Speaker 1 (00:00):
We are exactly one hundred and thirty nine days away
from the Sore Losers Convention, home of the Super Bowl
in Nashville, Tennessee, at presented by Freeland Chevrolet. And I
tell you what, I am in bed with those boys.
They currently the pictures on Instagram are gonna be behind.

(00:22):
But they got me my car back, I think because
now I saw some oil, so I said, I'm going
back to the boys. Oh yeah, so maybe it was
about drivewayers. Now that it's paved, yeah, so maybe it
was my oil change. Boys. So the car is technically
back in the shop, but my boys are gonna help
me out. I think it's gonna come out of surgery. Okay,

(00:45):
but yeah, Freeland Chevrolet, Richard, the boys, Lewis Kevin even
texts me. He's like, hey, man, how's your morning, And
then he'll get me updates on the car. Hey, if
you're coming for the convention, you need a rental, give
them a call man, Freeland Chevrolet.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
But obviously, if you're gonna be boozing, probably safer doing uber.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Yeah yeah, but there are people that don't booze that
could use an ube. Yeah, rocket dude. They do that
because they gave me that truck for god knows how long. Yeah,
just call Richard and be like, hey, man, I'm coming
to this Sore Losers convention. I wonder if I could
rent a car from you guys. It'd be really awesome.
We're gonna do it live. Oh, yes, we are we
Oh the one two three sore loser? What up, everybody?

(01:26):
I am lunchbox. I know the most about sports, so
I'll give you the sports facts, my sports opinions, because
I'm pretty much a sports genius, y'all.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
It's Sizon from the North, alpha male, live on the
North Side, two point three acres, baser, wife, kids at Vandy,
two of them. Justin usually checks on him. He now
lives in Michigan. He's started a life there. He's got
a dinghy and he goes out fishing, probably puts down
a thirty rack, walks home. It's a crazy little fishing
village he lives in. It's actually the hometown of my grandparents.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Oh. He actually texted me the other day out of
nowhere and he said it's World War four. He said
they are trying to make Alexi Lawless look like Trump.
This is the start of World War Oh three a
serious condition. You skipped one of those. I was gonna say, yeah,
is he into sport? In soccer? Is he betting it?

(02:17):
I had no idea he was throwing on the red,
white and blue, no idea. I just got that. I
think it was about halftime of the game on Monday night,
or maybe this pre game. I'm not sure what time
he texted me.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
If I don't text him about beat the streak every day,
he'll go, what's wrong?

Speaker 1 (02:31):
You don't watch baseball anymore? Coward? Just bagging on each
other every day. Dude, Man, I'm gonna tell you what
those sports I mean, they are just the most cruel
thing you can ever invest your time in. It's not
like a marriage. You know, it can fall apart and
you have ten good years. Sports are something that just

(02:55):
gets your hopes up so high and then they can
absolutely smash you and crush you and devastate you. And
I've experienced it twice in the last month.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
So sports has got a drinking problem because you say
get smashed.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Oh, they smash you. I mean, here's the thing. I
went through it in the NBA finals when the Spurs
defeat the Thunder in the Western Conference Finals and I think,
oh my god, we're about to win an NBA title.
We are gonna be the NBA champions. And year two
of this amazing roster, we are about to be the crown.

(03:29):
We're gonna get the Larry O. B And we lead
every game by double digits and blow the series, absolutely
choke away every fourth quarter lead, the biggest lead in
NBA Finals history. And I said, it's okay. I licked
my wounds. I've picked myself up off the mat. I said,

(03:51):
it's okay, buddy, it's okay. Life goes on. You still
have three wonderful kids, you got a great podcast, you
have Sore Losers Convention in one hundred and sixty eight
days sixty nine, and you have the World Cup starting.

(04:11):
So don't worry. The Spurs let you down, but youesa, yousa,
they're gonna go. And they're probably not gonna go all
the way, that would be unrealistic expectations, but they're gonna
perform admirably, admirably, and they're gonna fight tooth and nail

(04:31):
and they may get eliminated, but it's gonna be an amazing,
amazing tournament. And it started out that way. I mean, yes,
hell of an opening monologue. Now transition, we come against Paraguay,
we wipe the floor with them. We play those kids
from Australia and we beat them to nothing. We clinched
the group. We don't even care about the game against Turkey.

(04:54):
But it's a back and forth affair. We lose. Who cares.
We're moving on to the knockouts day and who is
this country in front of us? None other Bosni and
herges Silovia, Bosnio, Herzegovina, and we got to play them.
Don't worry about it. We'll dominate them to the bos

(05:14):
and we win two. Oh, bring it on. No, we
want Belgium. We want Belgium. We want Belgium, and Belgium
wanted us fun because from that the opening kickoff ray.
Belgium wanted that. They were all up in our ass?

(05:37):
Were they really? You didn't watch it out to bed, dude,
wore the jersey to bed. It was they Fifty three
seconds into the game, our goalie made one of the
saves of the tournament, diving to his right left hand
and knocking it. It was going upper ninety, dude, and
I was like, what are we doing? Guys? It was

(05:59):
like We were scared. We were deer in headlights. And
it was absolute utter domination by the Belgians. They were
so much better, they had a better plan. Everything we
wanted to do was not available because whoever they started,
they started guys that they didn't usually start. They had
a different idea and it was unbelieva. We were so

(06:23):
nervous and scared. And Belgia size of Vermont, What the
hell does that have to do with anything? Nothing? But
it sounded cool, really did, and I made it up.
Oh hell, I believed it. Manh right, where is Belgium at?
Like I was gonna ask you, is it by where
you went on vacation? Norway and Iceland and all this
by Ireland? Is it by? It's all over there, Scotland,

(06:45):
Belgium or Russia, Latvia, all those are over Belgium's in there.
It's chilling in there in Europe. See, I feel like
Belgium's farther away. I feel like it's like Norway, Scotland
in there. That's all the same vicinity, is it? It's
like yeah, I mean like is it south France? Is
it next to Italy? Is it up there by England?
I have no idea, France is in Morocco's in France,

(07:06):
since in now he's in Ohio. Morocco is not in France.
Monico Morocco's in Egypt right now, Morocco's in We don't
google Africa. I gotta be real, bro, I ain't been
over there. I got a question, what country is? What?
What continent is Morocco? Billy went there, He went to Monaco.

(07:28):
I meant, misspoke. Yeah, but is Morocco in Africa? I
would say Africa? But Billy went to Monaco and that's
the south of France. Okay, so we know Monico's in Spain.
But I'm telling you, if we would have beat Belgium,
we could have played Spain. Belgium is nestled in there
in between. I would say the It's like there's Norway, England,

(07:52):
British Columbia. Then there's all those little ones Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium,
They're all yes, they're all fling in there, and then
at the bottom is your Spain and your Italy.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
But there's all those little ones that nobody goes to.
That's the country that beat us.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
Yeah, and they dominated us, and it was it was
sad to watch we give up the goal right away.
I mean our defense was shell shocked. We didn't know what.
We couldn't cover a little cross across the box. It
was a little ground ball. We had two guys guarding
the guy with the ball outside the box, and one
guy's backing up. Why would you not double team him

(08:29):
immediately instead of backing up. You're not doing any good
standing right behind your guy with your pecker poking him
in the back. Stand to the side of him, so
he has to get around two guys. He gets a
ground ball cross and Tim Reim just looks at hs like,
oh man, there's someone behind me. I guess I should
have marked him. Crap, throw out my hand with the
offside so no rep okay, good try. Well, so you're

(08:52):
saying the goalkeeper sucked a little bit? Have we checked
the bus drivers in this country? The secret saw us
unnecessarily the goalkeeper. It was our it was everybody, and
we couldn't make passes like all those open passes that
we had all this space. Against these other teams. They
played a different style and they didn't do that, and

(09:12):
they didn't let us like when they didn't play it
out of the back slowly in five passes and we
played pressure. They took goalkicks and just kicked it and
we couldn't defend it. It was so ridiculous. So it
was never close. Never. There was a huge watch party
at Giodis oh Man. There was a huge watch party everywhere,
a bunch of depressed people.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
My buddy was there, really yeah, he had his daughters there.
And when they scored, they were going crazy. So we're
within striking distance.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
We did score a goal, like, just tied up one
to one, and the stadium was going crazy. A minute
later Belgium scored again.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
Well, good thing they put us down dead, because boy,
we would have got shellacked by whoever we.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Played next, Spain or Portugal. We play Spain now, we
don't play Spain, We don't play anybody. We played ten
to nothing, dude. It was so frustrating. And Polisic, let
me tell you, for being the greatest American soccer player ever,
I don't know if I ever want to see him
on a USA soccer team again. He disappears in all

(10:15):
the big games. He disappears, he gets hurt. He is
so ridiculously overrated. It is so frustrating to watch. He's
just out there doing nothing, absolutely nothing, And for all
the hype he gets, it's like he doesn't care. I
don't see the fire Clint Dempsey when he played there

(10:37):
was a fire, a desire, a will to win. Polistic
doesn't feel like he gives a crap.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Thank god, Alexi Lawless is off my TV screen. He
may still be hosting, he has to be still be
hosting Proka, but I'm not turning it on. Why dude,
that soccer. I thought golf was good for naps. Damn
soccer takes the cake. I would turn a game on
when Boomer was there. Yeah, fall asleep, wake up forty

(11:05):
fifth minute. It's just the perfect sleeping TV's thing.

Speaker 1 (11:11):
Like it's great. But Alexi Lawless, here's my impression. Today
we are it is about the pursuit of happiness, the
pursuit of liberty, and the pursuit of life. That's what
we'll find out today about this USA team. All right,
we'll be back Feefa live here in Seattle. All right,

(11:32):
we're back, Alexi.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Your take on the game, the Bill of Rights, the
declaration of independence? Today they will need to declare their independence.
He always would quote, like you think it was tough
in seventeen seventy six.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
What was even tougher nineteen sixty nine when we landed
on the moon. That's what the team's gonna have to
go through tonight.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
He would always quote famous events in American history. For
the love of God, just talk about what happened at
the grocery store yesterday that made you think about USA soccer.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
They'd be like, Alexi, your take on this game. Well,
I'm not gonna try and quote when the cavemen played
with a rock and how graceful they were with kicking
the rock. But the next best thing after a caveman
kicking a rock, I would have to go back to
win the dinosaurs, when the herbivores would kick around the

(12:27):
bushes and they would try to find some grass and
roots to eat to survive. We'll be back USA soccer next, Alexi,
your take on the game tonight, and how you feel
like he's got to play. You are either gonna live,
and you're either gonna die, and you're gonna pay taxes.
Those three things are guaranteed. We'll find out tonight what

(12:48):
USA Soccer does. What theck?

Speaker 3 (12:52):
Every time he would quote some American document, I'm like, Alexi,
stop with American history.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
I will be honest. I didn't watch any of the
pregame because we were eating you know I call batter's box.
I was like, are you ready for the game? And
he was like, Usa, USA, And I was like, what
are you having for dinner? Steak and potatoes, let's go
and he goes to Ketos. What the America? I said,
that's not very American, man, that's not very American. And

(13:22):
Belgian waffle. Yeah, I mean, come on, what are we
doing here? And so I didn't watch the pregame because
I needed to get my kids clean. We went on
a week vacation and people may judge me for this.
People may say you are disgusting, But we are at
the lake for a week and they are swimming, they
are running around, they are being crazy. They're staying up

(13:44):
until eleven eleven thirty at nights, sometimes after midnight when
we go watch Little League Baseball CPS and they didn't
shower one time. Lake life is different. I agree with you,
and I almost want to think that. I mean, when
you're in a tent, you don't have a shower, I
guess unless the camp has one where you can go to.
But you go days without showers. That's what I said.

(14:04):
And I mean, I understand that the water can be dirty,
but I think.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
I would have visited my mom one summer cause we
always get kind of the same bak.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
Yeah, and I went up there and she goes, oh,
there's a shower at the main cabin.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
We're at a campground it with me aunt Boomer when
he's young, my sister Muffy, and we're just chilling in
share a bed. Yeah, and she my mom goes, yeah,
there's a shower main cabin. She goes, but you may see,
like guys naked. I don't think I showered for three days.
I mean you're in the lake, That's what I'm saying.
Like you're going to sleep. I'm not trying to see

(14:35):
a campground guy naked.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
And when you wake up, you're either gonna go fishing
or get in the lake. So do we really need
to stay up another hour to shower? All three kids?
One brother? You got an extra soap while we're at
the lake. And I'm like, I'm gonna go with I'm
gonna vote no on that. So we didn't shower all week.
They were just like, you know, they were dirty little animals.
They were rabid, feral cats and dogs, and I was

(14:59):
fine with it. Well, did the place you were at
the airbnb have a shower? They did, They had two showers.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Oh pause, then that never mind. For some reason, I
was thinking, you were just at a campsite.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
No, No, we were at a house. Like we were
at a house. I know, I know, Well you should
probably date some showers. Yeah, but it's hard. It's hard
to tell your kids to stop having fun the limited
time they get. And you'd think that seven days is
a long time, that they have plenty of time to
have fun. But the seven days goes by quick. So
if you waste an hour, if you stop in the

(15:34):
middle of fun one night, it's like, man, you don't
want to be that parent, but you can make bathtime fun.
Take some ducks in there. No, it was only showers. Man,
there's no bath time. So it was just like we
did baths up until high school. Well that's your you
and your brother's thing. I don't know. We didn't do that,
so we just didn't shower. So I was like, guys,

(15:55):
they had to go to the doctor yesterday because Baby
Box two was having ear pain. Turn out he has
swimmers ear or the catfish to the head. No, that
was Babybox three, but Babybox two had a swimmers ear
and the doctor said it was so bad that he
thought about putting a sponge in there to relieve the pain.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Well, and also, you can get it blown out. I
mean miny years, I get blown every six months, but
I think it's infected, right, you just get it blown out.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
And so the doctor's like, hey, you're going to the
E ANDT tomorrow, have them look at it because maybe
they'll want to put a sponge in there. And so
my wife was like, I was so embarrassed. They're wearing
their dirty clothes. They were so dirty, their hair was
sticky and crusted that they have to shower tonight before
we go to the doctor tomorrow. And I said, okay, guys,

(16:44):
before the game starts, you have have to have a shower.
So we were rushing to get them in the shower
and clean before the game started. So I didn't get
to watching the pre game, so I didn't get to
watch the great speeches of the one Alexi Lawless.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
I was practicing for Papa Shot, so I didn't get
to watch the game, but I got to watch the pregame.
The one lady's pregnant. She's phenomenal. I thought she Charlie
Lloyd love her. The other guy, deep voice, good guy,
Rob Stone, phenomenal, the Zubon guy from Tallganovin she had whatever.
And then Tia and Henry, Yeah, Henry and Zubon hate
each other, which is great.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
And they all hate Alexi and they all hate Alexi.
Alexi's just terrible. They think Americans are idiots. Everything he
says they like look at him like, you don't know
what you're talking about. You don't know soccer, Alexi? Well
you see on tax Day April fifteenth, where were these guys.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
We'll find that out tonight. We'll be back USA soccer,
Alexi lawless here. And this is the biggest game on
American soil in this stadium ever? What the what about
when Marshawn Skittles did a behind the run fifty yard scamper?
How was this the biggest game ever in the stadium? Well,

(17:59):
see just turned on, Lexi.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Yeah, And then we this place is the reason there's
a twelfth Man not on Sundays. The twelfth Man lives
on Monday night, Lexi, what the And and then we
had Little League soccer happen where we're down two to
one and the ball comes in, gets over our defender.

(18:22):
Our goalie comes out, makes a great play and he
goes to clear it and he young way COO's it.
He kicks his fit foot gets stuck in the freaking grass. Kicker.
He looked like us trying to chip onto the green.
It's like, ah, he Chili dipped his own leg. He
Chili dipped it like Jordan's speed that the masters into

(18:43):
the pond like three times in a row has never
been the same since. And his foot got stuck in
the freaking ground and the guy shoots it. And I mean,
I feel bad for Tim Reim because to beat out
there at thirty eight years old, and to play professional soccer,
you have to be pretty athletic. But when you're running
backwards and trying to stop your momentum because he thinks, oh,

(19:06):
he's gonna shoot this way, and he shoots the other
way and he's falling backwards, he tries to stick his legout,
goes right by him. Three to one. Put the kids
to bed. The USA soccer is dead. Soccer is done.
The US is out, same old, same old, And as
Alexi lawas said, I'm tired of moral victories. If we
keep charging so much for U soccer, we're never going

(19:29):
to get better. It is amazing to me when the
the precision those Europeans are able to play with and
the skill they have, We're never gonna get there because
we price young kids out of soccer. Charging five thousand
dollars for U soccer is absolutely stupid. This country has
got to get it right. Usa, USA, we no longer play,

(19:53):
but I mean you gladly play it. Pay it for
your kids. I wouldn't pay five thousand dollars. No, we
don't play. Travel. Yeah. Man, it was great. It was
a great run. It was a it was it was entertaining.
I didn't think we were gonna win the tournament. If
we would have beat Belgium, I would have been absolutely shocked,
But I expected us to compete, like to like have

(20:15):
a chance. It was like we didn't have a chance.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
Did you just say if we beat Belgium? Mute to
Ben shocked? Yes, where was that energy on Monday?

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Well you can't. You can't go into a game negative.
You have believe not tell us that and we fly
to Vegas and put fifty thousand dollars on it. We
had to believe in our squad because I would never
I don't want to bet against my team. And also Senegal.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Because Billy needed a lock and Danny they're texting the
entire group thread of thirty deep.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
They didn't know which way to go on it. I
don't know soccer, so I didn't even respond. Little. Did
I know you had this little ace in the hole
that USA was gonna get whaxed. I don't know. I
didn't think they're gonna get wax I thought we could
be competitive, but we weren't even competitive. I mean, we
needed to finish the job against Belgium last week. That
was their wake up call. Belgium woke up said, whoa,

(21:06):
we were down two with fifteen minutes ago. We got
to quit screwing around. That was the same team, same team, man,
And they came back and won. And I'm like, oh
my god, if we could have just Senegal, man, I
think we would have played better against Senegal. We'll take
a break, we'll ber it back. Should we talk more
soccer after this? Yeah, we'll be right back. Oh that

(21:27):
was a good break. The bathroom. It was great because
the bathroom was open. The guy. I'm gonna say, we
gave that guy his flowers. The new guy. I think
he's got comfortable lately.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
See, and I'm going to disagree with you here, and
this is gonna be a great PTI segment because I
disagree with.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
You one hundred percent. I don't even know what you're
gonna say. Oh, I have seen him lately the last
week or so. He has just been hanging out at
the front desk talking out to talking to front desk girl,
you know, with his elbows down on her day, just
leaning over talking to her, sitting in those chairs right there.
When you walk in wait, if you're you know, coming

(22:06):
to visit the station or visit a salesperson, they have
you sit in these chairs right by the front desk.
That he is sitting there chatting away with the girl
at the front desk. I'm telling you he's gotten too comfortable.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
I'm fine with him sitting in a chair if it
was his break, the elbows on the desk, that's gonna
make it dirty. I think he's phenomenal because just the
other day I was going in the bathroom.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
I almost hit him in the head.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
With the door he was on all fours, doggy style,
shoe gum or something.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
There was something on the floor. He was getting those
black marks out of the floor. Then I think back,
maybe he needed a break. If he's down there doggy
style in the freaking floor, that is something I never
saw the old girl do. I don't even think it's
worth it. Do a little with a mop. If it
doesn't come up, your name's been it. You're not in it.
You're not responsible for everything.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Almost pegged him right with the door in the head,
but he was willing to risk it for the biscuit.

Speaker 1 (23:03):
That maybe is better than I thought. So, hey, man,
I got just an observation. I know, we talked about it,
and we're talking about how great he is, and then
the last few days I keep seeing him just hanging
out at that front desk. So then I thought, hey,
he has a crush on front desk girl.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
You better hope he doesn't listen to this, and that
he has a girlfriend. He can talk to somebody in
the workplace and not be considered sex. That's why I
don't talk to Abby Arnold's girl.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
Thirty minutes at a time. He's just hanging out there
thirty minute breaks in business you're allowed a fifteen minute
break every three hours and at lunch thirty minutes to
an hour, so by law he is allowed to talk
to her. Okay, you're right. Maybe you're right. And she
really has no one else by her, so she's probably
looking for conversation too, so it's kind of a good

(23:55):
thing to break up her day. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
I was gonna say, you think he's lonely. Oh, she's
got nobody really calls anymore. If you need some somebody
let in.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
We have our own security guy. We let everybody in
to do that. I don't. I mean, we don't have
too many visitors to the building, but nobody mails letters anymore.
She's got to have some lonely days. Yeah, And I
mean she just she's surrounded by walls, so there's no
one like in that area. She can be like, hey, Sally,

(24:25):
how are you, Susie? Love your hair today? Nope, none
of that. And God, admit, I haven't caught her name yet.
I've got her name. I've got been here eight months.
She's probably been here a year and eight months. I
have ben't got it yet. No, there's a different girl.
We've been only had this building two years. It was

(24:46):
a different one two and a half years. We've been
two years because.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
When I first moved to the same amount as a house,
I moved to my house the exact same time we
moved to this building two years.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
Twenty twenty four. It's twenty twenty six. Oh okay, it's
has even been two years. But yeah, it was a
girl previous to her. Yeah, so it has it. She
hasn't been here that long. It's bad on my part.
I need you to say, hey, it's we're past that
stage of it being awkward now. I just got to
brutally face it the awkwardness head on. What's your name?

(25:15):
I'm ray Hi Sison. Sometimes they call me Raimundo. Yeah,
you want to hear an email? Go ahead, Hey, coachers
your favorite chief seat here. I have a huge favor
to ask. I need a birthday shout out for my
Ride or Die and two time Coaches Convention Award winner tie.
Every year you're on vacation when his birthday comes around

(25:37):
and I miss out. This year, I'm trying to get
the request in early. His birthday is July ninth. Whatever
you can do is appreciate it. Can't wait for CC
six sore Losers Nation for Life. Cameron need Ham, Hey, Tie,
he won Worst Dressed last year with all that packers crap,
that toilet paper that he wore on his body. So

(26:00):
happy birthday, big dude, Camon Tie. Oh yes, he's still trucking.
I'm pretty sure he's still trucks. I'm curious why what
line it is? You got the tailor, you got the swift?
You know those lines? Yeah, I've seen those the uh Walmart's.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
And I also wanted to know so I can probably
ask him this at the convention. Are you able to
do your own wheels, your own lighting, air conditioning bed
in the back or is it pretty much? If your
company's rich, you get the good stuff. If it Walmart,
they deck you out. Or if it's you know, an
up and coming company or maybe one that's on their
way out, maybe they got older trucks.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
Also, does he keep it local so he's back home
snuggling up to his ride or die every night? Or
is he on the road a lot? Uh? Now? And
since the convention, I only knew one trucker, and the
trucker explained it to me like this, You're on the
road a lot, Yes, a b When you go into
these cities, you are swarmed by car and it's very dangerous.

(27:01):
So he said he avoided cities.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
So I imagine you're just you're always trying to avoid cities.
You're always driving, You're always trying to avoid being tired.
I don't think there's a trucking job inner city is
what I'm trying to get to. I don't think he
drives from green Bay West to green Bay East, So
you have to.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
Leave the city. You got to go green Bay to Milwaukee.
There's not somebody looking for you. To go from Lower
Broadway to Midtown. That takes two minutes. That's a great point.
But someone's got to deliver stuff. I mean, and my kids,
they were fascinated when we were on the road trip
to Austin and back and Baby Box was like, Dad,
you see that truck right there. He goes, it's one

(27:45):
of two things, he said, really, one of two things.
What are those two things? He goes, Either they're going
to a store right now to give them stuff that
we can buy, or they already dropped the stuff off
and they got to go to somewhere to pick up
some more. And I'm like, wow, dude, you are so smart.
What if they're carrying cocaine. I said, they could be

(28:07):
smugglers posing as a store and he goes, what's that, Dad?
And I said, too young man, too young. But yeah,
they were already picking up on what truckers do.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
Of all the things that kids notice, Boomer no longer
a kid. The one thing he cared about in our building.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Of all the things in our building, radio equipment, bobby bones,
lunch box, amy, feeling yourself, Morgan taking myself personally, all
the things in the building. The one question Boomer had
n't the way he's eighteen, aunt, the way, why do

(28:45):
all the cars in your garage have dust on them?

Speaker 2 (28:51):
This must be what it's like being a parent. Well,
I guess, let me think about it. I mean, there
is construction in the area, so I think they get
an abnormal amount of dust compared to other parking garages.

Speaker 1 (29:05):
Honestly, I never thought of that. That was one of them.
The other one was maybe these people are working, because
then as we're driving there are a considerable amount of
vehicles with dust on them. Yeah, so I said, maybe
they work from home and they're not taking their vehicle
out as much. I don't know, dude, This is what
it's like answering questions from kids. I don't know why

(29:27):
there's dust on the vehicles. There is question upon question
upon question upon question. They want to know about everything.
And for your point, I thought the dusty cars. I
didn't even think about people working from home. How dumb
am I? But those questions are what then jogs your

(29:48):
memory to try or tries to get you going neurons firing.
I don't why is the dust accumulated on the vehicles.
Let me think about this. But thing I've never cared about.
You know what pops in my head is they live
here and they work downtown, so they just take the
elevator down and walk to work.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
And that led That's the most beautiful segue. So Boomer goes,
are these all workplaces here? And I said no, there's
also residences and he goes, there's people living in your building.
But how come your elevator only goes up to the top.
Where do they live?

Speaker 1 (30:29):
Bro, he's eighteen, He's asking questions like an eight year old.
What is it like answering questions for kids? I was
ready to kill him. So I'm like, okay, Boomer, there's
two elevators. One elevator goes all the way to the top,
probably thirty floors for the residences. The other elevator is
just business and it goes through the parking garage into
two levels of businesses. So that's why it only has

(30:52):
eight seven floors. That was my answer, and the residences
is on the other sector, right answer. Now, tell me this, Dad, Dad, dada, dada?
What bud who was the first person to ever get
a hole in one in golf? Probably the bear jack Nick?

(31:14):
I don't know. Well, can you look that up? Sure? Okay,
we're having spaghetti for dinner, right dad, Dad? What's the
longest piece of spaghetti ever? They can get pretty long?
I don't know, Dad, will you looked that up? Will
you look that up? Uh? Sure, I guess I can

(31:36):
look it up. Cool? Cool, dad, Dad? Is a building
taller than the tallest piece of spaghetti ever? I don't know.
I don't know what the tallest spaghetti is.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
Some of those questions you gotta punt, you just gotta
say there's no answer.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
Well, though, there's always an answer, and they know you
can look it up now, so they're always like, hey,
will you look that up? We looked that up? And
I tell them we don't google on this show smart
So it is like question after question. But it's good
because they're inquisitive. You want them to ask questions. You
want their mind to be working. That's a good sign
that they have these questions because they're thinking about things. Mmm,

(32:17):
because most kids, if they're not thinking of things, they're
just dumber in a box of rocks, they boo. But
there's a limit. You can't just ask questions. You gotta
teach your kids.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
Like Baser says that she gets on to me apparently
sometimes I ask too many questions.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
But I tell her it's a moment where you need
to ask questions.

Speaker 2 (32:37):
If you're checking into a hotel, fire away, twenty questions,
if you're at a restaurant, fire away twenty questions, Baser says,
you're asking too many questions.

Speaker 1 (32:45):
I feel like there's sometimes in life there's environments where
you can ask a crapload the Sore Losers Convention, fire
Away ask questions. We'll answer questions, but especially when we
get done with the live pod and we're like, hey,
do you have any questions, that's a great time to
ask questions instead of just sitting there with your hands
up your butt. But you got to teach your kids.

(33:06):
Sometimes questions aren't a personality, so it'd be like, hey, son,
instead of just filling blank space at a dinner table
asking questions, what if you just said I'm a piece
of spaghetti.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
That's not a question. That's funny, and then it leads
to better conversation. There's other ways to have conversation than
ask questions.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Oh, no, we're watching a baseball game, dad, Dad, who
was the first one to ever hit a home run?
What's his obsession with? First? I don't know, first time?
And your mom had sex? Is that? Next? Dude? He
loves it first? No, he really, I'm telling you. They
ask all these questions that you're just like what, I

(33:46):
have no idea. How would I know that? Dad? Dad?
Who was the first person to catch a fish with
a worm? Columbus? I don't know. Can you look that up?
The Pilgrims? But then we stole it from him. We'll
take a break, we'll right back. So my question, what

(34:07):
did you and Boomer do all week? Man? I would
say it could be summed up pretty easily. Yeah, please,
I mean I don't know. If I I would like
some good stories. There has to be some kind of stories.
If there was a ball, we played with it, so
he should be playing with your balls.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
Bayser's parents ride of town and her dad has a
foosball table.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
WHOA in the garage and there's air conditioning. It was
one hundred and five.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
Luckily it was air conditioning, and he has a pinball
machine from the nineteen seventies.

Speaker 1 (34:39):
What so where were they at? I don't know. They
had stuff there they were in They were on a
West Coast swing. Wow.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
Nice, and so we kind of decided to do a
staycasion so they could do the West Coast swing.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
I thought maybe they were up in New York. They
got invited to Taylor's wedding. No, we don't go to
New York as a family. Sorry, why colors of parties? Anyways,
I was saying this. We played everything, pinball, foosball, if
there was a basketball game, we played it. We played
the ones. Because we stayed at opry Land. So when

(35:14):
I spit the night at opery Land, we did a staycation. WHOA,
how much? Got a question? Did you do the water park? Yeah?
How much? Was the room? All included? Three hundred? Not
bad parking room, water park three hundred that's not bad man,
because you live here, so you get a discount Davidson County.
That's smart. And so that was legit. That was the

(35:34):
very end of it. The one downside water park doesn't
have air conditioning. Come again. Yeah, so one hundred and
five outside about one hundred inside. Oh, it was cooking.
You sweat the entire time.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
And just in that, of course, we got bored with
the slides, and so we started then doing the kids stuff.
So we were going across the like rope swings. It
was just me and Boomer. There's only kids in line.
And then we did the lily pads you jump across.
I was a Boomer, you got to mix it up.
Then we go play basketball. All of a sudden, me
and Boomer had five kids basketball in the water. Whoa,

(36:09):
we had a five on five game going, and I'm like,
I gotta have some downtime before dinner. What were all
these kids dads? Who knows? There's not a lot of
dads out there apparently, And so anyway, throw me the ball.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
You're not my kid.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
And so Boomer, me and him are trying to dunk
on each other, and of course he's a foot taller
me bro, He's swatting the crap out of me. It
was hilarious. But I mean, imagine how exhausted you are, dude.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
It was good. That was a tail end of the trip.
It's like, Scuba, dude, I'm telling you, we went to
this slide place, like indoor slide place, and they had
indoor basketball and there was this like high school kid
and it's like a trampoline kind of basketball court. He
goes up to dunk and Scuba meets him at the

(36:50):
rim and said, get this crap out of here and
blocked that kid. And I'm gonna tell you what. For
the next twenty minute, that dude proceeded to dunk on
Scuba's head about five freaking times. When was this a
couple months ago? But dude, Scuba would go up to
block him, and this time he knew Scuba was gonna

(37:13):
go up to block him, so he'd jump a little
bit higher and would literally put his nuts in Scuba's
face and throw the ball down. Dude. I was like,
oh my god, it was hilarious. I have never laughed
so hard that Scuba getting dunked on. How did a
video not surface from that? Dude? Because we were playing,

(37:34):
and I mean the first time he blocked him, I
was like, and then the embarrassment. He felt like an
NBA player. He felt like, you know, freaking when someone
goes up and tries to block women and Yama and
he dunk chet Holgren. Dude, it was unreal.

Speaker 2 (37:53):
But go ahead, but yeah, I would just say we
invented a there's yard. Golf exists, but we got the
golf cart. So we created a three whole course in
my yard, oversized golf clubs and oversized wiffle ball, or
just think of it as a baseball and you're playing
in the yard. And we did that every day. I
never got a hole in one. Everything's a par three,

(38:16):
but a phenomenal game. And then the golf cart rode
up and down the neighborhood every night, yelling at neighbors
throwing beer cans in their yards. The next day, so
you're letting Boomer drink. No, no, man, I was out
of age. Good the next day, I felt guilty about
throwing my beer cans in neighbor's yards, So then I
would proceed to go back to their yards and get

(38:36):
the beer cans. Boomero'd be like, that was another yard
you threw it in yep, yep, right around the corner.

Speaker 1 (38:41):
That's where you peede.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
I'm like, oh my gosh, Boomer, no more memories of
what I did last night.

Speaker 1 (38:46):
The neighbors never see us being social. Really.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
Cars go to work, cars come home, people party on patio,
go to bed at seven.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
That when Boomer was.

Speaker 2 (38:56):
Here, golf carts out until midnight, lights on, it has
full light and everything.

Speaker 1 (39:01):
I'm throwing cans in yards. I was running rolling by
yards and being like, oh yeah, SADDI doing sex noises.
Oh boy. Boomer thought it was hilarious, but was Baser
on the golf cart. No. She was going to bed
at nine one night.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
She took the keys and she's like, got to say it, guys,
you're too light, too loud.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
All right, sounds good. She left the keys like sitting
on a nightstand. Boomer sneaks in, grabs the keys, and
he goes humped the way I got the keys. I
got the keys. We took the golf cart out till
like midnight. That's what I'm talking about, dude. We're sure
golf cart have a horn. It does, but it's fading.
Got it. Yeah, so it's not powerful, but the lights
are legit, got tail lights everything. So that thing, I mean,

(39:42):
we got some burn out of that. So he had
fun makee you guys have a water bloom fight or anything. Mmm.
We did put up the dog pool. Did he get in?
He got in it. Hilarious pictures of him.

Speaker 2 (39:52):
He's like, it's kind of embarrassing, but it's actually really comfy,
and so he'd be laying it.

Speaker 1 (39:56):
Dude, he's like six feet tall, six five.

Speaker 2 (39:59):
His feet touched the one end of the pool and
his head touches the back end. And I took a
video picture of and he's like, it's embarrassing but comfortable.

Speaker 1 (40:07):
So we just pulled it. We went went to some malls,
but it was like so hot.

Speaker 2 (40:11):
It was one hundred and five every day, and so
we're just trying to escape the heat and it would
be And he got a necklace.

Speaker 1 (40:17):
I taught him the art of the deal. Well, where
did you get a necklace? Like a jewelry store? Were
talking like a Kiosk, Yeah, Kiosk opry Land got it.

Speaker 2 (40:25):
And I taught him you always ask about deals. He
got a twenty five percent discount, got a gold chain.
It was an amazing deal. But he needed that, and
then he wanted a pair of sunglasses. Hooked him up
with a pair of mine. I was like, take him
from Monk, you can have him for the wow, for
the and then we did some T shirt chopping, went
to Marshalls, went to TJ. Maxis said, this is the
shirt you want to wear to a party, and it

(40:45):
had like flowers all over it. I was like, your
first college party, you walk in, it says life of
the party, and it's like, totally not his personality.

Speaker 1 (40:53):
He's like kind of quieter. Yeah, this shirt I got
him is so loud and it has these bright flowers.
I was like, bro, first party where that O thee
ant therey. So he is going to college and I
thought about this, Like what I wanted to hear on
the pod was what's his NIL package?

Speaker 2 (41:09):
Looking like I'm working on it, I told him, because
he's at campus right now doing.

Speaker 1 (41:12):
A walk through. Oh, I'm doing orientation.

Speaker 2 (41:15):
Yeah, and I go, dude, take some pictures. I said,
let's try and get you in an il deal. Maybe firehouse, subs,
maybe a subplace, a coffee place where he'll post a
picture once a month. Yeah, and he gets a free
sub every day.

Speaker 1 (41:26):
That's leghit.

Speaker 2 (41:26):
So I told him all work on that, but I
need some pictures from you. And I think his account
also is private. He's got to open that up.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
We're gonna have to unprivate it, man, because college is starting.
The women are going to be looking for him, and
if if he's private, they're not gonna be able to
slide in. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (41:40):
I think he got good money though, from college going
to it's all free, and then he got scholarships. That's
what I'm talking, like twenty five here, twenty five hundred,
let's go, That's what I'm saying. But yeah, not being
physically boots on the ground, and it's like they probably
already have Central's Central Michigan is right on top of him.

Speaker 1 (41:56):
Where Oh, so he's going to be partying with Central Michigan.

Speaker 2 (41:58):
He said, he's closer to Central Michigan's campus in his
own campus, huh. And then he's like an hour from
Michigan State.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
He wont to have time to go to Michigan State
when he's playing baseball in college, and he thinks on
the weekends he's gonna roll home what to see his
high school friends.

Speaker 2 (42:12):
He says that Beezer's like, I'm gonna stop you right there.
That might be the first weekend after that. You're never
going home to hang out with your high school friends again.
Oh no, it's three and a half hours. I'll go
home on the weekends they hang out with my high
school friends.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
No, no, Boomer, No, no, you want Boomer, Boomer, You're
gonna make new friends right there, and you can walk
five minutes and meet them. You don't want to drive
three and a half hours on a Friday and then
three and a half hours back on a Sunday. You
don't want to waste seven hours of your weekend. Boomer.
It's college time. But everybody thinks, oh, I'm gonna go
back and see my college high school friends all the time,
And then you get into college and you're like high

(42:49):
school friends. This is what it's all about. That's what
Baser kind of gave him the rundown because I went
to a private Christian school. So she was like, hey,
it's me heavy drinking. Just to heads up.

Speaker 2 (42:58):
You obviously don't have to give in to peer pressure,
but be careful because kids just think you have to
get drunk every night. But yeah, dude, I mean we
ran all over Nashville one day, I had to come
here and work. He rode scooters up and down Nashville
and he ran out of money. Cost him twenty seven dollars.
Ran out of money, and so he ran three miles
back to the radio station perfect Man on the way.

(43:20):
I couldn't do it back.

Speaker 1 (43:21):
I ran out of money, and the thing buzzed on him.
It said, is like twenty seven dollars up, and so
he had to run. He comes back drenched in sweat.
He said, those scooters are interesting, though. He's like, I
lost a couple our points. I'm like, what are you
talking about?

Speaker 2 (43:34):
He goes, Dude, I for sure like semi fell a
couple times because it's like sidewalk road, there's not necessarily
a path for the scooters. And he goes, and sometimes
you don't know if you can cross or not. Sometimes
if you go on the road on the sidewalk and
there's people there yet he goes, I got honked at
tons of times. Sometimes you don't know when you're supposed
to cross. He's like, it's nuts out there.

Speaker 1 (43:55):
Yeah. Coming from a small town and those scooters, everybody
thinks they're just a big joke, man, they're very scary.
Day I sound like an old man, but they're dangerous.
I'm glad they were not around in my going out days.

Speaker 2 (44:07):
He said, there was a I guess I think right
by my gym, right here. There was a spot where
he was going to try and jump it onto the sidewalk,
and there was like a couple of birds up there
walking from my gym, like rockets chicks. And he's like, yeah, dude,
I straight up lost a half dozen oral points almost
face planned in front of these birds.

Speaker 1 (44:28):
Man, look Boomer. I mean, I would have loved to
hear these stories on a pod love your nil package.
I mean, when they hear you that you're on a podcast,
that really would have upped your inil deal. But hey,
I understand man, you didn't want to do it. I
got it. And tell me, is this attractive?

Speaker 2 (44:42):
If I just DM these businesses and I'm like, hey,
should I sam his agent? Or should I say hey,
I'm the uncle of a player at this college.

Speaker 1 (44:51):
If he gets a free sub and he posts, is
that a good deal? I think you're his agent? So
I come in as the agent. Yeah, okay, just say hey,
my client is going to be starting starting at whatever.
What is that? Men? Making business deal? Trying to get
that money. What's it worse? He hat mid Michigan. He's
going to be starting at mid Michigan. He's going to
be on the baseball team. Hey, we're just looking to

(45:11):
get some nil deals with some local businesses. He loves
subs and he went into your shop, you know, when
he was there for orientation. Thought your food was delicious.
Would love to work out a deal.

Speaker 2 (45:22):
And also, hey, it's been extra sunny on earth. If
you have a sunglass, Hut would love for him to
get a pair of sunglasses and wear them during the games.

Speaker 1 (45:32):
Would not bad. If there's a local place, probably better
sunglass Hut a little tougher because it's corporate.

Speaker 2 (45:38):
Oh hey, also his legs, want to protect them. He's
a picture very important. Had an issue where he pulled
his growing before. Golf cart company. Would love to talk
about getting a golf cart to protract his.

Speaker 1 (45:49):
Legs driving around campus. Maybe you put a.

Speaker 2 (45:51):
Little sign on the back says your company. He would
love to drive that around every day at least wear
and tear on his legs as possible.

Speaker 1 (45:58):
That's actually a good one.

Speaker 2 (45:59):
We just cant But like with the cornea, stuff like
a cell phone package.

Speaker 1 (46:03):
Hi there.

Speaker 2 (46:04):
We want him to be using the most powerful Wi
Fi an iPhone eighteen before it's even released. Apple, we
would love to get Boomer that phone, just so he
is able to chat and take like like he calls it,
pictures are called flicks.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
He likes to take as many flicks. He calls him flicks.

Speaker 2 (46:23):
Yeah, like take a flick. So I go, he was
there and I go, all right, take a couple of flicks.
So he wants to take a couple of flicks with
the most up to date camera that he can post
on Apple.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
So if Apple would be interested in that stuff like
that totally stuff. He doesn't even need the uh, I
mean you got ice? He could wear chains around his neck.
He's already got three. I don't know if he needs
much more. What's something else that.

Speaker 2 (46:48):
You don't need that is a luxury item that you
literally don't need at all?

Speaker 1 (46:54):
Obviously big screen TV. He wants to be as relaxed
as possible on his off days. He does it. We
know campus life.

Speaker 2 (47:03):
Sometimes kids aren't able to decompress. The bigger the TV,
the bigger the decompression. We're talking seventy five incher in.

Speaker 1 (47:11):
The room, yep and then when you have that up
in the room, you send a picture to a recliner company,
be like, look, man, his neck is getting a little
strained sitting in a lawn chair. It would be great
for his pitching and his long term health if he
got one of your recliners to put it in the room.
He could lean back feet up. That way, there's not
as much stress on his legs because he is a

(47:32):
pictuer for East Michigan, and that way he can see
a Mid Michigan so we can see all seventy six
inches of the screen.

Speaker 2 (47:41):
And then there's the stuff that's actually practical chiropractor, oh
mes SEUs.

Speaker 1 (47:46):
They probably have one of those of the team, a
smaller school Mid Michigan.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
And then you got to think like local bars and
the thing we're not going to get into.

Speaker 1 (47:59):
I mean, it just doesn't work.

Speaker 2 (48:00):
What I mean, there's like the biggest casino in Michigan
one minute from him.

Speaker 1 (48:04):
No, no, we don't want any corruption. We do not
want to see a news on ESPN dot com about
Mid Michigan player busted in gambling ring. We don't want
him to go down with Chauncey Billups. But that is
the last deal we are looking for. Yeah, we don't
want Damon Jones. We don't want any of that. We
don't we don't want Terry Rozier action. We want stay
far away from that. What about Molie Beasley? Moleague Beasley

(48:27):
will stay far away from that? But what about a
bar a trivia night? But he's not twenty one, so
going to be good? Not gonna be good? Video games.

Speaker 2 (48:36):
As much as as he loves to play the actual games,
he also likes to play the three D versions of
the games PlayStation five. PlayStation five will allow him to
act out his career in three D and then act
it out in real life as he gets to the
show endorsement from the show PlayStation game boom, but only

(48:58):
luxury items that he doesn't actually need.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
So yeah, so him and his friends, He's gonna need
a roll lex so he can tell what time it is,
you know what I mean? Like, it's really good for
him to be flashing that watch as he walks around campus.

Speaker 2 (49:11):
All of the different stupid apps that we have Facebook Premium, Instagram,
Premium x Premium. He needs all the best services so
that he can DM his fans. He can also respond to.

Speaker 1 (49:23):
Fans, but only like the stuff that's paid for that,
like nobody pays for it.

Speaker 2 (49:28):
Like the stupidest stuff like who pays for premium X?
Who pays for premium Instagram?

Speaker 1 (49:35):
Those are I thought you made that up. That's right,
I get a damn thing. I can't message any of
our listeners because I don't have X premium. I can't
message Cappy.

Speaker 2 (49:44):
I haven't messaged him in a year because it says
if you want to message your fans, you have to
have premium.

Speaker 1 (49:49):
I have to pay five dollars. I'm dead serious. I'ven't
been able to message people in a year. Man, I
hope Kapi's doing all right. You think he's covered to
the convention the only way he communicated with Listen, if
Kapy's not coming, at least he can and his daughter.
She was phenomenal. We'll take a break. We'll be right back, dude, Battersbox,

(50:09):
Sorry I didn't call you back yesterday. A happy birthday
tie once again? Anything else you want to say? Man,
what if everybody that's a Batter's box here with a special?
What with your brother posted on the Facebook? Did he
get premium? I don't know. That's a first, right, That's
what I thought right. You know what I really think
he was doing. I think he was doing it as

(50:30):
a dig, like he's gonna be like, oh my gosh,
there's a Box Family episode coming, and then that way
he could go back and be like, Lunchbox is an idiot,
didn't know how to work the equipment, so there's no episode.
He was setting up the idiot com. I think he
was setting up the once again Lunchbox screws up segment.
You know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
But you gotta love when you set yourself up smart
play thought the box.

Speaker 1 (50:50):
He put it on the tee and he's waiting a
couple of days and knock it out of the park
and be like, hey, guys, there is no episode because
Lunchbox is an idiot. He doesn't know how to work technology.
Thanks man, appreciate it, Love you too, bro, Nah good
looking out? Yeah, sweet sore loosers dot Com. Get your
tickets at the convention. That's all I got. Man. Well,
I gotta tell you though, we almost need.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
Uh we need what you Yes, Baser just got a
hydrogen tablet deal.

Speaker 1 (51:19):
What Beezer apparently is getting nil deals now too. A
hydrogen tablet deal? What is it? That's hydrogen, the stuff
you put in your water hydrogen tablets. Wow, she got
a deal. That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (51:32):
Everybody's out there trying to get deals. Boomers getting deals.

Speaker 1 (51:35):
How much she getting paid for that? Not paid? They
want you to sample it first and then you start.
It's like four play okay, but the uh what were we?
Batter's box? Uh? Boomer? Oh? Pinball, bro. If you're looking
for something for the kids for Christmas. Yeah, I've never

(51:55):
been into pinball. We played pinball at her parents' house
for hours because you can. You try to beat the
there's three players. You try to beat the other people's score.
Get it, and there's different One time you can go
around the train track. One time it hits to the
balls in the back ban ban ban ban ban ban
ban ban bing. One time it'll throw out another ball.
I thought, ping pong, are pong? What is it called

(52:16):
ping pong?

Speaker 3 (52:17):
Ping?

Speaker 1 (52:17):
No, pinball was stupid. If there's a way.

Speaker 2 (52:25):
So dumb, that's my next luxury item purchase, and that's
maybe a Christmas present idea, a smaller version of it.
Pinball is awesome. If there's a pinball, I'm playing it.
It might even take the cake on what is it
called that I play? Gold is such an unk?

Speaker 1 (52:42):
I it might be better than golden tea. My question is,
isn't it all luck? Though?

Speaker 3 (52:48):
It like?

Speaker 1 (52:48):
I mean, I don't know, but I got better as
we did it. More baser killed us.

Speaker 2 (52:53):
She got thirty thousand, and I'm like, she's like I
held the record and she had all the papers saved
in the machine she did when she was a kid.
But yes, it is semi luck. But when I first played,
I got a couple hundred. But then I started to
learn it. How you bounce it, if you hit it hard,
hit it soft? Then I was getting thirty thousand.

Speaker 1 (53:08):
That was what I was gonna ask. Is it you
need to hit it soft or hard when the ball
comes down and with the bewing, or do you want
to only hit one lever? Do you hit both levers
every time? How do you do?

Speaker 2 (53:17):
In her machine there was a secret little track you
wanted to hit, so that one you would it would
be just like hitting.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
You would have to get that. You'd have to pull
the ball, got it and then sometimes you let it
go where it's you're hitting the opposite field. So it's
a lot like baseball. So it is it does take
skill to play pinball? Yes, okay, I didn't know that.
And her dad had a blue moon keg? Whoa float
that sucker? Freaking four days there. I'm like, so you
and Basil are sleep in her parents bit. No, we

(53:44):
just go over there to have a bunch of animals,
got it? Yeah? So you know me and Baser. I'm like, Bop,
so I want to check that keg before you have
friends over. She may be.

Speaker 2 (53:54):
Floated a Sorry about that, Bill and their deer. Their
deer come feet from you there?

Speaker 1 (54:01):
Really?

Speaker 2 (54:01):
Oh yeah, I can post this stuff on the ends
of the deer picture Boomer Boomer in the pool.

Speaker 1 (54:06):
The deer were right next to us. Yeah, come and
eat out of your hand. Yeah. Hit that on the
insday on the Facebook. Follow us Sore Losers podcast, Have
a Great Day tickets Soredlosers dot Com. I know that
one was all over the place, but hopefully you enjoyed it.
Have a great Wednesday. Co ed soccer back tonight.

Speaker 2 (54:21):
And I got to play catch with him. Forgot that
first time playing catch with him as a mature man.

Speaker 1 (54:26):
I had to feel, man, was he bringing the heat?
I iced that puppy the entire next day. Really, and
I'm not talking about my hand. Oh joke, one of
the nuts. Oh, you gotta wear a cup, man, always
gotta wear a cup. Just put a frying pan down there. Yeah,
just tapeing around, dude. Oh that's terrible. Yeah. I haven't
been able to feel my pointer finger pinky for the

(54:48):
past four days. Oh man,
