Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi, everyone, It's Amanda Rigor Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me today. This episode is something
that I think every one of you listening is experiencing
right now, and it's this external hunger or seeking searching assuming,
(00:33):
which you know, there's that adage of the ass and assuming,
So I'm just start with that. But why do we
keep assuming that someone else knows better than we do?
And this is not about pride or superiority, self righteousness
(00:53):
or completely evolved wisdom, but it's why do we look
for true outside ourselves or why do we assume that
truth lives at the top, like at the top of
the food chain, at the top of the pyramid. And
as we are in these in remarkable, incredible times of
(01:18):
human evolution, this stage of human development that we are
in is not as much about gaining access to more information,
but it's about developing the capacity to relate differently to
what we already know. And I'm going to repeat that again,
it's developing the capacity to relate differently to what we
(01:41):
already know. And when I think of that for myself
and what I've been observing in others is this ability
to step outside ourselves, not disassociate, but to step outside
and be the observer of ourselves looking at when I'll
use myself as an example, when I am externally seeking
(02:05):
or grasping or even pointing a finger because there's something
inside of me that is uncomfortable and feeling that uncertainty.
And most of us know that uncertainty can be really uncomfortable,
and we're in very uncertain times. So naturally, what's the
(02:28):
polarity of that certainty and seeking certainty? And because of
the vast amount of information available to us at our fingertips,
there is a natural tendency and also like almost like
a plague, of grasping and seeking externally. And before I
(02:51):
dive into this a little deeper, I do want to
acknowledge that not everyone has the luxury of engaging in
this conversation. And what I mean by that is many
people around the world are currently living in a survival
(03:13):
mode where safety, food, shelter, war, violence, instability. Their immediate
realities of making it through another day are what their
conversation is about. And that is very true all over
the world. So for this conversation, it is directed to
(03:38):
those of us who have enough stability to ask a
different question, and I raise my hand for that, and
most of you listening would raise your hand as well.
Even if you are really stressed with work or your
home and family situation, or a health issue, or even
(04:00):
if you're having a mental, spiritual, existential crisis, you're able
to pay for your groceries even at that ridiculously inflated price,
or your cell phone bill, or sit and watch Netflix,
you know, until eleven thirty pm at night, and you
have five other streaming services in the midst of your breakdown.
(04:25):
That we are in a place where we actually do
have enough stability to step outside of ourselves and consciously
participate in our own growth and evolution and what we're becoming.
And I believe with that opportunity we carry a responsibility.
(04:47):
And that's really who this conversation is for, and what
it is about is the privilege that we have to
be conscious and the responsibility that that carries right now
in the these really unpredictable, uncertain times. Recently, I found
myself a kind of unexpectedly, unexpectedly activated by a conversation
(05:13):
about hidden knowledge and secret organizations and special access and
the idea that certain people possess information that the rest
of us don't. And is there truth in that, certainly,
whether you look at secret societies, maybe different levels of government,
(05:36):
political circles, socioeconomic circles. I mean, hello, we have the
first trillionaire on earth. Like I told my husband the
other day when the headline on Elon Musk came out
about him becoming a trillionaire, I just as I always saying,
I just can't even digest that billionaire is still difficult
(05:58):
for me to die, just and to conceptualize. And I
know a couple of billionaires. I mean, I like, like,
I know a couple of billionaires, and I know people
who have just incredible access and amount to wealth and
also information things that are happening and trends, and can
(06:22):
be in the know because of the circles they run within.
So I recognize that there are discrepancies here. But when
I was kind of triggered, I triggered as the best
word I can use. And really it was reaction, not
a response like full on it. It was a TV
(06:43):
series about kind of like a clandestine group of people
working behind the scenes to fight the light and dark forces.
That's all I'm gonna say about it. And what was funny,
is It wasn't the organization and what they're doing that
interested me. It was my reaction to the whole interview
(07:04):
and the questions that started to emerge within me. And
I was at the gym, by the way, I had
downloaded this episode of this series because I was curious
about it, and so I start listening, and I'm at
the gym, so I'm moving my body, you know, like
my physical body is moving. I am completely focused in
the present moment in my physical body. And a lot
(07:25):
of times uploads and insights and genius will come through
when I am doing the laundry, on a walk at
the gym, when I am not looking for information. But
I was listening to this interview and questions that started
to emerge within me was why are humans? Why am
(07:46):
I and I like, why are we so fascinated by
the idea that someone else has the answers or assuming
that the truth is somewhere above us or outside of us,
or assuming that someone who has access to different or
(08:06):
more information has better information, more privileged than we do.
And those things may be true, but why do we
just assume someone else knows? And we are in this
age of technology where like influencers, for example, which is
a whole other beast. And I'm not pointing any fingers
(08:27):
in and of itself, but whether it's for the best
Amazon buys or the best leg workouts. I mean, I
look at what pops up on my algorithm and I
can't even get Amazon, Like I know that Prime Day
is coming up or whatever it is. And we do
get a little bit of Amazon down here in Ecuador,
but it's not the same. But I still get stuff
on my algorithm like you should buy this or buy
(08:49):
this and buy it through my algorithm. And I get
that's how you know influencers make money. But I mean
that is kind of changing and dying out. But I'm
inviting all of you to ask the questions about these
deeper human patterns and changes that we are going through.
Where humans have looked outside of themselves for answers, looked
(09:13):
to experts, to influencers, to governments, to media, to priests
or religious figures, gurus, spiritual teachers, thought leaders, and now
AI where we have AI open AI chat boxes at
our fingertips to ask a question, and usually it feeds
(09:36):
us by bias of what we want to hear, validating
our point of view, and hopefully most of you listening
now and engaging with your chat box are getting a
little bored by that. I recently met a friend when
I was on this retreat in Porccle, and we've met before,
but we got to hang out in person for an
extended period of time, and we were both talking about
(09:58):
how we give our AI chatboxes smack. Like both of
us will say, excuse me, that's not what I ask you,
or can you please stop utilizing this word or this
sentence or assuming that I want to hear this. Both
of us like push back on our AI and just
(10:18):
the fact, and we were laughing about it, but we
were both talking about how we push back on the
AI because the bias is so clear and it's making assumptions.
Like my AI said to me, this was I don't know,
like five months ago, something along the lines of, well,
here's what's going on, but most doctors won't tell you this.
(10:40):
Here's the secret information I have to tell you about this,
and it by AI said that two or three different
times in a row. But most doctors won't tell you this, Amanda,
So I'm going to give you the insider infestion. And
I was I mean, I just was rolling my eyes
(11:01):
and cringing because I'm like, this algorithm that's being built
is feeding in not only to my language and my
patterning and what I've conditioned it by my rhetoric and
cadence and rhythm and inquiries to relay back to me,
(11:22):
but it's also making assumptions or trying to share secret,
privileged information with me. And I mean, I flat out said, hey,
can you not say that, like, just give me the
information instead of telling me that I'm getting the insider tip,
Like I don't need the insider tip. I just asked
(11:42):
for a little bit of guidance around this. You don't
need to frame it like I'm the special person that's
getting this information. Where in our dialogue do you think
I told you I needed special information in order to
be validated? And somehow it read that for me. And
so I've noticed how it's done that in a few ways.
And I remember years ago, I was sitting when I
(12:05):
was in the corporate world, in my first dose of
the corporate world. I was in my early twenties, like
twenty five years old, twenty six, and I was sitting
in our chief operating officer's office, and I said something
to him, and I said and honestly, and then I
proceeded to say whatever I was going to say, and
he said, I'm going to stop you right there. And
(12:28):
he was a really blunt, rough guy, and I liked
him a lot because he was no bullshit. He called
the spade a spade, and so he's like, I'm going
to stop you right there, and I said, okay. And
you know, I'm twenty five and just trying to get
my voice and still very intimidated, you know, in rooms
of authority and you know, up level down structuring, trying
(12:53):
to prove myself. And he said, I really don't like
it when people say and honestly, he says, because did
everything else before that? Was it dishonest? Why do you
need to qualify what you're saying now as honest? And
that always stuck with me because it was so pertinent
(13:13):
and my AI will sometimes say and honestly. And I
was listening to an advertisement on a podcast that I
like to listen to, and the podcaster was reading for
the reading for the advertisement, and she kept saying and honestly,
and honestly and honestly. And I even heard somebody who
I think is so genius smart. And I was listening
(13:36):
to him interview someone and he said and honestly and honestly,
and I like that has been ringing in my head lately,
like why do we need to say and honestly, why
can't we just speak? And I know I'm kind of
moving on to a tangent there, but these are the
big questions, like all of these deeper questions about seeking
(13:58):
and searching and inpro and grasping for information outside of ourselves.
I'm on this newsletter for Richard Rudd. Richard Rudd, who
developed isn't the right word, but basically has been able
to explore and communicate and create these beautiful gene keys
that are evolved from human design and the e ching
(14:20):
and the gene key of the week is I think
that either the fifteenth or the sixteenth gene key. For
those of you gene key people out there, you'll know
what I'm talking about. But it's the movement from dullness
to magnetism to fluorescence. And in the gene keys, you
(14:42):
have a shadow, you have what you're aspiring to, and
then you have something called this city not c I
t Y the cidhy s I d h e. I
think I'm hi si d hi. I think I'm spelling
it right there. But the city is like the transcended
mystical aspect. So the highest version of this gene key
(15:06):
is fluorescence, which is it's not magnetism. It's not attracting
in magnetizing, and that's not what the magnetism is there either.
But anyway, in Richard Rudd's discussion of this gene key,
and he was talking about dullness the shadow and how
it is pervasive in human consciousness, and right now that
(15:28):
dullness is expressing itself through rasping for more information. It's
like pulling an oracle card or a tarot card. Let's
say you decide you're going to sit down and pull
a card for the day. It's like pulling an oracle
(15:51):
card or a tarot card. Let's say you decide you're
going to sit down and pull a card for the day,
and you pull one card and it doesn't give you
the answer you want, or it's not quite enough, so
you pull another card and another card, or you sit
down and say I'm going to do a three card spread.
You know, past influences, the present and future probabilities and
(16:11):
you pull those three cards and you're like, let me
pull one more card, just to explain it a little
more or give me a little more information. And I'm
saying that very tongue in cheek because I love utilizing
the taro or oracle cards or divination tools in that way.
I love astrology and numerology and looking at what's going
on in the sky today and what influences do we have,
(16:33):
and what's going on in my personal chart in my
evolutionary astrology. But sometimes I can start going down these
rabbit holes and it's never enough because I'm looking for
certainty in this uncertain energy. And I've I notice where
I do that, I notice where other people do that.
(16:55):
And I feel like what Richard Rudd was saying in
his contemplation, that's the beauty of the gene keys. It's
plenty of wisdom and information is handed to you. But
Richard Rudd's message is just sit with this and contemplate it.
Just sit and think about it. And sitting and thinking
(17:19):
about it might be a couple of hours while you're
on a walk, it may be two or three months
on one contemplation. It's not about rushing or seeking externally.
It's allowing something to be revealed within from deep within,
rather than externally looking for more synchronicity, signs, validation and proof.
(17:44):
And in the past and humanity, like I've mentioned, we've
looked to king's royalty, priest, religious authorities, mystery schools, esoteric
or secret, society's political figure, fame, famous people, celebrities externally
(18:04):
and all these systems that there. It's all the same pattern.
It's like it's the different costumes, same pattern. And so
the core questions that I keep asking that I think
are relevant for us to ask where we can become
more conscious and more responsible, is why are we so
(18:25):
attracted to the idea that someone else or something else
has access or the information we need that hidden information
will be revealed through an external source. And it's so
difficult to practice that right now, but I'm throwing it
(18:50):
out there for you all to recognize that we're in
these incredible landscapes of human evlce where all of this
information is available and rapidly speeding up. But I want you,
I encourage you to notice when you are externally gripping
(19:16):
and grasping versus sitting and contemplating or sitting with the uncertainty,
but also think of that external grasping as a dulness.
And I'm using Richard Rudd's language and that because it
struck me when he said seeking more and more information
(19:38):
is not where the fluorescence is, the magnetic energy is.
It's actually in the sitting still with the wisdom within
and the sitting in the discomfort of the uncertainty versus
externally reaching and grasping. And so think about when you're
(20:04):
looking for more information, more validation, and is it because
you're uncomfortable with sitting in the uncertainty? And I think
about in saying this, the work that I've done for
many years, the one to one client work as a
(20:25):
psychic medium, as someone who is gifted with and has
the ability to see probable future outcomes. And I've made
a lot of predictions with a lot of accuracy. I'm
not always perfectly on point, and sometimes it depends on
someone's energy field or my energy field. But you know
I have I've had clients over the years and it's
(20:48):
am I going to marry this person? Should I leave
this job? Is this my right path? What is my
meaning and my purpose? When is this going to happen?
What's going to happen next? And over the years it's like,
oh my gosh, those I get those questions. Because we're human.
I want to know the answers to those questions many
times and oftentimes, But as someone who has worked professionally
(21:12):
as a psychic and an intuitive for many years, there
is something I've observed. People do want information, but it's
rarely the information that they want. It's usually relief, relief
from ambiguity, relief from uncertainty, relief from not knowing. And
(21:33):
I get that. I think it's deeply human to be
looking for answers and for relief, for relief, and I
think right now we're in a stage of human development
where the pressure is accelerating and it's like the vice
is tightening, and so we're looking for relief wherever we
(21:57):
can get it, and sometimes that is in addiction. It
can show up in food, It can show up in relationships,
It can show up in obsessive compulsive behaviors, worcoholism, money power, greed,
if you feel in your blank. But the longer I've
(22:21):
done this work, what has become more clear to me
is when someone, including myself, when I do this, when
I loosen my grip on the need for certainty. It's
not just about letting go, it's absolutely trusting or being
in the uncertainty. Usually that's when the clearest information or
(22:46):
path ahead emerges. When I stop or we stop trying
to force an outcome an I or we become more
interested in what life is teaching me, teaching us, rather
than controlling what happens next. And that's usually when that
(23:11):
grip around the energy field is loosened, it becomes magnetic,
it becomes fluorescent, less dull, and it's internal right now,
it's I think, highly related to our nervous systems. So
the more that we or you and I become aware
of our nervous systems when we're operating from a heightened
(23:34):
or a depressive state, a dysregulated state, and we practice
consistently ways to find our calm, our peace, our ease,
our wu way, our middle way, and being very present,
just very very present with what is the grip starts
(23:57):
to loosen and the dullness starts to become more fluorescent.
Humanity has gone through many in recent humanity. Okay, we
can go way back, and there's been all these interesting
archaeological revelations lately that you know, we equate the origins
(24:17):
of humanity to six eight thousand years ago societies, cities, infrastructures.
But looking back at human remains, there is evidence of
multiple civilizations, humans that existed many many, many thousands of
years ago and almost like Atlantian or lu Marian times,
(24:41):
and what their societies might have looked like. More and
more evidence, archaeological and otherwise scientific is coming up around that.
But if we look at recent humanity, we think about
the discovery of electricity, I mean that was a game changer,
the invention of the printing press, this is a no
(25:04):
specific order, by the way, the scientific revolution, the industrial revolution, telecommunications,
the Internet. I'll just give you that one that we
can all grask. We all will, many of us depending
on when you were born. Remember the nineties and our
AOL dial up and how long it took to sign
on to the Internet. And now you know, two thousand
(25:27):
and seven with the release of not the invention of
the release of to the public, the smartphone two thousand
and seven was a game changer, and it has exponentially
grown since then and is now exponentially growing at rates.
Like I said, I'm having a hard time conceptualizing trillionaire.
(25:49):
It's the same thing with technology, resources, AI and everything
being fundamentally at our fingertips. We're in this evolutionary leap,
and we're not one hundred year years down the road
yet to where it's all synthesized. We're living it now.
So what makes this moment in our human evolutionary leaps
(26:11):
so different is artificial intelligence, the vast amount of information
available to us, global interconnectedness, and the acceleration, I mean,
the speed of intelligence right now is what is unprecedented.
And with that microcosm of speed, we have that weighing
(26:35):
on our bodies, our physical bodies and our nervous system.
And I've noticed, just in the last month, how I've
recognize how sensitive my physical body is emotionally, mentally, energetically, environmentally.
But just in the last month it's become so loud,
(26:57):
how my physical body absolutely on a daily basis, is
trying to regulate, trying to calibrate, and it goes high
to low, and it can at one moment I can
feel clear and energized, and an hour later I can
feel full on like I have fever or am aching
or am very unclear. So truly truly give weight, give credit,
(27:24):
give freedoms to your physical body and your nervous system,
and whatever your practices are for your self care and
your nervous system and your body rest, hydration, sunlight, bare
feet on the ground, electronic detops, a really good shower,
(27:50):
cleansing and clearing your energy field. Those things are more relevant,
especially as we move into the summer months, the summer
months of twenty twenty, because it between the astrology and
the energy field, July and August are much swifter and
speedier than June. June's almost like pulled us back a
(28:14):
little bit and ask us to re engage reevaluate internally.
So it's a very good time to recognize when you
were externally seeking. And I encourage you because this was
so simply elegant and helpful for me. Going back to
(28:35):
Richard Rudd and his language of dullness and that all
of that grasping and seeking creates dullness, and he wasn't
talking about our auras and our energy fields, but for me,
I metabolized it that way, is that I want to
be magnetic when my energy field is clean and clear
and centered and present. Things are easy things just happen
(29:04):
organically and with vitality and life force, and almost this
ants with the universe. But when I am worn down
or I am in some kind of fear and wanting
to wrestle with the uncertainty, I start to dull. And however,
that looks dull my senses, though my energy field, and
(29:27):
it dulls that magnetism or ultimately that fluorescence. And right now,
with all the information we have, remembering that usually information
is not what you may be looking for. I may
be looking for. It's probably relief. And I had a
(29:49):
friend text me this weekend and it made me smile,
not because of the situation she was in, but because
of the way she framed it. She just reached out
and she said, Hey, I just need to get this
off of my chest. This is what's going on with me,
this is what is happening in my life. And I
(30:09):
just needed to say it out loud to someone who
was a safe space, essentially, and that someone not being
talking to myself or talking to my AI. And I
laughed because that's exactly what I've been contemplating, is she
wasn't looking for validation, support, insight, guidance, more information. In fact,
(30:32):
she said that and she wasn't looking for her AI
to validate all of her feelings in her side of
the story and what was going on was like I
just need to say this, And so to me, that
was so discerning and recognizing that she just needed the
relief of the uncertainty of what was going on and
(30:54):
not the answers to sit with and be uncomfortable in
the uncertainty, but to not be alone in it. And
that was like urreaka energy for me as far as
the uh ways through the way through, what we are
walking through right now is not so much about more
(31:17):
information or certainty or even being alone in the uncertainty.
It's finding people who meet us where we are, who
can just witness us. It's being witnessed. And there's something
to being witnessed, whether it's in our joy or in
our pain by someone who can meet us in relationship
(31:43):
that it's like it takes the power of the uncertainty away,
the power of the fear and even the desperation that
comes with that external seeking. On my YouTube, I rarely
get on Instagram these days, y'all. I don't remember the
(32:04):
last time. I don't really toast on Instagram. I need
to maybe get I don't need to do anything. Let
me rephrase that I thought about that. I'm like, I
just I don't want to make a post. I will
put things in my stories about just new podcast episode.
But that's kind of been it lately and the anyway.
But I was on my YouTube and this old Alan
(32:27):
Watts talk came up, and Alan Watts was pretty brilliant
and pretty genius. So I listened to it on my
way to the gym, and I wasn't like grasping and seeking.
It just popped up and I can't even remember the
name of the conversation, but essentially he was talking about
the difference of forcing life and moving with life, kind
(32:47):
of like swimming upstream or choosing to go with the current,
with the flow. And one of the famous Alan Watts
quotes that I really resonate with, especially where we are
right now energetically, is muddy water is best cleared by
leaving it alone. Muddy water is best cleared by leaving
(33:12):
it alone. And think about that, like if you have
you know, if you've stirred something up or put it
in a cocktail shaker, you know eventually it settles when
we lived in Belize. We lived on this river, the
City River, and it was it flowed, it was coming
down from the mountains and it flowed into the Caribbean,
(33:32):
and we were just just beyond the mouth of the Caribbean.
So it was really deep, like twenty feet deep, and
it was dark, dark water. But when it would rain,
of course the water would get so muddy and murky,
and then two or three days later it'd be running
more clear and cleaner. And I just remember watching those
(33:56):
patterns and not trying to change them. Watching. But that's
essentially what Alan wants to saying is muddy water is
best cleared by leaving it balloon. And when he talks
about swimming, swimming period, not upstream or downstream. We don't
grab on to water. We don't hold the water, because
(34:20):
if we try to hold it, we sin. I mean,
you all can think about remembering, like learning how to swim.
You have to learn to be buoyant in the water.
And it's awkward at first because at first you just
want to flail and grasp and grab and you can't
grab water. I mean, Alan Watson is pretty genius, and
(34:41):
his philosophical ways of interpreting things and I feel like
that's where we are right now. The more we try
to grab or hold, the less we know, and whether
it's grabbing information, the answers, predictions, outcomes, it's not about holding.
It's really about this ability to float. So what does
(35:04):
your float look like today? When can you just be?
When are you regulated, present, peaceful enough to just be
and be content? That came up in conversation with a
(35:25):
member of my community, the frequency field, talking about contentment,
and I love that word. I love that sentiment. It's
another one of the gene keys, by the way, it's
one of the gen keys, and I don't remember which
one that there is a genekey that speaks to contentment specifically,
and it's like, what does contentment look and feel like
(35:48):
to you today? When is enough enough? And when I
say that, it makes me think of my mom, and
as my mother was dying, literally dying in her last
couple of days. My mom was a lot of things,
and I had a really great mom, and I had
a mom who was very human and had her own
(36:09):
stuff in life to wrestle with, as all moms do, right,
But one thing about my mom is she was really
hard to please, and she knew this, like she was
very particular, very specific. I can remember as a little
girl when my dad and I would do our Christmas shopping.
(36:31):
Usually we'd get her like a robe or pajamas because
my mom loved nice pajamas and always wore a total
pajama set, like nice pajamas. She was a leo, so
everything had to look good right, and it's one of
the things I loved. But anyway, I mean I was
like five six years old, and we'd go look for
the pajamas or the robe or whatever we were doing,
(36:52):
and like we'd pick it out, and whatever we would
get her, she would like it, but it would always
be just not quite right. Like, you know, we get
her a medium and she really needed as small, or
we got as small and she really probably preferred a
medium in this, or I don't really like that waistband.
I'm going to take these back and pick out the
(37:13):
ones I want. So oh, thank you so much for this,
but it's not quite right. And this is I am
not pointing a finger at my mother. I'm just articulating
the level of particularity she had. And as she was
dying and she was walking between the worlds and she
was not communicating, not speaking very much, noncommunicative and in
(37:38):
her body, but out of her body. She mumbled one
day and one of my half sisters was sitting there.
She mumbled, she said, I was never satus. She said
it just like that, she said, oh, I was never saddest.
It was very clear that she was in her life review.
(37:59):
She was walking between the worlds. And when she said that,
like the room lit up, like it like it went
to some other frequency, because it was like she saw
herself outside of herself. Her whole life flashed before and
it's like, hey, hey Lisa, her name was Lisa. It's
(38:21):
like her soul said, hey, Lisa, you did a great
job here. You learn these lessons. You got to practice
this forgiveness, you got to do this. Oh you're really
fumbled here. Maybe you could have let this go a
little sooner. Maybe you messed up. You know, she's on
this other side of her life review and all these
things are going on, and the main thing that came
through was it's never sap. And I mean when she
(38:46):
said it, I knew, and it was so authentic and
high frequency, and it was so sad and so beautiful
because that's what our soul said, is Hey, you forgot
to be content, you forgot to be sad. And maybe
(39:11):
that's what I'm getting at. As far as where we
are right now, in this big leap that is hard
and vast and difficult to navigate, Are you content? Are
you satisfied? Can you be okay with not enough of
(39:31):
this or that or certainty your information? And I think
you can. I think we can. I think we will,
But we need other people to witness us. We can't
do it alone. And I know I come back to that.
A lot is not doing things alone, finding your people,
finding the people who can hold space for you and
(39:53):
witness you, or witnessing others holding being the one who
can hold that space without collapsing under someone else's emotional
stuff for energy or stress like not collapsing and holding
space for others. So knowing that you can pause right now,
this is a really great energy to pause and the
(40:17):
invitation in this moment and then this giant evolutionary leap
we are speaking through the stage of human evolution. It's
not about predictions, answers, certainty, more information. It's about remaining present,
remaining discerning and grounding, being witnessed, connecting to ourselves, connecting
(40:41):
with others, also not grasping, recognizing when you get dull,
that your energy feel dulls when you grasp, When I grasp,
it magnetizes and becomes electric and magnetic and fluid when
(41:03):
we are present and present enough to be with ourselves
an extreme discomber. So knowing that you don't have to
look outside or to the top, or in secret societies
or certain levels of influencer privilege for the truth, for
the answers, for the greatest wisdom. Just look within awsbreathe
(41:28):
the present, and as we continue to in access to
more and more information, and the energy accelerates in the
months ahead because it is and it will know that
what the intelligence you have within your internet, not Internet,
(41:48):
your internet, the inner web, the inner wisdom, something really
incredible is sparking and becoming available. But it's under the
layer of uncertainty and discomfort, and it's not looking for certainty.
It's just pausing and being in your own field, in
(42:09):
your own truth. And it's really tough to practice, but
I do encourage you to pause and think and notice
when you get you know, on a Tuesday afternoon or
a Saturday, and everything is done for the day and
you just can't sit still, you need to search this
(42:31):
or look this up or have another conversation about notice
when you are seeking grasping externally. That's the practice right now,
is just the awareness without any judgment, not even trying
to change or fix it. Just notice and see if
you can sit in the not grasping just a little
(42:52):
bit longer than maybe you did the day before or
the week before, and that will build a new energy
and traction where you will find some new clarity that'll
come back with it. As always, thank you for joining
