Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's k IF.
Speaker 2 (00:00):
I am six forty and you're listening to the Conway
Show on demand on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 3 (00:08):
I don't know if you know this, but there's been
a big announcement. Mark Thompson's here about it.
Speaker 4 (00:12):
Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
He always starts waving at me when I don't make.
Speaker 4 (00:15):
Yeah like that.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
Come on, let's get mine out right now. The light
system that we used to have is not in the studio.
Speaker 3 (00:21):
But so I'm moving from back to six to ten
pm and you'll come on more often.
Speaker 4 (00:27):

broadcasting equipment at home.
Speaker 4 (00:31):
Do I do? If I'm available, I'm happy to check in.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
I see this vision you have, which is sort of
that people are passing through. It's like some of the
old variety shows or the past, where you know, entertainers
and musicians and.
Speaker 4 (00:45):
You know, people just cruise through. That's right, movie stars,
you know, hey, BELLYO.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
See if you get Adam Corolla to commit to a night. Yeah,
you know, Cola like the old school back at Kala
Sex used to come on with us every Friday.
Speaker 4 (00:56):
Oh is that right?
Speaker 3 (00:57):
And towards the end of Kala Sex there weren't a
lot of commercials, you know, because people were bailing on it.
And he said he would come on until the first
commercial break, and sometimes that wasn't for an hour and
a half.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
That's very funny, and he's staying. He was on with
us for an hour and a half. I mean the
difference now is that Corolla is kind.
Speaker 4 (01:14):
Of a big deal. Yeah, but I still think he
likes you.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
I think you'll come on yeh, Belly, can you work
out a night where Adam Carolla can come on from
he's going to commit to a night. He's going to
if I had to bet, he's going to nine to ten. Also,
doctor Drew. I'd love to have him on it there night. Yeah, yeah,
Petros what about Petros for a night?
Speaker 5 (01:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:34):
Exciting. Yeah, you've really got it.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
I don't know if you should were going to commit
to a night though, Tim, He's going to okay if
you say so, all right, he's going to.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
All right.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Here's the promo that they put together that explains everything,
or not everything, but some of the things that are
going on here at KFI.
Speaker 6 (01:50):
Your attention, please attention. F I am six four. That's
a very important John Cobolt and Tim Conway Junior to
fine legends are returning to the timeslots they made very
much sad.

That's welcome back to the favorite Smile where it started at.
Were the names to the same, But the times have changed.
Speaker 8 (02:21):
And the holes will remain where they made their names.
Who would have thought we lead you? Who have thought?

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Ah Man, that was very clever and well done and
well performed.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
That's exactly my thought when I heard it the first time.
They played it for me yesterday. Who is that first?
It's got named Bob Schmidt. He does all the imaging
for five seventy am Man, you are a sharp pro,
but he's great. I think that's one of the great
promos of all time.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
Why do you have Bob Schmidt stuff and commit to
an evening? I don't know these guys committed into an evening.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
Yeah, maybe Bob Schmidt will come in for an evening. Yeah,
that's possible. I can get Bob. Great, that's Bob. But
but Belly, what is your opinion of that song? You
haven't chimed in. It's great, I said the same thing.
Bob does a ridiculous job with that. He sings. I
didn't know he could see.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
Do you know Bob Schwaite, I've known.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
Bob for years? Is that him singing?
Speaker 6 (03:39):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (03:39):
I didn't know that.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
So he writes it and performs it, and that was terrific.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
Stephus, you're very quiet. You didn't like it?
Speaker 4 (03:47):
No, I liked it. It was fun and.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
Angel you haven't said anything you hated. Why what's going
on with you?
Speaker 6 (03:52):
Well?
Speaker 3 (03:52):
I really like it, I really do.
Speaker 9 (03:56):
I do.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
She auditioned to sing it. Oh oh boy, oh boy. Okay,
all right, the beginning of it, your attention plays is
a little loud, but I love this song to the light.
Let me play start over here.
Speaker 6 (04:14):
Are but turning to the time slots they made very much.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
Okay, remember Bob Schmidt is the guy's name. This guy's
gonna be a superstar over this very much.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
To the two time slots. You know all about it,
right to the favorites where it started at.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
Can be like old time a name to the same,
but the times.
Speaker 8 (04:39):
Have changed and the holes will remain where they made
the names.
Speaker 7 (04:44):
Who thought we lead you food? I thought we lead.
Speaker 8 (04:48):
Jack to where we need that to where we need
Jack well in your shows, and we're here to let
you know.
Speaker 4 (04:57):
Welcomed back.
Speaker 7 (04:59):
Back?
Speaker 8 (05:00):
Well, welcome back will come back?
Speaker 7 (05:05):
Well?
Speaker 4 (05:07):
Now, who get the original a welcome back cotters on?
Speaker 8 (05:10):
Do you know that?
Speaker 3 (05:11):
I think Bob Schmid did it? John Sebastian, was was
that right?
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Yeah? Now John Sebastian, living or debt? What do you think?
Speaker 3 (05:19):
Ooh, John Sebastian, I'm the original welcome back Cotter performing
is alive?
Speaker 4 (05:24):
You're right, he's alive? Eighty one? Wow, very good?
Speaker 3 (05:28):
All right.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
I looked up pooka akuas salary. Oh that's good because
you're talking about the taxes he got clothes.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
So how we got to that question?
Speaker 3 (05:36):
So he makes a million dollars a year? Okay, his
average salary is a million twenty one thousand dollars a year.
His guaranteed money for last year guaranteed, so if he
got injured, you know, they got to pay him a
certain amount of money. Right, two hundred and forty four
thousand dollars a year forgetting his ask beat up every Sunday,
being probably the most valuable player on that well right injured,
(05:59):
he could have got him. You know, he's the second
most valuable player on the Rams, I believe.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
Absolutely Ryan and one of the most babel players in
the league.
Speaker 7 (06:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
I would say that that any team would love to
have him and pay him one hundred and fifty million
dollars over like a four year deal. So he now
makes his base salary for twenty twenty five was a
million dollars. Base salary for twenty twenty six is going
to be five point eight million. And they think there's
(06:27):
going to be an extension. They're suggesting a four year,
one hundred and fifty four million dollar extension for this kid.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
Wow, And how old is he is?
Speaker 3 (06:36):
He like nineteen or I think he's seventeen. Heay, he's seventeen.
How old do you think he is?
Speaker 4 (06:44):
I think he's twenty three something like that.
Speaker 3 (06:46):
Let's see, uh uh, Puka Nakua's age twenty four. You
got close twenty four. His birthday is May twenty ninth.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
He is so good, so good, buddy.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
He was born five months before nine to eleven Wow,
he was five months old. Wow when nine to eleven
happened five months old?
Speaker 4 (07:07):
It's crazy.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
Baby is pooping in the diapers?
Speaker 4 (07:10):
Passed.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
Oh that's wild. Oh my god, A mighty maker of
Heaven and Earth.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Next year, you think the Rams are in the super Bowl.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
Yes, I think they're in the super Bowl. And it's
gonna be here now. It's gonna be a big deal.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
Mark all right.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
So I text a friend of mine today and I'll
read that to you. I said, hey, you got to
turn the TV on. Canada is playing in the United
States and hockey and he's like.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
Oh Christ.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
He goes, I thought that game was Thursday. Oh my god,
what channel is it on? And I said it's on
USA Network. He goes, oh, no, I got to flip
it on.
Speaker 10 (07:43):
Why didn't I?
Speaker 7 (07:43):
Tavid?
Speaker 3 (07:43):
Why did you record it? Why didn't you tell me earlier?
And then he writes back, he goes, thanks, ahole, you
didn't mention it was women's hockey. I didn't think I
had to. Yeah, he says, you did that on purpose.
I said, no, I didn't. I just I didn't think
I had to. I think it's rude to do that nowadays,
(08:06):
to differentiate between men and women's sports.
Speaker 4 (08:08):
Yeah, of course you're right.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
I'm one of those guys. I'm hip to the quip.
You know you are to you you don't see gender.
I think it's insulting. If I said, oh, the women
are playing, it's insulting to women? Angel Is that insulting
to you? If I said it's women's hockey, Oh, I'm
so insulted you just asking the question. That's Look, I
(08:30):
wouldn't say we have a woman doing traffic on the show.
That's insulting. We have a professional I see, that's right. Yes,
we don't have a woman producing the show. We have
a professional. Well, I mean, it's just a It depends
how you say it. I mean, I think it's just
a descriptive term. I don't know that there's anything. There's
a but it's warning people that it's not going to
(08:50):
be what the men. You know, it's it's not I
understand his problem with it, and he thinks I did
it on purpose.
Speaker 4 (08:57):
Yeah, it's a category. But I your point.
Speaker 3 (09:00):
But how do you tell somebody that women's hockey is
being played between Canada the United States without including women?
And I don't I don't want to do that to
the women. They've worked as hard as the men down sure,
maybe even harder. Wow, So why would I do that
to them?
Speaker 4 (09:14):
That's a very tough spot.
Speaker 7 (09:15):
It is.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
It's horrible. It's the worst thing in the world.
Speaker 4 (09:18):
What's on tonight? Do you know?
Speaker 5 (09:20):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (09:21):
The bye?
Speaker 3 (09:22):
I saw the bye?
Speaker 8 (09:24):
What is that?
Speaker 3 (09:25):
The buye?
Speaker 4 (09:26):
What is that biathlon?
Speaker 8 (09:27):
By?
Speaker 4 (09:28):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (09:28):
Sorry I didn't I thought that was a area you
were doing that? Yeah, no, the biathlon? Skiing and shooting?
Speaker 4 (09:34):
Oh yeah, that's hard.
Speaker 3 (09:36):
Yeah, how about pitching that you know eighty years ago?
We're going to ski and we're going to shoot, all right,
but listen it sounds a little no.
Speaker 1 (09:48):
No, dude, it's good because after they've been skiing, they're
really out of breath and they have trouble holding the rifle.
Speaker 4 (09:54):
No, I get that. It just seems like, I don't know, like.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
The downhill might be a bigger it's a different it's
totally different vibe than the downhill.
Speaker 3 (10:02):
What did they pass on, like, you know, skiing and
grocery shopping or what did what was the biathlon before?
What do they say no to?
Speaker 1 (10:12):
I mean, they're skiing and then they would shoot. I
wonder what the origin story on the biathlon is actually I.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
Bet it is hunting, you know, when they are hunting
in Switzerland or Sweden.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
It definitely comes out of that world.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
Yeah, exactly, But man, I don't talk about it a
sport that may be on the way out, you know,
skiing and shooting.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
It's originated in Scandinavia as a survival skill in military exercise. Wow,
roots date back over four thousand years. It's prehistoric hunters
on skid.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
I'm giving you points, Thank you, Bob. I appreciate that.
Very impressive.
Speaker 3 (10:48):
Anyway, So I think the men's I don't I even
hate to say that word, but the people who are
not female are playing on Thursday.
Speaker 4 (10:58):
I see. And with the hockey.
Speaker 3 (11:00):
Oh, here's okay. I know we have to take a break.
But here's a real, a decent piece of trivia. There
have been I think thirty nine or forty championships in
international hockey for women's hockey, forty thirty nine championships or
the last you know, twenty five thirty years. Canada and
the United States have won every single one of them.
(11:23):
There's not another country in the world it's won one
that surprises me. Every championship, either World championships, or Olympics
has always been won by the Canadians or the Americans,
and the Americans spoiler alert, shut out the Canadians today.
Five nothing. They shoved that their sticks down their throats,
Mark Wow. Yeah, and they beat them up five nothing.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
That's that the Russians haven't taken somewhere because isn't isn't
hockey big sporting rule?
Speaker 3 (11:47):
Yeah, some surprise as well. I don't know. I don't
know anyway, all right, we're live on KFO. We got
a lot of rain coming in, up to an inch
in some in Pasadena to start. I think it's going
to start. It's through Wednesday at twelve pm. It's gonna
start tonight and continue throughout the night. But up to
an inch of rain, that's a big deal. We'll come
back and talk about that Conway Show moving to six
(12:09):
to ten pm next Tuesday. So come on back next Tuesday.
We're gonna have a lot of fun. It'll be a
party every night six to ten right here on KFI
with Yes and now we're here to tell you we're
moving on six to ten baby, six to ten baby.
Speaker 10 (12:28):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on de Mayo from
KFI am six forty.
Speaker 3 (12:34):
Next Tuesday, we're moving to six to ten pm. Mark
Thompson is in the house. Yes, sir, always nice to
see you, dude. Some breaking news, breaking news. Yeah, this
Nancy Guthrie who's been missing for Jesus more than a
week now, I believe right.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
Yeah, elderly lady needs her medication.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
Is it two weeks that she's been missing? Yes?
Speaker 7 (12:56):
Ten days?
Speaker 3 (12:57):
Ten days? Wow, not quite two weeks. We can have
I'll meet you halfway, Belliam, we can half And they
have a person they have detained for questioning. This is
a big deal. First heard it from Krozer. Krozer is
on top.
Speaker 11 (13:13):
Let's get us some breaking news right now, a major
update in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. We showed this
video to you earlier today and in this newscast. Now
we're getting worried that the Pima County Sheriff's Department, with
the assistance for the FBI, they have now detained an
individual for questioning in connection with the abduction of Nancy Guthrie.
This was in a briefing with ABC News. The individual
(13:36):
is detained in a location south of Tucson. Now we're
getting word that they are going to begin a search
of that location and association with this individual. We don't
know if the injured individual that was detained looks like this,
or even if these photos and the video led them
to the person that they have picked.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
Up what you may not have seen. Have been working
all day like normal people. They have a video, a
clear video of a guy who was at the door
the night that Nancy was kidnapped, and now it looks
like they've detained somebody. Let's flip ABC on here, Stephan,
we see what he's talking about here.
Speaker 12 (14:18):
In connection with the disappearance of eighty four year old
Nancy Guthrie. Of course, the mother of today's show host
Savannah Guthrie. The whole nation has been praying for days
that there would be a development that would bring Nancy
Guthrie home.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
We'll continue to.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
Follow this for those of you in the West.
Speaker 12 (14:33):
At this hour, we're just about three minutes away from
World News tonight. More at abcnews dot Com.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
It was a newsbreaker special report. Wow, unbelievable.
Speaker 11 (14:42):
Nevertheless, it is a major developing development that an individual
has been picked up for questioning. They're not calling this
individual a suspect yet, they're just saying he was picked
up for questioning. We are scouring for more information and
as soon as we get more will of course turn
it over to you.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
And these new images came from the FBI, and here's
some more on how they got the images and why
they waited so long to release them.
Speaker 9 (15:09):
Tonight, for the first time, the FBI releasing chilling images
and videos of a subject in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance.
The video shows a masked man wearing gloves, a backpack,
and with a weapon and his waistband approaching her front door.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
Okay, this story is a little longer than I thought,
so we're going to take a quick commercial break and
play it in its entirety. But it's it's a great
background on how the FBI was able to obtain this
video and these photos of this guy, and how come
they waited so long to lay this on everybody. So
we'll do that, we'll come back.
Speaker 10 (15:39):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM six forty.
Speaker 3 (15:45):
A lot of movement in the Nancy Guthrie story at
Savannah Guthrie's mom and there's breaking news and then there's
also the news on how they got the images. Let's
play the breaking news for then I'll go back to
the story on how they got the images and why
they waited so long to show them to the public.
Speaker 12 (16:06):
Kis, There's been a development in the search for Nancy Guthrie,
the eighty four year old mother of Today's show host
Savannah Guthrie. The Piva County Sheriff's Department, with assistance from
the FBI, has detained an individual at this hour for
questioning in connection with the abduction of Nancy Guthrie. Again,
a person detained in connection with this case, a law
enforcement official briefed on the investigation, telling ABCDUS, I want
(16:26):
to bring in our chief investigative correspondent Aeron Kuturski live
in Tucson. Aaron, do we know where this person was detained.
Speaker 9 (16:33):
This individual was detained in connection with Nancy Guthrie's disappearance,
according to the law enforcement official, David south of Tucson.
A specific location was not disclosed, but we know that
a SWAT team had left the Pima County Sheriff's Department
heading to points south and at a location south of Tucson.
A law enforcement official tells ABC News an individual has
(16:55):
been detained in connection with Nancy Guthrie's disappearance.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
Dad.
Speaker 9 (17:00):
This development comes on the same day the first images
of an individual approaching Nancy Guthrie's home were released, and
as authorities continued to search in and around this neighborhood
where her home is, we saw them searching a drain pipe,
conducting other investigative steps today. But the breaking development here now, David,
(17:22):
an individual has been detained for questioning in connection with
the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.
Speaker 12 (17:28):
Aaron, stay with me here, Erin with us live from Tucson,
and we can show the audience the video now of
the person, the subject that the FBI had released video
of earlier in the day. This was the first time
we had seen a development of this scope in this case,
someone at the door. This was video retrieved from that
Nest camera after the FBI worked directly with Google and Erin.
(17:49):
Just to be clear here, this person attained in connection
with the case. Authorities are not saying if it's the
person that we see in this video. They're also not
saying this is a suspect. They're simply saying at this
hour a person detained in connection with this case.
Speaker 9 (18:03):
They are only saying that it's an individual detained in
connection with the case, not calling the person a suspect
or a person of interest.
Speaker 3 (18:12):
This is still a big deal. I mean, to grab
somebody like this, this is a huge development, right.
Speaker 9 (18:17):
Not saying there's any connection at this point with the
images that were released earlier today by the FBI, But
law enforcement officials have obtained a search warrant. They're going
to be searching a location south of Tucson where this
individual was detained. They're going to be going through that location.
That could take hours, and either that search would resolve
(18:40):
the matter and that could be it, or there could
be some further development associated with this individual. But right now,
the person is not considered a suspect. We're told only
someone taken for questioning, detained.
Speaker 12 (18:53):
And with just a few seconds left, aaron a search
warrant that will play out in the location where they
detain this person.
Speaker 9 (19:00):
That's right, David. The search warrant is for a location
associated with this individual. Specifically, what it says what they're
looking for has not been made clear.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Was this reporter falling asleep? Is that why David Muir
said that to him, an individual has been wait, wait,
right here, right here.
Speaker 9 (19:17):
Conducting other investigative steps today, but the breaking development here now, David,
an individual has been detained for questioning in connection with
the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
Aaron, stay with me here, Eric?
Speaker 4 (19:31):
Was he actually? Was he drifting? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (19:33):
Stay with me, Stay with me, stay with the story.
Come on, concentrate. Was he passing out?
Speaker 8 (19:37):
Karen?
Speaker 3 (19:38):
Stay with me here, Eric, stay with me. Come on, buddy,
You know that we pay you a lot of money.
Keep this story rolling. All right, here's the latest on
the images, how they got him, and why they waited
so long.
Speaker 9 (19:50):
Tonight, for the first time, the FBI releasing chilling images
and videos of a subject in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance.
The video shows a masked man wearing gloves, a backpack,
and with a weapon in his waistband approaching her front door.
Authorities hoping the public will see the way this man walks,
moves his eyes and that someone will recognize him. You
can see the man with his hand and a glove
(20:11):
trying to cover or block the lens on Nancy Guthrie's
nest cam, using his other hand then to fiddle with
the device. The man can be seen turning around and
walking back to the arched entryway, looking down at the
ground before grabbing brush. The subject, his eyes visible, walks
back to the camera, appearing to tamper with it, trying
to cover the lens.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
You know, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
Where you're going to spend the one hundred and fifty
or two hundred bucks. If you're not getting a ring
camera or a nest camera in front of your house.
I mean, this could be a matter of life and
death for this family. Sure, if you don't have a
video camera or video system and you don't have a subscription,
a monthly subscription. I don't know where you're spending that
(20:53):
one hundred and fifty bucks. I don't know where it's going.
Speaker 9 (20:56):
The image is leave Little.
Speaker 3 (20:57):
You got to get one. With how c everybody is today,
You've got to go out tonight, go to Best Buy
or Amazon and.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Well, the more cameras you have, I think, the better
in general.
Speaker 3 (21:06):
Target and get the subscription so you can go back
thirty days.
Speaker 9 (21:10):
The image is leave Little doubt how terrifying it must
have been for the eighty four year old grandmother with
a masked figure arm showing up in the middle of
the night, authorities know every frame could hold clues that
could lead to this subject's identity.
Speaker 11 (21:23):
You can see his eyes, there's a possibility around his
mouth that there's some facial hair.
Speaker 5 (21:28):
You can get a lot of information now, not only
off of the gloves in front of the backpack, but
also his height, his weight, that he may have had
the mustache, the color of his eyes. Potentially, even though
it is black and white, they may be able to
go with the hue of his eyes.
Speaker 9 (21:45):
And Today's Savannah, why is that picture.
Speaker 3 (21:47):
Black and white?
Speaker 6 (21:48):
Is that do they have?
Speaker 1 (21:49):
I think that's where it comes in at night. I
think it comes in like that during the day. It's color. No,
I think that's right. It's yeah, it is night vision.
Speaker 9 (21:57):
And Today's Savannah gou three quickly sharing the new images
from the FBI on Instagram, posting someone out there recognizes
this person and of her mother, she says, we believe
she is still out there, bring her home. Sources told
ABC News that Guthrie family was shown these images before
they were made public and did not recognize the man. Tonight,
the FBI says, after working closely with our private sector
(22:19):
partners to continue to recover any images or video footage
from Nancy Guthrie's home that may have been lost, corrupted,
or inaccessible due to a variety of factors. The video
was recovered from residual data located in back end systems Wow.
Nancy Guthrie had a Nest camera at a front door.
That company's owned by Google, and although you can record
in real time, Guthrie did not have a current subscription
(22:40):
to access the images.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
Google's got to get a subscription. It's like six or seven,
maybe ten fifteen bucks a month. You've got to get
the subscription.
Speaker 9 (22:49):
Google said.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
It was when I heard that she didn't have the subscription,
if she may not be able to get the videos,
I immediately took out my wallet, took out the credit card,
and bought the subscription for the cameras, all of them.
Speaker 9 (23:00):
Google said it was assisting the investigation. Nancy Guthrie was
last seen ten days ago now Saturday, January thirty first,
when her family dropped her home just before ten pm
after dinner and game night at her daughter Annie's house.
It's not clear when these new images were recorded, but
investigators say the doorbell camera disconnected at one forty seven
early Sunday morning, at about forty minutes later, Nancy's pacemaker
(23:21):
app disconnected from her phone. Investigators say DNA tests confirmed
the spots of blood found at the front door or
Nancy Guthries. And you can see that camera is gone.
Over the weekend, the FBI spotted on the roof of
Guthrie's home inspecting a different camera.
Speaker 5 (23:35):
Are they able to get further video from that camera
that they found above the residence over the weekend. If
they're able to get more video, hey, maybe we'll get
a car, maybe we'll get a picture of Nancy leaving
the residence.
Speaker 3 (23:46):
And people say that backpack is a motor cyclist backpack
that people ride bikes have that type of backpack.
Speaker 9 (23:53):
Tonight, this major break in the case comes after two
deadlines passed from someone who claimed to be Nancy Guthrie's subductor.
NBC rep recording they demanded six million dollars in bitcoin.
It's unclear tonight if authorities believe the person behind those
demands was really the abductor. But the family had no
choice but to engage pleading for proof that their mother
was still alive. That proof of life never came.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
How cold is the person who did this? Where they
see the anguish in the face of the family, the kids,
the grandkids, you know, Savannah, and they their heartless reaction
to it is not to return that woman immediately.
Speaker 4 (24:31):
I don't know how you do it. I mean, you know,
hostage taking and kidnapping is just another level.
Speaker 3 (24:36):
I guess, I guess. So all right, that is a
huge development tonight, so we will keep on top of that.
Speaker 10 (24:45):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM six forty.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
Their major news with Nancy Guthrie. They have detained somebody
for questioning. That is a big de If there's any
new information coming out of that, Ronner will have it
all night long. And who's filling in tonight. And mister Penrose.
Oh Lou Penrose.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
Alright, I love that guy Penrose ten man. Yeah, delicious.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
I said him a text last night. He's got a
lot of interesting, funny, unique takes on life. He really does.
I like that guy a lot at Lou Penrose. Yeah,
you'll enjoy him tonight too, So listen between seven and ten.
Speaker 4 (25:32):
Yeah. Sure, now you're saying that because you want to
build that time period up for yourself.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
Oh yeah, that's true. Yeah, but he's he had a
very funny take on the whole Nancy Guthrie story, where
you know, he didn't really want to say it, but
he's like, I need some new information, you know, and
because people he didn't say he was burning out, but
you know you could read between the lines.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
Yeah, and I think a lot of people are that way.
Speaker 3 (25:57):
You know, you need always to move the story forward.
If it's not moving forward, then people do have a
tendency to go back to their lives.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
I mean, it's important enough to most people. Yeah, it's
such an extraordinary thing, but it's true that if there's
not an additional fact or two being added, then keep
hearing the same thing.
Speaker 4 (26:14):
Yeah, all right.
Speaker 3 (26:15):
The big story outside of Nancy Guthrie is the fact
that there are some movements. There's some movements here at
KF five. So I'm going to give you the new lineup.
Amy King stays where she is, Bill Handle stays where
he is. Gary and Shannon stay where they are. Then
here comes the new lineup Noon to three.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Waitit, wait, I don't think you're doing the new lineup Justice.
You said that Gary and Shannon stay where they are.
That's the reality is their show right now goes till
one o'clock. So it's actually going to end at noon.
Don't you think you want to tell people about I
didn't think about that, but you're right. Okay, I don't know,
(26:58):
so let me ignore, like Mark wants to ignore, Gary
and Shannon. I'll jump on that board. Ben Wagon. All right, So.
Speaker 3 (27:05):
Noon to three is Monks and Meryll. There you go,
Maryland Monks.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
So noon to three. Yes, oh, is that what it's called?
Marilyn Monks.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
Marilyn Monks.
Speaker 7 (27:14):
I like that.
Speaker 3 (27:15):
And Monks had a great line. He said that was
his drag name in college, Marilyn Monks.
Speaker 4 (27:23):
That's very funny. That's a funny guy. Monks is funny.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
Yeah, he is a funny dude racetrack guy too. And
if you know that, oh yeah, I know. He grew
up from the So noon to three Meryll and Monks.
Then three to six John Colebelt.
Speaker 4 (27:38):
Who's he going to be with? Nobody?
Speaker 3 (27:40):
Just Cobelt, Yeah, just John Colebelt, all right, John and Colebelt,
and then six to ten pm the Conway Show. All right, Oh,
I just remembered this. We can now talk to George
Norri again every night. We can do the crossover and
the handoff to George.
Speaker 1 (27:55):

we leave ten o'clock six to ten. That's exciting, and
then coast to coast ten o'clock on. Well, this is
pretty cool. Congratulations, Thank you man. I appreciate that you've
rocked that night time. I like the nights I'm in.
I've always been a night owl. I've always been a
night guy. Ronner's the same way, just you know, normal,
(28:18):
two normal guys. But they put together an awesome song
to tell everybody what's going on here. So I want
to play it again from Bob Schmidt.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
Here we go. They made very much.
Speaker 7 (28:31):
To the two time slots you know all about welcome
