Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, here we go. Earlier this week, we had the
massive news that Thor has become a father the universe.
Let it happen. I can't believe it. No, he did,
he spawned. Oh god, it's crazy. And it's the biggest
baby in the history of babies. Baby Walker is a monster, man.
(00:25):
So the mom's doing great, Hayley's doing great, Baby's doing great.
And now apparently they're home. They're home already. They left
the hospital and they are at home, and we finally
get to check in with the man himself.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
What's going on, dad?
Speaker 3 (00:41):
Hey, what's up? Guys? How you doing?
Speaker 2 (00:42):
What are you doing? Dude? You guys are home?
Speaker 4 (00:44):
Oh? Man, Yeah, we got home yesterday at like two thirty.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Wow. That's quick, man, that's crazy. Everybody's doing okay.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Yeah, every Hayley's doing really good. You know, she's hanging
in there. She's doing really well. Her upper area, her
breasts are huge. Guys.
Speaker 4 (01:02):
I'm gonna throw that out The milk come in, milk
is coming in. Okay, I'm just gonna throw that out there.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
The first thing we've talked about out of everything is
Haley's breast.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
That's incredible. That's incredible.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
Right now, talk to us about day of like we
don't know really the story of how it all went
down and everything that happened.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
Yeah, so okay, So that was on Monday, and I
came home and I know, I don't forget scot if
we Yeah, we just talked about on the air. On Saturday,
she had high blood pressure to the hospital. So Sunday,
apparently I thought everything was fine. Come to find out,
Haley didn't feel good all day Sunday but didn't want
to say anything, which is.
Speaker 3 (01:51):
Insane because you were watching exactly. I kind of thanked
us for that.
Speaker 4 (01:59):
So so Monday comes around and she's out doing like
some errands, and she told me she's really not feeling good,
and I said, hey, we're going to the hospital, that's it.
And then she comes home and I'm like, I guess
I just gave them the dogs a bath. I'm like
trying to get things ready, and then she asked me
to attack my to go bag and I said no,
So I had to.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
Go do that.
Speaker 5 (02:18):
How many times we told you, I didn't talk to.
Speaker 4 (02:22):
Go back until we literally left for the hospital. So
we get to the hospital around it seeks like four
to thirty on Monday, and we get to labor and
delivery and they take Hayley back. First they do a
couple of tests, and then they take me back and
they say to her that you're admitted.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
It's happening today. Oh wow, and we're going to do
and we're going to do a sea section.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
And it was supposed to be scheduled for nine to thirty,
but like, there was an emergency before us where it
was like an Emily situation where the baby got stuck
and they had to do an emergency sea section.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
Really, there was nothing funny about what I was twenty
six hours day stair were.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
Okay, But this is the best part.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
This is the best part. So obviously I'm excited. I
text you guys. I called first first person.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
I called my parents right now. So I call my
dad and I go, Dad, it's coming. It's happening today.
Haley's having a baby. The first thing he says to
me is do.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
You have a camera? I'm sorry.
Speaker 5 (03:21):
For what?
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (03:23):
First of all, five, yeah, everybody has yes.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
That's his first thought, do you have a camera?
Speaker 4 (03:30):
What?
Speaker 5 (03:31):
Your dad?
Speaker 2 (03:32):
So weird?
Speaker 3 (03:34):
It's such a weird thing.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
It's so weird.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
And then we called Haley's mom, and we switched her
flight to that day, and because the surgery kept getting
pushed back, she was able to get out here in
time to to see Haley before she went under the knife.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
That's great.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
And so then I tell my dad this, and my
dad's like, well, you piking it up from the airport?
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Okay, hospital about cell phones or uber.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
He goes, it's only a ten minute drives.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
Okay, you're gonna leave your wife who's in labor. I'm
about to have a c section to go pick up her.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
What.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Yeah, that's wild wild speak this guy.
Speaker 4 (04:17):
Okay, So okay, so we so so we go back
around like eleven thirty and then we Haley goes in first,
and I have my whole you know gear, I have
my gear on.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
I'm ready to go culture.
Speaker 4 (04:29):
They take me, yeah, scrubs whatever, and they take me
to the post op the postop room, and I'm just
sitting there and like fifteen minutes have gone by, and
they told me it was only gonna be like ten minutes.
So I started and I'd have my phone on me,
So I started getting patient. I'm getting nervous. May have
given one of the nurses little latitude, oh, because I
was like, hey, I was like, what's going on. Come
to find out there was like another issue with a
(04:51):
where there was like a code somewhere, So that's why
I was stalling a little bit.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
But we go back there.
Speaker 4 (04:56):
I walk into the room and as you guys know,
it's like the most surreal scene I've ever seen in
my life. Like there's this, there's this, there's this curtain.
There's two curtains. There's one that's like see through and
there's one that's blue.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
Yep, and they have you go sit next to Haley
and I asked if I could see and they told
me no, I wasn't allowed to.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
Wanted to see the open I wanted.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
To see like the baby come out. I finally had
made up my mind. I wanted to see it, and
they told me no. And then they the anti joass
were super nice and he was like counting down because
we were so close to midnight. And then it was
eleven fifty nine and forty seconds and all of a sudden,
the blue curtain comes down and there's this like giant,
(05:38):
alian white looking baby right in our faced.
Speaker 3 (05:43):
It was it was crazy. It was crazy.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
What was there like a talk of like all right,
if this thing hits midnight or like anything like that,
like it's a whole different birthdate.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
So they said to Haley at some point, I don't know,
I was so like all over the place. Yeah, they
said to Haley, they said do you want him at
midnight or right now?
Speaker 3 (06:04):
And she said she didn't care.
Speaker 5 (06:05):
And I was like what the third or fourth okay
said six seven and delivery. They jumps out.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
Yeah, they take the baby.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
They take the baby and they go, okay, Dad, come
over here, and I'm like, who are you talking to?
And then they come and they weigh the They weighed
the baby, and the nurse was awesome and she so
I cut the cord, which was crazy, and I was
so like just like I'm fight or fly?
Speaker 3 (06:37):
I freeze. I think we all know, you know.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
So the nurse said, Okay, I want you to take
the scissors and I'm gonna give me your cell phone.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
I'm gonna record you cut in the cord. And she goes, okay,
you're ready. I go yeah, And then I just stand
there and stare at it, and.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
She goes, dad, cut it.
Speaker 4 (06:50):
You go ok So I cut the cord and then
what's crazy is the baby comes in any weighs five thousand,
fifty grams and everyone everyone in the hospital goes, oh
my god, and Haley goes, how big is he?
Speaker 3 (07:08):
And it turns out to be eleven pounds one ounce?
Speaker 2 (07:11):
Did I still can't believe that he's a monthster? Yeah?
You got shock?
Speaker 5 (07:17):
Did they say, like how often they see babies that big? Like?
Speaker 4 (07:20):
Did?
Speaker 3 (07:21):
So? There was a there was a couple of people there.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
One woman had been saying she said, she's been doing
this in two thousand and nine and this was the
biggest baby she's ever seen.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
Which is crazy.
Speaker 4 (07:31):
And then another woman yeah, and then another woman said
she and one other one other time in like twenty years,
she saw a twelve.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
Pound baby, but other than this, this is the biggest baby.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
It was good, So crazy, man, anybody did I tell
they are like baffled? Yeah, like what eleven pounds?
Speaker 3 (07:48):
Yeah? It was wild.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
And then we go to the postoper room and then listen.
I know Haley posted a picture on my Instagram, but
my shirt happened to be off. I was very sweaty,
and she asked me there asked me to hold the baby.
I don't know if it was technically skinned to skin.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
Listen, dark you you did a whole rant on how
you weren't going to do skin to skin. What happened?
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Listen, My shirt was all.
Speaker 5 (08:24):
I was.
Speaker 3 (08:24):
I was so excited. I took my shirt up, was
waving it around.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
Okay, I don't think that happened. You did skin the skin.
You wanted it. He wanted it well.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
And then I kind of had an anxiety attack because
I'm holding the baby and he started crying. And then
Haley's blood pressure was still high and everythings were happening,
and I was like, oh, and I asked somebody to
hold him for me, somebody, somebody who wants him. We
(08:53):
get to the h we get to the recovery room
and everything, and the nurses that Kayser were awesome.
Speaker 3 (08:58):
Our nurse who happened to me named Hey.
Speaker 4 (09:00):
She was like, you guys always talk about during the
Rady broadcast, and I never knew what you meant until now.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
It's just insane.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
Having nice nurses makes such a big difference, man, Like
it was it made the experience incredible, like it just
made it so nice. And then that first day I
was supposed to call him.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
What day was that, Eddie?
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Wednesday?
Speaker 3 (09:21):
I think yeah. Yeah, that night was rough.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Really, Yeah, that was a nice welcome to parenthood.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
Yeah yeah that first night because the first like twenty
four hours were like, oh he's sleeping of him, yeah
this guy.
Speaker 4 (09:39):
That second yeah, that second night, oh my god, it
was rough, just like up every thirty minutes and Haley
couldn't latch you know, the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Yeah, I think ye baby can't last. Haley's not latching on. Yeah, whatever, Okay,
how many time have you bothered? Did you bother the
nurses asking if he was okay?
Speaker 5 (10:04):
Like?
Speaker 2 (10:04):
How many times did you freak out? Great question?
Speaker 3 (10:06):
I get up, no, stopped.
Speaker 4 (10:08):
Last night I got up four times and put my
ear right by his Now show, this is this show.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
I'm a little I'm worried about it show.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
You've also become weirdly emotional too.
Speaker 4 (10:22):
So so Hayley did this Instagram video and she used
a Benson Boon song and I lost it. I was like, please,
sobbing watching this. I think I've cried like five times.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
I mean, I mean, has this changed you completely?
Speaker 4 (10:41):
Yeah? I don't think so, because because because I'm still
annoyed about things like I saw Eddie's best Guys in
Hollywood list, which was awful, sir, I mean it.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Was as good as it gets. Okay, okay, I know
good looking guys to pal.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
All right, okay, sorry, but yeah, so I have I
have cried a bunch, but but no I don't. I
don't cry. I'm not a cry not a whisky boy.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
It might be it might be lack of sleep, you could, Yeah,
I think that's.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
What it is.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Probably.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
I did see a bunch of comments and one p
one comment I wish I knew his name. My instagram
was one p one said the baby is almost as
big as Sky when she was pregnant.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Huge, huge, scary, that's huge. Since you guys are home, he's.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
Good, he's he's good.
Speaker 4 (11:37):
Last night was was typical, like we were up every
like two hours. Uh and and for some reason, he'll
he'll he'll eat, he'll he'll he'll feed out of the
right breast, but the left breast, no go. I don't
know what's going on there. So yeah, so so we
have that issue going on. But other than that, like
things are good. Where the dogs are very thrown off, Yeah,
(12:00):
they're they're there. Wilson's scared when he cries, and Watson
kind of like wants to.
Speaker 3 (12:07):
Leave the room annoyed. We're just yeah, so we're still
trying to figure that out. I had a little bit
of a thing. I was kind of like yelling at everybody.
In the first couple of hours were a little rough,
but we're we're settling in. We have everything. Yeah, we're
in the room, the cats are in the room, the dogs.
It was a whole scene. But uh dosh put into
(12:29):
they had nine to fifty.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Oh wow, Okay, that's awesome, dude. Congratulations to you guys. Dude,
this couldn't be cooler. I mean, I can't wait to
see this massive Andre the giant baby.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
Great.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
You know, he doesn't fit into any newborn clothes, so
if anybody wants to buy us six month old clothes,
that's fine with us.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
I'm gonna call him the Big Show. It's gonna be
crazy man.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
It on bro.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
Well, congrats, dude, that's so cool.
Speaker 3 (13:02):
Man, that's funny. All right. Another guys, I wish I
could have come in today.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
That's weird.
