Speaker 2 (00:06):
Guys like nervous, splash, excited. I don't know which way
this is gonna go.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
We spin the wheel wherever it lands. Sky Guy's Wheel
of Food, the America edition. This is fantastic. I tell you.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
I like how happy this theme makes you.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Guys. I mean it's as good as a guess.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
You're like, we're all in the mode. We're celebrating, you know, America.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
I agree, Yes, it's I've heard about it once or twice. Yeah,
it's a thing.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
So we decided that the theme for a Sky's Wheel
of Food for America two fifty for the next month
or so will be celebrating American classics. Oh, it is
kicked off with Sloppy Joe's, which this guys didn't understand.
I was confused about.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
Talking about putting lettuce, some crispy lettuce.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Christy elevate that, okay, And then we tried Hamburger Helper.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
Oh, that was some funky chemical noodle stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:09):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Noodles were created in a lab.
Speaker 5 (01:12):
Like literally, those two things are on every America table
for as long as decades.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
That was insane, radical lesson.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
Yeah, I don't think that has anything to do with political.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
Belief American food.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
I don't think America.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
I don't americal. Okay, I think.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
My politics have nothing to do with open the borders.
Open your mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
That's not.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
We're doing.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
We're doing, We're not doing.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
Okay, hey lady, what listen? What this is about America?
We're celebrating here, American classics all on the wheel. It's fantastic.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
It's Nott's nostalgic too.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
I love it like it's like a I grew up
with eating sloppy Joes. I grew up eating Hambiger helpers,
still making for my kids to day. I don't understand
who would hate that exkuided. So this is gonna hit.
At one point, something's gonna hit, and Sky will love
America again again.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
It doesn't mean like Sky love America.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
That's what we're trying. I don't try.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
It's not that I don't love America.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
So, yes, the wheel has nothing but American classics on it,
so hopefully he'll land on something Sky will like. What
here we go, let's spin the wheel. Oh okay, well
not today, not today?
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Satan sorry, oh no, it's a Satan dish. Yeah, what
did Satan.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
Make Satan made something that you are gonna probably quit
the show over? But this is a classic. It's a classic. Hey,
you're gonna quit the show. It's possible.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
Oh hey, Baker, stop it.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
This is been on American kitten tables since probably the fifties,
if not even before then. I don't know. It's been
around forever. It is a classic. It is something that
has scarred my friend Emily. She's talked about it before
(03:12):
that her mom makes her eat this, and made her
eat this. At one point she could not get up
from the dinner table because she would not eat this.
And it has scarred her and her sister, And they
have a nickname for it, which I'm not gonna say.
It is land did No.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Please don't say it. Please don't say what I think.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
You're about to say.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
I don't know what he's gonna say.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
Oh you don't remember the story.
Speaker 4 (03:34):
I remember Emily telling the story vividly because I remember
thinking if I was Emily as a child, I would
have just moved out and become homeless, like rather than
have to sit at the table and.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Eat this tuna casserole. That tuna. I love tuna? Why
not I like it on a sandwich.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
Shine, I love can tuna?
Speaker 5 (03:59):
Tuna?
Speaker 3 (03:59):
Say much is delicious?
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah? What is it about the tuna castle like to melt?
I could do there? You go, same concept.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
It's it's so foul. She's just not It shouldn't exist.
Speaker 5 (04:14):
You shouldn't be mixing tuna noodles and like whatever else
they put in it?
Speaker 2 (04:18):
What do they put in it?
Speaker 1 (04:19):
You had it?
Speaker 4 (04:20):
No, my mom has never made it. No, I've never
looked up a recipe for it to make it home. Clearly,
don't don't ever buy cantuna. It's not a thing in
my house.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
Chi No, you like a cold tuna sandwich?
Speaker 2 (04:35):
I mean just meet me?
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Do you not know her?
Speaker 3 (04:38):
Yeah, it's really healthy for you.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
I'm mixed with mayo and stuff.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
Screw you?
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Oh really yeah, so much despise it. I get it,
but it's it's not for me. I do. I've never
liked tuna, So this was not really a staple in
my house. Every once in a while I think like
my grandma made it, and like we'd go over there
and be like, oh no.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
When you knew that she was having that. It's the
worst disastro city.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
What in there? It like seems I don't know, but
helper for tuna.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
There is tuna helper. Oh did you know that? Yeah,
there's tuna helper. But that's not what this is a
real tuna castrole.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
Like there's no pre made packet.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
You're I don't think, Emily, what did you? What did you? Guys?
You and your sister call your moms.
Speaker 5 (05:27):
Sorry, I'm sorry, advanced guy, because it's stick in your
mind while you're tasting the dish.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
It was the booger Castle because whatever was in it.
Speaker 5 (05:37):
And then now as an adult who knows about I
think maybe like cream of mushroom soup was in it
or something, because like I think there's literally like little
bits of brown mushrooms that made it look like something else,
like it was. Yeah, and you were forced to sit
at the table like I remember, like.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
To your parents separating. Your dad couldn't take it anymore.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
I think my dad liked it. Oh my god, I
think my dad liked it.
Speaker 5 (06:00):
No, that's I don't think the tune in Noddle Castle
is why my home was broken. There's other things going on.
My dad liked, my sister and I like it like
I would. I couldn't get it down let's just say
that it was really hard to get.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
Sorry, very dramatic.
Speaker 4 (06:13):
My eyes are starting to water and I haven't even
seen it yet.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
I just just tearing about it is.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
And so you've never had tuna castrole in your life, like,
never taste it or.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Never seen it like on a table in my honestly
never seen it.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
No, I've never seen it.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Know you didn't grow up with it. I would assume you. Yeah,
me too, kind of use it's kind of like one
of those things. It's like easy to make and parents
who work, you know, you just kind of throw it
in the oven and then it's done and whatever. That's
why it's an American classic.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
It's cheap too, So like that's another.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Very cheap ye.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
I don't know why we never have My mom didn't
like it.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Yeah, okay o, why scary? What's wrong?
Speaker 2 (06:50):
This is such a sad day.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
So you've never had a tunic castle or tuna melt
or anything like that.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
My mom growing up would make tuna melt, and that's questionable.
So it was kind of like make your own tuna melt.
And so I would take this well, so like she'd
put out like toasted English muffins the tuna, mix pickles
and cheese, and then you'd make them yourself, and then
(07:18):
she'd throw them in the oven and basically I would
put like a teeeo, like you couldn't even see the tuna.
It was basically a pickle cheese melt. And that for
me better. That's better than what's going on there. So
that's like the closest I've ever got to that world.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
All right, well, here we go Sky's first ever bite
of a tunic cast role, which, man, that screams America.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
I'm excited for that.
Speaker 3 (07:50):
The top are those potato chips, Like potato chips.
Speaker 5 (07:54):
That's what my mom used top it with. Oh really,
that's the way the recipes cheese potatoes that I was
not expecting. What you like potato? I think there's peace
of there.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
Okay, holy god, well you like potato chips? Here? There
you go.
Speaker 4 (08:12):
Here's a Positives at the morning.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
I'm sorry, I'm sorry there is.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
Once like positive because again, I've never seen this dish before,
so in my mind, I was thinking it was going
to be more like soupy creamy for some.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
Reason, like well, that's what Emily says.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
We stopped. That's what Emily said, So that's what I
was envisioning.
Speaker 4 (08:41):
This potato chip topper is is a plus.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Oh, I'm not going to load up before your bit.
Speaker 2 (08:49):
Busy you have, you have, You're right on your struggle
the busy coordinator. That is a good point.
Speaker 3 (09:00):
Like, but that is a good point.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
But be nice to your friend.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
You may like it, Eddie, I'm gonna slap you.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
But the piece, it's really the smellest a lot.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
It's very pungent.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
My like, literally my eyes are watering just because of
the smell in this.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
You may like it.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
You can't even say it with the street face.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
I just want you we can get it out of
the studio. This could be the roughest one of all time,
which is saying it is or or you may like it.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
This stupid mouth. Oh, I feel so sad.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
You've defeated before you even get in there.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
I feel sad for the children of America.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
There's people that love this. I bet you my wife
would love this. I bet you she grew up with this,
and I bet you she would love this. She's tuna melts,
you know, whenever, not often, but I mean when when
she likes I'm rethinking my friendship. I guarantee you. If
I text her right now, she would say I grew
up with Well.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
She should come in here and have a bite of
this for me.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Okay, I'll call it right now.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
We're gonna wait for your alcohol.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Go ahead by coordinator. Let's go ahead and digg in
I put. I would say, spoon makes more sense.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
It's getting more and more pungent as like the moments pass.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
You're going right in the middle, like the.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
File at Come on, we can't go to the side
with a bunch of chips.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
On is that cheese? What is that cheese? Tuna, peas,
potato chips? I don't know what the hell is going
on here. This is the wildest thing I've ever seen.
All Right, that's not bad. That's not bad.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
It's brown.
Speaker 4 (10:44):
Is supposed to be paint, I thought, and the can
was white.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
But when it's cooked, I think it turns that around.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
That the brown piece. I mean, it's that is That's
like what I don't even eat dark meat chicken.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
You grow up? Can you grow up? This is for America?
Do it for America?
Speaker 2 (11:03):
Come on, we're gonna move to I'll give up my citizenship.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
Hey, listen, foods in other countries? Do you remember how
that went? Okay, let's go here we go doubt that's
a massive pie coffee. Okay, that's so. That makes so
much crosser. I want to throw off.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
Because water won't cut whatever's about?
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Whatever? Mixing coffee and tuna is bizarre? Okay, all right,
here we go down the hatch tuna cast role three
two one. Go get it in. Get in. You're a
big girl, Get it in. I already said, she goes.
(11:44):
She's holding it in her mouth. Don't hold it in
your mouth? Are you insane? Sitting at the dinner table
boogers doing? What is she doing? Hey, you're not getting
up from the table until you finish that whole thing.
Oh you're not so nasty? Oh, sky's faces this dude?
(12:06):
What has happened? Jump? Throw up? You're fine, grow up,
Come on, come on? Oh man? Okay, why is she?
I don't know? I mean, why was it so harm
It's like the beer in there? Beer? You know she's
swishing her mouth with Okay, go down, let's yes swollen.
(12:37):
That's so weird you okay American classic? Do you? Oh?
Speaker 2 (12:46):

Speaker 1 (12:47):
And stand? Okay, so you don't like it.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Oh and I got like no potato chip. I was
really hoping.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
