After stunning the world champions in the first two tests in New Zealand by margins of 14 and 11 goals, the Silver Ferns expected a tougher test on Australian soil. This did not happen - With The Silver Ferns winning by 18 goals and winning the Constellation Cup for just the third time in 14 years.
