PGG Wrightson’s two largest shareholders have voted out its chair and deputy chair.
The rural services firm has gone into a trading halt on the NZX after Garry Moore, who has chaired the company since February last year, and Sarah Brown were not re-elected to the board at its annual meeting in Christchurch on Tuesday.
The pair received approximately 14.5% support for their reelection, while 85% voted against them.
Wilson Liu was voted on with 99% support. Meng Foon, who was an independent, did not seek re-election.
