Will your name get drawn as we do the REDRAW? The Sore Losers Fantasy Football league Redraw is here as some people decided to give up their spot so you have another chance to have your dreams come true. We take a trip down memory lane to talk about Batters Box's college baseball career when he pitched against the Texas Longhorns. Also we read some emails from listeners and address some upset people who are mad about how we get people in the league. Plus Ray and Justin are almost kicked out of the league because Justin isn't thinking clearly.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Man, there's always more laughs before the mics come on.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Oh man, No, I'm if I laugh. Maybe I'm in
a good mood because it's Friday. I don't know. I
don't know what it is. But the Fantasy Draft is,
you know, weeks away, maybe a week away. I don't know.
But I I have all this moral dilemma every single
year we draw these names. I don't know how to
handle it. I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

(00:26):
Where does my responsibility end and where does it begin?
What links do I need to go to let these
people know that their name has been drawn? I have
so many questions every year, and every year I say
I'm not gonna do this and I end up doing it.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
That sounded scripted. You're like, what links do I have
to go to let these people know? People like Joe
he needs to know.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Well, if you would have looked at the script, he
would have known that that was what was coming up.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Guys, we got to start the show. We are a
spinoff of The Bobby Bone Show, where the Sore Losers.
It's a sports podcast. Bobby Bone Show is a country
morning show. I'm a producer on that launch as a
co host We've got a lot of different ears that listen,
and now they can all understand exactly what we are
within a minute of our show. And we do have

(01:18):
a convention in Nashville that we put on in January
MLK Weekend. It is thirty seven days away and it's
brought to you.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
By Freeland Chevrolet.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Got a cameo Loki Flex and the dad said, his
kid's like fifteen and he cannot wait until he's twenty
one so he can come to a convention.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
That's now six years.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
There's no way we're still doing conventions in my fifties,
in your sixties.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Wow, my god, Hey god, we're well under the convention.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
I mean in six years we were having it at
a community.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
I mean, there's no way it's at bars. No, no, no, no,
That'll be a retirement home for sure. That'll definitely where
we'll be having it in six years. Hey, new twenty
one year olds, you think you can get my dentures
for me? I can't cheot his meat.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
We have big stuff. At the end of the podcast.
I have to tell you about a failed birthday, and
I have to give you an update on Cappy.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Whoa Why can't that start the pot.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Cappy can walk. I'm kidding. It's not the update, it's
something else, dude.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
I thought I thought maybe he got the prosthetic like
Nelson did. And Nelson is back on the challenge. Why
is he never gotten that? I think Kappy might have
told us that it does he not have thighs. I
don't know.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
I think Kappy's given us a reason why he wasn't
able to get the prosthetics.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
So you know why when he told me though, when
I was about ten deep. So I have no idea,
Like when people tell me stuff when I'm ten deep,
I don't know what's going on. Let's start the show. Yeah,
let's please, We're gonna do it live. Well, Oh the
one two so loser? What up? Everybody? I am lunchbox.

(03:11):
I know the most about sports, so I give you
the sports facts, my sports opinions because I'm pretty much
a sports genius, y'all.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Sison from the North Alpha Male, live on the North
Side in Nashville. I've been recovering all week. Was sixty
percent on Tuesday. Now I'm back hovering into the nineties.
This morning, I dipped into the eighties. Still a little
bit of a head, not even cold. Just headache, a
faint dull headache and body aches. Something with my hydration,

(03:40):
my weightlifting and creatine.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
More on that later over to you now, Oh, the
creating that may be what you You may have the
same thing that Darren Peterson had at Kansas. He would
cramp up and have to go to the hospital because
he was taking too much creatine.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
And made me think, when was the last time I
had a banana?

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Oh, you gotta have been. They are key for the potassium,
which does something for your body.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Yeah, And I mean it's not like our listeners. I
mean most of them got one of their mouth every
morning saying they're healthy. They like their breakfast.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Dude, let me tell you, we go through bananas like
they're going out of style.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
I couldn't tell you the last time I had a banana. Dude,
They're so good. I know, it's just not something that
we've gotten.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Have you ever had the snack of just putting a
banana on a plate, put some peanut butter on top
of it, eat that sucker right up.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Sounds great, so good. Steve just had an as i
E bowl the other day. It looked like it was
straight from Hawaii, but I couldn't tell you when I
had a banana.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
It might have been in Jamaica. I bet that Osaiyah
bowl had banana on top of it. It did oh
so good.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
So I'm forgetting something and that's why my body's getting
these body aches. And then it's the creatine triggered something.
Either it's starting to shut down my kidneys. But I
see everybody else doing creatine.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Yeah. Do you know the two most important things where
your body are sleep and water. If you're doing those
two things, your body should be okay. But if you're
neglect in one of those, it throws everything off. All right,
do we want the update on Cappy? I would love
an update on Capy? All right.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Got this message a week ago at seven thirty three pm.
I responded last night. Okay, hey friends, I just want
to reach out to you guys to let you know
that my daughter Carter was in a pretty serious dirt
bike accident last weekend. She has a fractured vertebrae in
her neck, three fractured vertebrae in her back, along with

(05:38):
some minor facial issues related to biting through her lip.
We all know when you pull a capy, you end
up hungover and can't leave whatever town you're visiting for
three days. I guess you could say that my daughter
pulled a Miguel when she wrecked her dirt bike last
Saturday evening. Ray, please let lunch know. You guys can
decide whether or not y'all want to let the nation know.

(05:59):
On the potot Cherry is so looking forward to reuniting
with everyone at CC six. She is on the Facebook page.
FYI thanks a lot. By the way, she's at home
and recouping for the next eleven weeks. Oh my goodness,
Who is Sherry? Because he said Carter is his daughter?

(06:21):
Yeah we all met, ye, way doesn't even look like
Cappy's kid.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
No, I mean, but acts like Cappy. Good time like Cappy,
but way cooler than Cappy.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
But way more looks than Cappy.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Oh yeah, for sure, Cherry is so looking forward to
reuniting with everyone at CC six.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Must be Sherry from the Facebook page? Yeah, of course. Yeah.
Why would he randomly put that in the message? I
don't know, AfterAll, I mean, he may be stressed out
right now. You know his daughter was in a motorbike accident,
Like I mean that that sucks? Hey, Carter, We're wishing
you all the best, but go to Soldierser dot com
make sure you get your ticket. Early bird pricing still
going on. Guys, we have all the add ons locked in.

(07:07):
I think we can cancel the first one. Dirt biking.
We were planning to add that one for Friday. We're
gonna do dirt bikes up and down Broadway. We're gonna
have Miguel teach the class.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Well, we are back with our plan B wheelchair races, Cabby.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
We've catered the add on specifically for you man, you
and your family. But no, the only thing we're missing
is a Saturday night event. For some reason, these businesses
don't get back to us. Saturday night all of a
sudden has become impossible to book.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Yeah, and you wonder, MLK do they plan that it's
gonna be you Oh, it's not gonna be busy.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Okay, but we know that, we know that, But they
don't know that. They don't want to admit to themselves
that MLK Day weekend is not that busy in Nashville.
That they would love for us to be at their business,
that we will bring the party, we will bring the fun.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
What if Saturday Night's event up here at the radio station,
drinking some beers, looking out over the skyline.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Maybe have them in the big show studio. I'll pass.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Make sure the cameras aren't recording us.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
I'm out.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Hopefully nobody sees those videos.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
I'm out. I will I will not participate in that.
That's a no for me, Dog, that's a no for me.
A million dollar studio.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Oh my gosh, I'm telling you some of the stuff
we did back in the day. I can't believe I'm
still employed. Thank god, there weren't video cameras. Bro, we
would have a bachelorette party dancing on the radio board
on a Saturday night at one am.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Yeah, not the smartest use. Like, it was so weird
how much you guys like to go back to that studio,
Like it was mind boggling to me that you guys
love I mean, not only did you like to go
before we went out to the bars, Like we're there
all week, Okay, so I get it, you're at work
all week, and then we would go to bars over
in mid time. You'd be like, hey, let's all meet

(09:02):
at the radio station. We'll have a couple beers there before. Weird,
very weird, very freaking weird. I don't understand it. Then
then the night would be over and you guysoud be like, hey,
let's grab a night gap at the radio station. So

(09:25):
I mean, it was like, not just once, but twice
a night you wanted to go hang out where you worked,
and it made no damn sense. I understand trying to
impress chicks bring them to the radio station, but man,
at that point, if she's leaving the bar with you, you
don't need to take her to the radio station. I
just did not understand it. It would drive me up

(09:47):
a wall that you guys wanted to be at the
radio station so freaking much.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Bones is like on Monday, Hey, we've had people calling
in saying that we're only in the left side of
their vehicle, and I'm like, oh, this dial might have
got twisted last night by Jane in The Bachelorette Tierra.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Yeah, oh my god, man, I just found a beer
kid under my desk. What how'd that get there? Don't
know anything about that.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
Just because we would be drinking in the studio and
obviously lunch is gonna throw away his beer. I would
have a shot. I would throw the little shooter away
unlike Romo. But the bachelorettes would all just set their
drinks places and then on Monday, people on the show
would be fighting these drinks.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
And if you didn't put it somewhere, you're not gonna
be looking for it, so you don't even think about it.
But I just never understood it. I'm just telling you,
I don't want to go back to that, so that
will not be the Saturday night event. That will not happen.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
It just got it reinvigorated me because I was talking
to some of these Papa shot guys.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Oh boy, they're kind of cool. They all were athletes.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
The guy that won it would played with Lebron in
high school to what he was against him. But I
mean he played on a court with Lebron James. I'm like, oh,
played with Lebron, not murphs. It was MAP twenty one,
but he looks just like Murphy.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Okay, So the guy that won in Florida, not in Vegas. Yeah,
he played with Lebron. I'm like, that's a claim to fame.
How crazy is that? Nuts? But it reinvigorated me.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
I've been dming with some of them and they're all like,
hey would love to come see the studio and no, no, no, no,
but come drink and then see the studio. And I
was like, dang, I forgot that used to be a
thing where we would drink, you'd see the studio and
it could be a thing again with the nation.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
No, I'm gonna I'm gonna pass on that one. I'm
gonna I'm gonna check out. If you want to handle
that that portion, I will let you handle it, but
I I ain't doing it. Ain't doing it. Just like
every year, I tell you when we draw these names, right,
and it comes to yesterday and it's like five o'clock.
Uh oh, and some of them haven't paid. Oh boy,

(11:57):
what did I thinking? In my head? I'm thinking, man,
do I need to hunt these people down? Do I
need to go through all the submissions, find their email address,
find them in the Facebook group, send them a message
and let them know, Hey, uh, the deadline is tonight
at midnight. Did you listen to the pod? And my
wife's like, I can't believe I'm talking to my wife.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
Mother.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
She goes, I can't believe that you guys do this
and you say we're drawing on Monday. She goes, I
understand that people are busy and they don't listen right
away all the time. But this one podcast, that one
episode where you draw the names is like a season finale.
It's like the most important one of the year. After

(12:40):
they signed up, and they still don't go listen right away.
She goes, that's crazy to me. But but I hear
what she's saying. But this is how not crazy it is.
Can I give you a text real quick with Justin
go just this morning?

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Yeah, he sent me one hundred dollars and said, your mom.
I said, we're not replaying this. I said, you pay.
He says, pay for what I said, for fantasy it's
due today. Numb nuts. That's how people lose their fucking teams.
Justin Oh, fuck, I'll venmo you how much me a

(13:16):
hundred venmo fucking lunch today or we lose our team.
I know money's tight. And then he venmoed you he.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Did, he said, your mom.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
He totally gapped it the same thing that these other
losers are doing, right, And so I'm like, I should
send them an email just in case they haven't heard
their name called.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
It ruins a surprise, but at least they get an
email and they have a chance to, you know, look
it up. And my wife's like, I can't believe you
go through all that trouble, Like you should just call
their name on the pod and if they don't listen,
they don't make it. I said, yeah, but man, I
know people are busy and life gets busy, and I

(13:56):
would hate for them to be this, to be the
one joy they have in life, like their whole life sucks.
But they get drawn for the Sored Losers Fantasy and
that's what they have to look forward to every Saturday, Thursday,
Sunday and Monday. And she's like, you do what you
want to do, you know what I mean, it's a
lot of work. So I'm going down the list and
there's a guy named Brendan fry right, and I'm like, okay.

(14:18):
So I go to the Facebook group and I find
Brendan fry in there. He joined like five years ago
into the sord Losers Fantasy or podcast group only Farmers,
and I go to message him, Dude, do you realize
Brendan Frye made the league in twenty twenty four, twenty
twenty five, and twenty twenty six. In twenty twenty four,

(14:43):
I sent him a message at six fifty five am. Hey,
send two one hundred over before the end of the
Big show, or else we're gonna lose your spot and
we're gonna read you aw names. He never replied, so
he didn't get in. Twenty twenty five name drawn again. Hey,
you got drawn for the Sore Losers fantasy. You need
to pay by ten am or else you're gonna lose

(15:06):
your spot. Did he ever pay? No, never responded twenty
twenty six.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Oh my gosh, he has a short term memory problem.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
Dude. He has been in three years in a row
and he never pays. So I sent him another message
yesterday and I said, once again, I have no idea
how this keeps happening. You got drawn again, dude, but
I need you to pay by midnight if you want in.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
What's happening is our listeners are aging, some of them
have dementia.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
For how some of these people try every year and
never get in. This dude has been drawn three years
in a row. I want to go to Vegas with
that dude. Well, that's what I said. Why did he not.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
Go to my bachelor party after three years? He wouldn't
have shown up.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
He replied and said paid. Well he did.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
He did with four letters paid not hey man totally
went on a three year gap, and I said third
time as a charm and he goes, what fantasy website
do you guys?

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Use? Are you gonna send out in bone? I said,
I'm gonna send it out. He goes, Man, I've never
played fantasy before, so I don't know shit about it.
But I love gambling and I'm gonna try to win
some money. Can't wait. He had a thing. They have
jobs and stuff the wow yo, And that's what I'm saying. Like, so,
I don't know if I really should be emailing them,

(16:39):
but I just feel like it's the right thing to
do as the commissioner. I give them that one extra
olive branch.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
I mean, if people are applying for this, they're that
into it, then I mean they're listening to that podcast,
especially Naked.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
I mean, I don't know about Naked, but I think
that's what you would listen to right away. But like
last night, I mean I emailed Chad Sutton because he
wasn't in and guess what he got in. I know
a Sutton kiv Edwards hadn't heard from her or him.
Don't know what Kiev or is a boy or girl?
What the w MEA and uh? Last night Kiev got

(17:18):
on and paid. Kimberly Amuda no nothing nothing emailer, she
got on and paid.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
So some of these people live and die by the email.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah, Matthew Harrison, matt Harrison nothing, dude, he wasn't going
to be in. Last night, about seven pm he got
my email. He went and paid.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
Man, you got some stuff flowing through that old v account.
Let you intle it.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
I do. I would like to apologize. I know people
are gonna be pissed. I know people listening to this
are pissed off about Oh, you shouldn't do that. That
would give us a chance to get in. If you
were in the same situation, would you want the email?
Would you want the one email reminder saying hey, man,
you may not listen to the pod yet. But I
went ahead and emailed him. Would you want that same opportunity?

(18:05):
Ask yourself that and answer it when we come back
right after this. Also, I saw a post. Wait, so
we're not drawing any names. Oh, we're drawing names. Oh
like Henry Burley. He never responded.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Trentingham didn't respond Let's see who else didn't respond? Oh,
Ron Younger and he got in for the second year
in a row. Donald Barren Harmer, he's in. Uh. You
know who did not Higginbotham, geezh Taylor Stratford. Higginbotham didn't reply.

(18:45):
How would I know higgin Motham. I don't know. We
just said that name the other day. Oh, dude, you're
like my mom.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
Do you remember Gerald Higginbotham from church? Mom, unless it
was a blonde that wore a dress. I have no
idea who went to our church when I was in
high school.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
No, we literally you.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Don't remember Jerald Higginboff and the guy.

Speaker 2 (19:04):
They would sit in the back pew. No, mom, every.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
Saturday, dude, every Saturday I get that call.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
Let's draw. Well, here's who else didn't get in.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
Brian Stewart never replied. Stetson Mendoza didn't reply, Jeremy Berkin
didn't reply. Trinidad Gehan didn't reply. So how many we
got I don't know. I didn't count.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Oh see, that's all I was also kind of going
for it.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
You didn't have the number ready. I didn't have the
number ready, dude? Is it ten? Is it double digits.
It's probably about nine or ten.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
That's ten statistical season. That's twenty percent of people that
didn't respond with the money.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
I know, and it's suppressing, But it's also like I understand,
people have lives. They forget they signed up. Maybe they're
on vacation, maybe they're in jail. Well I don't know,
Oh good point. You know, something could have happened. They
could have gotten a motorbike accident. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
We call the counties that they're in just to check
the jail records.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
But also, I love how mad people get when we
call these names and they go to Facebook and I'm
calling you out, Wesley, Yes, I'm calling you out, like
we've got to stop letting B teamers in this podcast league.
We've never heard those names before. Guys, we don't announce
all one thousand people that listen to this podcast. We

(20:32):
don't even know half the people that listen to this podcast.
The only ones we know are the select few that
get on the Facebook, fit page, the Twitter, the Instagram
and show up to the convention. That is only a
small portion of the thousand people that listen to the podcast.
We don't have all the names of all one thousand,
and also we're not a cult, correct. Other people can

(20:55):
get in. It's like what it's like, man, just because
we've never said their name doesn't mean they don't.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
Listen, right, there's there's people that closet listen.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Yes, yeah, Like I mean, we talked about my sister's travels.
You know about how she had trouble at the airport
and one of the teachers at her school went out
during goes heard you guys had some trouble traveling in Nashville,
and my sister's like, wedge Guss heard it on the pod.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
So well, brutochy does she sees my mom at the
grocery store and she's like, oh, sorry, what was that,
VICKI I'm listening to pod. My parents didn't even know
I had a pod. So funny, guys, keep it quiet,
come on so Ray and justin I'm ready to mark
off Henry Burley. What do I owe money for?

Speaker 2 (21:43):
I don't know, dude.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
The thing that people are losing their franchises for not.

Speaker 2 (21:46):
Paying yeap, Henry Burley has been eliminated. So we will
now spin the wheel again for the top name in
your division. It was the first name drawing in your division.
Henry Burley is now gone, and here's my cousin. Got
mad at me because he entered. He has his name
in there. And I saw Laura Uh in their baser
she's in there. I saw her name. I saw her name.

(22:10):
Thank god she didn't get drawn. No, it would be
awesome if she got drawn. No.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
I don't know how she won her work one, but
the way ours is formatted, there's no way she'd win it.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
So anyway, he's like, dude, once you shuffle the name once,
will you stop shuffling them? Because what if mine was
the next one and then you screw it all up
by shuffling it again. And he goes, I know that's
not really how it works, but in my mind that's
how it works. That I was gonna be the next
name on that wheel and then you hit shuffle again

(22:41):
and it screws me up.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
It's like the Roulette wheeler. Do they ever do a
double spin?

Speaker 2 (22:46):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (22:46):
Do they kind of spin it and then grab it
and spin it.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
The other day? Oh my god, I would run away.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
Isn't there like some sort of I mean they determine
when they spin it.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
Yes, yeah, but it's kind of much, but it is.
It's like they kind of like the dice.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Oh, what's the equivalent of you doing a reshuffle? Is
almost like I guess blackjack, black jack. You've been card
counting the whole time, and then they shove, then you
reshuffle it. So here we go. Let's spin that wheel.
Let's see who gets a chance. Amy Patterson, Amy Patterson,
you're in Ray's division. I know an Amy from The

(23:24):
Big Show. Yeah, feeling yourself unless she's banging another dude.
I don't believe Patterson is their last name.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
All right, Trentonham has been eliminated. This is for Ray's Division.
I love the redraw is kind of exciting because it's
a second chance. It's like the second chance lottery. Oscar Cobos,
Cabas cabys Cobos, Oscar Cobos. Congratulations you're in.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Some of these people. You hope that you know it
was their meal ticket. They needed this little extra money
for a family member's birthday or Christmas. We hope that
then this can be your big win.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Okay, uh, let's see here. God it Oh, Higginbotham, you're out.
Taylor Stratford. Higginbotham, you are out. This is for Batter's
Box Division. He only had one no call, no show,
so this will be the only person getting into batters
Box Division. And it is Jay Jessicahn hwn Ji Jessica

(24:32):
Hunn nailed it. H u y n h Wow, dude,
that's okay. Why do I find this weird? Taylor Stratford
Higginbotham gets replaced by Ji Jessicahon.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Was it the format? Did it say they had to
enter three names? I've never heard in this all these
people from the South, so many people with three names,
either by Tarabeth Parker j.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
You know what I think is they think that we're
still using the old cut out the paper method. Let
me tell you, God, just tell you something. How stupid
I was. I was so addicted to cutting out those papers.
That was so much damn work. When we would print
every single name and then we went ai and drew
them out of a hat. And after this year where

(25:21):
b Hans was gracious enough to make this list for
me so I could just stick it in a wheel.
I mean, it is so much easier. It does not
waste five hours of my time.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
You what is it called commissioned you? Yes, commissioned b
hands to enter in forty eight names. No, well B
could have done that for you in forty eight seconds.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
No, no, no, B Hans. I'm not sure how he does it,
but he's the one that set up the document where
people could register, and then he copied all those names
and we put him into a wheel. Got it. And
I don't know how to set up that document that
he did get all the responses. Dude is so smart,
Like he's really smart. I am not. Technology is not

(26:06):
my thing. But you can just say that. I guarantee
you there's a YouTube video oh to learn it and
then you can do it. My wife quote, don't do
that next year. That's so embarrassing. I'll help you figure
it out. What this thing. That's what she told me.
She goes, don't make your poor dude be hands. She goes,

(26:27):
that's terrible. He's not part. He doesn't work for you.
She was like, I can do that. Just tell me
when you need it done and I can do it.
You don't need to make be hands do it. I'm like, well,
he does it for free. No, it's not about being
for free. I'm just like, I don't know. She's like,
I can sit you down and teach you all the time.
She's not forty eight names, it's six hundred. Yes, five

(26:49):
eighty seven I think is what it was. So Jay
Jessica Ji, I don't know you're in Congratulations, you're in
Batter's Box division. I think that's everybody in his division. Yep,
all right, now let's go to Bega's division. Michael Gardner paid,
Sutton paid, Justin Shooter played, Trey Klatt played this DJ

(27:10):
on Instagram paid. McNulty paid, Brian Stewart did not pay. DJ.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Sounds like somebody's gonna be doing a club appearance and
then the next morning, now I gonna be setting rosters.

Speaker 2 (27:21):
No, he's gonna forget for sure, he's got club gigs. Dude,
I got a text Bazer. The first be signed up
for is maybe the funniest thing she's Rokela Trheo Trio
tru Hulo Truhulo. Good job, Brooks Trilo, You're in gosh.
I hate I hate removing Stetson Mendoza because I kind

(27:43):
of like that name, kind of a cool name, like
a badass. But Stetson Mendoza, enjoy it. Man. He did
have a cool picture of like animals on his uh,
like wildlife he was out hunting or something. He had
a great picture as his.

Speaker 1 (27:56):
He's it's hedonism, I believe. I don't know what that means,
like the animals. Cooper Johnson, he's in my division. Cooper,
you're in my division? Johnson, Boom, Matt Harrison, Montes, TJ.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Brown. Oh, we got an email from TJ.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
Brown.

Speaker 2 (28:14):
Let's go ahead and read that right now.

Speaker 1 (28:16):
And you guys can't see this when you're in your trucks.
I totally understand that, but just I guess, paint the picture.
We haven't gone digital yet. Lunch is doing this all
on paper with scribbling out in a pen mark. I mean,
it looks like an unmitigated disaster. Well, here's the problem.
I can't type fast enough. Ones I draw the names,
I can't type it. I don't know how to type

(28:36):
that fast, so I have to write it down. Here's
an email, brothers, it's TJ.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
Brown. I'm real and ready to whip LB's ass and
fantasy football. I don't have Facebook or Venmo. My brother
is sending you my entry fee. His name is Alan Brown.
We are just two washed up D one college baseball
players that are running our family owned fence company. That's smart, TJ.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
There's money in that. I don't because I called for
my dad. It wasn't fence, it was things you put
on fences. That's expensive, but their things are not cheap.
But it's not fences that it's not the building of
the fence. It's fence graphics you'd put on a baseball field.
I had a fence graphic made when my dad retired,
so when he pulled up to the lumber mill, there

(29:19):
was a huge graphic. Everybody that went to the lumbermill
could see on the fence and it's had congrats on
forty three years.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
That's really cool.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
It was tough because it takes some time. Apparently everybody's
making these fence graphics.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Never seen one. Took a months to do it. Really,
I think I have the video. That's really cool. And yeah,
so I mean I don't know where TJ. I wonder
if TJ and his brother played at the same college.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
I mean, for two family members of played college baseball.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
Not just college baseball. We're talking D one. Oh is
that what it said? Yeah, they definitely played at Canesis.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
Well, I mean I was gonna say there's there was
multiple D one schools. You wouldn't know they were D
one in Austin alone. I mean, wasn't where your brother played. No,
I was D three Oh Concordia. Sorry, bat it buck.
I thought he played at UT, but.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
He did play against UT, right, he played against you
t And you want to hear a funny story, Yeah,
here you go. My dad coming up.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
To the and its kind of you can see how
big it is.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
I mean it took like, look at him, he's he
was pretty. He felt pretty touched by that. Dude.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
It took like three months for them to make this.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
Who did that?

Speaker 1 (30:34):
And it's not even that big, but I mean that's
a massive fence. It's not looking that impressive, but wow,
that took like six months for them to do and
send and get the graphics right and stuff, and he
approved the graphics. It's just like a crappy little thing
you put on a fence. That's really you know, you
hear Boomer He was like eight years old than that. Hey,

(30:55):
I put you up, dude, so.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
Me and me me put it up. Boomer was out
there hanging it so Batter's box. They played a game
Concordia at Dishfalk against UT University of Texases. He gave
up a triple off the centerfield wall. He got rocked,
he got robed. Let me play the clip hould on

(31:28):
what if everybody that's a batter's box here with a special.

Speaker 1 (31:35):
They took him at the wall batter of the Fox
fan battie practice a dish falk.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
And so then he picked the guy off third. Okay,
and he said, Augie Grido lost it on the player.
I don't know who it was. I couldn't tell you,
but he said, he freaking lost it on the guy
that got picked off third battered box.

Speaker 1 (32:02):
What'd you throw a seventy five mile an hour meatball?
That ball, it was like a beach ball coming in
from a D three pitcher.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
Who was it? Freaking? Uh?

Speaker 1 (32:13):
Maybe I was gonna say, Roger Clemens, he's a great
Texas Longhorns hitter.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
On Navarus Jeff Onaveris was really good, h Moss. I
think he played second base, but I don't know. I
don't know who it was. I have no idea, but
I do know. I mean, listen, this is not bash
batter's box moment. He played D three college base I
was giving him as Danielle. They went to the D
three College World Series his last year.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Dude, I gave him his freaking blue.

Speaker 2 (32:40):
Bonnets, But I have seen him get hit onto the
a four hundred foot bomb because Concordia's baseball field used
to be right there on the lower deck upper deck
of I thirty five. And if you hit it over
that fence, it's a good chance you're hitting it onto
the frontage row.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
Dude, if batter's boxes pitched, you better be shutting down
the on ramp.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
No, he was nasty. He'd come in with tight situations.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
I'll give me, give me a five pitches against batter's box.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
I'll make contact. I have no idea.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
His arm may be jello, and I don't even know
if I can swing a bat anymore. So that's for
another day.

Speaker 2 (33:22):
Uh oh, wait, we gotta draw a name, don't we? God,
we are this is we are all over the place.

Speaker 1 (33:26):
How have you never told us the story of batter's
box playing against ut I don't know.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
I thought I had Jeremy Burkin, you out. Jeremy Burkin
has been kicked out. Let's go ahead and spin that wheel.
This is Lunchboxes Division. Let's see who got Jeremy Berkins
spot Kathy Mason. Kathy Mason, congratulations, you have made it.
Kathy Mason is in. Sean Morrise paid, Kassi Bernanda is paid,

(33:54):
Kimberly Amuda played Robbie Brown paid. Trinidad Gean. I don't
know if you're related to Ozzie Gan, but you are
now out of the league.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
My message to my wife because she didn't even tell me. Yeah,
I don't even know how you sign up, just because
if it's something I'm not responsible for, I don't even
how did people sign up for?

Speaker 2 (34:14):
You went to it sored loosers dot com. There was
a form you clicked, you feel like your information, boom,
You're in.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
I go, you signed up for fantasy. Ha ha ha
ha ha and she goes, yes, laugh out loud. I
didn't get in. Upside down our frownie face. My work
isn't doing it this year. Oh that's why she tried
to get into Hearts. And she actually listen to the
pot to see if she got in, because I never

(34:40):
told her and she's so busy with work now usually
we had time to shoot the bull at home, so
she didn't even say, hey, did you guys do the drawing.
She must have just secretly listened, found out she didn't
make it in fantasy, and then we never talked about
it and we live in the same bed.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
That's great. Well, this is hey. We are on the
last name for the Redraw. We are on the last
name for the Redraw. So we'll take a break. We'll
come right back and we'll decide who gets it right
after this. Where is that there? It is props to you.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
Man for making a whole other episode out of the Redraw.

Speaker 2 (35:16):
Now that wasn't the whole plan, and I had other
stuff talk about, but man, we just get on stuff.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
Ray, I know how to monetize crap.

Speaker 2 (35:22):
Andrew Clinton. Andrew Clinton, that's Bill's kid. Yeah, Monica Lewinsky's
his mom.

Speaker 1 (35:37):
It's probably like some guy that's got a perfect family.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
Oh probably it comes from like great household, like the Huxtables.
Oh no, not the Huxtables. Leave it to Beaver. That's
too old. He won't know what that is. But guys,
you can pay me on Venmo Radio lunchbox and listen.
Everybody that has paid, I will set up the league
and we can't have draft order until everybody's paid because
I don't know whose team is who. So once we

(36:01):
get that, I will, then we will do the draft draw.
We will put the po that podcast up. It'll be
a side podcast you'll have to listen to to find
out the draft order. And it's Myfantasy League dot com.
And I'm telling you, when you get the email, go
and play around on the site. Do mock drafts, because
I don't want to hear the bitching about oh my god,

(36:21):
I didn't know how to do it. Oh my god,
this website sucks. No, you suck. If you don't go
and practice, don't bring that shit to me. It's up
to you to go and practice.

Speaker 1 (36:34):
So me and Justin call the Fantasy Football magazine a
NUDI mag, just being funny. It's not a nudie bag.
Guy's NUDI mag like one of those porns. But Justin
texted me last night, he goes, I've already scoured my
NUDI mag. He went and bought one. Oh good, a
competing one, not to a circle on that I have.
And I said, I hear you. My running back section
is already stuck together.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
What we are idiots, man, We are absolute idiots. We
are at sobsolute freaking idiots.

Speaker 1 (37:13):
Wife came down me on that one. She's like, you're
throwing that magazine away? And I go, no, it was
a joke for the podcast that those girls are hosting
the draft. That was all being funny, but I seriously
still need the magazine for the draft. Yeah, okay, So
it's still at the house though, which is good.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
And do you have any googlen because it's stuck together?

Speaker 1 (37:30):
Can help me base her somebody on our Facebook or Instagram? Goes,
can you guys possibly give us those girls Instagram names?

Speaker 2 (37:38):
So what you guys can like go droll on them,
like what freaking truckers? They're gonna DM them and ask
them for fantasy advice. Man, you know what I did?
Who should I draft in the second round?

Speaker 1 (37:50):
You know what I did when I posted that picture
what it had all their instagrams?

Speaker 2 (37:54):
I tagged them all.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
So they for sure were like, who is this random
podcast himpying our draft parties?

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Oh my gosh, that is so good. That is so good.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
But oh it was definitely one of them. I believe
it was. Daphne didn't allow you to tag her.

Speaker 2 (38:14):
Really, she must get a lot of action. She's a
dirty bird maybe, And uh yeah, before we go, I
just want to just say this Big Brother. This is
absolutely the best season I've ever watched. Dang it, I
haven't watched it yet. I mean, I really think it

(38:34):
helps having survivor players that are actual gamers, and then Angela,
who was on Big Brother before that knows how to play.
And according to my wife, there are more actual fans
than just influencers this year because it has been the
most entertaining season that I've watched. I started watching in COVID,
so I don't go way back. I don't go way back.

(38:56):
And I just want to say the tea party. They
had a tea party a couple episodes ago. I laughed
out loud and rewound it like three times to watch
what happened after the tea party.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
It was so damn funny. I'm glad it's at its best.
We actually probably should tune in.

Speaker 2 (39:14):
Then, well, I wish they were still mean to each other,
like I don't know how it was back in the day,
Like when they're about to get like when there are
two people on the block and they have a chance
to give their speech to that guest house guest, Oh
they would cut No, everybody here just goes man. This
has been the best weeks of my life. If you
want to keep me, keep me. If not, I understand no.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
Now, back in the day the Janelle, she'd be like,
bye bye, bitches, get some life fests.

Speaker 2 (39:39):
See that's what I mean.

Speaker 1 (39:40):
She's like, could your floaters? You know I actually play
the game. She's like, get some life fests. Bye bye, bitches.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
That's what I'm saying, Like, I don't want guy the
one guy, how we.

Speaker 1 (39:52):
It was all stars, how we like these are adults
but they turn into kids. How we got evicted? And
he as he's leaving, he knocked the one guy's hat
off his head. And then as he's walking outside, he
yelled super Bowl and the whole get people were like,
why did he yell super Bowl? And they said because
his favorite team was like the Steelers, and the one

(40:12):
thing he had on me is his team won the
Super Bowl and the Dolphins had never won the Super Player.

Speaker 2 (40:16):
So as he's walking out the door, he.

Speaker 1 (40:17):
Goes super Bowl because he knocked the guy's hat off
his head.

Speaker 2 (40:22):
I just wind knocked Buggy's hat off his head and
then walked out the doors.

Speaker 4 (40:27):
I like forty.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
I love that and I love that when they fight
for them, like these speeches like when they're trying to
get them to vote for them. I mean, maybe the
votes are already predetermined so they don't really need to
give a speech, but they literally stand up and be like, Hi, Mom,
Hi Dad, I love you. And House Guy's just thanking
you for the four weeks. It's been so amazing, And
I mean, if I would really like to just keep
living with you, if you think I'm good for your game,

(40:51):
vote for me. If you don't think I'm good for
your game, I understand, And I can't wait to be
friends with all you guys. You guys are all amazing people.
That's your fight. That is what you're doing. Point at
people and say this is why I should be voted for.
This is why you can't trust that person you want
to vote for me, because I'll go after them. They
don't do it, and I don't understand. Maybe I don't
understand big Brother and they never have done that. But man,

(41:13):
it seems lame. But it's been a great season, highly
highly entertaining.

Speaker 1 (41:18):
Yeah, the speeches used to be pretty epic. They've definitely
been more watered down. It's just easier to do that.
You don't even have to think, oh, thank you, guys
so much, love my family, love all you guys. It's
such a great experience. Thank you CBS, thank you, love
the Warner Lot, thank you guys.

Speaker 2 (41:30):
This awesome.

Speaker 3 (41:30):
Bye.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
I mean I didn't even have to think before. People
for a whole week would plan out their speeches. They'd
be like, okay, so who should I go after and
how will this then realign stuff?

Speaker 2 (41:39):
Right? Yeah, that's what they would do.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
You got to get better debaters if you want better speeches.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
Yeah, but I ray you too. A college debate. I
forgot about that. But the fact that you haven't watched,
I can't really talk about it, and I don't want
to ruin it for other people. If you're trying to
catch up. I just caught up last night, and it's
been a very entertaining season, very entertaining. Have a good weekend, guys.
Maybe we'll have a redraw on Monday. We'll find out.
That was That was random? One that was that was weird,

(42:04):
But it's good man, that was fun.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
Do you message the website and be like, hey, are
you guys still hosting and stuff?

Speaker 2 (42:09):
No, they're they're they're they're hosting and they're good. I
know they're good. Then who was the site.

Speaker 1 (42:15):
We would always call the phone number four bucks, but
we would just mess.

Speaker 2 (42:19):
Around with them. This is coin flip madness.

Speaker 1 (42:21):
Okay, okay, it was a totally different thing. Yes, okay, yes, man.

Speaker 2 (42:27):
Have a great weekend. Man, I don't know what you're doing,
but be good. I'm trying to get one hundred percent.
I'm still in the nineties. Hey, if I have one
suggestion for you this week, and it's Love One Another
Julie Chen Moonvez. Gosh and the way they flourished.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
It also wasn't Julie Chen Moonvez until her husband, until
that scandal.

Speaker 2 (42:45):
It used to be I'm Julie Chen good Night.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
Now it's I'm Julie Chen Moonvez Love one Another, good
Night America.

Speaker 2 (42:52):
Yeah, it is very weird how they all, oh, Julie,
you look beautiful. Oh my god. So that's always been
a thing.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Why, it's just something that started and then the next
season to show you're a fan of the show, you
just say that low key flexes to the audience that
you watch the show if you compliment Julie.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
Got it? Okay, that makes sense. Remember they're all in
the house. They don't have TV.

Speaker 1 (43:15):
You're right, I know there's weird trends that start, yeah,
there is.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
All right, we gotta go. Man, man, what a weekend.
