Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're listenings k I Am six forty the bill handles
show on demand on the iheartradiopkay.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
F I.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
Am six forty handle here Saturday morning.

Speaker 4 (00:15):
One more hour to go until at the end of
the show. Rich the Borrow comes aboard with the Tech
Show eleven to two, and then from two to five
it's Neil Savedra with the Fork Report, all Things food
and our phone number eight hundred five two zero one
five three four. And it's the top of the hour,
and of course there are phone lines open always very

(00:38):
rarely do we have are we full of the top
of the hour. And as you know, I don't have
a lot of patience with people. I just that's just
who I am. It's a same way at work at home.
Believe me, that's me. That's not just my radio. That's
I just don't have patients. So I go through the
calls very quickly, and so the lines open up fairly quickly.

(00:59):
Sometimes we're and you're going to have a busy signal
for a while, but right now, top of the hour,
great time to call eight hundred five to two zero
one five three four. I'll also take phone calls after
the show off the air, but I'll explain that a
little bit later on eight hundred five to two zero
one five three four. This is handle on the law,

(01:21):
marginal legal advice. Now, historically, we know, or you know certainly,
that LGBTQ people manned.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
They were nailed.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
I mean to the point where it actually used to
be a crime in this country to be gay or
at least have gay sex. And gay people, of course
weren't allowed to be married. I mean, that was anethma.
And so gay rights started in basically I think the
nineteen seventies, nineteen eighties maybe yeah, maybe a little bit
later on, and it turned out that gay people the

(01:56):
Supreme Court, US Supreme Court said you cannot stopped gay
people from getting married. So the presumption is, or the
interpretation is, is gay people have all the rights in
the world. Not to the Supreme Court, it's that you
can't stop them from getting married. So here we go Fresno,

(02:18):
Fresno County, California, very conservative county, and the Board of
Supervisors in a three to two vote said that you
guys have LGBTQ Pride Month. Well guess what we're going
to have Traditional Nuclear Family Month. That was the Board

(02:42):
of supervisors and declaring that the nuclear family unit is
God's perfect design and a lines with Fresno's traditional values.
One supervisor, Luis Chavez, was elected to the board and
said he's going to take the next year and he
voted against and said last month's vote was an anomaly.

(03:07):
Now he said that this resolution that was passed is personal.
Why because he and his family have opened up their
home to foster children over the last seven years. And
these are kids whose parents are not there and guess what,
they're foster kids. But that's not the perfect design. God's
perfect design that aligns with traditional family values is the

(03:30):
nuclear family, Okay. Chavis says, we've taken in children that
were not welcome because they identify as either lesbian or gay.
We actually had a non buried child, non binary child
that stayed with us. And the bottom line is, what
are you guys doing. What are you guys doing saying

(03:51):
that they are they should be stigmatized, which you're doing. No, no,
And he was the only supervisor to attend this year's
Fresno Pride Parade, which is held in cities all over
the country and all over the world. Actually, Pride Month
is being celebrated and in Fresno that brought twenty thousand

(04:12):
people to the parade. And what someone who attended, one
of the big wigs said that the resolution proposed by
the board was divisive and not unifying. Now, one of
the supervisors came back and said, I think the LGBT

(04:34):
movement is trying to force their agenda on other people.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
You know that.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
I find that very interesting. Now, you know, as you know,
maybe you don't, but I've been a fanatic for gay
rights a very, very long time. As a matter of fact,
in my surrogacy practice, how about this one for those
of you that think that the nuclear family is everything.
I've helped gay people create children via surrogate since nineteen

(04:58):
eighty one, nineteen eighty two, that's how long I've been
involved a gay rights and so bottom line, you know
where I stand. And now the argument is does the
board have the right to say this because the Supreme
Court ruled the other way. No. The Supreme Court just
ruled that gay people cannot be stopped from getting married.

(05:21):
And the argument on the other side is, well, how
about discrimination against gay people outside of marriage?

Speaker 3 (05:26):
The Court has said yeah, pretty much that's.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Allowed because of religious freedom because people believe and legitimately
believe that the Bible says only men and women should
have kids, specifically, in many cases, men and women who
are married should have kids, although over fifty percent of
the kids that are born in the United States are

(05:48):
born to people who aren't married.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Yeah, go figure.

Speaker 4 (05:52):
Anyway, the issue is the LGP movement trying to force
their agenda on other people. How about this one. How
about the LGBTQ movement saying why don't you treat us
like everybody else? How about that one? Okay, depends on
how you look at depends on how you look at it.
It's that simple. Okay, Let's move on and take some

(06:15):
phone calls.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Mario, Hello, Mario.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
Hi, how are you doing?

Speaker 3 (06:19):
Yes, Sarah, what can I do for you?

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Okay? I'm calling me because my brother was sixty seven
years old and he passed away, but he wasn't married
and he has three marriages with six kids. What I
want to know is do the kids have a right
to where he's buried? How do I get a hold
of me? Because there were three marriage from a three kids.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Yeah, no, I know that, And that's a good question.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
First of all, do you know who was he buried
or was he cremated or no?

Speaker 5 (06:52):
They have him on hold right now, Well.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
They have your brother. They have your brother on hold.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
Correct.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Okay, he's he's being parked somewhere. He's in some kind
of facility in a refrigerator, some restaurant or some freezer
or someplace.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Right, Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
Okay, So now do you happen to know who is
responsible for your brother?

Speaker 6 (07:17):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (07:18):
No, cashed away and they got a hold of his
h younger son.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
Yeah, and do you know where? Do you know where
these people? Do you know where these people are?

Speaker 5 (07:29):
I know one of them is I don't know.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
Well, let me ask you. Let me ask you this.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
If you know where your brother is parked, I would
contact the.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Facility. But you're saying you don't even know where he is, right, No.

Speaker 5 (07:46):
I know where he well, I kind of know where
he is. They brought because.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
Okay, so what's the question.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
Okay, so they brought him in and he's in the mortuary.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
What's your question?

Speaker 5 (07:58):
The question is he has six kids? How do I
get a hold of those kids?

Speaker 3 (08:02):
Why do you you do?

Speaker 4 (08:05):
You hire an investigator, you do a search, and it's
not your duty by the way to contact them. There's
no legal duty. I'm assuming what you don't want to
do is bury your brother. So all you can do
is the last known address of where they were. Once
you do a search. And again I do commercials as

(08:25):
you know, for a company, and I say, there's no
private privacy out there. You know, there's information out there
where they live, you know where they work. It's out there.
So you just have to find someone who does that
kind of work.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
And it's right there.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
It is. Go on the internet, you know, and they're there.
You put in the ad words a search Internet search.
Dead people is a good word to throw up there. Family,
just throw up this words. You'll find out you know,
if you know where, if you know where your loved
one is park, that's easy.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
But you know, contact it now.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
I understand you want to contact loved ones relatives, but
there's no duty.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
And how far do you go? I don't know.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
Now you've been hearing on this show, I mean these
last couple of hours all kinds of questions about personal injury,
and there are a lot of personal injuries out there advertising.
Just listen to this show, and I suggest if you've
been injured and getting in a car accident or slip
and fall that you visit handle on the law dot Com.
I created that because there's so much confusion out there,

(09:29):
and I'm suggesting these lawyers who are vetted and there.
If there is a problem, I make the phone call.
So adaight eight a day, eight eight six six' eight
is the number to. Call eight eight eight eight eight
eight eight six six.' eight visit handle on the law.
Dot com, car accidents slip, and fall any kind of
injury you're not, At fault handle on the law. Dot

(09:52):
com this is handle on. The, lawn HEY if i
handle Here on saturday morning or another forty minutes or
show to go for, the program and another forty minutes
to go on. The show and the phone number because
we have some, lines OPEN because i go through the calls.
Pretty quickly eight hundred five two zero one five three
four eight hundred five two zero one five three four

(10:15):
in lines. Are open Welcome back handle On The law marginal. Legal,
advice robert you're, A, Pillow, Robert.

Speaker 7 (10:27):
HEY bill i work for a trucking COMPANY and i
get paid by our load and miles and see hourly
rate is seventeen dollars. An hour and SINCE since i
went up This on july first, to EIGHTEEN shouldn't i
go up?

Speaker 8 (10:46):
To?

Speaker 4 (10:46):
Eighteen yeah your our your minimum waves should. Go Up
now here is. The issue if it's paid by, the
mile and you get more than a buck with the
miles that, you drive is part and parcel of what.
You do you know they're going to argue you're getting
a lot more than. Minimum wage, in reality What do i'm,

(11:09):
just curious and by, THE way i may be wrong,
on THIS but i want to. Go forward what do
you get? Per mile and how, many well how much
money do you get per hour on? Your trips let's, say.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Average what's the?

Speaker 7 (11:23):
Average?

Speaker 3 (11:23):
Miles, no, yeah yeah? The?

Speaker 4 (11:25):
Average, yeah, well no how much. You're making you're making
eighteen dollars. An hour how much more do you get
for every hour?

Speaker 7 (11:33):
You drive i'm making seventeen dollars.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
An, hour okay how much more do? You get how
much more do?

Speaker 9 (11:38):
You?

Speaker 7 (11:39):
GET then i get thirty thirty dollars a load at
twenty five, A.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Mile okay so, you're yeah you're Getting, your.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
Yeah so you're getting you're certainly getting More, per yeah
you're certainly getting more. Per hour so the question is
that they're paying you more than the. Minimum, WAGE however
i think statutorially they have to pay you. Minimum wage
the way you check is you Go to State Of
california Department Of. Industrial relations you go on to that

(12:12):
website and then You'll See Wage enforcement division on there
and you contact them and they'll.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
Tell you because that's an.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Interesting case AND since i don't do, the law does
that count towards your? Minimum wage where you're making at
least minimum wage for every minute that you're on.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
The?

Speaker 4 (12:32):
Job, Interesting, Jeff, hello, jeff welcome.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
You're, up good, Good morning.

Speaker 10 (12:38):
THANK you i spoke to you about a month ago
about an, auto accident a. Minor accident, you said the
negotiate with their. INSURANCE company i tried to. Do so
they came back and completely rejected my claim based on the.

Speaker 9 (12:51):
Other parties it's telling of how the. Accident OCCURRED so
i went back to my insurance company negotiating. With them
they finally agreed to fix. The car my question NOW
is i have to sue for the.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
For the personal?

Speaker 4 (13:06):
Injury, part oh you have to sue for the?

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Rental car, All right so you sue for the. Rental
car what's?

Speaker 9 (13:12):
Your question the question IS do i sue both the
party and the.

Speaker 3 (13:17):
Insurance company the insurance company has nothing to do. With it.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
The insurance company has no duty. To you the insurance
company has a duty to, their insured and so.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
You don't you don't have a contract with them.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
At all so what the insurance company is doing is
they're they're ensuring they're insured and covering what they have.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
To, pay, so no you don't sue the.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
Insurance company you simply sue the driver of, the car
because that's the only. One responsible people make that mistake all.
The TIME do i sue the insurance company because they're
not paying? Me? Enough, no no they don't have to.
Pay you there's no. Contract there what they have to
pay you what you think it should. Be worth they're
not paying. Me, enough okay then, you sue but you.
Don't sue you don't sue the. Insurance, Company, Jason, Hi, Jason.

Speaker 11 (14:06):
Hello, jason YEAH so I gotta I'm currently i'm in a.
Sober living they made me Quit, my medicare my medical
and they give ME a ppo which is Out, of
wisconsin AND now i can't see. Any DOCTORS and i
have congested part FAILURE and i was WONDERING if i have, A, case.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
Yeah you should, be covered and why can't you be
on medical because the medical, people said you're already covered BY.

Speaker 3 (14:33):
A ppo.

Speaker 11 (14:35):
They, Have me they have me going TO an iop
which is an intensive OUTPATIENT and i can't see.

Speaker 4 (14:40):
Any, doctors okay you have to go Back, to yeah
you have to go back, to medical Which is california's version,
of medicare when people who have, no money who are
too poor to have any other insurance. Are covered and
the argument you're going, to HAVE and i don't know how,
that FLIES is i don't have insurance because they will

(15:01):
not treat my congenital. Heart failure now the Question is
i'm assuming you have a diagnosis of congenital.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Heart, Failure, correct, yeah yeah, all right you.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
Go back to the medicare of people and tell them
to change their minds because effectively you don't. Have insurance
now you may. Be drunk here's what you have. To
do you can't be drunk when you. Do that you've
got to, be, Sober, okay jason because if you're calling
them and you're falling, down drunk which probably are, gonna
have is probably gonna happen Because, WELL frankly i don't,
know You but i'm sure you're gonna get off.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
The wagon that's what you want.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
TO do I think i Think the medicare people will
in fact reinstate you because the argument is you don't,
have insurance certainly not for that, particular ailment and you
have a doctor who has said you have, that ailment
so that is, you know that's, a, conflict CLEARLY and
i think it goes To the medicare.

Speaker 8 (15:55):
Of.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
People now one of the problems you, probably have or
you don't know you have it is, your privacy which you,
don't have and everything about you is. AVAILABLE online i get,
phone calls, G bill my privacy has. Been invaded? What
privacy your, home address where, you work where, you bank what, you,
buy where, COURT records, dmv information.

Speaker 3 (16:15):
Credit score it's.

Speaker 4 (16:17):
All out there and it's, all available and data brokers
collect it and then sell it to any he wants,
to buy anyone who wants to, buy it and that
means the bad guys can buy. It Too in cognate
comes into play and fights back because what they do
is they contact hundreds of these data brokers and legally

(16:37):
demand your information, be deleted which has. To, happen now
are you going to? Call, Hundreds No and, Cogni does
and before the show EVERY time i log Into my
incognitate account and there they are, right there and they
tell you hundreds of removal requests have, been completed hundreds
more are, in progress and our schedule that That's what.

(16:58):
Incognit does you get sixty percent off when you use
my name handle That's IN COGNI I N c O
g ni dot com. Slash handle, you know take back
some of your privacy and take back some of the
risk that's out There in cogni dot com. Slash handle
this is handle on.

Speaker 6 (17:18):
The law you're listening To bill handle on DEMAND FROM
KFI a m six FORTY.

Speaker 3 (17:26):

Speaker 4 (17:28):
Bill handle it Is a, saturday morning and about half
an hour ago before the end of, The Show rich
DeMuro comes aboard With The, tech show followed at two
O'clock By neil sevader With The, fork report all things
food and our phone number and we have some. Lines

(17:50):
is number. To call and also at the end of,
The hour i'll tell you how we continue off, The
air so all of your questions are answered and. Welcome

i tell you you have, No Case stan let's.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Try, You Hello, stan.

Speaker 7 (18:14):
Bill how are? You? Doing, sir?

Speaker 3 (18:15):
Yes sir WHAT can i do?

Speaker 6 (18:16):
For You To North las vegas into a brand new.
Apartment complex now it's the only building within many square miles.
Up here it's all. Dirt NOW. D r horton they
own the whole the, whole area and they. Are building
they just started putting up homes kind.

Speaker 7 (18:35):
Of up and around. By area but it stretches it
will least a MILE that i. Could.

Speaker 6 (18:39):
See now THE issue i have is that the trucks
that come up to offload the dirt and, everything else
they're rolling through HERE two a, three mission they're staging
all their.

Speaker 4 (18:55):
Equipment around, no yet, ah yet, All right so they're
making they're making a pile of noise in the middle of.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
The, NIGHT.

Speaker 4 (19:02):
Okay i, Got, it okay, All right so you get
to find out, hold on, hold on you got IT
that i can go on. From, there now are you
in a city or an unincorporated Area?

Speaker 6 (19:14):
Of nevada I'm In North, LAS vegas. I, think.

Speaker 4 (19:18):
Okay so You're In, las vegas you're within, a. Town
okay so, with that my guess is there's probably an
ordinance out there that says they can't. Do, it okay that's,
for starters and if they're in violation of, that ORDINANCE
which i can't imagine that there is not an ordinance
that says you can't make noise either between ten and

(19:43):
six or ten and five in. The morning so that's where,
you start because that's the. Easy part and if they're,
in violation you. Call, it yeah you call.

Speaker 6 (19:52):
The city have you about?

Speaker 4 (19:54):
Two, Yes okay so then to keep, on calling you keep,
on okay you keep on calling this and say what
the hell is? Going on you got him and they're
still doing, it now and you keep on pushing. The
city hopefully you get a city council person or someone
within the city that's going to threaten them because there's violations,
in place there are fines. In place if, they don't

(20:18):
then you get the fun part of filing a suit
against them to, stop it which you're going. To win
but you know two money parts filing. A lawsuit it's
straight money out of your pocket unless there is A,
statutory NOW when i talk about straighten money out of.
Your pocket hopefully you get everybody in the apartment complex

(20:38):
to join and, kick in because you're going to be
paying six seven hundred bucks an hour for a lawyer
to go. Against them so go with. The city that's your.
Best shot keep on pushing and pushing with. The city
and people, are lazy, you know that's what. They do people. Are, Lazy, Kyle,
hi kyle.

Speaker 12 (21:00):
You're, Up Welcome, hey bill how are you? Good, morning.
Yes Sir so i'm just hoping that maybe give me
guy quitting in the. Right direction so during, TWENTY twenty
i got hired at an aerospace company as a machinist
and apprentice or. A PROGRAMMER and i even, GOT this

(21:23):
i guess they sent me back to a sponsor me
to go back into Class Toget, oh, god okay good
and then and everything was all good and dandy until
this GUY who i was working under started getting really
really spicy with, derogatory terms especially around some of our
other co workers that was just being directed at and.

(21:47):
Myself included SO when i, told, him, hey look you
kind of need to take it easy and take the
foot off, the GAS and i told it came it became.
A thing it became a, big thing and he asked
ME if i want to. REPORT it, i, told like you,
KNOW what i just want you to let him know
that he just needs to relax. ON it i don't

(22:09):
want to, report HIM but i just wanted to become
aware that he can't be doing that, around here ESPECIALLY
because i was working. Under him but, after that, in
private he, told, ME well i just want you to
know that the relationship between me and you is no
longer going to be. The same SO so i did,
my BEST and i was. Doing GOOD actually. I was

(22:30):
i was doing. VERY well i. Was excelling but then
short after they told me that all things got slow
and they're letting me go JUST as i finished my
my six month. PROBATIONARY term, a.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
Right and so, all right so they let you go
after your? Six months? All right so what's?

Speaker 12 (22:52):
Your QUESTION so i want to know it's been, a
WHILE so i want to KNOW if i can go. A.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
CASE yeah i, got it, All, right okay let me ask.
You this when you say it's been, a while what does?
That mean.

Speaker 9 (23:10):
What is?

Speaker 12 (23:10):
A while i just checked in. Last, year okay.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
So wait, a second you, Checked in but how when
were you? Let go how long ago were you?

Speaker 3 (23:19):
Let go?

Speaker 12 (23:21):
Twenty?

Speaker 4 (23:22):
One, oh man now you're going to go. After, it,
no now now. You're done there's no place. To go
you can't, go back, you know unless you've been sexually
abused and they've opened up, the Statue which. California, Did,
naw unfortunately you can't wait. FIVE years, i mean it's
just it literally doesn't work. That, Way, Tom, Hello Tom.

(23:46):
Welcome tom?

Speaker 9 (23:49):
You're?

Speaker 8 (23:49):
There, yep okay can you?

Speaker 2 (23:53):
Hear?

Speaker 3 (23:53):
ME yeah i can, Go, Ahead yes. I'm here so.

Speaker 8 (23:57):
Twenty, twenty three my daughter was caught up in THE city, i,
hope uh. Data breach and in twenty, Twenty, four uh
we got a collection letter from some kind of a
third rate credit card company called.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Some bid it doesn't matter what it kind. OF is
i love people cutting up by. Company.

Speaker 8 (24:18):
Names, No no so we got a letter from from
the from the credit. Card, company uh it was like
two hundred bucks three. Hundred dollars and so we put tune,
two together? Wasn't her and and so we, you know
we we. Disputed it we went to US, chech gpt
we file a, free support put a letter denign it

(24:39):
with and sent it with a copy of her driver's
license showing that she wasn't associated with address and it,
wasn't hurt and a copy of her credit report also
showing that what she was in associated with. That address
and and they sent a couple, more letters and then
we also got A an id theft protection company and
and then and then uh that kind of. Went way

(25:02):
but during that, same period another capital one in another
credit Card with target were also. Opened up and but
the credit ide the company they resolved of like, right
away they never. Show up we never got letters. Or
nothing so fast forward to twenty. Twenty six my daughter's,

(25:24):
you know her leafs. Has expired she wants to move
into a. New place so she does. The application everything,
checks out credit, checks out employing, checks out income. Checks
out but then there's this civil sets, civil settlement civil
case which THE person i just didn't show up and
it was a judgment against her and for an address

(25:49):
she's not. ASSOCIATED with uh and and so now she
can't get into her new lease because that's holding. It,
up right look into how how we?

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Unwind, this, YEAH no i, understand that and that is
just a bear.

Speaker 4 (26:04):
To do i'm assuming that you have no idea who
is holding, her, identity right there's somebody.

Speaker 8 (26:11):
Out, there, well so so something something happened right around
back in. The beginning, you know we got a call
from a police officer because she had lost the, wallet
before and the wall is basically she's twenty, seven now
it's still got a picture when she's six sixteen and
it was expired at the time that There was and
then we tried to call back the detective couldn't get hold.
Of them we'd let. It go we believe it it's

(26:32):
with the same person now now, so so but no
one has ever tried to collect on. This thing everyone
else can find.

Speaker 7 (26:39):
This house this.

Speaker 8 (26:40):
Addrafts with anything to do. With her so it seems
like this judgment got past they evicted, the person but.
They didn't they just left it. At that they didn't ding.
Her credit they didn't, you know, my daughter.

Speaker 4 (26:50):
They, didn't, okay okay they, are right your daughter got
tagged because they didn't ding. The person by, the way
dinging the person means nothing because you have to remove
that judgment and so that. Doesn't HELP so i, would,
call uh you got to call that credit. Protection people
and if.

Speaker 8 (27:09):
We're doing that, right now we're doing that.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
Right now and what are they saying?

Speaker 8 (27:12):
To, you well it's. Right now they've turned TO like ai.
Like everybody so it's a chat. Bot bot so we're
trying to get.

Speaker 3 (27:20):
A person we, JUST yeah, i know it's a it's.

Speaker 4 (27:22):
A bear, i mean you caught up in the middle
of what so many PEOPLE are i mean short of
knowing who the person is and calling, the police calling
the police and maybe getting in a letter from your
credit uh protection people saying that that's not you or
some proof that it's.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Not you now is that going to help you?

Speaker 8 (27:47):
With this so they served the address and that address
happens to be you know when we, be backtrack and
it's associated with one of the fraudment. Credit cards so,
YOU know i.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
Got to put you. On hold i've put you on.
The hold we're going way too long, on this so we'll. Come,
back now we'll. Come back and because we're taking way
too long on, This, one OKAY before i take, THAT
break i want to tell you about a PROBLEM that i,
have Had and i've had it, for well it was several.
Years ago my mother had to go into an assisted

(28:19):
living FACILITY and i didn't know where to, put her
and it was on me by. The WAY so i
put her in one near, my house and that didn't
work out, At all AND so i put another one near,
my house and that one barely, worked out because that's
the ONLY thing i can, think of, think of, all
right let her. Get, close WELL as, I said i
didn't know where. To go so do you know where

(28:39):
to go if you're putting your senior loved one into a?
Living facility? Probably not why because you have, to, search
evaluate decide which one is. The best takes a long
time to, do that and you're looking at spending six
to nine thousand dollars a month to keep that loved,
One there so it is. A BEAR so slc placement

for your, loved one and that's at no cost. To
you the referral is, zero costs and you'll get to
the right home for your. Loved one, and man that

go into court and prove that it's, not you and
the judgment will. Be dismissed, That's, Easy okay so.

Speaker 8 (30:42):

Law firm all you can do is. Sue her she's
the one that committed. The crime you can't tell a
law firm who to validate and who not to validate
and how to. Practice law so all you can do
is go after the person who has committed the.

Speaker 3 (31:27):
Identity fraud.

Speaker 4 (31:29):
That's it there's your lawsuit and for, any damages and
on top, of that you go into court and unfortu
