Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome in culture. I mean, I love it. I love
how great it is to be where we are at life.
Because you, I mean, maybe one day, I've said this before,
maybe you'll have kids. Maybe you won't. You've been around kids,
because you've been around your nephews, and it's like rewarding.
It's fun. They're hilarious. They crack you up. They do

(00:22):
things that make you scratch your head for a weekend.
For a weekend, right, yeah, I understand, But it's just
funny what things they latch onto that find vacation.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Man, I love going on vacation. You know what I
love more than vacation what coming home? I love where
I live. I love that I don't have kids. I
love hanging out with other people's kids. I love not
having kids. Oh do you coach?

Speaker 1 (00:49):
You love coming home from a vacation? I don't.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Uh, Charleston. It was actually a little tough because I
did miss Charleston. But I mean Jamaica, Turks and Caicos,
Dominican Republic, Punta Cana. When we go, I love it, dude.
I like where I live. Take me back to Tennessee
when we are on the cruise. I posted a picture
of the field and I said, I'm about to go
kiss the damn ground as Tennessee ground dude. I pulled

(01:14):
past one of those crops and I was like, I'm
gonna go run out in the middle of that cornfield
and kiss the literal dirt dude. To be back on
land and be back in Tennessee.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
They put us at sea for seven days. Yeah, it made.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Us work so all y'all they got drunk all the time.
That was fun. I'm sure we had to work every
morning at six am.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Yeah, that was a weird part. That was the weird part.
We're there like it feels like vacation, but it's not vacation.
I wouldn't call that a vacation.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Well, dude, I would have my laptop with me and
the charger because there's a big old cluster if you
can't leave stuff in the room. I'm walking through the pool.
People are doing Mimosa Hour at nine am, and there'd
be people try to holler at me, but we're about
to do live radio. I just keep walking.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
I got top.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
I'm nothing but business and they're nothing but party. Try
that dichotomy. Try it, because it's the worst feeling. Ever,
how's it going body shots. Okay, we're about to do
Bobby Bobby shots. Bobby.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Oh, you're doing cannonballs. No, we're doing call ins. We're
doing call in.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
You know you're doing the cannonball. We're doing the corny.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
See you got girls, got fake boobs.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
We're about to do phone calls.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Eh, your girl's got a bikini. We're about to do
bone head. Hey you're having breakfast. We're doing the no Carney.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Tell me something good. Yeah, you're doing tell me something
gluttony over there. We're doing to do something, tell me
something good. Learn about a kid overcoming everything, Well, you
just try to overcome your hangover.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Yeah, we're gonna talk about a kid getting a no
birthday party. No, if no one's coming to their birthday party,
everybody in the neighborhood rallied around him. And you guys
are doing tequila. Oh cool man.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
You guys last night I did stuff anonymously. Well, we're
gonna go do the anonymous inbox. Great, So, yeah, I
understand that, I get it. But here here's I'm just going.
This is what leaning me to this. Took the kids
to get some tacos the other day, and it's me
the three boys. We walk in and you order at
the counter and then they bring them to your table.

(03:20):
And I walk in and we're looking at the menu,
and the lady's like, oh.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
How cute. Oh my goodness, you guys are so cute.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
She wanted some.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
She looks at me, she goes, how old are they?
I said, this one's four, this one's six, this one's seven.
Oh my gosh, so close together. That's so crazy. Oh
they're so cute. Do they get along? And yeah, they
get along for the most part, you know, there's always
the little TIFFs here and there, but for the most
part they get along. And then I get a tug

(03:52):
on my shirt and I look over and I look
down and baby Box goes, dad, come here, like what
he put He cups my ear and he goes dad.
You told her I was seven, but my birthday is
in July, so I'm pretty much eight. True, So I
need will you please tell her that I'm eight, that

(04:13):
I'm pretty much eight, because my birthday is just really
like only a couple months away, and so saying I'm seven,
I'm really eight, I'm pretty much eight. So in fact,
if you could tell her that, it's like okay and
I walked back over there, and she speaks Spanish, and
I said, oh, I just want to apologize my son.

(04:35):
He wants me to tell you that he's eight. His
birthday is in July, so he's pretty much eight. So
he wants me to tell you that he is eight,
not seven, even though he hadn't his birthday yet, but
his birthday is very soon.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
She's like, honey, I don't care. I just do fake
conversation with people all day long. That's my job.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
She said, oh, okay, that's cool. And then I feel
a tug on my shirt and I look down and
it's baby. Box goes, dad, come here, cups my hair. Dad,
I didn't want you to tell her that. I told
you to say that. I just wanted you to tell
her that I was eight. He goes, so can you

(05:14):
just tell her that? I said, all right, So I
go back to the lady and I said, I'm sorry.
He did not want me to tell you that. I
just wanted to tell you that he is eight, and
that his birthdays in July, so he'll be eight. Then
I wasn't supposed to say that. He told me to
tell you that, So I am just telling you that
he's eight.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
If this is ladybird taco, the line is out the
door and somebody's about to murder you.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
No, it wasn't that place. It wasn't that place. He
said a taco. I did say a taco, but I
didn't say what place. But yes, the big deal was
that I said he was seven, because he is seven.
And then he was annoyed that I said he was seven.
Then he wanted me to tell her that he was eight,
and then he was mad that I said. He wanted
me to tell her kids are hilarious. Well are they

(05:56):
not at the age they can talk to strangers yet?
Why you the go between? Well, here's the thing. They
do a good gm as interpreter. No, they do a
good job sometimes.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
What do you owe Tani's interpreter.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
No, they do a good job sometimes of willing to
talk to strangers ordering their food when we're at a restaurant.
You got to make them do that. No, I do
make o.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
They're better at speaking up in public. I hadn't talked
out loud tells in high school. Really, did you brother
talk for you? No, none of us did. I didn't
even know you like had a personality toes in high school,
my dad and mom did all the talking for us,
Like we never really talked. You weren't allowed to talk back,
you weren't allowed to have opinions. I didn't really learn
until I went to college that you're able to have
a personality and be funny and stuff.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
Oh oh no, I make them like I if they
want like more ketchup or more barbecue sauce or whatever,
I might go to the counter and.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Ask, because that'll always deter them.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
And they're like, they won't go. It's weird that the
some days they will, and then some days like will
you go with me? I was like, I will stay
in ten beat back and you can go talk. I'm
not gonna do the talking.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
You know, who's never overcome that baser?

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Really? Hey, will you ask him to get straws?

Speaker 2 (07:09):
The lady will come out bezel as I go. Why
didn't you tell her to get straw Oh she'll never
she'll even if she's not even if she needs takeout.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Okay, you guys all set, Yep, we're all good. Thank you?

Speaker 2 (07:22):
Aren't we taking some of this to go? Why don't
you ask for boxes? They want to just say? Why
say you're all good? When you're not all good, the
lady will come out. Bro.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
I don't care if it's one napkin. Hey, here, you
guys all set?

Speaker 2 (07:35):
You know what? Can I have one more napkin? I'll
ask it. Hey, I need one more straw? I am
so sorry. I'll send her back for a straw, napkin fork,
I don't crap ranch, go get a condiment. Always always
do you guys need anything? I never am like, you
know what, I am perfect. She's always fetching something for me. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Like, we went the other day and we went to
eat as a family and there was a place like
next door that had bo boba Boba boba tea. It
has the little gumballs or whatever they are in there,
and I don't know exactly what it is. I'm tapioca.
Is it tapioca? I don't know. I don't know either,
but there's little balls. They're kind of jellowy, weird balls

(08:16):
that come up through the straw. And my wife ordered
one of those drinks and the kids all took a sip, like,
oh my gosh, I love that, and we were gonna
go get ice cream afterwards, and I was like, but guys,
when did you guys start eating so healthy? Is that healthy?
Boba tea? And then ice cream? It's like dessert on
top of No, no, no, no no. We were gonna go
get ice cream, but then the kids started wanting their

(08:38):
own bobo tea.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Would you go to later fourth meal at Taco Bell.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
You're not listening to me. You're not listening, dude.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
If I ever go boba tea and then a soft
serve ice cream, pump my stomach.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
No, they could have. My wife got that, but we
were I was going to take the kids to get
them ice cream, but they tasted the boba tea from
my wife and Baby Box two is like, Dad, I
want that. Can I get one of those? I was like,
if you get one of those, you don't get ice cream. Okay,
that's a good trade off. And so then he took
the rest of the meal to decide and he's like, Dad,

(09:13):
I think I want that. I said, are you sure?
And he goes yeah. Because I've had a milkshake before
and I've had ice cream plenty of times, I've never
had one of my own of those.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
And if you get one of these, I'll order it
for you. Actually, if you get one of these, you
have to order it, and if we go to the
drive through, I'll order it because I'm the driver.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
And so he gets one of those, and then the
other two kids are like, I don't know if I
want ice cream or one of these boba tea boba
boba bo Why would you see I'm not even a parent.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
Why'd you give them the option?

Speaker 1 (09:46):
Well, because I'm not going to get a bobo t
I would get ice cream with them, right.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
But when my dad would order, he'd get us all
we'll take five waters, and then two number two's and
three number threes. We would He would always order for us.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
No, you gotta give him options. But that I don't
want to water, Well, we get waters too, That's what
we do. We say, have five waters, Like what I
wanted a sprite? Shut up?

Speaker 2 (10:12):
I couldn't order a milkshake tolls in like eighth grade.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Well, I mean, I'll tell you what. When we went
to McDonald's, they had twenty nine cent hamburgers and thirty
nine cent cheeseburgers, and I'd be like from the back seat, Dad,
I want a cheeseburger, cheeseburger for me, And he'd be like,
I'm not ordering a cheeseburger. We'll put cheese on it
when we get home, duel, so he'd order a hamburger

(10:41):
for us.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
Hey, Dad, just as dry as I thought it was
gonna be.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I appreciate that. Dad, good looking at I mean, you
know how you're handing them out in the car and
everybody's eating them. I can't eat mine because it doesn't
have the cheese. I gotta wait till I get home.
I'd really I just want to bite into it. It's
ten cents extra. We got cheese at home.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
Dad is tough going down. I need some water.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
So then the other two decided they wanted Bobo tea,
so they ordered the Bobo tea and baby box one
ordered a blueberry lime Boba tea. Love it and he
got it. He's like, Dad, I love it. I love
it so good. Then we're walking into the car.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
This is the ice cream of the future.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Yes, and he goes, Dad, mine doesn't have any of
those balls in it, and I'm like, I don't know,
but he goes, can we go back and ask them
to put more in there since they didn't put any.
I said, well, we can go back, but you can
ask him. And if we're going Oh, but dad, Dad,

(11:43):
I'm like, no, no, I don't want the things in there.
I don't care if they're in there. It's your drink.
If you want them in there, you have to go
ask them. I will walk with you. And he's like,
so the taco place had boba t No right next door.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Oh that's what I'm always late. I'm going there for lunch.
And so where it's this secret place.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
We go, walking up to the window and he goes,
excuse me, speak up, mind doesn't have any of those
little balls in it. And the guy goes, well, what
did you order? And he goes this one and he
points to the blueberry lime boba tee. He goes, oh, yeah,

(12:26):
that one doesn't have the balls in it.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
You got to look for the ones. It'll show on
the menu, the ones with the balls.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
But my question isn't the bobo t isn't it all balls?

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Some of it doesn't have them.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
Didn't know that, and so he was like, oh, I
got it because I thought it had the balls in it.
And he goes, well, I can put some in there
if you want, and he goes, yes, please, So he
handed him his drink and he puts them of the
balls in there, and I said, oh, how much is it?
He goes, don't worry about it, man, that's on us.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
That's customer service.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
That's on us. We appreciate you. You can have the
balls for free. So that is how we did it.
Those were our two adventures to the restaurant. I mean,
we found out that he doesn't he wants to be
called eight year old, and that he has the guts
to go ask for the bobo tee.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
That's one better than basier anything else. Nope, we're all good.
What about the check So now we're gonna wait another
ten minutes for him to bring the checkout, Like, just
tell her we're done and we want the receipt. I'm sorry,
I didn't up yo ring the receipt. I'll just yell
over people.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
I don't care. So I got a question.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
No waiting another ten minutes for her to come out.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
Let's say, Baser orders a coke.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
No, you got to be on your toes because the
second the lady comes out, we're all good. No, no, no,
we're not. I need a napkin, and remember my other
straw fell on the ground. And then also let's just
say the check because we got to leave in like
five minutes. So check napkin, another straw, and then Dessertman,
you guys steal the menu after like five seconds. Can
I get it back again? Just see the desserts. So
I did need some stuff. We're not all good.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
Well, let's say orders a coke and the coke is flat,
doesn't taste good.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
Oh, she would never order it.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
She would never say, oh, excuse me, this doesn't taste right.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
No, she would drink mine. She would never do that. Wow,
I'm Tonia. So it's good you're having your kids speak up.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Oh, I'm working on him. Work, I work on him.
I'm like, hey, I try to tell him. Hey, if
you want it, you go get it. You've got to
be able to go up to the counter and order
what you want. You've got to be able to talk
to people. Do you think.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
That that guy was racist towards you? What I mean,
you got to teach him about everything? Was he talking
down to you?

Speaker 1 (14:35):
No, let's just let's start the show real quick and
then we can take a break.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
Do you feel like that they were being insensitive? Was
was the woman's sexist? You don't think she answered when
you went up to the counter, because you were a man.
You got to teach him all that stuff. We're gonna
do it live.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Do you think they discriminated against you you had brown hair.

Speaker 2 (15:01):
Because you were a kid. Kid discrimination, it's it's a
real thing.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
We're gonna do it live. Oh the one too, so loser?
What up, everybody? I am lunchbox. I know the most
about sports. Suck. Give you the sports facts, my sports opinions,
because not pretty much a sports genius, y'all.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
It's sizzing. I'm from the North Alpha Male sixteen lanes
going up there. They call it North Nashville. It's basically
Nashville now, all up and down. I sixty five. You
truckers know about it. You guys ain't got anything better
to do but haul stuff down the dang road and
block the road. But I got two acres, got two
kids at Vandy Deep frosting. Actually twenty three eggs. Gotta

(15:42):
fertilize them too, just like I fertilized the yard. Hope
y'all are doing well.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
Sizzon out over to you, man, Hey, how's Arnold doing?
Manum gearing up for CMA fast.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
I tried to go to Philadelphia for the PGA Championship
and I'm trying to go to San Antonio for the
walk get a turtle.

Speaker 1 (16:04):
Thinking about getting one of those big old women from
San Antonio.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
I posted on the Instagram that Rory thing when Rory
was like, hey, you, that's Arnold. Can we tell him
to get paper off the printer?

Speaker 1 (16:14):
I know every time, man, No, you know what, I'm not.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
Getting the paper off the printer. I'm gonna pull one
out of Rory's book.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
Do hey, Arnold, can you google something for me? Hey?

Speaker 2 (16:25):
Do?

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Yeah, you're right because we don't google on this show. Dude,
just testing you.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
Rory turns to the camera and says, hey, you, I
mean he was mad, dude.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
And listen Ellen.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
I don't know if it was in his backswing, but
they're definitely cac They were chirping because of ryder Cup.
I believe was there as well.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
No, ryder Cup was in New York, man, I was there.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Same thing. Is it Billy in New York? It's the
East Coast, It's that mentality.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
It's that corridor. Yeah, yeah, I get what you're saying.
But yeah, we'll take a break, we'll come back, and uh,
I got a question for you. I forgot to ask
you on Monday, did you watch the fights on Netflix?
The Ronda Rousey, the Nate Diaz. No, you want to
talk about the worst MMA fights I've ever seen in
my life?

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Well, I saw it. It was seventeen seconds.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
And Logan Paul was on there, like, man, we're changing MMA,
we have changed the landscape. This might be the biggest
MMA fight in the world, in the history of the world,
more eyeballs than ever before. Can I just tell you
something and I'm gonna stop falling for it? And I
tell you this every time, Tyson, if the Paul brothers
are doing a fight thing, it is such a scam

(17:35):
and it is so stupid. It is not worth your time.
Nate Diaz got on there, he got paid like ten
million dollars. Dude, bro, he looked like a ninety year
old man. Both dudes were out of breath after forty
five seconds. Forty five seconds they were out of breath.
It was so bad. The audience it was maybe a

(17:57):
quarterfull a quarter and Paul's and They're going, look at this place.
It is electric in here, and it's like there ain't
no one in there.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
You know who got this weekend? No, Johnny manziel Ors,
Bob men Or.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
Okay, see, it's so stupid. I won't be watching that either.
And I didn't like Once I watched Diaz, I was like,
I'm done with this. I turned it off. I absolutely
turned it off. Didn't even watch Ronde Rousei. That girl
she was fighting hasn't fought in over a decade. So
we got some grandma off the couch who hadn't fought.

(18:30):
Get out of here with that crap. It's so stupid.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
I can't watch he Ronda Rousei. I think it was
ten years ago.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
I want to see Holly Home.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Oh yeah. All I needed was a ten leg parlay
about to win five thousand, five thousand to one odds.
Rond de Rousi loses. I wake up the next morning,
where's my betting account? Say zero dollars? All I needed
was Ronda Rowsi. It was like minus two thousand to
one odds. She lost. I would wouldn't watch her.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
It was terrible, I mean. And then Ronda Rousey did
an interview and they talked about it, and she was like,
they were like, how much was your compensation? She was like,
let's just say I wasn't compensated just for my fighting.
I was compensated to promote it, and I think in
my contract I'm not allowed to say, but I will
say that over the next few weeks, me and my
husband will be flying to Hawaii to shop for a

(19:20):
vacation home. All right, Okay, so it was just a
money grab all the fighters. It was so stupid. It
was so bad. It was so stupid. I'm never falling
for a pall fight again. Never, Never Comyane can't even
get a cup of coffee. I would have been at
the food getting another drink and that fight was over. Yeah,

(19:40):
I don't know. It was so bad. But we'll take
a break and we'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
I'm not doing it.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
I don't understand how you that that whole segment. We
almost went twenty minutes and not one time. I didn't
want to do it. But you didn't bring up the
Spurs at all. You didn't say we yah bah, you
didn't say anything. You acted like it didn't even happen.
You acted like it wasn't one of the greatest games

(20:09):
you've seen all year. Saw the highlights, dude. The San
Antonio Spurs are so freaking good. The Oklahoma City Thunder,
what a freaking game.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
Don't say battle, especially not on Memorial Day weekend. Hey,
that was a war.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
No, it was so entertaining to watch. It was just
blow after blow after blow pause, and it was incredible
right at me on my knees. Let me tell you,
I understand the Oklahoma City Thunder or the defending NBA champs,

(20:55):
and I know we went to their building and we
took game one and thrilling fashion. Wim Binyama, Oh my dude,
he is un godly. He is un godly.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
Okay, thanks for listening, San Antonio Sports Talk Radio.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
It was edge of your seat drama.

Speaker 2 (21:17):
We are the shoehorn that puts on a horse, We're
the Spurs.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
It was the last five minutes of regulation. I don't
know what the Spurs were doing. They couldn't stay on
their feet. It was like all of a sudden, they
had poured slick banana peels and oil all over the floor. Whoop, whoop, whoop.
Everybody's just falling on their ass. Turning the ball over.

(21:41):
We looked like the Three Stooges. And then the first
overtime we looked like the Three Stooges. And when Wim
bin Yama pulls up from pretty much the logo. I said,
what are you doing? Great shot, great shot, And let
me tell you here's why Oklahoma City I think we

(22:04):
have their number.

Speaker 2 (22:06):
When Byama, that was him, he pulled up from that spot.
That was when Jenobilee hit down the bat. Yes, that's
a tribute. That was exactly what that was. And here's
the thing they Admiral would never let me tell you
why I think Oklahoma City struggles with the Spurs.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
We are so athletic. They are young and athletic, and
they can overwhelm most teams. San Antonio has better athletes.
They have better athletes. And you know who doesn't get
enough love? Vaselle. The dude is everywhere draining threes, blocking
stuff at the rim. Carter Bryant comes off the bench it,

(22:46):
Dylan Harper is phenomenal. Stephen Castle had so many turnovers,
but so many dimes. And they whipped that ball from
left to right to left to right, and they say,
anybody but Sga beat us and Caruso was out of
his mind. Dude looks like he should be working at

(23:08):
the freaking waffle house and he's just draining three after
three for the thunder. I was like, can this guy.
Stop please, it was awesome. When was the game Monday night? Okay,
all right, we have game two tonight City.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
This is worse than when Kevin Durant left. Okay, see
if they get swept in this series.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Oh, they're not gonna get swept. Let's let's stop that.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
And Jalen Williams is good. Why didn't play him injured?
He was the best player on the court for them.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
He did play, I know, but what did you say?
Why play him injured?

Speaker 2 (23:44):
Play him injured? Why has he been out for two weeks?

Speaker 1 (23:46):
He had a bad hamship. They didn't need him. They
won in four games against the Lakers. They whooped the Suns.
They didn't need him. They could have just sat him
just to rest him because he was tired. He needed
to go on vacation. They did need him.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
And who did the Spurs have trouble with the Timberwolves
is when he elbowed that kid in the neck.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
Eh. Yeah, he gave him a little chicken wing. But
they were molesting him, right.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
That's not a crime in forty nine states.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
I agree. I mean, that's what I'm saying. When you're
getting molested, sometimes you got to defend yourself. That's what
they've been teaching you from year one. When you're a kid. Hey,
if someone ever you have to defend yourself. And that's
what Wimby did. And look the Spurs. Let me say you,
they did something. It was driving me nuts. We're whipping
the ball around, whipping the ball around, whoosh, whoosh, doing

(24:34):
some crazy passes. And then like with five minutes left
to go in the game, we would put Wimby at
the free throw line and we'd toss it down to
him and there'd be so many people around him he
couldn't do anything, and our offense was so stagnant. What
were we doing? Then in overtime, it was the second overtime,
we came up with a better idea. We put Wimby

(24:55):
in the corner for the three. We put Dylan Harper
at the free throw line, so everybody spread out. They
dump it to Dylan Harper. Then Wimby from the left
corner cuts into the block. We dump it down to him.
Dunk you very much. And that's the play we need
to run over and over and over again.

Speaker 2 (25:15):
This is gonna rip the heart out of the OKC
fans because they've been the favorite for years to win
it all. They were a favorite to three Pete. Maybe
you should two Pete first. This is tough for Okay. See,
they're never gonna recover.

Speaker 1 (25:31):
It's just everybody. I mean, I just can't. And we
didn't even have Daron Fox. He didn't We didn't have
the savvy veteran to settle us down, calm us down.
And maybe that's why we won. I don't know, but
we won and it was amazing. Am I saying we're
gonna win the series? Yes? I am saying we're gonna
win this series.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
WHOA, that's something crazy that I haven't even heard Toolbox
and me say a week ago.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
I'm telling just the I can't we throw so many
bodies at SGA.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
It was they are so fun to watch. What we
need is game seven. We need this to be an
amazing series.

Speaker 1 (26:08):
Do not need a Game seven. That'll be too stressful
because the finals, let me tell you about the final.
I mean they are gonna the finals are five games Max.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
The Eastern Conference is awful, So this is your championship.
They might as well crown them.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
They might as well. They might as well get when
whoever wins the Western Conference, just hand them the Larry O.
B The Eastern Conference is dog crack.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
Those highlights were great, though. The Knicks down twenty five,
come back and win the game. Great defense hardened.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
Oh dude, Harden was doing his ole, just kind of
stick his arm out and there goes Jalen Brunson right
by him.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
It was like, I mean, if you run the clock
out with seven minutes left every possession, you almost win
the game. I don't even know how.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
That's statistically possible for a team to come back. Dude,
it was so awful, so awful. I mean, the I
don't even know what they did on offense at last
quarter and a half. It was so weird, so weird.
He's terrible.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Congrats to your boys. They're doing well.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
But here's the problem. Tonight's Game two.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
They're gonna lose, so it'll be one one. Whoo, don't
talk like that. You know what I'm saying. You want
it to be a seven game competitive show. I don't
want to that stress America does. Though.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
Here's the thing. If it goes seven games, it would
be incredible. I say be incredible because these are the
two best teams and it's phenomenal to watch.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
If you're the Spurs, let them win. You want Jalen
Williams to wear on that hip. I'm talking hip him hip,
hip flexer the entire game. He's playing forty two minutes.
You want him to get worn down. Keep Fox out,
Hell sit Wimby. You stole one.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
I mean Wimby's gonna be tired. He played fifty freaking minutes.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
Yeah, So if you're a you really need to just
lay low. If you're the Spurs, you win this one.
I mean, this is house money right now. You win
this one series over. Going back to San Antonio with
all the legends, can you imagine Duncan's throwing them bounce passes?
And where was the game at Thunder? It was in
Oklahoma's okay, So we go back to San Antonio. You
got Genobili throwing them bounce passes.

Speaker 1 (28:13):
I mean, I think Genobili's been working with them on
their passes because they're whipping them around like genobil used
to do, just like Gi one hand and behind the backs.
I mean, they're doing craziness.

Speaker 2 (28:22):
The only thing Genobili taught him is no, that was
actually Tony Parker how to text another man's wife that's
on the same team. As yours, Brent Barry.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
That was a low blow.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
That was the affair herd around the world before Vrabel
and Russini and I'll hang up and listen.

Speaker 1 (28:36):
You know what, It really didn't get to I mean, luckily.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
I just randomly read about it the other day.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
It randomly popped up on my line. The other day
it was on our Twitter.

Speaker 2 (28:47):
It was like, so Tony Parker was texting Brent Barry's wife. Oh,
they were hooking up. Yeah, wow, that'll rile up a
locker room.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Is wemby with the guy a woman? I don't know.
I haven't seen him anything alright from Europe.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
Never know how they are.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
I haven't seen him out on the dating scene. Haven't
really followed up on that. But yeah, Tony Parker and
Eva Longoria were best friends. Would Barry and his wife
and they would vacation together. They would do everything together
until she found some text messages on his phone. They
would hook up on the vacation. I don't allegedly, I

(29:25):
don't know if it was on the vacations, if it
was another time or another place. I don't.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
It's up with couples going to Sedona and berrying.

Speaker 1 (29:35):
I don't know where are you.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Going this summer for the fourth Sedona?

Speaker 1 (29:44):
I got some league meetings out there. I don't know
if they would bang on vacation, but they definitely were
doing their thing. Are they all together nowadays? No? No,
I think they're all divorced.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
Eva probably wants Wemby.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
Uh let's see, can you guys get corner Sack off
your team? Cornett is awesome.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
I'm so tired.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
He's so good.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
He's in two K and they randomly swap him into
the game for me, I freaking hate Cornett. Get him
off the court.

Speaker 1 (30:19):
No, he's so good and useless. No, he's not useless.
He's he's a banger, but on two K he is
he is a rebounding machine.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
On PlayStation he's unusable.

Speaker 1 (30:29):
Can I tell you my favorite line from you? What
you came to me yesterday and you said something that
like warned to my heart. You said, hey, I may
had to get me a Whimbenyam a jersey because he's
so good on two K. Yeah, well, I gotta I
thought you were gonna say because of the way he
played last night, And you said, because he's so good

(30:52):
on two K.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
And it's not because you're a fan of these. It's
just the thing, like, you know, guys wear jerseys now
NBA jerseys. We did it on the cruise, so I
mean it's just like, I'm not like, I'm not a
Spurs fan at all. I'm zero percent. But on a
cruise winning a wimb be Yama jersey, that's pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
You're at the pool wmb Beyama jersey.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Cool, at the beach Whmbyama jersey. I did the Anstykupo
jersey like three seasons ago and it was cool. Went
to a family reunion in it. It was cool.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
So that's what I was saying. Yeah, I mean it
does look cool. I mean I got a kid at
the carnival when he had the women Yama jersey on
and he tried to cut like the jersey, but don't
like the move. Get the hell back. I had to
tell him that it's just it's phenomenal. It's a great
time to be a Spurs fan, but it's also a
terrible time to be a Spurs fan. I'll tell you

(31:42):
why right after this.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
I don't know if that's smart to do another Spurs segment.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
No, it is, because I got a big problem tonight
it's Game two live from Oklahoma City, and it is
also season finale, three hours of Survivor.

Speaker 2 (32:01):
Season Survivor can be the next day. We have respect
in the office. Scuba won't talk about it. Oh right,
it's a spoiled culture.

Speaker 1 (32:09):
It's a spoiled culture, and if you go online, it's
gonna be all over.

Speaker 2 (32:14):
Wait, it's the finale.

Speaker 1 (32:15):
It's the finale.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
I didn't even know you've been watching it this season.
You haven't talked about it once. Do you mean you've
said nothing. I didn't even know it started. I thought
you were about to see the season premiere.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
No, no, it wouldn't be a dilimma of it was premiering.
Season fifty has been going on, the biggest cast, the
most double blind side.

Speaker 2 (32:35):
Don't how many people are left?

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Five?

Speaker 2 (32:39):
Okay, without even watching the season, I don't know any
of the people in it.

Speaker 1 (32:43):
Maybe six.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
Winner is going to be a guy.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
He's probably forties or fifties.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
He's educated, more educated than us, and he's a great communicator.
Am I right?

Speaker 1 (32:57):
I mean I don't know who's gonna win.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
Is there any of those guys?

Speaker 1 (33:01):
Oh? Yeah, right, there's four of them, four lawyers forty
years old great communicators. There's one dude, two dudes, three
dudes left.

Speaker 2 (33:10):
Well was right with that. Yeah, odds are it's gonna
be a dude, I mean dude.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
So yeah, I have this dilemma where I'm gonna want
to watch the Spurs because it's so important, but season
fifty is absolutely massive.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
But it's one of those nights where maybe you stay
up all night because we would have Direct TV and
they'd give us a free preview of movies. Yeah, when
I was a kid, and it would shut off on
Monday morning at five AM, So I would stay up
all Sunday night and watch the movies and go to
school exhausted because the free preview ended. I would never
get to watch those movies then. So I'd watch three
movies on a Sunday night from eleven PM to two

(33:47):
am to five rock out three movies, and then at Monday,
you're exhausted at school. It was worth it. You saw
three movies you're never gonna see.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
That might be the move because I might have to
start with the Spurs game and record like the first
Hour Survivor so I don't have to watch commercials either way.

Speaker 2 (34:07):
Well, Justin said it right, He said, you don't have
to watch the NBA just to watch the last five minutes.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
Oh, I disagree. Not when it not when it comes
to the Spurs thunder. That would have held true with Nixon, No,
because you would have missed the whole, you would have
missed the big league.

Speaker 2 (34:21):
You would have caught the comeback, you would have caught
the cums under, you would have caught double ot and
all that crime.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
Oh my god, that double ot. Dude. I was so
stressed out due it was so crazy.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
But then did they roll them or that was the
Knicks that.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
Were They just ended up rolling by like eleven. Yeah.
I don't even know how many the Spurs won by,
but it was enough. Yeah, it was enough to get
the victory. So yeah, I know that everybody's gonna be
like So that's why I'm absolutely praying for rain tonight.
It's supposed to rain all day here.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
Yeah, when is the rain coming. It's so dry in
the country right now.

Speaker 1 (34:50):
There.

Speaker 2 (34:51):
Crop season is not looking good, dude.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
I'm telling you. The golf course the other day it
was hard as a rock. Yeah, I mean there was
no grass in the fairway. It was just so thin.
Couldn't get under the ball. But I need it to
rain because I need my soccer game to be rained out.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Oh it's coming.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
Oh, it says it's been coming for days, but then
it keeps getting pushed back. But I need the rain
to arrive because I need it to be rained out,
because I need to be in front of my TV
at seven pm sharp watch the start of Survivor. Flip
it over to the game, turn it back to Survivor,
go back to the game. I will have my phone

(35:26):
in a different room because I won't be allowed to
get text messages from people. Wait, did you say leading
the segment that you had soccer. No, so you have soccer,
Spurs and Survivor, yes, and kids and kids. That's tough.
That's the problem. I can't have all these things happen

(35:46):
at one time, and so I really need soccer to
be rained out.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
I had Rockies in Boston Red Sox in the World Series,
but I also had a Monday night class.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
I went to the class and picked.

Speaker 2 (35:58):
Up the game in the seventh inning, came out of
class the text messages from families saying the Rockies are
already down fifteen to nothing.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
I played class over the game. One of the World series. Wow,
it's a really good student of you.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
Man went to a damn night class over the World
Series game. Come out of class. Texting was still.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
New then, how were you thinking.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
I don't know, but I didn't know texting could ruin games.
I look at my phone and there's ten texts. We
lost fifteen to zero. Awesome. Guess the World Series is
over too. They're lost in four.

Speaker 1 (36:32):
Dude. They got swept game, dude, because they had like
the snow right, they had like a week all who
was snowing in Denver?

Speaker 2 (36:38):
I mean it was October. I know that Tulowitzki and
Matt Holliday were killing it, but then they all just
went ice cold in the World Series.

Speaker 1 (36:44):
Yeah. Something Lady at the Dodger's office yesterday. I walked
in and my bear's heading in. She goes, she a
Cubs fan. I'm like, yeah, but this is a Bears
jersey or Bears hoodie. And she's like, Oh, my husband
and I are going to go see the Cubs play
the Rockies in Does that sound right?

Speaker 2 (37:03):
Yeah? I'm like a city and a date.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
I said, I'm not sure I've not talked to your
husband about your travel plans, but that could be right.
She goes, yeah, I think it's gonna be them. And
do they play in Denver? I was like, I haven't
looked at the schedule, but I would assume there's a
game in Denver.

Speaker 2 (37:21):
I am done with small talk with people.

Speaker 1 (37:23):
I can't And she said, and then a couple of
days later, we're gonna go to She goes, We're staying
at a hotel right around the front the ballpark. And
she told me the name of the hotel, like I
knew Denver because I did say, the Rocky Stadium is awesome,
like it's really cool, Cherry Creek in And then she said,
and then a couple of days later, we're gonna go
to Red Rocks. All right, am I supposed to care?

(37:44):
Where was this at doctor's office?

Speaker 2 (37:46):
I'm done with small talk guy the other day, Hey man,
what's new? He goes, No, what's new with you? I'm
gonna update you on the past year of my life.
I don't even know what I did last week weekend.
I went to Charleston, I went to Jamaica. I went
on a cruise boomers a senior. My family visited Senior

(38:09):
night tonight.

Speaker 1 (38:10):
What does that mean?

Speaker 2 (38:11):
Last game of baseball, and then it's like summer ball.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
I think, but when is graduation?

Speaker 2 (38:16):
Two days?

Speaker 1 (38:18):
So I told him, so did they make the playoffs?

Speaker 2 (38:22):
They have to, Yeah, they're like fifteen and six. But
I told him, I see, I didn't play high school baseball.
They didn't have it when I He's gone went to
another city. So we played just summer baseball.

Speaker 1 (38:32):
Wait wait, wait wait wait, hold on, your high school
didn't have baseball.

Speaker 2 (38:35):
No, so we had a did we start a team?
It wasn't. Oh oh, we drove to the other city
and played high school baseball. But my own high school
didn't have high school baseball. Unable, So you went to
what high school? Gwynn?

Speaker 1 (38:50):
And so you played high school baseball for who?

Speaker 2 (38:54):
Nagani? But we did have a Gwynn team. But why
do I feel like it was an affiliate with high school?
It was a summer league that kind of overlapped into school.
Boomer's literally playing in a school league got it. So
I told him, I go, dude, you gotta lay your
jockstrap on the mound. That's like And he goes, no, dude,
I'm never And I go, well, we're jersey or belt.

(39:15):
Put something on the mound, it's your last game there,
And he goes, no, why would I do that? And
I go because it's paying your respects to your uncles
who played on that field. I was like, before you leave,
take off your jockstrap and put it.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
On the mound.

Speaker 2 (39:28):
Can you imagine he goes up and puts his belt
on the mound. I told him to drape his jersey
over it, like we died. But yeah, he grads in
two days, probably doing senior skip day right.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
Now, that's wild. Yeah, and then what then he goes
to college? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
We used to have to work forty hour a week jobs.
I have no idea what he's doing. He's on scholarship,
so I don't even think he has to work. Oh,
he's got a scholarship full ride for where Mid Michigan.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
That's where your boy went the co Yeah who the
coach of the basketball team.

Speaker 2 (40:04):
No, he went to Northern Michigan. There's a lot of
those Michigan, Mid Michigan.

Speaker 1 (40:08):
Northern, Ipsilanti, Western, the Central Michigan, Chippawallship, Eastern Michigan, Broncos.

Speaker 2 (40:18):
I think he's close to Central Michigan.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
Got it.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
It's in Mount Pleasant yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
So if anybody's watching The Survivor, I would love to,
you know, get some chat going. Who are you cheering for?
Who do you want to win? Why do you want
him to win? I mean it's gonna be a fantastic finale.

Speaker 2 (40:33):
I might need to binge it today and then I
can watch the finale tonight, yes, and then we'll break
it down for Fridays.

Speaker 1 (40:39):
Dude, you should you should do a spoiler podcast. We
really should not, Oh, but you should binge it. It's
been a good season.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
The only one I watched where the guy found the
idols without any clues Rob Hatch. No, maybe he's a construct? No, no, no, no.
It was in like two thousand and eight, two thousand
and nine. Richard Hatch, not that idiot, the one guy
who's construction. Guy bald Head did multiple seasons. He was
Oh rich Russell Hans, Is that yep?

Speaker 1 (41:09):
Him? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (41:10):
I watched him. He was great season, so.

Speaker 1 (41:12):
You want to know he was great. He would tell you, hey,
you're gonna vote with me. If you don't vote me,
you're gonna be the next one to go. And they
would not vote with him. And guess who the next
one to go was? That person he was on back
to back seasons.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
Yeah, I watched both of them.

Speaker 1 (41:24):
I think he got second place in both seasons and
those were bitter jury syndromes because he should have won easily.
He was phenomenal, phenomenal, And I.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Think there was a blonde on one of those seasons
that got me into it. Oh yeah, yeah, that's what
got But then they always got a nice blonde. That's
all on the producers.

Speaker 1 (41:44):
Man, they know what they're doing. Yeah, they're trying to
drag you in. Yeah, but yeah, so I know I'm
gonna get a lot of hate. I can't believe you're
not gonna watch the Spurs. Dude. Look, I'm invested in
Survivor just like I am in Spurs. The Spurs have,
you know, five six more games. This is one night.
It's gonna be all over the internet, gotta have the answers.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
But I'm telling you it's a loss. Just except that
it's a loss. No, because us rooters of seven games,
we're rooting for that. It'll even it out. We don't
want it to be too Oh. Just accept it as
a loss and if it's a win, then you're over
the moon.

Speaker 1 (42:18):
Yeah, I got to say that when we won game
one and I saw all the minutes our guys played
Wimby fifty one Vassal fifty Castle forty seven, you know,
I was like, we getting blowed out in game two.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
I know the team I played two K Vassal Castle
Champagne and Wemby Harper Cornett they put in randomly in
the third quarter. When I'm playing two K, I don't
want Cornett on the court.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
And I will say, I got a text on one
of my buddies, like, dude, I'm not gonna be able
to sleep tonight after that game. I'm like, bro, you
didn't even play. Let's relax, you can sleep.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
But Wemby has been able to walk for three days.
You imagine those legs.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
Dude, dude, they gotta be so tired.

Speaker 2 (42:57):
Double overtime over jopping.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Well, he doesn't really have to jump, he just sticks
his hand up. Yeah that's a great point. So yeah,
right when the game ended, in my head, immediately I
thought we getting blowed out game.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
Two, Oh yeah, this game's got to be all okay. See,
like for sure, I don't even know the batting line.
I would say all okay, but it's not.

Speaker 1 (43:16):
It's gonna be Goo spursco We'll take a break. Hey,
I got an email. Hey coachers, hope you're doing well.
Longtime listener, but I stopped listening for about three years.
What the hell?

Speaker 2 (43:32):
Well?

Speaker 1 (43:32):
I got back on and I've been sweating and betting
some baseball coaches and I'm broke up looking for that
beautiful woman. Shout out to Dicky Howard, still a baby
back beyond. But love you dog much. Love coaches, Marcus Sears, Guys,
no more alcohol when we're doing the emails. Yeah, I

(43:53):
don't know what. I don't know what, and I'm bricked
up looking for that beautiful woman. What has bricked up me?

Speaker 2 (44:01):
You know what it means?

Speaker 1 (44:03):
Hard up?

Speaker 2 (44:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (44:04):
Got it? My bad? But why would you stop listening
for three years? And what made him come back?

Speaker 2 (44:09):
Dude? I haven't listened to McAfee in like three months,
But what made him come back? Sometimes you just randomly
need a break. But when you go. When I go
back to McAfee, I probably won't do it until football season.
I'm all in. I listen every day, every episode, but
I haven't it's been three good months.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
Oh well, we got another email, coachers, Hope you're doing
well thunder the f up coach SGA gonna drag Wimby's
lanky ass up and down the court. Love y'all coaches,
tell Dick Howard he a little be peace. Marcus sears again,
dude hadn't listened in three years and he's emailed twice
in two days.

Speaker 2 (44:46):
How many emails do we get? I'd say that you
go through for an episode, uh, maybe two? You read
both of these.

Speaker 1 (44:58):
We are the sore losers at Gmail. You can always
email us. I try to read them all, but yeah,
we don't get that many. Man, we don't get that.
MANI that was it. That was all we had. I
was going to read some more, but there's no more. Oh,
here we go. Oh with twelve Hey, with two and
one episodes, sore losers have a real opportunity. The question

(45:19):
is whether YouTube is actually doing its job. Here's what
podcasters with optimized channels and joy the episode's ranking YouTube
searches old episodes become long term assets, and their channel
builds momenium without extra effort. I can walk you through
exactly what's possible. Quick twenty minute chat, sign Taylor.

Speaker 2 (45:38):
We should tell them to call the pod Scuba said.
We can take calls, but I don't even know how
you do. Where's the phone line?

Speaker 1 (45:46):
It's up here, it says phone, it's right there. And
then what do you use a program? You get to
use a program on this computer. Could you imagine if
we got calls? I mean, all these people that don't
have jobs will be calling in. Hey man, just sitting
here doing nothing on a Wednesday. Hey it's me again
on Thursday, not knowing much. Hey it's me on Friday.

(46:07):
Still don't have a job.

Speaker 2 (46:08):
They can all call at their jobs too, because there
a lot of them are just driving things.

Speaker 1 (46:12):
That's sure. They're truckers, hr, firefighters, robos. Ain't doing crap
but playing with other people's hoses.

Speaker 2 (46:18):
See, I don't see a phone screener. I I got
to talk to scuba.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
I can show you.

Speaker 2 (46:22):
Oh you've done it, yeh've done it. Oh so it
is this one par computer?

Speaker 1 (46:26):
No, no, no, it's right here in the middle. Uh,
I'll guys see it. I guess right there in the middle.
All right, coaching, We got to go. I gotta get
ready for Survivor. I gotta get a nap in. It's
gonna be a long, long night, long night. Go spurs
and use dial the number. Yeah, I'll dial nine to
one one. No, no, no, no, don't do that. Don't do that.
Don't do that.

Speaker 2 (46:46):
That's crazy. I didn't know we could do calls.

Speaker 1 (46:48):
Yeah, you know, we should. You know what we really
should do is set up a voicemail, because we've got
a couple cool voicemails.

Speaker 2 (46:57):
But yeah, I'm not going through all those already. I
had to go through them for the big share, so
I'll pass on that hardest of passes.

Speaker 1 (47:05):
Oh, here we go. What's up, coachers. It's Isaac from
Ole Miss, and y'all had said previously if you're ever
in town, I could possibly jump on the podcast. The
last time I sent an email, I talked about my
cross country experience. But since coming to Old Miss, I've
done a lot more. I work for the student newspaper,
the Daily Mississippian, as well as the radio station, Rebel Radio.

(47:26):
I have a sports talk show that is also a
podcast called Scanning the SEC. I will be in town
covering the SEC basketball tournament and would love the possibility
to join the podcast. I am down to talk sports
or lifestyle. I do have a lot of random stories.
If this is something that would be possible. Just let
me know, Hotty Toddy. Isaac Sheer on a side note,

(47:48):
if it is something that could happen next Friday, probably
be best because I have to watch the Wednesday's games.

Speaker 2 (47:54):
Well, you just promoted his podcast as much as May
promotes his.

Speaker 1 (47:59):
And I realize I missed that. Back when the SEC
tournament was in.

Speaker 2 (48:04):
Here, did you know that Arkansas has won the most
SEC championships of anything in the last decade? And what
track and field? There was some lists they're at fifty
and people are like what is this in basketball? I
guess now one? But they're like football, like what and
people are like, this is track and field? I guess
they kill in that.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
I mean, yeah, that's great. But yeah, Isaac, sorry, you
can jump on the pod next Friday if you're in town.
Now I realize this was sent on March fifth, and
I totally missed it. That's on me.

Speaker 2 (48:37):
Hey, are we going to tell people that we're doing
the baseball game the softball game we're broadcasting on it?
It actually doesn't matter if we're just gonna podcast it.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
Yeah, we're just gonna podcast. What's talking about on Friday?
We'll talking about it on Friday.

Speaker 2 (48:47):
We're not doing that.

Speaker 1 (48:47):
Hey, you guys, have a great Wednesday.

Speaker 2 (48:50):
I always love getting an email. It's like, hey, guys,
you haven't heard anything about this for a month, but
here's an update. Yeah there's no update.

Speaker 1 (48:56):
Yeah, yeah, we'll talk about that Friday. Yeah the wait,
wait till Battersbox hears this. You're really gonna watch Survivor
over the spurs. You're such a loser. You don't watch
sports anymore, Michael.

Speaker 2 (49:10):
Not everybody can just wake up at six am and
their jammis and watch Survivor.

Speaker 1 (49:15):
That's right. I can't watch it in the morning. I'll
be at work and then someone will reveal it. Someone
will tweet, someone will email, There'll be some news story
on Yahoo. It's just gonna be get spoiled. And I
can't take that chance.

Speaker 2 (49:28):
Please tell me Survivors done after fifty No fifty one
coming soon. I can't go away. There's enough?

Speaker 1 (49:38):
Is there not any more creativity in this world?

Speaker 2 (49:41):
Put them under water or something.

Speaker 1 (49:42):
They do, go underwater, they dive down and release the buoie.

Speaker 2 (49:46):
How is that show still around? How is American Idol
still around?

Speaker 1 (49:50):
That seek?

Speaker 2 (49:51):
How is the voice? How are there still voices out
there that are undiscovered.

Speaker 1 (49:55):
Hold on American Idol in the Voice. Those are two
that I have no idea how they're still around, Like,
how do America's got talent? Who the hell watches this stuff?
You know? Who? People they can't like grandparents, grandparents, like.

Speaker 2 (50:10):
They can't leave, that's there only option. They're like, Oh,
I wonder what it looks like outside. Who knows, haven't
been out there in a while. I'm gonna just turn
on this little box and see this formal life in here.

Speaker 1 (50:20):
Yeah, and that is I don't what I don't understand Survivor.
At least they change it up every season. They have
different twists and turns and ways that they switch up
the game. So it's every season it's different, and they
have different players, so there's always different strategies and different
moves and different ideas. That's good. It's like a human
experience experiment because everybody doesn't think the same and you

(50:43):
put them all on an island and they have to
try to coexist. That's fascinating to me.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Yeah, outplay Out Whack. I've seen their promo and now
with TV and the streaming, how you have to try
and find everything.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
That's tough.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
I almost alect. Sometimes just watch blank screen. You don't
have to click in, and it's peaceful. You're not gonna
get some loud thing blaring into your screen. Sometimes the
audio's off. Blank screen wins the majority of the time
at the house. Now, I'm not going to click through
five apps. I'm sorry. I randomly found the Preakness on
Sun Saturday night and we watched that baser likes.

Speaker 1 (51:16):
That happened this past Saturday. Yeah, I didn't even know.

Speaker 2 (51:18):
Well, Kentucky Derby is the big one. Then the Kentucky
Derby winner didn't decide to run in the Preakness, where
we're not gonna have a Sea biscuit triple crown winner. Yeah,
but we still just watch it. But it was hard
enough to find that what's it on Hay Paramount, NBC Hack?
The Spurs are on what ABC?

Speaker 1 (51:34):
Hat Prime? Eh, can't find this crap. It's tough. It's
like when when the Spurs are on Amazon Prime and
I'm going through all the normal channels, like, man, where
is it where I after going to on the internet, Oh,
it's on Amazon Prime. And then you go to Amazon
Prime and you know what sucks is then during the
commercials you can't just flip channels. Nope, you're just stuck. Yeah,

(51:56):
like you're just bored. Yes, Like it's ay. Here's what's
crazy is how you're right. It's so crazy. How we
used to just be stuck with commercials. Now when I
get stuck with commercials, I'm like, oh my god, it's
three minutes. I don't know what to do with myself. Ah.

Speaker 2 (52:12):
But we love all of our commercials. Guys. If you
need the AI developer, listen to my commercial about that.

Speaker 1 (52:18):
Love them.

Speaker 2 (52:19):
Love Freeland Chevrolet. Guys, they save the convention. It almost
died a horrible death, and they said, we are gonna
put the convention on. Love Freeland Chevrolet. They're in Dallas
at meetings right now. We're gonna be doing some stuff
with them, coming up.

Speaker 1 (52:33):
Very soon, very soon, but very soon. We gotta go. Man, hey, dude,
Tonight Outwit Outplay Out Whack Survivor Season fifty finale. Who's
gonna win? WHOA who's your vote? Man?

Speaker 2 (52:47):
I mean it's usually the guy that gets the least horny.
I mean, because that's gonna always if that, if your
temptations take over, you're gonna lose. You're like, you're getting
voted out if you're hooking up.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
You know what I'm saying. I know what you're saying.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
Who can not commit, adultree, who cannot whack, who cannot bang?
I mean that's literally your winner. And the guy that
likes eating dirt like I'm sorry, I want a burger,
I want pizza.

Speaker 1 (53:16):
Well, they do do that on rewards. You can win
reward and they give you stuff like that. They did
the auction and you can bid on things. They have
it covered and you have to guess what's underneath there
and you have five hundred bucks or whatever and you
just bid on it. Sometimes you get sea slugs.

Speaker 2 (53:32):
What are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (53:32):
Broadway or what I'm talking about? Survivor man, survivor auction.
You don't love it? All right, you don't get it.
We already did that.

Speaker 2 (53:45):
See you guys later, Audios.

Speaker 1 (53:48):
Bye. You know what's crazy? Tomorrow's last day of school
man and baby Box said, Dad, I have to do
this was last night. He goes, I have to do
the pod tomorrow or third Saturday Saturday? Hey, what are
you doing here? Man? Just interrupting and disrept oh and

(54:09):
some disrespectful recording. Right, Hey,
