The hosts dive into the world of politics, discussing the rise of socialism in the US and the potential consequences of a socialist government. They also touch on the topic of healthcare, with one of the hosts sharing his personal experience with the high cost of health insurance and the benefits of Obamacare. Dan is all over it.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
He's on it like blue bonnet, and I love that
about Dan. I got to tell you a little bit
about what's going on today, though I am in a mood.
My name's Mark Major. I do the Troubleshooter Show, Tom
and I do that every single day, Monday through Friday
right here on six point thirty kh W. What I
generally do is I'm going after bad contractors and pieces

(00:38):
of crap.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Yeah, people that rip other people off. That is what
we do ten am to two.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
But anytime I want to dive into politics, I got
to tell you what happens. Tom has created a show
over the years where I'm a little embarrassed to say,
I'm a lot of liberals.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Listen a lot of liberals. Unlike most talk shows, it's
just they it is.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
So if I come out and have any opinions politically
on Trump or even local government, for God help us,
Oh my god, the hate mail rolls in.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Oh, who is that soob? He shouldn't be talking politics
during the Troubleshooter Show. So I am glad to.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Have an outlet to Dan has allowed me to have
today to talk about politics. And like most shows, I
always have my beautiful wife join me, whether it's the
Troubleshooter Show or this show, or way back in the
day when I was on KOA, when I had my
computer shows, even further back into the nineties. I love
having my wife. Suzanne well Mark and I brought. I

(01:38):
brought along.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
I asked to join me.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
I'm trying to think how to put it, and I
was gonna I was coming up with the way what I.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
Should refer is he a brother from another mother.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
No, okay, no, he's not Chop Liver Chop, A nephew
from another sister.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
A nephew from another sister.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Tim Susanne and I side note really quick, and I'll
tell you what we're gonna be talking about. I want
everybody to understand what we're gonna be talking about today.
H Franceshka Hong. I cannot believe she won think about this, missus,
cancel Thanksgiving, abolish ice and white people should die.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Let's just put it for what it is.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Although she's married to a white dude, which is absolutely bonkers.

Speaker 5 (02:21):
To me, and old people give her anxiety and old
people old people.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
So Dimitri, you're in trouble people. By the way, he
is not Chopliver. That is Dmitri. And he is on
the show with us every single day or close to
just to be placed hooky a lot do th week. Yeah,
so he's on the Troubleshooter Show as well. Well, we're
going to talking about her the Michigan the Michigan primary.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
El said.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
El said, I didn't think he was gonna win. Probably
around eleven o'clock last night. I saw a little comeback coming,
but that didn't happen. We're gonna be talking about that.
We're gonna talk about how the liberals listen to this.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I love this.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
The liberals actually created you ready for this, The liberals
actually created a gun surge.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Here in Colorado.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
Oh yeah, there was more applications, more background checks done
fas to the.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Liberals, and I love the Liberals.

Speaker 6 (03:14):
Well, that comes, that's one of the reasons I love them.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Mark.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
That comes as no surprise. I mean, when Obama was
elected gun sales went through the roof and remained like
that for years. So we've got a lot to talk about.
But I want to do right now. I do want
to dive into hang And by the way, that is Dmitri. Dmitri,
for God's sake.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
What is your last name?

Speaker 6 (03:33):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (03:33):
You know, Chockli.

Speaker 6 (03:34):
We're gonna stay with Chopoiver for the day.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
If we're running a camera somewhere and usually during the
Troubleshooter show we have the camera.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
This guy, this guy.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Dmitri literally won't sit where he's sitting now because he
doesn't want people to see. He drives like a nineteen
thirty nine Lincoln. His Lincoln was the last car there
was actually astray.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
It's a beer, yeah, Mark, it's a but it's.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
A real bet. Mark.

Speaker 6 (03:58):
I'm in the garbage business, as you know, so I
have to protect my anonymity for safety.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
We call that back where I'm from in South Jersey.
As you're in the mafia, well the mafiosa.

Speaker 6 (04:08):
You know, it's not called the mafia anymore.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
What do you think about this? Lady?

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Think about this Hong By the way, three three seven,
one three eight, two five five. We love taking calls
as well. Anything you want to chime in, It's very simple.
Three oh three seven one three talk. So she wins,
Think about this, Wisconsin, that's as purple as he gets.
Wisconsin is not California. Wisconsin's not New York. It's Wisconsin,

(04:34):
she wins.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
She wants to get rid of Thanksgiving.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Okay, first of all, who in their right mind wants
to get rid of Thanksgiving?

Speaker 2 (04:40):
They already got rid.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Of the Italian holiday. You know what I'm going to say, right,
what is it? Marco Polo?

Speaker 7 (04:45):
No?

Speaker 6 (04:46):
What is It's the Columbus? Then, yeah, they got rid of,
By the way, one of my favorite holidays. I still
celebrated every year, proudly celebrated. I even wear a shirt Thanksgiving.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
Why would anybody in their right mind want to get
rid of Thanksgiving? Parents come out, biggest liberals in the world.
We celebrate. We break bread with our neighbors, our neighbors
from California.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Over on Thanksgiving.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
That's where everybody comes together and our family, our friends
in order to discuss lots of things and break bread
and eat together. Why would anybody want to get rid
of Thanksgiving?

Speaker 5 (05:19):
I think there might be a lot of women up
there in Wisconsin crossing their fingers.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
To get rid of Thanksgiving.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
No wait, wait, why would women No, no, no, why
would women.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Giving stereotyping suits?

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Why would women in Thanksgiving want to get rid of Thanksgiving?

Speaker 5 (05:35):
Well, lucky you, you, mister beer drinker, football watcher, all
day long on Thanksgiving in the kitchens, playing trying to
make it all happen.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
For the family.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
He's playing the feminine card.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
She's playing the we're in the kitchen, we're cooking. But
in my house, I don't know about other people. That's
not necessarily true.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Yeah, you can smoke her one of them.

Speaker 6 (06:01):
Yeah, career complaining about you doing all the cooking.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Yeah, you know what else this woman said, Think about this, Demitri,
think about this. Police exist to uphold white supremacy.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
That's a quote. What a dumb ass, that's it. So
there's no black police people, And if there are, what
does that mean?

Speaker 6 (06:22):
Yeah? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Doesn't that mean black people do the same thing?

Speaker 6 (06:25):
Well, Mark, I really can't explain her reasoning, right, Yeah,
but you have.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
To dig into it. Doesn't it scare you, honest to god,
doesn't it scare you a little bit that these people
are winning?

Speaker 6 (06:38):
No? No, I've been rooting for them.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
I know, yeah, you're that Michael Brown. Michael Brown was
saying that today you are the worst people ever.

Speaker 3 (06:46):
But I would have never have thought they'd even have
enough to win a primary. For God's sake, they're all
to We're right, that is a surprise.

Speaker 6 (06:53):
But that's no reason to not root for them, because look,
they are shining the light on themselves, right. They are cut.
The mask is off. They are coming out as what's
really underneath these people's surface when they typically run for office.
So it exposes the nuttiness, it exposes the criminality, it
exposes all these things that will ultimately be used against them.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
She literally said Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving? Do I sound like her?
Does she have a deeper voice like I do? Thanksgiving?
I bet she does sound like that. I bet she does.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
I don't even know what she sounds like. I bet Okay. Anyhow,
I'll go back.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
To what I was saying, incredibly painful for many Thanksgiving.
I'm thinking, who the hell is it painful for? Once again,
I know a lot of people.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
From a lot of people. Maybe the turkeys, maybe the.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Turkeys, you know, mark families get together. It's not all roses.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
You know that's true. Families. We talked about that last time.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
A lot of grief, a lot of hurt feelings, things
come up. You know, you get triggered when you see
certain family members. I won't mention them, but you personally do.

Speaker 6 (08:00):
Says he can say that about any holiday. I mean, traditionally.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Probably want to get rid of Christmas. I can't.

Speaker 6 (08:06):
I can't.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
I'm sure Christianity is just the worst thing that ever
happened to these people.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Seriously.

Speaker 6 (08:12):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, well this is this is just
the beginning of the nuttiness.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Any fund and abolish that's their words. It's crazy, man.

Speaker 6 (08:22):
Yeah. And these are the people who have police protecting
them as their own personal security detail at taxpayer excity.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
I know people bring up that argument. It's still, honest
to God, scares the hell out of me. They want
I understand the other argument, we really don't want that
center Democrat winning because that'll be harder in the general election. Well,
that could be true, but I'm not sure about that anymore.
I'm really not sure about that. And I'm not going

(08:49):
to tie it into local politics for a little bit.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
But there's people.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Out here winning that I never thought would have won.
We moved here in ninety three, this entire state. You know, honestly,
we had the horror loving mayor before this one. Seriously,
we did. This guy was out doing Horse. I don't
know else to put it. If other people want a
sugarcoat to do it. I think Dave's looking at me like, wait,
are you allowed to say that on the air.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Yeah, he was a horror loving mayor. I'm sorry he was.

Speaker 6 (09:16):
I thought he had an affair with a while he
was married with a married police detective who was in
his personal security.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
He also liked horse. Oh wow, yeah, I mean, I
don't know what else.

Speaker 6 (09:26):
You'd be great if we can get him to call
in and talk about it. Do you think, oh, he
never do present his side of the story.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
I'd love to get Mayor Mike on someday.

Speaker 6 (09:33):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna hold You.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
Think honestly that this Hong is gonna win?

Speaker 8 (09:39):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (09:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:40):
You think so?

Speaker 6 (09:41):
Oh yeah, I'm trying to remain optimistic.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
You think she's gonna win?

Speaker 7 (09:46):
Well?

Speaker 6 (09:46):
Yeah, I mean, look, if the likes of ilhan Omar won,
why couldn't she and why wouldn't we want her to mark?
I mean, it's gonna be pretty miserable Wisconsin.

Speaker 3 (09:56):
I know people in Wisconsin. I think I think Wisconsin.
I don't think she's gonna win. I think the guy's
name is Mike. I forget the guy running against her.

Speaker 6 (10:05):
I'm not sure. But look at it this way, Mark,
from this perspective, it took an Obama to give us Trump.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
It did take right okay, But now that we have
a Trump, let's spin that around. Now that that pendulum
has gone way up.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Here and Obama had it way the other.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
Directly, does that mean the socialist is knocking on the door.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
Well, I don't think it's a foregone conclusion. It certainly
is a possibility, because the pendulum is real, that's for sure.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
Susan.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
When when your friends here, women, when women here? Or
do you guys talk politics when you're in yoga?

Speaker 2 (10:40):
You don't? You know what don't they talk?

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Like?

Speaker 2 (10:43):
What's that bread? Do you make?

Speaker 5 (10:44):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (10:45):
Sour dough?

Speaker 2 (10:45):
We talk, We talk about shoes, family, cat videos, those.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
We don't talk politics in yoga, though, you're missing out,
all right.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Listen, we got Jay on the line, Jay hold tight
three oh three seven one three two five five.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
We got to take this break. We come back.

Speaker 3 (11:03):
We're going to talk to Jay a little more on
the canceling Thanksgiving, but more importantly, I want to talk
about this, Abdul l said in some of the things
going on there, because even compared to the nutcase we've
been talking about today or this first segment Hong, I

(11:26):
think he's even worse. I think these are the kind
of people that truly hate this country. Why they're running
is for one reason only to dismantle and turn this
country into something they want, which is them at the top.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
In all of us at the bottom.

Speaker 9 (11:46):
Hold on, and now back to the Dan Kaplis Show
podcast radio.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
I remember him and who was it back in the day?
Who was that, Suzanne?

Speaker 2 (12:00):
It was Dan? And then the liberal dude.

Speaker 6 (12:02):
Oh, the former he was a former prosecutor.

Speaker 3 (12:05):
Yeah, what was his name? For the life of me,
he was pretty good too. I liked Kaplus and Silverman.

Speaker 10 (12:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
I always wondered whatever happened. I believe Silverman's still around.
I just don't know. But listen, we're talking all kinds
of things. Three oh three seven one three eight two
five five. We'd love to hear from you, Jay, What
is your comment on what I believe is going to
be L said, The thing.

Speaker 11 (12:29):
Is we do that they have these elections won by pluralities,
not majorities. And in the in that election in Michigan,
there was another woman who was a mainstream Democrat, yeah,
named Malory McMorrow.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
She got like forty seven point five percent.

Speaker 11 (12:47):
She got four. No, Halie Stevens got forty seven point
five yep.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
But there was a third woman, a third person running.
She got two or three? Yeah, four, and she dropped
down July fifth, but they already had the printed Why
do you drop pull?

Speaker 7 (13:02):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (13:02):
I see that's why people voted for him.

Speaker 3 (13:04):
Are you saying, are you coming to the conclusion that
if she.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Was not on the ballot that the moderate would have won?

Speaker 11 (13:13):
She receives would have won by about one or two
percent at least here.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
I don't know, if I I don't know, I don't know.
What do you?

Speaker 11 (13:20):
I don't hear any other journalists talking about this report.

Speaker 6 (13:23):
Is there anyone?

Speaker 1 (13:24):
So?

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Is he saying it's a power play?

Speaker 3 (13:26):
No?

Speaker 4 (13:27):
They did that intentionally.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
The one woman drops out, but before she dropped out,
they already printed the ballot so they couldn't get.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
Her off of them. So I guess what I was
really wondering, what.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
Jay thinks, Jay, Do you think so? You don't think
people realized that she was running? I mean, do you
do you think those people that voted that four percent
knew that she dropped out?

Speaker 10 (13:48):
Or no?

Speaker 2 (13:50):
I don't think they knew.

Speaker 11 (13:51):
I think people lost busy with their lives every day. Yeah,
and they see a name that's out Mallory Morrow. It's
a good Ilish name, that's a good game.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
Do you think do you think the Democrat Socialist what
do they call them, the DMA DSA DSA, the DSA
Communist Do you think that there is a chance because
of them, they'll take to Senate?

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Do you think that's going to happen?

Speaker 4 (14:21):
I think it's a possibility.

Speaker 11 (14:22):
It's very frightening.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
That is, it's very frightening to me.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
And I'm sick of people out there. And look, there's
people right not not literally around me in this room.
But although Dmitri might think about this that are convinced
that come a general election, all the moderates are going
to vote for the Republicans.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
And I'm not so sure about that.

Speaker 6 (14:39):
Oh, I'm not so sure about that either. Mark. I
have a longer game plan, which is, let's give these
people a couple of years in the limelight. Let's see,
let them show what they really like, let them show
what the agenda of the Democrats socialists really is, and
let us see how miserable they make the people in
their own jurisdiction.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
You know, hey, who was the who was the guy
with the Nazi tattoo?

Speaker 2 (15:03):
And they did a Latin?

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Yeah, Platner, do you realize now? Listen, I don't know.
I'm gonna put you in hold, Jay. I appreciate your call.
Three zero three seven one three talk. We can free
that up.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
But listen, do you realize this Platner's replacement? Do you know?

Speaker 3 (15:18):
I'm pretty sure. Now, Look, there might be people out
there that agree with what he did. Okay, there might
be people out there, like, Hey, I married my second
cousin too. They said that's normal where he's from. Nowhere
in my life did I ever consider marrying my second cousin. Now,
I guess I could have read bad information on that,

(15:40):
But I'm pretty sure his replacement do you know his name?
I know, I'm pretty sure he married his second cousin.
Yet I find that a little strange.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Yeah, it's a little disturbing, a little disturbing.

Speaker 3 (15:53):
Did you ever ask your second cousin out? No, Suzanne,
did you ever date a second cousin? I can understand
like your parents saying hey you, uh, can you please
bring a little Timmy to the prom because he doesn't
have a date or something.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
No, I might add a few family members do stuff
like that. Oh, being from Olklahoma, sit.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Let me tell you.

Speaker 3 (16:15):
I'm not going to get into it in depth, but
there's parts of her family tree that simply don't appear
to branch. We got a lot more coming up, Troy.
Hold tight three oh three, seven to one three talk.

Speaker 9 (16:42):
You're listening to the Dan Kaplis Show podcast.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
People that were hurt in an accident? Happy he's in
court today. It's pretty simple like that. We've been talking
about a lot of stuff. We were talking about, uh,
the primaries last night, and that's some crazy stuff. The
one I want to move on to in Troy, I'm
going to come to you in just one second here,
but I do want to come and start talking about

(17:07):
l said, you know, it's kind of the same way
abolish ie Medicare for all, defund the police. I don't
know his stance on Thanksgiving. I'm not sure he was
ever asked. But he also hangs out with that one
podcaster that just drives me crazy. And this guy is
the most anti American person I have ever seen.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
And I don't understand.

Speaker 3 (17:30):
I get they want to change the country, but I
think it's much more nefarious than what they pretend. I
would love for everybody to have free groceries. I would
love for everybody to have free healthcare and everything else.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
I mean, wouldn't you, san wouldn't you?

Speaker 4 (17:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (17:46):
Sure?

Speaker 7 (17:46):
Why not?

Speaker 2 (17:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (17:47):
Why wouldn't it? But it never works. No one can
ever point to a place where it's actually worked. You
want to talk about just a healthcare part if you're
on the exchange and actually make some money getting in
for instance of that. You know people that work here
for iHeart, they have a corporate plan, They pay a
certain amount of money, and they probably have good coverage.
One like myself and my wife here that are you know,

(18:11):
sole proprietors. We don't have a company paying for our
health insurance. We pay a ton. I mean we pay
thirty thousand a year, close to thirty thousand a year.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
What are our premiums each month? Fifteen hundred just about mark, Yeah,
fifteen hundred for the proctum.

Speaker 4 (18:27):
I'm a premium though.

Speaker 5 (18:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
Then because we have an HSA, we've got to be
as a couple, like I want to say, ten to
fourteen thousand out of pocket before benefit one.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
So we pay thirty thousand a year and hopefully we
don't need it. I understand hospitalization, cancer, a lot of
things that could happen. You're gonna wish you had health insurance.
But so far in our lives since Obamacare, we pay
about thirty thousand a year for a free health exam
once a year.

Speaker 6 (18:58):
Yeah, well, don't forget mark. You also can get free abortions.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
That's true. That's true. I can. So I choose to
get an abortion, I can get one.

Speaker 6 (19:06):
I just don't want to be one sided about it.
So I forgot some important benefits of Obamacare.

Speaker 3 (19:10):
I do love how Obamacare said, listen, whether you can
have a baby or not, you're going to.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Have to pay for that benefit.

Speaker 3 (19:17):
Just just spread out the cost. I mean, think about how
obnoxious that is. Yeah, I mean, really that's it. But
I do want to say this. I love the fact
I wish there was medicare for all. I really do,
because then I wouldn't be spending that thirty thousand.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
I really do.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
But what I fear is we'd become like Canada, where
you know, if you want something done, you come over here,
you come to the United States. I mean really, that's
what it comes down to.

Speaker 6 (19:44):
And the other thing that they do in Canada is
they author you offer you medical euthanization for.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
Well, there's a lot of people I think that could
be good for I can.

Speaker 6 (19:55):
I'll nominate a few.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
Yeah, I mean it's crazy, Susannah, what do you think?

Speaker 6 (20:00):
Think?

Speaker 3 (20:00):
Honestly, what do you think of our health insurance?

Speaker 2 (20:03):
And I'll leave it at day.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
It's kind of a weird question. Mark.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
Maybe you can explain to me why. I know people
that go to Mexico for this, that and the other.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
And we have a deputy on our show each day
they go there for dental care.

Speaker 6 (20:14):
Went to didn't you go to Costa Rica?

Speaker 3 (20:18):
And we know a lot of people that go somewhere
in Arizona. Then they go right over the border. Uh,
for not just dental but for general checkups.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
Is because it's what way better, way cheaper.

Speaker 6 (20:27):
Paper, It's way cheaper.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
I heard some of the facilities.

Speaker 3 (20:30):
Now I'm talking more dental and by the way, why
healthcare coverage. Why as much money as we spend on
healthcare coverage, why the hell dential's not included?

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Is absolutely mind buying?

Speaker 4 (20:41):
Well, your mouth is assault to your window, to your soul.
You know it is.

Speaker 2 (20:46):
You can get an infection in a tooth and end
a bid, but it is not. But they don't cover dental.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
So people go to other places on this earth to
get it done. And I remember Clint who used to
work for us on the Troubleshooter Show. He would go
over the border there to Mexico, and he showed me.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
Pictures of the facilities. They're absolutely gorgeous.

Speaker 3 (21:08):
I love our dentist out in Elizabeth, but my god,
I mean these places were top notch.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
Well when they have a quarter of the price. Why
how Why insurance?

Speaker 4 (21:19):
Because we require people.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
To carry insurance stuck their greasy, grimy little fingers in there.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
And I'm a capitalist.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
If I owned insurance stock right now, I probably wouldn't
be saying this.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
I'm not going to lie.

Speaker 3 (21:32):
I vote with my wallet, that's me and most people do, honestly.
So if I had nothing, so if I had nothing
when we were coming out of our bankruptcy in the
early two thousands.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
I would have voted for this socialism crap.

Speaker 5 (21:45):
I mean, are you saying they don't have health insurance? Insurance?
In Central America.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
And Mexico they do, but they they're not forced to
have it, like right here in Colorado.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
It's really crazy.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
I'm not sure how we got health on health insurance,
but in Colorado the plans say sell on the exchange
have to meet a certain criteria. For example, the abortion,
even if you're a male, you have to pay for that.
And yes, you can look it up. That's very true.
And up until somewhat recently when the Supreme Court said, no,
you can't charge a penalty if you didn't buy health

(22:16):
insurance and chose not to. Like friends of ours, Mike
and Steph, they just they're young. They're like, we don't
need it.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
Mark.

Speaker 6 (22:22):
I wasn't the Supreme Court. They actually upheld it. It
was Trump. He issued an executive order through the IRS.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
Oh I didn't know that too, and he.

Speaker 6 (22:29):
Ordered them to stop enforcing the penalty provision of Obama Kit.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
So it's still there, it's just not in force on
the books.

Speaker 6 (22:36):
They just don't collect it, Okay.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
I always thought the entire law was kind of.

Speaker 6 (22:42):
The law.

Speaker 3 (22:43):
It's still there in its entirety. Unfortunately, I did not
know that. I really thought that had to do with
the Supreme Court. Yeah, well, I appreciate that correction.

Speaker 6 (22:51):
It's because the old school media is not going to
give Trump credit for anything.

Speaker 3 (22:56):
Hey, Troy, what all I see on the screen here
is politics?

Speaker 10 (23:03):
Hey Mark, Hey Troy, how you doing?

Speaker 2 (23:07):
I'm doing all right? How are you man? I've done it?

Speaker 4 (23:10):
Swell?

Speaker 7 (23:10):
Uh. So you're focusing on, uh, you know the communists
in other states. I need the people in this state.

Speaker 8 (23:19):
To look at the s.

Speaker 7 (23:23):
A U s A dot org, the Democratic Socialists of America.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
Yeah from Colorado? Are you talking about? What is it? Melt?

Speaker 6 (23:35):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (23:36):
I hate when I can't pronounce the name. Maybe Dimitri
or Suzanne can help me. Malay Corros just be Diana, Diana.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
To get not just.

Speaker 7 (23:51):
So uh moving on to uh, let's talk about Victor Marx.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Well, hold on, hold.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
On back about wait wait wait wait, And I'm glad
you brought up Victor. I really am glad, but I.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
Want you to.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
What's on that website? What you just gave a website
out for people?

Speaker 6 (24:08):
What is it?

Speaker 3 (24:09):
What were you trying to point out by giving the website.

Speaker 7 (24:13):
So the website has all of the UH communists that
are posing as democrats.

Speaker 2 (24:20):
Well they at least they say socialist.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
I mean that's one step away.

Speaker 7 (24:26):
So all UH animals are equal, some animals are more equal. Yeah,
go back to animal farm. It sells it out.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
I understand. Okay, so move on. I got into it.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
I got into it with the man sitting next to me,
Dimitri a little bit and Martino over Marx. But before
we go down that road, I'd like to know what
you have to say about Victor.

Speaker 7 (24:54):
So Victim Marx. Uh, he's charismatic. H So he was
an Yeah, yeah, always wants a brain, always a marine.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
I expect that.

Speaker 10 (25:04):
I'm I'm a twenty here airport veteran.

Speaker 8 (25:07):
Retired.

Speaker 7 (25:12):
Combat vets room. Yeah, been there, done that.

Speaker 10 (25:15):
Then I've spent twenty years as a defense contractor.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
He got a lot of money, He made a lot
of money.

Speaker 7 (25:22):
Well, so Victor got out of the Marine Corps and
became a charismatic preacher, please the soul.

Speaker 3 (25:29):
Whatever. But well you see you say that, like, wait
a second, someone that decides to start preaching, hold on,
let's do this. Hold on, I'm going to put you
on hold because I want to pick this up and
get this break and give you time by the end
of the hour. I really do. I want to know
where he's going with this. I'm trying to take a

(25:50):
guess and I just want you. I want to see
how the fielders are working, Suzanne. Do you think this
guy likes Victor.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Or can't stand him? Just what do you think?

Speaker 4 (25:58):
I'm guessing he's as.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
You think he supports.

Speaker 6 (26:01):
Oh, I think Troy supports Victor all the way and
then some.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
We're gonna find out. Hold tight three o three seven
one three talking. By the way, if you disagree, I
invite those calls three oh three seven one three eight
two five five.

Speaker 9 (26:22):
And now back to the Dan Kaplis Show podcast coming up.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
In fact, I know they're listening in right now, and
I'm going to be very curious what the local head
of the Republican Party.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
I think it's a Rappa Ho is that right to
meetri Mark?

Speaker 6 (26:39):
This is the head of the Jeffco Republican Party, which
is I believe it's the second largest county in the state.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
It is rich Wyatt. In fact, I know he's listening
right now.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
I want to get his take on what we're talking
about with Victor Marx, and I'm kind of holding back
my opinion right now. I'm gonna letter caller Troy, though
uh finish where he was going. When Suzanne was gonna,
she basically said she thought it.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
Uh, Troy liked victory taking of guess Mark.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
I was sensing the opposite. But keep going. I want
to know where you're going, Troy.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Keep going now.

Speaker 8 (27:14):
Victor Marx is.

Speaker 7 (27:15):
A plant out for aud He is the Jim Jones
of Colorado politics.

Speaker 2 (27:21):
Okay, keep drinking the koolaid people. Okay. So who are
you going to vote for?

Speaker 6 (27:27):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (27:27):
Greg Lopez hands down, okay, And.

Speaker 3 (27:29):
What chance does he have winning compared to Phil Wiser.
To me, you're throwing your vote out. You're literally throwing
it out. In fact, hold on, hold on, Troy. I'm
going to bring up something that I was taught in
two thousand when people were talking about hanging chads.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
And you know who taught me about it.

Speaker 3 (27:49):
I was the only liberal on KOA, the only liberal,
and I would wake up in the morning and Mike
Rosen would tear me a new and I can't say it.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
And he said one thing that is always stuck with me.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
What do you vote for? People are party? What do
you vote for, Dimitri? Do you vote for the person
or the party?

Speaker 6 (28:10):
Well, I vote for the party that most closely represents
I vote parts right, and don't get me wrong, I'm
disgusted with a Republican.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
That's fine, a wiser or someone like Troy. Troy, I'm sensing.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
You rather have Wiser win because you're going to throw
your vote away.

Speaker 10 (28:27):
Absolutely not so, Dan Mayds, was you know a F show?
And the Colorado Republican Party has been an s show
since twenty ten. Yeah, Peter Boyles is my hero and
Peter Boyles Trump.

Speaker 5 (28:48):
You know what.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
I like Peter.

Speaker 3 (28:49):
I've probably known Peter longer than you, and I like
the man personally. But my god, can you find a
bigger Trump hater in the world? Troy?

Speaker 7 (28:57):
No, I can't. But the Colorado a Republican Party is
a clown show. So why are you going to keep
supporting this? Uh?

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Because I refuse to vote to say solistor communist. That's
why why I refuse to vote for people that that
are happy and proud.

Speaker 2 (29:16):
If you asked me that three or four months ago,
if you went downtown, you get stabbed for the hell
of it on the weekend.

Speaker 8 (29:22):
Exactly.

Speaker 3 (29:23):
I agree with you, but the Colorado Yeah, you don't
agree because you.

Speaker 2 (29:27):
Were you going to vote for. That's what I'm trying
to figure out from you. Seriously, you're gonna vote, You're
going to throw your vote away.

Speaker 8 (29:34):
No, if people that are sick and tired of the
Colorado clown Show, the Repubblia Party was actually back Regul Lopez,
who is a former Republican that walked away from the clown.

Speaker 7 (29:47):
Show, that we can we could save the state right now, Uh,
this saved has gone? The hell with the Colorado Republics.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
Well, we're sure and I going to save it with aligning.
It's people that aren't gonna win. You're sure not gonna
save it that way. I guess that's where we dis
Why do.

Speaker 8 (30:05):
You think Victor Mars is gonna win Victor Mark, I.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
Don't think Victor Mars is gonna win. I don't live
in oz. I don't live in Oes.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
I live in the hell whole week called Denver's money.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
For Victor Mars is throwing your vote?

Speaker 3 (30:20):
Okay, Well, I guess I'm hoping I can prove you wrong.
But I vote party lines. Man, I guess, Troy, that's
what I'm saying. That's where we just part ways. I
vote party lines. I vote party lines. That's how I vote.

Speaker 6 (30:33):
Wait, listen to who's talking about throwing.

Speaker 7 (30:35):
Away your vote?

Speaker 2 (30:36):
Yeah? I know, I know the guy who's gonna vote for.

Speaker 3 (30:42):
Here's where I'm putting them on. Hold you mind, as Troy,
I'll picky back up and listen. Here's what I want
you to do. Instead of voting for who I don't
even know who the hell he was gonna vote for,
greg Lo Fret.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
Sanchez or whoever it is, so that's fine.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
Instead of voting for him, write my name in, Troy,
write my name in because I have about to the
same chance is whoever the hell you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Okay, I get it. You don't like Victor Marx. I
get it. And by the way, Dimitri, I know you
personally don't like him either. For the life of me,
I don't understand. Is it because he's a preacher people
don't like him? No?

Speaker 6 (31:15):
No?

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Is it because he was a marine people don't like it?

Speaker 6 (31:18):
No? No, no, no, It's it's much more simple than that. Mark.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
The guy is creepy and weird. Okay, creepy and weird.
That's every communist I've ever met. That's most that's most
socialist I've ever met. Have you ever listened to him Marx?
Of course No, no, not Marx, the communist out there
like who we were talking about.

Speaker 6 (31:40):
Oh oh yeah, of course he can't get away from
El Zaida.

Speaker 3 (31:43):
You're telling me Mark, telling me Marx thinks he's crazier
than El said.

Speaker 6 (31:49):
Oh, that's not what I said. Okay, you asked what
I thought of Victor Mark, Yeah, and I said he's
creepy and weird, and I think he's full of it. Right,
But but but I mean, but what's the point of that?
You ask me what my opinion of him is? He's
still going to be better for us than whoever the
Democrat is, Yes, because he can at least if he
wins by some miracle, he'll at least he won't accomplish anything,

(32:12):
but he'll put the brakes on the Democrats socialist agenda.

Speaker 3 (32:15):
You know, it's kind of funny the Republican spoke, he
was voted, he won the primary, and it's amazing to
me the hatred for the guy. Now, I haven't done
any kind of deep dive into it none at all.

Speaker 2 (32:28):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
What I have heard is, oh, he said that he's
killed people, and Marines never say they've killed people, or
he's talking about a headcount, or he said that he
has gone over and saved children or something, and there's
no proof he's.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
Ever done it. Well, where's the proof he didn't do it?
I like, really, I don't understand well some of.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
The hatred on the Republican side for it, And I
don't know if that's just in my little circle or
if that's like truly out there. Like i'd like to
hear from people out there that like the guy.

Speaker 6 (33:03):
That would be nice. But Mark, you can't prove a negative, right,
so so none of us can prove that he didn't
do something. But he has plenty of opportunities to prove
some of his claims. I mean, if he's rescued.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
What's one of the big claims.

Speaker 6 (33:14):
Yeah, go ahead, thousands of women and children from you're
telling me.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
He said he is, hold on, I want to I
want to look it up over the break. Yeah, Victor
Mark said, what he's rescued thousands of children from jaws, from.

Speaker 6 (33:27):
Those from slavery or sex trade or something.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
I want to look it up. I want to find
that quote. Everybody hold tight. I'm a little riled up.
Three oh three seven one three eight two five. We
got another hour coming up. My name is Mark Major.
I'm in for Dan kaplis CA needier muffs. I apologize
