Wellington mayoral candidate and former minister Andrew Little joins Nick Mills in studio for the final of Wellington Morning's mayoral interviews. 

Little discussed how he would handle local government compared to central and the reality of a 0% rate increase claim. 

And on the Golden Mile Little says he would need to take a look at disruption and financial strain before continuing with the project.
