Speaker 1 (00:00):
So as I get older, I have lost all patients
for bad customer. Wow, it's too crazy these days out there.
What happened? What happened is it was it COVID that
we lost all ability to treat customers like kindly. I
don't know. I don't even understand, Like there's so many

(00:22):
places I go to where they don't even welcome you anymore.
Oh yeah, it's it's just odd to me. And so
I'll admit this is not a great way to handle it.
But if you're if you're kind of rude as in
a customer service, and I'm the customer, I'm going to
give it back to you. And I had an incident
yesterday where it got real ugly, real fast. We ain't

(00:45):
done yet. It's time for the one podcast yet, completely
uncensored and unacting filtered except for that part. The show's
after show starts now. I'm still kind of shell shocked

(01:05):
at what happened to me yesterday. Really, yeah, it was bad.
It was so bad that I was literally shaking in
my car after it because I was so I was
so fucking pissed and I did it, And I still
don't really know what I'm gonna do. About it, because
I don't think there's really much I can do about it.

(01:25):
But this involved a gas station. Yes, and I'm not
going to say the name of it, but it rhymes
with shell. Oh it's okay, okay, okay, just actually said
that's quite I could totally be. It could be, you know,
pre gas station. They're a very big, very big. So
I need to get gas. And so I have a

(01:48):
gas card, you know, just a regular Shell card or
whatever that I always pay with my guest with. And
so pull into a Shell station and go to use
my Shell card first though, use my Ralph card, my
Rouse's card, get my gas points, put your phone number in, right, No,
I put my card in, and you got to take

(02:09):
it out real quick. You swipe your card, take it out,
and then it tells you whether or not you have
any points to your phone number my card. I have
my card, it's all my wallet.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
To get out.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Boom boom boom the Bible ten cents off a gallon
get I'm like, that's exciting. It's that's the lowest you get.
But still I'll take it. I mean, with gas prices
right now, anything helps.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
So I pumped, So sassy, I pumped I'm pumped.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Get so you're in a good mood, great mood. I'm
not a bad wood at all.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
You were skipping sense off.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
So then I put my shell card in, okay, and
it comes up declined.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Like that, you're not paying your bills?

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Is it getting that tough? Any you know? Me?

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Pal there?

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Ever? Once have I been lated with any bill?

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Been there?

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Okay, I've gone to the ATM, got insufficient funds a
couple of times in my life.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
It's not a good feel. Drugs there, there's the weight.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Well, this is a different story. No, there's zero reason
for this to happen. Yeah, it says go inside to
see cash here.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
That's the worst.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
So I'm assuming that it's that's crazy. I'm assuming it's
the pump you know, or whatever, because there's no.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Reason for me of this going forward to the next pump.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
No, I'm just going in. I'm already there. I'm already there.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
He's got his field points too.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Yeah, that's what I'm honestly really concerned. Probably I'm really concerned,
like did I use him to? Like I still have them?
So I actually have questions, Like I'm kind of concerned.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
I always try to avoid going in the gas station. Man,
I think everyone does well.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I mean sometimes you if you just like a lot
of people just pay with cash, so you know, ten
on number four or whatever. You know. Our family's going
in to get her Celsius. Her bumps at four o'clock.
Bump going in to get Celsius.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Whatever asked, she fucking moved. She gets her car.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
She she must turn off the car, grab her purse
with her arm, and then get out of the car
and slam the door before it actually even turns off. Wow,
And then go right into there, grabberr Celsius and be
back in the car before like it's really even off.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Is she even pumping the gas?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
I can't even imagine. I already have I don't even
grab my purses and the purse is already on my
arm as I'm pulling into the gas. I'm I'm already
everything's in.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
There, lady.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Yeah, I can't imagine.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
So obviously that's not my favorite situation. And I and
I gave a sigh. And then so I stroll in.
So I'm holding my shell card in my hand. So
I come strolling in and I say, uh, there's something
wrong with pump eleven. And it's not taking my card,
and she goes, how much you want in it? And

(04:53):
I go, what, I don't even understand the question, really,
I go, how much I want in it? I go, well,
I want to I go, so I go, I don't know,
like whatever, one hundred and twenty, which is insane by
the way, Yeah, truck, I got a big truck. I go,
one hundred and twenty. I guess, I don't know if
that's even gonna fill it, but if I got to
give you a number, I go one twenty. Yeah, And

(05:14):
she doesn't say a word, and I go, I got
Ralph's points too. She doesn't say a word, and then
she goes, all right, swipe it and then click on that.
I'm like, okay, whatever, swipe it. I still got my
ten cents off, okay. Yeah. So then I go to
pay with my shell card doesn't work, and I'm like,

(05:36):
what's going on? I go, I don't know what's happening.
And then she weirdly kind of changes her horrible attitude
and gets weirdly kind of excited and goes, oh, yeah,
this is happening, Like this is weird. You're like the
second customer today where it's not working their card isn't working.
I really don't know why, Like it's the weirdest. And
she like becomes chatty Kathy all of a sudden, and

(05:58):
I go, oh, well that's crazy. I go, I'm not
sure how I'm gonna pay now, you know, I mean
obviously I could use anything, but I mean this is
just you know, I'm just like, you know, whatever. Yeah,
And then all of a sudden, she starts shouting over
me to a person that's over towards where like the
front door is, and she goes, yeah, what's going on
with the shell cards that are not working? I don't

(06:19):
know what's happening over here. Blah blah blah blah blah.
And I turn around and it's like, I think the manager, oh,
because she has like a different shirt color the important
So I'm guessing your manager material here, yeah, and she
goes she goes she now the manager yells at me
across the store.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
From across Yes, this is weird, and.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
She goes, what card is it? That's how she says
it to me, What card is it? And so I
just kind of turn around and I hold up my
shell card and she she does this and I'm not
putting this on. I'm telling you, this is exactly how
it goes down. She goes, I can't see that.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
She's like squinting at you, and she yells.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
At me, I can't.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
I can't see that, Like you're an a hole.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
The fucking walk I I start walking closer to her. No,
she's not moving.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
This is crazy.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
I walk closer up to her with my card and
she goes, what is that? I don't know what that is?
Is it a debit card? Is a credit card? Is
it a gas card? What is that? And I'm like,
holy shit, why are you talking to me like this.
I'm the one that got butt fucked here, Like I
don't know why you're attacking me. And I go, it's
what I pay for my gas. It's how I pay

(07:30):
for my gas. It's a Shell card. And she goes,
don't talk to me like that, No way, no way.
Now I'm stunned you're coming at me. And I'm not
even really giving it back at this point. I'm just explaining, like,
first of all, you don't know what a shell card
looks like. You work at fucking Shell. Yeah, you've never
seen this card before. Huh, Like, what the fuck are

(07:52):
you talking about that's insane, and she's pissed at me,
and so she goes, don't talk to me like that,
and I go, I go, excuse me. I go, you
realize I'm the customer, right for you? Well now I'm
fucking now I'm hot. And I go, you realize I'm
the customer, right? She goes, I don't care. That doesn't
give you the right to talk to me like that.
I go, you're coming at me. Go what are you

(08:14):
talking about? Lady? Over to you to even get fucking heap?
I go, Am I in the fucking twilight zone right now?
I go, I go, I don't know what you're talking about.
I go, you're you're talking to me in a very
disrespectful manner, and now you're arguing me and I'm the
customer who's your thing's not working? What are you talking about?
And she goes, you're just Maca's car doesn't work. And

(08:37):
I go, okay, now it's fucking what.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
I go.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Are you? I go, I go, are you okay? I go?
Are you out of your mind? I go? How are
you talking to a customer like this? I go? How
do you have any business?

Speaker 2 (08:49):
I go?

Speaker 1 (08:49):
This is insane? I go, what did I do that
was wrong? I go, this is crazy. She goes, just
get the hell out of here. What No, Now, I'm like,
she said, get the hell just get the hell out
of here. And I'm like, and I turn around and
I'm looking. I'm like, I'm I being punked.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Where are the cameras? And I'm like, what sky's gonna
come out? Gotcha?

Speaker 1 (09:10):
Bro? So I literally go, all right, I go, I
will never fucking come here again. And I go and
you can fuck off. Yes, yes, I did not the
best way to handle it. I don't recommend anybody doing that.
But and then she goes, have a nice day, and

(09:30):
I go, fuck you, and I walked out.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Wow, that's one of the craziest.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
It is one of the create And then so now
I'm like, fucking so shaky, and I fired up, and
I'm like and I still don't know why my car
didn't work. I still know why my car didn't work.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Yeah, and you lost those points?

Speaker 1 (09:47):
No I didn't. No, I didn't because I never used them.
I never used them, So I shoot, don't say that,
have a nice day.
