Speaker 1 (00:00):
So yesterday we were talking about our vacations, and towards
the end of what I was talking about for my vacation,
I mentioned that I was on a crazy flight on
the way home, and I didn't really have a chance
to go into detail about it. Well, it turns out
people want to know why was it crazy? Why did
you have such a crazy fight? So I will go
into detail on what I consider the craziest flight I've

(00:22):
ever been on. We ain't done yet. It's time for
the one podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Over a year, completely uncensored and unacting filtered except for
that part, the part.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
The show's after show starts.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Now, Yeah, this was This was a pretty wild one.
I'm not gonna lie. Some of the things that you
see in the movies and TV shows actually happened on
this flight.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
What.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Yeah, it was. It was wild. It was wild. I've
never experienced anything like this before. So we were coming
home from Orlando, and you know, everything was going fine. Really.
We were a little bit delayed in Orlando because of
the weather, but other than that, no big deal. So
we're about i don't know, maybe forty five minutes to
an hour in the air. When you know, I'm sitting

(01:16):
there I'm watching a movie and there starts to become
a commotion on the flight, and then one of the
flight attendants gets on the loudspeaker and says something that
I've never heard before, but I've only heard in movies
and stuff. She comes on, she goes, yes, your attention, please,

(01:40):
do we have any doctors.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
On board.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Or nurses or anybody with a medical degree that could
help us with a medical emergency we're having right now.
And I'll be honest with you, I didn't immediately have
a thought of concern for whoever is going on. My
immediate thought was, Ah, fuck, are we gonna turn the
flight around? Yeah, we're up in the air for an hour,

(02:05):
so are we gonna turn around right now? Yeah? Yeah,
that's a horrible thing to think. But that's all I
could think about.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
And as soon.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
As you said that, that's the first thought I've had,
because I've been on a flight like that. Really, we
were halfway to Hawaii, No, half no way way to Hawaii.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Is there a doctor on board?

Speaker 4 (02:25):
And about five minutes later, due to a medical emergency,
we are going to have to head to lax and
Land get somebody to the hospital. And then yeah, it
was the longest day ever. And so now when I
hear that, I feel horrible for me, that fucking person.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
But that was my first thought when you said I did.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
I mean, I can't lie? Immediately went off. Fuck yeah.
And so now headphones is out, my buds are out.
Now I'm like, what's going on? This is happening all
the way at the front of the plane. I'm in
road twenty seven, so I don't know what the fuck's
going but I see people. There's the people or nobody's
getting up from the announcement. I'm waiting for the doctor

(03:05):
to get up or a nurse. Nobody's getting up. And
so now I'm also having the thought of are doctors
freaked out of like, I'm not gonna get involved because
I could get sued my ability issues. I don't know.
But we're on a flight, like who fucking cares? Like
help out? And so they got on again and said, hey,
do we have any doctors or nurses or anybody who
can help.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
I would my brother in laws of doctors.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
So that doesn't make you no, you're really not. Uh So,
finally a couple of ladies got up. I'm assuming they're nurses.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Okay, could be doctors.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
I don't want to know.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Why can't you assume their doctors?

Speaker 1 (03:44):
Looking at them, I just they look like nurses, don't.
I could be wrong.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
I would honestly make the same assumption because I feel
like if they were a doctor, they would have got
up on the first announcement, And because maybe they're like
a lower level nurse or something, that's why they waited
to like, please anybody.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
I don't know. I don't know the level of nursing
they had, but I just assumed they were older ladies
that got up, you know, like no, no, I didn't.
It didn't scream doctor to me. I could be wrong, right,
But two of them get up. They go to the
front of the plane, then the flight attendants. There's a
massive commotion, running back and forth, back.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
And forth and freaking out.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Somebody brings out an oxygen take. Somebody brings out this
kit that I don't know what the fuck it is,
and they're going back and forth, back and forth, and
I'm like, holy shit, something really bad is going on
right now, we're fucking turning around.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
I would, damn it, I would be terrified.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Terrified, nothing's happening to you.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
I just emergencies like that freak me the funk out,
like I can't.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Like, I'm glad.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
I'm glad if there's ever an emergency to get the
fuck away from Emily.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
Remember the earthquake.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Oh, I'm running as far as I can't.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
What's happening?

Speaker 3 (04:55):
Am I gonna see somebody die?

Speaker 1 (04:58):
What's it? Like? I I don't know why.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
They're right, You're right, okay, stuck in the air.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
So I don't know. I still don't really know what's
going on. Well, this flight had a giant group of
like high school volleyball girls on it. There was a
big tournament I think in Orlando. Uh they were from
San Diego, I guess, and they were all flying home.

(05:27):
So it's a big gaggle of them all around My
daughter's age at fifteen, which that age not my favorite.
Girls at that age are very dramatic. They're they're a
lot to deal with. I know this personally because I
have one, and so like Emily is now, that's exactly

(05:47):
so how Emily was acting is how they were acting.
They get out of their seats, all get and there
was a big group of them behind me in like
the row behind me, and they're all congested, going, oh
my god, it's going on. I can't believe anything. Something
that's going on. She's gonna be okay. I don't know.
It's like, this is all happening right behind and I'm like,
get shut the fuck up. And they're in the aisle

(06:10):
as these flight attendants are trying to get by them,
and I'm like, clear the aisle, yeah, clearly, what's it like,
nobody's telling them to go sit down their moms. They
are chit chatting too, you know, and I'm just like,
what is going on? This is nuts. Well, come to
find out it's one of their friends who is having
the medical emergency, and so I go, okay, well that

(06:30):
makes a little bit more sense of why there's so
much chatter going on or whatever. And so I don't
know exactly what went down, but I kind of it's
one thing or the other from what I gathered from
from their talking. So there was a girl who was
injured and said tournament and she had like a ankle

(06:51):
wrap and was in a wheelchair, and they brought her
onto the flight in a wheelchair because she like sprained
her ankle or something like that. Okay, And so when
they were waiting for the flight. I saw all this
go down because they were literally sitting right next to
me and couldn't be more loud. They take the wrap
off and they put on like tiger bomb on her

(07:13):
ankle and then they rewrapped it, and that was a
hole to do in a whole combotionh blah. And so
either one of two things was going on. Either this
is what the rumor was from the girl from the
Girls from the fifteen year old ols is either she
uh has this issue with her ankle and because of

(07:34):
the altitude and the said nerve injury that all the
swelling it made the side of her face go numb.
Holy shit, And so you know you hear sid your
face go numb. I'm sure everybody freaked out thinking stroke
of something was going on. And so it was either

(07:55):
something with that or they thought that when she fell
asleep she had tiger bomb on her hand and was
leaning against her hand and then made her face go
number probably, which is what I think is that.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
And then you get the mom like freaked out, like
sky over here who goes who just said, holy shit?

Speaker 1 (08:17):
Could you imaginef that happened?

Speaker 2 (08:18):
In Sweet Lovely she wakes up with her face numb,
Sky would kick through the door of the pilot cockpit
and demand the plane turned around. Definitely, lan Lan, Now,
my daughter's cheek is numb.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
She's sleeping on tiger bomb. We don't know that ship.
Let me see you smile.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
That's crazy, because that's either very serious or very fucking embarrassing,
like it was.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
I think it was a little of both. Yeah, either
way if.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
It's a tiger bomb. But but those blood clots, that's
a serious thing.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
Yeah, I don't know what it be. But the commotion
and started to die down a little bit, so I
know it wasn't that sort.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
All the girls started going typical fucking Gena making it
all about herself.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Why on the team? Yeah, they say, played that weekend song.
I can't right. They were joking around, Yeah, they started
making fun of her. They all started calling her face.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Yeah, that's all face.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
So as this is going on, and this again is
kind of a serious situation, everybody's freaking out. You know,
there's so much commotion going on in the flight. The
lights are on. I'm like, oh, it's one of those. Yeah,
you know, all of a sudden, another commotion breaks out
about i'd say seven or eight rows in front of me,

(09:44):
so this is happening in the front of the play
in the medical emergency. And then about seven or eight
rows in front of me. I'm in row twenty seven,
so like row twenty ish, maybe a little bit higher
than that. There are another crazy commotion starts breaking out
and a girl starts literally screw all. This is happening
on my flight and I'm like, what the fuck is
going on now? And I'm like, does she have Tigerbahma's?

(10:08):
And people are jumping out of their seats and they're
freaking out, and I'm like, what the fuck is going
on now?

Speaker 3 (10:14):
Is there a fight breaking out? I've seen that on.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
No fight, but I did consider getting out my phone
because i was like, oh.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
Yeah, uh.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Then the I see the flight attendants again make a
bee line running running back and forth, and I'm like,
what the fuck is going on? Well, then one of
them starts running back with a red like hazard material
bag and I'm like, did fucking somebody throw up? Oh no,

(10:43):
that's the worst, dude. If I smell that, I'm done.
This is gonna be a scene. And I just don't
know what's going on, So I'm just kind of now
I got to put my head down and just like
all right, I just concentrate on whatever, like don't think
about this, like this is not good, like now at
this point, just turn this fucking thing around, like get

(11:06):
me off this flight, like I can't take it anymore.
So I'm watching what's going on, and I'm seeing, you know,
like they're like they're getting into the seat, and I'm
like this, somebody puked. I guess. Well. Then of course,
another little busy body girl comes back, walking over and
she is telling everybody what happened. What happened was a

(11:29):
service dog has shit everywhere, because what happened was one
of the nurses that got up to go help had
said service dog, and so she asked whoever was sitting
next to her, can you watch my dog while I
go help? Well, this dog got anxiety without their owner

(11:52):
and shit everywhere. Oh god, I did.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
The dog yell out it wasn't me. Weere on my
can't smell. That would be funnou, that'd be hilarious. The
girl comes back saying, the dogs swears it wasn't.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
So so now I'm just watching this go down. H
A girl comes walking back and she has like these
sweats on and she goes, it's ship on me. I did,
I don't. That's funny. That's just funny. It ship on me.

(12:30):
So I just start laughing. And I'm watching it and
they're cleaning it up. They have to clean it up
with the salt. So that's what I'm waiting for. That's
what I'm waiting for, because it's only about eight rows
up and I'm like, if I fucking start smelling dog ship,
I'm in trouble because it's not good. And so I decide,
all right, I gotta get something and just put my

(12:52):
nose in it because I can't. I can't. So I did.
I got a box. We had a box of Skittles
in my backpack. It was Jack's. I opened it up
and just put my nose the whole time, a boutch
of skindles on my nose. So I survived. But it
was like one thing after the other, and I was

(13:14):
just like, this is fucking crazy. Get me off this
fucking flight right now,
