Andy Riesmeyer’s Sunday show should be called “Driving Home Hungover from Morongo,” according to Timmy. On the teen front, Timmy warns against takeovers in Orange County — you’ll get arrested, it’ll go on your permanent record, and you’ll never get a job. Smart teens avoid Newport and Huntington Beach for that nonsense. Timmy reflects on his own wild teen years and shares his dad Tim Conway’s golden rule: Call him no matter what and he’d be there in a heartbeat — except if you got a DUI.

Thank god. You know this is uh just beginning for us. Yeah,
no kidding. I think you're right. I know, too much
time off. I'd look. I hate to sell like a
spoiled a hole, but I don't really like taking time off.
And I don't like when people take time off. I
have shows that I watch on TV, and when they're
not there, click, I'm gone. And I don't like stores closed.

I don't like that Chick fil A closed on Sunday.
I've never gotten used to that. Because I like Chick
fil A. I want them open, but they close on
Sunday for some reason. I don't know if it's religious
or not, but whatever. So let's recap what happened. First
of all, this more anyone feel the earthquake other than me,
(01:03):
I'm the only lunatic. Bourbank got hit pretty hard. Palmdale
got hit pretty hard this morning at eight is it
eight twenty or nine twenty? What time was that earthquake.
I think it was nine to twenty. I'd have to
look it up. I make earthquake notes. I am an
earthquake hound, and I will tell you exactly when this

earthquake happened. Okay, it was at nine am, so I
saw the TV moving. And whenever there's an earthquake now
everyone resorts to here. It is the first thing you say,
is here it is, Here's the big one, and then
it turns out it's not. You know, it's a mild one.
(01:44):
It was a four point one. I think they upgraded
it to a four point three. I have to look
that up, but originally it was a four point one.
And there were a lot of aftershocks on this one
as well. I'll try to tell you where it. If
you're in Mahave, you know, your cruise through Palmdale, Lancaster

and you're going north and then you hit Mahave. Now,
Mahave is an odd town. Mohave is about fourteen fast
food places and about four apartment buildings that all the
people that work at the fast food places live there,
and that's it. There's an Air Force base out there,
but for the most part, Mohave is a fast food
(02:26):
place and about four apartments that all the workers live in.
And that's it. Because I remember my brother worked out
we lived out there. My brother lived out in Mahave,
and I thought, Wow, what a wild move that is.
And then when I was with my dad to see him,
you know, my dad was always you know, trying to
make sure all his kids were still alive and you know,
behaving and had what they needed. My dad was a

great dad man. You know what, however, ever, many times
you fed up in life, he was there for you
to try to help you out.

He was a really terrific dude. So we went out
to see my brothers. My brother's having trouble out there.
And Mahave has about five streets. There's the main highway
that flies through there. I think it's a fourteen or
something like that, and then there is about five side
streets there to Mahave. And when we were out there,
they were doing construction on the streets. They were widening

these streets that nobody lives on, and you know, very
few people even have a car out there. And so
I said to my dad, it was like, you know,
one hundred and five in the summer, we're out at Mahave,
and I said, Dad, why do you think they're widening
the streets out here? And without skipping a beat, with
out skipping a second, my dad had a great comeback.
So I said, hey, Dad, how come they're widening the

streets out here? And he said, theater traffic. That is
a great line, theater traffic out Mahave. So Mahave got
shaken up pretty good this morning. Lancaster, PA One's PA
One's in Mahave, Palmdale, p One. All those KFI listeners

out there, you probably turned on kfine you got the
message that yep, you did feel an earthquake. You're not
crazy because the first thing I do when there's an
earthquake I tune in to KFI and I want earthquake talk.
I'm one of those douchebags. I want it. I want
an hour of it. I want to know how hard

it hit, when it's going to hit. I want that,
Lucy Jones on. I don't care how big or how
small If I felt it, I need information on it.
I want to know how big it was, where it is.
It's an aftershot, four shot pre shock, you know, is
it part of the you know the the ring of fire.
I want to know everything. I want to know. I
want to tips too, tips, tips, tips on how to survive.

I want to survive, to see all the chaos. And
one of the great tips that that doctor Lucy Jones
gave me was, and I'll say this until I'm blue
in the face. Water water water that you saw over
the weekend in on cold water where that water main broke.

Did you see that near Venture Boulevard that broke in
on cold water? Millions of gallons you know, going right
into the La River than into the ocean that broke
With zero earthquakes that week, zero and zero for that
month in that area. How about when the big one
(05:24):
hits all of these one hundred year old you know,
trunk lines and pipes and water mains, they're all going
to break. I bet there are more people that die
of drowning in La than buildings falling on them. Right,
you'll read that in the paper, like like three hundred
years from now, people will read, Wow, in twenty twenty six,
(05:45):
there was a nine point two three hundred people died
and buildings collapsing. Twelve hundred people drowned, and like what
twelve hundred people drowned. Did the ocean come up and
drown them? No, no, No. The pipes in La haven't
been replaced in La for over a hundred years, and
they pop every once in a while. So the earthquake.

Palmdale got hit hard. Lancaster and guess what, Santa Clarita,
awesome town, New Hall, that whole area got hit really
hard saug Is. And I mean not really hard, but
I mean you shook it and you felt it. Your
whole house moved this morning, and that's unsettling for people.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
It's also an earthquake earlier. It was like a four
point one that hit around like three thirty eight in
the Fraser Park area. Really and I don't know because
I was coming home from the club, so I don't
know if it was me stumbling up the stairs or
that if I actually felt it around three thirty eight am.

Ah, wait for three thirty. But did you feel it
in West Hollywood? No, No, Itzeta Clarita.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
So the one, the one that you were talking about,
was the four point three that hit out a hobby desert. Yeah,
but there was another one way earlier. It was at
three thirty eight am. It was a wild night, so
I don't know.

So I tune on the KFI. I hear about the earthquake,
and then I and then I I art to relax
a little that it wasn't just me, you know, that
it wasn't like a truck that went by the house
and shook the house. And and that's that's comforting. I
heard Shannon, and what's the KTLA guy's name? Andy? Andy? Sorry?

Forgot his name? Andy Reesmeier? Right, Andy Reesmeyer? Yes, Okay, Hey,
by the way, I hope he's not listening. And if
you know Andy Reesmeyer, or if you are familiar with
him here and you run into him, please, for God's sakes,
don't effing tell him that I forgot his name. Okay,

if you're friends with Andy, you work with Andy, your
relative of Andy's, I'm totally gonna wretch. You, don't, Nikki,
I swear to God, I'll go to HR. And you
don't want me to go to HR. There's an I'll

his name, because that's he's a he's uh, he's sensitive

this morning that he's not. He doesn't do a lot
of deep soul searching on himself, not a lot of
deep dive on why he's here and what it means

and all that stuff. And by the way, that is
my mantra. I never go deep on why I'm here,
What if you know, what's my purpose? All that crap.
I don't do any of that. I'm just here until
I'm not and then somebody else will be here. These
these are very, very very short lives compared to the

history of the world, of the universe. It's less than
one billionth of a second gone. You know, as a
matter of fact, let me before I get into that,
let me tell you how I minuscule we are as
a people. Okay, if you took a novel, let's say,
let me break out a book here. Okay, if I
take a book, let's see if there's one in here. Okay,

somebody what went in here? So there's a note here,
there's a paragraph here, and there's a period. There's a
dot on top of one of these eyes. Okay, on
this piece of paper. It's a normal I fond, normal size.
And then there's a dot on one of the eyes.
You can see it right there if you're looking right there.
It's an inclusion, No, it's infestation, talking about boil heights.

And there's a dot on top of the eye. Somebody
dotted the eye when they printed it. Right, there's a
dot on top of the eye. Okay, if that dot
was the sun, if that dot on that eye was
the sun, then the universe would be as big as
the Earth. If the Sun was a dot, the universe
would be the size of Earth. And you can fit

a million earths into that sun, that dot on top
of the eye. So how big do you feel now?
Pretty small? Right? Blood of these lives don't really matter,
they don't. You're here. Try to entertain, try to have
people enjoy you. Try to enjoy other people. But not

every day with the why am I here? And the
soul searching and what does life mean? It probably doesn't
mean much. You know, we're here. We'll enjoy each other.
There's only two people on this earth, two types of people,
and that's it. There's people that move this society forward.
You work, you pay taxes, you raise kids or you
don't raise kids. You behave, you don't break laws, you

don't go to prison, you don't shoot people, you don't
rape anybody, you don't rob a home, and you move
society forward. And then there's the a holes who move
society backwards. Guys that go into schools with guns, Guys
that find it interesting to rape a woman, Guys that
beat the hell out of their kids, maybe sexually abused kids.
Those are the people that move society backwards. So as
(10:52):
long as you're in that number one group where you're
moving society forward, you're fine. Okay, You're fine. Don't don't
get too doubt on yourself. You know, it's it's not
worth it. You know. The most miserable guys I know
are guys that are constantly asking what this means, because
there really isn't an answer. There is no answer.

known him for sixteen years, and I say more news
now with and I point at him, and I don't
get the name. Oh, so I pump for a little
more now with the greatest guy in news man, greatest dad.
He's the best crowsier with the news. That's just because

I'm I'm very bright. So, but I will say Andy
Reesemeyer is the perfect Sunday afternoon show, especially when you're
coming hungover from Marongo. That's what should be called the
Andy Reesemeyer Sunday show. Should be called driving home hungover
from Marongo show. It's three hours, no heavy lifting, funny

as hell, solo to solo with the music. I listen
to all three hours on Sunday. Would I leave Marongo?
I listen to three hours. And because I I'm not nine,
I might be ninety minutes away from Marongo, but Marongo's
not ninety minutes on a Sunday on the way home
with that traffic on the ten freeway, ninety it ain't

ninety all right, Let's talk about these these teens, Okay,
these precious teens that are all going to grow up
to be adults. They're now into doing these takeovers and
they're gonna continue. And God love you teens. You know,
I'm trying to give you tips on how to have
a better life. And you know, I think teens should

listen to me, and I think I could steer them
out of a lot of crap in life, because I
would talk you out of the takeovers. Maybe not in LA.
You know, you're pretty successful doing the you know, street takeovers.
Nobody really gets killed a lot. Sometimes they do, but
most of the times you just spin cars around fireworks

and you go home and you make it and you
go to bed. But you made a big mistake. And
I've been telling people for thirty years, thirty years in December,
don't do this crap in Orange County. You don't have
to do it in Orange County. You can go to
LA and do it. And if you do it in
Orange County, you're gonna get arrested. Then you're gonna have
a record, Then you're not gonna get hired. Then it's
(13:53):
gonna be on social media. Then you all have to
commit another crime to make some money to pay your bills.
And that's how it starts. That's how the life of
crime starts. With one arrest, then two, then a little time,
then another one and another one, and your whole life
it blows up on you. So don't do it in
Newport Beach. Is you're okay, look, smart teens didn't do this.

The dumb teens did this. Don't do it in Newport Beach.
I'll tell you why Newport Beach is the premier police
department to work for in Orange County. Maybe Huntington Beach
is first and Newport is second, but that's ding dong,
ding dong with it. Both of them. They both have
ocean front, they both have very expensive homes, extremely expensive,

and everybody wants to work. If you're an Orange County cop,
you want to work in Huntington Beach or you want
to work in Newport. So when Newport puts out the
bat signal that there's five thousand teens running around breaking
into pavilions, at seventeen different police forces get that signal,
seventeenartments get that signal, and they all start heading over
(15:04):
to Newport because they all want to work in Newport.
So they all get to Newport quickly. Have the you know,
the chief of Newport recognize that they got there quick
and like, yeah, every time we put out the signals
for you know, mutual Aid, you know SAL from coast
to Masa always shows up quickly.

Let's get Sal on the fours. They can't wait to
get to Newport. It's great out there. The people love
the cops and they're going to take those kids by
the collar, throw them in the car and throw them
out of Orange County or at least Newport. They arrested
four hundred of these teens, four hundred. In LA you

do a street takeover, there might be zero arrests and
you get to do it again the next day or
the next week. But in Newport there's four hundred teens
with potentially a record unless you got really rich parents
and then maybe your dad or mom can you know,
get you out of that. But if you don't have money,
you're gonna have a record. And now try to get

a job, or try to get you into a good school,
or try to get a good relationship going, because you know, dad,
mom looked through social media when their daughter or son
starts dating somebody and like, oh wait, this is a mess.
This is one of those teens that does the team
take over, not for my gal. Now I'm gonna pass
on you, thanks buddy, but we're gonna pass. So don't

do it in Newport Beach. Pass that word around teens,
especially dumb teens. If you're a dumb teen and you
know everybody, you know, you know, you know right, you know,
don't do it Newport Beach. Don't do it in Hunting
and Beach either. Come on out, La, come on out
to the valley. It's a party out here. It's a filthy, big,

huge party out here, and we'll be more than happy
to have you do it North Hollywood. I'll slide down.
Maybe I'll even announce one, you know, give me a
PA system and we'll do a couple of ding dongs
and I'll do the play by play. But don't do it.
Don't do it in Daya Point. Don't do it in
Hermosa Beach, I mean Hunting's Beach. Don't do it in
Seal Beach. The cops decked you really really quick, and

the cavalry comes in from all around Orange County to
arrest you on horseback. Then like nineteen horses out there.
So please teens and tell your stupid teens. If you
have teens that did that, don't do it. In Newport.

All right, let's finish up with these teens. Look, I'm
a big fan of the teens. I was one for
quite some time. Thirteen fourteen, fifteen, sixteen seventeen. I was
a teen for seven years, and I did some really
stupid crap when I was when I was a teen,
a lot of stupid things, but I didn't have anybody
on radio telling me how it was going to affect
(17:53):
the rest of my life, and so I really sort
of had to learn from my dad, and my dad
had there was one rule my dad had in his house,
and again Father of the Century. Everything you saw on
TV ten times nicer, more pleasant, personable, caring, charitable at
(18:14):
home than you saw on TV one hundred times.

But the one rule that my dad had, and he
told all of this, he told all of his six
kids and his stepdaughter as well, that if you ever
run into any problems, you get arrested, you know, you
get into an accident, you know, you lose your passport
in a foreign country, call my dad would say, call me.

I'll be there to help you out, whatever time of day,
whatever time of night, call me if there's a problem,
except if you get a DUI. He said, if you
get a DUI, don't call me. I'm not coming down.
I'm not picking you up. I'm not bailing you out.
(18:59):
I won't be there for you. And I thought, wow,
I don't want to test that. But and I it
was not tested to a point where that's a long story.
But I knew that as a kid that if I

got a DUY that it would radically affect my dad.
And I didn't get one. I probably could have at
one point, you know. I mean I'm not drinking, drying,
but you know, having to sacrifice, like being the idiot
in high school that takes a cab home. I remember
going to a party. I had a Mazda. I called
(19:45):
it the Mazda ash tray, and it always was breaking down.
It's the car I had in nineteen ninety seven, ninety
eight when I met my wife, and it just it
just was a crappy. And I remember there was a
party that was invited to up in the Hollywood Hills.
I really wanted to go to I didn't have any
money for a cab. I was sort of busted out.

The track took a bite out of me. So I
called Triple A and I said, hey, I got to
get my car's not working. I got to get up
to a friend's house to have him fix it. And
the Triple A driver picks me up and the car.
Because I had seven free rides with Triple A, I
think he gets sevent a year. That was my plan.
And I had him tow me up to the party

a block out of a half away so I wasn't embarrassed,
and then I called him at the I called Triple A.
At the end, same tow truck driver shows up and
I towes my car back home and that was my ride.
It was a free ride for the night. And he
said to me in the car on the way back,
he said, you know, next time, just tell me what
(20:50):
you're doing. I could have dropped you off there because
I got to do it anyway, but we don't have to,
you know, tow the car. You know, I can just
drop you off. And I said, sorry about that. All right,
let's get back with these teens. Though, I'm going to
try to save these teens and the teen's parents a
lot of headaches because I'm gonna tell you where you
can and can't get away with these stupid teen takeovers.

Nottsberry Farmers on Watch today after reports of a planned
unauthorized team takeover there.

Guess what? Guess what again? Nottsbury Farm is in Orange
County and Mutual aid. The cops are coming in again.
Here comes the you know the troops they're coming.

When a part police say they're working with notts to
identify the people who are trying to organize this event.
There will be increased law enforcement and action taken against
anyone with disruptive behavior. Not Sperry Farm still has its
chaperone policy for guests under the age of fifteen.

Yeah, the teen's ruined that. By the way.

This all comes after that takeover that happened in Newport
Beach all the July fourth weekend when more than four
hundred people were arrested. You see the video there. Huntington
Beach police say that they are also aware of another
takeover event in August.

Good luck there, kids. I know the police chief. I
saw him down last weekend on July fourth. They're ready
for you. They're all set. Slide in there if you
want that second arrest. And then now you've got a record,
and now you're going down that road where the American
dream is further and further away, where you can't see

it anymore. Huntington Beach is not the place to do this.
Who is organizing these.

Things being called Fourth of July Part two?

Yeah, well it's not going to be Fourth of July
Part two. It's going to be the first or second
time in the can. It'd be the second time in prison.
That'll be the part two. But teens, I don't know
how many teens are listening. Maybe you're a parent of
these teens that are listening, but you've got to you
got to tell your kids. Don't think about Newport or

Huntington Beach, Dana Pointe, San Clemente, Coasta, Mesa, and Seal Beach,
Sunset Beach, all of these cities, they're all on mutual aid.
They all can get one hundred and fifty cops there
in less than three minutes, and your kid's gonna get arrested,
and that's going to be the start of the big

downfall where they're home until they're thirty because they can't
get a job, because nobody's gonna hire them because every
time they do a background search on them, they were
the dumb teens that went to Newport and Huntington Beach
for their mischief making. Tell them to come to the valley.
We'll treat him nice. We'll send him home without any scars.
You know, no one's going to die, probably very few arrests,

and they'll go back Hellman and enjoy themselves or maybe
parts of LA but not Orange County. Do do it?

about their lives where they made that choice. How about that?
And I told everybody on the ship, you know, because
there there was a lot of activities that they wanted
to put together. And I said, I'm basically going to
get up around two o'clock in the afternoon, maybe shower,

I'll be hungover. I'll stumble to the casino so people
can catch me on the way to the casino. Then
I'll gamble, drink and wander back to the room around
two three o'clock in the morning and so you can
catch me there. So it'll be two sightings a day
on the way to the casino, hungover and drunk on

the way back to the brim. But no, there'd be
a lot of fun. There's a lot of fun. It's
gonna be a cool group. We had a big Zoom
meeting with a lot of the people going and it's great.
I thought, you know, maybe maybe like three of them
would be funny. Everybody on that Zoom meeting had a
sense of humor. That is effing great. I love that.

All right, the world cop is pulling up stakes there
taking their tent home. The circus is almost over, and
I'll miss it. I didn't think I was gonna be
into it because I'm not a big soccer fan, but man,
I love these foreigners. They came over here, they spent
their money, They told us how great we were. They
were the perfect guests. Perfect. Guess you didn't hear about

any of them committing any crimes. There's no murder, robbery, stalking,
wire fraud, none of that, or at least that we
heard of. And everybody in La for two years leading
up to the World Cup, I asked you to please,
please behave and guess what you did. For the most part,

you did. And now that the circus is moving on
to another city, we can all get back into our
normal lives. You know, arson, burglary, child molestation, kitty porn,
grand theft, auto, maybe you've been accused of a domestic
(26:33):
extortion maybe that's your game, or fraud, murder, robbery, senior abuse,
hit and run, you know all the things that are
in Southern California is known for shoplifting, grand theft, auto, kidnapping.
We're going to I think we slowly get back there,
but we'll get back there, and it's already starting to happen.

You know these things. For the last month, we didn't
hear about any of them. And now we're back into
Britain akins because the friends and family have left, our
fellow world citizens have gone back to Asia or Europe
or well New York, you know, to see the finals.
And once they all leave, LA is going to become

a circus again, and it's going to be hot. And
once the heats turned up and the soccer fans are gone,
we'll get back to normal. If that's what you're You know,

like Chatsworth. I don't believe Porter Ranch is in Woodland Hills.

wall outside a Porter Ranch home off wood Ranch Road overnight.
It's one of the latest attempted break into the San
Fernando Valley. The LAPD is investigating.

You know, who's gonna ever break into a home? It's

of all, this more anyone feel the earthquake other than me,

I'm the only lunatic. Bourbank got hit pretty hard. Palmdale
got hit pretty hard this morning at eight is it
eight twenty or nine twenty? What time was that earthquake.
I think it was nine to twenty. I'd have to
look it up. I make earthquake notes. I am an
earthquake hound, and I will tell you exactly when this

earthquake happened. Okay, it was at nine am, so I
saw the TV moving. And whenever there's an earthquake now
everyone resorts to here. It is the first thing you say,
is here it is, Here's the big one, and then
it turns out it's not. You know, it's a mild one.

It was a four point one. I think they upgraded
it to a four point three. I have to look
that up, but originally it was a four point one.
And there were a lot of aftershocks on this one
as well. I'll try to tell you where it. If
you're in Mahave, you know, your cruise through Palmdale, Lancaster

and you're going north and then you hit Mahave. Now,
Mahave is an odd town. Mohave is about fourteen fast
food places and about four apartment buildings that all the
people that work at the fast food places live there,
and that's it. There's an Air Force base out there,
but for the most part, Mohave is a fast food
(02:26):
place and about four apartments that all the workers live in.
And that's it. Because I remember my brother worked out
we lived out there. My brother lived out in Mahave,
and I thought, Wow, what a wild move that is.
And then when I was with my dad to see him,
you know, my dad was always you know, trying to
make sure all his kids were still alive and you know,
behaving and had what they needed. My dad was a

great dad man. You know what, however, ever, many times
you fed up in life, he was there for you
to try to help you out.

He was a really terrific dude. So we went out
to see my brothers. My brother's having trouble out there.
And Mahave has about five streets. There's the main highway
that flies through there. I think it's a fourteen or
something like that, and then there is about five side
streets there to Mahave. And when we were out there,
they were doing construction on the streets. They were widening

these streets that nobody lives on, and you know, very
few people even have a car out there. And so
I said to my dad, it was like, you know,
one hundred and five in the summer, we're out at Mahave,
and I said, Dad, why do you think they're widening
the streets out here? And without skipping a beat, with
out skipping a second, my dad had a great comeback.
So I said, hey, Dad, how come they're widening the

streets out here? And he said, theater traffic. That is
a great line, theater traffic out Mahave. So Mahave got
shaken up pretty good this morning. Lancaster, PA One's PA
One's in Mahave, Palmdale, p One. All those KFI listeners

out there, you probably turned on kfine you got the
message that yep, you did feel an earthquake. You're not
crazy because the first thing I do when there's an
earthquake I tune in to KFI and I want earthquake talk.
I'm one of those douchebags. I want it. I want
an hour of it. I want to know how hard

it hit, when it's going to hit. I want that,
Lucy Jones on. I don't care how big or how
small If I felt it, I need information on it.
I want to know how big it was, where it is.
It's an aftershot, four shot pre shock, you know, is
it part of the you know the the ring of fire.
I want to know everything. I want to know. I
want to tips too, tips, tips, tips on how to survive.

I want to survive, to see all the chaos. And
one of the great tips that that doctor Lucy Jones
gave me was, and I'll say this until I'm blue
in the face. Water water water that you saw over
the weekend in on cold water where that water main broke.

Did you see that near Venture Boulevard that broke in
on cold water? Millions of gallons you know, going right
into the La River than into the ocean that broke
With zero earthquakes that week, zero and zero for that
month in that area. How about when the big one

hits all of these one hundred year old you know,
trunk lines and pipes and water mains, they're all going
to break. I bet there are more people that die
of drowning in La than buildings falling on them. Right,
you'll read that in the paper, like like three hundred
years from now, people will read, Wow, in twenty twenty six,

there was a nine point two three hundred people died
and buildings collapsing. Twelve hundred people drowned, and like what
twelve hundred people drowned. Did the ocean come up and
drown them? No, no, No. The pipes in La haven't
been replaced in La for over a hundred years, and
they pop every once in a while. So the earthquake.

Palmdale got hit hard. Lancaster and guess what, Santa Clarita,
awesome town, New Hall, that whole area got hit really
hard saug Is. And I mean not really hard, but
I mean you shook it and you felt it. Your
whole house moved this morning, and that's unsettling for people.

It's also an earthquake earlier. It was like a four
point one that hit around like three thirty eight in
the Fraser Park area. Really and I don't know because
I was coming home from the club, so I don't
know if it was me stumbling up the stairs or
that if I actually felt it around three thirty eight am.

Ah, wait for three thirty. But did you feel it
in West Hollywood? No, No, Itzeta Clarita.

So the one, the one that you were talking about,
was the four point three that hit out a hobby desert. Yeah,
but there was another one way earlier. It was at
three thirty eight am. It was a wild night, so
I don't know.

and then I and then I I art to relax
a little that it wasn't just me, you know, that
it wasn't like a truck that went by the house
and shook the house. And and that's that's comforting. I

mean much. You know, we're here. We'll enjoy each other.
There's only two people on this earth, two types of people,
and that's it. There's people that move this society forward.
You work, you pay taxes, you raise kids or you
don't raise kids. You behave, you don't break laws, you

don't go to prison, you don't shoot people, you don't
rape anybody, you don't rob a home, and you move
society forward. And then there's the a holes who move
society backwards. Guys that go into schools with guns, Guys
that find it interesting to rape a woman, Guys that
beat the hell out of their kids, maybe sexually abused kids.
Those are the people that move society backwards. So as

long as you're in that number one group where you're
moving society forward, you're fine. Okay, You're fine. Don't don't
get too doubt on yourself. You know, it's it's not
worth it. You know. The most miserable guys I know
are guys that are constantly asking what this means, because
there really isn't an answer. There is no answer.

these precious teens that are all going to grow up
to be adults. They're now into doing these takeovers and
they're gonna continue. And God love you teens. You know,
I'm trying to give you tips on how to have
a better life. And you know, I think teens should

listen to me, and I think I could steer them
out of a lot of crap in life, because I
would talk you out of the takeovers. Maybe not in LA.
You know, you're pretty successful doing the you know, street takeovers.
Nobody really gets killed a lot. Sometimes they do, but
most of the times you just spin cars around fireworks

and you go home and you make it and you
go to bed. But you made a big mistake. And
I've been telling people for thirty years, thirty years in December,
don't do this crap in Orange County. You don't have
to do it in Orange County. You can go to
LA and do it. And if you do it in
Orange County, you're gonna get arrested. Then you're gonna have
a record, Then you're not gonna get hired. Then it's

gonna be on social media. Then you all have to
commit another crime to make some money to pay your bills.
And that's how it starts. That's how the life of
crime starts. With one arrest, then two, then a little time,
then another one and another one, and your whole life
it blows up on you. So don't do it in
Newport Beach. Is you're okay, look, smart teens didn't do this.

The dumb teens did this. Don't do it in Newport Beach.
I'll tell you why Newport Beach is the premier police
department to work for in Orange County. Maybe Huntington Beach
is first and Newport is second, but that's ding dong,
ding dong with it. Both of them. They both have
ocean front, they both have very expensive homes, extremely expensive,

and everybody wants to work. If you're an Orange County cop,
you want to work in Huntington Beach or you want
to work in Newport. So when Newport puts out the
bat signal that there's five thousand teens running around breaking
into pavilions, at seventeen different police forces get that signal,
seventeenartments get that signal, and they all start heading over
(15:04):
to Newport because they all want to work in Newport.
So they all get to Newport quickly. Have the you know,
the chief of Newport recognize that they got there quick
and like, yeah, every time we put out the signals
for you know, mutual Aid, you know SAL from coast
to Masa always shows up quickly.

Let's get Sal on the fours. They can't wait to
get to Newport. It's great out there. The people love
the cops and they're going to take those kids by
the collar, throw them in the car and throw them
out of Orange County or at least Newport. They arrested
four hundred of these teens, four hundred. In LA you

do a street takeover, there might be zero arrests and
you get to do it again the next day or
the next week. But in Newport there's four hundred teens
with potentially a record unless you got really rich parents
and then maybe your dad or mom can you know,
get you out of that. But if you don't have money,
you're gonna have a record. And now try to get

a job, or try to get you into a good school,
or try to get a good relationship going, because you know, dad,
mom looked through social media when their daughter or son
starts dating somebody and like, oh wait, this is a mess.
This is one of those teens that does the team
take over, not for my gal. Now I'm gonna pass
on you, thanks buddy, but we're gonna pass. So don't

do it in Newport Beach. Pass that word around teens,
especially dumb teens. If you're a dumb teen and you
know everybody, you know, you know, you know right, you know,
don't do it Newport Beach. Don't do it in Hunting
and Beach either. Come on out, La, come on out
to the valley. It's a party out here. It's a filthy, big,

huge party out here, and we'll be more than happy
to have you do it North Hollywood. I'll slide down.
Maybe I'll even announce one, you know, give me a

a big fan of the teens. I was one for
quite some time. Thirteen fourteen, fifteen, sixteen seventeen. I was
a teen for seven years, and I did some really
stupid crap when I was when I was a teen,
a lot of stupid things, but I didn't have anybody
on radio telling me how it was going to affect

the rest of my life, and so I really sort
of had to learn from my dad, and my dad
had there was one rule my dad had in his house,
and again Father of the Century. Everything you saw on
TV ten times nicer, more pleasant, personable, caring, charitable at

home than you saw on TV one hundred times.

But the one rule that my dad had, and he
told all of this, he told all of his six
kids and his stepdaughter as well, that if you ever
run into any problems, you get arrested, you know, you
get into an accident, you know, you lose your passport
in a foreign country, call my dad would say, call me.

I'll be there to help you out, whatever time of day,
whatever time of night, call me if there's a problem,
except if you get a DUI. He said, if you
get a DUI, don't call me. I'm not coming down.
I'm not picking you up. I'm not bailing you out.

I won't be there for you. And I thought, wow,
I don't want to test that. But and I it
was not tested to a point where that's a long story.
But I knew that as a kid that if I

got a DUY that it would radically affect my dad.
And I didn't get one. I probably could have at
one point, you know. I mean I'm not drinking, drying,
but you know, having to sacrifice, like being the idiot
in high school that takes a cab home. I remember
going to a party. I had a Mazda. I called

it the Mazda ash tray, and it always was breaking down.
It's the car I had in nineteen ninety seven, ninety
eight when I met my wife, and it just it
just was a crappy. And I remember there was a
party that was invited to up in the Hollywood Hills.
I really wanted to go to I didn't have any
money for a cab. I was sort of busted out.

The track took a bite out of me. So I
called Triple A and I said, hey, I got to
get my car's not working. I got to get up
to a friend's house to have him fix it. And
the Triple A driver picks me up and the car.
Because I had seven free rides with Triple A, I
think he gets sevent a year. That was my plan.
And I had him tow me up to the party

a block out of a half away so I wasn't embarrassed,
and then I called him at the I called Triple A.
At the end, same tow truck driver shows up and
I towes my car back home and that was my ride.
It was a free ride for the night. And he
said to me in the car on the way back,
he said, you know, next time, just tell me what

you're doing. I could have dropped you off there because
I got to do it anyway, but we don't have to,
you know, tow the car. You know, I can just
drop you off. And I said, sorry about that. All right,
let's get back with these teens. Though, I'm going to
try to save these teens and the teen's parents a
lot of headaches because I'm gonna tell you where you
can and can't get away with these stupid teen takeovers.

saw him down last weekend on July fourth. They're ready
for you. They're all set. Slide in there if you
want that second arrest. And then now you've got a record,
and now you're going down that road where the American
dream is further and further away, where you can't see

it anymore. Huntington Beach is not the place to do this.

They all can get one hundred and fifty cops there
in less than three minutes, and your kid's gonna get arrested,
and that's going to be the start of the big

downfall where they're home until they're thirty because they can't
get a job, because nobody's gonna hire them because every
time they do a background search on them, they were
the dumb teens that went to Newport and Huntington Beach
for their mischief making. Tell them to come to the valley.
We'll treat him nice. We'll send him home without any scars.
You know, no one's going to die, probably very few arrests,

and they'll go back Hellman and enjoy themselves or maybe
parts of LA but not Orange County. Do do it?

so I'll be I guess what's wrong. So I'll be
back for this week. Then next week we're doing that
Alaska cruise that you could have been on, or maybe
you are on it. One hundred and forty four listeners

are going to Alaska with me? How about that? How
about their lives where they made that choice. How about that?
And I told everybody on the ship, you know, because
there there was a lot of activities that they wanted
to put together. And I said, I'm basically going to
get up around two o'clock in the afternoon, maybe shower,
(24:46):
I'll be hungover. I'll stumble to the casino so people
can catch me on the way to the casino. Then
I'll gamble, drink and wander back to the room around
two three o'clock in the morning and so you can
catch me there. So it'll be two sightings a day
on the way to the casino, hungover and drunk on
(25:08):
the way back to the brim. But no, there'd be
a lot of fun. There's a lot of fun. It's
gonna be a cool group. We had a big Zoom
meeting with a lot of the people going and it's great.
I thought, you know, maybe maybe like three of them
would be funny. Everybody on that Zoom meeting had a
sense of humor. That is effing great. I love that.
(25:29):
All right, the world cop is pulling up stakes there
taking their tent home. The circus is almost over, and
I'll miss it. I didn't think I was gonna be
into it because I'm not a big soccer fan, but man,
I love these foreigners. They came over here, they spent
their money, They told us how great we were. They
were the perfect guests. Perfect. Guess you didn't hear about
(25:50):
any of them committing any crimes. There's no murder, robbery, stalking,
wire fraud, none of that, or at least that we
heard of. And everybody in La for two years leading
up to the World Cup, I asked you to please,
please behave and guess what you did. For the most part,
(26:11):
you did. And now that the circus is moving on
to another city, we can all get back into our
normal lives. You know, arson, burglary, child molestation, kitty porn,
grand theft, auto, maybe you've been accused of a domestic
(26:33):
extortion maybe that's your game, or fraud, murder, robbery, senior abuse,
hit and run, you know all the things that are
in Southern California is known for shoplifting, grand theft, auto, kidnapping.
We're going to I think we slowly get back there,
but we'll get back there, and it's already starting to happen.
(26:54):
You know these things. For the last month, we didn't
hear about any of them. And now we're back into
Britain akins because the friends and family have left, our
fellow world citizens have gone back to Asia or Europe
or well New York, you know, to see the finals.
And once they all leave, LA is going to become
(27:18):
a circus again, and it's going to be hot. And
once the heats turned up and the soccer fans are gone,
we'll get back to normal. If that's what you're You know,

home breaking in Woodland Hills.

In the porter Ranch incident, a family member tells me
that the suspects broke a sliding glass store.

I think this woman has heard geography mix up. I
don't think that Porter Ranch is considered Woodland Hills. I
think Porter Ranch is the North Valley, Northwest Valley, more
like Chatsworth. I don't believe Porter Ranch is in Woodland Hills.
Maybe I'm on a moon, you know, maybe born and
raised in Tarzana Woodland News and never heard Porter Ranch

as part of it.

New surveillance videos shared with NBC four shows what appeared
to be three people running and then jumping over a
wall outside a Porter Ranch home off wood Ranch Road overnight.
It's one of the latest attempted break into the San
Fernando Valley. The LAPD is investigating.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
You know, you get comfortable with a street called wood Ranch.
You know, who's gonna ever break into a home? It's
on wood Ranch. That sounds beautiful, but it's uh, it's happened.
It's happened in Porter Ranch, which is not in Woodland.

Police say one person was inside the home when the
homeowners called nine one. One in Woodland Hills last night
at this home off Penncalla.
Speaker 1 (29:51):
Oh, I see, okay, there was another one in Woodland Hills. Okay,
so maybe I fed up. So what she's saying is
there's one in Woodland Hills and there's one import a Ranch. Man,
do we get back into it quickly? We get back
into craziness in the valley real quickly once these World
Cups take off and well.

Then Hills last night at this home off Penfield Avenue.

Well, I did see guys jumping into the car when
they left. I didn't really hear much, didn't really pay attention.
I was walking my dog.

You know, I respect Bob Singer. Most people do that

back and smashing a window. Police say they got a
call about the break in shortly after ten thirty.

the breaking on their surveillance cameras and called nine to
one one.

I know a good deal with my neighbors. There's a
few I don't know very well at all. I think
that it might be useful if we all have each
other's phone number still, so that we could text each other.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
That's right, Bob singers onto something. I was just going
over that today coincidentally. And I'm not a you know,
a social nut in the neighborhood. I don't go out
looking for stuff. I mow the lawn head down. When
I mow the lawn and somebody walks by I might
peak to see who it is, but I'm not the
social butterfly. My wife does all that. But I'm head

down with the mowing. And yet I know, and I
said to my wife just today, I know eight of
our neighbors, eight different homes. I know their names, I
know where they live. I know the husband's name, the
wise name, I know the kids' names. Eight different homes.
And for La, I think that's a lot. I think
it's a lot. But you know, when you're a huge

radio celebrity, I think it's a magnet for people to
come by and say, Hey, that's where that guy who
used to be on the weekend and weekdays during the day,
he put himself on at night.
