Speaker 1 (00:00):
KRFX HD two Denver KHW Denver, k Denver's talk station
radio station.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Guaranteed human This really cool thing, long overdue, happened today
and you know all about it.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Obviously you're on the lead edge of all this stuff.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
And it's Canter A big, big, big time A successful
NBA player declared for the WNBA.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
After careful concenteration I reviewing the current eligibility guidelines, I
am officially declaring myself a WNBA prospect. If simply declaring
who you are is all that's required, that I meet
every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA. My
Tim and I have carefully examined the WNBA's eligibility criteria
and governing framework surrounding self identification and inclusion. Based on

(00:55):
the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my
eligibility for upcoming the WILLNBA draft in May twenty seven.
I am definitely not here to muck, make fun of,
or to suspect any community or personal choices. I am
simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
So, Aaron long overdue, what do you make of that?

Speaker 5 (01:17):
That's brilliant?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
What a way to call out the absurdity. And you know,
we've seen this emergency of Sophie Cunningham, who was the first.

Speaker 5 (01:24):
Ever current professional athlete to just say the obvious that
men can't be women, that girls sports are for girls only.
We should protect.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Them in their private spaces and sports. But how cool
to have a professional athlete just seize.

Speaker 5 (01:39):
This opportunity to call the WND out for.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Their insanity, which is an inability to define women in
their their guidelines.

Speaker 5 (01:47):
They just refuse to define it.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
And they have all of these coaches and players who
virtue signal and completely bend over for what I call
the trans cult, the trans mob that you know pushes
really cancelation if you're not willing to go along with
the insanity where men can become woman.

Speaker 5 (02:06):
So I'm I'm.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Tickled that he decided to seize that opportunity and call
their bluff.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
Now it's their move that's interesting to see how they respond.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Well, if they're smart, right, the w NBA say welcome, welcome,
I mean, can you imagine their ratings cright through the roof.
If he's attacked, I'd watch, I'd never watch, I'd watch.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
But uh, the first to be able to dunk oh.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Man, Well, there's a point, right And and again, yeah,
I was talking with Zach about this the other day.
I do not make fun over mak. I eminently respect
whether it's a four year old girl out there or
a pro, how hard they work, et cetera.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
But they they can't jump. So that that's the.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Point, is that you know, there there is a difference,
and you know, I can't do you know, the most
admirable thing on the face of the earth give birth
to a child, you know, and a woman can. But
there are just these these physical realities, these physical differences
that the Left, for whatever reason, just doesn't.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Want to acknowledge. But but Aaron, I wanted you to join.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Us again today to also talk about the Children Are
Not For Sale Act, the Protect Girls Sports Act, the
Protect Kids from Irreversible Sex Change Surgery Act, all of
which people in Colorado will soon have a chance to.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Vote on.

Speaker 5 (03:23):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
And I'm so pleased that all of these issues are
at the forefront of conversation nationwide. You know what Ennis
is doing and Sophie, and it's great that we're talking
about protecting girls sports, but.

Speaker 5 (03:35):
We lack the actual protection.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
So we're shifting culture by having these conversations by making
it a national issue. But the fact remains that in
Colorado there are no protections for female athletes.

Speaker 5 (03:47):
We saw that what.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Sixty one males were on the female roster just in
Jefferson County schools alone. It's a very real problem and
these are issues that have to be.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
Solved at the state level. So we've got these three
ballot measures that are on the ballot. We've done the
hard part.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Now all people need to do is just vote yes, yes, yes,
and even more importantly, inform everyone you know in your
sphere of influence that they have the opportunity to protect
kids from trafficking, to safeguard girl sports, and to stop
these irreversible sex change surgeries.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
On minor kids. And Dan, I don't know if you
saw what the AMA came out with just last month,
there was breaking news about them doubling down on these
surgeries for.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Kids insane even after the jury verdicts right, and you know,
the AMA has become so politicized, as you know. But
my hope is we continue to see these these victims
who were butchered as kids right continue to recover from
these so called doctors and hospitals and I think that's
going to do more to stop that madness than anything

(04:51):
else other than of course, this perfit measure, which I
hope everybody gets behind.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
It's such common sense. I mean, our the biggest hurdle
is just informing people there. You know, we have such
a large swath of uninformed voters, so people just don't
know that this is an issue. Who aren't listening to
our voices on these things, and so we really need
to make sure we're reaching into those communities of the
unaffiliated and.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
The low propensity voters, because if they know this is
on the ballot and that these issues are as simple
as they see, these are very simple, common sense ballot
measures or one pagers.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
That do a very specific thing, and it's just.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
Outlaw these surgeries on minor kids.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
We don't extend outside of children. That's what we're doing
here is seeking to protect children.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Yeah, and the Protect Girls' Sports Act. Hopefully all of
these will pass, they all should. I have to think
that across party lines right now, there's just such a
powerful desire to protect you know, girls in their sports.
Like the example we started with, which is basketball. I mean,
our daughter's she's a strong kid, she's a very good athlete.

(05:56):
But if she's on the say, the basketball court with
a guy, I mean, that's just flat dangerous.

Speaker 5 (06:04):
And I venture to say that the girl sports issue
in particular is a ninety ten issue. Even with these
professional women athletes. You can tell it. Caitlin Clark.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
It's almost like you're watching a hostage video where you
know she wants to say the thing we're all thinking
that women's sports.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
Are for women. Of course she agrees with Sophie.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
But it's like they've been again bullied into by the
trans mob, into virtue signaling and practicing what I call
toxic empathy. So I think what we've done with the
ballot measure.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Is given people the power of privacy words. They don't
have to say it out loud, they just have to
circle the bubble and turn in their ballot.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
And we're going to see people do that come November,
when they can do it in the privacy.

Speaker 5 (06:40):
Of their own home. They don't have to be afraid
of why people will react. These measures are going to pass,
but again, only if we're able to inform people that
they're there.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Yeah, and let me ask you about that, Aaron Lee.
Our guests protect kids Colorado Protect Kidscolorado dot org.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
You can read all about.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
These these different ballot measures and if you have a
dollar or two or a min you want to donate,
you can do that there. Obviously, the left is just
going to swamp this with money, right, they know they
can't win on logic or right and wrong or any
of that. Are you guys going to be able to
raise enough to let people know what's really going on?

(07:16):
Because I think once people know what's really going on here,
you know, as you say, it's a ninety ten issue
your way.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Yeah, the opposition is very well funded. They are touting
a twenty million dollar war chest, and they're comprised of
the ACLU Planned Parenthood Past Striker and there are some
big money interest funneling in and their tactic just so
people understand, you can't argue against these measures. They are
so common sense. They're just trying to cast seed of doubts,
kind of like they do in the court of law,
just to confuse people.

Speaker 5 (07:45):
Well, is it really what the measure does? Is it
open the.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Door to something more? Shouldn't this be between children and
their doctors? They're just planting seeds of doubt, and I
won't pretend that we have twenty million dollars. We are
as grassroots as it gets. We are, and all of
ball here we the people movement of Colorados, and so
every dollar counts. We can do so much more with
a little than the opposition can do. We've proven that

(08:10):
by getting all the signatures volunteer that if we just
get a little bit, we can do really big things.
But every dollar count And right now, Dan, we have
a match campaign going where a Colorado family is put
up fifty thousand dollars and if.

Speaker 5 (08:22):
We can match it, if we can run fifty thousand dollars,
they will match that.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
So every donation right now is doubled. And again every
dollar goes a long way.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
Five dollars we can do a lot with that.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Well, I'll tell you I've never seen this anything this
impressive at the grassroots level. To get all three of
these measures on largely grass roots, very little money. I'll
commit five thousand right now, and I know you guys
will do so much more with that. And then hopefully
if people can give five bucks or ten bucks or
I know we have some gazillionaires who listen to the show,

(08:54):
just bank roll this thing. It's the right thing to do,
and you'll never get more bang for your buck than
supporting Aaron inner groups. So it's protect kids at Colorado
dot org. Aaron last words, thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (09:07):
Dan, nojes, thank you for your support. We're going to
do this and we appreciate everyone getting behind us.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
All right, well, great work, have a tremendous weekend.

Speaker 5 (09:16):
Thanks Dan.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
Take care of that is Aaron Lee.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Wow what she is accomplishing, and I think we all
need to do what we can to back.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Her up, right, because we all sit here and she's right.
It's ninety ten.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
You know you can hang around with yeah, your relatives,
no matter what political affiliation they are, and people know
that there.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Shouldn't, for example, be boys and girls' sports.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
But here's a chance for us to actually do something
about it by by funding that group so they cannot
just get the message out as well as possible, and
of course by doing gorilla stuff door to door, cube
to cube, office to office with our coworkers. Three all
three seven one three eight two five five d A
N five seven seven three nine.

Speaker 3 (09:56):
You're on the Dan Kapla Show. Loving this.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
After careful concideration, I reviewing the current eligibility guidelines, I
am officially declaring myself at WNBA prospect. If simply declaring
who you are is all that's required, that I meet
every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA. My
Tim and I have carefully examined the WNBA's eligibility criteria
and governing framework surrounding self identification and inclusion. Based on

(10:31):
the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my
eligibility for the upcoming WNBA Draft in May twenty twenty seven.
I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of,
or disrespect any community or personal choices. I am simply
asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone,
the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players

(10:52):
and coaches have publicly advocated for. My team, and I
are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently
and wet, and I'll look forward through WNBA honoring its
stated principles. See a training cantain.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
That Sennis can't is a heck of it an NBA
center in his day. I think the WNBA be real
smart to take him up on that. As Aaron Lee
and I were talking about a couple of minutes ago.
Can you imagine the ratings and Aaron doing this, this
heroic work to try to protect girls in their sports
and keep boys out. And she appreciates, as we all do,

(11:28):
that what Canter's doing is pointing out the absurdity of
allowing men to play in girl sports, boys to play
in girls sports just because they claim they happen to
be a girl.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
I mean, truly, it's like what five.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
Minutes or five years down the road, you know, future
Americans are going to look at us and truly think we.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Were all nuts to ever even consider that.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
So glad he's doing that, and wow, I wonder if
they will take them upon it. I wonder if he's
setting up litigation if they don't, I hope that he
is not for the dollar piece of it, but to
make the point and again, you know, just expose the absurdity.
George Brockler will join us at four thirty six.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
And that's always blast.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
George's you know, the DA in the twenty third and
so going to get his take on malt Kiros and
the Colorado Dems move into open socialists. George has a
lot of great perspective on all of that. And he's
also just one of the funniest people I've ever known.
We used to practice law together, and I've always considered myself,

(12:31):
you know, pretty good with the humor stuff.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
And and but if I.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Was going to you know, the speaking engagement somewhere or whatever,
run my you know, jokes and stuff past George and
he always just the greatest stuff. So maybe he'll do
some stand up someday. And then Michael Allen is going
to be a thinking.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
Studio with us at five oh six.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Michael candidate for Attorney General in Colorado, the GOP candidate,
and you know, a real chance to win because because
the awful lot of Democrats have grave concerns about Jenna
Griswold in that job, probably in any job, but especially
the ah's job, echoing the concerns of some of her
former staff who've actually come out and said, hey, she
will abuse that power. And she obviously isn't qualified, right,

(13:16):
I mean, she happens to have a law degree, but
she's not been a practicing lawyer in any real sense.
And then she gets caught in this lie about having
argued before the US Supreme Court. I mean, it's crazy towns,
so Michael Allen. Really impressive guy. The DA down now
in al Paso with us at five oh six. I
hope you're here for that and check it out, because

(13:37):
could make such a difference in Colorado. First, you know,
you know the age's broad scope of responsibility, but then
beyond that, you know, just just to have a Republican
win statewide. And hopefully he won't be the only one.
But but he's got a real shot.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Threell three.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
He's seven to one three eight two five five the
number d A N five seven seven three nine. So hey,
I want to get to some other key sound of
the day before I jumped to the text. Interesting comments
from President Trump here regarding the potential of criminal charges
against Anthony Fauci. And I don't even call him doctor
Fauci anymore because to me, I am so grateful for doctors,

(14:15):
you know. I was just Joe and I were talking
the other day about how lucky we are, you know,
to have a particular great doctor who happens to take
care of both of us. So I really appreciate doctors.
And when I say doctor that that's a real honorific
and Fauci just doesn't deserve that. He betrayed the country,

(14:36):
He betrayed the profession, but it doesn't mean you can
indict him for that. Here's the president talking about that possibility.

Speaker 5 (14:44):
Do you think the dj should prosecute doctor Kacci.

Speaker 6 (14:48):
Well, you know, they prosecuted Peter Navarro, and they prosecuted
Steve Mannon to very decent people over something that essentially
was never prosecuted before, and their a sort of telltale
signs of similarity. And they went to jail for a
number of months over something that they I saw one

(15:12):
of the analysts said, they used to laugh at it
in the Justice Department when something like that was referred.
But Mary Garland prosecuted two very decent people and sent
them to jail. I wasn't president. I would have given
him a partner in two seconds, but I wasn't. After
I left, they waited to left. I left, and then
they prosecuted these two people, and they ought to be

(15:34):
ashamed of themselves. So when you see that happen, you
sort of say, maybe he should.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
What he did is far more serious.

Speaker 6 (15:40):
And a lot of crimes rankly, But they prosecuted two
people when nothing like that has ever taken place before.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
See that the President's last point is such a key one.
And he's right that what fault she did is a
lot worse than a lot of crimes, no question. It's
a lot worse than a lot of crimes that people
go to jail for for a long time, no question.
But that doesn't make it a criminal offense. That doesn't
mean you can successfully prosecute for it. And I know

(16:12):
that's counterintuitive, right, because you think something that awful, there's
got to be a law. There's got to be some
law that was broken, but not necessarily. And that's one
of the great frustrations. There are so many truly evil,
extremely harmful things that people can do in our society
that do not constitute a crime. And it may very

(16:35):
well be that, unless they've got fauci and some provable perjury,
it may very well be that his gross abuse of
his office to harm this nation, starting with the children,
just to glorify and magnify himself, probably doesn't violate any
criminal statute, at least not to the point you could
sit there as a prosecutor and say, you know what,
I'm very confident I can prove this and get a conviction,

(16:58):
you know, beyond a reasonable doubt.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
Hey, if if there is such a statute, if truly he.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Has violated any law, I said, prosecute him to the
fullest because of the grave harm that was done and
the importance of deterrence in sending a message. But there's
a there's a big line there. Right, we cannot do
what the Democrats did. I understand the temptation, right, I
understand the tit for tat temptation, but but we can't

(17:27):
go there.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
It's bad for this nation.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
It's it was so destructive, the abuse of the legal process,
the Democrats trying to jail Trump because they knew they
couldn't beat him at the polls, and then you know,
jailing his allies. Now that's a dark chapter in American history.
And we cannot do the same thing. If we love
this country, we will not do the same thing. Three

(17:51):
oh three seven one three eight two five five d
an five seven seven three nine. So George Brockler after
the break, Michael Allen at five oh six, and hopefully
a lot of you in between as well. The weekend weather,
by the way, if you're planning going to be glorious,
it's going to be triple digit glorious. Most of the
front range mountains will be a little bit cooler, but

(18:12):
it really is remarkable. You know how hot it can get,
right nine thousand feet so be pushing ninety and above.
Plenty of places in the mountains, but triple digits down here.
So glad you're here on this glorious Friday afternoon. George
Brockler next on.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
The Dan Capitol Show. Been to Israel or anywhere in
the region.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
Would it change your mind or open your perspectives if
you did?

Speaker 3 (18:49):
I'm sure it would.

Speaker 2 (18:50):
Right. So, you've got malt Kiros up there, right, and
she's now the face of the voice of the Democratic
Party in Colorado. She is calling for the abolishment of
the state of Israel literally and she's never even been there,
never been to the region.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
I mean, this is just.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
That the madness of the moment we're in. But but
what an opportunity right now. I want to play some
more sound free on that because it's happening here in Colorado.
Opening the door to the GOP. One of the people
that's opening the door to who's going to open our door?
At about five oh five, Michael Allen, who's running against
Jenna Griswold for Attorney.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
General and so this who said it, I can't remember.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Somebody on Fox said this morning it's no longer left
versus right, it's right versus crazy, And there's a lot
of truth in that. And I know, for those of
us who are very involved in this political stuff all
the time, we've thought for a long time a lot
of these Democrats are crazy.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
But I'm talking about what matters.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
And it's not what I think or what people who
are into politics every day thinks. It's about what the
people who decide these elections think. You know, the people
who aren't sitting there every day studying politics, and what
they're starting to get is it's not their mom's Democratic
Party or their dads.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
It's a bunch of crazies.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
And that's really starting to cut through. And here's an
example this Francisca Hong. In one poll, she's thirty points
up in the Democrat primary for governor in Wisconsin. And
I'll bring Georgia up and then we'll play this together.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
George Brockler kind enough to join us.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
I wanted to get his take because he has such
great perspective, so many different experiences on Colorado politics, and
all of a sudden, the Democrats George just making this
open double finger, double middle finger move towards socialism. I
want to get your take on what do you think
that's going to mean.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
For this place.

Speaker 7 (20:48):
Thanks for having me on. It's hard to say, and
I say that because if you look at nationally what's
going on with these super socialists that we're seeing, and
you mentioned the Minnesota race, it looks a lot like
the Democrats. Socialists have made a huge run in places
that are so blue that they can win the general election,

(21:11):
but in places that show any signs of being balanced
at all, like a Michigan, I think is what it is.
It becomes a much closer proposition. So malt Keiros winning
in Denver it's because it's a sea of blue with
a couple red in it. Michigan's different. I think that
they have handed us a big opportunity to pick up
a seat in Michigan with Mike Rogers. I just think

(21:31):
that here in Colorado, malt Kiros doesn't play anywhere else.
And I don't even think she plays in Boulder. I
think she plays in Denver and Denver only. The interesting
one for me is Gabe Evans out there, and I
think Gabe could be in trouble, not because of Gabe.
He's a fantastic congressman and a great public servant. I
think that Mandy Rootnell is a DSA guy in partial hiding,

(21:55):
and I think he could, just because of the trend
of the time.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
Give Gab a real run.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
Yeah, George Brockler our guests. My hope, and I want
to get your take on whether you agree. My hope
is that people will start to see the Colorado or
Democratic Party for what.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
It really is.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
You know, it pretends, through you know, the masks of
the hick and Loopers and Bennetts and Mike Johnston's, et cetera,
to be moderate, when in fact it's far far left.
So now that you've got kind of these crazies out there,
because this isn't routin OL, we can't eat cows guy
and stuff like that.

Speaker 7 (22:28):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2 (22:29):
How's that going to play up there in CDA? A
lot of cows. I think they raised a lot of cows.
I think they sell a lot of cows.

Speaker 7 (22:36):
I think they've drawn CD eight to be so artificially
competitive that that issue may not in and of itself
win the day. Forgave it is a six it's the
sixth year of the Trump administration, midterm, second term Trump,
It's always going to be a challenge. Yeah, but we're
in a state that has trended blue for so long now.
I think those issues become things that gave harps On.

(22:59):
I think other folks can. But you know, the national
Democrats see Colorado as a potential pickup of several House seats.
They think they can run the table and go aid
and oh here in Colorado, I don't believe that, but
because they think that they're gonna dump money in here
and that's going to have an artificial impact.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
Now that's right. They've been releasing some polls. I'm sure
you saw them.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
They have a poll that has their candidate within a
point or two of Jeff Hurd, right, and I think
crank as well, right, aren't they They've released these poles.
Who knows if there's any credibility to them. But as
you say, if they pour enough money in and then
that trend line is against us, I've just got to
believe Georgia, and maybe there won't be enough time for

(23:41):
it to sync in between now and November. But but
this hard left move that Colorado Democrats are making. If
it's not this cycle, hopefully the next cycle it will.
It will start to cause a meaningful number of people
to take another look at the GOP, not because they
love the GOP, but just because the Dems are a
bridge too far.

Speaker 7 (24:03):
I agree. I do think that if Crank and Herd
and Bobert and maybe even Gabe can weather this storm,
I think there's much smoother waters ahead. I think as
I look at this field, and there's part of me
that's glad I'm not on the ballot this year, But
there's part of me that thinks I would love the
opportunity to have one of these people who has stood
up next to those wing nuts to talk about killing

(24:25):
the rich, you know, dragging them out in the streets
and bleeding them and stuff, and say defend this. Yeah,
I mean, this is the person you stand next to
and wondering if we can't, through some sort of big
media spend, start to paint the Dems with that, because
I do think there's a significant number of unaffiliateds and
we'll see this in Michigan who are going to say

(24:45):
I just can't get there from here. That's just not me.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
Yeah, And you're dad right about Michigan, right, and that's
now a real chance for a pickup. But here in Colorado,
can did you OP raise the money right now? It
seems to be are we stuck in a cycle where
the big money is saying they don't want to waste
some money. There's no chance for the GOP to win,
and somebody's going to have to break through and win,
or at least start showing some polls, you know, showing

(25:09):
a very close race before the big bucks will flow.

Speaker 7 (25:14):
I agree that's smart. I think you're right on that.
The one thing that people who have amassed wealth do
well is to make good bets. They don't make bad
bets and waste money. That's why they are where they are.
And they look at these races and say, is this
the year I go all in? Is this the year
I write an extra check because I can make a difference.

(25:35):
And we're going to have to prove that to him.
I don't know if they're there. The next guy you're
going to have on as a guy named Michael Allen,
and despite his affiliation with the Navy, he's a really
good guy and he is that one guy Dan that
I think at the statewide level we have a significant
opportunity here at a pickup, but I'm not sure it's

(25:56):
Republican money that will win it. I think there has
to be an enough Democrats out there who are aghast
at the idea that the outhouse liar lady is going
to have access to the statewide grand jury, that they
create their own five H one, C three or C four,
dump money in it, and start to push support towards
Michael because he's the only sane choice, not just the

(26:17):
only qualified choice. He's the only sane choice. Phil wasn't
qualified either, but Phil wasn't insane. This is insane and unqualified.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
You've always had such a way with words, the outhouse
liar lady.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
I mean, it really rolls off the tongue height and
normally anything without house and it doesn't roll off the tongue,
but that rolls off the tongue. And that's a good one. George,
you should give that to Michael.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
I do have a.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Text from Michael Allen about you. It says today for
twenty seven, make sure to ask George about his big
boat envy.

Speaker 3 (26:51):
Do you want to elaborate on that.

Speaker 8 (26:52):
A little bit.

Speaker 7 (26:54):
I think he's troubled by the fact that I legitimately say,
and there's an entendre here. I guess that Michael's a
big fan of semen, and I think he thinks that
that is vulnerable for him. I think it's going to
actually get him votes. But then he wants to go
at me with the boat stuff.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
So yeah, okay, it's spirited, spirited, but yeah, this Griswold nuttiness.
Because you know, I'm a former Democrat. I know a
ton of Democrats and close friends with a bunch of Democrats,
and there are some like big, big, big time Democrats,
including some big time donors who, like you say, a
gast is a good word or worse if there is

(27:32):
something more alarm than a gast about jennat Griswold. I mean,
and just in terms of right and wrong and the
health of this state. Now, starting point is, I don't
understand how these good people could still be Democrats. But
they are very good people who are still Democrats, but
just from a right and wrong standpoint, they don't want

(27:53):
her in there, and it'll be interesting to see if
they put their money where their mouth is and do
something like what you describe.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
I think they need to.

Speaker 7 (28:01):
And frankly, if you're phil Wiser, you want them to
because you want to have to be in league with
someone who will hold you a little bit accountable, but
will give your decisions some credibility. She can't do that,
She can't adequately defend the administration, and she makes it
seem a little crazier. The other part, though, is and
this is a win for you and your firm potentially,

(28:22):
and me and what I do. And DA's have been
talking about this since she's been nominated. The buzz and
interest in qualified attorneys in the AG's office looking to
go somewhere else because they just don't want to join
the circus has gone up a ton.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
And that's a big deal because what George is talking
about is, you know, the AG's office is known for
having really good attorneys. And even though phil Wiser, I
think is so you know, hyper politicized. You know, when
I work with the attorneys in that office on different
things in my cases, they've all been extremely impressive. So yeah,

(28:58):
I could see where extremely press of attorneys would not
want to be associated with her.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
So let's hope.

Speaker 2 (29:04):
Well, Michael's going to be in at five oh six.
Appreciate your time today, and uh, let's do it again soon.

Speaker 7 (29:10):
Look, when he gets in there. I just checked me
on this. A lot of people said he has very
soft hands. I don't know that, but maybe you're in
a place to get him to confirm.

Speaker 3 (29:18):
I'm not sure. I want to find out.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
I'm not sure how I brokes that one, but I'll
figure it out between now and five oh six. But
I'm flashing back now to the Trump Marco exchange and
that debate over his hand size.

Speaker 7 (29:32):
Yeah, exactly, he will salt the interview there, but they're
very soft.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
Yeah, yeah, okay, all right, George, Well have a good weekend.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
You'll see it.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
That is George Brockler. Yeah, Michael Allen, a g candidate.
At five six, you're on the Dan Kaplo Show.

Speaker 7 (29:51):
Hospitals get any more over proud that they're gonna have
to make some very tough choices about who.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
Gets an ICU. Bet that joy doesn't seem so tough
to MEAs having a heart attack.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
Yes, come right on him, We'll take care of you.

Speaker 7 (30:03):
Unvaccinated guy who gobbled horse goop rest in peace, wheezy.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
You're Yeah, they're arrogant, succeeded only by their ignorance, and
President talking today about potential criminal charges for Fauci, and
there's no question he did a grave harm to America.
But my point is there are so many evil things
people can do that do not constitute prosecutable crimes, and

(30:29):
my guess is that Fauci's fall into that bucket. But
we'll find out via state ags and some red states
in terms of perjury. Aft they've got them in some perjury,
then that would be pretty straightforward. Hey, Michael Allen, candidate
for d A with a real shot to win. I'll
join us at five six. He's up against Jenna Griswold.
Want to get to some texts quickly, then we'll hit

(30:49):
the phone lines. Stand Little Marco is married to a
former Miami Dolphins cheerleader. That was a referenced somehow the
hand sized thing came up between Ruvio and in that debate.
I think it's going to be fascinating to see whether
in the end it's Rubio or Vance is the GP nominee.
I think that'll be it be decided by President Trump.

(31:10):
I think whoever he gives the not explicit or implicit
too will be our nominee. Dan Trump is Republican in
name only. Mamdami is Muslim in name only. I don't
know where that second part comes from.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
The first part, wasn't.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
Part of Trump's magic and effectiveness is he's outside the box.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
He's outside every box. And I have never.

Speaker 2 (31:32):
Understood people who build their own prison walls and say, Okay,
I'm a Republican. So everything I think, can believe and
say has to fit neatly within the Republican party. And
this is coming from a guy who used to be
a Democrat and then became a Republican. So no, what
a sad way to live to always have to walk

(31:52):
any party's line unless it's God's.

Speaker 6 (31:55):
No.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
So yeah, I don't agree with Trump on everything, but
I agree.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
With him on the stuff that man at his most
and he's He's been transformational in a lot of good ways. Dan,
the DSA are neo stalinists. Dan, MEGA and DSA are
the same. They are disruptive forces. Yeah, but here's the difference.
One is disrupting for good and the others disrupting for bad.
I mean, you could not get or clear separation there, Dan.

(32:22):
I always love hearing from George that from Alexa, I
think that everybody does right, Dan, I agree there's no
criminal charges that could be brought against Fauci, But why
not the world's largest class action suit by every small
business that lost their livelihood. Great fair question, But the
answer is governmental immunity and whether you're talking the state
level the federal level with exceptions. There are exceptions built

(32:45):
into state and federal law. But in many, not all instances,
you know, bad acts by government actors you know are protected. Now,
don't get me wrong. If you know you've had something
really bad happen to you by somebody in the government,
you know, to go talk to some lawyer and find
out whether you fit an exception. But yeah, this example, no,

(33:09):
Now that government governmental immunity would cover Fauci. There, you know,
in the court of public opinion, hopefully he will be
convicted and sentenced and and again not out of personal
you know, vindictiveness. But but that example needs to be set.
Let's go to the phone line's Warren, you're on the
dan KAPLA show.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
Welcome.

Speaker 8 (33:30):
Yeah, well, thanks, by the way, I used to be
a Democrat too, but no longer. To the subject at hand.
A couple of months ago I called you and talked
to you about the size of the Milky Way galaxy,
and then they extended out to the size of the universe.
But the web telescope I suggests that there could be
two trillion galaxies. And I said, the thin human human

(33:51):
beings of the number runo of all this was the
of uh, you know whatever. And you said you disagree
with one hundred eighty percent. And I have two questions
to ask you. One is, do you believe what you
believe regard that's subject opposite me because of what's some
of the Bible says or something else.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Warren, you may have misunderstood me because I've always believed
when people say, hey, you think they're Martians or this
or that or whatever. Hey, you know, God is unlimited.
God can do this anyway God wants to do it.
I'm just glad he did it here. So maybe was
that a host on another show?

Speaker 3 (34:26):
Maybe you told you that.

Speaker 8 (34:27):
No, No, I talked to you. And what the sim
of the highest order for the human beings to think
that he's in the run for a reason for creation.

Speaker 2 (34:35):
Hey, I'm just glad you call them human beings because
my wife makes fun of me all the time since
the day we met.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
Because I'm from Chicago and I say human.

Speaker 2 (34:43):
Beings instead of beans, because I can't say the word beans.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
But Warren appreciate the call, my friend.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
Yeah, No, I I wouldn't rule that out at all.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
And let's say let's say Dave's Immertian.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
Okay, like our boss Dave Tepper is helping us out today,
and let's say Dave happens to turn out to be
a Martian. Would I think that makes somehow that would
shake my faith in God?

Speaker 3 (35:08):
None at all. God can do this anyway he wants to.
I think you'd be a great Martian. I would love
to be a Martian.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
Do you ever see that show My Favorite Martian? I've
heard of it, But no, you've missed all the classics,
mister Ed. Mister Ed, of course, now will yeah, Gilligan's Island.

Speaker 3 (35:28):
And now are you a Martian?

Speaker 4 (35:30):
Man?

Speaker 3 (35:30):
How do we know? I think my mom would have
told me. But could she have been a Martian? Could
she know?

Speaker 2 (35:39):
It's a Friday afternoon, and you know what, the worst
is yet to come?

Speaker 3 (35:45):
But not our next guest. He's going to be the.

Speaker 2 (35:47):
Highlight of the show, Michael Allan, hopefully our next Attorney
General in the great State of Colorado.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
Inn studio on the dan Kapla show.
