Hi everyone, it's Amanda ridgor Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions. Today.
I'm going to do a meditation, a guided visualization to
strengthen your energetic boundaries, to cleanse and clarify your auric field,
your energy, the energy within and around you. And this

is a practice or a guided visualization that you can
use anytime. You can pause and do it during the day,
you can do it at night before you go to
bed in terms of clearing your energy field and setting
yourself up to integrate what you do on the astral
plane into your physical body. You could use it before
(00:55):
you have a big meeting or if you're going to
coffee with the friend. But it's really intended to be
used anytime because just like we brush our teeth or
take showers, our energy and our org field catches so
much gunk. Think about it. If we are made of

energy and we're transferring energy all the time, whether we
are in person in a certain environment or around people,
or we are virtually conversing online energetically on social media,
the TV we watch, there's energy exchange happening. And I

know for me, cleansing and clearing my energy and strengthening
my org field on a regular basis not only feels good,
but I find a difference in my authenticity, my integrity,
the way that I communicate or carry myself in any
(01:59):
given day or circumstance. But I also feel more intuitively
in tune and clear when I regularly am paying attention
to my energetic field as part of a daily practice
or lifestyle. So I'm going to do just a simple practice,

simple guided visualization to help you start to first of all,
to clear your energy and to think about strengthening your
or field, but also to give you some ideas of
simple ways that using your consciousness and your imagination can
be really effective in strengthening your boundaries, strengthening your energy field,
(02:43):
and your presence in general. So wherever you are, and
if you're driving, don't do the things that I say
right now. Be mindful, be careful, you know, keep your
wits about you. But you can either sit down or
lie down whatever works for you. But wherever you are,
move your body just a little bit, so just kind
(03:06):
of stretch to start. So if you need to bring
your arms up overhead, maybe you open your palms. You
might roll your shoulders back or allow your neck to
roll around maybe you look side to side, open and
close your jaw, tense your palms up. Maybe you tense
your toes up and your jaw up and you hold
(03:28):
it for three seconds, and then you relax and you
let the blood flow. Just physically move your body to
start a little bit. And then once you've wiggled everything
out and you've become aware of your physical body, go
ahead and close your eyes, relax your jaw, and allow
(03:52):
your eyes to relax, so your eye sockets behind your eyes,
allow your faith to relax to start. Just notice the
sensations in your jaw, your nose, your eyes, your eye socket,
(04:14):
your forehead, your scalp. Just notice if you're holding any
tension or if there any sensations, And go ahead and
bring that awareness, your awareness down through your neck. Maybe
(04:36):
you swallow, maybe you deepen your breath a little bit,
bringing your awareness to your neck. Is it tense, is
it comfortable? What are you feeling? And now bringing your
(05:00):
awareness into your chest cavity, your heart chakra, space, your clavical,
your rib cage, and go ahead and deepen your breath
so inhale deeply through your nose, filling your whole chest cavity,
your lung and your heart space with air with oxygen,
(05:25):
and open your mouth for an audible exhale and sigh.
Repeat this two more times at your own pace, filling
your chest cavity and your heart chakra with beautiful oxygen air,
creating space, expanding and then sighing, allowing the oxygen to
(05:54):
gently leave your body. Time deep inhalation, creating space, feeling
the sensations in and around your heart, audible exhale and sigh.

Now bringing your awareness into your belly, down your spinal column,
front end back. You can place one hand or both
hands on your belly just to feel the gentle movement,
the rise and fall of your breath and its natural rhythm.

Not forcing, not trying, just noticing your skin, the sensations
in your body, around your stomach, your belly, your solar plexus,
bringing your attention there and your awareness and now moving
(07:06):
down into your hips, your pelvis, your lower back, your sacrum,
bringing your awareness there, noticing if there's any tightness or tension,
and remembering that anywhere there is tension or strain or
(07:29):
even pain, that if you focus your awareness there with healing,
light and attention, your mind has the power to create
healing or alleviation. Just gently becoming aware of your sets, bones,
(07:51):
your pelvis, now moving your awareness down your legs, your thighs,
your knee caps, your calves again, scanning for any tension, tightness,
(08:16):
stress or strain. Moving your awareness down to your ankles,
the tops of your feet, your toes, your heels, the
soles of your feet, leaving no portion of your physical
(08:37):
body untouched by your awareness. Now in your minds, I
notice the energetic field surrounding you. Notice the first color
that you either see or think of. What color is
(09:04):
your aura? Is your oric field clear and radiant, translucence, transparent?
(09:27):
Does your oric field look heavy? Static, cluttered? Just scan
your entire oric field like an egg surrounding you, an
egg shape energy field surrounding you, and begin to infuse
(09:56):
healing light, beautiful tendrils of healing light. Maybe you add
in love, peace, nurture, compassion, kindness, belonging, connection, clarity, agency, sovereignty, empowerment, intuition,
(10:53):
infinite wisdom, infusing your org field, bringing it in close
six to eight in around your body, Imagining that the
aura around you is becoming brighter, clearer, like a force
field that is not only transmitting clearer intelligence and your
(11:22):
pure frequency and tone, but an energy field that is
also translating and interpreting energy around you with the highest light,
the highest intention, imagining that the auric field around you
(11:50):
is yours, it is unique, it is unique to your frequency,
your unique tone, and your one of a kind unique
way of communicating and interpreting energy and the world around you,
(12:17):
Recognizing that when your auric field is this strong, this clear,
this radiant, that your body is full of health, vitality,
and wellness, and that you will magically be in the
(12:47):
right place at the right time for your highest hood
and the highest timeline ahead of you. Now, maybe you
speak an intention or two into your aura into your
energy field, setting an intention for the day or your sleep,
(13:15):
your rest, speaking light and intention into your aura into
your energy field, thanking your energy field for its protection,
(13:43):
its support, bringing your oric field in and imagining like
a siphon, that you are bringing your oric field in
and you're shrinking it down around your body, and you're
(14:05):
siphoning it through the crown of your head, through your
crown chakra, the space in between your eyes, your third eye,
your throat, your heart, your solar plexus, your sacral chakra,
(14:39):
your root chakra, and bringing your energy, your auric field
down through your body, sending it down through the crust
of the earth, all the way down to the crystal,
the iron core crystal in the earth, anchoring you in
(15:05):
bringing you into this present moment with your highest divine tone.
Placing one hand on your heart and the other on
your belly, gently bow your chin to your chest, sealing
(15:33):
your energy field and your intention, knowing that you are
exactly where you are supposed to be and resourced with
the most divine wisdom and intelligence at any given time
(15:54):
through your own energy field, your own consciousness and unique
tone and divine life right no mistday. Take care, everyone,
