Whenever, whenever, whenever there'd be like a vacation, she always
felt the need to entertain read I did.

Which is which is crazy? And create memories.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
Don't forget what happened to that.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
It's been a couple of years. I remember zero memories
past break.

Speaker 5 (01:56):
I was literally on my ass with my door closed
to my bedroom watching.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Oh my god, what was going on? Maybe one of
the memories is now going to the gym.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Maybe maybe it is that with your mom.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
I can't I can't imagine. Yeah, that's going to the
gym with my mom. That's that's how it's mortifying.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
How old is read fifteen?

Speaker 3 (02:17):
How when's he going to be sixteen?

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Not until July?

Speaker 3 (02:19):
So when I was fifteen years old.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
He's fifteen and a half.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Fifteen and a half.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
If I got caught going to the gym with my mom,
the things that would be said to me by my friends,
it would be it would be bad.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Well, boy, would be the least I would you. Yeah, yeah, boy,
A certain way.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
That is if I was, if I was Robert, I'd
be like, hey, do you really want to go to
the gym with mom?

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Robert doesn't care about anything.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Remember, if anything, he should go to the gym with Robert.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Yeah, he dabbled a little bit.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
He has gone to the gym with Robert a little
bit they had.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
It's not as good as going with mom. My son
was going mom spot me. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
If my son was like, Hey, I'm going to the
gym and Mom, I'd be like, no, you're the fuck.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Hey, you guys getting your nails done after the gym.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
You're not getting your nails after the gym, mom.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Mom. We traded him for the track team.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Yeah, you guys getting.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Mom it's for our annual. Okay.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
I don't know Rede that reads it's the Waves person.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
He doesn't do that.

Speaker 6 (03:26):
I don't bringing this way.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
I don't. I didn't have any of these thoughts. We know,
of course.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
You didn't.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Thank God you didn't have a son. I can't even imagine.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
Obviously you wouldn't have any of these thoughts the way
you would have had a daughter.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
I mean, I don't think I'm not there.

Speaker 6 (03:46):
But I don't think straw is to work out with
his mom. I think it's just to go to the gym.
She was going, and it's.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
A free.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
This is who I'm.

Speaker 6 (03:57):
Going.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
But I'm not such a piece of You're nobody wants
to be anything like me.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
You're not. You're fucking great, You're not.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
I agree, I got no.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
You're right, you're right. I love you, Skuy. Do you
want to be as good as a parent as I?

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Just?

Speaker 2 (04:19):
I know? So it overbreak.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
I was definitely sitting around too much, but I was
trying to go to the gym a couple of times,
which I did end up doing, and I read was
sitting around a lot too, doing video games and just
fucking around on his computer and stuff. So I wanted
to see him get out more. And so one of
the days I was at the gym, I went up
to the front desk. I thought, I'm like, because I'm
allowed to bring a guest every time I go for free,

(04:44):
and so I thought i'd ask what the age limit was,
and they said, actually with a parent, thirteen and up
can go parent and I was like cool, So then
I said, bring him in if you want to bring
your son and I'll just register him and he'll be fine.
So I thought about this, and so I go home
that day and go, hey, I go, you want to
go check out the place with me?

Speaker 2 (05:02):
The gym.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
You want to go check it out and go work
out and see if you like it, because I can
bring you and you could come with me when I
go sometimes.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
He said okay.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Oh, he said okay, And so we did it the
other day for the very first time, and with there
we checked in.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
By the way, he's a beanie at the gym.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Guy, Oh my god. Yeah, that's so gross.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
That I've never seen.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
That's crazy. I'm shocked you let.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
That because it's so dumb.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
It was so gross. You sweat wear a hat?

Speaker 2 (05:39):
He's got a million hats.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
What about a headband? A headband?

Speaker 2 (05:43):
I I wear a hat.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
At the gym.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
You really? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (05:47):
But a beanie?

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Do you get extra sweaty when you wear hat?

Speaker 4 (05:50):
No, because it's it just stays out of my face.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
But does that hat get like rocked?

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Is that just I got?

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (05:58):
I got like three or four hats that I wear
to the gym hats. Yeah, And then I washed them
in the dishwasher.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
In the dishwasher yeah, is that what you do? You
have a dishwasher, you don't wash them in the washing machine?

Speaker 4 (06:09):
No, you can do either. But there's like a hat
thing you have and then you put it in the.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Dishwasher little hat. Yeah, yeah, the little hat.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
I could do that.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
I could do the washing machine. Yeah, spatulas and hats, but.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
You don't put it. I don't do it with these.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Oh, you don't with the dishes. And I guess.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Gross wow wow, So he's not No, he's not a
hat guy. He was ready to beat.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
Why does he need to look cool? Look at who
his mom is. The outfit matters, But you're wearing I don't.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
I've been to the gym a lot. I've never seen
somebody wear a knitted hat.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
I'm assuming it's the thing.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
Because I don't, but I haven't seen it.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
Yeah, because I go to fit, I go to extreme fitness,
I went to Lifetime.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
I still haven't seen it.

Speaker 6 (06:51):
But how many fifteen year olds are working out there?

Speaker 2 (06:54):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Like I just named three of the biggest gyms and sandy,
but I'm.

Speaker 6 (06:58):
Saying I'm assuming people twenty plus are working out there.
Like this may be like a kid thing, you know,
the beginning.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
I was assuming that when I saw it, because Reid
is very much like so interested in trends.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
Again, I don't know where he gets it from.

Speaker 5 (07:12):
Somewhere, he must have saw it somewhere, and I wasn't
even fucking focused on that, Like I literally kind of
was like.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Oh, that must be a thing, Like I don't know
because I don't want to the gym really much.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
So anyway, so I got over the bean, and so
we go and off we're off.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
We go to the gym.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
We check in and plan so you go this way,
I'll go this way, or we're going to work out together.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
No, there's a plan. Okay, there's a plan. On the
way there.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
I'm like, I'm like, so, do you know, like what
you're doing in there, because I, like, you know, I
don't have no clue what his.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Lower workout level is.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
You don't know what you're doing?

Speaker 5 (07:40):
I have no And he goes yeah, yeah, yeah, And
I go, oh, yeah, you actually did work out over
the summer a couple like for like a couple of
weeks with the baseball team, and they did gym days,
like a lot of it was conditioning in the gym.
I just thought maybe he'd know what the fuck's going
on from doing that, so he said he kind of did.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
I go okay. I told him my routine, which is
like the treadmill for thirty minutes. I was like, so
we'll go in.

Speaker 5 (08:01):
I'm gonna do the treadmill for like thirty minutes, and
then I'll do like one or two machines maybe, and
then that's basically it. And so he got in there,
and I think it was so fucking intimidating to him
that he was in a gym like that, because it's
only been at. The other Jimmy went to was the
Croc Center, which is like y M c A. And
it was like, not, it's not crowded in there at all.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
And it's like, I'm wearing a beanie.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
So hot, really hot, diego, and I bought milk to drink.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Decision.

Speaker 5 (08:38):
And the other Jimmy he's been too was the one
at high school and I'm with my mom.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
Worst decision of all.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
He didn't seem to.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
Bother the part bother raised that boy right.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
I raised that boy right, thank you. He didn't. He
did seem like super uncomfortable though. He decided he did.
I watched him.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
I'm on the treadmill and I just started and I
watched him. I'm in the back part with the treadmills,
and I could see the whole gym, and I kind
of just see him do like a lap or two,
and there's like this big like a couple of big
dudes just getting the after it and like looking at
him read super tiny and skinny and thin.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
That scared the ship out of him. So he eventually
ends up coming over and treadmilling with me.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
Oh, that's cute. Did you guys hold hands? This isn't
help you.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
So that's really cute. How sweet you two are on
you two were on a treadmill together. He's wearing a beanie.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
Yeah, are you holding hands?

Speaker 1 (09:31):
We're walking to the flower shop. Yeah you do.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
You tell him, hey, be careful, ready, go go too fast?

Speaker 5 (09:38):
Watch your incline talking walking, walking and talking with his mom.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
You guys get after after.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
I do that. I'm not like Sky. I'm not like Sky.
You're exactly the worst. He's just getting weird.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
Sky knows one.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
But yeah, okay, we're just walking and talking.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Okay, So the treadmill guy.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
So then I ended up getting done with the treadmill,
and because I'd already started it for.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
A while, it was like very much you're saying that.

Speaker 5 (10:16):
Eventually get him start, like tell him what point in
the direction, like go check that one.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
I'll go check that one out.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Giving him pointers which ones made a direction? Bro, he's
worked out before he looked, why isn't he with.

Speaker 5 (10:31):
And so we're done, we're wrapping it up here and
they do have a tanning bed there.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
Well, before you get into that, i'd be really worried
about Read because he's so skinny. They may confuse him
as the peg that you put in for the different ways.
Like one of those guys worried out there, like thinking
they're putting the peg in and shoved him in there.
I could be worried about him.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
I wasn't worried about that. I wasn't worried about that. Oh.

Speaker 5 (10:58):
So then we're getting ready to go and he knows
that I've been there and I used the tanning bed
that they offer because that's also.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Included, which is really what you signed up for.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
The gym twenty five walkouts?

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Did you do with Read?

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Did you guys work out work out with him? I
did not you were he wasn't like glutes.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
First moment, I'm going to do fly.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
That didn't happen.

Speaker 6 (11:22):
I don't know what.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
I don't know what he's doing. I don't know what.

Speaker 5 (11:24):
You don't know what.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
I don't know what he's doing. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
And then we were doing okay, we were all and
then let's.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
That's not what happened. That's not what happened. He brought up.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
This is just if a friend.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
I can't stress if a friend saw me with my
mom jem oh my god, my friends would kill me.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Yeah. But again, we didn't have cool mom. You know
that's the big tru This young cool mom over here.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
Rocking a slightly stupid hoodie around.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
She's so cool.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
The moms were different, then you have to remember them.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
My mom at fifteen, you wouldn't have worked out with
your mom. You would have you.

Speaker 4 (12:15):
Would have my mom, just like just like music was
so much better when I was a kid. That was
just like, moms were different.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Then Hey, so we're getting ready to go, and that's
when I.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Don't want to leave.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
Yeah, he's not like that. You're getting ready to leave.
And that's when Reid asked.

Speaker 5 (12:34):
Me if he could wait what he said? He wanted
to do the tanning really, And that's when I put
my foot down on that. Guys, I put my foot
down and I go, no, you can't do the tanning bed.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
I think that's like that's a step further.

Speaker 5 (12:46):
I don't even know if kids are even allowed in
the tanning bed, but I just told him no to that.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
Well, he's fifteen, he's not a kid.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
You're right, I don't think.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
But I don't know. I don't know what.

Speaker 6 (12:55):
Thee before dances back in the day, Like I remember
going to a tanning bed before, like junior prom or whatever.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
So I guess I did when I was in high school.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
But still does he tan with the beanie on?

Speaker 2 (13:12):
It gets.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
So you said no to that.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
I said no to the tanning bed.

Speaker 5 (13:20):
And then we're driving home from the gym, and that's
when because reads like Reid hates his pasty white legs
and he's like talks about it and all that stuff.
So he then asked me if he can use my
tanning stuff, my tanning cream, oh your self tanning, self
tanning lotion, And so I'm giving that a lot of thought.
This just happened yesterday, So I'm actually considering that what happened.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
To your spray tan machine that you bought during COVID.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
I don't know where it is, Like that would be
too far.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
Okay, this makes sense. What is going on here,
