
in his pocket and then just put like a hundred
back in the machine.

Speaker 5 (05:45):
Right. So he's doing that all night long, to the
point where.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
He's got a couple nice tickets sitting in his pocket.
And so this is towards the end of the night
we decide to venture into the high limits. That's crazy, okay, yeah,
because Moo's got like, I don't know, he's got like
a thousand bucks worth of tickets in his pocket. Yeh

(06:09):
hell yeah, sing it, Eddie, sing it.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
And so he sits down at a machine and.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
What well, you know, I'm kind of sitting there going
maybe I should hold onto a couple of those tickets,
you know, just so they don't.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
End up back in the machine. But no, he's doing okay.
And so he sits.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Down in a machine and he's doing twelve dollars.

Speaker 5 (06:31):
Spins, oh my god, which which.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Is pretty high for us. But he's like hitting okay.
And now now his.

Speaker 5 (06:39):
Machine way or the other totally.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
And now his machine has quite a bit of credit
in it, and he's claiming he's at a hot machine.
I'm like, okay, okay, whatever you tell yourself. So let's
just keep this going. So what he starts doing is,
you know, you get you get a little crazy, and
he starts every once in a while while doing twenty five

(07:02):
dollar spin, which I'm getting real nervous, guys, I'm getting
real nervous. But I know any point I'm gonna yank
him off that machine.

Speaker 5 (07:11):
Time to go home.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
So on one of his twenty five dollars spins, he
hits the bonus screen.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Oh here we got mega what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (07:23):
And so the bonus screen, it's like filling up these
different boxes with different amounts.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
And is that one of the ones that has like
the mega jackpot, mini jackpot, all those things.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
It has the different jackpots, which we've never really seen.
Sometimes we've seen the mini, but it's it's filling up
with different dollar amounts, but since it's a twenty five
dollars spin, these dollar amounts are pretty substantial. And next thing,
you know, all of a sudden, the Mini pops up
on the screen. Okay, then all of a sudden we

(07:58):
get the.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
Minor pops up on the screen, and.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Then the Mega also pops up on the screen. And
again we're looking at this and we have no idea
how much money this is until the thing is over.
And it did that thing where it filled up every
single box except for one.

Speaker 5 (08:19):
But if that last box would have filled.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
In, it would have been the like million dollar amount
that's on the top, that's on the screen that like
no one ever hits. So of course we're like hyped,
thinking it's gonna happen, but it doesn't. But still we
got the Mega, the Minor, the Mini, plus a whole
bunch of dollar amounts, and so we're like, how much
money is that?

Speaker 5 (08:39):
We have no idea.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
A whistles going off, yeah, oh my god.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
Yeah, it's like it's you know, screening, it's saying big Winter,
big winner.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Right, So we get all this money, we cash it
out and it's it's.

Speaker 5 (08:52):
Late especially for us.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
It's like eleven thirty at night, and I'm like, okay,
like let's call it. Yeah thought bottles, My thought is
we're going home because it's never going to get better
than this, right, And so the boo all of a
sudden he's on a high and he starts talking and

(09:14):
talking and so this is a substantial amount of money.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
What's raising our hand?

Speaker 1 (09:20):
What you don't? Oh, you want to know how much
of a win?

Speaker 3 (09:26):
Are you?

Speaker 5 (09:26):
Insane? Course?

Speaker 1 (09:29):
What are we talking about?

Speaker 2 (09:31):
So dude has a thousand dollars worth of tickets in
his pocket and this one jackpot was over nine thousand.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
Okay, just this one jackpot. No, it was like nine thousand,
one hundred.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
That's a lot of money for us. For Sky, this
is like walking around yeah stop it.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
We have never even like seen like we're the kind
people that go to the casino and if we break
even when we leave, like that's the wind, you know
what I mean?

Speaker 5 (10:05):
So to walk with like ten grand.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
That is well I never won that much before the casino.
I don't think did they give you a check or
do they give you all cash?

Speaker 5 (10:14):
They counted out in cash?

Speaker 1 (10:15):
How long is that? Taking one? And I think a
threshold too, where you gotta actually, oh yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
No, they can't fill out a four.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
I'm going to make sure you file that.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Know, the casino files it on your behalf.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
So yeah, there's no getting away from the I R S.
They want their cut of that.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Wow, skuy, So you're rich.

Speaker 6 (10:36):
Okay, that's true by breakfast next day.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Well, here's where it went sideways because the boots on
a high. He keeps talking about how great this money
is because it's gonna allow him to buy all of
these things for his v W you that he's been
restoring for. I mean, he's had it for ten years,

(11:05):
but he's been working on it for like the last
year like a madman.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
But no, that's cool, But no, it's not.

Speaker 5 (11:12):
What do you mean we're not dumping ten thousand.

Speaker 1 (11:15):
Dollars of it on the VW.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
Oh he's he's like, now I can get those new
door panels I wanted. Like his thing was he was
just going to take the dings out and the rust
out himself.

Speaker 5 (11:26):
Now he's gonna buy new door panels for it.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
Why not? It's like fun money, right, and he won it.
He hits his money.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
And then that's when I said I thought we were
going to take a nice chunk of this and put
it in our daughter's college fund. Oh, come on, he
has like four payments left on it.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
Let's pay off the car.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
So you want to do not fun stuff.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
I want to do responsible.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
No, this is very money.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
It's not free.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
And you didn't You don't get to say you didn't
win it.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
I see, that's that's kind of the look he had
on his face.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
It is weird because he doesn't work. So legitimately Sky
funded the wind, but he works in other ways. You're right,
the projects around the house, right, you're right to.

Speaker 5 (12:17):
Now, Now, Eddie, if your wife won, wouldn't you think
you would have a say and how the money is
spent or.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
Or I never have before?

Speaker 5 (12:25):
But I mean if she's.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
One before, nothing, nothing like that.

Speaker 5 (12:29):
But that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
But she's had won and I don't touch it. Well,
that's how it is.

Speaker 5 (12:33):
If it's a couple of hundred bucks, but.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
It was like five grand, she's she's one decently before
and it's not my money.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
She just puts it in her person. You never hear
of it again.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Yeah, she'll deposit it, you know whatever I mean, Like
you know, it's not like she just goes out and
but she's not a spender.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Yeah, she wanted to buy a nice bag with it
or something, go for it.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Five thousand to me, gambling with are fun money. You
can shoot, you can go do fund something fun with that.
Well you know, I know this is crazy for you
to think about, but we would probably do like a
family trip, not to Oregon, you know, but something fun.
Well again, there's a lot of places you can go
so to spend. Spend the money that way.

Speaker 5 (13:16):
I thought, like a thousand bucks you can put in
your v W or.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
What and then you can't buy anything with a grand.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
And then the rest of it should go like to
paying off things like our car and the college fund.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
Did you hit the jackplant?

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Well yeah, I don't remember hearing that sky hitting the
sky was the cooler.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
Okay, that was true.

Speaker 4 (13:39):
But if anything, he went in spite of you, which
is crazy to think.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
But that's boom money.

Speaker 5 (13:47):
All our money is family money.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Oh stop, that's a bank account, that's not it.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
I think the only time you use that money for
serious stuff is if you don't make enough money on
the rag to pay your bills and stuffy, but you
make your a zillionaire payment.

Speaker 5 (14:06):
I'm not a billionaire.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
And how good would it be to pay off the
SUPERU like to have a car with no car?

Speaker 1 (14:13):
Nothing cooler?

Speaker 5 (14:14):
Well, it's not about being cool, bro, I mean we
just came up ten grand, so.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
Let him spend it.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
No, let's be responsible with it and make good purchases.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
You're just irresponsible at the casino. Why not? Yeah? Why not?

Speaker 5 (14:26):
You know, not with ten thousand dollars like that?

Speaker 1 (14:30):
Once you went in a high living room. Things are
things are all Hell's man, no rules, no rules, man,
I just Emily.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
Yeah, your man, Robert, but ahead, it's a jackpot. His money,
his money, and he works. He has his own you know, yeah,
this is different because they have their own cats.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
But but do you feel like he should spend that
on everyone?

Speaker 3 (14:54):
I think if it was ten grand, half goes he
can do if he wants to work on his boat
or something.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
I'm okay with that.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
Five The other five g's put towards the house or
do something fun on a trip.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
And you would do the same because if you want
ten grand, I feel like you like, it's my money.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Man, that's.

Speaker 5 (15:13):
And I was going to pay bills with it.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Which is what i'd actually do with it.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
I would do five into the house, which is US
two and then the other five.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
I mean, no one believes five into the house.

Speaker 5 (15:24):
What like the house.

Speaker 4 (15:27):
My point is, sorry, you're right, but my point is
you would do whatever you wanted with it.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Yeah, there's no consulting. There's no consulting. There's no no consulting.

Speaker 4 (15:35):
Yeah, but if Robert won, you'd be like pissed if
he didn't consult you.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
Yeah, just say it, just say we know, we know. Yeah, Okay,
there you go. Yeah, I don't know. I mean, if
he wanted that's boom money.

Speaker 5 (15:49):
Yeah money, it's not going into the v W. I'm sorry,
you a grand to the v W.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
The point of having that guy grinds every day whatever
he wants.

Speaker 5 (15:59):
Okay, really, this is this is so granted.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
The only fans I will alright, alright, I'm sorry, Sorry, sorry,
