Transporting New Zealand condemns widespread speed reductions - Wellington Mornings with Nick Mills

Waka Kotahi NZTA is proposing sweeping speed limit decreases on state highways right across the country. 

It's part of a wider campaign to minimise road deaths - and consultation on the changes closes on December 12.
