If you feel like you’re losing your mind, your mojo, or your clarity—you aren’t wrong. We are currently walking through an "energetic depression" and reorientation. This month is about integration, not just execution.

While the 4 Universal Month energy (within a 1 Universal Year) pushes us to "get ‘er done" and get organized, the heavy astrology of Eclipse Season and Mercury Retrograde creates a "mirage in the desert" effect. We can see the future timeline, but we can't quite touch it yet.

Key Themes Today:

  • The Shadow of Urgency: Understanding why we feel like nothing is happening fast enough.
  • Trimming the Fat: Getting organized and cleaning up your energetic field.
  • Authentic Response: Learning to listen to your field instead of seeking quick fixes or more consumption.
  • The Battle for Light: How to stay human and grounded during times of spiritual and energetic "warfare."

The Takeaway: The fire hasn’t landed yet, but the restructuring is real. Don’t push—do things truer and deeper. Your purpose is evolving rapidly; keep your wits about you and find your people.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi everyone, It's Manda Rigo Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me today. Man, we are walking
through some pretty intense energy and this month's Let me
just remind you, I'm recording this in March. I'm actually
recording it on St. Patrick's Day. But this month we

(00:31):
are still in eclipse season. Mercury has been retrograde in Pisces,
Jupiter is standing still in the sky. It's a four
month from a numerological perspective. In a one year. Everything
about this month is this integration, and integration can have

(00:55):
this feeling that nothing is happening, nothing is moving forward,
things aren't ingably solidifying. And the energy of the four
in numerology, it's like a getter done energy, where it's
a frequency that asks us to take things a step
at a time, to be sometimes really calculated and methodical,

(01:16):
to figure out a game plan and then execute it
from a quality oriented standpoint. So the four is not
a light energy. It pushes us. It asks us to
pull ourselves together, to get organized, you know, to trim
the fat. The four is good for trimming the fat.

(01:37):
And when I say that, I mean getting rid of
anything fringe, anything extemporaneous that is cluttering our life, and
whether that is energetically, mentally, emotionally, literally in our on
our desk, in our bathroom, in our kitchen, in our car.
This is a good month to clean things up. But

(01:58):
when you combine the four and the one, the shadow
comes out of that combo, which is this false sense
of urgency like I need to get it all done,
I need to get it done yesterday, and nothing is
happening fast enough, and why can't it all be here now?
Can't we be through? So it can feel it can

(02:20):
feel like we're not enough, we're not doing enough, we're
not fast enough. And when you add the astrology right
now and the general temperature in our world and in
the energy field, it can be disheartening, disillusioning. It can
feel like we're never gonna get there, or when is

(02:44):
life gonna arrive? Like when am I gonna wake up
and just feel happy or okay or normal or enough?
And you know what, the days of that have shifted.
The energy is different. And I want you to pause
wherever you are, and if you're driving, don't pause, you know,

(03:07):
oh literally keep your eyes on the road, but pause
in your mind and your heart and your body for
a moment and realize, like we are in a no
turning back energy. The energy is accelerating and changing. And
I was thinking about perspective and how I was thinking

(03:30):
about my grandparents and you know, generations before me, before us,
And I know that my grandparents, and I'm thinking about
my mom's parents specifically right now. You know, came through
the depression. They came out of and through the depression.
And my grandmother was so good at being thrifty and

(03:51):
saving and finding deals, and she, my grandmother, managed the
money in the house. My grandfather worked and he worked hard,
and he retired it gosh, I think it was like
fifty years, forty or fifty years of service to the
same company. You know, we don't think about it. We
don't work for the same company forty or fifty years

(04:14):
and retire in general from that place anymore. But my
grandmother managed the money. My grandfather worked hard, and they
had an amazing retirement. I had really incredible grandparents, and
I think about them a lot, and I know their
their energy is with me often. But my grandparents, for

(04:39):
all the things they went through, you know, in the
hard times, I mean, really not having enough food or
you know, rations or whatever it was that they walked through.
My grandparents showed up with really incredible attitudes and perspective.
And some of that may be that they were grandparents,

(05:02):
you know, they were my grandparents. It wasn't the version
of my grandparents that my mom got. And I certainly
know about that and know about you know, ancestry and
the traumas we passed down, because yes, and what is
in our blood and our genetics and our behaviors inherited. Yes,
I know that psychology, I get it. I'm familiar with it.

(05:25):
I know those things psycho spiritually too. But I look
back at my grandparents and I think, man, they really
went through some stuff and they didn't complain. They put
one foot in front of the other. And there is
something about this energy right now that feels like we've

(05:46):
been walking through a depression, and it's more like an
energetic depression and reorientation where there's no turning back. We
are changed, we are being fundamentally restructured. And I've shared

(06:07):
this energetic perspective before, which helps me metabolize this and
really get myself into gears. Sometimes if we were to
take a cave man or a cave woman. So someone
from I don't know, twenty thousand years ago. I don't

(06:28):
know exactly how old some of the oldest bones are.
I cannot remember. But if we were to take someone
from ten thousand years ago, three thousand, three thousand years ago,
let's just go back to you know, ten ad if
you want, I like, it doesn't have to be a
caveman or cave woman, and you are to put them

(06:48):
in twenty twenty six in our timeline. Energetically and also technologically, socially, politically,
communication wise, we have the ability to communicate and know
things that we didn't have thirty years ago, forty years ago.

(07:11):
Dennis and I recently rewatched All the President's Men, So
if you remember about the Watergate scandal, Richard Nixon for
some of you out there, Richard Nixon to Watergate, All
the President's Men, we watched the movie that Robert Reverd
and Dustin Hoffman. So we watched Watergate. And there are
these two investigative journalists that basically Woodward and Bernstein, this

(07:34):
is you know, political history, right, wood and Bernstein real
figures that broke open the whole Watergate scandal mess investigation
that happened, and they were rolling up their sleeves and
doing hardcore investigative journalism and there was no Internet, no

(07:55):
finding information really fast in real time. So there's this
one scene they're trying to put all the puzzle pieces
together and the players behind the scenes politically and in
the White House that are involved in these cover ups
and listening devices and scandal. But there's this one scene
with Robert Redford where he's in the office in the

(08:16):
news you know, not the newsroom, but you know, at
the newspaper that's where he works. And I can't remember.
I think it's the Washington Post. Woodward and Bernstein worked
for the Washington Post. But he's in this corner and
there's all these phone books, like a whole corner dedicated
to phone books, and they had phone books from every
major city in the United States, like Detroit, Cincinnati, La, Washington.

(08:43):
They were in Washington, d C. But he's looking for
somebody and he's having to go through phone books and
narrow it down to find this person and then make
cold calls to figure out if this is the person
who's been mentioned two or three times. Anyway, the reason
I'm mentioning this and that Watergate was what shoot in

(09:03):
the sixties, that's nineteen sixty. We're in twenty twenty six.
And look at the Internet and the speed in which
we have things, and how our culture and our society
and our technology knowledgy and our abilities for the leaps
that we have made. We live in this culture where
everything is about immediacy and having what we need right

(09:25):
now in real time at our fingertips, whether it is
a smartphone or chat GPT, you know, like one of
our the AI that's happening everything around us says speed, immediacy,
information consumption and checking in with what's in our hearts

(09:48):
and where our passion is and who we are and
what we need can be really disorienting and challenging. This
month March, especially as we move through this energetic integration

(10:11):
where we're rebuilding. We don't feel fully online yet with
this new wave of energy, and I will tell you
that as we shift into April all the way through
July and August, the energy does speed up more, but

(10:34):
we will feel it more personally and energetically, and it's
asking us to respond authentically without pushing and striving. And
it's funny because this doesn't mean that we're not losing
our drive or our passion, focus, mojo, engagement. It is

(11:00):
is we're being reoriented and we're in the gap. But
what we're re orienting towards, like these future timelines, they're
not quite accessible yet. It's like you can see it
like a mirage in the desert, like an oasis, but
you can't quite taste it, reach it, know it, understand it.

(11:25):
So if you feel that you're kind of in this
void or in between, you're not loco. You're not losing
your mind, your energy, and your body is vastly shifting
your cells, your DNA, your consciousness and more fill in
the blank. Isn't the answer, and it's not the answer

(11:49):
from a fulfillment standpoint, meaning more consumption of knowledge, information
that's out there, social media, chat, GPT, you fill in
your blank. It's not more planning X, Y and Z,
like executing. I'm going to plan this, this and this.
Business wise, I'm executing these things. I'm normally a planner

(12:11):
and an executor, but I have gotten so much more,
not just intentional and mindful, energetically aligned to win. My
energy matches my output, meaning whether it is a newsletter
or organizing something and not pushing and not promoting or

(12:33):
performing behind it. And it has nothing to do with
authenticity or not being authentic before. But I am really
honoring this shift of listening to my field and knowing
that when my field is uncomfortable or quiet or out
of whack, that I don't have to add something to

(12:56):
my plate externally. That's going to be just a quick
fix and drop me lower afterwards. And that's what a
lot of us, you know, have been. I think feeling
our way through kind of like a blindfold, is oh,
this is going to make me happy. You know, whether
it's more filling the blank, more work, more food, more companionship,

(13:19):
filling your blank, but it's finding your truth. And this
language that I'm about to use, I don't use lightly,
but it oftentimes feels like we are in some spiritual
warfare or energetic warfare. And I remember the first time

(13:40):
I ever heard someone say that, and it like it
landed for me. This was I mean, I know exactly
when it was. I know where I was sitting in,
who I was having the conversation with. It was one
of those moments, you know, where time and space break
and something is true, like it's real. It like vibrated
in my I had gotten sober, and I had come

(14:03):
back from treatment, and I had started back to work
with the same people I worked with. And I was
sitting down with one of our chaplains, and I had
been back to work a week or two, and I
really respected this gentleman. He was an incredible chaplain, an
incredible hospice chaplain, just authentic, you know, and compassionate and loving.

(14:29):
And I was raised in the Episcopal Church, which is
very intellectual and theological sometimes if you just kind of
look at it from the outside, and he came from
a more evangelical background in Christianity. And I remember we

(14:50):
were sitting down at this table and I was just
really forthright with him regarding my experience and getting sober
and my disease of alcol saholism and addiction and admitting
that and surrendering and also giving it to God, giving
it like giving it to a higher power for the
first time, really feeling like the Holy Spirit moved through me,

(15:15):
the God consciousness, energy, the field, like feeling it. And
I was telling him about my experience and also my
spiritual awakening, and I was talking about how true it
felt like I felt true like I came online for
the first time. I was thirty two years old at

(15:36):
the time I came online for the first time, you know,
had conscious contact with the mystical world. So I come
back to treatment and I'm sitting down with him and
we're having this heart to heart and I'm talking, damn

(15:58):
about my spiritual awakening and how real and true I
felt for the first time, and how hard it was
like but it was the best hard in the world,
meaning like the best pain, the best most challenging time,
and there were really it was difficult to describe, but

(16:20):
as far as awakening and realizing all of my shadows,
all of my messiness, my darkness, my own role in
my own chaos, and taking accountability for my fallibility, right
like how broken I was, but also my perspective of
my brokenness, taking that accountability, and then saying, Wow, it's

(16:42):
really hard to come online. It's really hard to be
a light and true when there's so much heaviness and
darkness in the world. And he said, you know, Amanda,
he said, spiritual warfare is real. He said spiritual warfare
is real. And he wasn't being dramatic, and he wasn't

(17:07):
being a fatalist, and he wasn't being crazy evangelical. He
was talking about the light and the dark. He was
talking about energy and influence because that was the direction
or conversation was going. It was going in the direction
of consciousness and humanity and relationships and chaos and good

(17:34):
and evil, and that all those things exist, they all
exist simultaneously, and that showing up human and showing up
real and true with the light and the dark is
not easy, and it can sometimes feel like spiritual warfare,
that everything is stacked against you, or that the battle

(17:58):
for good, the battle for true, the battle for love
is real. And I can say that in a multitude
way of ways. But whatever you're experiencing right now, this
is the time to remember your light and to re

(18:18):
remember it each and every day. And for me these days,
what that looks like is conscious conversations with people that
are walking the same path and dedicated to their light,
to love, to compassion, to hire, consciousness, to the beautiful

(18:39):
timeline and evolution of humanity. That is an option for us,
But that feels like just that oasis is just out
of reach. So if you feel like you're losing your
mojo or your mind, your mind or your mojo, maybe
they're one in the same right now, and you feel
this heaviness and in ability to find the clarity you're

(19:03):
You're not wrong, You're not off track. The fire just
hasn't quite landed yet. We're still in some undoing and
I'm learning not to push. I'm learning to do what's
in front of me, whether that is tending to what's
on my schedule and showing up honestly and earnestly, but

(19:24):
not adding to in ways I used to kind of
pile on, but doing things truer and deeper, and especially
engaging in community and interactions and conversations that are that
are conscious, that are real, that feel connected. So whomever

(19:45):
you're surrounding yourself with right now, or whomever you reach
out to in beautiful times and challenging times alike, scan
that right now. Ask yoursel who am Who am I
allowing to influence me? Who am I influencing? And what

(20:05):
does that look like? And what do I want it
to look like? What am I really here to do?
And each of us is unique in our gifts and
our path but right now I truly believe we're here
to bring in more light and finding more people and
community that are conscious enough to hold that space for

(20:27):
us and with us. And I think that's the container
right now, and maybe the clarity that I'm trying to
shine in a little bit for myself and for everyone
kind of meeting you all where I am right now
is who are the people that have the capacity to
hold what I'm walking through? And vice versa, like who

(20:51):
do I have the capacity to hold that space for?
And who has the capacity for me? Not the ability,
the skill set, the oh yeah when they walk through this,
they're going to be so capable of this, the future timeline.
It always makes me think of, oh, yes, I'm dating
somebody for who they can be, not who they are,
right Like, this is the energy to not date for

(21:13):
people for who they can be, not have friends or
people you communicate with or connect with for who they
can be. It's who are the people that I meet
for who they are now? And it is a fit
a match They get me in my high or my
low end, vice versa, who are the people that hold
space for me? And I think that question of community

(21:37):
and connection is important right now and what we're filling
our energy field with. There's a lot There's a lot
going on behind the scenes, and it is only going
to amp up. And I think things that have been
familiar to us or easy or accessible may not be

(21:57):
available to us in the months to come. Some things
are shifting, and I'm not saying that to be doomsday
or frightening, but I think things are amping up, and
I think some of us are Some people may have
some reality checks, and maybe including myself. But what I
do know is that I'm here for something. I'm here

(22:20):
for something light, and I believe that we all are.
I believe that you are that I am, and then
we're not behind. We're just inside of something really epic.
So please keep your wits about you as best you
can find your people. That's why I created the Frequency Field,

(22:42):
and we've got this amazing community that is really connecting
not just on personal levels, authentically and interpersonally, on this
frequency and on this same level, Like we're on the
same frequency and I say that to you all, but
everyone else in the community is communicating the same thing.

(23:04):
Oh my gosh, I feel it. We're on the same
frequency and we're in it, and we're reassuring each other,
and that's what we're today I'm meeting you in this
podcast as best I can is reassuring us all that
we're here for something and we're in the midst of
something epic. Don't quit And I know I said in

(23:26):
a recent podcast, don't quit before the miracle. It's the
same energy. So we're not through it yet. But I'm

Kingdom of Fraud

It’s the unlikeliest of criminal partnerships: a devout polygamist from an insular Utah sect joining forces with a shadowy Armenian tycoon from LA. The result - a billion dollar fraud conspiracy. In Kingdom of Fraud, investigative reporter Michele McPhee traces the origins of the extraordinary alliance between Jacob Kingston and Levon Termendzhyan. Together, the two men trigger the largest tax investigation in American history and weave around themselves a web of dirty cops, influential political relationships and transnational money laundering. All this is set against the backdrop of Jacob Kingston’s clan – The Order. A powerful and secretive polygamist organization in Salt Lake City. To whom Jacob is desperate to prove his worth.
